In space, a single purple space cruiser was cruising the cosmos. At the bridge stood a purple robot with a skull like face and a green transparent head dome where mechanical parts can be seen inside his head. Around him were various kinds of robots. Some were patrolling the ship with blasters, others were at the controls of the vessel. Some were larger and had twin cannons on their shoulders and they were guarding the entrance to the bridge. The purple robot had his hands behind his back looking rather bored and unhappy.
"Ugh! It's been days since we salvaged some supplies, weeks since those Lombaxes and their little robot friends last thwarted me! Even after assembling this new army of robots, things are getting boring. And rewatching the first season of Lance and Janice isn't making things better for me at all!" Thought the robot. "But soon I will be rid of that Lombax once I scavenge more resources for my army. And finally, victory and vengeance will be mine!"
The door opened and a robotic butler walked in towards the purple robot.
"Your bath is ready, Dr Neferious." Said the butler.
"Good, Lawrence. The rust in my gears are starting to itch." Said Neferious as he scratched his backside.
Soon, a dark grey and rocky planetoid slowly came into view of the command bridge.
"Dr Neferious! We have detected a large amount of powerful but unknown energy on that planetoid in front of us." Said one the robots on the ship's controls.
"Show me!" Commanded Nefarious.
A holographic image of the planetoid appeared in front of Nefarious with a red dot on it.
"Excellent! Set a course for the planet!" Said Dr Nefarious. "Lawerence, cancel my bath! Things are finally going my way!"
Lawrence left the bridge without saying a word and Dr Nefarious rubbed his hands together with excitement as the ship prepares to descend on the planet.
As Nefarious's ship entered atmosphere, the vessel got surrounded by dark storm clouds. Heavy rain was emitted and lightning flashed here and there. In the bridge, the staff were busy manning the controls of the ship and Dr Nefarious was smiling with glee.
"We should have visual on the source of the energy signature after we descend from the clouds, Doctor." Said one of the robots.
"Excellent!" Said Nefarious before giving out an evil chuckle.
"Sir, we got visual on the source in 3...2...1!" Said another robot.
The clouds disappeared from view and a giant dark purple ship on the planet's surface came into visual view. Dr Nefarious looked down at it dumbstruck at its colossal size.
"What ship is this?" Asked Nefarious.
"Unknown, Doctor. It doesn't appear in any records. And the energy signature is also unknown to us. I haven't seen anything like it." Said one of the robots at the controls. "There is something else, however."
"Oh?" Questioned Nefarious.
"We are detecting multiple energy signatures within the vessel. They appear to be moving." Said the robot.
"It seems the ships crew are still around." Nefarious said with his metal hand on his chin. "Ready our ground troops to raid the ship! We will kill the vessel's occupants and take its goods for ourselves and them we shall finally have our revenge on-"
Nefarious's ship suddenly blared and red lights flashed the bridge.
"Doctor, we detected a secondary ship descending from the sky right next to us!" Shouted another robot.
"WHAT?!" Yelled Nefarious.
A black ship suddenly appeared beside Nefarious's from the clouds. It was slightly larger than Nefarious's vessel. It had numerous turrets all over it and a symbol of an ape on its side.
"Incoming transmission from the ship, Doctor!" Said a robot.
"Patch them through!" Commanded Nefarious, a look of pure fury on his metallic face.
A screen appeared on the front window of the bridge. And the image of the ship's captain appeared before Nefarious. The Captain looked like an ape with dark fur and scarred face and was wearing a pitch black uniform and cap decorated with many medals. He did not look like he was in a pleasant mood.
"This is General Koban of the Andross Imperial Remnants, I demand that you turn back now and you will not be destroyed." Said the ape.
"How about no, monkey man? We're not going anywhere until we get some loot from that ship down there!" Shouted an annoyed Nefarious. "How about YOU scram outta here before you get ANNIHILATED?"
Koban growled in annoyance.
"The ship is our loot now. And I am warning you on last time, leave this planet now or we will kill you! My turrets are already aiming at your ship." Demanded the General.
Dr Nefarious doesn't seem too fazed.
"Ready the ships cannons, fellas! Time to blow these monkeys to kingdom come!" Commanded the mad robot.
"Men! Ready the weapons!" Commanded the general.
Both ships cannons aimed at one another, preparing to fire.
"ANNIHILATE THESE FURBALLS IN 3..."
"2..."
Suddenly, both ships came under fire from below.
"What the hell was that!?" Shouted Nefarious.
Three star fighters appeared in formation.
"Sir, a new transmission. From those fighters." Said a robot shivering in fear.
"Vermin! Tremble before the might of Starscream!" The transmission said.
Nefarious looked at Koban.
"It seems we got a common enemy." Said Nefarious.
"Agreed. We kill these hostiles, then we kill each other." Said Koban.
"Deal!" Nefarious said as he cut transmission.
"All units, prepare for battle!" Commanded Nefarious.
So it was Ratchet and Clank's archenemy Dr Nefarious and a leader of the late Andross's remnant army that found the Decepticon ship, Nemesis.
And they are now in conflict with Starscream and his fellow Seekers!
How will that turn out? Well you'll find out soon enough.
Note: General Koban is based on Koba from the Planet of the Apes movies.
