Chapter 10

Zolda and Scissors faced each other in silence until Zolda spoke up.

"Move aside!" Zolda said seriously.

"Huh?"

"The woman I want to kill... she is over there." Zolda said as he looked at Ryouko.

"Why should I do that. I'm here to kill you." Scissors said.

"I see. Then I'll have to get through you first." Zolda said.

Both of them took their Advent cards and inserted them into their visors.

「Strike Vent: Scissorspinch」

「Riffle Vent」

The Magnuvisor is now capable of firing like a machine gun while Scissorspinch appears in Scissors' hand.

Zolda shoots Scissors. With the speed of the machine gun shooting Scissors has a hard time avoiding Zolda's shots and gets hit in several places.

Scissors then takes a card and inserts it into Scissorvisor.

「Cut Vent」

Zolda's shooting speed decreased causing Scissors to dodge and try to pin Zolda but he managed to dodge.

"Tell me, who is she?! The woman you want to kill?" Scissors asked while doing a kick.

"Why me?" Zolda replied while dodging Scissors' kick.

"Is it Finé!" Scissors said angrily.

"Finé? Is that the name she uses?"

"I can't let you kill her. I owe her a favor!" Scissors shouted angrily.

Scissors tried to attack Zolda with Scissorspinch but Zolda grabbed his hand and threw him towards a pole. The pole broke and fell creating smoke and dust. Zolda then shot towards the dust hoping his shot would hit Scissors. Suddenly a voice was heard.

「Trick Vent: Bubble Wrap」

Suddenly a bunch of bubbles appeared and floated around Zolda.

"What is this?" Zolda said in confusion.

Before Zolda could react, Scissors jumped out of the bubble and kicked Zolda's head. When Zolda was about to chase Scissors, the crab kamen rider jumped back into the bubble. Not long after, Scissors appeared again from another bubble and hit Zolda before jumping into the bubble again. Scissors continued to do this until Zolda got fed up and shot all the bubbles there until only a few were left.

"The surface of the bubble is also a reflective surface like a mirror. He uses that to be able to travel to the mirror world using bubbles. That's why he was able to escape yesterday." Zolda said in annoyance.

When Zolda was about to jump into the bubble, Scissors suddenly appeared from behind and did a Rear Naked Choke on Scissors.

"How does it feel?!" Scissors said while strangling Zolda even harder.

"That ability is cowardly!" Zolda said angrily as he tried to break Scissors' choke.

"That was a strategy, idiot!" Scissors said as he tightened his choke.

As Zolda was released from his hold, Scissors kicked him and inserted a card into his Scissorvisor.

「Final Vent: Scissors Attack」

"This is the end!" Scissors said.

Volcancer appeared and launched Scissors into the air with his claws to perform a somersault attack.

Zolda quickly took a card and inserted it into his Magnuvisor.

「Guard Vent: Giga Armor」

Zolda summoned Giga Armor to block Scissors' Final Vent. When Scissors hit Zolda, an explosion caused Zolda to fly away.

He fell to the ground and held his chest. Giga Armor managed to keep Zolda alive but Zolda was still injured. Zolda stood in pain while still holding his chest. That shocked Scissors.

"No way... My Final Vent will paralyze you or kill you!" Scissors shouted in surprise.

"I will not die until I have succeeded in avenging myself. That woman stole my mother's body. Until that woman dies, my mother's soul will not be able to rest in peace." Zolda said while taking a card.

It was a Final Vent card. Scissors was shocked to see this because he knew that Zolda's Final Vent could blow up the chemical plant behind them.

"You're crazy! If you use your Final Vent, the chemical plant behind us will explode!" Scissors said in panic but Zolda just laughed.

"Good, then I can kill you, Ryuki, that big-breasted girl and that woman all at once." Zolda said which made Scissors even more horrified.

"This is bad I've used all my good cards, if I get hit by his Final Vent there's no doubt I'll die." Scissors thought in panic and fear.

"I have to run, I still can't die before I meet Sonia. But what about Chris" Scissors thought who was still panicking to make a difficult decision. When he saw Zolda about to insert the card Scissors finally made a decision.

"To hell with Chris. I still have to survive!" Scissors thought before he immediately ran to the nearest car then jumped into the car window to run away from the scene and leave Chris to fight them alone.

Zolda who saw Scissors running away immediately wanted to chase him but when he realized that Ryouko was still here.

Zolda took a breath then decided to make up his mind. This was a chance to take revenge.

Zolda then immediately went to where Ryouko was.

At where Ryuki and Hibiki were, and they had transformed, fighting the Noise.

Ryuki kicked them while Hibiki kept punching the Noise and using all the techniques that Genjuro taught him in his training. Chris was really surprised.

"He can fight now?" Chris said in surprise.

"That's Hibiki now." Ryuki said proudly until he saw Kamen Rider Zolda coming.

"That's..." Ryuki said as he saw Zolda approaching Ryouko.

Meanwhile Ryoko looked amazed as she turned around to see the box glowing and opening by itself.

"This reaction... Could it be...?" Ryouko said in awe until she felt another presence.

Ryouko saw Zolda walking towards her. Ryouko smiled fakely seeing Zolda's arrival.

"Yo, long time no see." Zolda said while pointing his Magnuvisor.

"Can I help you?" Ryouko asked with a fake smile.

This made Zolda annoyed so he immediately shot Ryouko but the woman quickly untied her bun and then created an energy shield to block Zolda's shot.

Ryuki was a little surprised to see this and immediately approached Ryouko.

"Ryouko-san?!" Ryuki said as he stood beside Ryouko

"Seiji-kun? You came at the right time. Can you fight him for me?" Ryouko said while staring

"Huh? Why?" Ryuki said confusedly when Ryouko suddenly asked him to fight Zolda.

Ryuki then turned his gaze towards Zolda and asked. "Hey, Zolda-san, do you have a problem with Ryouko-san?" Ryuki innocently asked making both Ryouko and Zolda sweatdrop.

"Don't interfere! That woman has-" But Zolda couldn't finish his sentence because he was hit by Hibiki.

Hibiki was thrown and hit Zolda after being kicked by Chris.

"Hibiki!" Ryuki said as he ran towards Hibiki and helped her up.

"Are you okay?" Ryuki said as he helped Hibiki up.

"Yes." Hibiki said as he got up.

"Ouch... what are you doing?" Zolda said as he got up.

"Ah... sorry!" Hibiki immediately apologized for bumping into Zolda.

Then Chris who kicked Hibiki earlier saw Zolda and was shocked.

"You're here!? Where's Abel?! What did you do to him?!" Chris asked Zolda angrily.

"Oh you mean Scissors? Yeah he ran away." Zolda said which made Chris disbelieve.

"No way! There's no way he ran away leaving me!" Chris shouted angrily and disbelievingly.

"But that's the truth. He ran away leaving you." Zolda said a song that made Chris even angrier.

"Shut up! You must be lying!" Chris shouted while covering his ears.

"Accept the truth, he doesn't care about you." Zolda said which made Chris even angrier.

"I said SHUT UP!" Chris shouted while launching her whip towards Zolda but the Kamen Rider managed to dodge.

Chris in anger continued to swing his whip blindly.

Hibiki then tried to fight Chris once again.

"I still haven't fully used my Symphogear's potential. How can I make my Armed Gear..." Hibiki thought as she tried to attack Chris.

But the girl whipped Hibiki to the ground and Durandal came out of its box. The sword just floated and glowed.

"Are it awake?" Ryouko said in awe.

"So that's Durandal." Chris said.

Ryuki and Zolda also saw the sword.

Chris jumped to grab it but Hibiki pushed her away.

"I won't let you take it!" Hibiki said as she tried to grab the sword.

"Hibiki! Don't touch that sword!" Seiji shouted. Hibiki didn't hear him and reached for Durandal.

When she managed to grab it, she landed on the ground. The sword was too powerful that she went into a berserk state.

She raised it high and a pillar of light covered her. They all saw the power of the sword start to eat away at Hibiki's consciousness.

The sword changed back to its original form, still golden in color. Everyone was still shocked by it, but Ryuki knew how dangerous the sword was. Ryuki turned to Zolda.

"Do you have a Guard Vent? We have to block that attack." Ryuki said as Zolda shook his head.

"I already used it earlier." Zolda said in annoyance.

Hearing this Ryuki immediately took the Advent card and inserted it into his Dragvisor.

「Guard Vent: Dragshield」

Two tough shields with the shape of a Dragreder body appeared in Ryuki's hands as he prepared.

"What has she done?! Stop showing off!" Chris said in annoyance.

She summoned Noise with her staff until Hibiki turned to her with a very angry face.

Hibiki slashed her sword towards Chris. Chris managed to escape and Noise was killed. The power of the slash was also comparable to a power plant.

Ryuki immediately ran towards the sword with two shields in her hands and stopped right in front of the slash to block it.

"This is going to hurt." Ryuki said as he pressed his shields together to block Hibiki's slash.

The slash headed towards him and Ryuki readied his shield as the power of the slash collided with Ryuki's shield, the power was enough to push Ryuki back but the power of the slash slowly began to weaken. Even so, the Dragshield that blocked Hibiki's attack began to crack and then shattered. The slash hit Ryuki and made him return to his civilian form and was thrown far away but Zolda quickly caught Ryuki and placed him on the ground slowly.

"I owe you." Zolda said as he walked away.

But before that he turned to Ryouko. "Don't think this is over. I'll let you go this time but in the future I will kill you."

Zolda then jumped into the car window towards the mirror world.

[Time Skip]

After a few minutes, Hibiki woke up and looked around. She was still holding Durandal in her hand.

"H-Huh?" Hibiki said in confusion.

"That's Durandal, the complete Holy Relic activated by your song." Ryouko said while tying her hair.

"I... did this? But it didn't spread, right?" Hibiki said in a guilty tone.

"That's because..." Ryouko said and turned around.

Hibiki looked towards Ryoko and saw Seiji being loaded into an ambulance.

"Seiji! What happened to him?!" Hibiki said in a worried tone.

"To protect people's lives and minimize the damage, he used hid power to stop you." Ryouko said.

"Seiji got hurt... because of me..?" Hibiki felt even more guilty.

"That's not true. He made that decision to keep us all safe." Ryouko said to comfort Hibiki but the girl didn't feel any better.

[Time Skip]

Seiji was currently bedridden due to the injuries he received. However, since he was nine years old, his injuries had always healed faster than other people.

"Ouch...!" Seiji then came to his senses.

He sat up and held his head. He looked around and saw that he was in a hospital.

"I'm... in a hospital..." Seiji said as he looked around.

He just moved from his bed and put his feet on the floor and stood up.

"It seems like the pain is gone huh?" A voice was heard and Alan was seen at the door.

"Seiji, what are you doing?!" Hibiki was also there carrying a fruit basket.

"You shouldn't push yourself!" Hibiki said with a pout.

"It's okay. You know right? That my injuries don't last longer than other people." Seiji said forcing a smile.

"You should rest. I heard that Durandal's power is too strong for someone to take." Alan said with a worried smile.

"Seiji, just listen to Alan-san." Hibiki chimed in.

"Like I said, I'll be fine." Seiji walked normally but was still weak. He didn't even feel the pain in his legs.

"See?" Seiji smiled fakely.

Alan sighed then walked towards Seiji and forced him to sit down.

"At least sit down, you're making me feel even more guilty." Alan said.

"I'm sorry for not being there for you guys. I promised to protect you but I was busy with my work." Alan said with a guilty tone.

"I'm sorry too Seiji. Because of me... you got hurt." Hibiki said with a guilty tone.

Seiji just looked at them then smiled softly.

"Don't worry. I did this because I chose to." Seiji said with a smile.

Both of them sighed because that was Seiji's nature.

"By the way, Seiji... Mika said he went back to her hometown for a while." Hibiki said which surprised Seiji.

"What's wrong? Why so suddenly?" Seiji was surprised because his best friend suddenly went home.

"He said his parents called him home. I told him you were hospitalized because you were hit by a motorbike. Miku with him to the station. They apologized for not being able to visit you." Hibiki said which made Seiji a little sad but he didn't show it.

In order not to worry his friends Seiji decided to change the topic.

"Hey, am I in the same hospital as Tsubasa-san?" Seiji asked as both of them nodded.

"Then let's go visit her." Seiji said as he got up from the bed and walked towards the door.

Alan and Hibiki just sighed seeing Seiji's behavior. The red-haired boy definitely didn't want to worry them.

They walked towards Tsubasa's room. Hibiki sighed before speaking.

"Excuse me." Hibiki opened the door and they entered the room. "Tsubasa-sa-"

Hibiki dropped her bag and she and Seiji had very surprised expressions on their faces.

"D-Don't tell me... It can't be!" Hibiki said in a panicked tone.

"Is it possible that Tsubasa-san was kidnapped? But it can't be because there was no sound or commotion and looking at the messy room there should have been a struggle so there can't be no commotion." Seiji thought as he looked around.

Looking inside the room made Alan hold back his laughter.

Suddenly Tsubasa's voice was heard. "What are you three doing?"

They turned around and saw Tsubasa behind them.

"Are you okay? Are you really okay?" Hibiki said as she approached Tsubasa.

"Can't you see I'm still in the hospital? What are you saying?" Tsubasa said in confusion.

"I mean... What is that?!" Hibiki pointed towards Tsubasa's room.

They all looked inside the room and it was a mess. Everything was scattered everywhere. Books were opened, bras were scattered everywhere, coffee was spilled, medicines were scattered everywhere, and everything. Tsubasa couldn't find the words because she didn't clean the room.

"I thought you were kidnapped! Division 2 said that another country might be planning something against us!"

Hibiki and looked at Tsubasa who was blushing while Alan couldn't hold back his laughter.

"It's obvious that Tsubasa-san doesn't know how to clean a room." Seiji said as if it was something obvious.

"Hey! How long are you going to laugh." Tsubasa said blushingly to Alan.

[Time Skip]

After the room was a mess, Seiji and Hibiki cleaned up the room while Alan sat on the chair next to Tsubasa.

"You two don't have to do that. Especially you Kagari, you're hurt too right?" Tsubasa said while still blushing.

"It's no use. Seiji-kun and Miss Tachibana will always help anyone in trouble." Alan said while smiling at Tsubasa.

"Tsubasa-san, Ogawa-san asked me to visit you and see how you're doing, so I don't mind tidying up your room a bit too." Hibiki said while cleaning.

"I also insisted on visiting you so I don't mind cleaning your room too." Seiji said while cleaning up too.

"I'm just... bad at these things." Tsubasa said embarrassedly.

"You're different. I always thought you were perfect at everything." Hibiki said in shock.

"Quite the opposite. All I can do is fight." Tsubasa said embarrassedly.

"That's not true. You're great at singing, right?" Alan said with a smile that cheered Tsubasa up.

"We're done!" Hibiki and Seiji said at the same time.

Then Tsubasa looked around the room and it was really clean. There were no more things on the floor, on the chairs, and everywhere.

"T-Thank you. Usually Ogawa-san takes care of it."

"Huh? You let a man do that for you?!" Hibiki said in surprise.

"I also clean your room sometimes, Hibiki." Seiji said which made Hibiki embarrassed.

"We take turns doing it." Hibiki said with a red face.

"A-Alan also cleaned my room that time." Tsubasa for some reason told them.

"That doesn't make it any better, Miss Kazanari. I'm not your husband." Alan said casually but it made Tsubasa blush.

"Well... you can be a good husband." Tsubasa said softly with a red face.

Unfortunately Alan didn't seem to hear what Tsubasa said. Tsubasa decided to talk about something else

"Although there's not much I can do right now, I've read the report." Tsubasa spoke to Hibiki.

"Huh?"

"They said you did a great job as my replacement." Tsubasa continued.

"Eh? Eh?! Not at all! Everyone in Division 2 always helps me." Hibiki said blushing because she was praised by her idol.

Tsubasa smiled. Seiju and Alan couldn't help but smile seeing Hibiki's attitude. The two looked at each other before nodding. Both decided not to interrupt Hibiki and Tsubas' moment.

"You two keep talking, I have to go... I have some business." Alan said and got up.

"Me too. I want to go for a walk." Seiji said who also got up from his seat.

"Eh? You two want to go." Hibiki said.

"Yeah, see you." Seiji said as he walked out with Alan.
