In the Inkwell Isles at the cottage, Elder Kettle goes about his usual day watering his precious garden.
"Gee, I hope my boys and my human are doing well on their extended vacation." Elder Kettle said, unaware they were hiding out in Heaven and Gwen was a goddess now.
Back in Heaven, the group spend the morning in a new room they discovered: the spa room. It contained a hair and nail salon, massage tables, facials and other body treatments.
Clarence gets his hair trimmed, Ms. Chalice gets polished, Gwen and the cups get massages.
"This is the best discovery today." Gwen said, feeling relaxed.
"You said it Gweny." Cuphead agreed.
"Took the words out of my mouth." Mugman agreed.
"We're hiding out in luxury." Ms. Chalice said.
One servant styles Clarence's hair.
"What do you think sir?" The servant asked.
"This is… perfect!" Clarence complimented.
"Thank you, sir." The servant thanked.
"No, thank you. You really outdid yourself." Clarence thanked back and stood up.
Everyone finishes their spa treatment and walk back to the throne room.
"So, what do you guys wanna do now?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"Hmm…" Gwen said looking out the window, noticing the god's palaces on top of Mount Olympus.
"I wonder if…" Gwen said to herself.
"Wonder what?" Clarence asked.
"Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be on top of the world?" Gwen asked.
"What do you mean? We already are." Clarence asked.
"I mean from the tallest mountain in the world." Gwen answered.
"Oh, wait. You mean Mount Everest? The world's most dangerous mountain?" Clarence asked.
"Yep. That's in Nepal." Gwen answered.
All 3 cups gathered around the couple.
"Do I hear of another adventure today?" Cuphead asked.
"You heard right buddy." Gwen said.
"Where are we going this time?" Mugman asked.
"You'll see." Gwen answered.
"Uh honey? Will you dress us warm? It's gonna be cold there." Clarence asked.
"Oh, right." Gwen said.
Gwen magically dresses her friends into winterwear. Then she tapped her ink pen and disappeared and arrive in a city called Kathmandu.
"Ooh. What is this cold place?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"Guys, welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal. Surrounded by the Himalayas." Gwen answered.
"Kathmandu?" Cuphead asked.
"Nepal?" Mugman asked.
"Himalayas?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"Do you guys see that really high mountain there?" Gwen asked and pointed.
The group looked up.
"That's the world's tallest and dangerous mountain: Mount Everest." Gwen announced.
"Woah." Both cups said.
"What do ya mean dangerous?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"Chalice, it is treacherous to climb, also a high risk of falling, avalanches. That's why no one who tried climbing up ever came back if you catch my drift. One crew disappeared mysteriously in 1924." Clarence answered.
"Not to mention high altitude sickness." Gwen added.
"What's that?" Cuphead asked.
"It's when you get sick from no oxygen. And up there has barely oxygen. It can cause nausea, vomiting, amnesia and dizziness." Gwen answered.
The cups shudder at the thought.
"Well, we don't have to climb it, we can just fly up there. We'll be the first up there." Ms. Chalice said.
"Local legend has it that the mythical giant white furry creatures called yetis live on that mountain." Gwen said.
"Whoo! Another myth to be proven real!" Cuphead cheered in excitement.
"But first, let's explore this place and we'll save Mount Everest for last." Gwen suggested.
"Yeah!" All 3 cups cheered.
Gwen summons Cerulean Bolt and the group hop on and fly. They check out various Buddhist and Hindu temples and fly through the Garden of Dreams. Then they fly over the Narayanhiti Royal Palace.
"See that palace?" Gwen asked.
The group looked to see a beautiful palace.
"That's where the King of Nepal and his family live." Gwen said.
"Cool!" Cuphead said.
They continue flying and enjoy the scenic view of the Himalayas. They landed to explore the National Museum of Nepal. They look at the beautiful artwork, Buddhist statues, ancient pottery, and ancient Nepalese culture and animal displays.
"Ooh, look at all these animals!" Cuphead said, looking at the animal display.
"And look at this butterfly collection!" Ms. Chalice said.
"Wow, look at how they lived long ago." Gwen said.
"Yeah. They knew how to survive up here." Clarence said.
"Hey! Check out these crazy mirrors!" Cuphead called.
They look and notice the cups making funny shapes in the various mirrors.
"Skinny, fat, wavy!" Mugman said, checking out different reflections.
"Come on guys! Try it out!" Ms. Chalice called.
Gwen and Clarence look at their own various reflections and laughed.
"Okay, that was fun and all, but can we grab some lunch? I'm starvin'." Cuphead asked.
"Sure buddy." Clarence answered.
The group leave the museum and shop at a local gift shop. They buy singing bowls, yak wool sweaters, prayer wheels, mala beads, wood carvings, a jumping tiger game and yeti plush dolls.
Next, they sit at a local restaurant and order dal bhat (soup, rice and vegetables), momos (steamed dumplings), wo (lentli pancakes), thukpa (noodle soup), gorkhali lamb (lamb curry dish), and sel roti (combination of bagel and donut) for dessert.
"This Nepal food is spicy yet awesome!" Cuphead complimented and continued eating.
"These lentil pancakes aren't so bad either." Mugman added.
"And these killer dumplings!" Ms. Chalice said, eating a momo.
"Aren't we forgetting something guys?" Gwen asked.
"What?" Clarence asked.
Gwen took her glass of raksi in her hand.
"Oh." Clarence said, grabbing his glass.
The cups grab their glasses of lemon soda.
"To a Nepali day of fun and adventure." Gwen toasted.
They clinked their cups and sipped their drinks.
"So, what do you think we'll find up on Mount Everest?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"Probably the tops of the Himalayan mountains I think there's nothing special up there." Mugman guessed.
"No, we're gonna find yetis! Maybe a whole village on top of the mountain!" Cuphead answered excitedly.
"Guys, we don't know that. We'll just fly up there, see what's up there and that's it." Gwen said.
Just then, they hear a local girl snickering. They ignore her at first.
"Anyway, it'll be a quick visit. From the top and then back to the bottom." Gwen continued
They hear the girl snickering again. Gwen loses her patience and turns around.
"I'm sorry. Do you find something funny?" Gwen asked sternly.
"Sorry, I couldn't help but overhear. That is so cute and funny. You 'flying' up to Mount Everest, finding yetis and flying back down!" The girl answered and laughed.
"Ha, ha. Laugh all you want. But we're going regardless." Cuphead said unfazed.
"You kapaharū and Americans won't last 30 minutes up that mountain." The girl said.
"Whatever. Come on guys. Let's go." Gwen said, finishing up her lunch.
Everyone finished their lunch then get ready to leave with Gwen to journey to Mount Everest. Gwen called Cerulean Bolt, and they hop on.
"Wait a minute, what is that?!" The girl asked shockingly.
"If you must know Ms. Nosy, this is my magic carpet. And we're gonna fly on him to the top of the mountain." Gwen answered.
The girl didn't laugh now that she realized Gwen was being serious.
"I must warn you. Even if you fly up there, the risk of avalanches is extremely high, the storms will be savage, and the inclement conditions are below freezing. You will all die up there." The girl warned seriously.
"Thanks for the warning, but we've been through much worse. Haven't we guys?" Gwen said and asked.
"I dunno Gwen. Maybe she's right." Clarence said.
"What's your name?" Gwen asked.
"I'm Kaneila Basnet. And you are?" Kaneila introduced herself and asked.
"I'm Gwendolyn Mae Emmons. Gwen for short. This is my fiancé Clarence Hopewell and my best friends Cuphead, Mugman and Ms. Chalice." Gwen introduced.
"You are really doing this? Fly up to the top of Mount Everest on that thing?" Kaneila asked.
"Yes. You can laugh all you want but we're doing it." Gwen said, losing patience.
"No, I'm sorry I laughed at you. I thought you were joking." Kaneila apologized.
"We accept your apology." Mugman said.
"Dhan'yavāda. If you're going to fly up there, you need to be prepared." Kaneila said.
"Like what?" Cuphead asked.
"First, you will need stronger winter clothes than what you're all wearing. Second, you will need special equipment like ice axe, boots with spikes for hard packed snow, climbing harness, carabiners, trekking poles and special glasses to protect your eyes from freezing." Kaneila pointed out.
"Wow, you know about mountain climbing." Ms. Chalice complimented.
"Yes. My father's a mountain guide. I learned a lot from him." Kaneila explained.
"Then maybe you would like to be our mountain guide." Clarence suggested.
"What me?" Kaneila asked shockingly.
"Yeah, you know mountain climbing. So, we could use an expert like you." Gwen said.
"But I am still an amateur climber. Mount Everest is the ultimate test for master climbers." Kaneila explained.
"You won't have to climb. We'll fly up there. Plus, I'll protect us with my magic." Gwen pointed out.
"Wait, what? Magic?" Kaneila asked.
Gwen proves it by using her ink pen to magically dress the group in heavier winterwear and all the equipment Kaneila explained.
"Are baap re! You really are magic!" Kaneila exclaimed, looking at her new outfit.
"So, Kaneila. Are you with us or not?" Gwen asked.
Kaneila thought for a moment.
"Fine, what have I got to lose?" Kaneila reluctantly agreed.
She climbs on Cerulean Bolt and fly to the bottom of the mountain. The group look up in wonder at the long journey above them.
"Woah!" The 3 cups exclaimed.
"See that? It's a really long way up. You sure your carpet can handle flying that high?" Kaneila asked and pulled out a map and armed herself with an ice axe.
"Trust me Kaneila. He can handle any storm mother nature can dish out. You will guide us where to go." Gwen assured her.
"But we do need to be careful. Kaneila is right you know." Mugman said, feeling cautious.
"You ready for this buddy?" Gwen asked Cerulean Bolt.
Cerulean Bolt gave a thumbs up gesture.
"Then let's do this! Fly up to the top of that mountain!" Gwen ordered.
Cerulean Bolt flew up the mountain as Kaneila screamed and held onto Gwen.
"We need to head to Khmba Icefall!" Kaneila exclaimed and pointed.
They fly over a steep area of broken ice and crevasses.
"Wow! Don't wanna fall down there!" Cuphead said looking down.
"Don't look down! It causes dizziness and instability!" Kaneila warned.
They fly up western Cwm, then up Lhoste Face.
"Oh! I don't feel good!" Cuphead complained, feeling sick.
"Oh! Me too!" Ms. Chalice complained, also feeling sick.
"And me three!" Mugman added feeling sick.
"Oh no! They're getting high altitude sickness! And so am I!" Kaneila realized feeling sick.
"Oh! Me five!" Clarence complained.
"Wait, why aren't you feeling sick?" Kaneila asked, groaning.
Gwen didn't answer, knowing she is a goddess.
"Hang on guys! I'll save you!" Gwen said and quickly held up her ink pen.
She magically casts a protective spell, healing them of their high-altitude sickness.
"Ah! That's better!" Cuphead said, feeling relieved.
"Thanks, Gweny!" Mugman thanked.
"You saved us again." Ms. Chalice said.
"Good thinking honey! We all could've been dead." Clarence said.
"How… how did you do that?" Kaneila asked in shock.
"I… I am powerful too." Gwen confessed.
"Wow. I really underestimated you." Kaneila admitted.
"It's okay. It happened to me before and it won't be the last." Gwen said.
"Now, that we're all cured, where to now?" Cuphead asked.
"Now we must fly up to Generva Spur up where it leads to the summit! Beware, that is what is known as the death zone! That is where almost everyone who got this far died!" Kaneila warned.
"Got it!" Gwen answered.
Cerulean Bolt continued flying up the mountain until a strong wind blew them.
"Hang on!" Gwen said.
Gwen puts a protective spell on Cerulean Bolt, to keep him from freezing solid.
"Genuis!" Mugman complimented.
"We're not there yet!" Gwen said.
Cerulean Bolt continued flying through the south call until he finally reached the summit, the top of Mount Everest. They land on the top, giving Cerulean Bolt time to rest.
"Wow!" The group exclaimed in wonder.
They look at the beautiful view of the surrounding Himalayan mountains.
"I don't believe it! This is the summit!" Ms. Chalice exclaimed.
"It's so beautiful!" Clarence said.
"It's like being on another planet!" Cuphead said.
"Yeah, endless blue sky!" Mugman added looking up.
"Wow. In all my years, I never thought I'd live to see this once in a lifetime view." Kaneila said with a few tears.
"Is it everything you dreamed of?" Gwen asked.
Kaneila sniffled.
"Yes Gwen. I have you to thank for all of this." Kaneila answered with a smile.
They stood for a few minutes, admiring the view of the top of the world.
"Alright, ready to get out of here?" Gwen asked.
"Yeah. I think I got my good view of this place." Cuphead said.
"We should go before something else happens." Kaneila suggested.
They get back on Cerulean Bolt and started flying back down the summit. They fly downward until a strong wind started blowing.
"Ooh! That's a strong wind!" Cuphead exclaimed.
Just then, Mugman was blown off the carpet.
"AHHH…!" Mugman screamed.
"MUGMAN!" Gwen cried.
Cerulean Bolt flew down to a falling Mugman and Gwen reached her arm out to him. Mugman tried to grab her hand until he landed on the snow and started tumbling until he was formed into a giant snow boulder.
He kept rolling down the mountain until he slammed into something enormous. Mugman popped his head out of the snow pile.
"Whew! That was close! I thought I was dead for sure!" Mugman said relieved.
But his relief was short-lived when suddenly, a giant white furry angry face popped out of the snow and growled at Mugman. The giant white monster emerged from the snow and cracked his knuckles, preparing to pound Mugman for crashing into him.
Mugman screamed loudly and ran for his life and the giant white monster chased after him. Mugman ran down the mountain until his friends find him.
"Mugman! You're okay!" Cuphead called, feeling relieved.
"Guys! There's a-a-a- a giant white monster!" Mugman yelled.
"Monster? Don't be silly Mugman." Kaneila said in denial.
"Come on, let's get out of here." Gwen said, grabbing Mugman and pulling him back on.
Just then, they hear loud roaring.
"W-W-W-What was that?!" Cuphead asked fearfully.
"That's the giant monster!" Mugman yelled.
They looked at the giant white monster running after them.
"Is that a…" Clarence was about to ask until Kaneila yelled.
"YETI!" Kaneila yelled.
"RUN!" Gwen yelled.
Cerulean Bolt attempted to fly away until the yeti snatched Mugman in his fist.
"HELP!" Mugman yelled.
"Oh no you don't you big palooka!" Gwen angrily yelled.
Gwen took off her silver bracelet and jumped on the yeti's shoulder. Gwen used her bright light trick to temporarily blind the yeti, giving her a chance to grab Mugman from the monster's fist.
"Thanks, Gweny!" Mugman thanked.
"Don't thank me yet!" Gwen said.
She handed Mugman to her friends on Cerulean Bolt. But when she tried to jump on, she is suddenly snatched by the yeti in his fist.
"GWEN!" The group yelled in horror.
The yeti angrily looked at Gwen, preparing to crush her. Kaneila draws out her gorkha knife, preparing for a fight. Gwen tried not to be afraid until she remembered something.
"Why did you chase after my friend?" Gwen asked bravely.
The yeti looked confused at Gwen, then made growling noises.
"What? You were just minding your own business until he ran into you with that snow pile?" Gwen asked, understanding him.
"Uh, what is happening?" Kaneila asked confused.
"Oh right! She can talk to animals! She's talking to the yeti!" Clarence said, remembering her power she obtained in Brazil.
"Gwen, tell him to leave us alone!" Cuphead called.
"I'm getting to that!" Gwen called back.
The yeti continued growling at Gwen, speaking to her.
"No, that's where you're wrong. He didn't mean to. He had a bad fall and tumbled down the mountain in a snow boulder and unintentionally ran into. It was all an accident!" Gwen spoke up, defending Mugman.
The yeti looked confused at Mugman as he chuckled nervously.
"So please, will you spare him?" Gwen asked pleading.
The yeti thinks for a moment, then started growling again.
"Okay, thank you. It won't happen again." Gwen thanked.
The yeti placed Gwen back on Cerulean Bolt.
"Wow. A real yeti." Clarence said in awe.
"Don't worry guys. I straightened it out with Snowflake here." Gwen assured her friends.
"Snowflake?" Cuphead asked.
"That's his name." Gwen answered.
Cuphead was about to laugh until Snowflake growled at him.
"What did he say?" Cuphead asked nervously.
"He just asked 'Do you find my name funny you little brat?'" Gwen translated.
"No! No! I just have a bad cough!" Cuphead fearfully lied and fakes coughing.
"Right." Ms. Chalice said in disbelief.
"Okay, it was nice meeting Snowflake here, but we really need to go." Kaneila said.
"Alright, you take care Snowflake. See ya." Gwen said.
They fly away from Snowflake, continuing down the mountain.
Almost reaching the bottom, Cuphead noticed Snowflake following them.
"Uh, guys? That yeti's following us." Cuphead said.
They looked and noticed Snowflake tailing after them.
"Why is he following us?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"I dunno." Clarence said.
Gwen gestures Cerulean Bolt to stop as Snowflake approached them once again.
"Okay, I'll just ask it. Why are you following us? What do you want?" Gwen asked.
Snowflake made growling noises again as Gwen listened carefully.
"Well? What's he saying?" Mugman asked.
"Shh!" Gwen shushed.
Snowflake continued growling until he stopped.
"He asked me why I can understand him, how I'm magical and wants to learn about me." Gwen translated.
"Oh, he's curious about you." Kaneila said, figuring it out.
Snowflake nodded and growled.
"He agrees with you." Gwen translated.
Kaneila smiled at Snowflake.
"Anyway, I'm magical and powerful let's just say. We visit place to place helping others in need." Gwen explained to Snowflake.
Snowflake grunted at Gwen, pleading for something.
"What'd he say?" Clarence asked.
"Oh! He said he wants my help to rescue his little ones! They're trapped in a deep crevasse!" Gwen answered in shock.
"Oh my! He's a father!" Kaneila realized.
Snowflake nodded. Then, he snatched Gwen in his fist, placed her on his large shoulder and started running back up the mountain.
"Hey! Wait!" Cuphead called.
"Wait for us!" Mugman called.
Cerulean Bolt flew after Snowflake back up the mountain. He leads the group to a large crevasse where it ran deep into the ground. Gwen looked down and noticed the depth of the crevasse.
"Woah. That's really deep." Gwen said.
Snowflake growled at Gwen.
"How many are down there?" Gwen asked.
Snowflake growled answering her question.
"Three? Oh my!" Gwen exclaimed.
"What did he say?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"He said his 3 children are trapped down in that crevasse!" Gwen answered.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go save them!" Mugman said with urgency in his tone.
"No, Mugman! We can't just fly down there and bring them up. We have to be smart about this." Kaneila cautioned.
"You have a better idea?" Cuphead asked.
"Yes, I do. Gwen, can you make me a snow picket, nylon slings, rope, pulleys and both a locking and unlocking carabiners?" Kaneila asked specifically.
"Okay." Gwen said.
She got out her ink pen and magically made the mountaineering rescue equipment. Kaneila was impressed with Gwen's magic. Kaneila hops off Cerulean Bolt and gets to work. First, she secures herself in the snow to prevent from falling, Next, she started digging a snow anchor with the snow picket.
"What are you doing?" Ms. Chalice asked.
"I'm digging a snow anchor! To hold the weight of the baby yetis!" Kaneila answered.
Kaneila looked up at the group.
"Clarence! I need you down here!" Kaneila called.
Clarence hopped down.
"Okay, what do I do?" Clarence asked.
"I need you to secure the snow anchor. When you feel two tugs, you pull us up. Gwen and I will go down there." Kaneila instructed.
Snowflake lifts Gwen off his shoulder and places her down. Kaneila gets to work, tying herself and Gwen to the ropes and finishes making pulleys and friction hitches with the equipment. Both women looked down in the crevasse.
"Alright, we got one chance at this. You ready?" Kaneila asked.
Gwen nodded.
"Then I will go first. I will call you when it's your turn to come down." Kaneila said.
Kaneila starts her way down the crevasse cautiously and descends into the earth. After a few feet, Kaneila looked up.
"Okay Gwen! Start climbing down!" Kaneila quietly called.
Gwen slowly started climbing down. After a while of climbing, they hear high-pitched growling noises. They looked down and noticed three smaller yetis on the ground looking up, crying for help.
"There they are!" Gwen exclaimed.
"Shh! You make loud noises, and it could trigger an avalanche!" Kaneila quietly warned.
"Oh! Sorry!" Gwen quietly apologized.
"Come on, let's get down there." Kaneila instructed.
The 2 girls climbed down until they finally reached the ground and are greeted by 3 white furry yetis slightly bigger than they were.
"Aw look at them. They're so cute!" Gwen said in a cute-like voice.
The three yetis looked at the 2 humans before them with curiosity.
"Aw, they're curious about us." Kaneila said as a yeti sniffed her hair.
"Yeah, they've probably never seen humans before." Gwen guessed.
"Okay, let's focus getting these guys up to the surface. Gwen, can you make more rope?" Kaneila asked.
Gwen magically creates more rope. Kaneila wraps the rope around each yeti. Once everyone was secure, Kaneila tugs the rope twice, signally Clarence.
"Okay!" Clarence called.
He started pulling, but he realized the yetis were too heavy.
"I can't! They're too heavy!" Clarence yelled.
The 3 cups hop down and try pulling the rope, but it was no use.
"Oh my goodness! We don't have enough strength!" Cuphead exclaimed.
"We need more power!" Mugman added.
Just then, Snowflake's enormous hands grab the rope and started pulling the group up to the surface.
Down below, the humans and yetis were being pulled back up.
"Wow, I didn't know your fiancé was so strong." Kaneila said.
"That's not Clarence." Gwen realized.
Both girls looked up and noticed Snowflake's giant hands pulling them up.
"Snowflake!" Gwen exclaimed.
"Of course! He's super strong!" Kaneila realized.
Suddenly, one of the ropes on one of the yetis started breaking, which gets Gwen's attention.
"Oh no! That one's rope is snapping! He's gonna fall!" Gwen exclaimed.
"No! No! No!" Kaneila yelled worryingly.
Gwen untied herself.
"Gwen! What are you doing?!" Kaneila asked with panic.
Gwen leans downward and used her super strength to catch the yeti just before the rope snapped.
"I got you!" Gwen assured him as he smiled.
Gwen held on as long as she could as Snowflake kept pulling them up. Gwen reaches a point she started to get tired, which gets Kaneila's attention.
"Hurry! Gwen's losing her grip!" Kaneila yelled.
Snowflake hurries up with pulling them up. Just as he pulled Kaneila and two of the yetis to safety, Gwen finally lost her grip and she and the yeti started falling, only for them to be snatched in time by Snowflake in his big hands. Gwen caught her breath as she was too tired to move.
Snowflake smiled at his baby yetis as he held Gwen like a tired baby.
The yetis jumped on their father and hugged him. Mugman suddenly felt a sneeze coming on.
"ACHOO!" Mugman sneezed loudly.
His sneeze echoed around the mountain. Suddenly, a rumbling noise was heard as the group looked up.
"Nice going ding-dong!" Cuphead scolded.
"AVALANCE!" Kaneila yelled.
Snowflake gestured the group to follow him as he quickly carried Gwen away. The others hop back on Cerulean Bolt and quickly fly after him. They arrived at a large dark cave and entered inside as the avalanche sped down and sealed them in the cave until it stopped.
"Oh no! We're trapped!" Ms. Chalice exclaimed.
Snowflake walked up, clenched his fist and punched the snow away, making the entrance visible again.
"Oh, cool!" Cuphead complimented.
"If I'm not mistaken, this is the yeti's cave." Kaneila said, looking around.
"I think you're right." Ms. Chalice agreed.
Snowflake placed Gwen down on a big cushion to rest as he tended to his children and the mother yeti. The group flew up and Clarence hopped off to check on Gwen.
"Are you okay honey?" Clarence asked as he held her up.
"I… I'm fine. I'm just… really exhausted from saving… that little yeti from falling." Gwen said between breaths.
"We should get you home to rest Gweny." Cuphead suggested.
"Yeah. You've done enough." Mugman added.
Clarence lifted Gwen in his arms.
"I got you honey." Clarence said.
"Let's head back to Kathmandu. She can rest in my apartment." Kaneila suggested.
"Good idea." Ms. Chalice agreed.
They waved the yeti family goodbye and Gwen managed to teleport themselves out of the yeti's cave and back to Kathmandu at the restaurant where they met.
Kaneila leads them to her apartment which was not far of a walk. Clarence placed Gwen in Kaneila's bed to rest. Kaneila brews up a hot cup of tea and brings it to her.
"Drink this. It'll help you regain your strength." Kaneila suggested.
Gwen drinks the tea and falls asleep. The group leave the bedroom to let Gwen sleep. They all sipped tea together as they waited.
After 30 minutes, Gwen wakes up and rejoins her friends.
"Hey, Sleeping Beauty's awake." Clarence said.
"Ha ha. Very funny." Gwen sarcastically laughed.
"Boy, you were out like a light." Cuphead said.
"I really overused by godlike strength." Gwen said.
"If you haven't, you wouldn't have saved that baby yeti." Mugman said.
"Yeah until you sneezed and triggered that avalanche!" Ms. Chalice scolded.
"Enough guys. He couldn't help himself." Gwen said to stop their arguing.
"So, where do you all live? In another world?" Kaneila asked.
"You could say that." Cuphead said.
"We're from the Inkwell Isles." Mugman said.
"I would love to explore the Inkwell Isles at a later date. See your mountains." Kaneila said.
"Sure. But beware some of the mountains are actually alive." Ms. Chalice cautioned.
"Cool." Kaneila said fascinated.
"Well, we've got to get going. We'll see you again." Gwen said.
"Please come back. Next time, you will guide me through the Inkwell Isles. I would like to speak to these 'living' mountains." Kaneila said.
"We'll keep you posted." Ms. Chalice said.
"Bye!" The group exclaimed.
Gwen teleports back to Heaven to remain in hiding. Kaneila started joining her father leaning more mountaineering and survival. With no one watching, Kaneila and the yeti Snowflake explore Mount Everest safely as friends.
