Sabbra's finger emitted smoke after the killing shot. She spat out Zucchi's tail and exhaled. [Finally...that was harder than that Metamoran couple from a few months ago...good thing I saved energy for Cryo. If he's a good king, he'll be here soon...hell, he should have been here already.] Sabbra thought as she walked over to the stone throne and sat on it. She closed her eyes and began to rest. Her red Kaio-Ken aura faded away. [Telepart...telepact...mind reading...I should use it more often in fights. Ugh, that situation got out of hand really fast. I was going to let her tire herself out in that new form. I should have powered up earlier just in case.] She drifted off after spending a few minutes with her eyes closed.

A sonic boom woke up Sabbra not long after she had finally fallen asleep. She spotted him, the king had finally arrived. The large white and cyan lizard had walked over to and kneeled in front of the fallen warriors around the palace. [I am sorry...I am sorry...] Sabbra read from his mind over and over again. His fists clenched as he slowly walked towards Sabbra. He emitted a chilly atmosphere. Sabbra shivered a bit as he got closer. "Cryo, let's get this over with." Sabbra said as she stood up from the throne. Cryo responded in a calm and almost soothing voice, mist blew through the filters on his mask with every word. "Not here, I will not let you disrespect my friends after death too." Sabbra sighed and aimed a finger gun at him. "I've waited enough. Let's get this over with, NOW."

Cryo zipped towards her and made eye contact with his watery eyes as he delivered a heavy uppercut to her stomach, which sent her flying through the throne and out of the palace. She was launched over the lavender lake behind the palace and landed on an isle which had large blue bioluminescent mushrooms and green glowing grass. The wildlife in the area had been spooked away after Sabbra crash landed. She held her gut and puked out purple blood, she gasped for air and retched afterwards. [What the hell?! I knew he'd be stronger than the saiyan, but this is insane!] Sabbra thought while she stood up and wiped the blood from her mouth. "PENTA KAIO-KEN!" The red aura engulfed her as before, this time her power had quintupled.

The sonic boom could be heard in the distance again. Sabbra spotted Cryo from far away as he blasted off towards her. She leaned back in advance to barely avoid an upcoming tail swipe which cut through the mushroom behind her, though it quickly regenerated. By the time Sabbra had leaned back up to get her footing and turned around to face Cryo, he was already in front of her, now with a colder aura than before.

She created ki claws and swiped them towards his gut in an effort to disembowel him. The claws just scratched him and drew a little light blue blood, but had not caused any reaction from him. [He...he just let me do that?] Sabbra thought as she now went for a stab in the stomach, only for Cryo to sidestep it fast enough to seem like he teleported from her perspective. He grabbed the thrusted arm by the wrist and held Sabbra in place. [I shall go for a kick to the head now, if it dodges, I will swipe it's legs from behind with my tail.] Cryo planned in his mind as he went for the kick to her head. Sabbra ducked under the kick and hopped up in advance to successfully avoid the follow-up tail swipe. As Cryo still held her arm, he swung and slammed her deep underground.

Sabbra groaned in pain while underground, but she kept tabs on Cryo's thoughts. [That is odd, it predicted a move like that? It's speed, while impressive, should not have granted it enough time to react to that.] Cryo thought as he peeked into the hole. From his cyan slit eyes, he shot out an aurora-colored laser into the hole. "Kai Kai!" Sabbra said desperately as she barely avoided the laser. She had teleported beside the peeking Cryo and did an overhead axe kick on his back as she tried to hit him into the hole. The kick barely budged him.

Sabbra tried to fly back, but Cryo caught her by the ankle and tried to pull her in. She quickly created a shatter orb and threw it at him. Cryo released Sabbra's leg in order to catch the shatter orb, which he covered and contained with both webbed hands. Having noticed the crystal-like texture and glow inside of the ball, he assumed the technique would work like a fragmentation grenade that he had already witnessed on various other planets. His hypothesis was proven correct as the shatter orb burst between his hands, though it did not do much damage apart from light scratching on his palms caused by the shards.

Sabbra gasped as she witnessed this feat. She flew back and focused on Cryo's mind again. [I shall fly in and feign a standard punch, only to fly past it and deliver a backhand from behind.] Cryo thought while he did just as he planned. Sabbra did not fall for the fake punch as she hovered up to land on top of the follow-up backhand. While on top of his arm, she kicked him in the eye. She also sprang herself away with the kick and landed around the coast of the isle.

While the kick seemed to have slightly bruised the eye, he still had no reaction. "What the hell is up with you?! Are you invincible?!" Sabbra yelled out, but Cryo didn't say anything, instead he thought to himself [It finally noticed, though I doubt it specifically figured out that my body is able to fully operate even with frozen nerves.] Sabbra gasped. [Frozen nerves!? He can't feel anything I hit him with? Does he also have ice powers then?] She thought. [And now I shall fly in and go for a predictable horn charge, using my tail to swat it down regardless of the direction it dodges towards.] Cryo thought before he took off and flew towards Sabbra. She prepared to say 'Kai Kai' and teleport away from Cryo as he charged in. Halfway to reaching her, he actually shot out an eye laser and blasted her down, never going for either the headbutt or tail swat.

"AGH! W-WHAT?!" Sabbra said as she held her struck chest and laid on the ground. "Mind reader. I suspected it when you began dodging my attacks in advance to compensate for your slower speed. Every time I fight someone I suspect to be psychic, I plan my attacks in advance, only to switch them up mid action. I do that to figure out if someone is either telepathic or clairvoyant, and since you clearly did not see that coming-" Cryo said before he caught Sabbra trying to say 'Kai Kai' in the middle of his explanation. He shot her with another eye laser to interrupt and keep her down.

Afterwards, he jumped over to Sabbra and knee dropped on top of her abdomen. She screamed out, but was silenced when Cryo grabbed the lower half of her face to cover her mouth."Now I will make sure you cannot say your precious spell to teleport away." He said as he applied pressure in an effort to dislocate her jaw. Sabbra tried to grab onto his hand, but Cryo slapped one of her hands away, which accidentally sliced it off with one of his forearm fins. Cryo gasped and released Sabbra, having seen the presumably permanent damage he had just inflicted. "N-no! I did not mean to!" Cryo said as he stood up and backed away. His constant calm tone finally changed into a concerned one.

Sabbra gasped for air, rolled over and crawled towards her disembodied hand. The hand landed right next to the isle's edge, almost having fallen into the lake. She grabbed the hand and placed it on her bloody wrist stump, it slowly healed back into place and function. "You...can regenerate?" Cryo said. Sabbra caught her breath before speaking. "Yeah...while it's not as fast as you'd think, not yet atleast, you'll still have a very hard time killing me." Sabbra said, rubbing her recently healed wrist. "And awwwe...I didn't know you suddenly cared about me." She said, weakly laughing. "No, it just means I do not have to be as careful." Cryo said calmly. Goosebumps struck Sabbra's entire being as she screamed out "KAI K-"

Cryo immediately rushed in and landed a punch on her face, pushing her upper body to dip into the water behind her. He grabbed her shirt and pulled her out of the water into a headbutt. After the headbutt left her stunned, he wrapped his arms around her in a body lock. Loud cracks could be heard as he lifted her off the ground and began to crush her in this hug-like hold. Sabbra let out a bloodcurling screech before she spat blood onto Cryo's chest. While her arms were pinned to her sides, she was still able to take out her ki claws. She began scraping Cryo's sides, which eventually properly cut into his skin. Unfortunately, his frozen nerves prevented him from ever having felt this, even if the claws seemed to actually do some significant damage. Sabbra planned on teleporting away, but she couldn't even utter proper words in this situation. Even then, due to the physical contact, she would just bring Cryo along and remain stuck in his vice-like grip.

"Do you happen to be an empath too? Is that among your psychic abilities? If it is, then you'll know..." Cryo said, in a quivering tone as his voice cracked. His mask split open. The mask's plates slid sideways to remain on top of his cheeks. His wide shark-like maw and rows of teeth were revealed, which caused Sabbra to panic even further as she kneed his gut and kicked his knees. "GRYAAAH!!" Cryo roared, his emotions finally got the best of him as he could not even finish his own sentence. Cryo voraciously clamped his jaws on her neck, causing her neck to spurt out blood as he sunk in rows of shark teeth. Sabbra screamed louder, and in desperation, sprayed fire from both her mouth and air holes. She stabbed his sides with her ki claws again and again as Cryo tightened his grip and jaws slowly. He wrenched and mauled her body for almost a full minute before he suddenly let go. He screamed as he held his wounded sides.

Sabbra stopped spraying fire as she fell into the lake. While currently very weakened, she had no time to rest, so she immediately began to swim away. Cryo looked at the wounds on both sides of his torso, he gritted his teeth. [The flames melted the ice in my body, it allowed me to feel again. Did it even notice this detail, this was it's perfect chance to strike...instead, it went deeper into my element.] Cryo thought before he before he let out a roar and slapped his tail on the ground."YOU ARE NOT GETTING AWAY, DEMON!" He said and dived into the lake to begin the chase.

"KRAIH KRAIH! KRAIH KRAIH!" Sabbra said as she swam away, fueled by adrenaline as she powered through her body's current mangled state. [FUCK! I CAN'T USE IT UNDERWATER!] She thought and now headed towards the surface.

The water suddenly got cold, which prompted Sabbra to look back and spot Cryo, who rushed towards her. She panicked and swam even faster towards the surface. She almost got her head out of the water, but her lower back would get impaled by Cryo's barbed tail. She dug her ki claws into the tail, but it did not help much as Cryo had already refrozen his nerves. Cryo raised an arm and flash froze the top of the lake with blue ice, having left no way to escape now. He forcefully ripped her off from his tail, which caused a water-muffled yelp from Sabbra. He pushed her against the blue ice, which seemed to be more durable than normal ice as it only slightly cracked from this impact. He froze and stuck Sabbra onto the blue ice surface, then he backed away a bit.

Cryo would focus on Sabbra's head as his eyes flickered blue, green and purple. [Read my mind, demon. Due to your biological abilities, you are one of the few beings in this universe likely able to survive my Aurora Ray, but I would not expect you to be conscious for days, maybe even weeks. Once you regenerate and regain consciousness, I will make sure you suffer again. This is for the people you have murdered, for their family and friends...] Cryo thought, with hope that Sabbra had tuned into his mind. Sabbra tried to emit fire again, but the flames couldn't come out while her body was encased in ice.

A small aquatic critter slowly swam between the two. [NO! MOVE! YOU WILL GET YOURSELF KILLED! THE COLD ALONE SHOULD HAVE DRIVEN EVERYONE DOWN HERE AWAY!] Cryo painfully held in the Aurora Ray as he grabbed and moved it away in a gentle fashion, in contrast with his aggressive thoughts. Thanks to the time bought by the clueless critter, the fire being produced but contained inside Sabbra's body heated her up and began to slowly thaw the blue ice around her.

Cryo's flickering eyes brightly flashed the three same colors. The blue ice melted just enough for Sabbra to break free, and with no time to move out of the Aurora Ray's trajectory, she swam directly at Cryo. Right before Sabbra reached him, he roared with his huge maw in both anger and pain caused from unleashing the Aurora Ray. The eye ray grew gigantic as it spread the longer it traveled. It's mere presence changed the landscape's lighting to beautiful aurorous colors as it flew into the sky and outer space afterwards. As the energy dissipated deep in the nebula, Cryo looked around. The blue ice layer had shattered and melted due to the attack, water swirled around him...the majin was finally gone.
