Chapter 3: Assagos restraunt
In the sewers below the imp seperated, sad and hungry sat on the book looking up sadly as he got to shore 'so I sat there waiting' narrated Moxxie as it shows him sleeping near some sewer pipes 'for something to happen…' it then shows him drinking some water and then rubbing a little bit of water on his hair as he shook it off 'for a voice…' he then started to read the cookbook as he sighed sadly 'a sign or something…' he narrated as he turned a page of a cake that is next to Assagos picture as he sighed. Not only his idol is gone but he is so hungry that his stomach was growling. "Geeze I am so hungry" he said but he didnt know what to do now.
Gentle voice: young one if you are hungry perhaps you should go up and take a look around
Hearing that confused Moxxie "Huh?" He wondered as he looked behind the page 'do you hav to wait and mope?' Continued the voice in concern as Moxxie looked down "I lost my family and freinds and who knows if I'm gonna get them back" said Moxxie 'are you sure?' Said the voice "Well duh, of corse I…" he started but finally saw who he was talking to and it was the picture of Assago that is moving and speaking to him! "Wait wait this is crazy! Why are you talking to me? Youre a illusion!" He said "You are lonely, you have lost your family and freinds it is terrible" said Assago with a gentle smile "But should you be dead?" Said Moxxie puzzled "True but wishful thinking can make anything come true" said Assago smiling "You know what they say if you dwell on what you missed in the past you wont see what's in front of you in the future" said Assago pointing up as he continued "Look around and see!" He said As moxxie looked around at the sewer pipes and then at Assagos picture that has gone back to normal.
"I dont know if I saw a ghost of Assago, but…I better look around" said moxxie as he climbed up the pipes and finally got out of the sewers into a building as he continued down its halls as he heard voices of humans as he quickly hid as his nose picked up something as he smiled and saw it was fresh bred "Oh thank Satan a bite" he said taking a crumb as he was about to bite into it as he heard the popping of a wine bottle as he stared seeing the party as he decided to enjoy the crumb "Hey!" Yelled a voice causing Moxie to yelp in surprise as he saw a annoyed Assago floating crossed armed "What are you doing?" He asked as Moxxie calmed down "What do you expect? I am hungry! I have no idea where I am and I dont know if I am gonna get any food again!" Said Moxxie winning "Young one you must understand, you are much better then that *Floats around Moxxie* you are a cook Moxxie, a cook makes food while a theif takes them, is that what you are? A theif?" He asked as Moxxie sighed knowing Assago is right, after all he dosent want to be a theif and is not going to be one now. "I know but I am still hungry" said Moxxie as Assago gently smiles "Food will come to those who lives to cook young one" said Assago as he vanished.
It is a shame that Moxxie cant eat anything now, but he knows the ghost is right as he puts the crumb down as he scarred into the nearest hole I the wall as in a wall crack he continued forward as he saw a painter painting a portrait as he continued through the secret corners of the walls as he stopped hearing voices as he checked in a nearby hole and saw a male and a female talking but it looks like it was gonna heat up as the female held on a gun ready to shoot as the arguing got heated as Moxxie decided to leave it alone but yelped as a shot was heard as he peeked as he saw the fight…then the female drops the gun as the two kissed as he shook his head and continued walking and climbing through the secret corners and gaps as he climbed up one of the pipes leading to a hole in the floor aloe as he got out but yelped as a dog was barking as he saw the shadow as he quickly ran into another house ash e dodged a mouse trap by hugging his tail close to him and continued on until he got outside the building and climbed up a metal chimney, then the rails on the outside of the stairs and out of the pipeline until he got to the top. Once there he stopped in pure awe seeing at where he was at.
"Paris?! I was underneath Paris france ALRIGHT!" Said moxxie cheering as he wanted to go to Paris and he is there as he looked in awe and amazement as he saw a familiar and shocking sight, a certain familiar restraint with only three stars "Its beautiful right dear child?" Asked Assago appearing before him "Assago…your restraunt! You actually lead me to your restraunt!" Said Moxxie grinning big happily "I did? *Smiles* I supposed I did, there it is I led you to it!" Said Assago as Moxxie smiled "Man I got to see this! After hearing and seeing your success being in your restraunt will be a dream come true" he said as he climbed down as he hurried to go to the restraunt.
Assagos restraunt has seen better days ever since Sera review cost them two of there stars as well as there founder, not many people visited but the staff does there best to keep the place from closing down, in the kitchen its the same thing as food is being prepared as someone called up "Order up" said a waiter named Duddly (TUFF Puppy) as he took some of the made food to deliver as the head waiter.
"More soup on the double!" Ordered another chef as in the kitchen as the chefs kept on cooking and making sure the customers orders are right to make sure they dont get madder then they are already as a waiter came in with a receipt he wrote down as another speaks to the chef explaining the orders "Two more orders on the salmon" called out a fat red head chef named Cartman (Southpark) as a tanned skinned female with almond shaped yellow eyes and silver-blonde hair tied in a stiff braid named Verkorsia was giving orders "The filet is working! I need plates over here now!" She ordered in the hustle and bustle as a effeminate male named Angel dust tastes the sauce with a cooking spoon and nodded seeing it was right as he puts the spoon down and adds some salt to make it taste better as another chef name Vortex or Tex for short was making sure the orders were ready and cooked.
Another chef, a African American with short black hair and slanted cat shaped eyes named Husk poured in some wine making it hot as with expertise prepared it well.
As the chefs kept on working and doing there jobs someone is working around nervously. It was a 20 year old female with dark skin, narrow-almond shaped eyes and dark black-brown hair with two tied in pigtails dressed in a pair of torn jeans, a crop top and brown combat boots with a braclet with a yellow gem on it, her name is Barbie wire "Man how intense and I am supposed to get a job here?" She mumbled. Tex saw her and sees a cook passing buy, a short (About up to his waist) oranges hair female with blue eyes, her name is Deerie the head chef and was the one in charge since Assagos death.
"Hay Deerie" siad Tex greeting her "Hay Vortex" she said without noticing him more focused on something else "We had a good night" said a female named Kitty (Tuff puppy) "Yeah yeah" she said with indifference as she passed by many chefs as Verkrosia passed a bottle to Angel dust "Good evening Chef" she said "Hay hay boss" said Tex as a handsome male named Jessie walked with hm "WHAT!?" Yelled Deerie as the employees know he is not to be disturbed unless its for a good reason! "Hay look who is there Tillas little Girl" said Jessie as Barbie waved shyly as Deerie glared at her "She's grown up since we last saw her so that means she can work here" said Tex, he and his girlfriend Bee knew Tilla and her twin Blitzo when they were children as a tanned skinned female with blond-honey colored hair came up "I remember she is the child whos mother was a old flame of Assago" said the girl, Beelzebub "Oh yeah yeah how are you…um?" Started Deerie "Barbie wire.
"Right Barbie wire" said Deerie rolling her eyes in a 'I dont care' emotion "Glad for you to stop by anyway how's your…" she started "Mother?" Asked Barbie sighing "Right right how is she?" She asked as Barbie gulped "Well…she's doing better at least she has been I mean…" she stumbled as a female named Mayberry (Hazbin hotel) "She died" she said honestly "Oh…I see" said Deerie but in a tone she didnt care about it at all. "Well my mom did believe in the man upstairs so she is covered and the same with my twin, having married a rich handsome kind gentleman and had helped with…" started Barbie as she stopped as Deerie had a look of not caring as Barbbie chuckled as she rummaged into her pocket as she reached behind her as she looked twisted in a knot as she chuckled a bit as she stood straight and held out a letter. "Here my mom wanted you to have this before she died and told me that if anything sere to happen to her…" he started as she saw Verkrosia and blushed seeing her "Um…I am…wondering if you can give me a job" she asked as Derrie waved a hand "Fine find what ever" she said "I'll study the letter later" she said "um sir, we already hired her" said Angel dust as that caused Deerie eyes to widened as she got mad "I told you many times not to hire anyone unless…" she started "We needed a new garbage girl" said Mayberry as Deerie smiled in relief "Oh garbage' she said in a uncaring tone not waning what she sees as gutter trash to cook "Right then, consider yourselves on the staff" she said as she went back into the office as Barbie chuckled however Mayberry handed her a uniform "Here! Get to work and no need to look stupid" she said as Barbie took it and moaned a bit.
Its not gonna easy with this job she can feel it in her gut.
Authors note: well Moxxie made it to Paris and poor barbie got the job to be a garbage girl much to her annoyance but she needs it.
Next chapter after testing his skills on reconizing who works in the kitchen and sees Barbie accidently spoils a soup as Moxie steps in to fix it with good results.
