You've probably got tons of dark sonamy prompts but could I request that? I just love the concept so much! Thank you

We all love a good Super Dark Sonamy, don't we? XD Why not… both? In the same episode? :D lolol
Prompt:
It's night.
Amy was told that Sonic's quills had become as dark as the beautiful starry sky before her, missing him as astrologists missed those brilliant sights during the day.
Seeing the expanse of space again, she clutched her heart with one hand, looking around the forest, hoping she might catch the hurried hustle of a leafy breeze trying to scurry away into the dark.
"Sonic?" She did feel that wind, a sensation of something watching her was afoot… She just knew it.
"Sonic…" Her voice became more firm, her arched eyebrows now flattening out against her emerald pupils, suspiciously turning about.
"I know you're going through… something." She circled as she walked forward, trying to glimpse the very thing most avid fans or even normal eyes couldn't trace well enough to sneak a peek at the infamous hedgehog.
"... Where are you?" Her voice became softer, almost enticing.
Something stirred in a nearby bush. The trees gently released some of their foliage, as though to signal to Amy that the wind she was seeking had rested here a moment… watching her from afar.
Amy's eyes scanned multiple spots of the scene, before her eyes lit up like the moon above her, darting to the bush.
She lowered one hand to the ground, not fully crawling yet, but trying to see into the bush…
Her eyes squinted, before a hollow glow of white and black shown through on the other side…
She gasped, moving back and stumbling to now being on her bum, continuing to kick away as Sonic's darker form moved out of the bush… getting back onto two legs as though moments prior, he was stalking a strange but comforting sound…
"Sonic…" Her eyes widened at the new sight…
Sonic stood tall, the moon behind him, as though to show its white glow was of the same intensity as his eyes now…
Amy searched for meaning, trying to find some expression in such a blank gaze… Like looking at a fiery piece of paper and realizing… whatever was there, would need a trained eye to coax the ink back out into the front, and read the delicate and suffering message upon it.
"Woah…" It was a mystery, but she turned her body to the side and slowly got back up, seeing this 'new Sonic' wasn't going to hurt her.
Sonic would never hurt Amy…
She looked to the side of him, tilting her head almost comically to the side, threatening to fall over. "You're…" She then smiled, circling him and giggling into a distant hand.
"You're not a beast!" She laughed lightheartedly, making Sonic's eyebrows raise as one went down with a slight crick of his head to show some stalled humor in that.
She chuckled again at his expression, "There you are." She placed her hands on both sides of his face, recognizing the expression… "Buuttt… Hmm…" She looked around his eyes, "I still don't see… the thing I love most about your face, Sonic…" She repositioned her footing, always having this sort of… cute wobble of instability about her stance.
"Emm… Where are they?" She lightly rubbed a thumb over his cheek, as he stared at her… nothing but white and the darkness coaxing his figure… But he visibly relaxed in her hold.
She ducked her nose down as she saw his eyelids close… After a few moments of silence, the shadowy body began to brighten back to a normal blue, and the wispy aura of dark emotions slowly ceased.
He flexed out his white gloves, and she lifted one hand off his cheek to look down at the sound of the tight fabric stretching.
"Thanks… Amy."
Amy flinched the other hand off and skittered back in three, exactly small, steps before holding her hands up and slowly lowering them in her startlement at him speaking again.
"You okay?" She chimed, and put her hands behind her back, as he nodded with a signature smile.
"Never better..!" He flicked his nose in his iconic way, his eyes blinking back to life as their lime green color had returned like sunlit, grassy meadows.
"What brings you all the way out here?" He joked, trying to not show how much her company had meant to him.
After all, it was obvious there had been a change in him, need more be said?
She closed her own eyes, bowing her head in a slight giggle at his reluctance to speak further about what he must have been feeling, but pepped up to cheer him up even further. "Right." She flared her arms out in a girlish manner to her sides, curving her wrists up slightly, as her noodly arms sweetly bent to show a 'cute' demeanour of play at work.
"Must of just been me."
She nodded, then turned her head while keeping her curious eyes at him, as though one last final attempt to invite him to confess something.
But he nodded, showing that whatever she had done for him, it was enough. "Yeah. Thanks a heap… Amy."
There was a loud crash while the two shared a warm smile of gratitude, and Sonic looked up at the sky behind his head.
His eyes looked as though the same thing that plagued them before… was threatening to do the same.
"What was that?" Amy reached out for Sonic, but her eyes never left the sky where he was staring at. Her footsteps leaned… before suddenly rushing in a clumsy manner to be beside him.
Sonic said nothing…
He looked serious, though, pulling out the Chaos Emeralds and looking them over.
She curiously followed his gaze, looking at their shimmering forms, before back up at Sonic.
"You've… collected them all?" She asked.
"Yeah… Me, Tails, and Knuckles did." He nodded, confirming it. "We… We thought we needed them."
That melancholy response… Amy suddenly felt a tightening in her chest, and held Sonic's arm, making him look over at it.
"That seems… ominous. Or maybe… You didn't need them… after all?" She tilted her head again, trying to light but also making humor her go-to to keep Sonic his usual, cheery self as well.
He looked to her with such eyes that made her drop her smile, which was what he always tried to avoid the most.
"It's nothing." He looked into each one of her eyes before speaking that, and put the relics of old power back into his back spikes. "It just means… I need a little bit more of your help this time around."
His usual charm returning slightly, Amy straightened up and moved a little to give him room, putting her hands up by her cheeks, "Right! Tell me what I need to do!" She answered with enthusiasm, and he grinned at such a wonderful girl.
"There's the right attitude." He agreed, and held out his hand. "I need you… to keep me from that sound."
"... Huh?" Amy was suddenly, figuratively knocked into left field. "D-Distracted?" She looked towards the direction where the sound came from.
However… Sonic didn't dare look back.
"Yep!" With energy, he seemed to speak as though nothing was wrong. "Shouldn't be too hard! I can't go over there, that's all."
… That was never all…
Amy's eyes looked worriedly towards that direction, seeing faded lights flashing from something in the misty fog… or was it… smoke?
"Keeping you from adventure… seems like an unlikely task…" She couldn't help it, although she meant it in another way to cope through humor, her efforts to keep the mood light and happy were fading fast.
She looked at the hand that was still outstretched to her… something felt… not right.
Seeing he had made her worry… that was the second strike two in his pride's ball game.
Women shouldn't look so afraid… none of his friends should.
"Good thing you're not a novice." That bright, airy chime from him rose a fantastic, shining energy from within herself.
She looked at him with a genuinely overjoyed smile, opening her mouth to say something, before seeing his expression… was like it was locked into place…
She closed her mouth, nodding. "Right… Right, I'll help you out." She didn't know why he couldn't go back, but took his wrist and started to walk briskly in the other direction.
After a while, it felt like Sonic's feet were sagging… more sounds of muffled gun fire… No,... Canons….
Tails had messaged her about Sonic's last location, but she hadn't heard from him sense.
She wanted to look back… but she worried she'd see her hero downhearted… she couldn't bear to fail him now!
"Sonic, look!" She stopped her stride to point to a stream of light, "A shooting star!"
She didn't hear anything, but felt his arm pull back slightly, as though before, he was slouching and now… standing taller to look up at the night's sky.
"You know what that means, right?" She cheerily tried to keep herself from looking behind her…
She nodded, "You get to make a wish with-... Ah…"
She couldn't help it. She lifted a finger to make a fact and turned around.
Her heart almost hit her knees…
It later fumbled off them and fell flat, even without a bounce, by her feet.
Sonic wasn't staring at the sky anymore… he was fully turned to look back with roaming eyes at the sounds behind them… the sounds he had asked her to keep his attention away from.
"... Ohhhw, a simple walk isn't gonna cut it!" She turned back to the front, mostly annoyed with herself, and then released somewhat her hold on his wrist.
Going down the hand, she gripped with such force his hand, making him turn to look at her first, then his hand, then back to her as she pulled him forward.
"W-Woah..!" He wobbled onto the leg he was forced to balance on while his other arm flailed a second in circles in the air.
But reaching to his quills, Amy ruffled her hands through them, and in still-frames, Sonic and her made funny poses as she kept rummaging through his quills to find what she was looking for.
"Ow! Ohh! Aye! Stop that!" Sonic had said in each pose.
"D'oh, you-, quit fussying! Hey! Got it!" She pulled out an Chaos Emerald, letting it bask a moment in the moonlight as she helt it up. "This will do the trick." She winked back at him.
"Sonic, it's time!" She held the Chaos Emerald in front of him, "To go Super Sonic!"
He blinked a moment, but the music swelled and he nodded, smirking at her idea. "You know what..? I think you're right!"
He threw out his other free hand and gripped the Chaos Emerald, also taking her hand that was holding it in the process.
The music suddenly stilled as the other Chaos Emeralds took their place in a circle, their lights now rivaling that of both the flashes in the distance, and the moon's jealous but curious throne.
As they surrounded them, spinning to slowly rush into the center of Sonic's being, he pulled Amy into a tight hug.
She let out a cute grunt of startlement… before closing her eyes tight by his shoulder when the light became too much for them.
When the brightness dissipated… she looked up with batted lashes.
"Sonic!" She cheered, as he was radiantly glowing the golden blonde of her hero's final form.
He smiled kindly to her, and as though out of appreciation, followed through with her plan as though having read it cover to cover.
Since both hands were still holding her own, he gently guided her to step on his feet, which was a bit of an awkward 'lightbulb' moment for Amy because she wasn't sure what he meant until he looked down to show her.
He tapped his foot and she realized he wanted her to step up onto it.
"But… it might ruin the white?" She stated, but he just chuckled at that, his shoulders bouncing.
"Only you'd think of something like that in a time like this… Amy." He seemed to end that sentence with a beautiful crescendo of affection for her.
Mesmerized by that switch-up, Amy leaned in. "Ohhhh…" She was smitten by it, and stepped up onto his feet.
"W-Woah..!" She wobbled as he pushed off the ground, slowly drifting into the air.
He closed his eyes and laughed, trying to use her head to block his sight of the 'fight' happening behind her.
"Shall we?" He knew what he needed to do now.
"Hmm?" She tilted her head, and he flew in a few silly twirls of their bodies, laughing at her trying to stay upright. "Sooniiicc..!" , "Hahaha..!"
They flew over a lake, and he slightly brought one of his feet away from her own, gesturing with his nose for her to dip her shoe's toe in at the top of the water.
She did so, but looked confused why, until her face lit up as he dragged her over the surface of it.
Reeling her somewhat back, she instinctively leaned her body down, ready…
He threw her forward and she jumped, perfectly in time with him, as though his actions were her favorite novel… she knew now that he read her intentions perfectly from before.
She stepped against the water three times, more like skipped, because of how powerful Sonic's throw had been, before spreading her arms out wide and making her body as long and thin as possible–knowing what would come next.
A waterfall… but before she gravity could try and claim her into a falling decent, Sonic spun into a perfect catch, hugging her waist.
She kicked the air a few times, as though that would 'somehow' help him soar higher, and he rose over the treetops to carry them far above where the flickies below were watching them.
He then simply tossed her lightly into the air, as she struck a ballerina's post with elegance, and after a minor chuckle, spun around to catch her again and continue on their flight… in the opposite direction… trying to get it as far behind him as possible.
Or… was he..?
He looped back, stopping in the air to watch the faded lights…
"Ah… uhhhh, Sonic! Sonic! L-look over there!" Amy searched the ground, but then pointed randomly to try and keep her mission a success. "Sooniiiccc-!"
"Hmm?" He looked back down, lightly pivoting their bodies to a 'swish' in the air.
Suddenly… through Amy's squinted eye, trying to stay in Sonic's arms… Colors of lights…
She looked down, as Sonic smiled with a smirk.
"They're finally here…"
"Who's here..?" Amy curiously leaned down, but was slipping out of Sonic's grasp. "A-ah-Ah!" She quickly reached back to fling her arms around his neck, now perfectly in front of him, her feet hilariously sticking her bum out as she got both feet back to Sonic's, who had stuck them out once realizing she was slipping out of his arms.
They stared at each other… but Sonic with his usual smile and her-…her breath taken away to step back into her throat, pushing at the back of it as though blushing too shyly to confront him so up close…
Her muzzle began to turn pink, but he just tilted his head… "Something… the matter, Amy?" He lightly teased her.
His eyes flickered down to the growing bundle of different colored lights, then back to her eyes, "... You weren't thinking of diving down to join them… leaving me all up here alone now… were you?"
She slowly, cutely shook her head in response, pulling her head down and back from him.
He could hear her swallow hard and his nose twitched just above her cheek he was inherently finding himself tilting into.
"Oh..? You sure about that?" He suddenly twisted his head to the side of her bluntly reddening face at this point, having leaned like this to have his mouth angled up towards her ears on the top of her head, meaning she could now only see his mischievous, toothy grin at knowing what he was doing to her.
"Oh!" She turned away, closing her eyes in embarrassment and pulling away from him. "Soonniic-ic-ic-ahhh!" He purposefully, slowly moved his arms away and off from around her waist, looking as though a bird about to take flight, and dipped her down, "Don't let me stop you, Amyyyy!"
As she cried out, falling through the air, a beautiful array of–… blobs..?–rushed by her before a few caught her feet and backside.
She felt like she was trying to balance on blocky rollerskates, but no blades…
"W-Woah-Woah..!" Trying to keep her balance, the Wisps all seemed to giggle in their coded language, keeping her upright and spinning her about until she was fully able to use her arms to correct her stature.
Sonic flew down, a sly-hog if there ever was one, hands behind his back, and bowing almost to see her funny expression.
"Meet my friends, Amy..!" He beamed.
"Fellas, help a hedgehog out here!" He rose a hand up to gesture for a few to come back down from the sky, and parted a ways away from Amy as they all started to form a beautiful… disco floor?
The colors began to move up and down, as though they were dancing, and Sonic swooped in to grab Amy and start dancing her on their heads.
The tips of some, the blocky footholds of others, and so on.
It was a lovely time~ Sonic kicking his feet as he bent a knee on each head, letting Amy be held up by the Wisps at her feet and one carefully keeping her back from leaning too far one way or the other.
It would wrap its arms under her armpits to help her out as Sonic held one of her hands, and let the other hopelessly, desperately cling to him.
He thought this was the funniest thing, and eventually, Amy did smile and start to enjoy the 'impromptu waltz' among the colorful stars…
"W-wait…" She blinked, having to bring herself back to reality. "W-Why are your 'friends' here, though?"
Sonic slowly brought their dance to a halt, and smiled easily to her questions, but also looked a bit uneased…
"Don't you…" She stopped that first question, not wanting to remind him of the scene behind them… She looked down, thinking…
"H-How'd you know they would show up?" She looked back up at him, "Aren't they from… space? They were following the river, towards the lake… and…" She realized she didn't know the landscape as well as she thought she had.
Sonic nodded, turning to hold her against his chest, now raising both legs up and letting her lay on him like a hammock suspended in the air.
"I was told to wait for their signal… I'm guessing this means they've done what they needed to." He looked back to Amy, "I was pretty upset… Being told to just… sit by and let all that destruction happen… without doing anything about it yet." He moved a layer of her quill out of her face, making her almost entranced by the rainbowic colors of Wisps flying below them and mingling one with each other… and then… him.
Simply the man of her dreams~
"You know how I hate to wait and be on 'standby'... So, I… I asked you to help me." He seemed to be leaving out some crucial details… like, actively avoiding why he was in that… strange… darker form just now.
But…
She remembered what he said. Leaving the past there, in fading memory, and only thinking of the bright moment before her.
Looking on either side of him, she pulled her wrists up, still using his chest as support, and then…
"Weeeeellll~" She skimmed them back down, up into his thin fur as his expression completely changed, his plan… backfiring on him suddenly.
He looked down at her fingers paving through the soft belly and chest fur on himself before looking up at her as though completely flabbergasted at the audacious act.
"I'm not a novice~" She tilted her head up into the air, giving a cocky but nervous smile as well as lowering her eyes with the tilt of her flirtatious head, looking to him as though trying to remain emboldened but it was fading fast as she had to look away from his eyes furrowing and his mouth looking as though pushed together in an equally aware and funny expression.
She was equally a 'sly-hog', and Sonic smirked after his silent compliment and ridicule of her hilarious tease.
"Not forever."
His retort had her look back with a wide-open gasp, and he chuckled, making his belly bounce and her body jump a few times since she was laying on top of it.
"Well… now that they're here." He looked to the side of them, seeing the colorful Wisps moving towards the lights and sound in the distance, one even pausing to fly somewhat over to them and gesture with his bluish alien hand for them to follow, then flew back into the mass of them.
"It's time." He quoted yet again, and looked back to Amy.
His smile… softened.
His eyes darted around her expression and… he took hold of one of her bent arm's elbow and leaned up, parting her three bangs on her head a moment to look at her more clearly.
"I've say… you've gotten almost too good at it…"
He leaned closer.
His head tilt.
"Distracting… me…"
She closed her eyes… a little sillily squinting them shut in anticipation…
When she blinked them open, his entire frame and silhouette was perfectly replaced by Wisps, the triangular shapes ones as his three iconic quills, and the others contorting their bodies to make the rest of it.
They seemed to giggle and laugh as Amy fell through the air, screaming, before being caught on the bobbing wave of Wisps, like a floating river pulling her downstream towards where Sonic's comet trail of yellow was blazing off too.
"OooooOOOOoooohhhwww!" After sitting up on her bum again, she threw her arms about to shake the very heavens and just nearly avoid bonking her head and whacking the other flying Wisps around her, "I won't forgive you this time! SOOOOONNNICCCCCCCCCC!"
She was carried down the colorful galaxy of bouncing and flying alien bodies… Sonic didn't look back… but his eyes did, to smirk and relax his eyes at a secret thought… he hoped she didn't read into it.
'Not this time.'
