Chapter 5: Cream Puff
Sanji opened the door for business and he already had customers waiting. They ordered their coffees or lattes and pastry. Sanji was grateful for the crowd because it helped to keep him from thinking about Zoro. He poured the tea for the old lady group and handed napkins to a mother whose child had crumbs all over his face. Sanji kept looking at Zoro's store front and he almost over poured the tea for another elderly lady group. He quickly stopped and apologized. Something had to be done. Zoro was distracting him.
He was at the counter when he noticed Zoro coming into the bakery. Sanji's eyebrow twitched as he remembered touching and feeling Zoro's body against his. Zoro walked up to the counter and Sanji found that he had a hard time looking at Zoro after last night.
"A medium coffee and a raspberry tart," Zoro said.
Sanji didn't say anything but got Zoro's order ready. Zoro looked at him and Sanji found that he was looking back. Zoro's eyes were questioning, and Sanji had to turn away. Zoro took the hint and went to a table in the corner to eat. Sanji tried to focus on his customers but it was hard with Zoro watching his every move. A few minutes of 'fun' last night gave way to extreme awkwardness. Sanji was relieved when Zoro left to open up his tattoo shop. Now, Sanji could get back to normal.
The workday was done and Sanji turned the sign over to 'close.' He locked the door behind him and chanced a glance at Zoro's shop. The lights were off, which likely meant Zoro had closed up. Sanji was just getting to the stairs when he heard a window open loudly. He turned back to see a huge puff of smoke coming from Zoro's window. Zoro was almost hanging out of the window. Sanji didn't waste any time rushing to Zoro's apartment to help. He darted up the stairs and threw open the door. He was met with a rush of smoke and the smell of burnt food.
"ZORO!" he called over to him. Zoro popped up from the window. "What happened?" Sanji asked as he went to the kitchen.
"I fell asleep with food in the oven," Zoro said, coughing and sputtering.
Sanji pulled his shirt up over his nose to block out the smoke. His eyes were beginning to sting. The smoke was coming from the oven and Sanji took out the Cornish Hen, completely black and burnt. The smoke detector started beeping and Sanji reached up to press the button to silence it.
"Open up the rest of the windows," Sanji told Zoro as he took the smoking hen to the sink and poured cold water on it. "How could you burn something this bad?"
"I told you! I accidentally fell asleep!"
"Do you sleep like the dead, Chia Pet?" Sanji countered.
"Shut up, Curly Brow!" Zoro coughed a few more times into his fist.
They both stepped outside while the smoke was clearing out. Sanji didn't want to, but he couldn't just leave Zoro like this. So Sanji offered for him to come over and he'll make them dinner while the apartment clears out. Zoro accepted the offer and they went to Sanji's apartment. Zoro sat on the couch while Sanji gathered ingredients for dinner. Sanji told him he was making lemon chicken with sides of green beans and rice.
Zoro could see the kitchen from the couch and he found himself watching Sanji's every movement. The man moved around the kitchen with ease, and the delicious smell filled the apartment. He thought back to last night when they were getting intimate. He actually wanted to do it again, but Sanji likely wouldn't go for it. Unless Sanji was drunk. Then he would be more willing. They didn't get along, but last night was different. Zoro wanted to put Sanji's mouth to better use than slinging insults. He really hasn't been with anyone for months. He was so busy with his training and tattooing that he didn't have time to fraternize.
Sanji could feel Zoro's stare on him as he cooked. He thought back to last night and he flushed. Even though he didn't want to stop, he had pushed himself to end it. While he was a little drunk last night, he was sober enough to remember what happened. Zoro didn't bring it up, and neither did he. But Sanji was certain Zoro was thinking about last night as well.
Dinner was finished and Sanji set two plates of food on the breakfast island. Zoro came over and took a seat on the stool. Sanji sat on the opposite side.
"Thanks for this," Zoro said. "It looks good."
"Everything I make or bake is good," Sanji added, pouring himself and Zoro a glass of red wine.
Zoro tried the chicken and it was so tasty that he ate it quickly. He ate the sides last and then downed it with some wine. Sanji poured him another glass.
The wine kept on flowing even after dinner. They sat on the couch with another bottle of red wine opened up on the coffee table. They weren't talking much, just enjoying the wine.
"Hey, go get me a snack," a tipsy Zoro said to Sanji.
"Get it yourself, Moss-Head."
"You know where it is,"
"So, go through my cabinets until you find it" he took another deep sip.
"Stop being lazy and just get me something!"
"I won't! I'm not a servant! And you're in my home!"
"A host serves a guest," Zoro finished the wine in his glass with one gulp.
"You're not a guest! You're a jackass!"
"Don't call me a jackass, Shitty Brow!"
Sanji stood up and Zoro did too. Now, they were face-to-face.
"You can just go back to your smoky apartment!"
"It's better there than here!" Zoro countered.
"So? Take your ass back to your place!"
"I'll leave when I'm ready!"
"You'll leave now!"
"I won't!"
"Get out, Moss-Head! Chia Pet! Out!"
Zoro reached out and grabbed Sanji's chin, forcing him into a kiss. Sanji pulled away, but Zoro yanked him back and pressed their lips together again. Sanji's struggles eventually stopped and he melted into the kiss. Zoro let their tongues duel in his mouth, then switched to Sanji's. He brought his hand down to grip the front of Sanji's pants, squeezing the bulge there. Sanji gasped into his mouth and arched into his hand. Zoro was pleased with Sanji's positive response to his touches. He tugged at the bottom of Sanji's shirt, breaking the kiss to tell him to take it off.
"Make me, Moss-Head-" Sanji challenged.
Then, he gasped when Zoro's hand went down the front of his pants to grab at his naked erection. He felt himself harden instantly, and the touch of Zoro's thumb rubbing the tip made him horny for more. Sanji knew they should stop, but Zoro's constricted stroking was just too pleasurable. He felt Zoro pull the front of his pants down to free his erection and set to stroking it again while kissing his neck. Sanji found himself moaning at the duel sensation. Zoro then forced him out of the shirt, so all his intimate parts were revealed. His pants were pooled at his feet and his shirt was somewhere in the room.
But Zoro was still dressed, and two can play at this game. He tugged at Zoro's shirt and he took it off, tossing it to the side. Sanji stepped out of his pants and kicked them away. Zoro's pants were next, and Sanji glanced down at the engorged erection. Zoro was definitely the biggest he has had. Still, Sanji brought his hand down to grip it. It was warm and smooth in his palm. He started stroking it, and Zoro did the same with his. Sanji laid his head on Zoro's shoulder, panting softly as Zoro's rough hand stroked him firm and hard. If he wasn't too careful, he would climax soon. That would be embarrassing. But he was loving Zoro's touch, and a part of him wanted more but Zoro took his hand away. They were both standing naked in his living room.
"M-Moss-Head…?" he panted out, still aroused.
"What, Curly Brow?" Zoro's voice was deeper than usual.
"...what's going on?"
"...we've had too much wine…"
"...right."
"..."
"..."
Sanji looked down at their twin erections and knew they were not going to go away easily. He didn't like doing it, but he would suck Zoro off. Without a word, he got down on his knees, so he was facing Zoro's cock. He took the base of the large member in his hand, and then lowered his head to place his lips on the tip. Zoro had a clean yet musky smell that was not at all unpleasant. He heard Zoro let out a moan and he took the tip into his mouth, swirling his tongue along the tip and tracing the slit at the top.
Zoro's hand found his hair and he gripped it in a fist. Sanji thought Zoro would force him to go faster, but the Moss-Head kept control. Sanji slid his mouth down more until his lips reached his fist at the base. Zoro's cock was hitting the back of his throat and he wanted to taste more of him. He moved his hand and took the rest of Zoro in his mouth, sliding it further down his throat. Zoro let out a loud, long moan. Sanji started bobbing his head up and down, taking it out halfway and sliding back in. He couldn't take the full thing comfortably, so he brought his hand to aid in the stroking. Sanji kept a steady rhythm, his mouth and hand moving in unison together. Zoro started shallow thrusts that pushed his cock deeper, but Sanji regained control.
It took a few more heavy sucks until Zoro climaxed into Sanji's mouth. Sanji was prepared, having felt Zoro's body tensing up and readied his throat. He barely tasted any of the cum because it immediately went down his throat. As he pulled away, some leftover cum grazed his tongue and lips, and he could taste it then. The taste wasn't unpleasant, but it wasn't great either. He would keep that from Zoro. He stood up from the floor and faced Zoro's panting expression. Zoro was satisfied.
Sanji thought that was the end before Zoro got on his knees in front of him. He knew what Zoro was going to do, and he didn't waste any time. Sanji let out a gasp as Zoro easily and expertly sucked him all the way to the base. His knees felt like water as he struggled to remain standing. Zoro suddenly pulled away and lifted him in his arms. Zoro placed him on the island in the kitchen. Before Sanji could protest about making food on this island, Zoro was back on his knees and taking in cock just like before. Sanji threw his head back and moaned as Zoro sucked hard, pulling up and moving fast when going down. No one has ever given him a blowjob. He couldn't last much longer and he warned Zoro that he was ready to come. Zoro just sucked down to the base and Sanji's whole body shivered in climax. He could feel Zoro's throat moving to take in all of it.
Then, Zoro stood up and said, "I think I should go…the smoke should be cleared out by now." he started to get dressed.
Sanji agreed with him and quickly put his pants on. He was still lightheaded from the orgasm. They really needed to stop drinking together. Sanji was almost sad when Zoro left and wondering where they will go from here. He flushed hotly at the idea of having sex with Zoro. He shouldn't be thinking these thoughts. Zoro's tattoo shop and its biker gangs are bad for his business! But every part of him said something different. He couldn't be falling for the enemy. Zoro was his enemy…even if he had a very talented mouth.
Sanji couldn't get to sleep that night. Instead, he went down to the bakery and started baking. Since he had a lot of time, he would make pies and more. He had two blueberries, two cherries, two apples, and two sweet potatoes. While the pies were baking, he made some cream puffs and small chocolate eclairs. While it was still summer, he had to use up some strawberries, so he dipped them in chocolate and decorated them with white chocolate stripes. Once everything was finished, he placed them in the display case. The special of the day would be creampuffs because he made a lot of them.
With everything complete and the sun slowly coming up, Sanji returned to his apartment to dress in his chef clothing. He made himself some scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. But he was thinking about Zoro and what he was having for breakfast. Sanji wouldn't be surprised if Zoro skips breakfast, or he just has a protein shake or something similar. He wanted to make Zoro breakfast. He felt his face flush and he downed his coffee. He had a quick cigarette on the steps and once finished he opened the bakery.
Zoro was grateful for the amount of customers he had today because it kept his mind off of Sanji. Occasionally, he would look at the Kickin' Good Bakery hoping he could see Sanji.
Soon, it was his lunch break and he went across the street to the bakery. He opened the door and saw that every table was full. Sanji was behind the counter and their eyes met. Keeping himself together, Zoro walked up to the counter and ordered two cream puffs and one chocolate covered strawberry. Sanji placed the desserts on a small plate and asked Zoro where he was going to sit. Just in time, a young pair got up and the table was free, so Zoro took it.
The sweets looked good, Zoro thought. He tried one of the cream puffs and it was delicious. He finished them off quickly and then went in for the strawberry. The sweet juices paired well with the tartness of the strawberry mixed with sweet chocolate. He liked them so much he wanted more, so he went back up to the counter.
Sanji had carefully watched Zoro eat and enjoy the desserts. He panicked for a moment when Zoro got up and came to the counter. Zoro had a bit of white cream at the corner of his mouth. Sanji had a shameful thought and quickly told Zoro to wipe his mouth. He handed Zoro a napkin but Zoro just used his tongue to get the cream. 'Oh no…not now!' He could feel his white and black checkered chef pants starting to tighten in his groin. He thought about last night and feared he would never be able to look at cream the same way again! Zoro has forever ruined cream for him!
"I'll take a coffee to go," Zoro said.
Sanji got him the coffee but couldn't look at him.
"About last night…" Zoro started, keeping his voice low. "Did you…like it?"
"...maybe." Sanji said, a little hesitant. Of course, the answer was 'yes.' "You?"
Zoro nodded. "It was good. I liked it,"
Sanji cleared his throat and replied, "Yeah, I did like it…"
"Come for a ride on my motorcycle after work," Zoro said. "I know a nice little place where we can…talk…about stuff."
Sanji didn't like the idea of getting on the death machine, but he did like the idea of wrapping his arms around Zoro's torso. "Sure…after work."
"I'll walk over and get you." Zoro said and left the bakery, returning to his own shop.
Sanji sighed and stared at the cream puff. 'That bastard ruined them for me!'
Sanji just locked the door and waited outside for Zoro. He could see Zoro closing up shop. He was really nervous about where they were going as well as worried about riding on that motorcycle. Zoro came out and waved him over. Sanji wanted to change his clothes first and Zoro said he could wait. Sanji went up to his apartment and changed into a tight red shirt and blue jeans. He slipped on his only pair of sneakers and returned to Zoro. Zoro tossed him the helmet and Sanji placed it over his head. Carefully, he slid onto the back of the motorcycle and wrapped his arms around Zoro.
"Let's go!" Zoro said with a smirk, revving the engine and taking off.
Sanji silently screamed and held on tight.
They rode for quite some time and it was getting dark. Zoro pulled up next to a cliffside overpass and shut off the bike. Sanji took off his helmet and looked at the sight before him. He walked up to the guard rail and Zoro came with him. They were the only ones here. Sanji had never been here before. The cliffside overlooked a forest of trees.
"I come here sometimes when life gets annoying," Zoro said, placing his hands in his worn leather jacket pockets.
Sanji took out a pack of cigarettes from his pocket and picked one out. He offered one to Zoro but Zoro didn't smoke.
"Sanji, look up at the sky," Zoro said.
Sanji lit his cigarette then looked up. He gasped inwardly as he saw millions of stars.
"There's no light pollution here," Zoro said. "So, we can see the night sky clearer."
"It's awesome, Zoro! I've never seen the night sky like this!
"Hm. I think that's the first time you've called me by my name and not 'Moss-Head'."
Sanji held the cigarette in his hand. "You said my name as well and not 'Curly-Brow' or 'Shitty-Brow'."
They stared at each other a moment, taking in the others' form. Zoro liked how Sanji's red shirt hugged his body like a second skin. He could see some of Sanji's muscles. Sanji was starting to like the biker look. Zoro had a worn, black leather jacket with a green undershirt and jeans along with black biker boots. Sanji took one more long puff of his cigarette and tossed it on the ground, putting it out with his shoe.
This time, it was Sanji who kissed first. He pulled Zoro to him by the jacket and crushed their lips together. Zoro met the kiss with equal dominance, forcing his tongue into Sanji's mouth. But Sanji's tongue pushed back, forcing Zoro's tongue back into his mouth. It was a battle for dominance, and both men wanted it.
Zoro crushed Sanji to his chest, plundering the blonde's mouth with his tongue. Sanji's tongue was still trying to fight for dominance but Zoro took over. He loved hearing Sanji's moans through the kiss. Sanji's hands were running along his back and he did the same, taking in Sanji's form. He broke the kiss to get some air and they were both panting. Their groins were pressed together but neither were getting aroused. Sanji laid his head on Zoro's shoulder. They stayed like that for a few minutes, then broke apart to stare up at the sky. Neither one realized they were holding hands until Zoro said they should head back. They looked at their hands joined together, then looked at each other.
"Um…let's head back." Zoro said.
"Yeah…let's head back." Sanji repeated.
They pulled their hands apart and mounted Zoro's motorcycle and headed home.
Zoro watched Sanji to make sure he got in safely. It was a gentlemanly thing to do. He chuckled to himself. He could still feel Sanji's hand in his. It seemed like their little on-going tiff was coming to an end.
Zoro went to his apartment and changed into his sleeping boxers. He was really tired and wanted to get a good night's sleep. Sleep will help to ease any thoughts on Sanji. But he would find out that Sanji was even in his dream.
He dreamt he was in Sanji's bakery and heard Sanji calling for him from the back. Zoro followed the voice and found Sanji. Sanji was lounging in an inflatable pool filled with white cream. Zoro knew that Sanji was naked, hidden in all that cream. There was more cream on top of Sanji's head, which looked like whipped cream with a cherry on top. Sanji reached up and grasped the cherry, bringing it to his mouth. He plucked the cherry from the stem and tossed it aside.
"You want to pop my cherry?" Sanji asked in a smooth, seductive tone.
Zoro didn't know if Sanji was a virgin or not, but he flushed hotly. Sanji stood up then, his body covered it white cream, and he beckoned Zoro to come to him. Zoro wanted to lick all that cream from Sanji's body, revealing it lick by lick. He walked over to Sanji and reached out for him, but then he woke up.
"What the hell was that?" Zoro asked out loud. "I think I'm losing my mind…"
Sanji woke up with a weird feeling, though he didn't know why or what. Maybe someone was thinking about him? Was it Zoro? Sanji sat up in bed and went to the window. He saw Zoro's lights on. He took a quick glance at the clock and it said two o'clock.
Sanji decided to go over and see Zoro. He got dressed, got a bottle of wine, and crossed the street to Zoro's apartment. He climbed the stairs and knocked on the door. "Hey, Moss-Head? It's me." The door opened.
"What are you doing here?" Zoro asked.
Sanji held up the wine. "I couldn't sleep, and I saw your lights on, so I thought I'd come by."
"I'll never say 'no' to booze," Zoro said and let Sanji inside.
"Do you have wine glasses?" Sanji asked.
"No, just regular ones,"
Sanji thought it a sin to drink wine out of anything that wasn't a wine glass. But he would have to make due. Zoro did have a bottle opener, so Sanji popped out the cork and poured them both a cup. They sat on the couch with their wine but neither knew what to say.
"I had a dream about you," Zoro said.
"A dream?"
Zoro nodded. "Yeah. A dream. It was…a strange dream."
"How was it strange?"
"You were in a blow up swimming pool filled with white cream, and you beckoned me to you."
Sanji couldn't help but let out a laugh. "That sounds ridiculous!"
"Trust me, it was weird," Zoro said, taking a heavy sip of wine. "We need to watch ourselves with drinking…we become…different…when we're tipsy."
"Oh, don't I know it."
They fell silent again. This time, Sanji was the one to talk.
"The stuff we did before…doesn't that make us a couple? Or are we fuck buddies?"
"I don't know," Zoro answered honestly.
"You're bad for my business, Moss-Head."
"And you're a shitty cook."
"Hey! I'm a good cook!"
"For dog food maybe!"
"What?! You take that back!" Sanji put his glass down, as did Zoro.
"Make me, Shitty Cook!"
"You're going down, Moss Ball! I'll sell your head as a Chia Pet!"
"Bring it on, Pillsbury Dough Boy!"
"You are so dead!"
Sanji attacked first, pouncing on Zoro. They rolled off the couch and hit the coffee table. Zoro flipped Sanji over his head so he could stand. Zoro heard Sanji hit the floor as he stood up and got into a fighting stance. Sanji was back on his feet and he started using his legs. Zoro was trained in fighting while Sanji wasn't. Zoro blocked Sanji's kicks and then managed to grab one. Sanji tried to swing his other leg over but he lost balance and fell. Zoro was still holding his left leg by the ankle.
"Let go!"
"I win," Zoro said with a smirk. "Stick a fork in you, you're done!"
"Ugh, that was SO lame," Sanji said. "Fine! Whatever! Just let me go!"
"No, I don't think I will." Zoro then pulled Sanji along the floor by his foot and went into the bedroom.
Sanji didn't even bother fighting to escape.
