Back in Hollow Bastion, Brian has been on his computer, almost nonstop. He has been at it ever since he spoke with Sora and Kairi.

"Okay, where could have Ansem have placed that info?" Brian asked. He hears a scream coming from outside, distracting him from his work. "Now what?"

"Brian!" Jade exclaimed as she ran in with Luke. "We got situation!"

"Tell me something I don't already know," Brian said.

"Then, you better have a look outside," Jade said. Brian followed Jade and Luke outside as he saw Digimon in Hollow Bastion. Not just Digimon, but he also saw Heartless.

The Heartless consisted of Shadows, Soldiers, Large Bodies, Red Nocturnes, Blue Rhapsodies, Yellow Operas, Green Requiems, Silver Rocks, Emerald Blues, Crimson Jazzes, Search Ghosts, Gargoyles, Wright Knights, Loudmouths, Creeper Plants, Tornado Steps, Magnum Loaders, Strafers, Devastators, Silver Dragons, Octoshells, Wreckadillos, Mandipedes, Cyclodactyls, Emblem Seahorses, Uni-Walruses, Tricerahorns, Velocislashes, Brontostomps, Tyrannosaurus Wraths, Stegospikes, Terrordactyls, Dimetrojaws, Brachiostomps, Ankylocrushes, Pachycephaloram, Alloslash, Spinosnarl, Carnorazor, Megalojaw, Duckbilled Terrors, Iguanodooms, Mad Mammoths, and an Opposite Armor.

The Digimon were Monochromon, Tyrannomon, Bakemon, Numemon, Mammothmon, Parrotmon, Meramon, Goblimon, DarkTyrannomon, WaruMonzeamon, Flymon, Kuwagamon, and some new Digimon.

One is a bluish-green sea serpent Digimon with a yellow face, and red fins. This Digimon is Seadramon.

Another is a green muscular bipedal dinosaur with purple eyes, two rhinoceros-like horns on its head, multiple spikes on its back, red stripes on its neck, back, and tail, and two large red-striped black tusks protruding from its back and ending near its nose. It has three fingers on its hands and feet, with a claw on each of them. It also has a claw on the back if its feet. It has a silver skull and crossbones tattoo on its left shoulder, with four yellow stars right under it. It is walking in a tyrannosaurus stance. This Digimon is known as Tuskmon.

Another is a a mole-like Digimon with purple and white fur and a drill-like nose with a drawn mustache on the muzzle. It has drill-like claws. This Digimon is known as Drimogemon.

Another is is a quadrupedal bear Digimon covered in purple fur. It has red eyes, a black nose, and grey fur on part of its head. It has a white crescent moon on its forehead. It wears red armor on the shoulders of its forelegs, the paws of which are covered with red, spiked gauntlets that have sharp claws: the "Kuma Tsume". Its hind legs are not as massively developed as its forelegs, but they are still large. This Digimon is known as Grizzlymon.

Another is large, golden yellow tortoise-like Digimon with spikes on the head and shell. It has a large thick tail and a hooked beak and large claws. This Digimon is known as Tortomon.

"What in the world?!" Brian exclaimed.

"They just suddenly started to show up and everything!" Jade said.

"How could this have happened? There's no way this could happen!" Brian said before he started to realize something. "Could this Devimon send Digimon from one world to others?"

The people were being forced to evacuate from their homes ever since the Digimon and Heartless began to show up. Peter Pepper (Burgertime) was among the people.

Ariel and Professor Layton had been helping with the evacuations, helping the people to get to safety while Setro and several other fighters fought off the attacking invaders. Kevin Keene also known as Captain N is blasting the attacking Heartless as they appeared. His girlfriend Lana gave him a potion to heal his injuries as Mr. Game and Watch flipped some 2D meat at the Heartless, destroying them upon contact as ROB fired lasers at the airborne Heartless and swings his arms like a rotor, hitting them. Conker the Squirrel bashes them on the head with a frying pan.

"EAT DIRT, YOU HEART-STEALING THINGIES!" Earthworm Jim shouted as he opened fire on the Heartless before laughing manically.

"Booger!" Boogerman shouted as he gave a Silver Dragon a kick.

The Battletoads bashed the Heartless with their shapeshifting abilities.

Billy and Jimmy end up being surrounded by a squad of Armored Knights.

"Think you can handle this many?" Jimmy asked.

"It'll be difficult if one more shows up," Billy said.

"Then, that'll be the one I take care of," Jimmy said.

"What? You're fighting, too?" Billy asked. The Lee Brothers came at the Heartless, giving them some punches and kicks.

Back at Brian's house, Brian went back to his computer.

"Better let Sora and Kairi know about this," Brian said, making contact through Izzy's laptop.

In the Digital World, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Namimé, Tai, Matt, Sora T, Izzy, Mimi, Joe, TK, Kari, Davis, Ken, Yolei, Cody, Amy, Max, Pikachu, Angel, Eevee, Azurill, Xipak, Celeste, and the Digimon were walking down a road when they retrieved a message from Brian through Izzy's laptop. Izzy answers it.

"Brian, what's up? Didn't expect to hear back from you again so soon," Sora said.

"Trust me, I feel the same way. But we have a problem, Sora. Hollow Bastion is experiencing an outbreak of Heartless and Digimon," Brian said. They were all shocked to hear it.

"Digimon in Hollow Bastion?" Kairi asked.

"Just when Heartless was already bad enough," Riku said.

"How is that even possible?" Izzy asked.

"I don't know, but all I know is they just showed out of the blue! And I have a feeling it has something to do with the Digital World. You gotta go find the source of the disturbance and eliminate it before it gets worse," Brian said.

"You can count on us, Brian," Sora said.

"I know you can. Just hurry," Brian said as he broke contact.

"Man, this is getting even more out of hand than I thought," Sora said.

"It's unusual for Digimon to show up in the real world," Ken said.

"But they didn't say which real world. I guess any world that has a computer," Joe said.

"My thoughts exactly, Joe. I have a grave theory if this goes on unchecked, Digimon will be spreading out throughout the worlds, bringing chaos with them at every corner," Izzy said.

"Then, we gotta go and the others before we do anything else," Riku said.

"Riku's right. We gotta find Ash, Ethan, Brendan, Takato, Takuya, and the rest of them before the problem gets even bigger than it already gotten," Sora said.

"But where do we start looking? The Digital World is a huge place. And we could end up running into Heartless, Nobodies, Unversed, or more bad Digimon," Max pointed out.

"Max has a point. There could be some powerful Digimon waiting for us, much like Orochimon," Naminé said.

"We'll deal with any obstacle in our way," Sora said.

"He's right. We can always Digivolve when things get hairy," Agumon said.

"Yeah!" The other Digimon all said in unison.

"Then, let's get going," Tai said.

"Yeah!" The rest of the DigiDestined said in unison.

Meanwhile, in Odaiba City, in an apartment building and in a small room in an apartment is a man sitting at his computer. He has grown out his hair to his shoulders with his chin becoming enlarged. He wears a long purple trench coat with black lines and grey fastenings over a red dress shirt, a dark grey tie, dark green trousers and brown and black dress shoes. He hears a ringing sounds as he sees two people on the computer screen. This man is Yukio Oikawa.

One is a woman who wears a red sleeveless dress, a short red cape with a cowl, long purple gloves with a dark webbing pattern around the elbows and a golden spider-like design on the back of the hands, a purple belt, and odd purple boots with grey soles. She also wears a tall striped red and purple sunhat with a red rim including a webbing pattern, which is adorned with a golden spider shaped brooch with a pink gem in the middle, and large dark purple shades with golden rims which conceal her eyes.

Another is a humanoid man dressed in a royal blue coat and an odd hat with randomly scattered golden buttons, a gray belt, blue pants, dark brown gloves and black shoes. He is often seen wielding a cane.

"How are things from your end?" Oikawa asked.

"Just as you predicted. The Heartless and some Digimon have appeared in Hollow Bastion along with the Heartless, so they're spreading their chaos all around even as we speak," the woman said.

"Excellent, Arukenimon. And what of the DigiDestined and the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts?" Oikawa asked.

"That's the beautiful part, boss. Devimon separated the little rugrats from one another, and they're already trying to find each other," the man said.

"I thought so. It was a good thing I sent the both of you there in my place," Oikawa said.

"If this keeps up, then Digimon will be appearing in every world in existence. The worlds will be at disarray," Arukenimon said.

"Indeed. With so many Digimon in so many worlds all at once, the DigiDestined and the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts will be overwhelmed. They will not be able to go to many worlds all at once," Oikawa said. He chuckled evilly. "Continue to keep an eye on things from the Digital World, Arukenimon, Mummymon."

"Okay, boss," Mummymon said.

They broke contact with their master. Oikawa was grinning evilly to himself.

"The DigiDestined and the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts cannot hope to stop what is to come," Oikawa said to himself as he chuckled to himself.

Back in Hollow Bastion, Brian began typing on his computer's keyboard as rapidly as he type.

"What are you trying to do?" Luke asked.

"I'm just uploading the town's security systems! I figured we get this thing up and running right now!" Brian said.

"You sure you wanna do that now? We gotta get you to safety along with the others," Jade said.

"This is far too important for me to stop now! I need to get the security system online ASAP!" Brian said.

"Can't that wait?" Jade asked.

"No, it can't! If I don't, then we're gonna be right opened for an attack against those things!" Brian argued.

"You're gonna be right opened for against against them if you don't get to safety!" Jade argued back.

"And where does that leave us, Jade?" Brian asked.

"Brian is right, Jade. It wouldn't have mattered if we gotten him to safety, we would still be defenseless," Luke said.

"And I need to get this baby up and running!" Brian said. Jade groaned in annoyance, giving in.

"Alright, just be quick about it, alright?" Jade asked.

"I'll try," Brian said. He got to work on it as fast as he could. After Jade and Luke had left, a band of Bakemon came to the house, ready to attack.

"Trick-or-treat," one of the Bakemon said as the others hissed.

Brian is typing in the codes her needed for the defense systems for the town as the Bakemon were about to make their entrance. Brian typed in the final code and activates the town's security program and the Bakemon all evaporate into bits of data when one erupts right from under them.

From all around, the Digimon and the Heartless all got struck by the security program. Some of the Heartless came across the evacuating people as Ariel was about to prepare herself when the Heartless were instantly destroyed by the security program.

"What was that?" Ariel asked.

Back in Brian's house, he sighed to himself, knowing it had worked.

"I knew that security program worked wonders. But what about Sora, Kairi, and those other kids. I hope they're doing okay," Brian said.

Back in Odaiba City, Arukenimon and Mummymon watched over the scene in Hollow Bastion and she growled.

"This wasn't supposed to happen. The chaos was supposed to be too wide-spread to control," Arukenimon said.

"What happened in there?" Mummymon asked.

"Apparently, someone just found a way to make it safe for the people in the little hamlet of Hollow Bastion. But I can't help but wonder how long they'll feel safe," Arukenimon said.

"Wait, you're not suggesting that we go in and rearrange the security systems ourselves, are you?" Mummymon asked.

"Of course, I am. And the only way to do it is when we go to Ansem's study inside of the castle and take control of the security program, and make it think that its friends are foes," Arukenimon said, snickering evolly.

"Are you sure that's a good idea, my sweet? The castle is supposedly crawling with Heartless. Those things surely will eat us alive," Mummymon said.

"What are you afraid of, you big chicken? We're more than a match against them, or did that bit of information slip from that empty head of yours? And stop assuming that we're a couple!" Arukenimon snapped.

"Of course, my darlin'," Mummymon flirted. Arukenimon sighed with annoyance as he flirted with her again, despite her telling him to stop.

Back in the Digital World, Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Takato, Henry, Rika, Ryo, Jeri, Kazu, Kenta, Suzie, Marill, Guil, Guilmon, Terriermon, Renamon, Monodramon, Elecmon, Kokuwamon, Penguinmon, Lopmon, Impmon, and Calumon are by a river where they're attacked by a squad of Seadramon and another large serpentine Digimon. It is red with a white underbelly and a large blade-like horn. This Digimon is known as MegaSeadramon.

"What do you call these?" Ethan asked.

"Those are Seadramon! And that big one is MegaSeadramon!" Henry said. The Seadramon fired ice attacks at the group as their Digivices activates.

"Guilmon Digivolve to...

"Renamon Digivolve to..."

"Monodramon Digivolve to..."

"Elecmon Digivolve to..."

"Kokuwamon Digivolve to..."

"Okay, let's get these guys!" Ash said, holding his Keyblade. Agreeing with Ash, the Keyblade wielders and the Digimon engaged the sea serpent Digimon.

"Have some of this! Gargo Laser!" Gargomon shouted, shooting at the Seadramon.

"Fox Tail Inferno!" Kyubimon shouted, firing embers from her tail, hitting the Seadramon.

"Gauntlet Claw!" Turuiemon shouted, slashing some of the Seadramon.

"Fist of the Beast King!" Leomon shouted, sending out a lion-shaped aura from his fist.

"Pulse Blast!" Dolphmon shouted, unleashing a sonic soundwave from his mouth.

"Pyro Blaster!" Growlmon shouted.

"Strike Fang!" Strikedramon shouted, ramming into the Seadramon. MegaSeadramon roared.

"Thunder Javelin!" MegaSeadramon roared, blasting lightning from his horn. Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Marill, and the Digimon were all struck. Kenta held out his Digivice.

"Dolphmon! You're gonna have to Digivolve!" Kenta shouted.

"Right!" Dolphmon agreed as he jumped out. Calumon's core and Kenta's Digivice glowed brightly as Dolphmon began to Digivolve. "Dolphmon Digivolve to..." Dolphmon transformed into a large blue sperm whale-like Digimon that has a brown shell on his head and back with visible spinal cord and ribs. His eyes have degenerated and he has cables in place of them. He has three pairs of fins with the pectoral fins being the largest. "Whamon!"

"Wow! That's what I call a Digimon!" Ethan said.

"I'll say! Whamon is no one's punching bag! Whamon! Think you can handle these guys?" Kenta asked.

"Sure, I can! I'll swim circles around them!" Whamon said as he swam around and around. "Tidal Wave!" Whamon creates a powerful tsunami that obliterates the Seadramon, but MegaSeadramon is still standing.

"Growlmon, you're gonna have to wrap this up!" Takato said.

"You can count on me!" Growlmon said as Takato's Digivice glows as Growlmon began to Digivolve. "Growlmon Digivolve to..." Growlmon has become mechanized version of himself. He wears a massive harness possessing two energy cannons and a pair of vernier. Behind the harness is the metallic "Assault Balancer" cable attached and hanging down his back. Each of his mechanical arms are equipped with razor-sharp "Pendulum Blades" as well as three sharp claws. Lastly, he wears a metallic bit in its jaws. "WarGrowlmon!"

"WarGrowlmon?" Ethan asked.

"Growlmon is a cybrog?" Lyra asked.

"Rill?" Marill asked, feeling a little scared.

"I got this guy!" WarGrowlmon said, opening up his gunports. "Atomic Blaster!" WarGrowlmon fired two streams of red atomic energy from his chest, hitting MegaSeadramon. Because of how powerful WarGrowlmon's attack is, MegaSeadramon is then destroyed. WarGrowlmon and Whamon reverts back to their Rookie forms before they take off.

Back in Hollow Bastion, Arukenimon and Mummymon entered the castle and right into Ansem's study.

"This has to be the place," Mummymon said.

"I know it's the place, bandage-brain! We have to change the friend and foe program on the security system and make it think the local local yokels are the invaders," Arukenimon said.

"Of course, my sweet. We can get started right now," Mummymon said.

Arukenimon and Mummymon reaches Ansem's computer and hack their way into Ansem's computer. It didn't take long for them to find the security system.

"There you are," Arukenimon said, evilly grinning. "Now, to give it that nasty touch." Arukenimon reprograms the security system against the townspeople. "It is done."

"Ooh, you such a bad girl, and that's what I like about you!" Mummymon said.

"You know it! Now, let's go get a good seat and watch the anarchy unfolds!" Arukenimon said, laughing.

Over at Brian's house, he notices something on the screen.

"What in the world is going on?!" Brian said.

All over town, the security program goes haywire as it sets its sights on the people instead.

Setro and the others have caught wind of it as the security program turns on them.

"What's up with the security system?" Kevin asked.

"I don't know! It was in our favor just a while ago!" Setro said.

"Well, it isn't anymore!" Earthworm Jim said.

"Brian should know what's going on!" Little Mac said.

"Good idea!" Setro agreed as they all raced to see Brian.

Everyone arrived to Brian's house to hear what went wrong.

"What happened?" Ariel asked.

"Someone must have hacked into the system! It's the only explanation!" Brian said.

"Can't you just regain control?" Jade asked.

"That's what I'm trying to do!" Brian said.

"Well, this is great. How are gonna be able to deal with those things if this keeps up?" Kevin asked.

"I'm trying to figure it out! And it looks like I'm gonna have to figure it out soon!" Brian said.
