New Look New Change Chapter 2

Lincoln woke up and saw he was all alone. "Where am I?" Lincoln thought as he continued walking around. After a few seconds of walking, he saw his family, but their backs were turned.

With that, Lincoln begins to run his family. The closer he got, the more he noticed a strange feeling emanating from them. As he approached them, he began to feel a cold sensation. When he tapped one of their shoulders, they turned around, and Lincoln noticed his family had facing of different animal.

Lori had the face of a lion Leni had the face of an eagle, Luna had the face of a goat, Luan had the face of a hyena Lynn had the face of a bull, Lucy had the face of a bat, Lana had the face crocodile, Lola had the face of a tiger, Lisa had face of a shark, and Lily had the face of a bear.

He glances to his right and observes his parents, who now resemble his sisters. Lynn Sr possesses the visage of panther, while Rita has the countenance of an owl.

Not too long Lincoln saw all 4 pets. Charles, Cliff, Geo, and Walt were there but there are bigger and walking on two.

Before he could do anything, his family and pet attacked him, biting and scaring him causing Lincoln to scratch in pain. Before he passed out, looked up and saw a giant wolf beast growling at him. Without a second thought, the wolf leaped towards him and bit him. Lincoln woke up in a panic. Within a few seconds, Lincoln calmed himself down, looked around, and realized he back in his room.

After a few minutes, Lincoln got up and began to get ready. As he was about to pick out clean clothes, he saw his reflection in the mirror and noticed that he looked different. His once blonde hair was now white as, and his blue eyes had turned emerald, green. This caused Lincoln to step back in shock, but he quickly returned to check again, ensuring wasn't crazy. Before he could do, he heard knock at the door.

Lincoln slipped out of the state and began walking slowly toward the door. Before he could open it, a voice called out.

"Lincoln, can you open the door? I would like to talk to you," a calm voice says. Lincoln recognizes that voice; it is his mother's. He is shaking slightly because of what happened last night, but he cannot help remembering that he can talk. Not only did it shock his family, but it also surprised him. Lincoln thought to himself, how did he regain his ability to talk again?

But he snaps out of his thoughts because he hears knocking at the door. After taking a few more breaths, Lincoln manages to head to the door and starts opening it. When he opens the door, he sees not only his mother but also his father and Lori. Lincoln notices that his parents and Lori look upset. He can tell that all three of them have red eyes, perhaps from crying all night. However, Lori just keeps looking down. So, he decides to speak again, even though he can't speak properly.

Hi mom, dad, and Lori how are you doing

After hearing this, Lincoln's parents couldn't help but tear up upon hearing their son's voice again. Despite knowing that he will have speaking problems, hope that Lisa will help out. They are just glad that Lincoln can speak, and they will do whatever it takes to assist him. Meanwhile, Lori stands there looking at Lincoln with a sad expression. Although she is glad that Lincoln can speak again, seeing the damage in his voice caused by the teenager's actions still fills her with rage.

While she stood her little brother, she couldn't but show more on her, causing parents to look at her. Before they could do anything, Lori hugged Lincoln, surprising and their parents. Lincoln was astonished that Lori had just hugged him. But was when Lori finally spoke.

"I apologize, Lincoln," Lori said, her voice starting to break. "Lincoln, I am deeply sorry for not being there for you when you needed me the most. I apologize for not protecting you from the hurt and that you have experienced. I regret not being a better role model and not showing you the love and support that you deserve."

As your elder sister, I should have been your pillar of strength, your confidante, and your sanctuary. However, I have you, and for that, deeply sorry.

Please know that I love you more than words can express, I promise to do better in the future. I will strive to be the big sister that you need and deserve. I will be more supportive, understanding, and protective.

Once again, I am deeply sorry for failing you. My little brother Lori placed a kiss on his forehead and hugged him. I hope that you can find it in you to forgive me. With that, Lori started to tear up. After a few seconds, Lori felt someone hugging her. When she opened her eyes, it was Lincoln hugging her back. She was shocked until she heard this.

With that Lori started tearing up and with that she felt someone more hugger her. She trues her head and see not just her parent hugging her but the rest of sisters hugging. Even the pets as well.

"That heartwarming moment," Luna said, tearing up. "This is totally beautiful," Leni remarked. "Yeah, it is," Lana and Lola agreed.

After a few minutes a loving family, they let go and everyone looks at each and then back at their brother. After a few seconds, Lisa walks up to Lincoln and begins to speak. "Older brother, I made this to help voice," Lisa says, showing her brother, her inventions Lincoln looks at it in amazement "This what I the Voice Con Necklace. When you put this around your neck, it will connect to your throat. When you think about what you want to say, it will for you. I made sure to include different languages." With that, the necklace to Lincoln.

With that, Lynn Sr. started speaking. "Ok, Lincoln, once you try the Voice Con Necklace, come downstairs. We are going to explain what we are doing today," Lynn Sr. explained. "Ok, kids, head downstairs while Lincoln tries on Lisa's new inventions," Rita said, causing the Loud sisters to nod. With that, Lincoln headed back to his, and the rest of Loud sisters headed downstairs. However, Lola and Lana waited and saw their brother head to his room, close the door, and head downstairs, looking more upset than the rest of the Loud family.

In Lincoln's room he put on the necklace Lisa had made for him. Once he placed around his neck, he began to think about what had said too long ago. "Hello, I am Lincoln Loud," Lincoln's voice echoed.

Upon hearing that, Lincoln was shocked and cried tears of joy at hearing his voice from his thoughts. "It works! I to thank Lisa for that," Lincoln said. After that, Lincoln looked at himself the mirror. As he did this, Lincoln help but remember when he was 4 or 5 and was bullied, causing him to lose his voice and his family worried.

While recalling the incident that angered Lincoln, he vowed to confront the teenager responsible for ruining his and his family's life. However, as he made this decision, he began to feel a strange sensation. Pain surged through his body, and claws began to emerge from his hands. When he looked in the mirror, he saw his reflection transform into a wolf-like beast, causing Lincoln to jump away fear.

Once he looked back at mirror, he saw had returned to normal. After a few minutes, Lincoln started to himself down and thought it was nothing "I think it's just my mind playing tricks on me," Lincoln said. "Oh, I need to get downstairs before everyone comes up to my room

Before he left, Lincoln looked at the stone decided to put it in his pocket. With that, he left his room to head downstairs, thinking it was just his mind playing tricks on him. But what Lincoln didn't know was that his life had changed.
