Elphaba and Glenda are in the living room. They have rolled out the bed from Elphaba and Fiyero's couch. That lets out to a full size bed. Once they have their snacks and a nice warm cup of tea. Glenda wants Elphaba to tell her about when she realized she had feelings for Fiyero. Something Elphaba has always felt rather ashamed about.

Elphaba: Glenda are you sure you wanna hear about this?

Glenda: Elphie your my best friend I want you to share everything with me. I'll tell you what. You tell me something you never told me about you and Fiyero. Then I will tell you something I've never shared.

Elphaba: But you tell me everything.

Glenda: I got a few stories myself.

Elphaba: Girl please like what?

Glenda: I'll tell you after your story. Now go on and leave nothing out we got all night.

Elphaba: (laughing) Okay

Flashback

Class

Teacher: Alright I have assigned everyone a partner for this project. When I call your name please come get your assignment.

Glenda: Oh Elphie I hope we get to be partners.

Elphaba: I'm sure we will.

Teacher: Elphaba and Fiyero

Elphaba and Glenda: WHAT?!

Fiyero: Hay partner! (Elphaba rolled her eyes)

Elphaba: This has to be a mistake I can work with anybody but him.

Fiyero: What did I do to you?

Teacher: Ms. Elphaba there is no mistake. Mr. Fiyero is indeed your partner. Now please have a seat so I can continue.

Library

Fiyero: So what is the plan?

Elphaba: What?

Fiyero: For our project.

Elphaba: Fiyero we both know you don't care about this project. Why don't you just stand there and be pretty or whatever you do.

Fiyero: You think I'm pretty? (He said with a smirk)

Elphaba: (she rolled her eyes) I think you're a brainless idiot.

Fiyero: Why are you always so mean to me? I am nothing but nice to you and you treat me like shit!

Elphaba: I'm sorry I didn't realize you cared.

Fiyero: Well I do! I happen to think we could be really good friends.

Elphaba: You wanna be my friend?

Fiyero: Yeah why not?

Elphaba: I don't know I guess I'm just not everyone's cup of tea.

Fiyero: Well I think you're cool. (He said staring at Elphaba)

Elphaba: (smiling lightly as their eyes meet) Okay, well I guess we better get started.

Fiyero: Oh yeah we probably should.

Later that day

Elphaba is at her locker putting her books away. When Glenda pops up.

Glenda: Hi Elphie

Elphaba: Oh hay!

Glenda: Elphie it's terrible I'm going to fail this project.

Elphaba: No you're not.

Glenda: Yes I am at least Fiyero has you. Oz knows he's not the brightest guy in the world.

Elphaba: I actually think he's very smart.

Glenda: Who my Fiyero?

Elphaba: Yes

Glenda: Prince Fiyero from Winkie Country?

Elphaba: (laughing) Yes that Fiyero. I think he just acts stupid but he's actually very smart. You should have seen him this evening. (She said smiling) I thought I was going to have to do all the work. But Fiyero definitely did his part. He even wants to be the one to present it to the class.

Glenda: My poor little boyfriend.

Elphaba: Huh?

Glenda: I better go check on him. Later Elphie.

Elphaba: Bye (Elphaba takes a deep breath) Well I guess I better head back to my room.

Once she finally made it to her room as she was unlocking the door she heard someone walking up slowly behind her.

Fiyero: Hay Elphaba

Elphaba: Oh hay Fiyero!

Fiyero: Hay

Elphaba: Um Glenda isn't here. She actually said she was going to find you.

Fiyero: Find me for what?

Elphaba: I don't know I guess because you're her boyfriend.

Fiyero: Oh right... I forget sometimes. (Awkward laughing) I was actually looking for you.

Elphaba: Really why?

Fiyero: Umm (Thinking fast) I accidentally took your pen. (He said pulling one out of his pocket)

Elphaba: That's yours!

Fiyero: Oh so it is. (Awkward laughing again)

Elphaba: Yeah well I better let you go find Glenda.

Fiyero: Right I better go.

Elphaba: Alright

Fiyero: Later

The next day in class Fiyero had everyone shocked and mesmerized. At how well he presented their project. Elphaba couldn't take her eyes off of him. She was just as stunned as everyone else. She knew deep down inside she was finally getting a glimpse of the real Fiyero.

Teacher: Well done you two. Ms.Elphaba you seem to have had a great influence on Mr. Fiyero. I'm giving you both an A.

Fiyero: A!!!! (Fiyero grabs Elphaba and gives her a big hug)

Elphaba: (shocked at his reaction) Um Fiyero are you okay?

Fiyero: This is like my first good grade so far. I could have never done it without you.

Elphaba: Don't be ridiculous your very smart Fiyero. I'm really glad you were my partner.

Fiyero: Hay you can be my partner any day. (Just then Glenda walked up) Hay did you hear I got an A?!

Glenda: Okay and?

Elphaba: Glenda aren't you at least proud of him?

Glenda: Oh of course but there are more important things at hand darling we have to wear matching colors for the party tonight!

Fiyero: I'm not wearing pink!

Glenda: (rolling her eyes) Well come on we have to figure out something. Bye Elphie!

Elphaba: Bye
