Team Unova walked out of the portal to arrive at Aspertia City, a big area with a few houses, a Pokémon Center, and a Trainer's school which is also the Aspertia Gym.

"Woohee! This sure is a strange place Chris sent us." Sugar said, looking at her surrounding as did her team.

"So where are we?" Owen asked.

"Don't know, not a bad place Chris dropped us at, I'll give him that." Blaineley said, admiring the place.

"That and Chris isn't here so that's a plus." Justin added and all of them nodded, elated at that fact.

"Still what do we do? Chris didn't tell us what to do when we got here." Leshawna said.

"Maybe ask around?" Rodney asked, adding his two cents. Then a Pidove swooped in and dropped a letter at the team's feet.

"Was that a Pokémon just now?" Leshawna asked as she watched the Pidove fly away.

"I don't know, but it was a very cute Pokémon." Dakota said gleefully as Blaineley rolled her eyes as she picked up the letter. It read:

"Look for the outlook for your beginning task"

"Huh, shouldn't be too hard. Like finding my corset at my beauty pageant." Sugar said as they all flinched in disgust at thought of that.

"Ignoring that… Let's split up and find the outlook. Whoever finds it, yells out." Justin said as they all nodded and went to go find to look for it, the others going alone while Owen and Sugar went together, much to Owen's confusion, as did Rodney and Blaineley, much to her dismay. Eventually, Dakota founds the stair that look like it goes up to the outlook.

"Hey guys, I found it!" Dakota yells out as one by one, all the members got to where Dakota was.

"Wow, nice job Dakota." Rodney thanked.

"Well thanks, I guess. Now lets see what's up here." Blaineley said as they all walked up the stairs to see a beautiful view of trees and a lake in the distance. Overlooking it was a woman with blonde hair and green cap that's wearing an orange jacket and green pants. This was Bianca, Professor Juniper's assistant.

"It's soooo pretty!" Bianca exclaimed as she took in the view. She then turned around to let them see her green eyes. "Hey there. Don't you all agree?"

"Yeah, the view is gorgeous!" Owen exclaimed.

"Sure is pretty." Leshawna added also.

"It's beautiful. Well not as beautiful as me though." Justin said.

"Yeah yeah, it's great. We were supposed to be here." Blaineley asked.

"Supposed to be here?" Bianca tilted her head in confusion until she realized what she meant. "Oh! You guys must be the trainers that guy Chris was talking about."

"So you're one we're supposed to meet?" Dakota asked.

"Yep! My name is Bianca, I'm the assistant to the Pokémon Professor, Professor Juniper." She introduced herself.

"Nice to meet you Bianca. I'm Owen."

"I'm Leshawna"

"My name is Dakota"

"I'm Justin."

"The name's Sugar."

"Blaineley."

They then waited for Rodney's turn to introduce himself, but he was too busy staring lovingly at Bianca.

"Rodney. Rodney!" Blaineley yelled at him which sparked him out of that funk.

"Oh-uh, I'm R-R-Rodney." Rodney greeted, stuttering his name as he did.

"Well it's nice to meet you all. Now, I was supposed to tell you something, but I forgot what it was." She pondered this for a moment until her face lit up in remembrance. "Oh yes, Chris said that you needed help to start your journey. Luckily, I have just the things for all of you." She then pulled out 7 pokedexes from her pouch and handed it to them.

"What are these dohickies?" Sugar asked.

"These are Pokedexes." Bianca answered. "They are high tech devices that automatically records the Pokemon you have or encounter!"

"Cool…" Rodney muttered as he looked at the device in awe.

"Professor Juniper wants new trainers to carry Pokedexes, visit a lot of places, and meet all the Pokemon in the Unova Region!" Bianca exclaimed.

"And she can't do this by herself because…?" Blaineley asked

"She's a busy woman." Bianca answered happily in which Blaineley scoffed.

"Figures." Bianca then put a finger to her chin.

"Hmm… there was supposed to be one more to coming here right now. Perhaps he's running late." She wondered.

"He?" Justin asked as the group heard frantic footsteps running up the stairs. They all turned around to see a younger boy who had fluffy blue hair and charcoal eyes. He's wearing a red & white jacket, the top part completely covering up his neck. He's also wearing blue pants and red sneakers, a pouch around his waist also.

"Phew... glad to see I finally found you professor!" The boy said as he noticed the group. "Who are you guys?"

"Oh my… who might you be?" Bianca asked.

"I'm Hugh!" Hugh introduced himself proudly, "I'm going to travel the Unova region with my Pokemon partner in order to search for something very important!"

"He seems nice." Owen said.

"Yeah as well as annoying." Blaineley added.

"Like anything else that isn't you?" Leshawna asked, the two glaring at each other but Bianca ignored that.

"Well, ok!" Bianca exclaimed, "I don't really get it, but going on a journey is always good! Anyways, I have an extra pokedex on me! It really looks like Pokemon distribution has really changed compared to two years ago, so the more, the merrier!" She gave the extra pokedex to Hugh.

"All right, thank you Bianca!" Hugh thanked as he looked back at the group again. "So who are you guys?"

"Oh these trainers are going on their journey as well." Bianca explained.

"Aren't they a little old to being doing their journey right now. Especially the tall blonde girl" Hugh asked in which Blaineley gasped.

Confession Starts

Blaineley: Old!? OLD!? That little {beep} thinks I'm old! Men would {beep} beat their tiny {beep} off, dreaming about hitting this body and this brat and has the audacity to say {beep} like that to ME!?

Leshawna: {Laughing hysterically as she calms down} Oh my god, that's the best thing I've heard yet. Hugh's okay in my book. {She wipes a tear from her eye}

Rodney: Uh oh. Hugh's a goner. Dad always said that women don't like being called old. Something about being patronizing or something like that

Dakota: {She huffs} I'm not that old. {She checks her hand mirror to make sure}

Sugar: I know he ain't talking about me. I'm not tall at all.

"You're dead brat!" Blaineley yelled as she was going to pounce on him if it weren't for Justin and Rodney holding her back. "Let go of me right now!"

"What's her problem!?" Hugh asked as Leshawna just laughed.

"Nothing Hugh. Anyways, the name's Leshawna. That's Owen, Dakota, Rodney, Justin, Sugar, and the screaming girl's Blaineley." She said.

"Um… nice to meet you." Hugh said as Blaineley calmed down but glared intensely at him.

"My my. You sure are a lively bunch." Bianca said smiling, unaware of Blaineley's hostility towards Hugh.

"Yeah, but it's more fun this way." Owen answered.

"Well anyways, you all need to get ready for your journey." Bianca explained.

"Hold on!" Hugh yelled as he then pointed towards the team. "I want to have a Pokemon battle with one of you! I want to see how good you are!" Blaineley cruelly smirked.

"Oh, I'll show how exactly good I am brat." Blaineley said as she readied her Pokeball but was stopped by Leshawna.

"Oh no you don't. You ain't bout to hurt him. I'll battle you Hugh." Leshawna said.

"Hey, how come you get to go?" Dakota asked.

"Yeah, I wanted to show the power of my piggie." Sugar added.

"Because, unlike the rest of you, I know what you have to do. Harold told me." Leshawna explained, "Do any of you know how to?"

"Well, I'm okay with letting her go." Justin said.

"Yeah, same." Rodney added.

"She does bring a good point." Owen said.

"Good, now watch me go kick butt." Leshawna said proudly as she went over to Hugh.

Confession Starts

Blaineley: As much as I hate to admit it, she's right. I don't know the rules in how to battle. So I'll watch Leshawna battle the brat and when my time comes, CRUSH HIM!

Owen: Oh wow! I can't believe I get to watch my first Pokemon battle! Woohoo! I really hope Leshawna wins!

Justin: {Has a confident smirk on} This is my strategy this season. First, I'll watch Leshawna take part in the battle against Hugh so I can learn from them. Then I'll get Owen in my alliance and and when it comes down to an elimination battle, Ill use my charms to get Owen to forfeit if all else fails. {He rubs his chin} I'll try to convince Dakota and Sugar, as much as that disgusts me to even think about, but the point is… This season is mine

"Aw right, get ready!" Hugh exclaimed.

"Sure thing Hugh!" Leshawna yelled back.

"Go Tepig/Oshawott!" They both called out as they both released their pokeballs as both Tepig and Oshawott came out.

"Oh wow, he has a Tepig like we do." Owen said in amazement.

"Hmm… my piggie's cuter." Sugar muttered in minor jealousy.

"Hope your ready Leshawna! I raised my Tepig from an egg. There's no way you can beat us!" Hugh exclaimed.

"Bring it mop-top. Oshawott, use tackle!" Leshawna ordered as Oshawott charged towards his opponent.

"Tackle right back, Tepig!" Tepig charged towards Oshawott as well, resulting in both clashing head on and then jumping back.

"Not bad." Hugh said, smiling, "Tepig tackle again!" Tepig charged towards Oshawott again but Leshawna had something different.

"Dodge him Oshawott!" Oshawott dodged the tackle Tepig sent towards him. "Now tackle him again!" And Oshawott tackled him from the side, causing the pig to skid on the ground.

"Ooh… That must have hurt." Rodney winced.

"Keep going Leshawna! Crush him!" Blaineley yelled towards her, the group stepping back away from her out of fear.

"Tepig! You'll pay for that! Tackle once more Tepig!" Hugh exclaimed as Tepig shook himself as Leshawna then thought of something.

"Use tail whip!" Oshawott turned around and wagged his tail, lowering Tepig's attack.

"Aww, look at his little tail." Dakota cooed, adoring the sight.

"It's cute and all, but why did Leshawna tell him to do that?" Justin asked.

"Allow me." Bianca said, coming up to them, "She used a move called Tail Whip which lowers a Pokemon's defense. It's rather great move for beginning trainers"

"Wow. I didn't know shaking your butt could do that! Go Leshawna!" Owen cheered as Blaineley facepalmed.

"That won't stop us! Tepig, tackle with all of your might!" Hugh called out and Tepig charged at him once more, going faster than he was before.

"Dodge, hun!" She called out as Oshawott barely dodged the attack. "Now, finish it!" Oshawott tackled him once more, hitting him once more but this time, defeating Tepig for good.

"Tepig no!" Hugh cried out.

"Tepig is unable to battle, Oshawott wins!" Bianca calls out in which Leshawna's group cheered.

"Woohoo! That was amazing Leshawna!" Owen cheered.

"Hahaha! Not so tough now huh Hugh!?" Blaineley cheered, but for much more malicious intent.

"Thanks y'all" Leshawna thanked as she saw her Oshawott walked towards her. "Thanks hun, you did great. Take a good rest now." With that, she returned Oshawott to his Pokeball. She then went over to Hugh, who also sent Tepig back to his pokeball. "You good Hugh?"

"I can't believe I lost… This is way different than battling wild Pokemon." Hugh said as he then looked at Leshawna and her group. "Well whatever. I'm glad to know you guys are trainers who know what you are doing." He started walking towards the entrance. "Well, I got to go. Get stronger guys! I want to have a battle with the rest of you!" With that, he went off.

"You know, for someone who acts hot-headed, he seems like a nice guy." Leshawna said.

"I hate him." Blaineley said bluntly.

"For calling you old?" Dakota asked.

"Of course he did!" Blaineley yelled in anger but was suddenly hugged by Owen.

"Don't worry Blaineley, I'm sure with time you get to like him." Owen said as Blaineley just groaned.

"Well in any case, both Leshawna's and Hugh's Pokemon did their best." Bianca said, "But remember, your starter Pokemon are still weak and new, so battle with it and make it stronger."

"No problem Miss Bianca. We'll take care of them." Rodney said.

"Great! Now, Chris wanted me to show all about the Pokemon Center. Please follow me." They all followed Bianca down the stairs and to where the Pokemon Center was, which was the red building from before.

"Oh wow, look at that!" Owen said excitedly.

"That sure is a futuristic building." Sugar said, admiring the view.

"I'm glad you think so. The Pokemon Center is the same wherever you go in the Unova region." Bianca explained, "Now, let's go inside." They all went inside to see it was as big on the inside as well as the outside. The group looked around them in awe but followed Bianca to a front desk to see a nurse.

"The Pokemon Center heals Pokemon for free!" Bianca begins to explain, "You should bring your Pokemon here anytime they are weak. Could I see your Oshawott's Pokeball Leshawna?"

"Sure thing." She gave Bianca his Pokeball to which she gave it to the nurse and put on the machine. A little jingle played and after that, the nurse gives back the ball to Leshawna.

"Wow. So he's really okay after that?" Leshawna asked.

"Mmhm. Just like that" Binaca nodded.

She then took them over to the PC.

"This square thing is a PC! Any trainer is free to use it." Bianca explained, "You can deposit Pokemon in it. You can also withdraw Pokemon from there as well."

"I really don't get all this." Sugar stated.

"Basically means you can store Pokemon we catch in there." Blaineley explained in which Sugar said "ooohh." in response.

"Alright, the next thing is the Pokemart." Binaca said as she led then to the left side to see a blue marketplace with a guy at the counter. "Here you can buy and sell many different items! The Pokeballs you use to catch Pokemon can also be bought here."

"Catching?" Dakota asked.

"Oh right, you all don't know. Don't worry I'll teach you all. But first things first…" She told the Pokemart guy to bring a two large boxes.

"This first box is filled Pokeballs you will all need." She said as she gave six Pokeballs to each of them.

"Sweet!" Rodney exclaimed.

"These will be useful." Justin said, putting them in their bags. Bianca then opened up the next box that had 7 pairs of running shoes, yellow for Leshawna, red for Blaineley, white for Owen, white & orange for Rodney, bark green for Justin, hot pink for Dakota, and pink & yellow for Sugar.

"And the other are running shoes." Bianca continued, "These will help run faster and help get around faster."

"Ooohh, how did Chris know pink is my color." Sugar said as she quickly went to put them on.

"And there comfy too. Completely my size." Dakota said as she marveled at her new shoes.

"These do match my complexion." Justin said as he like the shoes.

"I guess they're alright." Blaineley said, not caring about it.

"Being able to run faster? That's awesome. I can finally get to front of the lines now at buffets or on rollercoasters!" Owen exclaimed, loving them most of all.

"I'm glad you all are loving them." Bianca said, then she realized something. "Oh right, one more thing." She then gave each of them a town map.

"What's this?" Rodney asked.

"Those are town maps. These will help you get around Unova." Bianca explained.

"These are going to be useful. Thanks Bianca." Leshawna thanked to which Bianca giggled.

"You're welcome. Now c'mon. We're heading to Route 19!" She exclaimed.

"For what exactly?" Blaineley asked.

"To teach you all how to catch Pokemon or course. Now come on, try to catch up!" She exclaimed happily as she went out of the center.

"You heard her guys! After her!" Leshawna yelled to which Team Unova followed after her.
