Welcome ladies and gents to the next chap of Saiyan of Legend. I would have had this chap typed already but word was the entire site was down.
There was a DNS and Domain problem this time.
Then there was a purge which made me worry thinking my stories were going to be hit but found out it was focused on child abuse I think it was.
However, everything seems to be alright now so without further delay here is the next chapter.
Chapter 9
~4 days later~
Soon five days had passed since team Saiyan made it to the Tower. However, there was a problem.
"Wow, I am very surprised that so many people passed. Though this makes me happy it is full of people that deserve to be here and not weaklings that got lucky," Naruto said to his team who nodded as they scouted the many teams that were left.
There was a team from Stone with two girls and a big guy.
One girl had short black hair with pink eyes. This was Kurotsuch and she was the Granddaughter of the current Tsuchikage daughter to Kitsuchi and Great-Great Granddaughter of the First Tsuchikage.
The second girl had shoulder-length brown hair with a single lock falling onto the right side of her face and going over her right eye just a little bit. She had steel-gray eyes with orange markings in the corner. This was Suzumebachi Granddaughter of the First Tsuchikage.
The last on their team is a large and imposing man, with dark eyes and black hair that spikes out at the back from underneath his bandanna-styled forehead protector. This was Akatsuchi.
However, the girls felt eyes on them before they looked in Naruto's direction who gave a slight wave while they looked at him impassively but if you were to look closely you could see a slight smile on their face.
~with the Iwa team~
"Hey isn't that the guy that gave us a Scroll?" the big guy asked with a smile remembering how kind he was even if they were enemies.
~flashback~
"This is ridiculous at this rate we are never going to get a Heaven Scroll and pass," the short brown-haired girl said with a frown.
"Calm yourself Suzumebachi, there is bound to be a team that has the Scroll we need," the only male on their team said before Naruto dropped down in front of them putting them all on guard before he held up his hands in surrender.
"Relax, I am not here to fight, rather I am here to help. I understand you are looking for this right?" Naruto asked, showing them a Heaven Scroll making Suzumebachi smirk as she got into a fighting stance.
"Well lookie here just what we need, hand it over and we won't kill you," Suzumebachi said with a smirk causing the other female of their team to groan.
"I suppose we could fight for it if I didn't already have all my team and I needed," Naruto said tossing them the Scroll.
"Wait, how many teams did you kill to get those?" the black-haired girl asked, seeing him with a bag and figuring there was nothing but Scrolls in it causing Naruto to turn to her with a smile getting a light blush from her.
"None if you can believe it. I just knocked them out and took their Scrolls. I want strong opponents in this exam to fight, not weaklings," Naruto said with a smile, not telling them Baloo did most of the killings sending them to the ground.
"Well, I suppose I can't fault you for that," the big guy said with a smile.
"I am Naruto by the way," Naruto said with a smile holding out his hand despite wearing a leaf headband they could tell he wasn't a bad guy, and since their current leader held no grudge after losing the third war to the fourth Hokage neither would they.
"Pleased to meet you my name is Akatsuchi these two with me are my teammates Kurotuchi granddaughter of our current Tsuchikage and this is Suzumebachi Granddaughter of the first Tsuchikage," the now-known Akatsuchi said with a smile as they each shook his hand though Naruto and Akatsuchi went into a test of strength getting smirks from both of them before they let go.
"Well I look forward to seeing you in the finals," Naruto said while they smiled and nodded before the team from Stone headed for the Tower. However, Suzumebachi and Kurotuchi took the time to shake their rears his way making him chuckle before he took off.
~flashback end.
"So that's the guy you and Suzumebachi have suddenly taken a liking to huh?" Kitsuchi asked with a smirk, getting a harsh glare from her daughter and friend, making him put his hands up in a surrender motion and chuckle.
~with Naruto~
Naruto, seeing the girls from Stone, chuckled finding their glares at the man behind the team cute before he looked at the team from Cloud who noticed him and nodded back.
~with team Cloud
"Hey isn't that the guy you have a recent crush on Samui?" a teen with white hair and a sucker in his mouth asked with a smile to his teammate who didn't say anything and simply thought back to the forest.
~flashback~
"Oh man if we don't find an Earth Scroll soon we are going to fail. Then we will be sent back to our Village in shame. Then Lord Raikage will send us on suicide missions for failing our Village seeing no more use for us," said a dark-skinned teen with white spiky hair and dark eyes. This was Omoi before he was punched in the head by his teammate.
"OMOI SHUT THE HELL UP!" his teammate said annoyed with his outrageous rants as they kept looking for a team with a Heaven Scroll.
The woman who punched him was a dark-skinned woman with red long spiky red hair and amber eyes. This was Karui.
"Guys cool it, we will find a team that has the Scroll we need," their third teammate, a tall, fair-skinned woman with a curvaceous figure. Blue eyes and straight, shoulder-length blonde hair cut in an asymmetrical bob style said. This was Samui.
"We are sorry Samui,' they said as one before they heard rustling and got ready for an attack before Naruto jumped out of the clearing.
"Looking for this?" Naruto asked, holding up a Heaven Scroll, making Karui widen her eyes.
"Well look what we have here instead of finding what we need it found us," Karui said about to lunge at him to attack him before Naruto just tossed them the Scroll surprising them.
"Wait don't you and your team need this?" Omoi asked while Naruto shook his head and showed him a sack full of Scrolls he took off the other teams eliminating them.
"Nope, Anko said the goal was to get the Scroll. She never said we couldn't get more than one. Though at this point I am just removing the weak from the equation," Naruto said before he saw Samui wince in slight pain.
"Shoulder pains?" Naruto asked making Samui nod before Naruto appeared behind her and flared his Ki before he started massaging her shoulders making her gasp before she groaned feeling her pains being washed away.
"Where did you learn how to give a massage?" Karui asked able to see her teammate in bliss before Naruto looked at her.
"I learned when I was headed to the Snow country now known as Spring," Naruto replied before he added more pressure making Samui moan a bit louder before he stopped making her pout.
"There you shouldn't have any more problems with your shoulders," Naruto said before he widened his eyes when Samui turned around and pulled him into a kiss.
"Thank you, I have been dealing with these pains due to my breasts," Samui said before she rotated her shoulders and sighed, finally not able to feel the pain.
"Well uh I'll let you guys go now since you have your Scrolls," Naruto said, making Samui smirk before she turned around and made her way to the Tower shaking her ass and forgetting about her team who looked at her with their jaws dropped.
"I need to stop helping people," Naruto said with a chuckle not meaning it while Karui and Omoi laughed before they followed their teammate.
~flashback~
"Who does Samui have a crush on now?" a blond asked, she had long hair bound with taut bandages and dark eyes. This was Yugito Ni Jinchurichi of the two-tailed hellcat.
"That guy with the spiky red hair and some strange device on his face," Omoi said while Yugito looked and found Naruto then heard her tenant speak.
"Wow, would you check out the power he has? It isn't anything like I have ever seen before," a blue fiery cat with two tails said. This was Matatabi, the two-tailed beast that was once part of the fierce ten-tails.
'What do you mean Matatabi?" Yugito asked her tenant who replied with a grin.
"I am unsure but I do not believe it is Chakra, keep a close eye on him," the now-known Matatabi said with a perverted smile making Yugito sigh before she looked his way and couldn't help but find him attractive even if she refused to admit it.
~with Naruto~
"Ah crap I think I attracted the attention of the two-tails host," Naruto said while his team and sensei chuckled.
"Well Naruto-kun you better take responsibility for all of us you chick magnet," Yugao said with a grin getting a groan from him.
"Funny Kurama told me how much of a pervert her sister is," Naruto said, making his team laugh.
Naruto then looked around more before he spotted Gaara's team who looked back at him when they caught him looking before they nodded slightly at him before he spotted another team from the Sand.
This one had a cell of four women. The first one was their sensei. She is a fairly tall kunoichi. She was fair-skinned with pupil-less brown eyes. She has green hair that she tied in a bun on top of her head with a hair needle running through it and one short and long strand of hair with orange tips framing each side of her face. This was Pakura famed Scorch-style user.
The second girl had bright blue eyes and shoulder-length dark hair. But her most notable feature was the red markings on her face. This was Maki.
The third girl was a fair-skinned girl with long, dark hair and large, brown eyes framed by noticeable eyelashes. This was Yukata.
The last girl has straight chin-length brown hair, dark eyes, and fair skin. This was Matsuri.
"So is this the boy that saved you from those boys?" the green-haired girl asked while the girl with shoulder-length dark hair looked at him with a blush on her face remembering how he saved her and her team from those Grass ninjas.
~flashback~
"Well well look who we have here three young girls caught in our trap, a Grass ninja said with a perverted grin on his face as he eyed the black-haired girl's body up and down making her shudder while the other two males eyed the other girl's bodies with sick grins while they were bound together by ninja wire before they heard growling.
"What was that?" another Grass ninja asked before they saw a five-tailed fox the size of a bear make its way into the clearing making the ninja gasp in shock and fear.
"Oh don't worry fools Kurama won't attack unless I tell him to but considering what you three planned I might just give that order," Naruto said coming into the clearing with a scowl on his face.
"You think we are scared of some giant fox?" the lead Grass ninja asked before Kurama growled, making them flinch.
"Let's make a deal, give them the Scroll they need and I won't let Kurama kill you," Naruto said lying through his teeth.
"Fine here," the leader said, tossing the Sand Gennin the Scroll and leaving before Naruto smirked.
"Sick 'em boy," Naruto said, making Kurama smirk and chase after them before they started screaming causing the three girls to flinch but Naruto smiled and then used a Ki blade and cut the wires that bound them so they could move.
"Sorry, you had to hear that but they were going to rape you had I not shown up," Naruto said causing them to smile slightly seeing why he did what he did before the black-haired girl picked up the Scroll and frowned.
"What is wrong Yukata?" the girl with bright blue eyes, dark hair, and red markings asked before the girl known as Yukata showed them the Scroll.
"This is the wrong Scroll Maki, we already have an Earth Scroll," she said, causing the other girl to frown.
"Great, how are we supposed to pass?" she asked while Maki placed her hand on her shoulder.
"Don't worry Matsuri I am sure there are still teams out there with the Scroll we need," she said before Naruto cleared his throat causing the girls to look at him before he dug into his pack and pulled out a spare Heaven Scroll making their eyes widen.
"Sometimes it comes in handy looting other teams after you knock them out. My name is Naruto by the way," he said making their jaws drop.
"You took out all those teams?" Maki asked, making him nod before he tossed them the Scroll which she caught.
"Now you passed the second exam," Naruto said with an eye smile before he widened his eyes when each girl kissed his cheek.
"Thank you Naruto-kun," they said as one before they turned around walking away while shaking their asses and making him smirk.
"Yugao-sensei was right, I am a chick magnet," Naruto said with a chuckle before he went to find his team.
~flashback end~
"So he saved you from a fate worse than death then gave you a spare Scroll when the team that might have raped you three had he not showed up gave you a Scroll you already had huh?" the woman asked while Maki turned to her sensei.
"That's him Pakura-sensei. He was very kind to us. He even sicked his fox on them afterward to be sure they didn't try with anyone else," Maki said, causing Pakura to widen her eyes before she looked at Naruto who gave her a two-finger salute making her blush.
'Hmm maybe I should defect, after all, it is quite clear the Village doesn't care about me and only wants to use me to help destroy this Village which will no doubt be the end of my students as well. What is Lord Kazekage thinking sure the Wind Daimyo re-routed missions to this Village but still,' Pakura thought before looking at Naruto again who winked at her when he caught her making her blush again.
"Pakura-sensei the matches are about to start," Yukata said snapping her out of her daze (the speech Hiruzen gives is the same as the show)
"Now before we start the preliminary rounds does anyone wish to give up?" a sickly Jonin by the name of Hayate Gekko asked before Kabuto raised his hand making Hayate nod before Kabuto left while Naruto narrowed his eyes before they widened smelling the scent of snakes off him.
Although he was shocked when Soku didn't raise her hand but was grateful she didn't. He couldn't explain it but in the very short time Soku had been a part of their team he couldn't imagine going back to a three-person cell.
~Sasuke Uchiha VS Yoroi Akado~
"Now for the first match The Emo King Aka Sasuke Uchiha Vs Yoroi Akado," Hayate said with a smirk before everything became quiet then like a domino effect everyone started laughing making Sasuke fume before he made his way down before Hayate started the match.
While the match was going on Naruto quickly wrote up a restorative seal before making his way over to Hayate who raised an eyebrow.
"Can I help you?" he asked before Naruto handed him a seal.
"Place that on your chest when you can. It's a simply restorative seal that shall bring you back to full health as well as kill whatever is making you sick," Naruto said making Hayate widen his eyes before he smiled and took the seal before Naruto made his way to the Hokage who smiled seeing him approach but became serious when he saw his serious look along with Anko.
"Something on your mind Naruto?" Hiruzen asked, receiving a firm nod in return.
"Have the Anbu detain that Kabuto guy. I smelled the scent of snakes on him," Naruto said, making Hiruzen and Anko widen their eyes before he summoned Anbu who then left to carry out his orders.
"Thank you Naruto, that is most helpful," Hiruzen said with a smile, making him nod before he looked at Anko and smirked, causing her to smirk back.
"The time is near," was all Naruto said before he walked away and made his way off to team nine just as Sasuke won his match due to his Curse Mark not that Naruto cared he would soon be dealt with.
"Winner Sasuke Uchiha," Hayate said while Kakashi took Sasuke to get the Curse seal contained before the board lit up again before stopping on two names.
~Zaku Abumi VS Shino Aburame~
"Will Shino Aburame and Zaku Abumi," Hayate said before the two fighters made their way down. "FIGHT!" Hayate called out jumping out of the way before the match got underway.
~with Naruto and Neji~
"Naruto, what brings you here?" Tenten asked while the rest of team nine looked at the Saiyan with smiles, even Neji.
"Oh nothing much just thought I should inform Neji that the seal is finished," Naruto said, making their eyes widen but none more than Neji's.
"You mean I am close to being free from the seal?" Neji asked, making Naruto nod.
"I have to run a simulation though just to be sure so look for me after the prelims and you will be free," Naruto said with a smile before Tenten surprised him by hugging him.
"Thank you Naruto-kun now I don't have to sit here and listen to Neji's fate nonsense," Tenten said with a smirk making Neji glare lightly at his teammate while Guy and Lee laughed.
"By the way, Neji why are you so happy anyway? I noticed a change in you in the forest," Naruto said before Neji told them.
~one explanation later~
"I see that's what happened when a Cloud ambassador kidnapped Hinata at the age of three. Then Hiashi, Hinata's father killed him but since Cloud claimed they had no idea of what he was planning they threatened to go to war unless the one that killed him was brought to them. However the elders decided to use your father instead since they were twins," Naruto said, making him nod.
"Yes Uncle Hiashi didn't like it but my father struck him and took his place anyway," Neji said with a chuckle making them laugh.
Then Naruto returned to his team after exchanging a few more words just in time for Shino to win the match, blowing off Zaku's arm though that one was his fault.
~with team Saiyan~
"You seem to be all over the place today Naruto-kun first the proctor then the Hokage then Neji you honestly can't help but help people can you?" Fasha asked with a smile, getting a chuckle from her mate.
"Well what can I say it's in my genes," Naruto said before he leaned back against the wall with his right foot crossing his left and his arms crossed before closing his eyes but anyone with sharp senses could tell he was very much still aware of his surroundings completely uninterested in the next match.
Then he opened his eyes when Ino and Sakura's names were called.
~Sakura Haruno VS Ino Yamanaka
"Will Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno please come down," Hayate said before the two girls made their way to the arena but stopped when she felt Naruto's hand on their shoulder.
"Do your best you two and remember win or lose I am proud of the both of you," Naruto said kissing both of them on the forehead making them both blush before they made their way down shaking their asses for him making him chuckle.
"Do you think either of them will win?" Kakashi asked having returned after Sasuke's mark was contained while Asuma made his way over to them wondering the same thing.
"I believe they will put up a good fight but I predict they will knock each other out," Naruto said, making them chuckle.
"Well from what Kakashi and I have seen both have been training like their lives depended on it you wouldn't by any chance be the reason for their recent change now would you?" Asuma and Kakashi asked at the same time looking at him in amusement when he started stuttering.
"Oh look my prediction came true," Naruto said and sure enough both Ino and Sakura had knocked each other out.
Naruto then hopped over the railing then went over to Ino and Sakura before he slung them over his shoulders jumped back up and leaned them against the wall before they started stirring.
"What happened?" Ino asked while a now awakened Sakura was wondering the same thing before seeing Naruto smiling at him making them blush.
"You two fought well but in the end, it was a double knockout," Naruto said, making them both look down in sadness. "Hey cheer up girls you both did wonderful. I enjoyed watching you two go at it," Naruto said before he saw them both grin and then realize his mistake.
"Oh is that so? Is there anything else you would like to see us go at?" Ino asked in a flirty tone reaching for her top along with Sakura before they saw Naruto's smirk.
"You don't want to play that game with me, girls. Or did you already forget what I did to Hinata in the forest?" Naruto asked, making them blush badly before they passed out with a nosebleed. "Told you I would win," Naruto said as he looked at Asuma and Kakashi who looked at him with wide eyes.
~Tenten Higurashi VS Temari~
"Will Tenten Higurashi of Konoha and Temari of Suna come down," Hayate called as the two girls made their way to the arena floor. "Ready fight," Hayate said before jumping back while Tenten and Temari stared each other down.
"Let's have a good clean match," Tenten said with a smile, causing Temari to smile back at her and nod.
"Agreed," Temari said before they both jumped back and Tenten started summoning weapon after weapon but they kept getting blown away from Temari's wind attacks each time revealing a purple moon on her fan before the third one was shown before Temari swung her fan and unleashed a heavy gust of wind they swept Tenten into the air before she came down right into Temari's arms.
"Sorry but you lost this one," Temari said with a smile while Tenten smiled back, not at all worried.
"I was outmatched from the start. I know I was but I didn't want to be seen as weak," Tenten said while Temari smiled even more.
"Oh I think you proved yourself a very capable Kunoichi and as far as I am concerned you earned that right and I am sure Naruto thinks so as well," Temari said before Tenten turned her head in his direction to see him smiling down at her.
"I suppose I have," Tenten said while Temari carried her back to her team and made her way back to hers.
~Shikamaru Nara Vs Akatsuchi~
"Will Shikamaru Nara and Akatsuchi of the Stone please come down for your match," Hayate said before Akatuchi made his way down to the floor Shikamaru on the other hand.
"This is such a drag," Shikamaru said, unknowingly making Naruto's brow twitch before he appeared behind him and delivered a bicycle kick to his back sending him crashing to the floor.
"There now the opponents are ready Hayate-san," Naruto said, making Shikamaru send him an upside-down glare while the others just laughed at the lazy Nara before he stood up and sighed before getting into a fighting stance.
"Was that necessary Naruto-kun?" Ino asked with a smirk while Naruto smirked back.
"Well it was slightly better than the second option I had in mind," Naruto said making Ino nervous to ask but did anyway.
"What was the second option?" Ino asked while Naruto gave her a feral smirk making her wet.
"Simple I tell him if he doesn't compete he will be the last of his clan," Naruto said with a grin stunning Ino.
"You wouldn't honestly do that just to make him comply would you?" Ino asked and was scared that the Naruto she knew and came to love was nothing more than a show before Fasha made her presence known.
"Of course, he wouldn't after all Naruto-kun hates killing without it serving a purpose and killing every Nara would be pointless that's why he went with option B which was to kick him into the arena by force giving him no choice but to fight," Fasha said with a laugh while Naruto joined her before they heard a crash and saw the back of Akatsuchi's head in a wall.
"Ouch, and I thought I was crafty. The big guy is not going to forget this any time soon," Naruto said, having a feeling Shikamaru used his Shadow possession to win.
Then the board cycled through names again eventually landing on Naruto and Kiba's name.
~Naruto VS Kiba~
"Will Naruto and Kiba make their way to the floor," Hayate said before Naruto raised his hand.
"Hayate-san, can I request a different opponent? Someone from Sand, Cloud, Stone hell even someone from this Village anyone but him" Naruto asked, getting whispers from the others before Kiba smirked thinking he was now seeing who was the top dog.
"What's the matter, loser? Finally seeing how much of an Alpha I am?" Kiba asked only for Naruto to laugh at him.
"Oh please, do I look like I am scared of you? Never in a million years I was just asking for a different opponent because frankly, I find it beneath me to fight someone who is a worthless disgrace to not only their former clan but also their Village," Naruto said causing a domino effect with everyone falling to the ground in laughter having heard of an Inuzuka being disowned from their clan due to their actions making Kiba seethe in rage.
"Sorry Naruto I am not in control of the board," Hayate said honestly, apologetic having heard of Kiba's actions and like everyone here was disgusted making him sigh.
"Fine but can we make this more fair for him?" Naruto asked, making him nod not honestly seeing any harm.
"Tie my arms behind my back with ninja wire and my feet together as well. I'll only need my tail to beat him," Naruto said with a straight face, sending everyone into a laughing fit again.
"You serious" Hayate asked while Naruto looked at him then nodded before Hayate looked at the Hokage and nodded with a smirk seeing where Naruto was going with this.
So with that Hayate proceeded to tie Naruto's hands behind his back and his feet together with ninja wire before Naruto hovered off the ground.
"Ready fight," Hayate said before jumping away.
"I WILL NOT BE HUMILIATED BY THE LIKES OF YOU!" Kiba shouted before tossing Kunai at him, all of which he dodged with very little effort.
"Really?" Naruto asked yawning infuriating Kiba further before he went through hand signs and started sending fireballs his way all of which he blocked with his tail.
Unfortunately, the last fireball he deflected was sent to the Sand team's sensei's way making Pakura widen her eyes.
"Yeah that isn't going to happen," Naruto said before he used his superior speed and appeared in front of her then dispersed the fireball with his tail.
"Sorry about that I meant to disperse that attack," Naruto said with an apologetic smile to Pakura who smiled back at him.
"Think nothing of it, Naruto, at least the danger has passed," Pakura said with a smile which he returned before returning to the floor as Kiba continued to attack him.
"Ok your few moments of fame are over now it is time to end this," Naruto said before he sped forward and sent him into the air with his tail.
Then appeared above him before he slammed his tail into Kiba's head sending him crashing into the ground with an explosion before he was out like a light.
"Winner by K.O. Naruto," Hayate said as everyone cheered before Naruto snapped the wires that bound him and left the arena with a smirk on his face.
"Way to go Naruto-kun but did you have to play with him like that?" Soku asked while smirking.
"Nah I could have ended things a lot sooner with a simple tail smack. But why end things in the blink of an eye when you can have people like him believe he has a chance of winning only to take it away from him," Naruto said with a smirk making her shake her head with a smile on her face.
Then everyone looked at the board to see what two names would be called next only for team eight to be worried when Hinata and Neji's names popped up.
"Oh this match should be good," Naruto said with a smile before Kurenai looked at him with a frown.
"Naruto-kun I don't know why you would think this would be good but this is bad after all Neji," was as far as Kurenai got before she was interrupted by Naruto.
"I know all about what happened but take a look at Neji's face and tell me what you see," Naruto said before Kurenai did as told and widened her eyes.
"He is smiling," Kurenai said in shock, making Naruto nod.
"He is you see Hiashi told me all about what happened and just recently told Neji the truth about that night once Neji heard that it was about his father's last wish," Naruto said smiling and planning on giving Neji a very surprising gift if all went well.
~Hinata Hyuuga Vs Neji Hyuuga~
"Will Hinata Hyuuga and Neji Hyuuga please come down for your match?" Hayate asked before Hinata and Neji came down.
"Ready fight," Hayate said, jumping away but before the fight got underway Neji offered up a piece of advice.
"Fight well Lady Hinata and know whatever fate comes of it. I know we both did our best," Neji said with a smile, one that Hinata returned before they started fighting.
"See what I tell you?" Naruto asked, leaning against the railing before Kurenai joined him with a smile.
"Are you ever wrong about anything?" Kurenai asked with a smile before Naruto laughed.
"Don't get me wrong I am not all-knowing there are times when I even make mistakes. I mean if I was right all the time then life would be boring and not worth living," Naruto said, never taking his eyes off the match, missing Kurenai's loving smile with a small blush on her cheeks.
~a few moments later~
Soon after a few moments had passed Hinata delivered a surprising strike to Neji's main Chakra point, shutting down the remainder of his Chakra and winning the match.
"Wow, that was honestly a surprise," Kurenai said in shock, making Naruto smirk.
"Well she was trained by Anko," Naruto said, making them both shiver.
"The winner Hinata Hyuuga," Hayate said, making the others cheer before she walked up to her cousin and released his Chakra.
"Alright way to go you two," Naruto said as he jumped over the railing before congratulating them. Then Hinata tackled him and started mauling his face with kisses making the onlookers stare at the scene in shock making all the girls that Naruto helped in the forest jealous including Soku.
"Ok Hinata if you please clear the field so we can get the next match underway," Hayate said before he received a glare from her with her byakugan activated before she moaned loudly when she received a sharp smack to her ass courtesy of Naruto.
"Come on Hinata we are holding up the matches," Naruto said before she sighed and got off him before she made her way back to her team shaking her ass as she did making him chuckle.
"What did Anko do to that sweet timid girl everyone used to know?" Neji asked, seeing this as they left the field.
"In short she gave her a personality change along with a major confidence boost," Naruto said while Neji sweat dropped before the board lit up and two names popped up that made Naruto worry greatly.
"Oh fuck my life," Naruto said seeing Lee and Gaara's names on the board confusing Neji and the others minus Temari and Kankuro who were just as worried as him.
~Rock Lee Vs Gaara~
"Will Rock Lee and Gaara please come down to the floor," Hayate said while Lee jumped for joy and made his way to the arena before Naruto stopped him.
"Lee I want you to listen to me VERY closely hold nothing back release your weight trust me you are NOT going to want to hold ANYTHING back. Not if you want to live and ONLY use the gate if you have zero choice and trust me you WILL need to," Naruto said so seriously it made him VERY concerned on just how dangerous was this Gaara but nodded either way.
"I will hold nothing back, I will go all out from the start and use the gates as a last resort," Lee said, taking Naruto's deadly warning to heart as he made his way down to meet Gaara.
"He won't win you know," Temari said as she and her brother made their way up to him and team nine who met up with Naruto.
"Sadly I already know he won't win," Naruto said, making Team Nine frown at his lack of faith in Lee.
"Naruto, that's not fair you should have more faith in your comrade," Guy said before Naruto looked at him with a dead stare making him gasp in shock.
"Listen to me and listen to me good Might Guy," Naruto said, shocking him further when he didn't address him as Guy-sensei. "Gaara is no ordinary opponent which is why I authorized the use of the eight gates as a last resort as well as for him to release his weights as soon as the match starts even though you most likely would do the same," Naruto said, making Guy widen his eyes.
"Is he that dangerous?" Kakashi asked as he made his way over to them when he overheard Naruto say the eight gates not going to scold his friend if Naruto was worried about the match going bad making Naruto nod.
"He is the Jinchuricki of the one-tailed Shuukaku," Naruto said, shocking them all except Temari and Kankuro.
"How do you know that Naruto-kun?" Sakura asked as she walked over to see what the chatter was about and was shocked at what she heard as was Sai while Naruto looked at her and smiled, making her blush.
"Well Kurama, another of the tailed beasts told me while I was working on Neji's counter seal during the five-day break," Naruto said thinking back to what he was told about them by his fox friend.
~flashback~
"Naruto, there is something you have got to know about me and my siblings," Kurama said while Naruto was all too eager to listen, making him smile. "My sibling and I are what you might call a tailed beast. We were once part of a fierce creature known as the Juubi. Its power alone was great enough to create devastation wherever it went and being a mindless creature it was very good at what it did until our Father managed to seal it inside himself but had to split us up before he died for fear that it would escape and pick up where it left off once he died," Kurama said worrying him. "You do not need to worry the creature's body is sealed in what is now known as the Moon so without a very special eye there is no way it can ever come back," Kurama said not knowing just how wrong he was.
"So the world is safe then?" Naruto asked, making him nod before he smirked.
"Indeed however if it ever did come back and we were fused I highly doubt it would be a match for you or your mate or any other Saiyan you might be looking to create. After all this world is no match for the likes of a Saiyan," he said in a smug tone making Naruto chuckle seeing as he had a point. "Now on to my siblings,' Kurama said before he began to tell Naruto all about his siblings while he listened.
~flashback end~
"So with Shuukaku inside that Gaara kid, he also has control over sand?" Soku asked him only to receive a nod while teams seven and nine looked concerned before they felt an increase of Chakra and saw Lee opening up the Gates.
"Looks like Lee is doing it," Naruto said as they watched him open five of the eight gates and start bulldozing over Garra before they saw him going for the reverse lotus.
"Looks like Lee has won this," Tenten said before she saw Naruto slowly shake his head.
"Look closer," he said before they all saw his gourd turn to sand and lessen the impact while the negatives of using the gates kicked in and caused Lee pain before they saw Gaara going in for the kill before Naruto and Guy stepped in and banished the sand away.
Unfortunately because of their interference Gaara won by default but the damage was done.
"Poor Lee and he was so close to winning," Tenten said in sadness before Naruto reappeared.
"Isn't there anything you can do Naruto?" Neji asked as Naruto shook his head.
"I am not a medical Ninja nor do I have any experience in healing. You would need someone that has incredible healing prowess. My field is Science and that's it," Naruto said wishing he had one of those healing tanks from his world with him that would most likely help Lee.
"What about a healing tank Naruto-kun?" Fasha asked before they looked at the two Saiyan's in confusion.
"A healing tank would help him but I don't have any blueprints or the materials to build one Planet Vegeta and most likely any Planet Frieza owns has one but that last one is FAR too risky and our Planet is dead so that's a moot point," Naruto said making Fasha frown.
"What about your Oozaru form?" she asked while Naruto thought about it before nodding.
"Due-able problem is that form greatly slows me down and if Frieza has any kind of speed then I would be screwed our best bet there would be the Super Siyan form but none of us have gotten there yet and I would still like for us to reach that form without the power of anger guiding us," Naruto said making his mate nod.
"What is this Super Saiyan you speak of?" Yugao asked before Naruto explained the best he could.
~one explanation later~
"I see so basically no one has seen a Super Saiyan in over 1,000 years and as such no one knows how to trigger it. But it supposedly has something to do with anger and rage," Yugao said worried for her students along with everyone else making them nod.
Then they looked at the next which was against Choji and the now lone Sound Ninja which didn't last too long due to Dosu's sound arm hitting Choji when he was in his boulder form before he had swirls in his eyes making Dosu the winner.
Soon after Choji was taken back up, the next match between Soku and Matsuri got underway which turned out to be a good match.
"Wow, you have a very good teammate. I am surprised she wasn't scouted by the Anbu yet," Sakura said before she saw him chuckle with his hand behind his head.
"Yeah about that you see Soku is an Anbu you see we needed a third teammate and the old man gave us Soku," Naruto said looking at Soku as she fought Matsuri before his smile went away which the others saw and knew what the problem was.
"You know Naruto-kun? I used to be Anbu before I became your sensei, remember? Even if you and Fasha become Chuunin there is no way I can go back to Anbu and leave team Saiyan and I am sure Soku feels the same way," Yugao said before Naruto perked up remembering that little tidbit and smiled slightly at her words.
"I hope so sensei I do," Naruto said with a smile making everyone smile as they watched Soku emerge as the victor while carrying an unconscious Matsuri in her arms back to her team.
Although Yugao would talk to Soku as soon as she returned.
~Fasha Vs Maki~
"Will Fasha and Maki please report to the floor," Hayate said before Fasha and Maki did just that while Fasha remembered to hold a great deal of her power back to make the match fair for her.
"Soku, can we talk for a minute?" Yugao asked while Soku nodded wondering what her senpai could want all the while not seeing Naruto's eyes on her the entire time with a small smile.
~with Yugao and Soku~
"So you're saying Naruto is worried that after the exams are over I'll go back to being in Anbu again?" Soku asked while Yugao nodded.
"I told him that I used to be in Anbu before I became his teacher and that even if they became Chuunin there is no way I could go back to being in Anbu again and leave team Saiyan and that I am sure you felt the same way," Yugao said with a smile before Soku turned to look at Naruto with wide eyes before unconsciously moving her left hand to her heart which began to beat faster just by looking and thinking about him.
"I will admit I thought about returning to Anbu after the exams were over. But now I am not so sure I have it in me to abandon team Saiyan," Soku said while staring at Naruto with a smile that anyone else might mistake for friendship but for her, it could only mean one thing and she wasn't afraid to admit it to herself or even to others who asked her. "Yugao-sensei I think I am starting to fall in love with my teammate," Soku said with a smile making Yugao smile before she placed her hand on her student's shoulder. Though she did tease her a little bit.
"I thought you liked cool things over girly things," Yugao said smirking while Soku looked at her with a smirk.
"So I changed my mind. I am allowed to do that after all," Soku said, making Yugao smile.
"As long as you're being honest about it," Yugao said with a smile before they headed back to the others.
"Honestly there is another reason tied with the first reason. If I did re-join Anbu it would mean spending less time with Naruto-kun," Soku said, causing Yugao to nod.
"I know what you mean, being in Anbu does have its disadvantages when it comes to downtime," Yugao said before they were just in time to see Fasha win her match.
"The winner Fasha," Hayate said, seeing Maki out cold before Fasha went to the downed Maki picked her up and brought her back to her team.
"Way to go Fasha-chan," Naruto said with a smile, making his mate smile at him.
"Thanks, I wanted to give her a fighting chance," Fasha said with a smile before looking at Maki and her team who looked back at her and nodded before the next match was called but this time it was a three-way.
~Yukata Vs Sai Vs Omoi~
"Will Yukata, Sai, and Omoi please come down to the floor," Hayate said.
"So who here wants to make a bet on how long it will take for Omoi to be taken out first?" Naruto asked while others laughed before he ducked under a flying Omoi who crashed into the wall out cold. "That didn't take long at all," Naruto said with wide eyes causing everyone to chuckle Naruto knew Omoi's outrageous thinking must have gotten on Yukata and Sai's nerves.
~a few moments later~
"Winner Yukata," Hayate said, seeing Sai knocked out making Sakura groan in disappointment while Sai made his way up with a frown.
"There now Sai you did your best and that's what counts though did you and Yukata have to kick Omoi that hard?" Naruto asked before looking back and saw Omoi's body imprint from when he hit the wall making Sai chuckle.
"Well he is quiet now isn't he?" Sai asked before he looked at the wall just in time for gravity to allow Omoi to fall off the wall.
"I suppose so," Naruto said watching as Yukata celebrated with her teammates before she turned to Naruto when she saw him looking her way and blew him a kiss making him chuckle before the next match was set showing Karui and Kurotuchi.
"Sorry to say this but Karui has this match in the bag," Naruto said while the others looked at him which he noticed. "Oh come on, I did my research on the elemental wheel. So unless Kurotuchi has water style to conduct Karui's electricity or if she has a Kekkei Genkai like Haku-chan does I don't see a way for her to counter her lightning Jutsu," Naruto said while Suzumebachi and Akatuchi smirked knowing he was about to be surprised. "Which reminds me sensei, do you have a way for me to check which elements I have even if I am using Ki?" Naruto asked before Yugao handed him a piece of paper.
"This is a special kind of paper called Chakra paper Naruto-kun send your Ki through it and you can find out what element you have," Yugao instructed to which he nodded and sent his Ki through the paper before it split in two, while some of it burned, became soggy, crinkled, crumbled to dust but the most fascinating thing was that one side glowed with a bright light and the other was covered in darkness greatly surprising teams 7, 8, 9, and 10 including Hiruzen who decided to watch.
"Um ok I am sure I have all five elements but what is this light and darkness thing?" Naruto asked until Asuma spoke up.
"It signifies Yin and Yang. Take the Nara Clan's Shadow possession it uses Yin and some of Kurenai's Genjutsu uses Yin as well," Asuma said as Naruto looked at Kurenai causing her to nod confirming what he said. "As for the Yang release the Akimichi Clan use it to increase their body size I have yet to see it being used for any light-based attacks though so if you were to create any Jutsu using Yang release you just might be the first," Asuma said making him grin.
"LAVA STYLE QUICKLIME!" Kurotuchi shouted, making Naruto and the others look in the ring just in time to see Karui with her feet encased in what looked like cement causing Karui to lose the match unable to break free.
"Well what do you know," Naruto said, making the others laugh at his shocked look.
"First time seeing another Kekkei Gankai?" Guy asked while Naruto nodded.
"Something like that," Naruto said before he jumped over the railing to help get Karui out.
~with Naruto, Karui, and Kurotuchi~
"Way to go girls though I was surprised to see someone else with a Kekkei Genkai," Naruto said looking over at Kurotuchi who smiled.
"Yep anyone who can string the right elements together can use the sub-elements but those who are born with that trait use less Chakra than those not born with it," Kurotuchi said before she started melting the cement along with Naruto who used a Ki beam while Karui looked at the two but her eyes lingered on Naruto the longest.
"I have to admit you girls impressed me, you both are strong indeed. I would even go so far as to say you both would make good Chuunin," Naruto said, making them both widen their eyes and then blush before he frowned a bit and looked at Karui. "Though I am disappointed your Village would try something so underhanded as to send someone from your Village under the pretenses of a treaty only to kidnap the Hyuuga Heiress," Naruto said, confusing her.
"But our Village leader never had a hand in such a thing all the guy was supposed to do was make a treaty with Konoha," Karui said while Naruto gave her a blank stare and then sighed as if he figured out what happened.
"Karui-chan tell me something your Village has a council?" Naruto asked, making her nod but blush bright red when he added chan after her name. "Your Kage is going to need to clean the house then because if it wasn't him who gave that order then there is only one other explanation," Naruto said, causing her to nod again seeing his point.
"I shall inform Lord Raikage when he makes his way to the Village for the finals even if Samui loses her match," Karui said before she and Kurotuchi surprised him by kissing him then they left the arena shaking their rears making him chuckle.
"If this keeps up I am going to have to kidnap these girls from their Villages and bring them to my side," Naruto said making Kurotuchi and Karui chuckle who heard him before he hovered off the ground and left the arena so the last two competitors could take the stage.
As the match between Suzumebachi and Samui got underway Naruto felt like something was wrong so he looked around until his sights were set on one Jonin. Then he activated his Scouter then widened his eyes when it told him the person was not what they seemed making him narrow his eyes.
'I don't know what your game is, Orochimaru. Or why you marked Sasuke with the Curse Mark but I assure you that you will NOT succeed whatever it is,' Naruto thought before turning his eyes back to the match.
~5 minutes later~
"Wow they are still going impressive," Naruto said before Soku and Fasha walked up beside him.
"Naruto-kun be careful I am getting a bad feeling," Fasha told him, making him nod.
"I know it is coming from that Jonin right there," Naruto said discreetly, nodding his head at a man with black hair in a ponytail, making his other two teammates look and see the man.
"Who is he? More importantly, why do I get a bad feeling he is not who he seems to be?" Fasha asked before Naruto told her what happened in the Forest of Death.
~one explanation later~
"Wow, Naruto-kun you fought one of the Legendary Sannin and survived?" Soku asked with stars in her eyes before Naruto shook his head and smirked.
"Fought no dominated yes. That fool didn't even stand a chance. It's a shame I couldn't kill him though I was honestly pressed for time but make no mistake I will end him in time," Naruto said with conviction in his voice. "However I have a feeling he is here for something more than Sasuke. It is a shame I didn't ask Hiruzen what his end game is but we will know sooner or later," Naruto said before looking at Gaara. 'Although, I find it very strange, that the Kazekage would send his unstable son to the exams,' Naruto thought before he widened his eyes. 'Wait a second the Kazekage is sending his kids to these exams as well as his son being an unstable Jinchurichi. Oh shit, this is so not good,' Naruto thought now knowing what Orochimaru planned to do. "Girls, I think I just found out what Orochimaru is planning and if I am right and I am, the Village is in some serious trouble," Naruto said before Fasha and Soku became serious.
"We have to inform the Hokage then," Soku said before Naruto shook his head, confusing her.
"No, if we did that it would only tip him off and come up with something worse. It is best if we play it like we don't know anything. Besides we have Kakarot and Raditz so any damage he would hope to do won't be much with four Saiyans," Naruto said, making them see his point but were still worried.
Then team Saiyan looked at the match just in time for Samui to emerge the victor making everyone cheer before Naruto looked at the two smiled and nodded making them nod back.
Then the Hokage said a few parting words and wished those who passed on to the finals luck in a month before he had Anko go around and have the winners pick a number signifying the order they would fight in.

"Alright everyone, be sure to study the chart because in one-month important figures will be judging you on your performance so give them a good show and you just MIGHT become Chuunin," Anko said with a smirk before everyone filed out to prepare for the finals.
Well, that was a good chap if I do say so myself.
Now I would have had this chap out sooner but for reasons stated above made that impossible which led me to become a bit lazy with it.
I do feel like I should explain Naruto's Saiyan heritage a bit more.
You see Naruto is a special Saiyan the Golden Tail and the Golden Ape should have given it away and no it is NOT from Super Saiyan 4.
I hope you people can figure out the two clues the story so far has given you and if not then I need to question your devotion to the Dragon Ball franchise.
I mean it is in the Frieza Saga.
Anyway, the answer will be in the form of a future chapter for anyone still in the dark about it.
One more thing when any of Naruto's girls become Saiyans when and if I have them use their Ape forms their color will NOT change the only thing that will set them apart is the color of their tails both in their human and Ape forms.
