Central City S.T.A.R. LABS
Team Flash had a plan to stop Devoe and was planning on getting Barry his job back. Sara decided to take some time away from the Legends and stay in Central City to help out Team Arrow or Team Flash after Barry was locked up and Oliver was off the grid.
Felicity and the rest of the team are still trying to contact him and track him down, but they have no luck in finding him. If there is one thing they know about Oliver Queen it's that he knows how to stay off the grid and not traceable.
Everyone is going through a lot with Kara's death and the disappearance of Oliver; Winn officially joined Team Flash after leaving Earth-38. He couldn't stand to be in the same room as the people who wanted to kill his best friend.
"Are you okay, Winn?" Barry asked him.
"Sorry, I've been thinking about Kara since the day she died," Winn said, looking at the cloth covering the mannequin.
"You build her another suit?" Barry asked him.
"Yeah, it was always Kara, James, and I. Now, it's just me. Kara is gone, and James is now playing the vigilante of National City and being a hero," Winn said,d, and Barry patted his back.
"Just give it time. Kara wouldn't want us mourning her death forever; she'd want us to move on and take care of ourselves," Barry said, and Winn nodded his head.
"I know. I just can't move on without her here and telling me everything is gonna be okay," Winn said and Barry sighed.
"Whenever you're ready, if you need time away from the team, I'll understand, Winn," Barry said, and Winn wiped his eyes.
"No, this is where I belong, and I'll move on from Kara's death; I'm just gonna have to get used to it," Winn said, and Barry nodded his head.
In Corto Maltese
Oliver and Kara relocated themselves and left Bali after knowing that the team was trying to track them down. Oliver got them a bigger place that had a big backyard and a pool for the kids to swim in. They got everything settled into the new house and we're able to buy everything they needed for Tommy.
Tommy's nursery was decorated and painted the way they wanted it done. Kara is happy to start her new life with Oliver, but she also misses her old life with her old friends. She missed Barry and Winn so much and wanted to see if they were okay, but she couldn't let them find out that she was alive.
Oliver held Tommy for the first time and it was the cutest sight that she ever saw. The way Tommy just relaxed in Oliver's arms made her guilty that he wasn't the actual biological father but was the doppelganger of his real one, and she knew that he'd be the best father to him.
"You know, you holding Tommy is just the cutest sight I've ever seen," Kara said, sitting next to Oliver.
"Well, who knew that creating this baby was gonna make me fall in love with him," Oliver said, holding Tommy as he fed him his bottle.
"Thank God for moving onto bottles now; no offense about breastfeeding; I just need him to get used to bottles when he officially grows up," Kara said, kissing his head.
"We're doing a good job on that. He's a couple of months, and he's getting big already," Oliver said as he burped him.
"You're already a professional coming to take care of him," Kara said and smiled at Oliver.
"I really didn't want to leave Bali, but Felicity and our friends were trying to track me down, and I didn't want them finding out that you were alive," Oliver said, and Kara nodded her head.
"I understand. Until then, I'll wait until he's at least officially a year old to introduce him to our friends and let them know I've been alive this whole time," Kara said, and Oliver pressed his lips against hers.
"Good," Oliver said as Kara kissed him back.
"William is in school and we're gonna have to find a new job," Kara said as Oliver put Tommy down for his nap.
"Working at a company is something I don't want to do; it's bad enough I had to take over my family's company after my parents passed away," Oliver said, and Kara rubbed his back.
"Why don't you just work from home, and being a CEO isn't so bad," Kara said and Oliver chuckled.
"That's because you were assistant and you were pregnant at the same time," Oliver pointed out.
"You're right. I just don't mind getting your coffee and making sure you arrive at your meetings on time," Kara said and Oliver pulled her closer.
"Well, since I'm not the Green Arrow anymore, I don't have to be late for any meetings anymore now that I'm a full-time dad and boyfriend," Oliver said, and Kara laughed.
"You are taking over that building you bought not that long ago. It may be small, but we're not gonna stay in Corto Maltese for our whole lives," Kara said and Oliver sighed.
"I don't know if I want to return to my old life and be the Green Arrow anymore. Stepping away from that vigilante life has been great, and not having bad guys chasing after me," Oliver said, and Kara nodded her head.
"I know. I want us to live in a good city and have a real house instead of hiding out from our friends. I love you, and I love our family, but I also want to have our friends in our lives, too," Kara explained, and Oliver agreed.
"How about this? When Tommy turns a year old, we'll tell our friends and team about you being alive and start on our future together without going back to being our superhero lives," Oliver asked her.
"We don't exactly have to be Supergirl and Green Arrow anymore; I just want to see our friends again and hope to never see my old team again," Kara said, and Oliver nodded his head.
"Good. From now on, we'll be only Kara Danvers and Oliver Queen. No more being a vigilante and a hero anymore," Oliver said, and Kara kissed his cheek.
"I wonder how our friends take it after finding out, we're not returning as the heroes we used to be," Kara asked him.
"They'll try to convince us about being Supergirl and Green Arrow to protect our city. I just don't know if I ever want to put that suit on ever again," Oliver said, and Kara laid her head on his shoulder.
"I wonder what our friends are doing right now?" Kara asked.
"Protecting their city and trying to not let you down or me," Oliver answered her.
"I'll always be proud of Barry and Winn. I just can't go back to Earth-38, not after what my sister did to me," Kara said, and Oliver kissed her forehead.
"Don't worry, I'll never let them take you away from him," Oliver said and laid down with her on top of him.
In Star City The Bunker
Sara and Diggle returned from taking down bad guys and sighed in exhaustion. Felicity was still trying to track down Oliver after he left Thea a goodbye note. The rest of the team wants to move on and make peace that Oliver is gone and he isn't coming back.
Diggle missed Oliver and knew that he was pulling himself away after the death of Kara and everyone they lost at the wedding. Seeing Tommy dying all over again had to hit Oliver hard and losing Stein.
Barry visited Star City and helped them out in any way possible; they all agreed to help him take out Devoe and get the job back that Devoe took away from him after accusing him of murder. Iris is glad that his friends have his back, even if the group is getting smaller after Oliver and Kara are gone.
"I was tracking down Oliver's pinpoints on where he would go, and I found a match of a house in Bali. I should've known that Oliver would go somewhere memorable," Felicity said on her computer screen.
"If he's away and not wanting us to track him down. I just think we should respect his decisions. I mean, we lost Kara, and he's probably blaming himself because we weren't fast enough to save her," Sara said, and Diggle sighed.
"If it is him, let's talk to him and not have him go back into that dark place again," Felicity said and Sara nodded her head.
"Sara and I will leave first thing in the morning. Until then, we all need some rest after taking down all the criminals and clearing the streets," Diggle said, and Felicity nodded her head.
They all packed their gear and headed out; Sara went back to Central City and checked in on her mother after losing Laurel; Dinah was in a bad place after finding out that there was a doppelganger of Laurel's face walking around.
Central City West Household
Barry went over to Joe's house and couldn't stay in the apartment he shared with Iris until they officially caught Devoe. He was destroyed after a moment he shared in that apartment with his friends and family.
Winn was now a part of Team Flash and now helps Cisco build gadgets and create more suits. Caitlin was happy that Cisco finally had someone to help create suits and talk about all the nerdy things. Barry was glad to have Winn on his team and him leaving his old team and friends behind.
Team Flash felt sad about Kara's death and Oliver disappearing away from Star City and Central City without saying goodbye to everyone. Barry missed Oliver and knew he felt guilty for not saving Kara fast enough and he feels guilty too. They hung up her suit to remember the hero she was and will always be.
"Our team feels empty without Kara and Oliver. I just wish there was something we could've done to save her fast enough," Sara said, sitting on the couch.
"We all do. It's not like we can find a doppelganger that's exactly like our alien friend," Cisco said, and Barry nodded his head.
"Kara wouldn't want us to mope about her death; she'll want us to remember the good things about her and continue saving the world and making it into a better place," Joe said, and Iris smiled.
"I miss her so much when we first met her after helping us stop the Dominators. She was a real badass," Iris said and Winn was confused.
"Kara helped us out and stopped aliens from taking over our Earth and taking Barry away," Caitlin said and Winn nodded his head.
"It was always Kara, James, and I. Now that she's gone, it's just me, and I honestly don't know what to do without her by my side," Winn said, and Barry sighed.
"Me either. She was my super friend, and now she's gone because I wasn't fast enough to save her. I can't be The Flash without Oliver's advice and him telling me what to do next," Barry said and buried his face into his hands.
"I wonder what Oliver is doing right now. If he's either taking it slow, or he's feeling miserable just like we are," Sara said and everyone nodded their heads.
Corto Maltese Queen's Mansion
Kara and Oliver were relaxing by the pool as Raisa prepared lunch for the family and Tommy was still sleeping. William was working on his homework and Kariver was taking a break and relaxing by the pool.
Oliver was rubbing Kara's back as they were enjoying the fresh air; she was happy and relaxed without having to chase down aliens and criminals, the same as Oliver. He thinks about his team and Barry. He finds that Barry was framed for murder, and he wants to help the team out, but he agrees to step away from putting his suit on again.
Kara puts her feet in the pool and looks at the red sunlight bracelet on her wrist; she wants to take it off and use her powers, but at the same time, she doesn't because she isn't the same Kara Danvers anymore, not after Thawne brainwashed her.
"When I saw Barry framed for murder, I wanted to put that suit on again and help him stop Devoe from taking over Central City," Oliver said and Kara rubbed his arm.
"Maybe you should; I mean, Barry and the team need you. William, Tommy, and I will be fine, and I know you said about not putting that suit on, but they need you, and this could be the last time being the Green Arrow and saying a proper goodbye," Kara said, suggesting Oliver to go back home.
"You really think I should go back and help them?" Oliver asked her.
"It would be crazy if you didn't. Barry lost one friend, and he doesn't need to lose another. The moment I joined Thawne, Kara Danvers died that day, but the team can use their leader's help for one last time," Kara said, and Oliver smiled.
"Great speech and I'll return, but I'm gonna have to be discreet because they'll do anything to track me down and keep updates with me," Oliver said, and Kara nodded her head.
"Talk to Felicity and tell your team that you're okay and to stop tracking you and finding where you are," Kara said and Oliver chuckled.
"I'll let their team know about my whereabouts and them from keeping tabs on me; I won't let them find out that you're alive and try to get you to go back to Earth-38," Oliver said, and Kara kissed his cheek.
"Good. Tommy deserves a quiet and peaceful life without being a target from any of our enemies," Kara said and Oliver nodded his head.
"I'll leave tomorrow, and I'll explain to William about doing this last mission," Oliver said, wrapping his arms around her waist.
"It's okay, Dad. You should go and help your friends. I'll take care of Kara and Tommy while you're gone," William said and Oliver turned around.
"He's right. One last mission, and you can come back home and be a father again and no more Green Arrow business," Kara said, and Oliver smiled at the both of them.
"You both aren't gonna change your minds about this?" Oliver asked them.
"Nope, you're friends need their leader. As far as I can tell, they need someone to help them out and straighten them out," William said, and Kara chuckled.
"Barry needs you, and Thea needs to see that her older brother is alright and safe," Kara said, and Oliver nodded his head.
"Okay. I'll help the team out with Devoe until then; you and William are to be hidden away from our friends," Oliver said, and they hugged him.
Oliver knew that they weren't gonna change their minds and that seeing his old team might help them navigate back to their normal selves. Then, he'll help Barry out with Devoe and help them know that Kara's death isn't for anyone to blame besides her sister and her old boss.
Things were about to get started and Oliver didn't know what he was about to get himself into.
