It was a nice day as the cosmic buddies was relaxing with Pinocchio

The cosmic buddies arrive and sees the underminer causing chaos
"Okay Let's stop this guy" Jason says punching his fists
"Behold the underminer!" The underminer says to the city.
"It's just one guy how bad could he possibly be" Savannah says to them
Delta rushed after him and sees Mr. Incredible
"Mr. Incredible!" Delta says to him.
"Who are you?" he asked
"No time" Delta says as Angry Luigi uses a drill mushroom becoming drill Angry Luigi and went underground
"I thought we met the incredible before?" Savannah says to them.
"That was Jay and the others we missed that" Bill says
Drill Angry Luigi uppercuts underminer out of the ground as it got ready to scrap as the battle went on.
Delta teleports and punched him
"Woah they're good" Elastgirl says
"You look like a female Mr fantastic" Delta says to Elastigirl
"What?" She asked as Jason leaps and punches Underminer in the face and smirked as the police soon came
"Ah yes the police we did 80% of your job" Jason says
"Superheroes are illegal in this universe" Emila says as the others blink confused

They rush off
The Parr family got arrested for being Superheroes, they got interviewed by the police, then later were bailed out by the man.

"And so, the lesson here gang is to, not be the Cosmic buddies, they're the worst adventure team ever" Mr. Burdock says to them.
"I wouldn't say that they're the worst, I worked with them before multiple times" Jay said to him
"I only know Emma and her dog, Litchty, he was so cute" Vampira says to him
"I only met Alem tuber once, we're great buddies, we spar once in a while but it's good, I respect him" Krystal says to them

"That's adventure class, see you in 2 weeks, this week's homework is about teamwork so I'm sending you four to the supers are illegal universe, there's a guy that wants to make supers legal again, I want you to work with him to help him make Superheroes legal again, he already has a super in mind to help him, have any of you four know a superheroine named Elastigirl?" Mr. Burdock asked the four

"Anyway, that's this week's homework, see you in 2 weeks, Crossover pals" Mr. Burdock says to them before teleporting away.
"That's not our team name, it's Crossover ROYALS!" Neptune says to him.
"Yeah, Crossover Pals sounds too much like Cosmic buddies" Krystal says to them
"I know that I'm not a leader but we should get going" Jay said to them
"Agree, let's move out, team!" Vampira says to them.

The cosmic buddies were relaxing in a hotel
"Let's try and get supers unbanned" Savannah says
"Yeah!" Alem tuber agrees as Litchty and Sabrina nods
"Sure let's just ask the mayor to unban super heroes that will work" Salem said with sarcasm
"How are we going to unban them?" Angry Luigi asked her.
"I dunno, maybe a miracle will happen" Savannah guessed.
"As if that'll happen" Salem scoffs at that.
Meanwhile
The gang were going to the hotel that the family were staying in
"So, how do you know them?" Vampira asked Jay about the Parr family
"I met them one Day during Heko's brother's field trip to Metro City, then I lost my friends during the field trip, and not the fighting way, I mean I got distracted by a man lifting his car over not closing it, after that they let Me in for dinner, after that I came back because Bob was missing so I decided to come and help them with Team Sonic's help. So what about you, Violent?" Jay asked Vampira about how she met Emma and Litchty
"Oh, I was on my oldest sister's wedding, then I saw a white dog then I left but then I noticed it followed me so I decided to return it to it's owner" Vampira says to him.
The Crossover Royals sees Frozone.
"Hi, Frozone" Jay said to him
"Hey, Jay, I'm about to invite Bob and Helen to my place, and to Devtech" Frozone said to the group.
"Devtech?" Arla asked him
"There's this guy who's legit and he wants supers to be legal" Frozone says to them, "come if you're going to DevTech"

"So are you Sue Storm cause you have the same powers as her" delta says

"How does she know that our team name has the word, Crossover on it?" Vampira asked Jay
He shrugged as he didn't know either.
"So, are you Superheroes too?" Violet asked the cosmic buddies.
"Sort of" Emma says to her.
"Oh, great the vampire is here and so is Jay" Emila grumbled
"Just what we need" Alem tuber grumbles about it.
"Wait you guys have the word crossover Emma just said Crossover cause she was expecting another team like the Adventure kids" Melony says as there was a knock as Emma opens it to see Daniella, Ercia, Amiela and Robyn
"The element guardians" the cosmic buddies says

Savannah hugs Jay and Vampira
"What's with the black cloak?" Helen asked Vampira
"Uh, it's nothing" Vampira says to her.

"So, I heard that the program is retiring" Jay said to Bob
"I know, we're only staying At the motel for 2 weeks" Bob says to him
"Wait, we're going to bed, but we just saw Jay again and now when we sleep he's going to be gone again" Dash complained about it.
"Dash…. Knowing them they're probably here to help us out with our problem we'll see them tomorrow" Violet says
"Okay" Dash says to her.
"Oh right we got something to show you" Jay tells Bob
"We ran into a guy who knows you named Frozone and he says that there's a guy who wants supes to be legal Again, at a place called Devtech" Vampira says to them.
"Soups?" Jay asked her in confusion

Emma giggles at that.
"Okay let's do this" Melony says

"Devtech?" Helen asked her
"Yeah, a man wants supes back is awesome isn't it" Vampira asked them

"I'm sensing a running gag" Delta says to the fourth wall.
"I noticed you have fangs now" Emma says to Vampira
"Uh, these are fake, part of my Superhero identity" Vampira lies as her teammates/classmates don't know that Vampira is actually a vampire.
"So, you're Batgirl?" Jay asked her
She shrugged at it.
"Let's go see this" Jason says
Vampira sighs in relief as everyone but the kids leave for Devtech.
Later
They made it to Devtech.
"Okay, we're here" Vampira says to them
"You do know that she's lying about the vampire superhero thing" Melony says to Emma.
"Oh" Emma says
"Let's get on to business" Jason says "How will we fix this must we crush every villain or get a new mayor"
"I suggest street level victories like stopping a plane crash or saving people from a burning bridge and get it in on camera" Bill says
"Boring" Melony says
Penny looks at Daniella who shrugged
"Why don't we talk to the man that wants Supers to be legal again?" Vampira asked them.
"Yeah" Erica says
The men then arrived and introduced himself as Winston and his sister named Evelyn.
Winston explain that when his father was still alive, he was very supportive towards Superheroes and when supers were just made illegal, he tried to call them but they never showed up in which he got shot by the robber.
"It must've been hard for you're mother" Helen said to him
"Mother died years later. Heartbroken" Evelyn says to her.
"You sure seem like nicest lady in the year" Melony scoffed at Evelyn
"So, what do we need to do?" Emma asked him
"Well, Elastigirl is our best solution to help us get supers legal" Winston says to them.
"Better than me?" Bob asked him which caused Helen to clear her throat.
"And I'm expecting Mr. Burdock's best 4 students here soon to help Elastigirl out with this, these guys are amazing, especially their powers, these files states their names, powers and weaknesses, well we don't focus on the weaknesses, we focus on the strengths that these students have" Winston told them.
"But why her?" Mr. Incredible asked him
"Well, take a look at these files that insurance we had before the supers became illegal" Winston says to him
Bob looked at the files and saw how much damage and money he did when supers weren't illegal yet.
Jay took a peek and winced at it, "Yikes".
"How much?" Neptune asked him
"Like you have to be a zillionaire to pay for it" Jay said to Neptune.
"That's a lot of money" Emma said to them.
"It is" Angry Luigi says to her.
"We can do this" Alem tuber says
"Really?" Penny asked
"Better than Nay" Alem tuber says
Later, the next day
After Elastigirl accepted the offer, the Parr family moved From the motel to Winston's mansion.
Dash was too excited to be in a huge mansion.
Violet, however, is suspicious about Helen's new job.
Dash pressed random buttons which caused slight malfunctions.

"Who are the students that Winston is expecting to see? I wonder if we'll ever meet them?" Emma asked them
"I dunno" Angry Luigi says
"It's best that we don't ever know" Alem tuber says to her.
Meanwhile

"I don't know why we didn't Tell Winston that we were Mr. Burdock's students" Jay asked Vampira
"Because I don't trust Winston" she says
"I see Elastigirl, she's heading to New Brandon" Arla says to them

At School Emma waves at Dash who was In class

At lunch they were eating when kids toss food at Emma who looks down

The kids leave while laughing at her.

Elastigirl and the gang stopped a train that was driving backwards.
"Oh, that was tiring" Krystal says to herself
"Did we really need to wear these masks?" Jay asked them
"We need to protect our identity" Vampira says to them.
"I bet the cosmic buddies don't even know that we're gone" Neptune says to them.
"Like they actually give a damn about it" Jay said to them, as he knows the cosmic buddies better than the rest of the team.

Bob was trying to help Dash with homework
"Give it here" Bill says and shows him how it's done.
Bob tries to put jack-jack to sleep but Savannah helped
"Wonder where Jay and the others Are" Savannah asked
"Hope They're ok" Melony says

Alem tuber was flying around on patrol looking around " Hm nothing wrong " he says

Elastigirl saved the people in the helicopter, as she and the gang had learned that the tech are making the citizens hypnotized.
"we gotta figure out who's this" Elastigirl Thought
"Who is doing this?" Arla asked herself
"It can't be Carmilla, she only hypnotizes vampires" Vampira thought to herself
"Who do we know that is very good with tech, and is good at hypnotizing people?" Neptune asked them
"Billy is great at tech, but he's too good to be Screenslaver" Jay said to them.
