Making Preparations
At the huge field near the former Viceroy Palace, the Black Knights and members of Peace Mark gathered with Zero, Void, Naoto, Rai, and Keitaro facing Peace Mark and the rest of the Black Knights. The Six Leaders of Kyoto were standing on one the side while Kallen, Alice, Euphemia, Talim, and Yun-seong were standing on the other side. There was a huge screen behind the two supreme leaders and the three deputy commanders and it showed splits screens of other branch leaders of the Black Knights as well as Xingke.
"Now then," Zero said, "let's get this meeting started. We shall prepare to head to other counties fighting against Britannia."
"As you all know, right now rebellion forces are upping their fight against Britannia in other countries," Void said, "On the screen are the branch leaders of the Black Knights operating in their countries like Talim and Yun-seong."
"Thank you all for showing up," Zero said to the branch leaders on the screen.
"It's a pleasure," One of the branch leaders said.
"It's good to finally see the main members of the Black Knights," Another branch leader said.
"It's a pleasure to see you all," Naoto said and turned to someone, "you must be Li Xingke."
The attention turned to Xingke who was shown in the middle of the screen.
"Yes, it's a pleasure Naoto Kozuki," Xingke said, "it's good to see the rest of you finally."
"Likewise Xingke," Todoh said, "in fact allow me to give you my thanks for looking after General Katase and the others for some time."
"It is not a problem Kyoshiro Todoh," Xingke said, "Zero and I had an agreement with the Six Leaders and I was simply doing my part."
"Even so, you have my thanks," Todoh said, "as his former subordinate I'm a grateful to you."
Todoh and the Four Holy Swords bowed and spoke of gratitude to Xingke as well. The branch leaders of Black Knights introduced themselves to the rest of the core members of the Black Knights and Peace Mark members and in turn, the others introduced themselves as well. With the introductions out of the way, Zero pressed a button and the large screen divided the screens of the branch leaders of the Black Knights and Xingke and showed the map of the world and showing the countries that were still under Britannian rule.
"Right now there are currently seventeen countries under the occupation of Britannia designated as Areas and right now, all of them are fiercely fighting back against Britannia," Zero said, "we begin the next phase with our mission as the Black Knights and assist the other rebellions and therefore joining up with our branch leaders who are leading the rebellions."
"The Britannian forces there are fighting back and they will be having reinforcements from the mainland come in to quell the rebellions," Void said, "so therefore we need to be there and fight forces that had already had been stationed there and their reinforcements there as well."
"So with that in mind," Zero said, "we'll be assigning some of you of which Area to go so we will spread out and assist the branch leaders but not only that, there's another mission that will be taking place as well."
"Another mission Zero?" Asahina asked.
"Most of you here will assist and help lead the rebellions in the occupied countries," Zero said, "as for myself and Void, we will be heading to the EU."
"The EU?" Tamaki replied surprised.
The others were surprised as well expect for the Rakshata, Sayoko, Jeremiah, Alice, Kallen, Diethard, and Jinta.
"Yes, thanks to Sayoko, we've established an agreement with a certain someone in the EU but not only that, coincidently we've also received a request by the EU's council members," Void said.
"Oh man, the EU," Yoshida said, "that must mean that they want help the drive Britannia out of there."
"That's correct Yoshida," Zero said, "of course Kallen and Alice will be accompanying us and so will Jeremiah, Sayoko, CC, and Jinta."
"Not only that, we will have upgrades of our arsenal," Rakshata said as she stepped forward and then faced the other members, "my team and I as well as Rai, Zero, Naoto, and Jinta have been working on Knightmare Frames that some of you will be piloting in the upcoming operations."
"Do you mean personal Knightmare Frames for some of us?" Inoue asked.
"That's right," Rakshata said with glee, "we finally finished creating more Knightmares for some of you to use and they will be your own."
"Oh hell yeah!" Tamaki responded with excitement.
"That's great," Gen said happily.
Everyone was cheering on the news brought forth by Rakshata.
"The Knightmares that have been made have been personalized to each of you based on the results of your training regiments as well as the data we got from you," Zero said.
"Oh right, I take it that you have been working on them since after you helped General Katase and the others back then in Yokosuka," Chiba said.
"That's correct," Rakshata said with a nod, "so be prepared."
"You're going to have been quick on how to utilize them with the manuals of the Knightmares that some of you will get," Zero said, "Jinta, Naoto, Kallen, Rai, and Alice will help get set and fit for your new Knightmares. Of course Void and I will help as well. Let us proceed, we will begin to assign some of you to help lead with the branch leaders to fight against Britannia but there is one more thing that I must stress on and that is the fact that Knights of the Rounds will most likely be assisting in stopping the rebellions."
"Oh right," Keitaro said, "we'll have to be careful."
"If they are like Nonette Enneagram then we'll need to stay on our toes," Senba said, "otherwise, we'll die and the people there will suffer for it."
"Yes, to tell the truth, it will be extremely difficult and the others that will also take command won't be slouches themselves," Rai said, "With that, we have battle strategies for each Knight of the Round and for any potential commander of the Britannian forces."
"We're ready," Todoh said, "whatever may come, will face them head on."
"Then let us begin," Zero said and then faced the screen with the branch leaders, "Branch leaders of the Black Knights, we will see again soon."
"Yes Zero," The branch leaders said in unison.
The screen switched over the list of Areas and the core members who will be assisting in the Areas.
"Deputy Commanders, lead them off on the occupied countries," Zero said.
"Right," Rai said.
"You got it," Naoto said.
"Of course," Keitaro said.
"Euphie, come with us," Void said.
"Huh, me?" Euphie responded confused.
Later on, Euphie was with Zero and Void at another area of the field while the others were taking in the Areas that they were going to be in.
"So what did you want to talk to me about?" Euphie asked.
The Six Leaders of Kyoto showed up being accompanied by Sayoko and Jeremiah as Zero and Void took their masks.
"Lelouch and Nunnally, what is it?" Kirihara asked.
"We'll get down to it," Lelouch said and then smiled, "Euphie, we have a special assignment for you."
"For me?" Euphie responded.
"That's right," Nunnally said, "and Keitaro will help you with it and so will Milly, Shirley, and Rivalz."
"Oh of course," Kirihara said, "it's about that particular matter."
"Oh yes, of course it is," Kaguya said.
"That's right," Lelouch said with a grin.
The Six Leaders knew what Lelouch and Nunnally were referring to but Euphie was still confused.
"Mind telling me what's going on," Euphie said.
"Yes of course," Lelouch said.
"It looks like it's our time as well," A female voice said gleefully.
Milly, Shirley, and Rivalz arrived and they were accompanied by Sancia, Lucretia, and Dalque.
"Great, you six are here," Nunnally said.
"Well now, this has become interesting," Osakabe said.
"Indeed, Lelouch and Nunnally's school friends," Munakata said.
"Okay seriously, what is this about?" Euphie asked.
Holy Britannian Empire
In the stockade of the military base in Pendragon, the cell opened and Suzaku was being led out by two guards. Both guards did not look happy and glared at Suzaku who was being led out. Suzaku saw two people coming and it was Marrybell and Oldrin.
"Ready to go Kururugi?" Marrybell asked.
"Yes Your Highness," Suzaku replied with a bow, "Thank you for giving me the opportunity."
"Let's go," Marrybell said as she turned around.
Marrybell left the military base being accompanied Oldrin and Suzaku and a limo was there waiting for them. After some time on the highway, the limo arrived at another city and it was Ector which was known for its military base and research and development facility. Suzaku looked and was in awe in what he was seeing.
"So… this is Ector," Suzaku said.
"That's right," Marrybell said, "this city has its own military base and research and development facility. It's not as big as our imperial capital but I consider it perfect for us especially now that that the military base is under my control."
"Yes right now, the military base is mostly used by us of the Glinda Knights," Oldrin said.
"Yes, I heard that from Euphie," Suzaku said who then a solemn expression.
"Let's make this right," Marrybell said, "please Kururugi, don't screw this up. Don't make me regret vouching for you."
"I won't Princess Marrybell," Suzaku said bowing his head, "I promise."
They arrived at the Ector military base and got out of the limo. The soldiers there greeted Marrybell and her knight Oldrin. Later on, Suzaku was in room and was seeing a military uniform on a bed. He took the clothes and just started at it. Meanwhile other Glinda Knights gathered at one of the meeting rooms and sat down in seats. Oldrin and Marrybell arrived and the other knights got up and saluted their princess and her knight.
"At ease everyone," Marrybell said.
The others did so and gave Marrybell their attention.
"Your Highness, we're here ready to follow through," Johann Schwarzer said having his right fist over his heart.
"Thank you General Schwarzer," Marrybell said, "we will be fulfilling our upcoming duties as the Glinda Knights by orders of His Majesty. Before that, we have a new person joining us."
Marrybell turned to Oldrin and nodded. Oldrin nodded back and went to the door and opened it.
"Come in," Oldrin said.
"Yes ma'am," Suzaku spoke.
Suzaku entered in the meeting room wearing his Glinda Knight uniform and faced the other Glinda Knights who were mostly were surprised to see Suzaku.
"Go ahead and introduce yourself," Marrybell said.
"Yes Your Highness," Suzaku said, "hello everyone. I am Suzaku Kururugi, I'm the new member of the Glinda Knights. It's a pleasure to meet you all."
"So the former knight to Princess Euphemia is joining our ranks," Leonhardt commented.
"That's right," Marrybell said.
"Your Highness, are you sure it's a good idea?" Tink Lockhart asked, "Excuse my bluntness but I don't think it's a good idea to have someone who was known to go against orders and cause problems. It was a major reason why he was in prison in the first place. What's going happen if he decides to go against orders like he did to Prince Schneizel?"
Suzaku looked down with a sad expression.
"I understand your concern," Marrybell said, "but rests assure that it will not happen. Kururugi and I had a long talk about it and he understands the severe consequences that will fall upon him should he go against his orders and what's expected of him."
"Um are you certain of this Your Highness," Toto Thompson asked nervously.
"Yes Toto, I can assure it," Marrybell said.
"Then it's fine," Sokkia Sherpa said cheerfully, "if Her Highness says it's fine, then it's fine. We should trust her."
"Of course that goes without saying," Johann said, "Suzaku Kururugi is now one of us so we should concentrate on working together."
"I still have concerns," Tink said, "but for now, I won't say much and trust Her Highness's judgment."
"Good and with that, we must discuss on the upcoming matter," Marrybell said and then turned to Suzaku, "Kururugi, take a seat and we will get the meeting started."
"Yes Your Highness," Suzaku replied.
Suzaku went and sat next to Leonhardt and the meeting taking place as Marrybell was discussing on what the Glinda Knights will be doing. Meanwhile back in military base in Pendragon, soldiers had gathered at the exterior area of the military base and Cassius and William was facing the soldiers. Cassius looked at the soldiers that were going to be under his command to reoccupy Japan.
"So this is the best we get," Cassius said.
"Yes Your Highness," William said, "Having concerns?"
"Huh?" Cassius replied and turned to William, "Of course not. What nonsense Lieutenant General?" Cassius looked at the soldiers, "I suppose it was just smaller than expected."
"Still we have 80 soldiers ready for the operation," William said, "as you mentioned Your Highness, the Black Knights will be leaving Japan unguarded so it shouldn't be difficult to take over Japan. In fact with this, we may be over prepared with the amount of soldiers we will lead for this operations and I'm not including the Knightmare Frames and tanks that we will have."
"Oh speaking of Knightmare Frames," Cassius said, "what are the models that will be given to us?"
"Yes, that would the Gloucesters," William said.
"Just Gloucesters?" Cassius asked.
"Yes, like it has been said," William said, "most of the military personnel and resources are going to deal with the rebellions in the other Areas and the EU and unfortunately, we don't have enough for all the soldiers here."
Cassius sighed, "Right it can't be helped," Cassius got confident, "But then again, we're still going to succeed and the Black Knights will be leaving Japan so it should be easy picking. Now then…"
Cassius and William looked on and then William had Cassius go to a certain someone and it was Villetta who was standing in front of them and saluted.
"You, you're Villetta Nu," Cassius said.
"Yes, I'm Major Villetta Nu," Villetta said, "it's a pleasure to take part of this operation led by you Your Highness."
"Major Nu was recommended by Nonette Enneagram, the honorable Knight of Nine," William said.
"And you accepted," Cassius said.
"Yes Your Highness," William said.
"Hmm, good," Cassius said as he was pleased and then turned to Villetta, "You're doing an excellent thing Major Nu. Ha, you're much smarter than your former leader Jeremiah Gottwald. I heard that he defected and joined the Black Knights and got close to Zero and Void."
"Unfortunately yes," Villetta replied, "sadly it is all true."
"Hmph, don't feel bad," Cassius said, "He wasn't known to be a smart man especially with that Orange business. After all, this is the same man who was stupid enough to be loyal to that common whore Marianne years ago. People who associate, loyal or even related to Marianne tend not to be smart and do stupid things… like the Ashford Family, like Jeremiah, and especially her own children Lelouch and Nunnally."
Villetta was shocked and bothered to hear what Cassius said about certain people and she looked down with a sad expression. William just sighed and shook his head and Cassius noticed William's reaction.
"Huh, what is it Lieutenant General?" Cassius asked as he was a bit annoyed.
"It's nothing Your Highness," William answered.
Cassius looked at William a bit suspiciously and then he looked and noticed someone who looked very young. The young one was actually Rolo wearing his foot soldier uniform.
"What is this?" Cassius asked.
Cassius approached Rolo who saluted to the fourth imperial prince.
"Greeting Your Highness," Rolo spoke.
"This isn't a playground child," Cassius commented.
Rolo twitched a bit in response to Cassius's comment.
"Your Highness," William spoke as he walked and stood next to Cassius, "this is Rolo Hailburton. He is a new recruit who actually started today."
"And why is this child here?' Cassius asked pointing at Rolo, "We're not in the business of babysitting."
"I can assure you Your Highness that this young man is a capable soldier," William said, "although it's not just me saying it. He has excellent results that are well known and has not been in any units so we were able to have him in this unit."
Cassius was surprised and raised an eyebrow, "Really, is that so?" Cassius sighed and shook his head as he found it hard to believe, "Well if he can be useful then I have no complaints…" Cassius looked at Rolo, "No crying from you like a typical child. You pull your weight like everyone else."
"Yes of course Your Highness," Rolo responded with a respectable bow.
Cassius walked away with William following him and neither of the two men noticed the death glare that Rolo was giving and discreetly activated his Geass and then he quickly deactivated his Geass.
"No, doing it would go against my orders," Rolo said in his head, "besides, this operation itself is not important. It's the mission that has been given to me that is important."
Later on, Cassius and William faced the soldiers including Villetta and Rolo.
"Soldiers, we will soon begin the operation and this operation is the right the wrong that had occurred," Cassius said, "Although we are a tiny force, we are more than enough to reclaim the territory from those ungrateful uncultured monkeys. We will begin to head forth and take back Area 11 and not only that… take down a traitorous foolish girl," Cassius paused a bit, "I am of course referring to my stupid half-sister Euphemia who should be referred to as the Traitorous Princess or Euphemia the Traitor. I want her brought to me…" Cassius narrowed his eyes, "dead or alive… I don't care which," Cassius raised his right arm forward, "Continue preparations for we will begin very soon."
"Yes Your Highness!" The soldiers said in unison.
Cassius put his arm down and turned to William.
"Lieutenant General Stadtfeld, I leave this to you," Cassius said.
"Yes Prince Cassius," William replied with a salute to Cassius.
Cassius left and again was feeling confident and William just looked and sighed as he frowned as he looked up and saw someone and that someone was Jarvis who was at the upper level of the base with his arms crossed.
Japan
In the Knightmare Hanger of the former Viceroy Palace, the lights lit up and new Knightmare Frames were showed and many core members of the Black Knights were excited in what they were seeing.
"Are these the new models?" Sugiyama asked.
"They sure are," Naoto said with a smile.
"Some of you will be piloting these Knightmares," Rai said, "they will be yours to pilot for the upcoming operations in the other countries."
"Alright, nice!" Tamaki said happily.
"This is incredible," Minami said happily.
"It's expected that you all would be happy," Rakshata said as she showed up with her team, "Now then, Rai, Naoto…"
"Thank you Rakshata," Naoto said, "Kaname, Shinichiro, Yoshitaka, and Kento. You guys follow me."
"Inoue, Yoshida, and Gen," Rai said, "follow me."
The people called followed the ones that called them and Jinta approached Todoh and the Four Holy Swords and had them follow him. Rakshata looked on and saw that Lelouch and Nunnally arrived with Sayoko and Jeremiah and went to them.
"Everything is going well here," Rakshata said.
"Good to know," Lelouch said, "I'm confident that the new Knightmares will be great assets for them."
"Yes, hopefully though," Rakshata said, "they will treat them better than a certain benefactor that I know."
Lelouch twitched and looked at Rakshata.
"I see that you're still angry with me with what happened with my Lionel," Lelouch deduced.
Rakshata responded by looking at Lelouch dead in his eyes, put her pipe in her mouth and suddenly pulled his cheeks much to the surprise of Lelouch, Jeremiah, and Sayoko while Nunnally looked on with a light chuckle.
"Rakshata, stop," Lelouch demanded.
"Oh how can you be so cruel?" Rakshata asked, "Letting that happen to one of our children. Honestly Lelouch, you're a horrible father."
"Lady Rakshata," Jeremiah spoke.
Lelouch quickly held up his hand signaling Jeremiah and Sayoko to not intervene and used both of his hands to free himself from Rakshata pulling his cheeks.
"I get it Rakshata," Lelouch said, "I was being reckless. Believe me, you're not the only one who feels that way about my actions. I promise you that I won't do it again."
"…Okay, fine," Rakshata said as she stepped away, "it will take me some time to finish the repairs on our Lionel but I can guarantee you that it will be ready by the time you and the others reach to our new ally in the EU. Oh and Nunnally dear, I will be making improvements on the Lucan as well."
"Appreciate it Rakshata," Nunnally said happily.
"Well with that, I need to get back to work," Rakshata said, "Mama has to help our children feel better."
Rakshata leaves and Jeremiah looked at Lelouch confused.
"Your children…" Jeremiah said, "Is Lady Rakshata referring to the Lionel and the Lucan as children to you and her?"
"She's just like that," Lelouch said, "Rakshata refers to all the Knightmares she builds as he children. With my Lionel and Nunnally's Lucan, I helped with the creations in every step of the way."
"I see," Jeremiah said.
Nunnally and Sayoko giggled in response. Meanwhile Ohgi was looking a navy blue Knightmare Frame.
"So this is my own Knightmare," Ohgi said.
"That's right," Naoto said, "this is the Renmazuo. This is your Kaname," Naoto turned to Minami, "Yoshitaka, you have this Knightmare, the Korinmaru."
Minami looked the Knightmare that was dark green.
"Nice," Minami said.
Naoto went to Sugiyama and stood next to him as Sugiyama was looking at his own Knightmare was cobalt blue.
"So this one is mine?" Sugiyama asked.
"Yep, what you have Kento is the Tenkumaru," Naoto said and then turned to Tamaki, "Shinichiro, you have the Rekkamaru."
Tamaki was looking at the Knightmare that was red and was ecstatic.
"So this is my own" Tamaki responded happily.
"Study them and get used to them," Naoto instructed, "they will be pivotal for the places you guys will be."
"You got it," Minami said.
"Let's get on them and study them," Sugiyama said.
Meanwhile Yoshida was looking at his own Knightmare Frame that was orange and brown while Inoue was looking at her own Knightmare Frame that was turquoise and Gen looked at his own Knightmare Frame that was dark gray.
"So I have the Kongomaru," Yoshida said.
"While I have the Suikomaru," Inoue said.
"That's right," Rai said, "these will be your own Knightmares."
"So this is my own Knightmare," Gen said, "the Onikiri…"
The three turned to Rai.
"Rai, let Lelouch and Rakshata know that we won't let them down," Inoue said.
"Of course," Rai said, "although it may not be necessary to really do so as they are confident that you guys will do well."
Meanwhile Todoh was in the cockpit of his new Knightmare Frame.
"The Zangetsu," Todoh said.
"That's right," Jinta said.
Jinta was with the Four Holy Swords who then turned to the other four new Knightmare Frames. They proceed to climb on their new Knightmare Frames. Chiba was in her new Knightmare Frame that was marigold and silver called the Sohaya. Asahina was in his new Knightmare Frame that was dark purple and black called the Yatagarasu. Senba was in his own new Knightmare Frame called the Tetsuga it was brown and red and Urabe was in his new Knightmare Frame called the Amezuki maroon and green.
"With these new Knightmares, we shall fulfill our duties and aid our allies in their homelands," Todoh commented.
The Four Holy Swords spoke in agreement and Jinta nodded in agreement as well. Meanwhile Lelouch was sitting in the desk in the office and CC was lying in the couch with her Cheese-kun plushy.
"So, we'll be heading to the EU," CC said.
"That's right," Lelouch said, "we received a request from the council members of the EU as well establish an alliance with someone in the military within the EU."
"And who is that someone?" CC asked.
"Leila Malcal," Lelouch said.
"Hmm, I see," CC said, "going there means fighting against Euro Britannia."
"That's right," Lelouch said, "which also means taking on their Knightly Orders but it matters not, whatever we face, we will win."
"Quite confident, aren't you?" CC commented.
"It's a matter of we have to win," Lelouch said, "and besides, whether is in the occupied territories or the EU, we have to win and crush Britannia. That is and has always been the ultimate goal of the Black Knights."
CC smiled at Lelouch's words, "You just keep getting better and better."
"Hmm, are you trying to stroke my ego?" Lelouch replied.
"Yes, is it working?" CC replied smiling.
Lelouch smiled in response to CC's words as she CC got up herself.
"So with that," CC continued, "I better get ready as well."
"In that case follow me," Lelouch said, "yours are ready."
"Nice," CC said.
Sword of Akasha, C's World
Charles was standing on the platform of the weapon and was in his thoughts.
"Yes, everything is coming together," Charles said, "Lelouch, Nunnally, Euphemia, it seems that you and your people will be making your moves. But none of that concerns me… soon you will know the truth of this rotten world and will see and understand what truly matters. I am confident that will understand… especially you Euphemia and Nunnally for I will grant what you have always desired."
