Ultraman Violet C4

Have been enjoying Ultraman Blazer and Ultraman Arc and wanted to update this story.

:Chapter Start:

Nerv HQ-Section 2 training rooms-Night before Shinji heads to school.

Shinji slaps a fist away from hitting the Section 2 Agent in the Jaw and knocking him down to the ground before dodging a round house kick from behind and tripping the second Section Two agent. The two agents joined the other Eight on the ground where Shinji says, "Good fight guys. Again in a couple days?"

The falling section 2 agents confirm the training plans while in pain. This is how Misato found Shinji as he wiped the sweat of his brow with a towel. Misato sighs and asks, "Really Shinji? You have school tomorrow."

Shinji chuckles and says, "I need experience fighting smarter opponents. We cannot expect all the Kaiju and Angels to be mindless." Shinji and Misato started walking out of Section 2 as Shinji asks, "How is Rei healing?"

Misato chuckles and says, "Her casts are being removed at the moment. Rits says, Rei will need the bandages for a bit longer but will be making a full recovery. Commander Ikari is demanding that Rei begin Synch Training with Eva-01," Shinji frowns at that before Misato continues, "Considering the damaged that occurred during the test of Eva-00, I have requested that the test be completed near the lake in two weeks when Rei is believed to be recovered enough."

Shinji grunts as they reach Misato's car to head home. Once on the road Shinji asks, "How is the investigation of Gendo going?"

Misato frowns before stating, "Not good, apparently there is a couple divisions of Section 2 that are only loyal to him along with some technical staff actually finding ways to track me and stop me following him."

Shinji sighs and says, "Then we will have to wait for the mistake," Shinji rubs his head before saying, "How is Ritsuko's tracking program going?"

Misato sighs and says, "The Global tracking program is not going so well. Apparently she keeps being side tracked with getting the EVA units ready for battle or the council yelling at her to get the program working again. Sigh They want the program but for some reason she is receiving orders to 'Fix' the EVAs too the point everyone on base has been receiving conflicting orders."

Shinji frowns before asking, "We need to contact that council outside of Nerv."

Misato sighs again and says with enough sarcasm that Shinji nods in agreement, "Most secure facility in the world."

The two continued to drive along the highway to return to Tokyo3, The sun was setting over the sea while the city lights began to light up for the night. They even stopped along the highway to watch the sunset before heading home where Shinji cooked a simple meal before they head off to the respective apartments. Shinji watched the stars for a couple hours before heading for bed. He starts school again tomorrow.

Nerv-Project Dummy System laboratory-around the same time.

Rei was dressing herself in a school uniform next to an empty capsule while to the side Ritsuko was typing away on her terminal where she sighs and says, "What is the point of this? Without actual synchronization data I won't be able to make the damn program nor implement it."

Rei's expression was neutral as she places her bandages back on her arms as she asks, "I understand the importances of the Evangelion. But I also understand that Shinji ikari, has no need to pilot as he is Ultraman Violet," Rei was silent for a moment before commenting, "What is the difference between piloting the Evangelion and being an Ultraman."

Ritsuko hums and after thinking about the question says, "no interference between body and mind. Meaning instance combat readiness instead of the couple minutes it takes to synchronise with the Evangelions."

Rei frowns before commenting, "Then should you not be scanning Ultraman Violet to develop the Dummy System?"

Ritsuko frowns before admitting, "Unfortunately I don't have an Evangelion sized capsule to scan him."

Rei blinks before commenting, "Is there not sensors in the EVA bays? Could you not just modify the test chambers?"

Ritsuko hums before stating, "That could work but I will need to ensure that I am able to focus on the task at hand."

Rei then did something that shocked the Doctor by asking, "Who has the authority to have the MAGI Computers to make changes to personel orders?"

Ritsuko thinks on this before glaring, "Gendo," before pinching the bridge of her nose.

Rei then continued, "The Commander?"

"He helped my mother build the System after second impact," Ritsuko sighs after answering the young lady before commenting, "I will need to do a complete system check."

Rei was dressed in a school uniform before she silently left the laboratory only to pause as she noticed a secret door opening and Commander Ikari stepping out of a hidden corridor that sealed itself to appear as the wall, with clear anger seen on his face. Rei walked up to the wall and touched it to find nothing out of place before looking towards where the Commander went.

Tokyo-3 Municiple High School-Morning the next day.

Shinji stood in front of his new school with a deep frown as everyone walked to their classrooms. The number of students caused Shinji to frown as even he knows that this was too few students. Shinji looked to the side and sees Rei, so he asks, "Where is everyone?"

Rei looked to Shinji past her bandaged eye and says, "Considering the events of Ultraman Violet's debut, and multiple Kaiju attacks in the last couple weeks. Multiple families have left the city along with those who have family members working in NERV."

Shinji sighs and says, "I hope this will be better then my last school," with that Shinji's days was a full day of talks concerning Second Impact. Which was concerning as they did not have history class. Shinji looked to his screen on his computer and started hacking the systems to show the actual course work they were meant to be studying while the teacher droned on about the approved history as confirmed by NERV. Shinji though had to pause as he received a message from Black, 'A natural reaction as all the attacks have been focused around Tokyo-3. Though I would think it human nature to protect their families from danger they would send their family as far away from the battle.'

Shinji frowns before walking into the school and could only glare as he spent the day listening to the teacher only speak about Second impact even during the lunch breaks when no one was even in the room.

Shinji sighs as he makes a couple friends. The first was Kensuke Aida who wears glasses and has brown hair, a military fan who knows a bit too much about NERV and their equipment. The second was Toji Suzuhara who is the standard jock wearing a sweat suit and is a big fan of sports.

Shinji ate an apple as Kensuke asks, "So are you related to Commander Ikari?"

"Unfortunately," Shinji said before taking another bite of his apple.

"Is the giant fighting the Kaijus, an Eva?" Kensuke asks.

"No, it is known as Ultraman," Shinji states before commenting, "Fortunately it was the better option then the monster Gendo built."

Toji hums before saying, "Well whoever is piloting the Ultraman. They managed to avoid hurting my sister during the first Kaiju attack. They told her to run."

Shinji nods simply before commenting, "A young girl should not be alone during an evacuation. Why was she in the city?"

"The babysitter forgot to grab our puppy and abandoned my sister to run to a shelter. Turns out she told parents that she was snuck out of the Shelter, when she never reached the shelter," Toji says before adding, "For some reason parents did not fire her. Not sure why."

Shinji shakes his head before throwing the core of his apple over his shoulder resulting in the core being dunked into a trash can behind him. Considering they were on the roof and the bin is located next to the front door and they were three stories high it was impressive. The three stood up heading towards the main door when Rei appeared at the door still holding her phone as she says, "We need to head to NERV."

Shinji asks, "What is it?"

"The Forth Angel is on its way," Rei answered ignoring Kensuke and Toji's reactions. With that Shinji sighs as he follows Rei out of the school towards the closest NERV entrance while Kensuke and Toji returned to class and spent the rest of the school day listening about the approved history of Second impact.

NERV entrance-five minutes later

Shinji proceeded to break multiple doors as they made their way into the elevator leading to the command centre of NERV. Rei stood to the side near Gendo's desk while Shinji asks, "Where is it? I want to punch something."

Misato was about to answer when Gendo stood up and gives orders, "The Second Child will engage the Angel with Unit 2, once it reaches the battle area."

Shinji raises an eyebrow and looks to Misato and asks, "Was that your plan? Because its dumb."

Misato 'clears her throat' and not stop herself from laughing, as she says, "No, my plan is to ambush the Angel. If you were piloting the EVA we would be using the weapons Ritsuko developed for the EVA. You don't need them fortunately."

Shinji nods before Gendo speaks up, "The third child will be using Unit 2. The Angels will be defeated by humanity and not some unreliable transformation."

"You do realise that I don't need a power cord to fight at full power, right?" Shinji easily states only for Gendor to ignore him and continue.

"We will just have to have 'faith' in the Third Child that they can at least pull s trigger."

Shinji sighs as he taps his foot before Gendo touches his console only suddenly fall asleep with his face slamming into his desk. Rei stepped over to Gendo while Misato spoke up, "We will use the cities defences to gauge the Angel's defences. We need to find a weakness or something. Maybe even find a way to destroy the Angel without it exploding," Misato looked at the screens showing satellite images of a snake or eel like creature swam towards the city while a small unit of aircrafts where flying above the Angel and Misato orders in them, "Drop Depth Charges."

The results were an energy tendril coming out the water and slashing one of the crafts in half, while missing the crew that ejected to be recovered later as the unit flew back to base. Fortunately Shinji noticed the attack and says, "Energy whips that can cut through metal probably not super-heated or electrical based as the plane did not explode from being cut in half."

Retsuki hums and after reviewing the footage and says, "It should have. The Angel cut through the engine, fuel tank and Batteries. It should have killed the crew and cause a detonation."

Shinji comments, "So avoid the neon pink tendrils," the screens show the top down view of the Angel reaching the coast and slowing down and revealing its smooth pink body and Shinji comments, "This is going to be embarrassing."

Misato snorted and comments, "Looks like something Ritsuko keeps in her bedside draw."

Ritsuko just sighs and says, "I regret leaving you alone in my apartment," Ritsuko types on her computer and says, "The Angel is swimming along the coast next to Tokyo-3. In a search pattern."

Shinji frowns and walks over to Ritsuko and asks, "Is there any entrance from underwater?"

"No," Ritsuko answered before commenting, "There is a tunnel to launch the Evangelions across the country but the tunnels lead into the mountains."

Shinji frowns before asking, "Were they built before or after Second Impact?"

Ritsuko frowns before stating, "No, but Submarine tunnels were in the original blueprints before Second Impact, but they would have been too expensive."

Shinji glares at the screen as Misato asks, "Can you transform without the Angel noticing?"

City above-Tokyo3-hour later

The Forth Angel slithered into Tokyo3 revealing a bright pink body that slithered between building with appears to have a serious of holes around what appears to be the neck. The Angel was searching for a path down to NERV only to come up short as Turrets appeared and fired some test shots from buildings revealing cannons that opened fire. The Angel either dodged or the generated a shield to protect itself. Though the Angel was not prepared for the paint sprayers suddenly paint green sploshes along its body resulting it starting to shake it body appearing to be irritated.

In the hills outside Tokyo3 Kensuke and Toji were sitting on a hill while Kensuke filmed the Angel. Toji simply says, "We should not be out here Ken."

Kensuke shakes his head before saying, "NERV won't release the footage even if they were ordered too. Just ask the UN," Kensuke filmed the Angel as they noticed the Pink Tendrils being used to scraped the paint off its body. The pair continued to watch as a third figure was watching the fight in the city concealed by unnatural shadows covering their body without any shade available.

Toji frowns and says, "What is NERV doing?" as the Angel was rubbing its body on the buildings to scape off the paint.

Suddenly light appears above the Angel when Ultraman Violet appears above the Angel and landing on the Angel with both feet and flipping off the Angel after. When Violet lands he fires and bolt at the Angel that whipped it with its Tendrils, cutting a building in half.

Kensuke blinks at this before saying, "What is going on? Those cuts should have started a fire or something." Toji looked at the screen on Kensuke's camera that was zoomed in on the damage only to see it partially falling like dust.

Ultraman Violet fires a couple lightning bolts where the Angel slashed and vapoised the bolts before suddenly speeding at Violet and tackling the Ultraman back. Violet recovers only for the Angel's tendrils to wrap around Violet's neck and the Ultraman stumbles from a drain before being thrown towards Kensuke and Touji as the gem on his chest to begin flashing red. Ultraman Violet slowly struggles to raise himself before noticing Kensuke and Touji, appearing to blink before speaking to the pair in a familiar voice, "Get out of here!"

Touji grabs Kensuke to get as far as they could, no one noticing the figure in shadows as the Angel reached Violet and used its tendrils to grab his arms and restarts draining the Ultraman.

Nerv Command room-That moment.

Misato frowns as she watches Violet being drained as she asks, "What is going on?"

Ritsuko from her terminal says, "The Tendrils are draining his energy," she frowns looking at these readings.

Rei asks, "Is that why there was no explosions during the test runs?"

Misato had a questioning look before Ritsuko stands suddenly, "It was draining all forms of Energy to strengthen itself. The Third Child needs to get free before it drains him dry."

Misato speaks to Shinji through the radio they supplied him, "Shinji get out of there!"

One of the technicians suddenly spoke up, "A category three thunderstorm forming, and increasing in power!"

Tokyo3 outskirts-With Ultraman Violet

What Misato forgot was that she had her hand on the outbound contact button resulting in Shinji hearing what was happening has a thought, 'What happens when too much electricity goes through a circuit.'

The result of that was Violet summoning a thunderstorm that hasn't been seen since before Second Impact, the eye of the storm shrinking above Violet. Kensuke was in a new position where he can film the Angel and Ultraman fight, managing to record the storm growing above the two giants. The eye of the storm shrank quickly as bolts of lightning crashing into Violet and was redirected into the Angel at highspeed.

Violet starts to stand, forcing more energy into the Angel before shouting, "You look hungry! Have some more!" as a hundred lightning bolts started striking Violet and the Angel as it began smoking after being in the microwave too long. The Angel made what appeared to be a scream as flames started appearing along its body before a final spasm was shown before the tendrils vanished from existence and the Angel fell over smelling like burnt squid. Shinji received a new key matching the Angel's appearance. Ultraman Violet falls back exhausted as he transforms back into Shinji in the Ultraman shaped crater.

Unfortunately Kensuke and Touji saw this while the Dark Figure blinks before vanishing in anger. Kensuke and Touji rush back to climb into the crator and sit next to the exhausted Shinji and Kensuke asks, "So that was the Ultraman and you are that Ultraman?"

Shinji just sighs and says, "Yeah, just don't go blabbing to everyone," Shinji closes his eyes as he clouds lighten somewhat as it begins to snow.

Touji and Kensuke were amazed and Touji comments, "Guy makes it snow and doesn't want credit," as multiple NERV Section 2 cars arrive behind a speeding Misato and Ritsuko.
