Bellwood In a hospital room.
"Ben? You're awake?" Gwen voice speaking in the room.
"Gwen, what happens to me?"
"Ben, I don't quite know how to put this, but there was a bit of an accident. You... you..." she said. "Something happened. Do you remember going hero to save the city in Bellwood from an alien attack." The hero nodded. The memory was there, he was going hero with Gwen fighting an alien, until some green goo slime got on his body as he fainted making Gwen and Max took him to the hospital.
Gwen was looking at him. She came and sat on the bed.
"Some goo green slime got on you, the green goo got went on you, it exploded on you when the alien shoot the slime on your whole body..." she looked at her cousin worried. "The goo went on you, You were changed by the slime stuff. Ben you were changed."
Ben was in shock, what? he was change by the green slime. He ask in thought. There an worry in Gwen voice for him when she look at him worry:
Her green eye were on him, she's an in shock.
He changed now?
"Gwen what did I'd change into now?" Ben ask.
The voice. It's an girly voice.
"What wrong with my voice... ?" he shook in fear at the girl voice, so very high and soft. "Gwen... my voice is different, it sounds like a girl."
"I know, you're were turn by the green slime," Gwen said seeing her cousin like this and it's was worst when Ben got his omnitrix changing into different aliens Ben always use. Ben reached out to grab her hand.
"What am I?" That wrong voice again.
"You're..." The red haired teen stop her sentence.
"Why I sound like a girl?" That wrong voice again.

Ben green eyes went wide looking in the hospital room with Gwen by him as he look around the bed and noticing his body had changed on what his cousin had told him.
Not a dream.
"Awww crap why did this have to happen to me?" That wrong voice again.
"This is not my omnitrix?" He ask her.
"No this is your body, the real you; not the omnitrix, the alien did something too you." Gwen told him. "You're..." Gwen speak back and looked on. "You... you're a woman Ben. You turn into a woman."
"Say what?" Ben ask. Then he saw Gwen frown at him.

He saw Gwen hold out a mirror for him.
"See Ben, you turn into a fulll blow woman."
Ben lifting up the sheets and looking in the mirror. A scream escaped her mouth.
"I'm a woman now?" He ask her.
"Yes." Gwen told him.
The hero pointed and pulled the sheets off, and he looked in the mirror, examined her body, turning to look at them. 'No way!' Ben noticed his brown hair quickly brushing against his back was long, than he gaze at the mirror and he saw two big breast on his chest close to an big cup size as his breasts rising before bouncing back down. "No, he can't. The green slime hit him which he can't use the omnitrix like that, Ben can transform into an alien with the omnitrix that change back to normal but Ben change is different."
"Oh dear their nothing for us we can do, it look like Ben is stuck being a woman if you don't find the alien information to change him back!" A nurse said.
"I will work on finding the alien who escaped, thanks for the information." Gwen gives her a smile.

"Sounds good," Gwen replied, glancing over her shoulder. "But we going shopping cause those clothes doesn't suit you at all," Gwen said pointing at Ben clothes.
"Clothes? Oh no Gwen, I am not wearing any girls' clothes. Let me continue wearing my normal clothes." He pouted and stuck out her tongue. Gwen glared. "Hey, I'm hot an all but I'm not wearing any girls clothes." The hero saw his cousin giving him mean glare and having no time to prepare Gwen took his arm hard.
"We going shopping an that's final, let's go. I just page grandpa a message, he meeting us at the mall." Gwen drags Ben mercilessly behind her.
At the mall:
Ben endured endless torture when Gwen dragged her—literally—to the girl store. Gwen had shoved him into the dressing room, glancing at her grandpa shocked face. The hero was trying to find a way to get out of being in the girl store.
Max eyes were still trying to pop back into the socket when he saw and heard Ben was turned into a beautiful lady by that green goo from the alien as he didn't see him turn when he took him to the hospital as he went back to shopping; Gwen had page him saying Ben needed help by wearing girls clothes. "Yeah dork, how about a few pairs of shoes, some green crop tops that match your eyes? It would look nice on you." Gwen saw on the display of different colors crop tops shirts who grabs a few set of green crop tops. They were 50 percent off. "Also, you need a green dress." Gwen grin.
Ben gazing at the clothing makes him zone out. "Sounds good-" he was cut off by Max.
"How about tight little white and green skirts? next with sarongs, maybe some shoes, and booty shorts that would look nice on your legs, since it's hot outside." Max reply.
"Look grandpa, I really appreciate it-" Again Ben was cut off by Gwen this time.
"Ben you can use some lingerie set. It will look nice on your body while you wear a bra; oh, we're getting you a two-piece swimwear next for the beach." Gwen said.
"Wait just a minute. Hold it, no way. I am not wearing any lingerie, I'm not sexual to get it on like that, here this you two, I'll get some underwear and some pants, shorts, shirts and more, but there is no way I'm wearing any lingerie..." Ben paused and shook her head. "Not me, nothing else like a lingerie set."
"Dweeb, we are only teasing you," Gwen smirked, witnessing his face turning red.
"You better... even if I'm hot; I'm not wearing any lingerie ever, nope."
Gwen just laughed. "Come on dork time for you to look good for once." She drags Ben into the fitting room.

"So how do the clothes fit, Ben?" Gwen asked. The hero stared in the mirror. He was wearing a tight green crop V-neck top. The crop top chest area showed a good amount of big cleavage. "No problem and yes, you like great." Gwen stared up at Ben who smile and glanced over her shoulder to glare dangerously at the boys, protecting Ben from slimes and creeps.
