Dragtorm Rider: Yes, I really like Seiji and Hibiki's insensitive yet affectionate relationship. As for why Alan is always smiling will be revealed soon but I assure you Alan has no evil intentions. I made him a billionaire, playboy, philanthropist character. He will like to flirt with other girls. And as for Zolda or Scissors they will appear soon.

Harvoc Phantom: Yeah I also really enjoyed writing the relationship between Seiji and Alan. Most of Ryuki and Knight's relationship is mostly depicted as tense and not very friendly in the beginning so I wanted to make a difference where Knight becomes a kind of mentor to Ryuki. Yeah, not only Alan will be a different Knight but there will be more Kamen Riders that are different than what is usually depicted. The reason why Alan is always smiling will be revealed in the next chapter but I assure you he has no evil intentions. and I'm glad you like Alan's character. and yeah I think I made the story a bit short.

Chapter 4

While Hibiki did the "checkup" that Ryouko did, Seiji? Alan and Genjuro decided to continue the party. Alan was currently drinking tea while Seiji was drinking cola while Genjuro decided to talk to Alan.

"Long time no see Alan-kun." Genjuro greeted Alan who was drinking tea.

"Yes, it's been a while. Sir Genjuro" Alan said with a smile before taking another sip of his tea.

"And thank you for your donation. Thanks to your donation we were able to continue operating." Genjuro continued the conversation while Alan just drank his tea.

"No problem, it's a small amount." Alan said with a smile which made Genjuro sweat a little.

"Three million five hundred thousand dollars per year, it's not a small amount in my opinion." Genjuro said nervously while Seiji spat out his drink in surprise.

"Three million five hundred thousand dollars? That's around 500 million yen! Alan-san how rich are you?!" Seiji said in surprise while Alan just giggled.

"Never mind that's not a big deal. More importantly, how about we explain about Kamen Rider to Seiji-kun. I'm sure Seiji-kun wants to know more about Kamen Rider." Alan said while looking at Seiji.

"Yes, I want to know more about Kamen Rider. Please tell me more." Seiji said.

"Okay, Kamen Rider are chosen people who are able to make a contract with a Mirror Monster." Alan explained while Seiji nodded.

"What are Mirror Monsters?" Seiji asked a question.

"The monsters that live in the Mirror World are called: Mirror Monsters." Alan said.

"Okay, but why did they eat the Noise before?" Haru asked.

"I don't know... maybe like most animals they need to eat, the presence of Noise lures the Mirror Monsters out to eat them." Alan explained.

"Isn't that good?" Seiji asked while Alan and Genjuro just shook their heads.

"Unfortunately, Noise doesn't make them full, it only temporarily makes the Mirror Monsters stronger. You could say that Noise is like steroids for them, not actual food." Genjuro said, surprising Seiji.

"From Ryouko-kun's research, Mirror Monsters who eat too much Noise will become more ferocious and will attack humans. That's why we keep their existence and the mirror world a secret from the public. Imagine the hysteria and fear that would ensue." Genjuro said as Alan nodded in agreement.

There would definitely be great panic and fear if the public knew that the threat they were facing was not just Noise but also Mirror Monsters.

"So to satisfy their hunger, Mirror Beasts usually eat humans or other Mirror Beasts. The thing that DragReder ate earlier was the soul of Dispider in his body. Contracted Mirror Beasts are called Advent Beasts and become partners to all Riders and their power increases by absorbing the energy of other defeated Mirror Beasts. However, if its soul is not absorbed, it can transform into a new Mirror Beast, which is much stronger than before." Alan explained while Seiji nodded in understanding.

"What exactly is the Mirror World?" Seiji asked again.

"The place where you fought the mirror beasts earlier. According to our research, the Mirror World is a mysterious parallel dimension that is opposite to our world and is home to all Mirror Beasts." Genjuro explained this time.

"That's right. Kamen Riders have the ability to step into this dimension safely thanks to our Advent Deck and Advent Beasts because the only way to reach the Mirror World is through a reflective surface." Alan continued.

"Wait, what do you mean by 'stepping safely into this dimension'?" Seiji asked.

"Because the Mirror World is a very dangerous world, very different from our world." Alan continued. "If a normal person steps into the Mirror World, they only have a short amount of time before their body, and everything else but their soul, disappears. That's how Mirror Monsters kill and take souls from people."

Seiji then took out his Advent Deck and stared at it. "So with this power I can protect innocent people from Mirror Monsters."

Alan stopped smiling hearing what Seiji said and put his hand on the red-haired boy's shoulder.

"Sorry Seiji-kun, there's one more thing I haven't told you." Alan said as Seiji looked at him.

"What is that?" Seiji asked while tilting his head.

"Rider War." Alan said with a bitter smile.

"Rider War?" Seiji was confused again.

"Rider War is a game that all Kamen Riders participate in where they fight each other to become stronger so they can challenge the Game Master and fulfill their selfish desires." Genjuro explained.

"Game Master? Who is that?" Seiji asked once again.

"His name is Odin... Kamen Rider Odin." Alan said which made Seiji's eyebrow raise.

"Odin? As in All-Father, the king of the Aesir, the Strongest God of Norse Mythology?" Seiji said.

"Yes... though we're still trying to figure out if he's a real god." Genjuro explained while Alan shook his head.

"No he's not a god." Alan said to Genjuro.

"How do you know?" Genjuro asked curiously.

"There's only one God, sir. And I don't think he dresses like that." Alan explained shortly. "But Kamen Rider Odin. Still a mysterious figure, he's the one who gave us the Advent Deck."

"Give Advent Deck?" Seiji asked again.

"Yes, this is still a theory. But not all Mirror Monsters can be contracted. Mirror Monsters that have the potential to become Advent Beasts will be attracted to people who have a strong desire to survive. After the Mirror Monster finds the right person, Odin will come and hand over the Advent Deck and then give us two choices, whether we want to become Riders or whether we don't want to become Riders. If we want to become Riders, Odin will give a contract card, if we don't want to become Riders, Odin will give a Seal card. I call this theory Alan's Theory." Alan finished his theory.

"How can you theorize like that?" Genjuro asked.

Alan just smiled while closing his eyes to Genjuro. "Personal experience." Alan answered briefly which made Genjuro silent.

"But it wasn't Odin who gave me this Advent Deck..." Seiji mentioned making Alan nod.

"Yes, I know the Advent Deck belongs to Hikaru Tatsuma, the previous Kamen Rider Ryuki. Now I remember before he died Hikaru gave his Advent Deck to you during the concert disaster." Alan said which made Seiji lower his head remembering the incident.

Alan then walked towards Seiji then put his hand on Seiji's shoulder then looked into Seiji's eyes. "Seiji-kun, I was happy and sad at the same time when Hikaru gave his Advent Deck to you. I may have just met you but I know that you are a good kid. You have nothing to do with this Rider War. But I beg you please help me! Hikaru wants to stop this Rider War. I want to make Hikaru's wish come true, I want to defeat Odin and stop this Rider War. So will you help me"

Seiji who heard what Alan said. Seiji looked at Alan with a determined face.

"Hikaru-san sacrificed his life to save me and Hibiki two years ago. He also asked me to replace him to fight as a Kamen Rider. It would be a shame for me if I didn't do what he asked and continue his fight." Seiji said with determination.

Alan was initially surprised by Seiji's determination before finally smiling warmly at Seiji. "Thank you... thank you very much."

"You're welcome, from now on let's fight together to stop this Rider War." Seiji said with determination which made Alan smile.

"Hikaru, this child... your legacy... I will definitely protect him." Alan thought.

"By the way Alan-san." Seiji spoke again bringing Alan back from his thoughts.

"Hmmm?"

"Don't you have any wishes you want to fulfill?" Seiji asked Alan which made the white-haired young man smile as if he was waiting for that question.

"Of course there is. But I think it's better to make my wish come true with my own efforts than to get it from Odin." Alan said which impressed Seiji.

"Then, what exactly is the wish you want to make come true?" Genjuro asked which made Alan smile mischievously.

"It's... building a harem filled with my favorite celebrities." Alan said without any shame which made Seiji and Genjuro shocked.

But before they could react Ryouko and Hibiki entered the room.

"We're back." Ryouko greeted everyone in the room while Hibiki just stayed silent with a blushing face.

"Are you okay, Hibiki?" Seiji asked his friend. But the girl just stayed silent.

"Hibiki?" Seiji called the girl once again.

"I'm fine... please don't talk about anything else." Hibiki said with a blushing face while Seiji just nodded.

"What happened?" Seiji asked in his mind.

After that they continued the party and after it was over, Seiji and Hibiki returned to their apartment and Seiji carried Hibiki on his back because Hibiki was too tired to walk.

Seiji opened the door while leaning on the doorframe, with an exhausted Hibiki on his back because of what happened today.

"We're back..." said Seiji who was also tired.

Miku came in wearing her pajamas when she saw Shou and Hibiki near the door.

"Seiji! Hibiki! Where have you been?" Miku asked.

"Sorry..." Hibiki said when Seiji put Hibiki on the floor then he also lay down on the floor.

"They said on the News earlier that Noise would appear again near here." Miku told them.

"Yeah, but it's gone now." Hibiki said.

Hibiki put her head on Seiji's stomach and enjoyed it very much until she heard something on the News that piqued her interest.

"and it seems, Tsubasa Kazanari will be moving to a new label." Hibiki lifted her head from Shou's stomach and turned her gaze to the TV as the News woman told the story of Tsubasa with her picture next to it.

"Tsubasa Kazanari who released her new single today also surprised the public with a shocking announcement. She was approached by Metro Music, headquartered in England, who wanted to introduce her to the overseas market. Since the incident two years ago, she has been pursuing a solo career, and..."

Hibiki watched the news while Seiji just lay on the floor exhausted while Miku just stared at them with a frown.

"Where's Mika?" Seiji asked when he realized that Mika was not there.

"Oh no!" Miku immediately ran to the kitchen followed by Seiji and Hibiki.

From the kitchen, purple smoke was seen filling the room and Mika was seen cooking something like a purple soup.

"Oh you guys are back, dinner will be ready soon." Mika said as he put on an apron and held a ladle.

"Himuro! I told you not to cook!" Miku angrily ran towards Mika.

"It's your fault Kohinata! You said I'm a lousy guy because I can't cook! So I'll prove that I can cook too." Mika shouted then dropped his ladle and started running away from Miku.

"SHUT UP! Nobody asked you to prove anything!" Miku started chasing Mika angrily.

"The stove is on." Seiji said then turned off the stove.

Mika and Miku didn't listen and kept running until they reached their bedroom. Mika found a dead end and Miku managed to corner him.

"Because of you, we can't have dinner!" Miku said while walking slowly towards Mika who was already cornered.

"Just eat the soup I made." Mika said when he was already cornered.

"Who would want to eat poison like that!" Miku shouted while jumping towards Mika.

When Miku managed to catch the blonde both of them lost their balance and fell on Miku's bed and broke it.

"No! My bed!" Miku lamented her broken bed.

"Oops..." Mika said when he realized that Miku's bed was broken.

Seiji and Hibiki who saw this sighed and then separated their two friends before they killed each other.

Seiji then made a new dinner and the two finally decided to sleep.

Because Miku's bed was broken Hibiki and Miku were in the same bed, sleeping together while Seiji and Mika slept in their respective beds next to each other.

"Kohinata was really worried earlier." Mika started a conversation with Seiji who was sleeping in the bed next to her.

"Sorry." Seiji answered briefly.

"Did something happen earlier?" Mika asked again.

Seiji was about to speak before he remembered what Ryouko had told him. Keeping the Second Division a secret! It would be difficult for him in the long run.

"It's nothing." Seiji said while turning his body away from Mika.

"You always carry everything by yourself. Ever since we were little, you've always been like that. Always putting other people's interests before your own." Mika said with a slight pout. "Dude, remember what I said before, if you can't handle it all by yourself anymore I'll always be there for you, buddy." Mika ended his sentence with a grin.

"Thank you." Seiji said softly with a smile.

The four friends finally fell into a deep sleep that night.

[Tomorrow-Lydia Academy]

At school at Lydian Academy it was business as usual despite the Noise attack last night. Class ended as Hibiki and Seiji were sitting at their desks packing up their things. (By the way, Hibiki and Seiji were sitting at the same desk)

"Bikki, Seisei!"

Hibiki looked up to see Miku, Mika along with her classmates, three girls in general. The first in the middle had short cream colored hair with slightly longer strands on the left side of her face and pink eyes. The second on the left had medium curly blonde hair with straight bangs and honey brown eyes. She wore a white headband with a small ribbon on the left side. The third on the right had green eyes and medium brown hair tied into two ponytails with pink ribbons.

They were Kuriyo Ando, Shiori Terashima and Yumi Itaba.

"Wanna go to Bunga? There she asked." Kuriyo asked.

"Bunga, huh." Hibiki mumbled.

"Yeah, we heard it was really good!" Shiori told Hibiki, even though Hibiki knew it.

"How about Seiji also come with us. Mikazuki's treat." Yumi said while looking at Mikazuki who looked desperate about her wallet while Miku smiled in satisfaction.

"Sorry, but we both have plans" Hibiki told them.

"Are you two dating?!" Yumi asked in a tone that made her other friends also surprised especially Miku and Miku. Hibiki and Shou quickly shook their heads while blushing.

"No! We're not dating!" Seiji and Hibiki said at the same time with the same red face.

"Seriously, both of your lives are like the main character and heroine in an anime." Yumi said

"By the way why did Zuki suddenly want to treat us?" Kuriya asked confusedly.

"Don't call me Zuki, Kuriyo. I hate the zuki part of my name, it sounds similar to Hazuki the name of a villain with a messiah complex from another story." Mikazuki said but the three girls ignored his explanation.

"It must be compensation because Mika broke Miku's bed last night." Seiji said innocently but made all his friends shocked.

"Zuki, Hina... I didn't know your relationship had gotten that far." Kuriyo said while covering her mouth in shock.

"Your relationship is like in adult anime." Yumi said in shock.

"No! You misunderstood!" Mikazuki said in panic.

"That's right! It was just a misunderstanding." Miku said who was also panicking. The black-haired girl then looked at Seiji. "Seiji, don't say things that can make other people misunderstand!"

"But it's true, you chased Mika to the room and pushed her onto the bed until it broke. Miku then slept with Hibiki" Seiji once again said with an innocent face which made his friends even more shocked.

"Chasing?!" Kuriyo said in shock.

"Sleeping with Hibiki!?" Yumi said even more shocked.

"Kohinata-san is so aggressive." Shiori said in shock.

"Seiji! Don't say something that will make others misunderstand!" Hibiki shouted with a red face.

"It's a misunderstanding! I can explain it!" Miku shouted with a blushing face.

"Then explain it!" The three girls said at the same time.

Mika and Miku then explained what happened last night in detail until the misunderstanding was cleared.

"I see." The three girls sighed in relief because the misunderstanding was cleared.

"It's as I said, right?" Seiji said innocently.

"Yes, that's right." The three girls said in unison once again

"By the way... you still don't want to come? The offer still stands, huh!" Kuriyo said.

Seiji shook his head in response.

"Alright, goodbye!" Shiori said as she walked towards Flower, leaving Seiji and Hibiki beside her.

"Huh... I thought I was cursed." Hibiki whined.

Seiji put his hand on Hibiki's shoulder, trying to comfort the girl.

"You two are really close, huh."

Hibiki and Seiji looked up and saw Alan standing near the door and waving at them.

"Alan-san?!"

"Hi, I was called to the Second Division Headquarters as a witness. Want to go together?" Alan told them.

"Sure." Seiji answered shortly.

As the three were about to head to the Second Division Headquarters, Tsubasa was seen waiting for them.

"Waiting for us?" Alan said trying to be as friendly as possible but Tsubasa was still expressionless.

"Follow me." Tsubasa said coldly which made Alan sigh.

[2nd Division Headquarters]

""Now that you're here." Ryouko said.

"Alright, here are the results of your medical check-up yesterday!"

"There are some signs that the shock from the first transformation affected you, but there are no significant abnormalities."

"Nothing... important?" Hibiki said nervously.

Seiji sighed in relief at this. "Thank goodness the armor didn't endanger Hibiki's life."

"Ryouko-san. That's not what we came for." Alan said.

"Please explain that power to me!" Hibiki asked them.

"What kind of power does Hibiki have, Ryouko-san?" Seiji asked.

Seiji and Hibiki waited a few moments before Genjuro turned to Tsubasa and nodded at her while taking out some kind of pink pendant.

"Tsubasa is the first person to carry the first relic, Ame no Habakiri." Genjuro told them.

"Ame no Habakiri? A legendary sword from Japanese mythology? The same sword used by Susanoo?" Seiji asked.

"That's right, relics are powerful artifacts recorded in legends from all over the world." Ryouko explained to them.

"They were created by heretics in ancient times, but are beyond our current technology. They can be found mainly in old ruins, but most have suffered for centuries, so those that still have their power are very rare."

"Wow, so Ame no Habakiri is a relic?" Seiji asked.

"Yes, even though it's just a fragment of a relic." Genjuro replied.

"The only thing that can strengthen and free the remaining part of the power in the fragment is a wave with a certain amplitude." Ryouko said while showing an example on the screen.

"A wave with a certain amplitude.." Hibiki repeated.

"You mean like a song?" Alan asked.

"That's right, the relic was activated by that song." Genjuro said.

"A song?" Hibiki said as she remembered last night's events, remembering that she sang using Gungnir. "Oh, right! I remember the song I sang that filled my mind!"

Genjuro nodded while Tsubasa grumbled, the others didn't pay attention except Alan who looked at Tsubasa with a puzzled look. Alan returned his attention to Ryouko as he explained more about the relic while showing it on the screen.

"You break down the power into raw energy and reconstruct it as the anti-noise armor that you, and Tsubasa wear - Symphogear." Genjuro explained.

"Can anyone fight this Noise with this technology?" Alan asked.

"The relic doesn't activate when someone carelessly hums a song!" Tsubasa said.

Everyone in the room except Genjuro turned to Tsubasa after hearing his sudden statement. Alan was worried by Tsubasa's tone. Genjuro got up from his seat as he Hibiki.

"We call the few people who can activate the relic and sing the song to build the Symphogear as 'Attuned.' Genjuro said. "People like Tsubasa and you."

"So? Do you two understand the basics of Symphogear powers?" Ryouko asked. "If you two have any questions, go ahead.

"Well..." Hibiki mumbled.

"Shoot, Hibiki-chan!"

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Hibiki said.

This surprised Ryouko at Hibiki's lack of knowledge of everything they were telling her while the others just stared at her.

"I'm not surprised." Aoi said.

"Not at all." Sakuya added.

"I guess those are really complicated words. Ryouko-san." Alan said with an awkward smile showing that he also didn't understand what Ryouko said. Ryouko admitted that she might have been too complicated.

"To put it simply, what Ryouko-san was trying to explain is that symphogear is like extracting power from relics." Seiji explained, surprising everyone that Seiji was smart enough to understand Ryouko's complicated words.

"You're a smart boy, huh Seiji-kun." Ryouko said while patting Seiji's head.

"For now, just remember that I'm the scientist behind Sakurai's theory, which explains about extracting power from relics."

"Of course..." Hibiki said, not sure about what she said. "But... I don't have a relic! So what..."

Hibiki stopped when she saw the X-ray screen beside her.

"Surely you know what this is?" Genjuro asked Hibiki who was looking at the X-ray screen.

"Yes! That's the wound I got two years ago."

"This is Hibiki's X-ray, there are some fragments that are too close to her heart that it's impossible to remove. This is the third relic fragment, Gugnir, that Kanade holds." Ryouko explained.

Seiji, Tsubasa, and Alan turned to Hibiki in surprise as Hibiki felt nervous because of their gazes. Seiji remembered the time when he failed to protect Hibiki.

"Isn't this like fate, Ryuki and Gungnir fighting together again." Alan said with a warm smile.

"W-Well... I'm not sure if I deserve it." Hibiki said.

"Don't be so tense, Hibiki-chan. You have the ability." Seiji said.

"Am I worthy?" Hibiki asked.

"Whether you are worthy or not, it will be determined by what you will do now." Alan said while smiling warmly at Hibiki.

While Seiji and Kanade were reassuring Hibiki about her current dilemma, Shou saw Tsubasa wavering slightly and trying to keep her balance. Shou turned to look at her and started to worry.

"Are you okay, Miss Kazanari?" Alan asked while holding his ladder to Tsubasa.

"Don't touch me!" Tsubasa snapped while slapping Alan's hand.

"Sorry." Alan said while holding the hand that Tsubasa hit.

"I'm going out to get some fresh air." Tsubasa said while walking out of the room.

"Excuse me to go to the toilet for a moment." Alan said while actually following Tsubasa.

Alan followed Tsubasa and the blue-haired girl just stood in front of the vending machine while looking down.

Alan then put a coin into the machine which caught Tsubasa's attention.

"What are you doing? what do you think?" Alan asked as he pressed the button and bought two cans of tea.

Tsubasa turned to Alan without saying anything.

"We will fight together with you from now on. At least I want to be closer to you." Alan said while smiling at Tsubasa and then handed a can of tea to the girl.

Tsubasa just stayed silent until the lights went out while the small light was still on. The alarm sounded.

They all went to the control room.

"Noise apparition confirmed!"

"Tell Division 1 to leave this to us." Genjuro said

"Apparition has been found. I'm showing it on the screen. They are within 200 units of the school!"

"Very close." Genjuro muttered.

"I'm going!" Tsubasa said. She started running. Hibiki and Seiji started running but Genjuro called out to her and made her turn to him.

"Don't be reckless. You're not ready!" Genjuro said

"I can help people with my power, right? Only Symphogear and Kamen Riders can fight Noise, right?" Hibiki said as she looked at Seiji who nodded at the girl.

"You're a reckless girl. That's why you're who you are." Alan said with a smile. "I'll come with you."

They went to the area where Noise was.

The Symphogear users and Riders went to where Noise appeared. Tsubasa looked directly at Noise.

~Imyuteus Ame no Habakiri tron~...

Tsubasa changes into her Symphogear costume. The girl grabs her katana and runs towards the Noise.

The others also arrive at the scene and prepare. Seiji and Alan take out their Advent Decks.

~Bashwisallnescell Gungnir tron~...

Hibiki transforms into her Symphogear costume.

Henshin!

Seiji and Alan then transform into Kamen Riders.

"Miss Tachibana please help Miss Kazanari. Seiji-kun and I will take care of the rest." Knight says as he pulls out his DarkVisor.

Hibiki goes to help Tsubasa. Knight starts slashing at the Noise until they explode and turn into carbon ash.

Ryuki starts punching and kicking some of the Noise until they are destroyed. He then draws a card and inserts it into his Dragvisor.

「Sword Vent: Dragsaber」

A Chinese Dao sword appears in Ryuki's hand as he starts slashing at more Noise.

The frog Noise blasted a shuriken-like weapon towards Tsubasa, but he managed to dodge it. He landed on the ground and readied his sword until Hibiki came and kicked the Noise.

Tsubasa felt a little annoyed with Hibiki and jumped. He activated his special attack.

「Azure Flash」

He slashed the Noise with a powerful blue energy slash, cutting the frog-like Noise in half and exploding.

Ryuki and Knight each took one card and inserted them into their visors.

「Gale Vent」

「Burn Vent」

Ryuki's sword was covered in flames while Knight was surrounded by strong winds.

Ryuki made a horizontal slash of fire towards the Noise while Knight summoned a tornado to blow the Noise away.

「Dragon Rider Slash」

「The Tornado」

All the Noise in the area had been destroyed thanks to Ryuki and Knight's work.

"Let's go meet the girls." Knight said as Ryuki nodded.

After taking care of the Noise, they all went to Tsubasa.

"Tsubasa-san! I was just cannon fodder earlier, but I'll do my best! Please let me fight with you!" Hibiki said excitedly.

"You're right." Tsubasa said as she turned to look at Hibiki. "Fight with you."
