At the Osborn penthouse; Norman entered his secret lab, where the big container against the wall opened, revealing a tank full of green bio-liquid. Floating in the tank was a sleeping young man wearing a breathing mask, and silver web-like tendrils of goo attached to him.
This young man...was Andy.
"We were so close," Norman muttered as he approached the tank. "But I'll keep trying. I will find a cure."
He placed his hand against the glass.
"I love you son."
He bowed his head with his eyes closed, silently weeping at the recent events and this very crisis that lead to it. What he didn't notice, was that one of the silver tendrils touched the glass against his hand!
Peter stood with Miles on the gargoyles of the Chrysler Building, about to teach him how to web-swing. Peter was in costume, while Miles was wearing another Spider-Man mask and web-shooters.
"Ready?" Peter asked.
Miles chuckled nervously, "I think the web-shooters are a little tight."
Peter gave him a soft pat on the shoulder, "You'll get used to it. Try to keep up."
He jumped off and swung away! Miles looked out at the city, took a deep breath...and jumped off!
"WHOOOOAAAAA!"
Miles has begun his training! And Andy has a symbiote?!
