Subject: Legio Libertas: Imperator Emancipator-Class Titan: Omnissiah's Gentle Hand

Moral Threat Grade: Severus

Clearance Level: Vermillion

This is Inquisitor Solran. It is with horror that I write this latest report. Never in all my years of service to the Golden Throne and our Immortal God-Emperor did I think something like this would happen.

Our failure to properly address the Cain Protectorate's acquisition of the corpse of a Psi-Titan has resulted in an abomination. My fellow Inquisitors and to those members of the Mechanicus reading this report, the Cain Protectorate has constructed a Psi-Titan.

The Psi-Knights of the Protectorate were a terror enough on their own, but this is an absolute nightmare!

For this Psi-Titan is no mere Warlord-Class like those piloted by the dread Ordo Sinister. Instead, the Cainites have created a new abomination called the Imperator Emancipator-Class Titan. Its origin is the felled Imperator of the Legio Libertas (formerly Legio Valorum), Fastigium Virtutis, which was originally lost when Forge World [Redacted] was nearly overrun by an Ork WAAAGH!.

That the hereteks of the Legio Libertas brought back their Imperator after it had so nobly given its life; only to pervert it in service to the Arch-Heretic Ciaphas Cain, is only further proof of how far they have fallen.

I suspect that they took the Ciricrux Anima and a host of other stolen technology from the downed Psi-Titan the heretek BORG recovered, and through some form of foul techno-heresy managed to integrate it into the Imperator. Thus, creating the Imperator Emancipator-Class Titan, the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand, a foul abomination. Even now my mind shudders when I try to contemplate what sort of foul rituals were performed to corrupt the once noble Titan. Perhaps it is for the best that I don't know. Another horrid reminder of the capacity of our enemy to subvert anything.

The first time my infiltrators saw the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand was on the day it was unveiled to the people of Slawkenberg.

Slawkenberg held a massive ceremony to celebrate the restoration of the Legio Libertas's most powerful weapon. A sign that the Titan Legion was well on its way to not only recovery but a surge of new terrible strength.

The Titans of the Legio Libertas marched in parade formation with Skitarii and USA troops along the flanks, people throwing confetti to celebrate as they cheered. Such was the size of the celebration that much of it had to be held outside Cainopolis, the city having never been built with the idea of hosting multiple Titans at once. And for those who couldn't attend in person, the celebration was broadcast throughout Slawkenberg and all of Cain Protectorate space through the use of their Ansible technology. My infiltrators were able to take their own pict-recordings of the event and transmitted whatever broadcasts Slawkenberg's government sent out to me.

The 'Liberator' Ciaphas Cain was in attendance himself, along with his foul cohorts known as the Liberation Council.

As the Titans marched, the final warmachine in the line-up, the Warlord Titan seconded to the defense of Canopolis, renamed the Colossus of Cainopolis to cement its position as a guard of the city (a foul and reprehensible name for a once noble Titan), walked past the 'Liberator'.

That was when it happened. First, there was the tremor—a relentless, rhythmic pounding captured in the distortion of the audio and the faint, quivering shake of the picter. It gave the impression of an earthquake, a force so immense that even the recording seemed to buckle under its presence. Then it appeared. It was an awful sight to behold.

Its head was similar to a helmet with a v-shaped visor. Giant plates of armor ran along its chest, shoulders, and upper legs. Along the breastplate the following words were inscribed: Semper Reveniemus Libertas. There were also plates hanging from the sides, forming an armored skirt. In the spacing between the plates and on the joints were carapace mounts for a host of point-defense and support weapons. The fortress-cathedral on its back carried its own host of secondary weapons and anti-air defenses. At the front of the cathedral was a golden statue of the Arch-Heretic himself; raising a chainsword up to the sky with one arm and holding a bolt pistol with the other while the wretched symbol of the Liberation was at the base of the statue (A clear sign of Cain's vanity, despite his attempts to play up an image of humility.). Several banners hung from the fortress-cathedral depicting the tenants of the heretical creed of Liberation.

Then, of course, there were the Titan's arms where its main weapons were mounted. The right arm was a Volcano Cannon that had a guard similar to a heater shield, giving the weapon the appearance of a sword. The other was a Twin-linked Sinistramanus Tenebrae, two great Warp cannons, mounted one above the other (That the BORG would think to conjoin such a dangerous weapon shows they are utterly insane, beyond even what heretics typically are. When I shared the footage with Magos Gad-jet he suffered what I can only describe as a crisis of faith combined with a short circuit.).

It was colored the same as the rest of Legio Libertas's titans, a black body with red colored limbs and golden outlines.

The Imperator Emancipator, with its armor plating and helmet-like head, resembled a knight from a Feudal World. Unfortunately, it was nothing like those primitive, but stalwart and noble warriors.

Omnissiah's Gentle Hand's head was surrounded with a ring of lighting and swirling winds that resembled a miniature storm. Exposed cables pulsed with an unnatural light which even through the recording hurt to look at. There were profane symbols written all over its form, which no doubt radiated the corruption of the Warp into its surroundings. And when it moved, it did not lumber as is typical of the war engines of the Adeptus Mechanicus. Rather it moved with an unnatural smoothness to its steps. Its arm and leg joints turned with a fluidity I never would have thought possible. Though it could not match their speed, it seemed reminiscent of the manner with which an Eldari Titan moved (Which I had the misfortune to witness once when a Slaaneshi cult I was rooting out was attacked by Eldar. I still don't know how I made it out alive. Positive note, the cult was destroyed and the Xenos took heavy losses.).

Then there was the size. I have had the privilege to see Imperators walk before, and it has always left me with the reminder of just how small one truly is. Though I only saw this Titan through recordings, its scale was apparent. Even though it was outside the city, one could tell it towered over almost every building in Cainopolis, casting a shadow that covered a third of the city. Warlord Titans were like children before it. A lesser mountain would have found itself dwarfed by the colossus.

I do not know how my operatives were able to maintain any courage upon seeing that awful thing, but I commend them for continuing their duties nonetheless.

The people of Slawkenberg, tragically corrupted as they were, reacted with joy rather than revulsion at the sight of Omnissiah's Gentle Hand (My operatives reported that Ciaphas Cain looked like he was terrified and his legs were shaking. Clearly they haven't been getting enough sleep.).

The other Titans, greeting the behemoth, fired their primaries into the sky in salute at the mightiest of Titans (Apparently the energy weapons used a low power setting while the projectiles fired blanks, or so Cainite propaganda states.).

Omnissiah's Gentle Hand let out its own warhorns (at a reduced volume so as not to injure anyone's hearing, supposedly) to greet its Legion.

The celebrations continued for a week, with the Imperator Emancipator Titan circling the city outskirts in a grand display for newscasters, propaganda efforts, and the awe of the common citizenry.

I wish that was all this dread machine had done. I would have had far more restful nights then.

To the Imperium's misfortune, this Titan has seen battle, and from what I have witnessed, thanks to the brave efforts of my infiltrators, it is far too effective.

It was on the now lifeless world of [Redacted] that the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand saw its first battle.

It was against the foul servants of Nurgle, whom the Cain Protectorate have a deep grudge against (Those familiar with the Cain Protectorate's culture are aware of their odd penchant for worshiping only 3 of the 4 Dark Gods due to Cain's masterful use of propaganda; as recorded in my prior report on the Gentle Heresy.).

[Redacted] was once a prosperous world within the Damocles Gulf and Greater Lithesh Sector. But after the Imperial Governor attempted to curb the power of his nobility by granting the common people greater rights, the nobles rebelled against him.

From my understanding he attempted to criminalize acts such as kidnapping the citizenry for private use, forbidding nobles from use of the penance system (a system whereby one could pay a substantial sum of either money or valuable resources to the Ecclesiarchy to earn forgiveness for a crime), allowing common citizens to bring lawsuits and grievances against nobles in official courts of law, increasing taxation upon nobility, and so on, and so forth.

While these new laws were wildly popular with the common citizenry, they drove the nobility into a deep pit of despair (Spoiled frakking bastards!). A despair that was so great it caused them to fall to Nurgle.

After their corruption, they rebelled against Imperial authority, killed the Imperial Governor, and spread vile daemonic contagions throughout the planet, infecting over 80% of the populace. Their next step was to perform multiple daemonic summoning rituals, attempting to turn their world into an extension of the foul Garden of Nurgle in realspace.

The Cain Protectorate upon learning of this responded immediately.

Their fleet arrived in orbit over [Redacted] and proceeded to bombard much of the world (I will begrudgingly admit, a correct decision. Any Imperial Navy flotilla would have likely done the same.)

However, while bombardment devastated a great deal of the planet's surface, it proved ineffective at destroying the capital; for the nobility had erected a temple to Nurgle there which generated a protective shield.

And thus, the Protectorate Navy deployed its armies to engage in a brutal ground invasion, fully intent on disrupting the ritual occurring in the desecrated capital.

Against this force was arrayed a host straight from the foulest reaches of Nurgle's domain. My counterparts in the Ordo Malleus nearly had heart attacks (Considering the nature of daemons, maybe some of them actually did.) when they learned of the daemons participating in this battle.

That my own infiltrators managed to get footage of this at all is a testament to their resolve (They are due for promotions after this.).

Leading the daemonic host was a Greater Daemon of Nurgle. This daemon was of a massive size, dwarfing even Warlord-Class Titans. Its body was formed from an entire city, its rotting, pustule marked, parasite ridden flesh composed of the former populace. Ruined skyscrapers and malformed spikes of human bone formed horns on its head and spines along its back. Boney plates and city blocks formed patches of mismatched armor. There was a gaping maw on its stomach lined with sharp teeth from which befouled intestines leaked a mix of filth and lesser daemons beneath it.

Where the Great Unclean One walked, the ground blossomed into twisted decayed trees, filthy fungi, and putrid plants which flowered rotting fruits, the leaking filth from its intestines forming foul swamps and quagmires.

Accompanying the Greater Daemon were other daemons that resembled twisted versions of the native wildlife. They varied in size, some of them equaling Titans. Then there were the standard lesser daemons of Nurgle, Plaguebearers, Nurglings, and a swarm of daemonic insects which nearly blotted out the sky. Alongside the daemons were the former populace of [Redacted] transformed into Nurgle's disease ridden zombies.

Against the daemons, the full might of the Legio Libertas was deployed alongside the Psi-Knights of House [Redacted]. Accompanying them were the Skitarii legions of Forge World [Redacted] and tens of thousands of USA troopers with their support vehicles.

Though the heretical host of the Protectorate was mighty (Which I am loath to admit.), even this army would have been overwhelmed by the daemonic legions before them.

Until a massive drop pod the size of a mountain came screaming down from the sky like a meteor.

Its landing shook the battlefield, and no doubt would have caused massive destruction on its own were it not for the rockets and other devices which slowed its descent.

Colossal doors opened, and out stepped the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand.

Striding the battlefield with a confidence only the largest of the Titan's could muster, the Imperator Emancipator let out a blast of its warhorns at full volume, roaring defiance at the enemy.

Then, Legio Libertas walked.

Omnissiah's Gentle Hand unleashed an opening salvo right at the Great Unclean One. The Twin-linked Sinistramanus Tenebrae shot dual bolts of black nothingness at the Greater Daemon. These warp fueled shots tore through corrupt necrotic flesh with ease, burrowing deep into the body of the Great Unclean One. Then they detonated, leaving vast gaping holes in the Great Unclean one through which entire tank columns could have ridden. Though the Greater Daemon endured the shots with a terrible pain; thousands of lesser daemons and daemonic insects too close to the Great Unclean One dissolved immediately, despite having never been touched by the shots, their warp born forms drawn back to that infernal realm by the terrible power of the Sinistramanus Tenebrae. (I am genuinely surprised the weapon didn't just blow up in the heretics' faces instead.).

The right arm, which was previously a Volcano Cannon, now held a massive Inferno Gun. Streams of blazing promethium poured onto the Great Unclean One. Where the flames touched, flesh turned to ash.

I was confused when the Inferno Gun ceased firing after only a short burst. But I soon learned why. For the fire burned with a terrible, preternatural strength, and did not disappear from the Greater Daemon despite its best efforts and use of its own fell powers. Then the fire moved, as if controlled by some other force (Which it was, as I will detail later). Hordes of lesser daemons and zombies below were consumed by the flames as they leapt from the Great Unclean One. Those flies and other daemonic insects which soared the skies above were reduced to cinders as fire surged heavenward.

The swirling storm around Omnissiah's Gentle Hand's head began to widen. As its diameter increased, the breeze around it grew to hurricane force winds, violent bursts of warp lighting accumulating in frequency. Soon it surrounded the Titan, growing bigger by the second, buffeting the Greater Daemon and sending thousands of lesser daemons into the air. The storm tore apart all it encountered, only the Greater Daemon able to resist the attack and unleash its own dark sorceries in kind. Afterwards, a terrible duel of psychic might commenced between the two.

Meanwhile, the rest of Legio Libertas and Knight House [Redacted] fought against those daemonic creatures of lesser size, supported by Skitarii and USA trooper alike. A mixture of missiles, bolts, artillery shells, las-fire, melta beams, plasma blasts, and a host of other assorted firepower and psychic might tore into the disease ridden daemonic horde.

During the battle, the Titans of Legio Libertas moved as one. It was uncanny how they reacted to the everchanging battlefield. Every shot hit their mark and was timed perfectly. The enemy could never flank them, for each Titan covered the other with perfection. No Titan ever got in the way of another, never risked friendly fire, and at times seemed to anticipate enemy movements before they happened. It was as if they were one. The level of coordination they displayed was beyond what typical communications between Titan crews could have accomplished (Which I will explain later. Though the answer is one that reeks of heresy.).

Though this apocalyptic clash of Titan and Daemon looked like something straight from the Horus Heresy, in truth, the battle's real purpose was little more than a distraction. For the Arch-Heretic Ciaphas Cain had taken a small force with him and infiltrated the heart of the capital, disrupting the ritual before it could completely turn [Redacted] into a daemon world.

With the 'Liberator' Ciaphas Cain successful, the daemonic armies of Nurgle began to lose their hold upon reality, and the shield surrounding the capital disappeared. The Cain Protectorate made quick work mopping up the remaining Nurgle forces before leaving the world and finishing their bombardment, rendering [Redacted] uninhabitable.

The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand went back into, what my operatives have told me, is a massive drop pod called the Deicide Pattern Titan Drop Pod (that the BORG thought a drop pod of all things was a good idea for an Imperator is complete lunacy. I assume there must be some work of the Chaos Gods at hand, otherwise the Titan should have just been destroyed by the impact alone).

The drop pod was itself launched from a heavily modified Lathe-class Monitor-cruiser named Cradle of the Gods. This ship it seems was designed for the express purpose of transporting, maintaining, defending, and deploying the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand.

The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has not been active for long, but it has already amassed a worrying number of victories since its first appearance (I am terrified of the day it faces Imperial Forces.).

The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand faced off against a splinter Hive Fleet which sought to consume a world controlled by the Cain Protectorate. This Hive Fleet was a fragment of Hive Fleet Behemoth which managed to consume several Ork and Tau Worlds and regained significant biomass in the process.

When the Cain Protectorate discovered the Hive Fleet contained Bio-Titans it prompted the decision to send forth a division of Leigo Libertas to counter them.

During the battle, I saw from the footage Omnissiah's Gentle Hand now possessed a Power Claw for a right arm with a wrist mounted Vulcan Mega-Bolter, though its left continued to be the Twin-linked Sinistramanus Tenebrae (Which seems to be a favored weapon.).

The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand faced down two Tyranid Bio-Titans called Hierophants. They were some of the largest Tyranid lifeforms I ever had the misfortune to lay eyes on, even through a recording. The bodies were shaped like an arch with four spindly legs that ended in sharp spikes that they pierced the ground with to walk. Near the head of the two beasts were a pair of arms, each morphed into the shape of a gun known as a Bio-cannon. Heavy chitinous armor plates covered both creatures' backs while their tails ended in another sharp spike that could easily pierce through the armor of a Baneblade.

These two monsters were each the size of a Warlord-Class Titan. Though that mattered little to the Imperator Emancipator. (If we lived in a kinder universe, the damn things would have killed each other off!)

The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand held up its right arm as though it were grasping at something. Then lighting began to gather in the claw, condensing until it formed a spear made of warp lightning.

Pulling its arm back, the war machine threw the bolt of lighting; in that moment resembling the ancient Terran mythological god Zeus.

The etheric bolt pierced through the chitinous plating of nearest Hierophant before exploding in a dazzling display, blowing open a sizzling hole in the thick armor of the Bio-Titan. The monster screamed in pain from the attack before desperately firing its own Bio-cannons at the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand alongside its companion.

The shots impacted uselessly against the void shields.

Great chunks of earth broke free, rising up from the ground before flinging themselves towards the second Hierophant. The boulders impacted with the force of artillery shells, knocking the Tyranid down. Its thin legs were crippled, while flesh was ripped from its hide, and its armor cracked. Then, Omnissiah's Gentle Hand fired its Twin-linked Sinistramanus Tenebrae at the second Hierophant, killing it when one of the dark psychic bolts hit its head.

Meanwhile, Omnissiah's Gentle Hand continued to approach the first Hierophant, its power claw pointing forward as the Titan shot warp-lightning at the injured beast. Once it got close enough, it jabbed its power claw straight into the creature's exposed flesh. Warp lighting coursed through the Hierophant's insides, for a moment lighting up the skeleton of the creature. The wrist mounted mega bolter fired point blank into the Bio-Titan's body. Then, Omnissiah's Gentle Hand pulled back its power claw, ripping out a host of smoking charcoal black organs. And so the first Hierophant died.

It was then that the Imperator Emancipator Titan was buffeted by a massive blast of psychic energy.

Emerging from underground with an explosion of rock and dirt was a Dominatrix. Per discussion with members of the Ordo Xenos, it is a form of Tyranid Bio-Titan with psychic powers and a direct link to the Norn-Queen which rules the Hive Fleet.

It had remained hidden to lead the Tyranids without distraction, but could not ignore the threat of the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand now that two Hierophants had fallen to the Titan.

The Dominatrix charged the Imperator Emancipator. It seemed to be at just the right speed to pass through the void shields. The impact pushed the Titan back, the sudden arrival of a new foe having left the war machine unprepared.

The Dominatrix assaulted the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand with both physical and psychic blows. Claws rent adamantium apart. Psychic blasts of energy warped weapon emplacements. Teeth bit deep into the body of the Titan.

But even as the Dominatrix attacked with all its fury, the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand was far from vulnerable.

The Titan's secondaries poured their own considerable firepower into the Tyranid. Some of those carapace mounted guns on the fortress-cathedral were Warlord-Class weaponry, and they did considerable damage of their own to the Dominatrix.

The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand used its power claw to punch the Bio-Titan, knocking it back. One of the Titan's legs began to glow. I could hear the thrum of energy buildup through the recording. The runes inscribed on the armor lit up while those exposed cables grew brighter. Then Omnissiah's Gentle Hand kicked out at the Dominatrix.

Upon impact, an explosion of psychic energy occurred. The Dominatrix was torn apart by the attack, bits and pieces of its body being flung everywhere.

As the Dominatrix fell, Omnissiah's Gentle Hand let out a blast of its warhorns in victory. The memory of that sound still shakes me to my bones.

The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has also fought against Ork Gargants, which it seems to take a sadistic delight in destroying. I imagine the memory of its prior death at the hands of Orks drives this. The Legio Libertas as a whole hates the Greenskin menace. Additionally, there have even been sorties against other Chaos Titans.

Though admittedly, the deployment of the Imperator Emancipator is relatively rare when considering the total action seen by the Cain Protectorate military. However, when deployed, the result has always been total victory against their enemy. Which is not surprising considering the foul displays of psychic might the Titan has shown.

This leads me to a disturbing piece of information. My operatives have discovered that the Imperator Emancipator is not piloted by a Blank, as is standard in the Ordo Sinister. Instead, its Princeps is a full fledged Psyker.

I don't think I need to explain the ludicracy of there existing a Psyker who is a suitable candidate to be a Princeps! Unfortunately, Magos Gad-jet calculated that while astronomically low, there was an existing mathematical chance that a Psyker could have the potential to become a Princeps.

In addition, the other crew positions such as Moderati, Sensori are also manned by Psykers. The only non-Psyker personnel seem to be the Tech-Priests of the heretek BORG who maintain the Titan.

The sheer recklessness of not only allowing a Psyker to become a Titan Princeps (Which I'm positive must violate some law of the Mechanicus, but Magos Gad-jet would know better than I.), but to allow Psykers to act as crew, completely unchained and unbound is beyond comprehension! How the damn thing hasn't been consumed by some type of Psyker meltdown is a question only Him On Terra knows the answer to. There is a reason why the Ordo Sinister, in the wisdom of our God-Emperor, uses Blanks as Princeps while the Psykers are kept imprisoned within! To deviate from that wisdom is madness! Though, these are heretics so…

…Moving on.

I will attempt to explain the crew needed for the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand to function in as much detail as I can, for I believe it is vital that we know this information. Much of this information comes from Juris Operative 44-6f-75-62-6c-65-20-6f-68-20-73-65-76-65-6e, who was generously loaned out to me by Magos Gad-jet after I initially approached him regarding the Imperator Emancipator. Juris Operative 44-6f-75-62-6c-65-20-6f-68-20-73-65-76-65-6e managed to infiltrate the BORG Legio Libertas crews and gain much knowledge on the inner workings of the heretical Titan.

Main Crew:

Note, all following personnel responsible for the direct operation of the Imperator Emancipator are Psykers of the Telepathy Discipline except for the Tech-Priests. Every main crew member is a fully trained Psyker that graduated from the Crèche for the Gifted and completed their training at Forge World [Redacted]'s Collegia Titanica.

Princeps: The current Princeps is a short black-haired woman only known by the codename Acer (In High Gothic, this translates as Maple). She has been featured in several of the Protectorate's propaganda reels. Though she is not the most powerful of Psykers, she seems to possess an unprecedented level of talent in Telepathic abilities. She has used said powers to commune with the Machine Spirit of the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand (And, I suspect to corrupt it further.) This Acer has reported she has even communed with the past Princeps of what used to be the Fastigium Virtutis, who have aided her in piloting the Titan. I am uncertain of how that works, and Magos Gad-jet could provide more insight. (Though if it is true, my heart weeps for the spirits of those noble Princeps who have been enslaved to fell powers.) She has also used her abilities to commune with the Princeps of other Titans. This has enabled her to coordinate Titan groups on an unprecedented level, and is responsible for the previously mentioned uncanny coordination the Legio Libertas has displayed. They have been able to communicate even in conditions with heavy disruptions in the Warp. Acer can act as a focus for the rest of the Psykers on the Titan. Through her, their power is channelled, enabling the Titan to perform many of its psychic feats. She has been rated as a Zeta Grade Psyker in regards to her Telepathic abilities, but Omicron Grade in most other abilities. I am labeling her as a primary target for assassination.

10x Moderati: There are 10 Moderati who help the Princeps with the running of the Titan, much like with any Titan Legion. Primarily they ensure the various systems of the Titan run smoothly so that the Princeps may call upon them with ease and focus on directing the Titan. The Moderati range from the Mu to Eta stages of psychic strength.

The Moderati Primus manages the other Moderati, aids the Princeps in communion with the Machine Spirit, and can assume secondary command should the Princeps be incapacitated. One aids in management of the Cathedral-Fortress secondary weapons. One aids in management of the Cathedral-Fortress anti-air weapons. One aids in management of the main body secondary weapons. One aids in management of the Right primary weapon. One aids in management of the Left primary weapon. One aids in management of the Right Leg secondary weapons. One aids in management of the Left Leg secondary weapons. One manages the Void Shields. One is in charge of the communications equipment, scanners, onboard Ansibles, managing the Sensori team, and will act to pass vital information to the Princeps.

6x Sensori: They monitor all the sensory information the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand receives as well as communications. They utilize both the technology equipped within the Titan as well as their own Telepathic abilities to scan the battlefield for information. They also receive from and send information to Slawkenberg itself thanks to the Ansibles installed onboard. The Sensori range from the Mu to Eta stages of psychic strength.

10x Tech-Priests: They aid in the maintenance of the Titan while it is on the Field.

60x Psykers: Note, the following Psykers are not a direct part of the Titan crew and have no capacity to pilot the Titan. Therefore, they are not of the Telepathy Discipline, though I imagine they have some skill in such powers. Rather, their main purpose is to donate their own psychic potential to the Titan in order to fuel its Warp based attacks. The Psykers are divided into five teams of 12. Each team contains at least one Psyker skilled in Pyromancy, Eletrokinesis, Geokinesis, and Divination. These Psykers are responsible for the various powers that the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has displayed in battle, such as controlling fire, shooting warp-lighting, etc. There may be other skills needed, but these are unknown. During combat, one team will be powering the Titan, fueling it with raw warpstuff. In order to keep the Psykers from being exhausted, the other teams remain on standby to switch in as soon as possible. Members of the Psyker Teams are of the Iota Grade at a minimum. Though none seem to have gone above the Epsilon Grade (Something I thank the God-Emperor for every day.).

This ends my discussion of the crew.

Now, as the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has shown off numerous psychic powers, I will do my best to list out as many as our operatives have observed.

Psychic Powers:

Cloak of Honour - Such is the psychically amplified aura of soul-deep determination and hunger for justice that hangs about the Imperator Emancipator that even the strongest-willed foes will stop and stare in awe and shame if close to the war machine. The very air of the fields upon which they tread becomes infused with the willpower of their pilots, driving their allies on to greater feats of heroism. Many times has this been used to push the armies of the Protectorate to victory (I find this name to be highly dubious. As if there is any honor among such heretics. Clearly this is some form of Cainite propaganda.).

Panacea-techica - Ghostly light courses across the Imperator Emancipator's hull, re-knitting shattered armor and broken machinery. Meanwhile, the Princeps and Moderati within are treated with vast doses of Panacea to counteract the effects of them nobly assuming their steed's wounds upon themselves. This power was displayed after the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand's battle against the Tyranid Dominatrix, where it repaired the many openings in its armor from the Bio-Titan's claws.

Judgement Pulse - A vibrant pulse of psychic energy that represents the honor and fierce resolution of the pilot seated within is unleashed from the Titan that adjudicates the very soul of anything it touches, causing great damage if found wanting, and reinforcing it if found to be truly just (As if heretics would understand the notion of justice. Another obvious sign of propaganda from the Protectorate.).

Quickening - Ætheric conduits in the Titan's limbs glow with power, driving the engine forwards at a supernatural pace.

Perpicacious Tempest - The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand's head is crowned with a halo of sparking lightning and hurricane-force winds that, when unleashed, scatter man and machine alike with ease.

Psionic Shield - The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand can generate a shield made of pure psychic energy. This powerful defensive shield can block both material and immaterial attacks. Boosted by the technologies of the Titan, this Shield, when combined with the void shields, has been able to survive shots from warships. When an Ork Warboss, who wished to capture Omnissiah's Gentle Hand for his own use, decided if he couldn't have the Titan then no one could. He proceeded to bombard the battlefield from his warship. The Gargants the Imperator Emancipator was fighting were destroyed, but Omnissiah's Gentle Hand survived (unfortunately). This shield can be spread out and has been used to protect allied forces in the past.

Telekinesis - The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has shown several telekinetic abilities. With the number of Psykers onboard combined with the dangerous technology stolen from the downed Ordo Sinister Titan, it has been able to manipulate physical forces with devastating and intricate efficiency. The Titan has demonstrated several abilities:

Crushing Grasp - With immense psychic force, the Titan can "grip" enemy war machines or fortifications, crushing them as though they were mere toys. Enemy Titans have been snapped in half under this power, their hulls crumpling like paper.

Titanic Displacement - The Titan can telekinetically lift enemy war engines—including other Titans—and hurl them across the battlefield. In one engagement, an enemy Reaver Titan was telekinetically slammed into its allied Warlord, disabling both in one motion.

Kinetic Pulse - The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand can create massive, focused bursts of telekinetic warp energy to strike the ground or specific targets, causing localized earthquakes, destroying fortifications, and sending infantry, tanks, and mechs flying in all directions. It may also gather such power into any part of its body for devastating close quarters combat attacks.

Weapon Manipulation - The Titan's telekinetic abilities extend to its own armaments, allowing it to: Redirect missiles in flight, nudge plasma blasts or laser fire onto critical weak points mid-shot, reload ammunition telekinetically, granting it remarkable efficiency in sustained engagements.

Remote Operation - In the rare event of a critical system failure, the Titan can use telekinesis to operate its own weapon systems and mechanisms, bypassing traditional controls. It can also use this ability to enhance the natural movement of its weapons, letting them adjust and aim faster than the average Titan.

Geokinesis: The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand exerts its will upon the earth itself, creating barriers of stone or trenches for allied forces, or summoning massive spikes of rock to impale enemy vehicles to ripping great chucks of earth from the ground to hurl as projectiles. Omnissiah's Gentle Hand used this to great effect against the Tyranid Bio-Titans it fought against. The Titan can also cause localized earthquakes, destabilizing enemy formations.

Electrokinesis - Omnissiah's Gentle Hand is able to manipulate lightning, changing its shape to suit its needs. It commonly uses this ability to shape the warp lightning it generates.

Pyrokinesis - Omnissiah's Gentle Hand is able to manipulate fire, changing its shape to suit its needs. It commonly uses this ability to shape the fire it generates when equipped with the Inferno Gun, but can use this ability when it generates warp fire as well.

Divination - The Titan has displayed Prescience and Precognitive talents thanks to the large number of Psykers onboard, allowing it to anticipate and respond to threats with supernatural precision. These abilities provide unprecedented battlefield awareness, granting the Titan the following abilities:

Battlefield Oracles - The psychic connection between the Titan's Psykers allows them to sense shifts in enemy intent. They can predict and highlight the most likely trajectories of enemy movements, artillery strikes, and aerial attacks. Whether an opponent is feinting an attack or committing to an all-out assault, the Titan can adjust its strategy accordingly, ensuring no ambush or diversionary tactic goes unnoticed (Though this ability is not perfect, evidenced by the Tyranid Dominatrix managing to ambush the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand. Would that they had destroyed each other.).

Temporal Echoes - With the crew's minds delving into the Warp , the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand projects fragmented visions of possible future outcomes onto the battlefield. These psychic "ghosts" allow its crew to test multiple tactics in an instant, selecting the course of action most likely to succeed. This ability often creates confusion among enemies, who may perceive these echoes as the Titan acting in multiple places at once.

Reactive Targeting Arrays - With the crew combining prescient knowledge with advanced Machine Spirits, the Titan can preemptively train its weapons on enemies who have yet to reveal themselves. This has allowed the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand to obliterate cloaked or teleporting foes the moment they emerge, ensuring that no threat goes unpunished.

The Unerring Gaze - When locked in combat with rival Titans or high-value targets, the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand focuses its precognitive powers on unraveling the opponent's intent. This ability allows it to predict weak points in enemy war engines or detect the moments when they are most vulnerable to devastating attacks, ensuring victory in engagements that would otherwise be stalemates.

These divination abilities, combined with the raw psychic potential of its crew, grant the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand an unparalleled edge on the battlefield, making it a force not only of brute strength but of calculated domination.

Telepathy - due to the main crew being telepaths, Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has shown great skill with telepathic abilities, often transmitting vital info to allied forces:

Psychic Battle Network - The Princeps, 'Acer' has used her skills in telepathy to link every allied Titan's of the Leigo Libertas within range, creating a synchronized hive of tactical efficiency. The connection transcends the limitations of conventional communication, bypassing vox interference, encryption, or atmospheric distortions caused by extreme environments or Warp anomalies. This resulted in the unnatural coordination displayed by the Legio Libertas when fighting alongside their lead Titan. Princeps Acer has also relayed divinatory insights with stunning immediacy, forewarning allied commanders of impending ambushes, predicting enemy reinforcements, and highlighting vulnerable enemy positions. For example, during a conflict against the Ork warband known as Da Red Smashas, the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand foresaw an incoming flanking maneuver by a Gargant battalion and transmitted this knowledge telepathically. USA tank regiments were able to reposition before the Gargants arrived, turning what could have been a devastating ambush into a decisive victory.

When combining their telepathic abilities with their capacity for divination, Princeps Acer has led the Legio Libertas and the Cain Protectorate overall to victory time and time again.

This ends my review of the psychic powers displayed by the Titan and its crew. Though I fear there may be more abilities the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has yet to show us.

As a side note, I have noticed from the pict-recordings that whenever the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand uses its warp-based abilities, the statue of the Arch-Heretic, Ciaphas Cain seems to glow with a baleful light, with random psychic phenomena occurring around it. This leads me to believe that the statue itself is some form of focal point for manipulating warp energies. Operative 44-6f-75-62-6c-65-20-6f-68-20-73-65-76-65-6e has insisted that based on his investigations, the statue is just that, a gold statue, with no special technologies within (Clearly the man needs a break, we have been working him too hard if he thinks that's true.).

One of the few blessings the God-Emperor has granted us regarding the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand seems to be its lack of reproducibility. It took a great deal of resources, human and material, to restore and alter the Fastigium Virtutis into the abomination known as an Imperator Emancipator-Class Titan. Resources the Cain Protectorate clearly does not have the capacity to spare for constructing more. It took several decades for the BORG to complete this monstrosity.

Though, from what my infiltrators and Operative 44-6f-75-62-6c-65-20-6f-68-20-73-65-76-65-6e reported, the BORG made claims that they could restore the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand and implant the Ciricrux Anima in a few years, rather than the multiple decades it took. However, Cain delayed the restoration, citing the need for multiple tests, quality checks, and redundant safety mechanisms to protect the Titan and Psyker teams from the effects of the Warp. Personally, I suspect that Cain was being guided by visions from the Dark Gods rather than any true concerns for safety (I mean really, since when does a Warmaster of Chaos care about safety of all things!).

From what Cainite propaganda says and our operatives have confirmed, the symbols drawn out over the armor are supposed to be hexagrammic wards, similar to those used on Black Ships. Every scrap of metal that went into the construction of the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand was required to have them, resulting in every panel, armor plate, control module and even the flooring being marked with wards. The effort seemed to add over a decade to the construction process. Supposedly, the wards are meant to protect against the effects of the Warp and ward off daemonic possession. Personally, I doubt this. Far more likely, the symbols serve to let the influence of the Chaos Gods seep into the Titan, making its Machine Spirit easy prey.

The entire Titan is laced with, from what I understand, an incredibly intricate psycho-ætheric induction circuitry. The purpose seems to be to dispel excess Warp energy from when the Psykers use their powers. I myself don't understand how they work, but Magos Gad-jet can explain in more detail.

As an additional protection for the crew, every Psyker working within or near the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand must wear Channeler-Class Power Armor, an Equilibrium-Class Psychic Hood, and the Whisper Psychic Bodysuit at all times, by order of Cain and his Liberation Council. Once more, I suspect these are tools by which Cain can exert further control over the Titan and its crew, rather than any true concern for safety.

The insidious nature of Cain's methods only deepens the affront posed by this monstrosity. Every time Cain cites his concerns for safety, he takes the opportunity to further subvert and corrupt! The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand is not merely a mockery of the sacred Titan Legions; it is a chilling testament to how far the Arch-Heretic will go in his blasphemous endeavours.

Members of the Inquisition and Mechanicus, I think it is clear this insult to the Titan Legions must be dealt with at once!

In order to deal with this dire threat to the Imperium, I have sent an immediate alert to the High Lords of Terra requesting the dispatch of multiple Culexus Temple Assassins. Though the deployment of multiple Culexus Temple Assassins for a single objective is unprecedented, I believe such an act is absolutely necessary! It is my goal to have them target the vital Psyker crew needed to run the Imperator Emancipator.

There is, on average, a 1 in a million chance of someone being born with the capacity to be a Princeps. To be a Psyker so skilled in telepathy while also being mentally stable is also a 1 in a million chance. But both? The chance is so low as to be non-existent. Because of the sheer rarity of Psykers who meet the necessary requirements, alongside the immense amount of training needed to crew a Titan, replacing such a crew would prove nigh impossible. Especially with the Cain Protectorate's limited population. I hope that by targeting the crew we can cripple the Titan without ever having to face it in direct battle (To those of my colleagues who would think me a coward for suggesting such an indirect method, you go and face the Titan in battle then. If you survive, feel free to come back and tell me how that went for you!).

I label Princeps Acer as a primary target for assassination. She has displayed a great deal of skill in piloting Omnissiah's Gentle Hand, and her death would cripple the Titan's capacity to function.

I label the Moderati as primary targets for assassination. Though they play a secondary role, their support is vital for Princeps Acer to pilot the Titan. Their deaths would also cripple the Titan's functionality.

I label the Sensori as secondary targets for assassination. Their monitoring of the battlefield and communications to process vital information is of great importance. Their deaths would hinder the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand on the battlefield.

I label the Tech-Priests as primary targets for assassination due to their importance in maintaining the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand.

I label the Psyker teams onboard as tertiary targets for assassination. While powerful, they are not essential to the base function of the Titan. Though any assassins sent should still do their best to kill them, for their deaths would be a significant blow to the strength of the Cain Protectorate.

If this plan fails, then it is my recommendation that no Imperial Force should attempt to face the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand without Titan support of Warlord-Class and above. Though unfortunately the rarity of Warmaster and Emperor-Class Titans means Warlords are the most likely support that can be gathered. And I fear they won't be enough. I have sent this warning to Imperial Guard High Command: If any Imperial Force encounters the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand without adequate Titan support, they are to retreat at once. Though normally such actions would be viewed as cowardice, I have no wish to meaninglessly waste lives fighting this monster if it can be avoided.

I have also alerted the Ordo Sinister. I believe it will be vital to acquire their support in felling the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand. For when dealing with the Empyrean, who better to send than a Blank?

As I reach the end of my thoughts, my mind cannot help but ponder. My fellow readers, I fear the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand is the Dies Irae come again. And Legio Libertas a new Legio Mortis. Once more I am reminded of Horus Lupercal when I ponder the subject of Ciaphas Cain. Damn Karamazov for this mess he's left us with!

With that, I have finished my half of the report, and will have Magos Inspicere Gad-jet, whom I had the pleasure of working with, continue on from here.

He will describe in greater detail the technologies within the Imperator Emancipator and the heresies against the Mechanicus and Omnissiah this abomination represents (I must admit, I'm worried about him. When I first came to Magos Gad-jet to acquire the expertise of the Mechanicus in making this report, he, understandably, did not take the news of heretics corrupting an Imperator-Class Titan well. What has me concerned was that he looked like he was about to go take an Ark Mechanicus and commit Exterminatus on the nearest inhabited planet once he learned the full scale of what had been done, regardless of who owned it.).

This is Inquisitor Solran of the Ordo Hereticus.

The Emperor Protects.

Techno-theological Analysis, by Magos Inspicere Gad-Jet

(Note: Translated from the original Lingua-Technis by Lex-Mechanic Pennica, who also dutifully removed any vox-stutters, evidence of cerebral short-circuiting, and MOST of the random deviations into rants against Techno-Heresy and demands for the immediate Exterminatus of any Planet that the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand has ever set foot on, as such displays are unseemly for a True Servant of the Omnissiah).

When I was a young tech-priest, freshly initiated in the sacred mysteries of the Omnissiah, I was given the great honour of performing a minor role in a Titan Maintenance Bay onboard the Mass Conveyor [Redacted according to sacred tech-protocol 34519231], which acted as a transport vessel for Titan Legion [Redacted according to sacred tech-protocol 34519232].

This is a position that few as junior as I was were entrusted with. So I fully devoted my newly installed external processors to this assignment, determined not to disappoint my tutors from the seminary who recommended me for this most sacred function.

For 57.33 standard Terran years I diligently performed my duty aboard this vessel, checking circuits, applying sacred lubricants, refilling incense burners, and joining the binharic chorus when more senior magi were performing important auto-rituals upon the holy machines that slumbered in our care, until I was elevated and transferred away.

As such, I venerate these Avatars of the Omnissiah in a way that few who are not permanently attached to the Collegia Titanica do. I have listened to the unknowable Princepi and the Moderati of the Titans converse with their great steeds, passing wondrous mecha-secrets back and forth with the mighty Machine Spirits that inhabit them. I have spent many hours polishing, lubricating, and blessing a single bolt larger than an Astartes so that it might be perfect for reinstallation back into its slot. I have joined the fleet wide Binharic Dirges when one of our great charges did not return from its duty on some accursed world or other.

With all this in mind, I feel no hesitation in exercising the full power of my position as Magos Inspicere Juris to declare the abominable device designated Imperator-Emancipator class Psi-Titan "Omnissiah's Gentle Hand'' to be Heretek Extremis Maximatum, and formally recommend to the Lords Dragon of the Mechanicus Juris that it be wiped from this plane of existence at the first possible juncture!

In all my centuries of service to the Cult Mechanicus, never have I known such an offence to the Omnissiah! The creation of this evil machina is an act of Tech-Necromancy, strictly forbidden under the Orthodox Strictures of Mars, and what's more is an amalgamation of two such occurrences, fused together to form a TRUE MONSTROSITY RESET AND PURGE EMOTIONAL CORE. OMNISSIAH, PROTECT YOUR SERVANT FROM INEFFICIENCY, a violation of the Standard Model which cannot be tolerated! As the great Fabricator General Sin-Cosinius once said, Obey the Standard Model, or obey the laws of death.

The Mechanicus of Forge World [Redacted] have been truly corrupted by the BORG, for they have allowed the corpse of the Imperator Titan Fastigium Virtutis, of the former Titan Legion Valorum, which fell defending the Forge World before they were 'rescued' by the Protectorate, to be used to create this monstrosity, rather than laying the noble machine to rest as the Devotional Instructions require. That they could ever permit such a desecration is unforgivable!

We know that this is the case, as my clave have identified no fewer than 147 features from the pict records of the "Omnissiah's Gentle Hand" provided to us by Inquisitor Solran which originally were on Fastigium Virtutis. It appears that they have recycled at the very least the Adamantium chassis, the undamaged armour plates, the great Fortress Temple, and undoubtedly several of the holy mechanisms which dwelt within it.

This blasphemy is augmented by the knowledge that the BORG must have cannibalised the corpse of the long dead Warlord-Sinister Psi-Titan that we know they must have found in order to complete this horror. There are components and materials necessary to make a true Psi-Titan, distinct from the Protectorate's Psi-Knight imitations, which simply do not exist in this Segmentum. Either they found a previously unknown stash of irreplaceable archeotech, or far more likely, they cut them from the cadaver chassis of this long lost Hollow God Machine. We presume that they will have taken the Ciricrux Anima, the many Machine Spirit Homunculi which assisted the Preceptor-Intendant in controlling his charge, the control crucible, the psi-pulse generators, and most visibly the Sinistramanus Tenebrae, which they have expanded into the unsanctioned twin-linked variant seen upon this walking terror.

In melding the dead remains of these two once great God-Machines to create this twisted reflection of one of the Omnissiah's greatest Avatars, they have violated no fewer than 1535 Hallowed Ordinances, and who knows how many Standard Models. We cannot say what effect being resurrected in this most perverse manner may have had on the great mind of Fastigium Virtutis. It was an ancient creation, whose date of birth is lost in the mists of time, but certainly predates the Horus Heresy. I expect insanity or worse has afflicted it, and it must now be controlled with the cruellest of methods. To destroy it would be a mercy of the first order for whatever is left of the original noble machine.

The Cainite Heretek's keep this twisted abomination cloistered separately from the rest of Titan Legion 'Libertas' (formerly Valorum), which still resides on Forge World [Redacted], and are transported together using Coffin Ships. The Omnissiah's Gentle Hand on the other hand is stored in a Maintenance Crypt on Slawkenburg, and as previously mentioned is transported in a dedicated Monitor-Cruiser, the so called 'Cradle of the Gods'.

Although some of my agents were able to infiltrate the Legio Libertas's crews and support staff, none, not even my most effective infiltrator Operative 44-6f-75-62-6c-65-20-6f-68-20-73-65-76-65-6e, have been able to gain access to either the Crypt or the Ship, as they are some of the most secure facilities in the Protectorate. However, through very careful observation and rumour gathering we have been able to establish certain facts. Firstly, not one ounce of incense has ever been delivered to the Crypt, implying that whatever technomantic rituals occur in that dread vault, they are certainly not sanctified in accordance with Orthodox Mechanicus Scripture. Secondly, a very limited number of BORG 'tech-priests' are ever admitted, certainly not enough for the full Binharic Choir needed to chant the crucial auto-canticles for proper supplication of the Machine Spirit, lending weight to my previous theory about the monstrous methods they use to control the Titan.

What's even more concerning is that we fear that Daemonic interference may be happening, as on rare occasions when the woman known only as 'Acer' who masquerades as a Titan-Princeps is brought to the Crypt, strange occurrences happen. Sometimes deep, fascinating laughter echoes in the Noosphere surrounding the Sepulchre facility, which causes any BORG in the vicinity to stop and listen in wonder. Rumour amongst the Heretek's gathered by our infiltrators within the Legio Libertas says it is Acer amusing the Titan's great Machine Spirit by telling it 'jokes', but this is beyond absurd to even consider.

Much more likely is that the Titan is possessed by a daemon, a vile younger sibling to the Khornate Abominatus or the Nurglite Dies Irae, and this worst of Heretics is its priestess, cavorting for its amusement. That she claims to be able to communicate with the spirits of the previous Princeps is a true insult to the Collegia Titanica. At most, she may possibly hear the scattered memories of previous Princeps of the Fastigium Virtutis's from any long-term tactical data repositories which were not replaced when its corpse was mutilated, the contents of which must be degraded beyond all comprehension. Even pondering this causes rage within me unfitting for a true servant of the Omnissiah to allow, and I have had to install two new emotional cores on my cerebral data-vault in order to isolate these unworthy emotions to prevent them from tainting vital logical processes. I have had to flush them several times as they keep suffering overflows.

The Psi-Titan is of course extremely heavily armoured in adamantium plating, as all Emperor Titans are, and our pict recordings of its battlefield encounters demonstrate that it has at least the standard twelve Titan class layered void shields. Given said heavy armour, its unnatural ease of movement is extremely disturbing to me, as it defies the very nature of the Avatars of the Omnissiah. I am unable to comment on its psychic shielding abilities, as this is beyond my scope of knowledge, but this is right. As per the Ferro-Dictates, Not all data should be acquired.

As mentioned by the Inquisitor, the Titan is covered from head to foot in Hexagrammic Wards. This is a method used to diffuse psychic energy on the Black Ships of the Adeptus Astra Telepathica in order to keep the Psyker tithes under control, and we assume the intent here is similar, to stop buildup of excess warp energy, preventing Empyrean Phenomena from occurring inside or around the Titan. Evidently the Cainites are not confident in the ability of their unsanctioned Psykers to keep themselves under control. We have reason to believe that they will have used similar methods onboard the Cradle of the Gods, as a ship with so many Psykers on it will always be a prime target for Daemonic predation, even those favoured by the Ruinous Powers. However, given that large amounts of parts suitable for maintenance of stasis field generators are regularly transported to the ship, we believe that they may take further preventative measures by having the psychic contingent of the crew of this apostate monstrosity stay in stasis during warp transitions. While expensive compared to the methods of sedation and confusion tactics used in the holds of Black Ships, it would be very effective, and further would extend the lifespans of hard to replace crewmen.

As mentioned by the Inquisitor, the Psi-Titan has the capability to change its right arm weapon and the secondary weapons mounted on its shoulders and Temple-Fortress. Of course, this is the case with standard Imperial Titans, but this heretical example appears to have a much wider range of weaponry kept for its exclusive use. We can always know when the Titan is due to be deployed, as our observers witness a fleet of heavy transport vehicles moving vast covered loads out of the Crypt and into heavy lift shuttles to be taken to the Cradle of the Gods over a period of about 36 hours. This is also observed by the populace of the city, and by the time it is due for the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand to emerge, an impromptu parade will have formed, with tens of thousands of Heretics lining the streets between the Sepulchre facility and the Starport where its personal Titan shuttle will have alighted. When the vault doors open and it emerges in all its abhorrent glory, I am informed that the cheering can be heard right across the city. Truly Slawkenburg and its populace has been forsaken by all that is right and logical.

Please find below an analysis of the weaponry of this Mock-Titan, based on information painstakingly gathered by my clave over a period of years.

Primary Weapons (Imperator Grade)

Twin-linked Sinistramanus Tenebrae: Named 'Ascalon' by the Cainites, this grotesque weapon is the one permanent armament on the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand. A true personification of Heretek, it can fire more rapidly than the Imperial equivalent. At full power, it can even fire continuous beams of warp stuff that rends targets asunder. To see the recordings of it in action is to know true horror. I have had the privilege to meet with several of my brethren who serve the Legio Sinister, and they all vehemently claim that to twin-link such a weapon should be impossible, and that it must only function through direct daemonic intervention. To remove this evil left limb would be to strike a great blow against our foes.

Titan Force Sword: Named 'Arondight' by the Cainites, this may be the largest force weapon in existence. This weapon, dozens of metres long, has been wielded by the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand in several of its most famous battles to deadly effect, striking down the mightiest of foes with contemptuous ease. Rather than being attached directly to the Titan's elbow as is Correct and Mandated, it has a forelimb section attached at the hilt to allow wrist manipulation, allowing for more 'traditional' swordplay than truly sacred Titans are would normally perform. Given its unnatural speed and ease of movement this unfortunately plays to its advantages.

Volcano Cannon: One of the more commonly used weapons, this vast Las Weapon is a fearsome tool indeed. It seems to favour it when facing other Chaos Titans due to its extreme armour piercing capabilities. It has a vast heater shield built around the base of the barrel, which it uses to catch melee strikes.

Hellstorm Cannon: We believe this to be a weapon that originally belonged to Fastigium Virtutis, as when it fell it was using one which matches this description. Strangely appears to be still be Standard, as far as a weapon exclusive to Emperor-Class Titans which can devastate whole cities in a few short volleys can ever be called such.

Plasma Annihilator: Appears to be a standard Titan weapon at first glance, but closer examination of the pict records gives us reason to believe that they have integrated components into it which appear to be some sort of unknown coolant circulator, an additional violation of the Holy Standard Models. Are there no end to the crimes against the Omnissiah that these Heretek's are unwilling to commit? I have asked one of my brethren who specialises in the creation of sacred plasma weaponry to give their professional opinion on this matter, but it may explain the unusual range, fire-rate, and stability it has demonstrated. Clearly their faith is lacking to require such unsanctified crutches.

Inferno Gun: Functionally a standard Inferno Gun, but operated and controlled by a team of Pyromantic Psykers to give the weapon the unprecedented accuracy and control demonstrated in the Inquisitor's anecdote. Can direct the flames to pass harmlessly around their own troops, but concentrate and amplify it on opposing formations. One of the most commonly used weapons when facing Nurglite forces.

Vortex Missile Launcher: The only Imperator Class weapon the Cainites mount on a Carapace Hardpoint rather than an arm. To have missile launchers mounted on an Imperator class Titan is unusual even amongst Traitor Legions, but upon analysis the thinking becomes horribly clear. In addition to the more traditional functions of such mighty weapons, they use the vortex missiles to open passages into the warp at greater ranges than they normally could with the Sinistramanus Tenebrae, and then use the Empyreal energy this yields to boost the range and power of the Titan's dread abilities. There are some scant records of Imperial Psi-Titans doing similar during the Horus Heresy, including actually stepping into such voids in order to teleport the entire Titan across the battlefield. It is my opinion that we should simply be grateful such a tactic hasn't occurred to the Cainites.

Quake Cannon: Although externally a standard model, that is where the similarities end. As the Cainite's claim to be against the practice of Exterminatus (which I find very dubious), they are forced to use methods other than harvesting the vibrations of dying planets to make the ammunition for these greatest of siege weapons. Instead, they allegedly replicate the effect by charging shards of harvested comets with vast destructive potential, using a team of Geomantic Psykers, which they then use to make the requisite shells. However they make such ammunition, the destructive power does not appear to have be reduced in the slightest.

Arioch Power Claw: Given what has been observed of it, it is certainly not a Holy Standard Model. That it can channel and throw Warp Lightning through it says enough on the subject. Favoured for use against Tyranids, possibly due to the fine control it gives for brushing climbing swarms away from its vulnerable points. It's slight visual similarity to the Power Claw that notoriously adorns the armour of the Arch-Heretic Abaddon, with its unusual long clawed fingers and twin-linked Vulkan Mega-Bolter, has been commented on as possibly deliberate, but nothing can be definitively determined.

Extirpator Cannon: One of the rarest and most powerful weapons in the Imperium, where the Cainites Heretics managed to obtain one of these is unknown to us. Only a couple of the most sacred weapon forges on Holy Mars itself have the STC patterns to be able to make these incredibly complex antimatter weapons, and even they only successfully produce a mechadendriteful a year at most, the rest failing to function upon activation or exploding during manufacture, and those few are usually kept for Mars's own Titan Legions! What few are known to exist in this region of the Galaxy are archeotech relics of increasing scarcity dating back to before the Heresy, and there is no record of such a thing being kept on Forge World [Redacted]. Obviously it must be stolen or claimed in battle, as the thought that the BORG might have made it themselves is beyond ludicrous, for the successful manufacture of even the Astartes sized variants requires the direct blessing of the Omnissiah and the unceasing labour and prayer of hundreds of tech-adepts over months for a single example. It has only been used when the Cainites are guaranteed a long-range firefight (an admittedly sound choice due to the greater power of its antimatter beam the further away the target is), so usually they deploy it against Xenos such as the Tau, who have no stomach for close combat.

Secondary Weapons (Warlord Grade)

Volcano Cannon: One of these is often mounted front and centre on the Fortress-Temple above this heinous device's head, though never when a Volcano Cannon is mounted on the right arm. Utilised against a wide range of foes, it appears to be the de-facto selection for when nothing else would be more appropriate.

Apocalypse Missile Launcher: Again, missile launchers mounted on an Imperator Class Titan is far from usual. The Cainites appear to use these for when they desire to perform precision strikes for which the more blunt and potent weaponry of the Titan would not be appropriate, such as when the Cainites wish to capture a facility for their own dark purposes. That an Apocalypse Missile could be considered a lighter weapon speaks volumes. They use an unsanctified pattern of guidance cogitator in the manufacture of the ammunition for these that appears to be unusually exacting, the same as is used for the other Titans of the Legion. Unlike other Titans however, rumours say that they are further directed by Telekinetic Psykers of extraordinary skill, able to guide a powered projectile to hit a target as precise as a specific vehicle, or even fast moving aircraft.

Gatling Blaster: One or more of these are often mounted on the side or rear hardpoints on the Fortress-Temple. Apparently standard, they appear to be used mostly to put down suppressive firepower, discourage flanking attempts from Scout Titans or Superheavy tanks, and to add to the anti-aircraft fire of the point defences.

Inferno Gun: My spies are yet to witness this being used in battle. The only footage we have is from a ceremonial occasion, when it pumped its burning promethium payload directly into the storm halo that constantly encircles the Titans head, which picked it up, turning the ring of wind and electric discharges into a spinning crown of terrible flame with palisados of lightning. My spy who was present that day requested immediate extraction for total reconsecration of his cranial systems, so badly was his faith shook by this display of unholy power.

Laser Blaster/Saturnyne Lascutters: Both of these seem to fulfil the same role that they do on untainted Emperor Class Titans, that of mid/close-range defence weapons. Strangely, the cutters have also been witnessed in their original use as tools, aiding in the rebuilding of cities after the Heretical Cainites have 'Liberated' them. The official and blatant Cainite propaganda on the subject is that the Machine Spirit of the Titan enjoys building things after spending so long only destroying. This is of course just more of the false face that these Heretics wear, for the reasons I have previously given.

Melta Cannon: A more rarely utilised weapon, the Cainites only seem to fit these when the Right Arm is configured for melee, and even then only against the most heavily armoured foes. Given the Melta Cannon's limited range, their strategic intention can perhaps be understood.

Vulcan Mega Bolter: Mostly used for the same purposes any Imperial force would, as an anti-infantry weapon, the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand seems to most often utilise these 5 barrelled rotary weapons when facing Tyranids, carving wide swathes through their hordes with its immense fire rate and high explosive ammunition. They are not Standard however, having been fitted with blasphemous coolant injector systems which allegedly aid in preventing jamming due to overheating.

Volkite Destructor: It is known to us that the treacherous Magi of Forge World [Redacted] had access to ancient and sacred Volkite weaponry, some of it dating back to pre-heresy times, and several particularly venerated pieces were used by the Warlord's of the Legio Valorum. In their absence, perhaps inevitably, at least one has been given to the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand. Whether they are still Standard is unknown. These mighty heat-rays are the perfect tool for breaking void shields, superheating them until they overload the projectors completely. They are also often used when facing the forces of Nurgle, burning their diseased taint from the very air.

Plasma Destructor: Essentially a smaller version of the Arm-Mounted Plasma Annihilator, with the same sacrilegious modifications.

Graviton Ruinator: Titan variants of Holy Grav Weaponry are extremely rare, and I personally have never seen a functioning one. However, it is known that in the Control Chapel of the Storage Mausoleum of the former Legio Valorum, amongst other holy relics of the Omnissiah, there was a Graviton Ruinator that had long since cease to function, and which had never successfully had the Motive Force restored to it, and so it was kept as an item of veneration. Our original thought was that the BORG had somehow repaired it, but my infiltrators within the Legio Libertas say that it is still in there, and still being venerated. This opens a more disturbing thought, that they have somehow replicated it. It is known to us that the BORG have a certain mastery of Gravity Manipulation Tech, as per their blasphemous 'Cainwings', so it cannot be discounted. If this is the case, we must keep a close watch for more of these weapons emerging amongst their ranks. This one alone is a truly mighty weapon, capable of crushing even other Titans under their own mass. We believe that the Heretic Psykers who control it augment this power with the telekinetic talents mentioned by the Inquisitor, producing an effect far stronger than the sum of its parts.

Quake Cannon: Whenever this is mounted, it is always placed at the top of the Fortress-Temple, jutting over the top of that IDOLATROUS STATUE! RESET AND PURGE EMOTIONAL CORE. OMNISSIAH FORGIVE YOUR SERVANT FOR HIS VIOLATION OF THE EDICTS OF THE MACHINE. Operating as a mortar as it would on any Warmonger Titan, this vast siege weapon has shaken even the greatest fortifications to rubble.

Point Defense Weapons/Anti-Aircraft Weapons (Warhound Grade)

Plasma Blastgun: Utilised primarily as anti-ground weaponry, the Cainites rely on the potency and large blast radius of these weapons to counter massed high speed forces that charge inside the void shields in the hope of boarding the Psi-Titan itself.

Turbolaser Destructor: The Standard double barrelled variant, observed to be used in a flexible role, supporting either the AA assets or the ground point defences as needed.

Vulcan Mega Bolter: Used in this context as AA in the same way an Artillery company would use Hydras, their immense rate of fire and high explosive ammunition allow several of these working in concert to create a very solid flak screen, preventing air-assets from getting inside the Titan's Void Shields.

Conversion Beam Dissolutor: Utilised as long-range AA in violation of all standard Mechanicus combat doctrines, the efficacy of this antimatter weapon in this role is unfortunately all too clear. Increasing in power the further away the target is, they have blasted Astartes Thunderhawk Gunships moving at full thrust right out of the air on several occasions, and high altitude Marauder Bombers on others.

Volkite Eradicator: Not fired often, these rare weapons seem to be reserved for countering especially potent battlefield assets with heavier armour, such as Imperial Knights or their Xenos counterparts, Superheavy tanks, or even sacred Dreadnoughts.

Graviton Destructor: The presence of these weapons adds support to the premise that the Cainites are able to make Titan Grav Weapons. They are mostly used to crush vehicles under their own weight, but are occasionally seen to be used in a support role, flattening broken ground across the battlefield to allow other Imperial assets to manoeuvre more easily.

To conclude my report, I would disagree with the Inquisitor in his suggested method of combating this HERETICAL MONSTROSITY! RESET AND PURGE EMOTIONAL CORE. OMNISSIAH FORGIVE YOUR SERVANT FOR THE WEAKNESS OF THE FLESH. Assassination of key crewmen would still leave the Abominable Machine standing, offending all that is Holy by its very existence, and even the Ordo Sinister, while truly mighty, may still not be enough to guarantee the defeat of this Obscenity. Far more effective would be one of two methods, both sanctioned and righteous in the eyes of the Omnissiah: Perform Exterminatus on whatever world this most evil mockery of blessed Titans is next sent to. Fire Two-Stage Cyclonic Torpedoes to bore into the mantle, destabilise the core of the planet, and pray to the Omnissiah as the planet is destroyed from the inside out and the very atmosphere burns around it that this is enough to remove even the memories of its presence from this realm. Attack while the Titan is in transit. Intercept whatever fleet is escorting the Cradle of the Gods to and from Slawkenburg with a vastly overwhelming force to ensure that it cannot escape. I recommend sending a communique to my own masters, the Lords Dragon of the Juris, who are based on Holy Mars itself, and requesting a full Explorator Fleet, led by a sacred Ark Mechanicus, be despatched here as soon as possible to destroy not only the Titan but also its accursed transport vessel. I am sure they will be receptive.

I will never again be able to enter recharge mode easily while I know that this Innovated, Non-Standard Horror roams the galaxy, and I hope that the Inquisitor will join me in my steel-strong intent to exterminate it. As is written in the Aetheric Manuscripts: Without a Standard Model, there is naught but madness and Chaos among the stars.

Magos Inspicere Gad-Jet, Mechanicus Juris

This is Inquisitor Solran.

On a completely unrelated note, today was the birthday of that Munitorum aide who came up with the stupid name the Black Commissar.

When the Ordo Petticus discovered that no one threw them a party we immediately diverted several regiments of the Imperial Guard to host him a surprise party (The worlds they were going to weren't that important.).

Since the aide's favorite flavor of cake was chocolate, we ensured he had a chocolate flavored cake using coco beans from a now destroyed Agri World. However, we used a sugar free sweetener that seems to mimic sugar well on the first bite, but leaves a mildly unpleasant aftertaste. We also lined the top of the cake with dry coconut shavings that give a terrible chewy mouthfeel. The cake was also slightly stale.

The music was from the aide's favored band, but the device used to play it was malfunctioning, and played the music off tune, occasionally skipping over the best lines from each song. And all beverages were switched to their alcoholic free versions, using the same sweetener as the cake.

Upon taking surveys from the party goers, the average response was that the party was mildly disappointing, much to our pleasure.

Our Ordo celebrated this result by opening a delightful bottle of amasec which had been aged for 300 years in a barrel of Tanith nallwood. If the Munitorum aide is to be miserable, it will only be because the Inquisition caused it, and not because the aide's coworkers were douchebags who forgot a birthday!

Well, it was quite a ride to make this post! I had a lot of fun working on it though. Big shoutout to KingKenya for all their aid! It was awesome to work with you!

The idea for this Titan was to be an all powerful one-of-a-kind machine. It is not reproducible. If it gets destroyed again, that's it, it's gone. The Cain Protectorate does not have the resources to build another one. The tech used, such as the Ciricrux Anima from KingKenya's Warlord Titan is both expensive and time consuming to make and modify to fit an Imperator. Not to mention the number of Psykers required to power this thing. For the Imperium of Man, a galaxy spanning empire of over a million worlds, that is not a lot. For Cain's tiny little Protectorate, it's huge.

Another thing, I did not want this Titan to be powered by one all powerful Psyker. Rather I wanted it to be a team effort. Through the use of multiple Psykers working together, boosted by the tech within the Imperator Emancipator, they are able to achieve powers comparable to the higher tiers of Psykers. Our Princeps Maple ( brownie points if you get the reference) is not the most powerful Psyker. And her greatest strength is in her Telepathic abilities. Outside of those, she is average at best to terrible at most other psychic abilities. Which is why the rest of her crew are Psykers as well. To boost her abilities, and help cover her where she is weak. And that's why there is also a large team of Psykers whose main purpose is to provide power and other psychic skills to the Titan.

The large team of Psykers also overcomes the issue of the Psi-Titans of the Ordo Sinister, who bind their Psykers to their Titans and draw power from them through their suffering. Ordo Sinister exhausts their Psykers very fast when on the battlefield, and the Imperium can only sustain that because A: Ordo Sinister is rarely fighting, and B: As mentioned before, it's the Imperium. Our Psykers switch out instead when they get too tired. Also, they are just better trained and in a far healthier mental state compared to the poor souls the Ordo Sinister uses.

Or, tldr: this Titan works through the good old fashioned power of some jolly cooperation!

Thanks to Acer/Maple's telepathy skills, and all the tech on the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand such as the Ansibles, this Titan can send and receive a ton of information. So it serves as a mobile command center, which adds major strategic value to the Titan. Our Princeps was inspired by the character Maple from the anime BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.

Because of the sheer amount of resources and assets involved in this Titan, it is only ever deployed in the most serious of circumstances. Also because Cain is terrified of some catastrophe occurring if something goes wrong while the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand is deployed.

So Cain would never allow this Titan to be deployed against the Imperium, for obvious reasons. The loss of Imperial lives against the Omnissiah's Gentle Hand would be devastating and would hurt an already reeling Imperium. Cain would use whatever excuses he has to ensure this war machine is never turned on Imperial Forces.

Finally, please give a shoutout to all those brave Inquisitorial cameramen who got my Inquisitor and KingKenya's Magos the footage needed for this report. Truly the cameraman never dies.
