Chapter 8
Pegasus smiled as he watched the beginning of Yugi's match with Weevil and was intrigued by the fact that Yugi was dueling without the Millennium Puzzle.
'This is interesting since the puzzle allowed Yugi to become the Pharaoh, and not only that, but Yugi would also gain the powers of said Pharaoh, such as his luck to draw the cards he needed to win, but given the fact that Yugi wishes to duel without his puzzle will allow me to see just how skilled he really is without the Pharaoh.' Pegasus said in his mind before turning to his daughter, who was making some changes to her deck to suit her new monster with her lovely dolls, especially her most powerful monster of all.
"Hm. What do you think, Frankie? Would this card be good for the team?" Jasmine asked for the card in her hand, which was a terrifying figure with its head covered in a green rag, only white eyes being shown, and his body had a massive number on him.
The number was twenty-two, and his daughter's childish side amused Pegasus since she was mature like her mother outside of Duel Monsters. However, she still had her father's love of cartoons and entertainment, especially her dolls, which were a special gift from her mother that Jasmine kept close to her since each one had a precious memory in them.
"You're right, Frankie. This will help out Gimmick puppets who love this card. I wonder if our opponent will give us a challenge so we can use it to test it out with Ra." Jasmine said while talking to her friend, who nodded back at her before patting her head. This made Jasmine enjoy the touch of affection from her favorite monster since she saw the real beauty of the monster deep inside it.
Pegasus smiled as he looked at Jasmine's favorite monster before turning to the screen as Weevil started off the duel.
And now, back to the duel.
"I'll start things off by activating my special field spell, Insect Paradise, which allows me to summon higher level insects with one tribute less, so I'll place this one in facedown Defense Mode," Weevil said by placing one of his cards in facedown defense mode before continuing his turn.
"And then I'll play Double Summon to bring out a new bug I added to my collection. Come on out, Field Warden Beetle!" Weevil said as a beetle with a sheriff uniform appeared with a baton in one of its legs.
Field Warden Beetle
Effect Monster
EARTH
Level 4
Insect
ATK/DEF: 1700/1200=2000/1500=2800/2200
Effect:
1. While this card is on the field or in your Graveyard, your Field Spell cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. If a Field Spell is sent to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, you can banish this card from your Graveyard instead.
2. If you control a Field Spell, this card gains 300 ATK and DEF. Additionally, if a Field Spell is activated while this card is in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card but banish it when it leaves the field.
"And since I have a Field Spell in play, he gains another 300 attack and defense points, but that's not all since my Insect Paradise also grants all insect monsters on my field an extra 200 attack and defense points times their level, so my Field Warden Beetle gains another 800 points of power and defense," Weevil said much to Yugi's shock as he saw the insects power rise even more meaning Yugi was going to have to be cautious of Weevils insects and that Field Spell.
"And then I'll place two cards facedown and end my turn. Show me what you can do." Weevil said before Yugi nodded, drew his sixth card, and began his turn.
Insect Paradise
Field Spell
Card Description
Effect
1. All Insect-type monsters you control gain ATK and DEF equal to their Level x 200.
2. You can tribute one less monster to Tribute Summon, an Insect-type monster of Level 5 or higher.
3. While "Insect Queen" is on the field, she gains 500 ATK for each Insect-type monster on the field (including tokens) and doesn't need a Tribute to attack. Additionally, "Insect Queen" can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each.
'None of my monsters are strong enough to face his beetle, and I can't destroy the Field Spell Weevil has as long as he has that beetle, but luckily I have what I need to fight that bug.' Yugi said before starting his turn.
"First, I'll play Foolish Burial to send one card from my deck into the Graveyard and then use Monster Reborn to bring back Summoned Skull!" Yugi said that as Summoned Skull appeared on the field before the field spell was activated.
"And thanks to my Field Spell, Ancient Kings Domain, all Fiends gain 500 attack and defense, but Summoned Skull receives an additional 200 thanks to that," Yugi said as Summoned Skulls power rose even higher.
Ancient King's Domain
Field Spell
Effect
1. All Spellcaster-type monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF. If "Dark Magician" is on the field, it gains an additional 200 ATK and cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects.
2. All Fiend-type monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF. If "Summoned Skull" is on the field, it gains an additional 200 ATK and inflicts piercing battle damage when attacking a Defense Position monster.
3. Once per turn, if you Fusion Summon a monster using "Dark Magician" or "Summoned Skull" as Fusion Material, that Fusion Monster gains 500 ATK and is unaffected by your opponent's Trap cards until the end of the turn.
4. Once per turn, you can draw 1 card for each "Dark Magician" or "Summoned Skull" you control, but you can only activate this effect if you control both "Dark Magician" and "Summoned Skull" simultaneously.
Summoned Skull hissed as his power grew, thanks to the Field Spell.
Attack: 2500700=3300
Defense: 1200700=1900
"And now he'll attack your facedown monster!" Yugi said as the Fiend fired lightning, which scared Weevil until he smirked.
"Sorry to spoil your fun, but I activate my Parasitic Takeover trap card, which allows me to infect your monster with a virus," Weevil said as Summoned Skull hissed in pain before his body gained green and red spots on its body.
"No!"
"Oh yes, and here's the fun part. For each insect that's in the field, he loses five hundred attack points for each insect I have, and since I have two, your Skull loses a thousand power." Weevil chuckled as Summoned Skull fell on his knees and his power drained from his body.
Summoned Skull: 3300-1000=2300
Parasitic Takeover
Normal Trap
Effect:
1. Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip this card to that target. The equipped monster loses 500 ATK for each Insect-type monster you control. During each of your opponent's End Phases, place 1 Parasite Counter on the equipped monster.
2. When the equipped monster has two or more Parasite Counters, take control of that monster. It becomes an Insect-type monster, and its effects are negated. If this card is removed from the field, destroy the equipped monster.
3. If this card is sent to the Graveyard while equipped to a monster, Special Summon 1 Insect-type monster from your Deck with ATK equal to or less than the original ATK of the destroyed monster.
Yugi growled at this and looked at his remaining hand and saw that he couldn't destroy the trap card but was able to see that the facedown monster was Hercules Beetle with a defense of 2500 thanks to the Field Spell.
'At least now I know what he has thanks to the attack, but I have to get rid of the Trap somehow, and I don't have a Mystical Space Typhoon on hand.' Yugi said before he placed one monster in defense mode thanks to his Normal Summon that he hadn't used yet, and placed two cards facedown before looking at his final card, Kuribogh.
'At least I have Kuribogh to deal with any direct damage, and I still have my facedown monster and Summoned Skull.' Yugi said in his mind, confident he would be able to defend himself.
Weevil pushed his glasses up before drawing his only card in hand.
"I'll play Bloody Hercules from my hand, and thanks to Paradise Insects effect, I don't need to tribute to summon him and don't forget his bonus," Weevil said as he summoned Bloody Hercules, who looked like Hercules Beetle but was built for offense instead of defense.

ATK/DEF: 2400/1800=3600/3000
This card gains 300 ATK for each Insect-type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Insect-type monster from your Graveyard; this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each turn. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until after the Damage Step.
"And now I'll have Bloody Hercules attack your facedown monster," Weevil said as Bloody Hercules fired his machine gun and attacked the facedown monster, only for it to be stopped by an elf that was in a priestess garb and wielded a staff that erected a barrier that held out despite Weevil checking her defense points.
"Hold on, how is she not destroyed?! My beetle's attack should've been enough to destroy her!"
"That's because this isn't Mystical Elf."
"What do you mean?"
"When Mystical Guardian Elf is attacked while in defense mode, she can't be destroyed once per turn by battle," Yugi said as he was glad his Mystical Elf got an upgrade after the battle with Slifer's Avatar.

per turn, if this card is in Defense Position, it cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is attacked while in Defense Position, reduce any battle damage you take to 0.
If this card is attacked while in the Defense Position. After damage calculation, you can change this card to Attack Position and gain 500 ATK until the end of your next turn.
"Damn. That's a good one to have, but since it's once per turn, then I'll have my Warden Beetle attack your elf!"
"Then I'll use my own Negate Attack and put a stop to that!" Yugi said as Weevil hissed but was getting excited about the game since he was impressed with Yugi's defense plan before smirking when Weevil ended his turn.
"I'll admit, your defense plan is smart, but how long can it hold?"
"Well, just have to see. I draw!" Yugi shouted as he looked at another new card he gained from Slifer's Avatar when he gained the Egyptian God Card.
"I'll summon Breaker the Magical Warrior and use his skill to add a Magic Counter that gives him an extra 300 attack power, and thanks to the Field Spell, he gains another 300 attack points as well," Yugi said as the magical warrior appeared and was ready for battle.
Breaker the Magical Warrior
1600/1000=2200/1300
"So now you can use the counter to get rid of a Spell or Trap Card, but which one will you choose?" Weevil asked, which made Yugi look at his options since, on the one hand, he could take out Parasitic Takeover or Weevil facedown card.
'I could take out Parasitic Takeover, which will allow me to attack with Summoned Skull, but then I'll have to deal with that facedown card that Weevil hasn't played yet, which might be either another trap or a Quick Play Spell to take care of Summoned Skull.' Yugi said in his mind, wary that this choice would settle the match.
Keith looked concerned about this match and said aloud. "Why is the kid hesitating to use it?"
"Think about it for a moment, Keith," Fenris said before continuing. "Yugi is in a tight spot since his strongest monster on the field is weakened, and granted, he has a chance but is trying to think ahead."
"Indeed. So far, neither has dealt damage to the other. Weevil has done a good job with offense, and utilizing his Field Spell has done wonders, but Yugi is struggling since he wasn't expecting Weevil to make changes to his monsters after his last battle. Since the last time they fought, Weevil relied on Great Moth alone." Issei said, recalling the match with the two from the footage he saw on Yugi's duels before Keith understood and replied.
"So Yugi is trying to choose whether to play the safe option by taking out the facedown or make a risky move and take out Weevil's face-up trap?"
"Exactly, and it looks like that'll be the one that decides the outcome of Weevil's next turn since he has to deal with that Elf Guardian, Yugi's warrior, and possibly Summoned Skull," Fenris said before Issei spoke.
"Yeah, but Weevil doesn't even look scared at all. In fact, he's pretty calm." Issei said before Yugi made his choice.
"I'll destroy Parasitic Takeover!" Yugi shouted as the warrior destroyed the trap, which made Weevil smile even more terrifyingly. Summoned Skull was destroyed, shocking Yugi until Weevil snickered at his shocked expression.
"That's the second effect of Parasitic Takeover. When the trap card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, the equipped monster of the trap will be sent to the Graveyard as well! And thanks for that. Since now I can activate the third effect, which allows me to summon a monster with attack points equal to or less than the monster's original attack points, so since Summoned Skull had 2500 attack points, I'll bring out one of my cards." Weevil said as he placed a fourth monster on the field, which made the field tremble and quake as a massive, monstrous bug appeared before them all.
"Say hello to my favorite monster of all my insects! The ruler of Incest Paradise, Insect Queen!" Weevil shouted as Insect Queen roared and gained more power from the forest.

"Oh, but that's not all. After all, Insect Queen gains even more power since Insect Paradise is where the Queen truly shines. And now she's on the field; it's time for you to know just how powerful she really is." Weevil said as he activated the third effect of Insect Paradise.
"Normally, the Queen only gains 200 attack and defense points for each insect on the field, but with the Field Spell, she gains an extra 500 for each one. Now witness Insect Queen's evolution!"
Insect Queen roared as her fellow subjects gave her more power.

3600/3800=5700/4400
Yugi took a deep breath, understanding that the duel was far from over. "I'll end my turn," he declared, holding onto the only card in his hand.
'I have Kuribogh and my Guardian, who can take one attack, but I have to be careful since my facedown card should be able to help take care of his monsters.' Yugi said, and with his turnover, Weevil drew his next card and looked at his newly summoned Insect monster until he looked at that facedown.
'Yugi obviously wants me to attack and use that facedown card, but why not torture him some more?' Weevil said as he made his move.
"I'll switch Insect Queen to Defense Mode and swap Hercules Beetle to Attack Mode. Now, I'll have Bloody Hercules destroy Breaker, the Magical Warrior!"
Yugi gritted his teeth since he couldn't activate his trap card thanks to Bloody Hercules and watched his only offense monster get destroyed.
3600-1900=1700
Yugi Moto: 8000-1700=6300
"Oh, but I'm not done since my Warden Beetle will attack your High Elf Guardian next!" Weevil declared as the Warden Beetle charged at Mystical Guardian Elf, which made Yugi grit his teeth before making his move.
"I have to stop you!" Yugi shouted before activating his trap. "I summon Mirror Force to destroy all your attack-positioned monsters!"
Weevil only smiled at this as he showed a special insect in his hand.
"And now the fly has fallen into my web," Weevil said as he played his special bug, which shocked Yugi. "And since you activated a trap card, I can summon this little monster to your side from my hand!"
Weevil threw the card as it landed in Yugi's Spell/Trap Zone, which shocked him. A small centipede-like monster appeared and wrapped around Mirror Force before destroying it.
Parasitic Infector

ATK/DEF: 1000/1000
1. (Quick Effect): When your opponent activates a Trap card, you can send this card from your hand to your opponent's side of the field in their Spell/Trap Zone. Negate the activation of that Trap card, and if you do, destroy it.
2. While this card is on your opponent's side of the field, all monsters they control become Insect-type, lose their effects and have their ATK and DEF reduced by 500. Any monster your opponent Summons while this card is on their field, is also affected by this effect.
3. If an "Insect Queen" you control attacks a monster on your opponent's field affected by "Parasitic Infector," you can choose one of the following effects:
Treat the attacked monster as an additional monster on your opponent's field, but its ATK and DEF become 0.
OR
"Insect Queen" gains the original ATK and DEF of the attacked monster until the end of the Battle Phase. After damage calculation, destroy the attacked monster.
4. If "Parasitic Infector" is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while on your opponent's side of the field, Special Summon it back to your side of the field.
The tension in the duel intensified as Yugi watched his Mirror Force trap shatter into pieces, the sinister Parasitic Infector crawling into his Spell/Trap Zone and effectively rendering it useless. Weevil chuckled, savoring the situation as Yugi stared down his opponent's field, realizing just how dire the situation had become.
"Looks like my little Parasitic Infector is doing wonders for me," Weevil sneered. "With that pesky trap gone and your monsters weakened, it's only a matter of time before my insects swarm all over you!"
Yugi gritted his teeth, understanding that his situation was indeed grim. Every monster he had on the field was now an Insect-type with diminished power and no effects. On top of that, his defense was crumbling, and with Weevil's Field Spell in play, the threat of Insect Queen loomed larger than ever.
'So that was his strategy. That's why he was making so many changes to his deck before our match since he knew with Great Moth he couldn't beat me, but now, with his new cards and Insect Queen, his monsters are even stronger.' Yugi said as he saw his Mystical Guardian Elf collapse, her body becoming more insect-like and her skin turning green as she lost her powers and grew weaker.
Mystical Guardian Elf
ATK/DEF: 1800/2300-500/500=1300/1800
"Now Warden Beetle! Continue your attack!" Weevil shouted as Warden Beetle bashed into the elf, who gave a weak smile to Yugi before leaving the field.
"And since your field is empty, it's time for Hercules Beetle to attack!" Weevil shouted as Hercules Beetle roared and charged before Yugi let the attack go through as his life points dropped significantly.
Yugi Moto: 6300-2000=4300
'I need to hold onto Kuribogh, and there are no more attacks left. I have to bide my time until I can get Dark Magician on the field or one of my stronger monsters.' Yugi said as Weevil ended his turn before Yugi drew his new card and played Pot of Greed; he drew his next two cards before seeing what they were, which made his eyes widen.
"N-No way. You've come to save me?" Yugi said to himself, which surprised Weevil until Yugi made his move.
"See Gaia as he once was. The knight that became a King and blessed by the Sky Dragon! The knight that was blessed with the power of lightning!" Yugi said as he played his newest monster from Slifer's Avatar.
"I summon Gaia, the Thunderous Champion!"
Lightning flashed across the field as the warrior emerged, his armor now etched with the symbols of Slifer the Sky Dragon. His sword, crackling with thunderous energy, pulsed with the power of a storm.
Gaia, the Thunderous Champion
Attribute: LIGHT
Level: 8
Type: Warrior/Effect
ATK: 4000 / DEF: 3500
Effect: This card is treated as "Gaia the Fierce Knight" while on the field or in the GY. It can be Special Summoned if no other monsters are on the field. It is protected from Monster effects and card effects. If this card is Summoned, You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls with less ATK than this card. If this card destroys a monster by battle, Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of that monster's original ATK.
"Gaia the Thunderous Champion was sitting on top of his deck?!" Tea said in shock before cheering for Yugi. "Alright! This is the chance Yugi needed!"
Weevil took a step back, sweat forming on his brow. "Impossible! How could a knight gain so much power?!"
"This is the power of a warrior who fought for justice and was blessed by the sky itself," Yugi declared. "And now, Gaia the Thunderous Champion's effect activates! When he's summoned, he's safe from all monsters, spells, and trap card effects from your side, and when he's been summoned, all of your monsters with less attack than his are destroyed!"
A massive surge of lightning struck the field, obliterating Weevil's army of insects except Insect Queen in a single, devastating strike. The arena was filled with flashes of light, leaving nothing but charred remains where the monsters once stood.
The Insect Queen was burned as she felt her power drop due to her subjects falling.

"Stop acting like you're going to win! I have 8000 life points, and your monster isn't nearly enough to finish me off with one attack!" Weevil said before Yugi continued his turn.
"Who said I'm done? I play another Pot of Greed and draw another two." Yugi said as he then smiled at them. "I equip him with Magnum Shield, giving all of his defense to his attack points! And then I equip him with Thunderous Gift that allows his power to double during battle!"
Thunderous Gift
Equip Spell
Equip only to a Warrior-type monster. When the equipped monster declares an attack, its ATK is doubled until the end of the Damage Step.
If "Slifer the Sky Dragon" is on the field, the equipped monster gains an additional 1000 ATK and cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects.
Gaia roared as his power charged up, thunder crackled in the air, and lightning struck the arena around them, making Weevil scared since he thought he had this duel in the bag.
Gaia, the Thunderous Champion

"F-Fifteen Thousand attack points?!" Weevil said in shock before feeling a sense of joy in his chest that he hadn't felt since becoming a champion. Weevil smiled at this before shouting.
"But it doesn't matter since the Insect Clan never surrenders!"
Yugi smiled at this as he ended the duel.
"Gaia! Our opponent battled us with honor. Give him a swift ending. Attack with Thunderous Slash!"
Weevil gritted his teeth with Insect Queen, smiling at Weevil for fighting at his best before Gaia roared as he slashed through Insect Queen and Weevil's life points, which shocked the group until Weevil chuckled and spoke.
"It looks like it's all over," Weevil said as Yugi smiled, and the illusions vanished before the group above cheered for the great duel and clapped for the duo, especially Tea, who rushed over to Yugi and hugged him, which made him feel a bit embarrassed but liked the hug.
"Thanks, Tea," Yugi said before seeing Weevil smile and give him a thumbs up.
"Even with my new insects, I still lost, but you've definitely proven you earned your place as the World Champion. Hope to duel you again sometime." Weevil said, with Yugi thanking Weevil for a great duel until Pegasus appeared and clapped for the duo as well.
"That was truly a spectacle of a duel since I thought Weevil would've won, but that last move really made me remember that this is part of the fun of Duel Monsters," Pegasus said before taking Insect Paradise and giving it to Weevil, much to his surprise.
"Consider this a consolation prize for not only impressing me but also for giving me a great show. You earned this card." Pegasus said with Weevil thanking him and wishing Yugi luck in the tournament.
Keith, Mai, Rebecca, Vivian, and Sona cheered for the win, but Ishizu, Fenris, and Issei saw something else.
'It seems the Pharaoh interfered with this battle, making sure Yugi didn't lose.' Ishizu said that the prediction she had seen with her Millennium Rod had been altered by magic.
Fenris saw the same thing when he looked at Tea, who was wearing the Millennium Puzzle around her neck. He saw a spirit place a hand on the deck before sighing in relief.
'So the Pharaoh has no faith in his champion? Interesting. No wonder Slifer seems displeased.' Fenris said as he looked up and saw Slifer growling at the Pharaoh for interfering with the duel.
Issei saw Slifer's spirit, too, but not the Pharaoh's, which made Issei wonder why the dragon was mad at the outcome.
'Was Slifer expecting Yugi to lose, or did someone interfere with the battle?' Issei said as he looked at the puzzle around the girl's neck before seeing an invisible eye on her forehead, which shocked Issei before his eyes narrowed at it.
'I see. So, the spirit of that puzzle is the one who interfered with the duel. No wonder Slifer and Obelisk seem annoyed.' Issei said, looking back at Obelisk's face and seeing him growling at Tea's figure.
Yugi may have won the duel and earned some of the duelists' respect, but the Greek Champion and the Darkness Champion weren't as impressed as the others since they thought the duel would end in the other ones' favor.
Pegasus then smiled as he declared Yugi the victor.
"And now that this battle has concluded and the first four victors have been decided, it's time for everyone to enjoy a feast for both the winners and losers before the latter are sent back home. One last night before they depart!" Pegasus said, which made the others happy as they headed to the dining area, but only after Ishizu asked Yugi if she could speak to Tea for a moment. Yugi didn't mind before Ishizu pulled Tea over to a closed-off area and spoke to her with narrowed eyes.
"Why did you interfere, Pharaoh?" Ishizu asked as Tea's eyes became serious. Her voice sounded authoritative but similar to that of the Pharaoh.
Tea's expression shifted, her eyes taking on a deep, ancient intensity as the Pharaoh's spirit responded through her. "Ishizu, you know as well as I do that the stakes of these duels go beyond mere competition. The fate of the world rests on the outcome, and I cannot allow Yugi to fall here."
Ishizu's gaze remained unwavering. "The prophecy I foresaw did not involve your interference. The path you have altered may have unintended consequences, ones even you cannot foresee."
The Pharaoh's voice in Tea's body softened slightly. "Yugi carries the hopes of many, and his destiny is intertwined with mine. I cannot sit idly by when his defeat would jeopardize everything we've worked for."
Ishizu sighed, her grip on the Millennium Rod tightening. "I understand your bond with Yugi, but manipulating fate in this way could cost you more than you realize. The gods are watching, and they are displeased with your interference since you did the same thing when you used magic to manipulate the outcome, which resulted in the darkness that took my brother."
At this, the Pharaoh seemed to hesitate, the weight of Ishizu's words pressing on him. "The gods may be displeased, but I will bear that burden if it means protecting those I care for. Yugi must succeed, no matter the cost."
As their conversation concluded, Fenris watched from a distance, his expressions unreadable. Fenris, who had been analyzing the situation, stepped away from his spot and spoke quietly to Hela, who helped her partner overhear their conversation. "It seems the Pharaoh is willing to compromise his honor to ensure victory. The gods will not overlook this transgression."
Thor and Loki appeared and nodded, still processing what they had seen before Thor spoke. "This duel was supposed to be a fair test of strength and strategy for the young man to prove himself, but now it's clear that there's more at play. I wonder how this interference will affect the next battles."
The champion exchanged a glance with his teammates, understanding that this revelation would shape their approach to the tournament in the future. They couldn't afford to underestimate the Pharaoh's influence, but neither would they let it deter them from their paths.
As the feast began, Ishizu rejoined the others, her thoughts still lingering on her conversation with the Pharaoh. She knew the balance between fate and free will had been disturbed, and the consequences would soon manifest.
'Pharaoh Atem. Please do not make the same mistake that led to the downfall of the Egyptian Faction. I could t bear seeing the same fate play out with so many lives suffering just because you didn't listen to others and thought you had to do it yourself.' Ishizu said in her mind as she gripped the Millennium Rod tightly before looking at a picture she held close to her heart.
"After all, it's that same choice you made, Pharaoh, when you used my brother as a sacrifice for your plan and went behind our back," Ishizu said to herself before making a vow that she would not let the Pharaoh make the same mistake again. Even if it meant she had to interfere with Fate and Destiny.
And scene!
Weevil's monsters are inspired since I watched a lot of the Cardfight Vanguard and thought to make some changes to his deck that would allow Insect Queen to become a true beast in battle.
Also, I hope you liked Yugi's new cards since his deck will also gain changes to suit his new avatar: Slifer the Sky Dragon. Yugi will still use his Dark Magician and Summoned Skull, along with Gaia, but his deck will also have Slifer in it.
And now, it's time for the festivities to commence for next time. It's time for the next four battles to decide who'll face Yugi, Issei, Fenris, and Pegasus in Round 2!
Ta-Ta for now!~
