Chapter 138: The Marquis War
Wrath Ring…
"CAREFUL, DUMBASS, I STAYED UP LATE LAST NIGHT MAKING THOSE!" Shukaku barked at Gaara as they were in his workshop at the kiln.
Gaara was carrying a tray of delicately made un-baked pottery, which was partially dried.
"I'M BEING CAREFUL!" Gaara snapped back as he made his way to the kiln, having been told to put them in so they could be baked.
Shukaku growled at his disciple's attitude.
"IF YOU THINK YOU CAN TAL… WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!" Shukaku yelled/questioned when a magic circle appeared under Gaara's feet.
Gaara's clothing changed into his battle attire, including his gourd, before he vanished, the tray of pottery hitting the ground.
Shukaku watched as his hard work shattered into hundreds of pieces.
"SON OF A BITCH, I'M GOING TO KILL WHO SUMMONED GAARA!" Shukaku screamed to no one.
His phone began to ring.
Greed Ring…
"Right there." Chomei said as he paused the video, pointing at the screen. "That guy just did the Second Deal."
"I see." Shino said as he took mental notes.
He and Chomei were in the security office of the Lucky Seven Casino, with Chomei teaching Shino how to spot cheating as he was going to be working at the casino as a dealer.
"Next, we wil…"
Chomei was cut off when a magic circle appeared under Shino, changing his work attire into combat gear before Shino vanished.
"Huh… That was surprising." Chomei mumbled, knowing Shino had made a deal with Naruto as Shino had informed him. "I wonder what…"
"MR. CHOMEI! BAD NEWS!" one of the security guards called out as they ran inside.
"What happened?" Chomei asked calmly, believing it may have been something that could easily be dealt with.
"It's Madam Kurama! We are receiving a distress signal from Fox's Den front desk! It's also on the news!" the guard explained.
Chomei lost some of his composure as he whipped out his phone, seeing indeed his silenced phone had tried to get his attention a few minutes earlier.
"Fuck…" Chomei stated as he then called his siblings in a group phone call. "This is gonna be a headache."
Back in the Present…
Naruto took a deep breath as he neared the stairs.
"You ready?" Naruto asked everyone.
"Need you ask?" Arnold replied.
"Sure." Shino dully said, a soft buzzing coming from his body.
"I've been itching to test myself." Gaara said as he cracked his neck and knuckles.
"Yes." Karen said as she felt an itchy trigger finger.
"Let's fuck this bitch UP!" Fuu exclaimed as she summoned her back pincers.
Naruto looked up the stairwell, leading to where the fight was.
Where his family and comrades were fighting for their lives.
'If there was going to be music, there's only one choice…' Naruto thought as he mentally tried to hype/prepare himself for what would be outside that door. 'It's most appropriate for ironic reasons… the best reasons.'

Without speaking, Naruto started to run, the five sinners following him before he cut the door, exposing them to the Pandemonium.
It was like Ragnarök in God of War: Ragnarök.
By the time Naruto and his comrades hit the battle field, several minutes of combat had been underway.
The battle not only took place outside Fox's Den in the streets, but had spread within the building and nearby buildings.
Blood coated the ground.
Corpses littered the floor.
Gunfire, battle cries, and clinking of metal filled the air.
"This way." Karen said, taking lead. "Kurama should be in her office!"
The rag tag group of underdogs followed the cat toward Kurama's office.
ONLY to be stopped when a blade embedded the ground before Karen, making her stop.
"Tama…" Karen whispered as the fox child stood between them and the stair case, pulling her sword out of the floor.
Outside…
"GET BACK HERE!" Kiba screamed/demanded from Moxxie, who was favoring quick, dodging movements as he took pot shots at the Bull Terrier sinner.
Moxxie said nothing as he evaded Kiba before getting in, under Kiba's guard.
Kiba could not stop himself from growling.
Flashback…
"LET ME HIT YOU…" Kiba shouted as he narrowly dodged a shot from Los Lobos. "AND STOP SHOOTING AT ME!"
"MY FUCKING SATAN, YOU'RE STUPID! NO WONDER NARUTO CALLED YOU CUCK-IBA!" Moxxie yelled, avoiding the Sinner's claw attack, his jacket getting cut open.
A vein bulged on Kiba's forehead.
'Don't…' He thought, biting his lip to keep himself in control.
"Naruto also told me your mom's boyfriend stuck a finger in your ass, that's why you're fucked in the head!" Moxxie claimed, remembering Naruto mentioning this.
The vein on Kiba's head burst.
"GATSUGA!" Kiba shouted, lunging forward with a spinning force, becoming a tornado of sorts.
Moxxie didn't dodge, nor did he freeze.
He simply held Los Lobos, charging it as he pointed it at Kiba, predicting his trajectory.
He pulled the trigger, and a large, concentrated blast of magic struck Kiba, breaking his offense and sending him off of the property.
Flashback End…
Kiba's knee hit Moxxie's chest, forcing Moxxie out of his guard.
"I WON'T FALL FOR THAT AGAIN!" Kiba yelled as he flexed his clawed fingers. "GATSUGA!"
Moxxie was off balance, eyes wide.
"EXTEND!"
Moxxie watched as the spear head hooked his clothing, snagging it, and then pushed him out of the way before it retracted, making Kiba miss Moxxie, ending his attack and landing on all fours.
"Moxxie, go help out the long-range fighters." Verosika told her father-in-law, tapping her spear on her shoulder, glaring with distain at Kiba. "I'll put down the mutt."
"You sure?" Moxxie asked as he didn't want to abandon his family to fight alone.
Verosika nodded.
Biting his lip, Moxxie nodded and backed off, running to join the other long-range fighters by holstering Los Lobos and grabbing a sniper rifle.
Kiba Tsk'd.
"The runner came back. Why? Afraid of being a coward?" Kiba harassed Verosika as she spun her spear in hand.
Verosika's expression was cold, focused, and unafraid.
"At least I didn't get molested by my mother's boyfriend, Cuck-iba."
"THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN!" Kiba screamed in anger as he charged forward.
Meanwhile…
Loona stared at Hinata.
"Just for the record, I always hated you." Hinata stated as she glared at Loona. "The moment you came into my life, everything went to shit!"
"I did nothing to you that you didn't deserve!" Loona snapped back.
"Oh, really?" Hinata snapped. "Is that why you had your fuck toy murder Kiba and me?"
Flashback…
"N-no… please…" Hinata sloppily said, tears in her eyes and slobber dripping from her mouth.
"Oh, I do believe we are BEYOND begging, Hyuga…" Naruto said in a deep tone as he took slow, deliberate steps.
"Babe…" Kiba called out, glob of blood spraying into his hands.
"I-i-i-i… I'll make good on my promise!" Hinata screamed, desperately trying to get away.
"Oh, and what…" Naruto said as he twirled his knife, a dull, apathetic look in his eyes. "Promise… are you talking about?"
"I promised I'd fuck you if you took me to Homecoming! Remember!" Hinata said as she bumped into the couch, hand reaching out to get up, her knees shaking as Naruto allowed her to stand. "If you stop… and get us to a hospital… I'll do it…"
Naruto's body shifted, his piercing eyes not leaving Hinata's.
Hinata heard Kiba's coughing, looking past the assailant to see him bleeding out, his pale skin making her panic.
"Please… I'll…"
Hinata hit the ground, the knife in her breast having been violently removed, leaving her with a ripped open boob.
The stroma started to mix with her blood and oozed out quickly.
"I don't think I'll take your offer, because," Naruto said as he knelt next to Hinata, both knives being lifted up. "I don't make deals with the dead."
With expert aim, one knife dug into and cut Kiba's carotid artery as the second plunged into Hinata's heart.
Both dead, instantly.
Flashback End…
Loona quirked an eyebrow.
'Naruto mentioned they said that before.' Loona thought as she remembered the aftermath of saving Naruto from Crimson trying to force him to marry Chazz. 'That these two believe Naruto killed them.'
"I can easily tell you, Naruto didn't kill you, because if he did, he…"
Loona side stepped a kick to her head, wrapping the chain of her weapon around Hinata's leg, yanking it down.
Hinata landed on her feet.
"I don't want to hear your excuses, cum-dump." Hinata stated as she spun, landing her knee strike to Loona's chest.
Loona skidded back, loosely off balance as she retracted her claw weapon.
'She isn't joking…' Loona gasped, feeling her torso ache in pain.
Hinata didn't allow Loona the time to recover, once again above Loona, leg raised for an Axe Kick.
Loona rolled, leaving an amount of chain to once more wrap around Hinata, but this time getting around her torso.
With a pivot, Loona spun Hinata through one of the buildings.
Meanwhile…
"Deciding to be a woman and fight me hand to hand?" Millie asked as she and Melani engaged once again.
Melani snarled, wielding her beloved knife, enhanced with magic to extend its range and to emit heat, connected to the frost covered blade of Leviathan Axe.
Steam of heat and cold surrounded the women as they continued to clash.
"I thought I'd keep it personal, after all…" Melani's focus was sharp, not breaking contact with Millie's eyes.
Flashback…
Naruto helped Millie move away from Melani, who turned onto her hands and knees, nearly vomiting.
'I gotta escape!' Was Melani's foremost thoughts.
Without any attempt to retaliate, Melani shot to her feet and took off, blood squeezing from her body with each movement…
Before she felt lighter…
Her tail.
She didn't FEEL her tail.
Because it hit the ground.
Her knife clattered beside her tail… Millie had thrown it after ripping it out of her side, with Naruto currently pinching the stab wound shut.
Melani's brain registered the pain. It was a literal PAIN IN HER ASS!
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Melani screams, jumping up and down like a child who burned their finger touching a hot cookie sheet. "MOTHER FUCKER, I'M GONNA KILL YOU!"
Tears started to stream out of her eyes as she mentally broke.
"IMMA KILL YA…" She snorted as snot bubbled from her nose and spit flying out of her mouth as she grabbed her knife.
However, instead of attempting to make good on her promise of murder, Melani fled.
Flashback End…
"… You cut my tail!" She reminded Millie, using her tail to wrap around Millie's ankle, yanking her out from under, making the imp drop her axe as the Sinner swung her around like a doll before slamming her into the ground.
The ground cracked under Millie, but it didn't stop her from getting up, blood and sweat mixing on her skin as she charged at Melani, who charged toward the imp.
"BUT THIS TIME I'LL BE TAKING YOUR HEAD!" both women screamed as they threw fists, hitting each other in the torso.
Meanwhile…
"THIS TIME I'LL BE POPPING YOU LIKE A BALLOON, YOU DIRTY TOAD!" Manda yelled, armed with his guns as he made his way toward Gamabunta.
Bunta was covered in bandages, his wounds seemingly nowhere healed enough for him to be fighting, but here he was.
"COME ON, BUNTA! AREN'T WE FRIENDS? SAY SOMETHING!" Manda demanded as he took several shots at the former Toad Yakuza Boss.
Gamabunta jumped up, avoiding the shots, but he didn't just land on the ground.
No.
His aim was true.
He landed before Gamaken.
"… boSSS!"
The Ungraceful Toad was struck in the throat, having had his guard down, and his shield was stolen as he collapsed.
Gamabunta, now armed with the shield, jumped back toward Manda, drawing his own tanto from behind.
Manda's tongue flicked in happiness as he smiled.
The last time they had fought, Bunta hadn't drawn his sword, but now he had.
"YES, COME ON, BITCH!" Manda screamed in joy. "SHOW ME WHAT YOU LOVE!"
Manda was blitzed by Gamabunta slamming him with the shield, only to be struck in the head by the pommel of his sword.
Gamabunta was about to go to the next opponent.
"DAD!"
Gamabunta turned to see his sons.
Gamatatsu had tears in his eyes, Gamakichi keeping him from running to their father.
"Careful, he just took out Manda in two strikes." He warned his brother. "And he hurt Gamaken…"
Kichi was angered, but was shaken.
He was facing his father.
"Dad…" Kichi said with conviction as he drew his tanto, Gamatatsu stepping behind him, his cheeks begging to puff out due to preparing water magic attack. "We are bringing you home!"
The brother's saw Gamabunta's face soften.
But then it returned to a serious face, holding up his shield.
"Fight…" was what the boys heard their father say in a very short whisper, sounding very tired.
Gritting his teeth, Kichi charged his father, his free hand filled with pure magic as he palm thrust into the shield.
"TOAD SLAP!"
The shield shattered, making Bunta stumble backwards.
"HIGH PRESSURE WATER GUN!"
Gamatatsu spewed a thin, yet powerful, stream of high pressured water, intending to incapacitate his father.
However, Gamabunta, despite being off balance, shifted enough of his weight to regain his balance and jump high into the air, allowing Tatsu's attack to strike and gruesomely kill many people behind him.
"OH, FUCK, I AM SORRY!" Tatsu began, only to be grabbed by Kichi, and thrown aside.
"PAY ATTENTION!" Kichi yelled as Gamabunta's cheeks bulged.
"WATER SHOT GUN!" Gamabunta shouted, a spread shot of water bullet projectiles raining down on his sons, friends, and foes.
"I'm sorry, Kichi!" tatsu apologized as Kichi got them out of the way.
"No… it's okay… it's difficult." Gamakichi told his brother in a gentle tone. " But if you can't focus, then you need to retreat."
"But…"
"Bro…" Kichi interrupted, looking his brother in the eyes as Gamabunta landed back on the ground. "I need you to help me… but if you can't…"
It hurt Kichi to say this.
"If you can't, then I waste time saving you… please…"
Tatsu saw Kichi shaking.
It was overwhelming.
This was his first major fight, and he had promised to act as support for his brother.
But it was difficult.
All the fighting.
All the death.
All the blood.
All the sounds.
"I… I'll stay!" Tatsu stated with shaky conviction, standing behind Kichi, preparing his next attack.
"Thank you… li'l bro." Kichi said as he stood up, returning his focus to Gamabunta, who had a small, yet proud smile on his face.
As all the fighting was going on, Katsuyu and her followers were assisting via healing or using magic/fire arms.
Meanwhile…
"ALL OF US NEED TO GET THERE, NO EXCUSES!" Chomei shouted as he was leaving Greed, heading to Lust. "NO, I'M NOT FUCKING JOKING!"
"But Chomei…"
"USE THE FAMILY TELEPORT FOR ALL I CARE, JUST GET TO LUST, RIGHT NOW!" Chomei shouted for the last time, hanging up.
He had his wings fluttering as fast as he could, trying to get to Lust.
His family was in trouble.
She needed his help.
'We will save you…' Chomei thought as one very specific individual came to mind.
Meanwhile…
Tamamo pulled her katana out of the ground.
"Tama…"
"What are you doing, Karen, Arnold?" Tamamo asked as she stared at the two adults.
A look of worry and hurt in her eyes.
A yearning for what she was seeing was not true.
"Step aside, Tamamo!" Naruto stated as he stepped forward. "We need to get to Kurama, now!"
Tamamo's whole body shook.
"..."
"You won't reason with her."
Naruto turned to see Blitz.
He was slightly scuffed up, but overall, he was fine.
Jackal and Casull in hand as he stepped between the group and Tamamo.
"You can't talk her out of this." Blitz stated coldly, seeing himself in Tamamo's shoes. "You'll need to use force. Force you can't waste on her."
"Blitz, we…"
"Get going, I'll keep her busy without killing her." Blitz told everyone.
Karen felt like she was going to be sick.
She didn't want this to happen.
She never wanted Tamamo to fight.
Arnold put a hand on her shoulder as Naruto, Shino, Gaara, and Fuu started to walk toward the stairway.
"We need to assist."
Karen began to tear up as she nodded.
The duo hustled to follow their boss, only for Tamamo to make an attack, her swords drawn, over her shoulder for a heavy strike.
*BANG*
However, she was forced to deflect a bullet from Blitz.
"KEEP MOVING!" He ordered, Naruto and crew not stopping.
"You are going to be a nuisance." Tamamo told Blitz as she visibly calmed, landing on the ground.
Blitz smirked.
"Stop, you're gonna make me blush." He taunted before his face and tone completely melted into serious. "She abuses you…"
Blitz used Jackal to block a slash to his head, pointing Casull at Tamamo's torso, making her freeze, not in fear, but due to stalemate.
"She abuses you, manipulates you, makes you feel like NOTHING." Blitz continued.
His words cut deep.
"You want to break free…" Blitz saw himself as a child, spending time with the boy who would become his beloved, way back in their past. "But the chains of blood and family keep you shackled in place."
Tamamo flinched.
"You know nothing…"
"I know more than you think!"
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!" Tamamo screamed, unable to stay calm, only to get struck with Casull.
"I KNOW WHO I AM TALKING TO, THAT IS FOR SURE!"
"YOU'RE NOT MAKING SENSE!" Tamamo screamed, her voice cracking.
"YOU CAN FOOL YOURSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE, BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL ME!" Blitz yelled back, pulling away to let Tamamo recover as he wasn't going or trying to kill her, but stall her. "I know who you are!"
Tamamo swung her sword very sloppily.
"YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME YOU FUCKING LUNATIC!" Tamamo screamed.
Blitz avoided her strike, grabbing her upper arm, pulling Tamamo's face close to his.
"I know everything about you. You play it that you're the hardest and the meanest…" Blitz told her, his voice stern, strict, and blunt. "But actually, you're the most scared of all."
"Shut up!"
Tamamo kicked Blitz in the ribs, but he didn't relent, pulling Tamamo closer.
"I know you act like you don't care about other people's feelings, punishing yourself when your loved ones aren't around, because that little bit if love…" Blitz's eyes were tearing up. "Reminds you how big and empty that hole inside you actually is."
"I said SHUT UP!" Tamamo screamed, kicking Blitz again, this time, using her short sword to stab him, only for Blitz to twirl around her, keeping grasp on her arm.
"I know that sperm bank upstairs that gave birth to you doesn't care a damn thing about you!"
"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"
"JUST LIKE MY OLD FUCKING MAN WHO USED ME FOR ENTERTAINMENT, MANIPULATED ME BY USING MY MOTHER AS 'INSENTIVE' TO PLEASE A CROWD!"
Blitz pulled Tamamo in, their noses touching.
Both unable or unwilling to blink their tears away.
"I KNOW EXACTLY WHO YOU ARE, LITTLE GIRL!" Blitz took a deep, cracked breath as Naruto and his crew got to Kurama's office. "Because you're me."
Tamamo's throat felt choked.
The sincerity of Blitz's words.
She could see it in his eyes.
Blitz felt her tremble in his grasp as he saw her ear flatten against her head, tail go between her legs.
His face softened, pulling the child into a hug.
As the imp hugged the fox child, Naruto's hand grabbed the doorknob to Kurama's office.
Just as he started to open it, he and his grew were blown back by a mass amount of magic, seemingly grabbing them, and sending them out of the building.
The six demons went through several buildings before landing on their backs within a construction site.
"Well…" a soft, sensual voice said from above. "I didn't expect traitors… I guess the explosives were your idea, Karen?"
Everyone shot to their feet, armed if they had weapons, and prepared to fight.
Kurama stood before them in battle attire.
She wore a battle kimono.
This was kept open, her left arm in the sleeve (thus covering her massive burn scars), while her right arm was exposed, her breasts wrapped with white cloth while a similar cloth wrapped around her abs.
She wore baggy earth colored kimono pants that were tied off at her knees.
She had let her hair down.
At her hip was Tessaiga.
"Damn right, they were!" Karen admitted as she pulled out a sniper rifle as Arnold slipped Angel Metal Brass Knuckles.
Naruto held his Nuada sword.
Fuu had her pincers ready as Shino stood behind her, a handful of insects beginning to swarm around him.
Gaara had his sand floating around him.
Kurama couldn't help but smile maliciously.
"I'll swallow your souls." She declared, grabbing Tessaiga's hilt. "WIND SCAR!"
Chapter 138, DONE!
Well, I got all the fights set up.
