Hey guys and gals, welcome back to Gotcha! Chemy X Sympho! And this chapter sort of is going to be in between chapters before the next big anime moment.
You may be wondering why, well I wanted to introduce some more side cast that I can use during this story just for filler chapters in between the chapters as well as some set up for future chapters.
Not only that but I'm going to have a bit of focus for the character development on Elpis and Miku mostly cause I haven't really felt like I've focused on them nearly enough.
So with that said, how about we get this chapter started.
City
Third person P.O.V.
We see Madwheel racing through the city as it tries to bring Elpis to somewhere she could be treated but then it suddenly stops.
"H-Huh?" Elpis blinked, looking confused before she looked up and blinking when she saw an Orange Figure outside the window. "Yuya?"
"Wait…no…you're not him" he muttered, seeing Daybreak infront of her as he walked towards her and the Chemy.
The figure remained silent as he took out something that made Elpis's eyes widened as Daybreak inserted a card into the device "A Chemy…Riser?!"
CHEMY RISE! CARERY!
A light then shot from the Chemy Riser and coated the girl's body, healing the various wounds around her as she started losing consciousness.
The last thing she saw was the figure moving and placing something on her finger before moving back and closing the car door.
"That should help, now to take her home" Daybreak said,reaching for the front door as Madwheel moved back glaring at him "Ah right you wouldn't know me, but you can trust me I promise won't hurt her."
"Wheel…" Madwheel frowned, giving the figure a glare.
"Which do you think is better, fighting me here or getting your partner somewhere safe?" Daybreak asked, as the Chemy looked down before nodding "There we go, now come on."
Daybreak then got into the car and drove off to get Elpis somewhere safe.
Lydian Academy
Third person P.O.V.
"Hmm…" Miku muttered, as she sat up on her bed looking next to her best friend sleeping soundly next to her.
When she had arrived back to her room from the bunker after being worried sick of her friend who hadn't returned when she left to get her CD during a Noise attack, she found Hibiki walking back exhausted, both mentally and physically.
However what confused Miku was that Hibiki was also injured in a few spots and when Hibiki asked about it her friend simply said she was running back and accidentally slipped and fell.
'Why would you lie about something like Hibiki…especially to me.' she wondered, with a frown on her face as she looked down.
'I mean she was gone for hours without even calling me…during a Noise attack no less…what could she have been doing that she wouldn't want to tell me…' she wondered, before slowly getting up "I need some air…"
With that she slowly moved out of the bed, trying her hardest not to accidentally wake up her roommate/ best friend.
Miku sighed as she looked around, guiding herself through the dark room before making her towards the window and slowly opening it.
"Wow, this really is a good view…" she muttered, looking at the campus at night below her.
"Hibiki…I can't shake this feeling…after the Kamen Rider showed up here…in front of you again…that something bad is going to happen to you and Yuya again… I never want to see the way you two were like back then again" she muttered, looking up at the starry sky before blinking "Ah, a shooting star..guess I could try…"
She then clasped her hands together and closed her eyes "Please…protect my best friends…from any danger that happens to them…"
"Heh, like something like that would actually-" Rustle.
Miku then blinked, as she looked at some of the plants they had left on the balcony rustling "What was that? A kitty."
When she moved the plant aside she was surprised when she found a card laying there "A card? What's a card doing here."
"Is it for some kind of game?" she wondered, as she picked up the card and examined it "Did you make that noise? Heh, like that would happen."
"Uni, Unicon~" The Unicorn on the card said, making Miku's eyes widened as the creature depicted moved around.
"Eh?"

In a dark void we see Yuya standing in the city at night with his eyes closed.
Knowing that makes me want to see ahead
His eyes slowly open up and widen at what he sees

Turning around, Yuya grins as he offers a hand whoever's he's looking at
And make up a rainbow that shines, so brilliant in the sky
We move past him to see a beautiful rainbow next to the blue sky.
Giving up saying that nothing will change… Even losing my own strength just to move.
We see Hibiki on a park bench looking down while Tsubasa was in front of a dojo training with her sword.
"What's so fun thinking that all the time?" You said smiling as you walked ahead…
A light then shines as the two look up with determined looks in their eyes.
(YEAH)
Feeling lonely as my heart sub comes to FLASHBACKS
The scene cut's to Hibiki while transformed punching one of the noises in the face.
Synchronising with you and having no MASH UPS
It then switches to Tsubasa slashing another in half while also transforming.
I know that we can make it in RIGHT NOW, READY SET GO!
Finally we see Kamen Rider Gotchard running ahead before jumping into the air.
I'm never alone, ever since the day you said that to me Everything seems so possible and free
We see Gotchard on Goldash driving off a ramp into the sky, before landing on to the street and driving ahead.
Along with your, everlasting smile so big and happy So grab onto my hand so tightly,
We then switch Elpis looking up as she saw Gotchard driving towards her while reaching his hand out making her smile as she took it.
Together as we are, there's nothing that we can't overcomeI feel that way since you are here with me
Elpis was now on the back of Gotchard's bike as they drove through the street passing by several Chemies along the way.
You make the strength that is missing on the right side of me Our strength as one I know that we, We'll take off to sky!
The two then looked up to see three dark figures looking down on them before looking at each other and nodding.
Don't stand there, never DON'T STOP (Don't stop)
Gotchard and Hibiki were doing a double punch attack towards a group of noise together.
I'll never leave you DON'T CRY (Don't cry)
Switches to Tsubasa swinging down towards Gotchard who blocked the attack with his arm, as the two glare at each other.
You'll never be alone right here 'cause EVERYTHING'S GONNA BE ALRIGHT
Yuya then pumps his arm as he and Elpis look up at the blue sky and the rainbow.
Flower
Third person P.O.V.
"Hmm…huh?" Elpis blinked, finding herself in the room Mayuki had given her after letting Elpis move in with her.
"What happened…ah!" she blinked, looking down to see that she was changed into some Pajamas "When did I change?"
"Hmm? Oh you're up" She heard, looking over to see Mayuki walking in "Looks like you were pretty tuckered out, guess all the hurry with the Noise must have been exhausting,So I decided to let you skip school!."
"The Noise…?" she questioned, before blinking "Oh! That's right! I was with Yuya."
"Ah, so he walked you home. That makes sense" Mayuki nodded, turning around "We're already open but I got some breakfast ready for you when you're ready."
"Thank you" Elpis said, as she took off her Blanket and moved to sit up.
"Wheel! Mad Wheel!" "Copter" she heard, looking over to see the two Chemies on her shelf.
"Oh you two, don't worry I'm feeling much better now" Elpis smiled, trying to calm the two worried Chemies down before blinking "Huh?"
Elpis' eyes widened when she found what looked like an Alchemist ring, except this one was white in colour with an orange gem, with the front being much bigger and in the shape of two wings with the orange gem in the middle.
"An Alchemist ring? When…did I get this…"
"What happened last night…" she muttered, trying to think back to what had happened the previous night.
"I remember…Mad Wheel driving me here…then…I think I saw Gotchard…but he looked different…and he used the Chemy Riser the professor had…as well as a Chemy…I think he was trying to heal me…he started moving in as I passed out…could he have given me this?" She muttered, looking at her hand.
"Could this Orange Gotchard…Daybreak…be the professor?" Elpis wondered, tapping her chin "The Professor made the Driver, he would have the Alchemist rings…he said he had to leave…could this be why…"
"Wheel?" "Copter" She blinked, before looking down at the two Chemies who looked at her worried.
"Ah I'm alright, sorry I just had something on my mind" she smiled, waving her hands.
She quickly dressed herself up and spotted the time "Huh… guess I did miss out on a lot."-
A few minutes later we see Elpis at the restaurant floor helping to clean up after having her breakfast. 'Phew, this is some hard work but I think I'm getting used to it.'
She continued working even as she heard the sound of a bell chime "Hello!"
"Huh? Ah! Good afternoon you two" Mayuki greeted, making Elpis blink before she looked over at Hibiki and Miku walking in.
"Heya Elpis! It's been awhile" Hibiki grinned, running up to the girl "Heard you went through some ruff stuff last night."
"Oh hey Hibiki, yeah I heard you had some trouble last night too" Elpis told her while Hibiki laughed.
"Hehe yeah, but anyway when Yuya told me you didn't come to school I thought we could check up on you and get a chance to introduce you to Miku" Hibiki grinned, motioning to her friend.
"Ah nice to meet you, my name is Miku Kohinata, Hibiki and Yuya's childhood friend" Miku introduced herself while Elpis shook her hand.
"Likewise, I'm Elpis Amachi, a classmate of Yuya's" Elpis introduced herself.
"Thanks for taking care of Yuya, I have to admit I was a bit worried when I found out he wasn't going to the same school as us but it seems like you can keep him out of trouble" Miku admitted, making Elpis giggle.
"Well he is a bit reckless but he's helped me…a lot more than I've helped him" she admitted, looking to the side making the two girls confused "Anyway where is Yuya, I'd imagined he'd go with you guys."
"Ah, he said he'd be a bit late since he had to check out clubs today." Hibiki explained, making Elpis blink.
"Clubs?"
Furasu High School
Third person P.O.V.
"Ugh, which one should I pick?" Yuya frowned, as he walked through the halls of the school after looking over some of the clubs.
"Hopper?" Hopper1 asked, popping out of his shirt pocket while Yuya looked down.
"Ah sorry Hopper1, just have trouble trying to find a club I can join…" Yuya muttered, looking at the list.
"Hopper? Hop hop!" Hopper1 told him while Yuya shook his head.
"It's not that doing a club is the problem, it's just I'm worried I'm going to be distracted with helping Elpis and looking for you guys…" Yuya explained, trying to think it over.
"What are you talking about?"
"AH!" Yuya yelped, turning around to see Masaki standing behind him "Oh geez, Masaki, you scared me half to death."
"Ah sorry about that, so what are you doing?" he asked, sitting next to Yuya who sighed.
"I'm trying to decide what club I wanna join but it's tricky" Yuya sighed, looking at the list.
"Ooh! How about you join the same club I joined?" Masaki suggested, making Yuya blink as he turned to him.
"What club did you join?"
"Fufufu, just follow me and I'll show you!" Masaki grinned, as he began guiding Yuya through the school.
Eventually they made it to a small shed at the back of the school, far off from the rest of the students "Um…what is this?"
"This is the club, the mystery research club!" he explained, before opening the door.
"I'm back and got a possible new recruit Senpai" Masaki called, as the two walked into the room.
The room itself looked simple enough with a large table in the middle, several shelves and a large window but the most notable thing was the fact that there was a ton of picture of different creatures like BigFoot, the Loch Ness monster and even pictures of the different Kamen Riders that have shown over the years including Zero One, Saber and Revice.
"Ah! Yo looks like you brought some fresh meat" A girl with messy brown hair and brown eyes, wearing her school uniform which had a red sweater instead of the Blazar.
"Hmm? Oh you actually found a new member" A boy with black hair and a pair of glasses behind a baggy looking eye, he was currently working on his laptop.
"Uh, hi nice to meet you I'm Yuya Tachibana" Yuya introduced himself while the girl stood up.
"Oh yeah, I've heard of you, you're the guys that's been hanging around Miss Popular" she smirked, making Yuya blink.
'Miss Popular? Does she mean Elpis?' he thought, turning his head.
"Welp, nice to meet ya I'm Chiaki Shirogane Masaki's sister and. Mister talkative over there is our brother Daichi Shirovane" She introduced herself and the other student
"O-Oh all of you are siblings" Yuya blinked looking at the three very different looks.
"Adopted."
"Ah" Yuya nodded, understanding the situation.
"You're a first year right? Which makes us your Senpai." Chiaki smiled, walking up to him.
"I-I see" Yuya smiled, with a bit of sweatdrop "So what exactly do you guys do here? I know you look into mysteries but what kind of mysteries."
"Well you see, we've been recently looking into the new Kamen Rider and those monsters they've been fighting," Masaki explained, making Yuya turn to him.
"Eh?"
"Oh curious? Hey Daichi, why don't you show the newbie" Chiaki called, as the student sighed.
"Here, take a look at this," Daichi said, before turning the laptop around.
Yuya raised an eyebrow about messages and posts about the new Kamen Rider all over social media, but that wasn't the only thing that caught his eye.
"Who's that guy in the suit?" Yuya questioned, looking at one of the pictures that showed a suited man from behind holding up a Chemy Card.
"Well you see ever since the Kamen Rider showed up there has been more and more rumours about odd creatures, one day me and Daichi were out looking for them when we spotted that guy picking something up."
"It looked like some of card…we thought it had nothing to do with it until we met Masaki and he pointed out how the card looked similar to the one the Kamen Rider uses"
"Eh?" Yuya blinked, looking at him 'Wait suited guys…what do they want with the Chemy's?'
"So you guys are looking into these guys that are taking the Kamen Rider's powers" Yuya asked, as they all looked at him confused "Uh what?"
"Dude are you blind, it's clear this guy is the Kamen Rider" Chiaki pointed out.
"It's the most logical observation, surprised you didn't realise," Daichi noted, while Yuya rubbed his head.
"R-Right, sorry about that." Yuya apologised "Still kinda new to this stuff."
"Well we were going to go out and check out a rumour we heard of which fits the other posts" Masaki suggested, making Yuya blink.
'Well this might be a Chemy…' he muttered, before nodding "Sure, why not."
"Alright! Then let's go" Chiaki grinned, while Daichi sighed.
The group of four then left the club room as they walked to find where the Chemy was.
Section 2
Third person P.O.V.
Tsubasa was currently lying on a hospital bed located in the medical section in the building. There were many scientists and doctors, including Ryoko, examining her vitals and progress. After all, the process of becoming a monster was pretty unnatural.
Meanwhile behind a large glass located in one of the walls of the room was Genjuro and Shinji watching her, with both men maintaining a stoic expression but nonetheless both of them worried for her, especially the former who was his only niece.
Suddenly Ryoko came out of the door of the room then walked up to him.
"Give it to me straight, Ryoko. Is she gonna be ok?" Genjuro asked with both hope and fear in his voice.
"The results show that she's actually pretty well, it just was too much of a strain for her. There doesn't appear to be an anomaly in her body at all." Ryoko said, making both men sigh in relief before she then looked at Tsubasa through the door once again. "It's almost as if she was completely purged. Nothing short of a miracle, or something beyond our understanding. However…"
"What is it?" Asked Shinji, before Ryoko took out a tablet and showed them an image of what was supposed to be Tsubasa's brain.
"This reading found out that the cause of the transformation originated from the temporal lobe of the brain, specifically the amygdala, before spreading through the whole brain and then the nervous system. Basically acting like a virus powered by her own negative emotional sense." Ryoko before she put away the tablet and looked at them both directly in the eyes. "Her own hatred turned her into a monster."
"How can that be?" Shinij asked, honestly wondering how someone's emotional sense can turn them into a monster.
"It's no surprise most of the time our emotions or instance can have an effect on our bodies chemistry. But this drastic change is completely unusual but I may have a theory." Ryoko said getting her tablet once again this time showing the previous battle, specifically the part where Tsubasa came into contact with AppareBushido.
"If we look at this moment during the fight we can see that she started emanating black smoker from her body as soon as that card that contained that Samurai Chemy. What's amazing is that by replaying it and analyzing it, Tsubasa and the Chemy seemed to have synchronized with each other." Ryoko said, making both men stunned.
"Synchronized with her body? Like a Relic?" Genjuro asked her.
"Very much like. However, this link appears to be purely depending on her emotional state, a very negative one. It seems her grief and hate at Kanade's passing acted as some sort of bedrock for this toxic combination."
"Could Gotchard be the same?" Genjuro suddenly voiced making Shinji blink, while Ryoko just swiped her tablet's screen before showing them an image of Gotchard.
"No. In fact. It's the opposite." Ryoko said, getting both of their attention. "Gotchard appears to have a perfect synchronization with not only one, but two of these Chemy's. It's probably thanks to his belt acting as some sort of buffer, but after analyzing him multiple times, it appears he does not possess any negative connection with the Chemy's alone."
"I see…" Genjuro said, as he reflected on their current situation. "I'm correct to assume Tsubasa is not the only one capable of this, but rather anyone. Right?"
"Correct. Anything on your mind?" Ryoko asked as attention diverted to Genjuro.
"We have to get this Gotchard on our side, immediately." Genjuro replied.
"But Gotchard was the reason she turned into that. And you plan to bring him in?" Shinji said as if he was talking to a madman.
"It also appears that Hibiki-kun is the reason for that as well, she has Kanade's gear after all." Genjuro said calmly with a hint of sorrow, making Shinji understand his logic. "But we also need him to understand this unknown element in our hand. We can barely make progress regarding the topic."
"But Tsubasa-" "She'll just have to learn to deal with it." Genjuro said sternly as she looked at her with fear in his heart. "We also egged this on by not helping her get out of it. If we want Tsubasa to get better we need to help her."
"I understand." Shinji said in approval before also staring at Tsubasa.
Meanwhile we see Tsubasa laying on the bed, unable to sleep as the only thoughts were of Kanade, while also having thoughts about Hibiki and Gotchard
"Tsubasa-san please! Listen to me! There's something I have to tell you! Something Kanade-San told me! She said… 'Even if my very life burns to an end, as long as there are people who remember me… I'm not afraid. Thank you for staying alive.' Kanade wanted me and my brother to stay alive, to remember her, that's why I wanna fight in her stead! SO THAT HER SACRIFICE DIDN'T AMOUNT TO NOTHING!."
"It was Kanade's decision to do what she did! Daybreak was only trying to respect her wish! I can't say it was the best decision… But he only did what he felt was right! You say this armour is the armour of a Murder… But trying to do the right thing even if people hate you… This isn't the armour of Murder… It's the armour… OF A KAMEN RIDER!"
"Kanade…" Tsubasa muttered, gripping her hand as she fought back the tears while Genjuro looked at her through the glass with a concerned look.
City
Third person P.O.V.
"Come on! Come on! There's a great place right here." Hibiki smiled, as she, Miku and Elpis walked through the city.
"You don't need to run Hibiki," Miku sighed, shaking her head.
"Is she usually this energetic?" Elpis asked, with a raised eyebrow "I can definitely see how her and Yuya are related."
"More or less, they've been like this ever since we were kids but more so since two years ago" Miku sighed.
"Since the Zwei Wing Disaster right?" Elpis asked, having heard a few things about it but haven't gotten the full story yet.
"Yeah, to be honest both Yuya and Hibiki have changed a lot after that day" Miku admitted "Yuya used to be a lot more…mature? No…well, something like that."
"REALLY?!" Elpis gawked, making Miku giggle.
"Yeah, don't get me wrong I'm happy he's looking for a dream or a goal he can follow…just kinda feels like he's becoming a bit distant…" Miku admitted.
Elpis was silent at this as she took in the new information she got from Miku.
"And then there's Hibiki who well…take a look for yourself" She said, pointing forward which confused Elpis for a moment as she looked up.
"Oh thank you dearie" An old lady thanked, as Hibiki helped her carry her shopping across a busy street.
"Hehe no problem" Hibiki smiled, "Happy to help!"
"When…when did she even have time to do that?" Elpis asked, while Miku sighed.
"She's been doing stuff like this ever since the Zwei Wing Incident, saying that 'helping people is my hobby' to justify it…" Miku explained.
"Are you saying you think her helping people is a bad thing?" Elpis questioned, which Miku quickly denied.
"It's not that…it's hard to explain…um, it's because-" "Because you want her all to yourself right?"
"Eh?!" Miku gasped, her face turning completely red from sheer blushing as she looked at the teasing smile on Elpis "W-W-What! W-What are you t-talking a-about! W-Where did you get t-that idea."
"I'm not blind you, guess Yuya's rubbing off on me more than I thought…I would have never pointed something like that before." Elpis smiled, before growing.
Flashes of her and her sisters studying in the lab, seemingly having to follow some kind of way act and being punished for stray from that path.
"Though from what I'm hearing, it kind of sounds like you want to control every single part of them, those two are allowed to be their own person and make their own decisions." Elpis told her "Guilting them into staying the same, it will only hurt all of you."
Miku looked down a bit and nodded, "Yeah…I know you're right, just…I'm worried I'll be left behind by them."
Elpis was silent at that, not sure what to tell her as it was a fair fear to have.
"Hey guys! What's the hold up!" Hibiki called, catching their attention "Come on! We're almost there."
"Right coming!" Elpis called, running after her with Miku following close behind.
However Miku noticed that the Chemy card in her bag soon popped out "Unicon?"
"H-Hey, I told you to hide" Miku whispered, as she put the Chemy back in her bag before picking up the pace.
After a few minutes of walking they eventually reached a park, "Tada! What do you think."
"This place, really? We used to come here all the time as kids" Miku told her while making Hibiki pout.
"I know! But I was feeling nostalgic, besides it's kinda fun to think and we get to show Elpis all the stuff we used to do! Right Elpis…Elpis?"
Elpis was too busy freezing up, as she stared at the place with widened eyes "This…place…ghh!"
"Elpis!?" Hibiki and Miku gasped, running up to the girl as flashes of memory coursed through her mind.
The first of from a first person perspective, someone younger walking towards the park with an older man next to her. Who looked to be about 20 with a black and purple jacket, a black shirt and black jeans with purple highlights and black boots.
The next scene showed three kids playing around the park, as the older man looked down to the short person with a smile.
The third was of a group of kids running away from Several Noise chasing after them through an alleyway.
Finally the last scene was of an Malgam standing in the alleyway with dust all around it. This Malgam is gold in colour with purple and silver armour all around it.
In the reflection we see who's respective it was, a young girl with blonde hair and bright blue eyes.
"Why…is…it…her's?" She questioned, collapsing on to the ground as the two girls rushed to help her.
Forest
Third person P.O.V.
"Are you sure you're ready to walk around again?" Houtaro asked, as he and Tsubasa walked through the woods along with a few other suits.
"Yeah…I'm fine…" Tsubasa muttered, but Houtaro could tell she wasn't by her red eyes.
"Sure you are, miss Unemotional Blade" Houtaro scoffed, rolling his eyes.
"So…what do you have to do to find these things?" Tsubasa asked, as she looked through the bushes. Having decided to assist with Houtaro's team to get out a bit.
"They're not things" Houtaro stated, with a serious look "They're living creatures and they're smart too, just like you and me."
Tsubasa was silent as they continued searching, while this was happening some people were watching from the bushes.
"Oooh, betcha that guys the rider" Chiaki grinned, as she, Yuya and Masaki watched the suits. With Daichi staying back in the club room.
"I mean he does have that air around him" Masaki said before grinning "Also I knew it! Tsubasa is involved in this!"
"Sssh!" Yuya shushed Chiaki and Masaki who covered their mouths "Okay, we really shouldn't be here."
"It'll be fine, we were here last time and we managed to sneak off just fine" Chiaki grinned, lifting up her camera "Hehe, this is going to be a big scoop!"
"Yeah! I can't wait to tell everyone about what's really going on" Masaki nodded, excitedly.
"Why are you two so interested in outing these guys so badly?"
"Profit" The two said at the same time causing Yuya to trip up a bit.
"Seriously?!"
"Well yeah dude, why else would we risk our necks out like this! Finding new stuff on the Kamen Rider would make us freaking rich" Chiaki grinned.
"I mean I do want people to know about the Kamen Rider and what's really going on, but becoming popular because of it is a nice plus" Masaki nodded, rubbing his head.
"W-Wow…" Yuya sweatdropped, looking aside 'This group might be more trouble then I thought.'
"Hey!"
The three then jumped before turning around to see Houtaro standing behind them "You kids really shouldn't be here you know."
"OH CRAP IT'S THE SUITS!" Chiaki yelped, jumping back.
"Oh god! Please don't wipe our memories!" Masaki begged, looking scared.
From a far we see Tsubasa watching this with her arms crossed 'Those uniforms…they're from Furasu High School…but what were they doing all the way out here?'
"Alright come on, I'll escort you out" Houtaro said, helping the students up.
"Y-You aren't gonna wipe our minds" Chiaki gulped, making Houtaro snicker.
"No, we'll just need you to keep quiet about this from everyone. Too bad the memory wiper is in the shop, that would be a lot easier" Houtaro told them
"Y-You're joking right?" Yuya gulped, while Houtaro waved his hand at "W-Wait what?!"
"I'm kidding, we're setting up a shoot for Tsubasa over there and we can't have her fans showing up and getting in the way." Houtaro told them "Now come on, time to go."
Chiaki and Masaki groaned, as they and Yuya were escorted out of the area with Tsubasa turned around.
"Guess I should continue looking…" Tsubasa muttered, as she looked around the forest.
She then looked down with a slight frown 'I wonder how Kanade would feel…about all of this Chemy and Kamen Rider business…'
Tsubasa's eyes widened before shaking her head, as a scowl grew 'No…stop thinking about her…it's not the time for that…'
"GUWAAAHH!"
"Huh?" Tsubasa blinked, looking up to see one of the suited men crashing into a tree.
"Heh, thanks for doing all the work for us" she heard, as walking out of the forest was Clotho holding up two Chemy cards.
"Stagv!" "Karyu!" The two Chemies cried, as Clotho shook them.
"QUIET!" Clotho yelled, glaring at the Chemy's, scaring them.
"Those clothes…do you know that Lachesis girl! Are you working with her!" Tsubasa yelled, glaring at Clotho.
"Huh? You know Lachesis?" Clotho questioned "Wait I remember, you're the one that Lachesis made into a Malgam. What a Complete failure that was."
"Hey now, I wouldn't say it was a failure." Lachesis smirked, leaning on her shoulder. "After all, we got some more information out of it and now we got two new Chemy's as well."
"You!" Tsubasa growled, glaring at Lachesis "It was because of you that I turned into that thing!"
"That was your own fault, you were just filled with so much malice. I just happened to put it into a much more useful form." Lachesis smirked.
"Hmph, fine then I suppose I just thank you properly for letting me vent my emotions" She stated, taking a deep breath.
"Imyuteus Ame no Habakiri Tron…"
In one flashing light, Tsubasa was garbed in her anti-Noise armour as she gripped onto her katana and readied herself.
"Ah! The Symphogear user" Clotho smirked "We've heard about you, and I've been looking forward to fighting y- hey!"
"Sorry sister, but it seems you weren't listening. She clearly wishes to face me so you can have the rider when he gets here." Lachesis told her to make Clotho roll her eyes.
"S-Stag!" "Kary!" The Chemies cried, as Clotho and Lachesis absorbed the cards in their body, transforming them into Malgams.
Clotho has the grey wrapping around her body, with the normal arms both raising up to the head which had an axe burst out, on the shoulder was a skeleton head with green glowing eyes and several arms and the big muscular arms on the left holding an axe.
Lachesis had the grey wrappings around her body as well but her arms were leaning back to hold her head. With a DragonFly growing out of its back with a pair of wings poking out of its back and another forming into a new set of arms. On top of the monster's head was the dragonfly's tail on top of its head.
"So even they can turn into those monsters…" Tsubasa frowned, glaring at the two.
"Make this quick, Lachesis" Clotho scoffed, before chasing after the suited men who began firing at her but the bullets bounced off her armoured body.
Tsubasa and Lachesis on the other hand dashed towards each other, clashing their blades together as they began fighting.
As this was happening, Yuya, Houtaro, Chiaki and Masaki were walking back to the path of the city.
Crash!
"Huh?! What was that" Chiaki blinked, turning around at the sudden sound.
"I-Is it one of those monster things! Will the Kamen Rider come!" Masaki asked, excitedly.
"I feel like you guys might be jumping to conclusions…?" Yuya raised an eyebrow when he noticed Houtaro glancing at him.
"Well I'll go and take a look, you kids just head on back" he said, turning around to check it out but not before giving Yuya another glance.
"?" Yuya questioned, with a raised eyebrow as he watched the man running off.
"Okay, we have to check this out," Chiaki grinned, pulling out her camera "This is a once in a lifetime opportunity."
"What! But guys, this could be dangerous! Why do you want to look for them so-" "WE JUST HAVE TO OKAY!"
"Eh?" Yuya blinked, confused at the sudden mood change.
"Chiaki…" Masaki muttered, looking down.
"Sorry Yuya…you can go if you want…but we can't afford to miss this chance," Chiaki said, before they ran deeper into the forest.
Yuya was left alone, rubbing his head a bit and groaning "Seriously jeez, why does there have to be so many people."
"Hopper?" Hopper1 asked, jumping up on his shoulder in card form.
"Well of course I'm still going down there, just need to make sure they're far enough away so they don't hear us transform" Yuya said, taking out his phone "Better go and give Elpis a call."
Yuya proceeded to type in Elpis's number and after a few moments of waiting the phone finally picked up.
"Ah! Hey Elpis, I was looking into some rumours about another Chemy location but looks there might be trouble so think you could-" "Trouble? Chemy? Yuya, what are you talking about?"
"MIKU?!" Yuya gasped, quickly checking if he got the right number "Why do you have Elpis's phone?"
"Well Hibiki, Elpis and I were walking around town since Elpis still hadn't gotten used to living here. Hibiki took us to the park we used to play at as kids but Elpis suddenly collapsed out of nowhere" Miku explained.
"Again huh…she should just be out for a bit so get her some water and some medicine when she wakes up" Yuya told her "What about Hibiki? Is she with you?"
"Um no, she suddenly went somewhere because of an emergency, you actually just missed her" Miku told him.
'Which is code for she's on her way…better change soon…'
"Alright thanks anyway, keep an eye on Elpis for me. I'll try to come back once I'm done" Yuya told her but before he could hang up.
"Wait Yuya, what's a Chemy? Why are you in trouble-" BEEP
"Ah…she's not going to be happy about that…" Yuya gulped, putting his phone away "I'll just take care of that later."
"Alright… Hopper1! Steamliner! Lend me your power!" He proclaims himself slapping his driver on his waist as Hopper1 and Steam Liner cards flew into his hand.
"Hopper!"
He flips the Hopper1 as the back has a split face and inserts the Hopper1 card into his Gotchadriver slot.
"HOPPER1!"
A projection of the Hopper1 card appears as Hopper1 pops out and flies around Yuya while he lifts up the Steamliner card.
"Steam!"
Then he inserted it to the left side of the slot.
"STEAMLINER!"
Then another card projection with Steamliner popping out of the card appears on his left.
Yuya spread both arms and then made poses with his hand before moving them to the front.
"Henshin!" He yells before he pulls the two levers with the two cards moving towards each other, combining the split faces into one.
GOT~CHANKO!
The holographic Hooper1 and Steamliner jump out of the cards while Yuya was encased in a large beaker with fire at the bottom.
Hopper1 and SteamLiner entered into the Beaker, both turning into energy as they wrapped around and merged with Yuya, transforming him into Kamen Rider Gotchard.
STE~AM HOP~PER! (Hopper!) (Hopper!)
"Come on!" Gotchard yells as he begins rushing into the forest after the others.
Park
Third person P.O.V.
On the other end of the phone, we see Miku in the park frowning at her phone and looking down.
'First Hibiki has to suddenly run off and won't tell me where she's going…now even Yuya is hanging up on me and is keeping secrets…' she frowned.
"What in the world even is a Chemy…" Miku muttered, before feeling her bag open again.
"Unicon!" Unicorn called, jumping into Miku's hands.
"Huh? Hehe, are you saying you're a Chemy?" Miku giggled, with Unicon jumping a bit.
"No, that would be too much of a coincidence" Miki denied, shaking her head making the Chemy card trip a bit.
"Still you are a strange one…I suppose it wouldn't hurt to let you stick around for a bit" Miku smiled.
"Uni! Unicon!" Unicon cheered, jumping into her arms making Miku laugh.
"Wow, you sure are energetic," Miku smiled. "I wonder how Hibiki is going to react to this."
Next to her though, we see Elpis with her eyes slightly opened looking at the two before a small smile grew on her face as she left the two together for a little bit longer.
Forest
Third person P.O.V.
"HAH!" Tsubasa yelled, as she closed her blades against Lachesis's bladed wings.
'Tch, she's not bad…' Tsubasa frowned, as they battled against each other 'Guess I'll have to go all out then…'
She then jumped back into the air, dodging the slash from Lahesis's next attack. She then turned around and struck a pose as dozens of blades materialised around her.
ONE THOUSAND TEARS!
However before the blades could fall, Lachesis spread her wing arms and flew towards Tsubasa.
"What" Tsubasa gasped, before she was grabbed by the Malgams pincers and was dragged around towards the falling blades.
"GAAAAAHHH!" Tsubasa cringed, as Lachesis used the Symphogear users as a human shield against the blades.
Growling at this, Tsubasa grabbed onto the monster's pincers and pushed them back before jumping away to free herself.
'So those pincers aren't just for show…' Tsubasa thought, glaring as Lachesis flew above her 'This place is too small, I can't go all out here and risk hurting everyone else…I'll have to keep my guard up and maintain a distance away…'
"What's wrong, you were acting all serious before" Lachesis taunted, looking down at Tsubasa "What, did that last attack hurt your pride and your body? Guess all that talk about being a blade was just that, talk…Kanade would be sooooo disappointed"
"Geh…" Tsubasa growled, dashing towards Lachesis with the two clashing blades again.
"RAH!" Clotho yelled, as she rushed forward towards the suits who moved out of the way while shooting at her.
"When are you idiots going to realise those don't work" Clotho yelled, raising her axe to slash at them.
"Sorry!" She heard, before someone moved in and caught the blade of the axe which stopped her attack in place "The dogs take a bit to learn new tricks."
"Huh? How did-gah!" Clotho cringed, as she was kicked back by the figure but she soon recovered and looked up to see Houtaro standing there "Tch, I don't know how you stopped my attack, but it looks like you have a death wish you bastard."
'Ah that way of speaking, guess it's Clotho…should be fine for a bit' he smirked, rolling his right hand.
Clotho dashed towards Houtaro and swung her axe at him, which Houtaro avoided before quickly punching her side with his right arm.
"Geh…" Clotho cringed, gripping her side "How is he punching so hard."
Clotho then threw a punch towards Houtaro who blocked the attack, knocking him back.
She then jumped up and slashed downward at Houtaro who jumped back before rushing in and punching her in the face causing her to roll back.
"Wow! Look at those moves! He's gotta be the rider" Chiaki grinned, as she took a few shots of the Houtaro fighting.
"So we were right! She can transform! And look at her go" Masaki smiled, taking some pictures of Tsubasa and Lachesis fighting "Though I wonder why he hasn't transformed yet."
"Bah, I'm sure he's just waiting for the right moment" Chiaki smirked, looking at them.
"Hup" Houtaro yelped, jumping back to dodge the swing from Clotho's attack.
"Grr, stop dodging my attacks! You bastard!" she yelled glaring at him while Houtaro looked around to see if anyone was watching.
"And get sliced in half by your axe? No thank you" Houtaro smirked, clapping his hands together before touching the ground.
Suddenly the leaves around him began floating up into the air, quickly shifting to metal and shooting towards her.
"WHAT?!" she yelled, getting knocked back by the metal leaves "An Alchemist?! Here! How! Who the hell are you?"
"Me, just someone acting as a distraction" Houtaro smirked, moving to the left as someone came running in.
"DARYA!" Gothcard yelled, throwing a kick that sent him past Houtaro and towards the Malgam.
"Geh, oh the rider! So you're finally here," Clotho growled, standing up "Took you long enough, that bastard was starting to annoy me."
"Huh?" Gotchard blinked, looking at Houtaro who just smirked and leaned on his shoulder.
"Giving up already huh? Guess you're not as tough as you make yourself look, honestly you were pretty cute before you turned into all of that" Houtaro said, gesturing to her whole monster form.
"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CALLING CUTE!" Clotho screamed, blushing even in her monster form.
"Um, please don't make her any more angry," Gotchard asked, while Houtaro just patted his shoulder.
"Trust me kid, this'll make things a lot easier" Houtaro smirked, before spinning around and walking up to one of the bushes as Clotho rushed towards Gotchard to fight him.
Gotchard moved away from the slash before jumping and throwing a kick towards Clotho followed by a punch to the face.
Clotho moved out of the way of that attack, before rushing forward and slashing at him with her axe.
"Geh," Gotchard frowned, jumping back a bit before pulling out his gun and firing at Clotho.
The blasts however just bounced off the monsters, as she just grinned and moved in to punch Gotchard back.
Gotchard however caught the punch before throwing a kick at Clotho to both jump back and push her.
"Come on! Are you serious this week!" she yelled, raising her axe before slamming it on the ground.
"Oh crap!" Gotchard then jumped out of the way as a wave of energy shot towards him.
"She's so strong like that…must be a high level Chemy" Gotchard muttered, before he crashed into someone "Gah huh."
"You?! What are you doing here" Tsubasa questioned, before the two turned and looked at Lachesis flying above them.
"Another one?!" Gotchard frowned, looking up at the monster.
"Yeah, it's the one that turned me into one of those monsters yesterday," Tsubasa told him, making Gotchard's eyes widen.
"Now that you mention it, your voices do sound familiar…Lachesis and that would make you Clotho." Gotchard said, looking up at the two.
"Good to see you again Gotchard, I see our sister has accompanied you this time around" Lachesis smirked.
"Sister?" Tsubasa questioned, turning to Gotchard.
"Sorry it's just me this time…and Tsubasa-san too, but we can handle it," Gotchard said, opening the Chemy container.
Lachesis then smirked with the wings on her body and began vibrating at incredible speeds, creating a powerful gust of wind directed at Gotchard and Tsubasa.
"G-Gah!" The two grunted, as they tried to stop themselves from getting pushed back by the powerful winds, however the Chemy's weren't so protected.
"NO!" Gotchard yelled, as some of the Chemy cards flew out of the container which Gotchard quickly closed before any more could fly off.
"Huh" Tsubasa turned to Gotchard chasing after the Chemy's but Clotho quickly moved past him and grabbed the Chemy's.
"Got them," Clotho said, before looking up "Lachesis, let's get out of here before they get any idea."
"NO! Give them back!" Gotchard yelled, jumping in and throwing a kick towards Clotho.
Clotho moved out of the way as Lachesis landed next to her "See you two, oh but don't we haven't left you a parting gift."
Lachesis then snapped her fingers, causing several of the gold and black noise to appear surrounding the two before they teleported away.
"Noise! So they really can summon then" Tsubasa frowned, before glancing down at Gotchard.
"D-Damn it! I can't believe I did that! If I wasn't so careless those guys wouldn't have been taken! It's all my fault…" Gotchard yelled, slamming the ground.
"They're not things They're living creatures and they're smart too, just like you and me."
'He really does treat them like living things…like friends…' She thought, as a flash of Kanade passed her mind.
Tsubasa gripped her blade before looking up and dashing towards one of the noises while beginning her song.
(Play Zettou ame no habakiri)
Tsubasa leapt into the air and slashed one of the Noise in half causing it to explode into dust.
Two of them changed their shape so that they could shoot towards her, but Tsubasa looked behind her.
She then jumped back while spinning, allowing her to move right past the incoming Noise.
Landing on the ground she then turned around and delivered a power slash causing them to explode.
She then looked up to see more of the Noise charging up energy disks around them before throwing them right at her.
She gripped her Katana as the blade armour detached before she dashed towards the incoming attack before doing a handstand.
INVERSE DEMON.
Spinning like a tornado, deflecting the energy disks right back at the monsters causing them to be sliced in half and dissolve into dust.
"She's fighting so well…" Gotchard muttered watching this "I wonder if I should do anything…"
"I can't believe I lost those guys…I made a promise to protect them and I couldn't do it…maybe I should just give up…"
"BUSHI!"
"Huh?" Gotchard blinked, as Appare Bushido flew out "Appare…Bushido?"
"Ap! Appare! Appare Bushi! Bushido!" Appare Bushido scolded him with a powerful glare.
"...I know…you're right it's just…I don't want to lose any more of you…"
"Bows! Ske! Skebows! Ske ske!" Skebows cheered him up, flying next to Appare Bushido.
"You guys…" Yuya muttered, before hearing the cheers from the other Chemies in the container.
"Hehe, you're right I can't give up…we need to save the others no matter what!" Yuya stated "That's the kind of Gotcha I'm aiming for! A world where Chemy's can be happy and don't have to be scared of being taken away! One where they can live alongside humans! That's my Gotcha!"
Gotchard then stood up but then Appare Bushido and Skebow flew in front of him.
"You guys…alright" he smiled, removing Hopper1 and Steamliner.
"Skebows! Apparebushido! Lend me your power!" He proclaims himself the two cards flew into his hand.
"Skebows!"
He flips the Skebows card as the back has a split face and inserts the card into his Gotchadriver slot.
"SKEBOWS!"
A projection of the Chemie card appears and hovers behind Yuya while he lifts up the Appare Bushido card.
"Appare!"
Then he inserted it to the left side of the slot.
"APPARE BUSHIDO!"

AP~PARE! SKE~BOWS!
"Huh" Tsubasa blinked as she glanced at the new form.
It had the same black bodysuit, but now wore a different set of armor pieces done in a metallic crimson, with the armor on the shoulders and shins resembling samurai armor. The feet now had new crimson shoes resembling the front part of a skateboard and a pair of two extended crimson exhaust pipes with yellow ends coming from his back. The chest now had a hexagonal shape with a folded paper texture done in the same crimson with a silver and gold paper fan on top of them as well as the vibrant orange flame on below it. The helmet looked like a fusion between a samurai kabuto and a baseball cap facing forward done also in the same crimson with a purple chin strap below the now crimson mouth guard. The goggles also changed now resembling a kabuto's horn ornament on the forehead. The helmet opened to show the same orange eyes from the previous form. And in his hand was the Gotchar-tornado.
"Another new form…with that same power that corrupted me…" Tsubasa muttered, looking at him.
"Woah! This form feels strong!" Gotchard smiled, looking down at his new weapon "And I finally got this thing."
"WOAH!" Gotchard yelped, jumping back as one of the Noise shot towards him as using the Gotchar-Tornado, he slashed the Noise in half destroying it.
"Ah so sharp" he grinned, before looking up towards more Noise moving towards him.
Dashing forward he began slashing through each Noise made there towards him looking for a fight, dissolving each one into a pile of dust.
Tsubasa moved past him and slashed upward, cutting another large Noise in half causing it to explode.
Spinning around Gotchard then jumped up and pulled the trigger of his weapon, making the strength of the weapon stronger as he slashed at the monster killing it.
The two then spotted some more energy disks so Gotchard quickly pulled out a Sasukemaru and inserted it into the Gotchar-tornado.
Gotchard and Tsubasa jumped back while Gotchard pulled back the lever a few times, causing the holder for the card to spin a few times.
ONE THOUSAND TEARS!
TORNADO ARROW!
Hundreds of blades and shuriken materialised around them before shooting towards the Noise monster destroying them.
The remaining Noise combined together into a gigantic Noise which roared before swinging their arm downward towards them.
The two of them jumped back away from the arm as Gotchard moved forward "I'll keep it busy and you prepare to finish it off."
Gotchard continued firing at the monster with his arrows but was barely able to dodge as it swung its arms at him.
"Looks like I'll need a speed boost" he said, pulling the slide of his driver before pushing it back in.
With a flash, his body transformed into a wild form which looked like a samurai armour display on a skateboard.
Moving forward Gotchard managed to dodge the attacks from the giant noise thanks to the increased speed of his new form.
He then pulled the Gotchard driver twice, increasing his speed as he began spinning around the large.
This created a large tornado that lifted the monster into the air where Tsubasa was preparing her attack which was to summon a gigantic blade.
HEAVENS WRATH!
She then leapt into the air before kicking the blade, sending both the blade and herself towards the giant noise.
Switching back to normal Gotchard inserted Kammantis into the Chemy slot before pulling the trigger on the weapon.
CHEMY~ SLASH!
He then swung his weapon forward, sending a ton of energy slashes towards the Noise.
"HAAAAHH!" Tsubasa yelled, as both attacks moved towards the noise before piercing its body which caused a large explosion.
(End song)
Tsubasa then landed on the ground and exhaled a breath before she looked up only to see that Gotchard was now driving off one Golddash.
Tsubasa was about to chase after him, but hesitated for a moment before returning to normal.
'...I may not trust you yet but…I can at least admit you're not a bad guy' she thought, before moving back to help the others.
"Alright kiddo's you've had your fun chop chop" Houtaro said, picking the Chiaki and Masaki out of the bushes they were in.
"W-What! How did you know we were here" Masaki yelped
"Couple of kids scooby doobying out in the forest here's a crash and they don't wanna check it out? Yeah, I'm not believing that" He told the two "Now, come on."
"Awwww…" The two groaned, but Chiaki took the chance to send the pictures to Daichi.
Clubroom
Third person P.O.V.
Within the club room we see Daichi typing away on his computer until he gets a notification.
Quickly checking it, a smirk grew on his face as he got sent the photos and footage Chiaki and Masaki got of the fight.
"There we go…finally" he smirked, reviewing the footage "Now…to just send this to her."
The last thing we see is the loading screen as the footage they had collected was sent to someone.
And done! Woo boy that took awhile, sorry this took awhile guys I had some trouble deciding what I wanted to do for this chapter.
I was originally going to have this chapter focus more on Elpis but I had some trouble writing that, so instead I made this about some set up for the future which hopefully I'll come back to later

Thanks, I knew the Houtaro thing was going to be a big thing and there's going to be a lot more surprises coming
Yeah I really liked the interactions between Shinji and Hibiki so I thought reworking that for a new character to interact with Hibiki would work as well.
That focus on Tsubasa, especially how revenge wouldn't get her anywhere was from my co-writer powertime but yeah I think it worked out pretty well for this story.
No problem, hopefully this chapter between Tsubasa and Gotchard didn't ruin that streak a bit since I was a bit worried her working with Gotchard was a bit too sudden…then again they more or less fought separately and it was only towards the end they worked together.
I'm glad you liked the relationship between Yuya and Hibiki, that was one of my favourite parts of that chapter too and there will be some more next chapter as well and as for Houtarou I actually do have everything for this season more or less planned out including the surprises I had hinted at this chapter
