The room was silent as they watched the zombie carry the boy out of the room, Aizawa leading them to the clinic. When the door shut, Nighteye turned toward All Might, "Did you hear that? He's quirkless; it's so obvious!"

Nezu spoke up, "We don't know if that is the only reason. What we need is proof that quirklessness is the common factor and we need to do it in a way that is discrete and safe. The zombie apocalypse has brought mankind closer together, but it hasn't completely cured quirkism."

Hizashi sighed; he knew full well what that was like. And no, he wasn't talking about himself.

He was talking about Aizawa.

Yes, Aizawa had a quirk. And while he had trained it excessively to help create the hero he was today, it wasn't always like that. It was dubbed a 'useless' quirk, only good to stop anothers' quirk before he blinks-Aizawa was always told that his quirk wasn't good enough.

Hizashi never gave up on him though. In fact, he kept on telling him that he wanted him to be his hero partner when they graduated UA. Aizawa didn't want to go, but he finally convinced him when Hizashi stated that he would buy him any sleeping bag he wanted.

Then the Apocalypse happened and Aizawa began his training seriously.

He came back to the present as Nighteye sighed, "So what do we do?"

Nezu walked back to his computer, immediately pulling up his email. "I will send a personal email to each of the bunkers, requesting them to come into my office if any of them are quirkless. I will instruct them to keep it to themselves and give them each separate times to talk to us and help us assist in a little…project." His smile became a little jagged and the way the light of the screen glinted off his teeth caused him to look more sinister. All Might gulped.

"Uh…Nezu, sir? You're not going to hurt anyone, right?" The white animal looked up at All Might, giving him a serene smile.

"Not at all. I promise I will use all safety measures in my experiment."

"Pinky!" Midoriya squirmed out of Kacchans' arms and ran to the pink zombie, who held out her arms. He jumped against her, cuddling his face against her chest. She purred, stroking his hair.

A soft growl and shuffling footsteps announced the arrival of the other zombies.

"Everyone! You're okay!" The green tot cried happy tears as his family surrounded him, filling the clinic with affectionate chuffs and purrs. Kacchan bumped his way to where Midoriya was and took him out of the pink zombies' arms, who gave him a small grunt of annoyance.

Midoriya giggled, curling against Kacchan, "Don't worry, Kacchan! Kacchan is still the coolest!"

The blond zombie huffed, as if to say, "You're darn right!"

Nezu straightened up, blinking in surprise as his inbox let out a sound, indicating he had a response. He clicked the link, reading it carefully.

Greetings Mr. Nezu,

My name is Shinetsu Aoyama. I am one of the civilians who aids in the kitchens along with my wife, Marie. I read the email that you sent me of asking of anyone that is quirkless. My wife and I have a four-year-old son that is quirkless. His name is Yuga Aoyama. You mentioned that the quirkless could be the key in curing the zombie apocalypse. I am hesitant in what that would entail, but if it would save my son and make the world safe for him, I am trusting you. What time should me and my family come over?

Nezu honestly didn't think that there were any other quirkless people here, but he was so glad he was wrong. He smiled and wrote down his reply.
