I am happy that you guys are enjoying the story. Again there will be grammar errors. My grammar in 9th grade wasn't the best (I'm in my last spring semester of college). The reason I'm not fixing it is because I won't be able to try and find that train of thought again and I want to leave it alone because I do like it. Any questions, message me!
Connor's POV
Chapter 21
We all walk in watching our steps. Lev went one way, Hayden went one way, and I went one way. Lev went left, I went down the middle, and Hayden went right.
After 5-10 minutes of walking, I heard crying. I took a couple of steps closer, being even more careful on where I step, the crying became louder and louder.
"Why did I do this. I should have just gone to Sonia's like Isabella said. I miss her so much." The kid said.
Once I reached the kid, he got up straight away, and then he noticed what I was wearing.
"What do you want?" He ask relaxing a bit.
"Listen if you did go to Sonia's you have meet me, anyway have you heard of the graveyard?" I ask.
The Lev came from the left. He smiled, and then the boy was ready to run again.
"Yes, I have heard of it."
"I am the leader there. This is Lev, he works with us, and then someone named Hayden is looking for you on the right."
Right after I said that, Hayden came.
The boy looks around, probably still not feeling safe, or he think we are lying and he can't trust us.
"You will be safe soon. All you have to do is relax. You're among friends now."
"I don't have anyone. My only friend was my sister, Isabella. I was gone when the Juvey-cop took her to a harvest camp. The next week I come back, my parents told me and even better they told me that I am going to get unwind because they want a new fresh strated with new kids. They said the more they look at me, the more guilty they feel for sending Isabella off."
That made me look down. I felt so bad, but soon he will see his sister soon. Hayden look and at and Lev did the same. I look at both of them. I wisped in both of their ears, saying that I will step up a special meeting with them.
I put out my hand, so he could take it. He did take in and we walk out of the woods. We heard the Juvey-cop sirens. The car wasn't that far, so we ran.
Once we got there I push the kid in the car. We got in and drove away. On the way there we saw the Juvey-cop go by us.
