Erin was just finishing unpacking the last of the boxes when she collapsed onto the floor.
One of Erin's friends, Alena Smith saw her unconscious on the floor and drove her to the hospital where her brother Seth Smith works and he immediately carried Erin into the treatment room and waits for her to wake up so he could do his job and also do tests on her to find out why she collapsed.
Erin wakes up and looks around and sees them she is in the hospital and freaks out.
Erin said," Where am I? What happened?
Seth said," Hello, Ms. My name is Dr. Seth Smith and you fainted just now. Would you mind if I performed a few tests to find out why you fainted? Take your time.
Erin immediately said," Yes, please, Dr. Smith and thank you for seeing me today.
Seth said," Yes, of course. I'll get started now.
Seth did a few tests on Erin, and he also did a blood test with her permission, and he is now waiting for the results of the blood test.
The results came back, and he knocked on the door to her hospital room and heard, " Come in" from his patient Erin Lindsay.
Seth said," I have the results, and congratulations, you are pregnant with Quadruplets. You are 2 months pregnant.
Erin asked," Can I please see what genders I am having? I'm nervous about becoming a mom. What if I am a bad mommy to them?
Seth said," Yes, you can. Here is our ultrasound, and you shall see them soon. I'll refer you to our OB Madelyn Leavine. You're going to be a great mommy to them.
Madelyn Leavine arrived, and she turned on the ultrasound machine and gently squirts the cold gel and moved the gel around.
Madelyn said," Looks like they're all very healthy. Just make sure to eat healthy.
Erin had Alena Smith drive her home.
Erin then started crying because she was all alone in the pregnancy with the Quadruplets. She didn't have anyone to help her care for the babies inside her that are Jay's and the worst part was that she couldn't tell him because she was starting anew and she wasn't supposed to contact anyone from Chicago, Illinois at all useless it was Hank Voight, Trudy Platt or Alvin Olinsky. Those were the only 3 exceptions.
Her best friend Nadia went with her to Manhattan, New York, wanting a fresh start.
Nadia asked," Erin, bestie, what's wrong?
Erin said," I'm pregnant with Jay's kids and now I can't tell him because I can't contact people from Chicago, Illinois at all except for Hank Voight, Trudy Platt and Alvin Olinsky. I'm on my own in this pregnancy.
Nadia said," You won't be alone. You have me. I'll help you every step of the way, Erin.
With Hailey Upton and Jay Halstead in Jay's house in Canaryville.
Jay was in Hailey's arms, cuddling with her when he felt her move and hugged her tighter and said," Don't go, babe. I need you.
Hailey chuckled and said," I'm just going to make breakfast for us, baby. Unless you want to starve and not have anything to eat.
Jay signed, sat up, and said," Fine. You win.
Hailey said," Good. She kissed Jay's cheek.
She made pancakes, bacon, toast, ham, and fresh fruit for them along with orange juice and coffee and apple juice and brought it upstairs to them so they could eat together.
Jay fed Hailey breakfast, and Hailey fed Jay.
They were so cute together, and Jay got dressed in a red Hoddie with jeans, white socks, and red tennis shoes and Hailey got dressed in a black hoodie with blue jeans, white socks, and black tennis shoes with her in a ponytail and they drove in their respective Cars to work and dropped their kids at daycare and school on the way to work.
With Kevin Atwater and Vanessa Rojas
Vanessa was in Kevin's arms cuddling with him when he felt her move and hugged him tighter and said," Don't go, babe. I need you.

They were so cute together and Sofia got dressed in a Purple Hoddie with jeans, white socks and Purple tennis shoes and Kevin got dressed in a Blue Hoddie with jeans, white socks, and Blue tennis shoes and they drove in their respective Cars to work and dropped their kids at daycare on the way to work.
At the 21st police district at 8: 00 am.
Hailey Upton, Jay Halstead, Kim Burgess, Adam Ruzek, Vanessa Rojas, Kevin Atwater, Antonio Dawson, and Sofia Cruz arrive at the same time holding hands and headed inside the police district talking to each other and their friends smiling and giggling.
Trudy waved Jay over, and Jay walked over to her to her with Hailey going upstairs.
Trudy said," Detective Chuckles, it seems you and Blondie decided to get together. Good for you. I'm happy for you, Chuckles.
Jay said," Thank you, Trudy. It means a lot.
Trudy said," You're welcome. You deserve to be happy. Move on from Erin. She's not ever coming back to Chicago. She likes New York.
Jay said," You got it, Sergent. I'll move from her. In fact, I already have. With Hailey.
Trudy smiled and Hugged Jay, and Jay hugged her back and went upstairs.
Hailey hugged Jay tightly, and he hugged her back just as tightly, and Hailey asked," Is everything ok, Jay, baby? Are we in trouble?
Jay said," Everything is okay, babe. Trudy was just saying congratulations on us dating. I promise that's all it was, babe.
Hailey said," Ok. I told my big sister Celia and her twin brother Rascal. They are excited for us and can't wait to meet you.
Jay said," I can't wait to meet them either. I can't wait to meet your entire family, babe.

Hank said," Why are the six of you late?

The six of them shrugged it off, not caring about what Hank said and going to do their jobs when Trudy came upstairs to the unit.
Alvin had brought them lunch, and they had just finished eating lunch.
Trudy said," A Westley Ruzek is here. Should I send him up or make him leave?
Hank said," Send him up now, Trudy. NOW!!
Trudy nods and sends Westley Ruzek up.
Sofia immediately tensed up when she saw her ex-boyfriend Westley Ruzek enter the intelligence unit door, and Antonio noticed.
Antonio said," Baby, what's wrong?
Sofia said," That's my ex-boyfriend Westley Ruzek. He was abusive and mean to me.
Adam said," He's my older Quadruplet brother. Me and Antonio will deal with him.
Jay said," Kevin and I will help you guys out.
Antonio said," What do you want Westley?
Westley said," To talk to my girlfriend Sofia.
Adam said," Not going to happen, big brother. She's uncomfortable around you.
Antonio said," Correction, she's your ex-girlfriend. She dumped you a long time ago, and you're just refusing to accept it.
Westley said," You two don't get a say in this.
Adam said," Yes, I do because I am your brother, and you're making her scared.
Antonio said," Yes, I do because I am her boyfriend now, and you're making her scared.
Westley, in all his anger, attacked both Adam and Antonio and knocked them out.
Kevin and Jay tried to stop, but they got knocked out too, and Hailey went to get Trudy, and Trudy called for 4 ambulances.
Hank was in his office when this happened.
Adam, Antonio, Kevin, and Jay were taken to the hospital in the 4 ambulances.
Hailey Upton, Kim Burgess, Vanessa Rojas, and Sofia Cruz followed the ambulances in their Cars, crying their hearts out.
Hyacinth Halstead, Aurora Ruzek, Alaina Atwater and Ramona Dawson were not prepared to see their baby/big brothers on the stretchers and started crying in their spouses arms and Goodwin gave them the rest of the day to be with their siblings.
Aurora picked up Warren Ruzek Douglas Ruzek,Christina Ruzek, and Micheal Ruzek.
Hyacinth picked up Melena Halstead, Jeremy Halstead, Luisa Halstead, and Will Halstead.
Ramona picked up Lucia Dawson, Catalina Dawson, Rafael Dawson, and Fernando Dawson.
Alaina picked up Jordan Atwater, Axel Atwater, Brielle Atwater, and Vinessa Atwater.
Hailey Upton, Kim Burgess, Vanessa Rojas, and Sofia Cruz started feeling sick to their stomach and rushed to the bathroom, and threw up whatever they ate for lunch.
Dr. Natalie Manning, Dr. Holly Manning, Dr. Hannahh Asher and Dr. Aria Roman all noticed the 4 women getting sick.
Dr. Natalie Manning asked," Hailey, are you okay? What's wrong? Are you worried about Jay, Hailey? Don't be. He's strong.
Dr. Holly Manning asked," Kim, are you okay? What's wrong? Are you worried about Adam, Kim?Don't be. He's strong.
Dr. Hannah Asher asked," Vanessa, are you okay? What's wrong? Are you worried about Kevin, Vanessa? Don't be. He's strong.
Dr. Aria Roman asked," Sofia, are you okay? What's wrong? Are you worried about Antonio, Sofia? Don't be. He's strong.
The 4 girls shrugged and washed their faces.
Dr. Natalie Manning pulled out a pregnancy test and handed it to Hailey Upton.
Dr. Holly Manning pulled out a pregnancy test and handed it to Kim Burgess.
Dr. Hannah Asher pulled out a pregnancy test and handed it to Vanessa Rojas.
Dr. Aria Roman pulled out a pregnancy test and handed it to Sofia Cruz.
They left the room so the girls could take the test in Private by themselves.
Hailey took the test first and headed inside the stall, and locked the stall door.

Hailey said," You can come back in now.
Dr. Natalie Manning, Dr. Holly Manning, Dr. Hannahh Asher and Dr. Aria Roman all entered the bathroom and waited by the girls side for the timer to go off.
3 minutes later, the timer went off.
Hailey picked up her pregnancy test first.
2 pink lines lined the test, and she smiled.
Hailey said," I'm pregnant, girls. Their Jay's.
Kim said," Congratulations, Hailey Upton.
Vanessa said," Congratulations, Hailey Upton.
Sofia said," Congratulations, Hailey Upton.
Kim picked up her pregnancy test next and smiled.

They all went to sit by their boyfriends sides and pretty much refused to leave at all.
