Where we last left off, Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, the Digimon Tamers, the Digimon, Marill, and Guil are confronted by BlackGuilmon, BlackTerriermon, and Yokaimon, challenging them to a fight. Accepting the challenge, the Digimon all Digivolved, seeing how similiar the evil trio were to Guilmon, Terriermon, and Renamon in Digivolutions. Being defeated in the Ultimate level, Takato, Henry, Rika, and Ryo Biomerged with their partners and allowed them to Digivole right to the Mega level, but BlackWarGrowlmon, BlackRapidmon, and Doumon have Digivolved into ChaosGallantmon, BlackMegaGargomon, and Kuzuhamon to match them. Meanwhile, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Max, Tai, Matt, Sora T, Izzy, Mimi, Joe, TK, Kari, Davis, Ken, Yolei, Cody, Amy, Pikachu, Angel, Eevee, Azurill, Xipak, Celeste, Agumon, Gabumon, Biyomon, Tentomon, Palmon, Gomamon, Patamon, Gatomon, Veemon, Wormmon, Hawkmon, Armadillomon, and Lunamon were dealing with some Luna Bandit Heartless and they were having their hands full with them, and that's when Brendan, May, and the Legendary Warriors arrived and helped annihilate the Heartless. After meeting the four new kids, they explained to their friends about the situation in Hollow Bastion, and how important to find the rest of their friends as fast as possible.
Meanwhile, in the World That Never Was, Saïx appeared through a corridor of darkness and sat before Xemnas in his throne.
"Yes, Lord Xemnas? You summoned me?" Saïx asked.
"An urgent matter has just come to my attention. I believe it's coming from the Digital World," Xemnas said.
"What does that world have to do with us, Lord Xemnas?" Saïx asked.
"You are aware that it was Ansem the Wise was the one who created the Digital World so long ago, yes?" Xemnas asked.
"Of course. Not even he could have foreseen the Digimon could develop the ability to make their own hearts," Saïx said.
"No, he couldn't have. I have just become aware of it, and it is my belief Sora and the other Guardians of Kingdom Hearts have arrived to the Digital World," Xemnas said.
"That should explain why some of our Nobodies have gone there. But how do we deal with the situation? The DigiDestined have allied themselves with the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts. They are powerful allies for them to have," Saïx said.
"We shall turn the tide into our favor. Oikawa's forces have infiltrated our old castle, and we can bring back the Dark Masters and the Demon Lords to deal with them. I will gather Xigbar, Xaldin, Vexen, Lexeaus, and Zexion since we were apprenticed to Ansem the Wise and do this task. You and the rest of the Organization will dispatch more Nobodies to deal with the Guardians of Kingdom Hearts," Xemnas instructed.
"Yes, Lord Xemnas. It will be done," Saïx said.
Back with the battle against ChaosGallantmon, BlackMegaGargomon, and Kuzuhamon, the four Mega level Digimon stood before the evil trio.
"Jeri, you and the others have to make us Digivolve to the Mega level! We can stand a much better chance against them that way!" IceLeomon said.
"Count me in, too," Impmon said, stepping in.
"You sure, Impmon?" Kazu asked.
"I'm sure. I'm not standing on the sidelines one second more!" Impmon said.
"You're gonna need my help," Calumon said as his forehead began glowing. IceLeomon, Andromon, Whamon, Antylamon, and Impmon began to Digicolve.
"Impmon! Digivolve to..."
"IceLeomon Digivolve to..."
"Andromon Digivolve to..."
"Whamon Digivolve to..."
"Antylamon Digivolve to..."
Impmon has become a tall humanoid Digimon with a bird-like mask of a violet material covering the top half of his face, and platinum blonde colored hair, spiked out in the back. His attire is similar to that of a human biker; a tight muscle shirt, entirely black that show his muscles and definition, a long-sleeved leather jacket over the t-shirt and had a red bandanna wrapped around the left bicep. He wears a pair of leather pants were also worn, the knees of which have knee pads. A pair of leather, steel toed boots are worn on its feet, with three spikes jutting out of the steel toed area; the boots reach up below the knees with a holster for his Berenjena on the left boot. Finally to complete the look, a scaly tail made entirely of steel stretched out from the tail bone and formed a hole in the leather jeans.
"Beelzemon!"
IceLeomon has become a yellow saber-toothed lion. He has orange stripes on his body. He has large gray saber-tooth fangs and large gray claws, and green eyes.
"SaberLeomon!"
Andromon has become more-refined version of himself. All parts exposed or incomplete are covered, with both those and the armor already present on the body taking on a black coloration, the helmet taking on the armor's coloration and shields the eyes exposed from his previous form. The pauldrons now possess both more-refined appearances and separate colors, while the armor has red wires across the joints and limbs. A new addition to his arsenal is the addition of energy-powered blades to use in an attack originally done with Andromon's hand.

Antylamon has become a pink and white angelic rabbit with golden rings on both of her ears.
"Cherubimon!"
"Look at that! They didn't merge with their Digimon like Takato, Ryo, Rika, and Henry did!" Kris said.
"How about we join in on the action, too?" Lyra suggested.
"I was about to suggest it, too," Leaf said.
"Okay, you guys! Let's do this thing!" Ash said.
"Right behind you!" Ethan said as they joined the Mega level Digimon in the fight. Gallantmon and ChaosGallantmon clashed their weapons against each other as Ash and Ethan joined in by unleashing a combo fire spell. Leaf ran up on BlackMegaGargomon right up to the face. Leaf lifts her Leaf Green Venusaur and struck him in the eye, allowing MegaGargomon to ram into his evil double. Kris casts a music spell as Lyra's Soul Silver Lugia emitting lightning and threw it at Kuzuhamon.
"Thunder Raid!" Lyra shouted, hitting Kuzuhamon.
"You little!" Kuzuhamon hissed.
"Trinity Arm!" Justimon shouted as his arm become enlarged and clutched into a fist, bringing it down. "Thunder Clap!"
"No!" Kuzuhamon exclaimed, being hit.
"Double Impact!" Beelzemon shouted, taking out his guns and fired at ChaosGallantmon, but he blocked it with his shield.
"Was that supposed to hurt me?" ChaosGallantmon asked, umimpressed.
"Can't blame me for trying, can you?" Beelzemon asked as ChaosGallantmon charges at Beelzemon. "Maybe you can."
"Howling Crusher!" SaberLeomon roared, swiping his claw at ChaosGallantmon. "Twin Fang!" SaberLeomon sends out several harden hair needles at ChaosGallantmon, but he raises his shield to defend himself.
"Time to put you down, kitty!" ChaosGallantmon said.
"Not today!" Ash said. "Flare!" Ash casts a flare spell, hitting him, but he was unphased, much to Ash's surprise. "Did you really think that could hurt me that easily? My armor is made of Chrome Digizoid! It's the hardest metal in the Digiworld. Even the most powerful attack the one you just blasted at me won't melt through my armor no matter how hard you try."
"Then, try this on for size!" Gallantmon shouted as he jabbed his evil counterpart in the stomach with his javelin. ChaosGallantmon clutched his stomach in pain.
"In case you forgotten, my weapon is also made from Chrome Digizoid, too. Your greatest defense can also be your greatest weakness," Gallantmon said.
"That can't be!" ChaosGallantmon said.
Leaf jumped onto MegaGargomon's shoulder as BlackMegaGargomon tried to bat her off his face.
"If you got something in your arsenal, MegaGargomon, then now's the time to use it," Leaf said.
"Ask and you shall receive!" MegaGargomon said as he readies himself. MegaGargomon takes aim at his evil double. "Gargo Missiles!" MegaGargomon fired gigantic megaton-class missiles from the gun turrets on his shoulders.
"No, you don't! Giant Missile!" BlackMegaGargomon shouted, firing his missiles from his the gun turrets on his shoulders. The missiles results in an explosion. BlackGargomon charges at MegaGargomon.
"Heaven's Judgement!" Cherubimon shouted, unleashing bolts of lightning, hitting BlackMegaGargomon. Cherubimon then creates a bolt of lightning in her hand. "Lightning Spear!" Cherubimon threw it at BlackMegaGargomon, hitting him.
"Thanks for the save, Cherubimon!" MegaGargomon said.
"Momentai," Cherubimon said.
"Hey, that's my line!" Terriermon said.
"You're going to pay for that!" BlackMegaGargomon said.
"Not that we have anything to say about it! Atomic Ray!" HiAndromon shouted with both of his shoulders glowing bright red and blue. He fires a powerful beam of energy from his hands.
Meanwhile, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Brendan, May, Max, Lisia, Tai, Matt, Sora T, Izzy, Mimi, Joe, TK, Kari, Davis, Ken, Yolei, Cody, Amy, Takuya, Koji, JP, Zoe, Tommy, Koichi, Zach, Marina, Jason, Patrick, the Pokémon and the Digimon kept running, looking for their missing friends.
Just then, Magnum Loaders, Strafers, Devastators, Robot Soldiers, and Advance Robot Soldiers appeared and attacked.
"Not now!" Sora said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"Pika," Xipak growled.
Sora summoned the Kingdom Key and uses it to strike down a Robot Soldier as Agumon fired a Pepper Breath and Gabumon fired Blue Blaster at the Magnum Loaders, and Strafers. Tentomon fired a Super Shocker at several Advance Robot Soldiers as Riku struck down a Devastator. More Heartless started to come.
"We better keep going! There's too many to deal with!" Riku said.
"Eevee!" Eevee said.
"Okay, run!" Sora said.
And with that said, they ran, getting away from the Heartless as they appeared.
Back at the battle, Kuzuha took out a small ball from her waist.
"Illuminator!" Kuzuhamon shouted, summoning a silver fox spirit and comes right for Sakuyamon, Justimon, Kris, Lyra, anf Marill.
"Spirit Strike!" Sakuyamon shouted, sending out the four spirits. The silver spirit bypassed the other four spirits. Marill fired a Bubble Beam to block it as Kris casts a reflect spell to block it.
"Thanks, Kris," Sakuyamon said.
"You're welcome," Kris said.
"Marill!" Marill exclaimed, pointing to Kuzuhamon.
"Marill's right! We're not done yet!" Lyra said. Marill fired another Bubbble Beam, but Kuzuhamon threw some scrolls and blocked the Aqua Mouse Pokémon's attack. "Try this! Thunder!" Kuzuhamon was prepared for it.
"Taizoukai Mandara!" Kuzuhamon shouted, creating a mystical barrier around her. "You will find I will not be easily quelled by your little magic tricks, human. My Taizoukai Mandara protects me and purifies any impurities against me."
"And what are those Impurities, Kuzuhamon? You could help me understand," Sakuyamon said.
"Even if I explain, I doubt a brainless pet to the humans would ever understand," Kuzuhamon said.
"Enlighten me," Sakuyamon said.
"Very well. It's the whole compassion and honor code you live by. Why would you care about the lives of others, such as other humans, Digimon, and the creatures you call Pokémon? They are nothing while we are superior than they are in every way. Why would you care about them when you have both beauty and power, yet you do not make them fear you? Help me understand," Kuzuhamon said.
"Is that it? Do you see compassion and honor as a weakness? If so, then you're truly blind. Those things don't make you weak, it actually makes you so much stronger than you can imagine," Sakuyamon said.
"Is that nonsense supposed to mean something to me?" Kuzuhamon asked.
"It should mean something to you, Kuzuhamon. I had to learn it the hard way. It didn't use to mean anything to me since I only cared about getting stronger, and then I realized how wrong I was. The two of us are who we are today because we allowed our hearts to be truly one. You wouldn't understand because all you've been doing is looking out for yourself. The darkness is covering your heart like a fog. The way I see it, you're the one who is impure," Sakuyamon said.
"I'm impure am I? Then, lets prove it! Illuminator!" Kuzuhamon shouted, sending out a silver fox spirit right at them.
"Amethyst Mandala!" Sakuyamon shouted, creating a barrier around herself, Justimon, MarineAngemon, Kris, Lyra, and Marill.
"Marine Shot!" MarineAngemon shouted, sending out a water attack, so Kuzuhamon deflects it.
Over with the fight against ChaosGallantmon, Beelzemon rushes at him with his claws ready to slash him.
"Darkness Claw!" Beelzemon shouted as he slashed him.
"Demons Disaster!" ChaosGallantmon fired his attack from his javelin. Beelzemon dodged his attack "Now, try this." He moves his shield. "Chaos Crusher!" He sends out a dark wave from his shield.
"Shield of the Just!" Gallantmon shouted, aiming his shield, unleashing a golden burst of energy and blocked it. Beelzemon then felt something going on, making him yell. Ash was quick to notice it.
"What's wrong, Beelzemon?" Ash asked.
"Don't worry about me, just keep fighting that wannabe, won't ya?" Beelzemon asked.
"Gotcha," Ash said as he charges in.
Beelzemon's eyes give off a white glow. In his mind, we see seven mysterious figures and Beelzemon is one of those figures.
"Is this supposed to mean anything to me?" Beelzemon asked, shaking it off.
BlackMegaGargomon gave Cherubimon a punch in the face before he spreads out his arms and legs.
"Burst Shot!" BlackMegaGargomon shouted, sending out a barrage of missiles.
"Mega Barrage!" MegaGargomon shouted, doing the same thing, sending out a barrage of missiles as well. The missiles explode when they make contact with each other.
"Lightning Spear!" Cherubimon shouted, throwing a spear of lightning at BlackMegaGargomon. It strikes him on the mark.
"Atomic Ray!" HiAndromon shouted, firing another rsy blast.
"Nice, but it won't help you! Giant Missile!" BlackMegaGargomon shouted, sending out two giant missiles from his shoulders.
"I don't think so! Thunder!" Leaf shouted, casting a thunder spell, hitting the missiles and destroyed them, much to BlackMegaGargomon's dismay. "Okay, MegaGargomon, move in!"
"Right!" MegaGargomon said, moving forward and lands a punch and a kick onto BlackMegaGargomon in the chest. He then grabbed BlackMegaGargomon by the shoulders. "It's time to end this here and now!"
"At this close range?" BlackMegaGargomon asked.
"Oh, yeah! Gargo Missile!" MegaGargomon shouted, firing his giant missiles and they struck BlackMegaGargomon up close, dealing some heavy damage. MegaGargomon then impales BlackMegaGargomon's chest with his fist, causing BlackMegaGargomon to scream in pain.
"No way I can lose to some losers!" BlackMegaGargomon exclaimed as he dissolves into bits of data.
"Good riddance to bad rubbish," Terriermon said.
"You can say that again, Terriermon," Henry said.
Kuzuhamon threw red scrolls at Kris and Lyra as they dodged and casts a double fire spell at her. She makes another barrier around herself. Sakuyamon then rushes at Kuzuhamon.
"Marine Shot!" MarineAngemon shouted, sending out his water attack at Kuzuhamon again.
"Take this!" Sakuyamon shouted, kicking Kuzuhamon in the face.
"You're gonna pay for that!" Kuzuhamon hissed.
"I'll take a rain check on that!" Sakuyamon said.
"Trinity Arm!" Justimon shouted, transforming his arm. "Thunder Shot!" He fires orbs of lightning from his arm, causing Kuzuhamon to deflect the attack. Kris threw her Keyblade at Kuzuhamon, hitting her. "Sakuyamon! Now!"
"Fox Kick!" Sakuyamon shouted, giving Kuzuhamon another kick. "Now to finish this fight off!" She impales Kuzuhamon with the end of her staff.
"Impossible!" Kuzuhamon exclaimed as she dissolves into bits of data as well.
ChaosGallantmon noticed BlackMegaGargomon and Kuzuhamon were annihilated by their good counterparts.
"They were just holding me back anyway," ChaosGallantmon said.
"You're outnumbered now, ChaosGallantmon. You might as well just surrender to us now while you still have an option," Gallantmon said.
"I will never surrender to the likes of you! I don't care how many of you there are, because I'll take you all down with me to ensure my victory! Demons Disaster!" ChaosGallantmon shouted, sending out his energy attack from his javelin. Gallantmon blocked the attack with his shield as Ash and Ethan came in front of ChaosGallantmon. Ash gave ChaosGallantmon a slash across the chest, causing him so much pain. Ethan sends out a burst of energy from his Keyblade, hitting him at the stomach. ChaosGallantmon fell to his knee. "This isn't how it was supposed to go down. I won't allow myself to be defeated by you so easily. There is one more thing I have been holding back until now. I didn't want to resort to it, but given the situation, I am no position to have a choice."
"What are planning to do?" Ash asked. ChaosGallantmon just laughed.
"Why should I just tell you when I can just show you? It is time to reveal my real self!" ChaosGallantmon said before a red aura began to shine all around him. ChaosGallantmon gave off a loud yell as the red aura engulfs him. Everyone shields their eyes as ChaosGallantmon unleashes an explosion of red energy. In ChaosGallantmon's place is a large reptilian Digimon. He has a long, red and white serpent-like tail that forms the lower half of his body with a red thigh guard around his waist. His torso is covered in red and white metal, with white ribs around the sides and the Digital Hazard symbol displayed prominently in the center. His arms are also covered in metal, with large blades that run the length of his arms attached to his forearms, the Digital Hazard symbol displayed on his shoulders, and three claws on his hands. His head is red except for his lower jaw, with two large spikes above its eyes and two wing-like ears behind his eyes. On his back, he has two large, red and orange dragon-like wings that are frayed near the ends.
"What is that?" Ash asked.
"I am Megidramon. And I will enjoy killing each and every one of you! Prepare to witness true terror before you all die by my hands!" Megidramon roared. "Dragon Howling!" Megidramon sends out a powerful shock wave from his mouth. They all jump to dodge it. "Megido Fire!" Megidramon spews intesne flames from his mouth. Gallantmon blocked with his shield.
"Lightning Joust!" Gallantmon shouted, firing his energy attack from his javelin. It struck Megidramon on the mark.
"Twin Fang!" SaberLeomon roared. SaberLeomon sends out hair needles, hitting Megidramon, but hardly did anything. "That didn't even phase him!" The other Mega level Digimon and Keyblade wielders came to their aid against Megidramon.
"Thought you could use the back-up," HiAndromon said.
"We appreciate the help," Gallantmon said.
"You think you can hope to defeat me? How amusingly pathetic of you! You don't stand a chance against me!" Megidramon said.
"Don't be so quick to underestimate us, Megidramon," Cherubimon said.
"We stand a much better chance against you than you think," Justimon said.
"And we're not going to let you stand in our way," MegaGargomon said.
"Do you honestly believe you can do that? Don't make me laugh. And even if Kuzuhamon and BlackMegaGargomon were still with me, don't expect you got the advantage just because there's more of you. Once I'm done with you, I'll go and look for the rest of your friends and kill them all," Megidramon said.
"I don't think so," Ethan said. He casts a blizzard spell, hitting him as Kris casts a music spell. Ash, Leaf, and Lyra rushed at Megidramon and slashed at him. Marill fired Bubble Beam.
"Dragon Howling!" Megidramon unleashed his sound wave right at Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, and Marill.
"Amethyst Mandala!" Sakuyamon shouted, creating a protective barrier around them.
"That was close," Lyra said.
"Marill," Marill said.
"Thanks for the save, Sakuyamon," Ethan said.
"Don't thank me yet," Sakuyamon said.
"Everyone! Let's hit him at the same time!" Gallantmon said.
"Right!" The other Digimon said in unision.
MegaGargomon, "Gargo Missile!"
Sakuyamon, "Spirit Strike!"
Beelzemon, "Double Impact!"
Justimon, "Thunder Clap!"
SaberLeomon, "Twin Fang!"
HiAndromon, "Atomic Ray!"

Ash and Ethan casts a fire spell as Kris casts a music spell, Leaf casts a thunder spell, Lyra casts a blizzard spell, and Marill fired Bubble Beam. Gallantmon readies his shield.
"Shield of the Just!" Gallantmon shouted. They all launched their attacks, hitting Megidramom on the mark. Megidramon roared in pain. "Now, to end this!" Gallantmon shouted as he charged at Megidramon and impaled the evil dragon Digimon.
"No... This can't be...happening..." Megidramon weakly said as he dissolves into bits of data until he was completely gone. The Digimon all revert back to their Rookie forms or human forms.
"That's one less enemy to deal with," Kris said as she panted.
"Yeah, but we're not out of the woods yet," Leaf said.
"Yeah, we have Devimon left to contend with," Ethan said.
"You're right. Devimon is going to be a problem as long as he's out there," Henry said.
Meanwhile, Devimon is informed that Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Max, Tai, Matt, Sora T, Izzy, Mimi, Joe, TK, Kari, Davis, Ken, Yolei, Cody, Amy, the Pokémon and their Digimon have reunited with Brendan, May, Lisia, Takuya, Koji, JP, Zoe, Tommy, Koichi, Bokomon, Neemon, Munchlax, and Mime Jr, and they met Zach, Marine, Jason, and Patrick by a DemiDevimon.
"So they're together again, are they?" Devimon asked.
"Yeah, and they're already searching for the Digimon Tamers as we speak, boss," DemiDevimon said.
"This is unacceptable. We must deal with them as soon as possible. Perhaps Orochimon will have another shot at them," Devimon said. Just then, a Bakemon appeared. "What is it?"
"Lord Devimon, I just received word that BlackGuilmon, BlackTerriermon, and Yokaimon were just defeated by the Digimon Tamers and the other Keyblade wielders," Bakemon reported.
"BlackGuilmon was nothing but a liability anyway. But we cannot overlook this. Send in whoever is available to contend with them," Devimon said.
"Yes, Lord Devimon," Bakemon said.
"You're both dismissed," Devimon said.
"Right," DemiDevimon and Bakemon said, taking their leave.
"It won't be long until they all get back together. Orochimon is strong, but he has weakness, and they will exploit it when they learn what that weakness is. Orochimon will play his role well, so it makes no difference who destroys who, I will win this either way. Especially when I have something cooked up," Devimon laughed evilly.
