After the shocking reveal and a quick change, Clark and Lois were following Diana out of their villa, trying to wrap their head around with what they had learned.

"So wait, the curator has been Wonder Woman?!" Lois exclaimed.

"Why don't you shout even louder, I'm sure Zeus will hear it." Diana retorted.

"Sorry, sorry, it's a lot to take in." Lois said.

"Is this how she reacted to when she found out your identity?" Wonder Woman asked Clark.

"She tossed herself off of a roof to prove she was correct." Clark said. "And I saved her."

Diana narrowed her eyes at Lois. "You tossed yourself off of a roof?"

Lois cringed thinking back on her mistake. "In all honesty, I was desperate."

"Sounds more like a stupid, impulsive decision." Diana remarked. "No wonder the gods want you dead. If it were me in that situation, I would have stabbed him through the hand to see if his skin was invincible." The couple looked at Diana with worried expressions. Diana turned to face the couple with a deadpan stare. "What? I wouldn't have hit a major blood artery."

"Um…Okay. Good to know." Clark remarked, though still nervous.

"Wait a minute, you were in World War II." Lois pointed out. "How do you look so good for someone, over a hundred years old?"

"We Amazonians age a lot slower than you mortals." Diana stated. "I might look like I'm over 30, but I am over three hundred years old."

Clark and Lois' eyes widened as a response. "I mean, I would have assumed that." Clark stated. "So, Diana, how are we going to get to your home?"

"I have a ride." Diana replied before raising her hand out. "Taxi!"

The taxi stopped in front of the three and they jumped in. Clark having struggle to fit in the back seat due to his height. "Sorry, if there's a dent sir."

"Do you know of the Hellenikon Air Base?" Diana asked the driver.

"I don't think it would be a safe idea for me to go." The driver said. "I got my limits, lady." Diana then flashed over four hundred euros in the driver's face, causing him to smile. "Never mind, let's go." He started the engine and began the drive to the military base.

Lois and Clark stared at the woman in suspicion. She gave them a pleading look. "Trust me you two."

What would have been forty-five minute drive, looked to be extended as so many people were evacuating the Athens after the kraken attack.

While they waited in traffic, the heat was beating on them. Except for Clark, who could withstand the sun's heat due to how much he can absorb from it. He noted how his girlfriend was sweating and, without letting the driver notice, gently blew on the back of her neck with his super breath to make her a lot cooler.

He was about to do it to Diana, but she merely pressed her finger on his lips. "I have withstood worse." She said.

"I'm surprised so many people are evacuating." The driver remarked. "One Kraken attack that got dealt with and suddenly, everyone thinks an army will show up."

"Maybe not a kraken, but something a whole lot worse." Diana said.

"Yeah, an angry wife." The driver huffed. "I have to come up with a million excuses in just a few hours. Oh Zeus, help me."

"Oh don't ask him for help." Lois mumbled to herself, causing the driver to raise a brow.

"Eh, Zeus tends to be useless." The driver remarked.

After around one hundred and eighty three The taxi parked outside the base and the three exited the vehicle. Clark was the last to exit the car due to his height. Upon exiting, he noticed that due to tall stature and strength, he had accidentally left a dent in the taxi ceiling. "Sorry." Clark said to the driver before giving him around fifty euros. "I hope this pays for expenses."

The driver rolled his eyes. "Hope the way back in isn't as bad."

Once the driver left, the three turned to their sights on the abandoned air force base. "We're probably going to get in trouble." Clark said pointing to the security cameras.

"Every two hours, there is a shift change." Diana stated. "That gives us a six minute window. Lane, time please."

Lois opened her phone. "Three PM."

"Let's hurry." Diana motioned the two to follow her. They arrived in front of a fence leading to the runway of hangers. "Can you get over that fence?"

Lois gave a grin. "I had to climb fences as a part of training with my Dad." She began running towards the fence to build momentum so she could climb over it. While she did that, Diana just casually jumped over with one ounce of momentum while Clark just hovered over it.

Lois grumbled as a response to their super powers just as she got to the top of the fence. Then, she accidentally fell off the landed on her head with a thud.

Diana just gave Lois a deadpan stare while Clark ran to check on her. "You know, Amazonians can vault over higher obstacles and in faster record times." Diana remarked.

Clark helped his girlfriend up while she narrowed her eyes at the woman. "You know, Amazonians can vault over higher obstacles." Lois mimicked.

"Lois." Clark chided.

Lois exhaled in annoyance. "Sorry. That woman is starting to annoy me."

The three soon approached the runway where there were around six hangers positioned on the side of the runways from left to right and evenly spaced from each other.

"Clark, use your vision. I need you to look into every hanger to find a plane." Diana requested.

Clark used his vision to look inside the hangers but all he could see from all six was nothing. "I don't see any plane."

"Good." Diana said. "I hope."

"You hope?!" Lois exclaimed. "There are no planes."

"Why don't you two check while I establish a telepathic link?" Diana suggested. "And look hard. And hurry."

While Diana stood on the runway trying to find her vehicle, Lois ran to the nearest hanger while Clark dashed to the first one. He looked around the hanger for a few seconds but came out empty handed. He soon tried the others while Lois was closing in on her hanger.

After checking the fifth hanger, Clark returned to Diana. "Nothing." Clark said. "What plane are we exactly looking for?"

"Well, if you checked five out of the six hangers then that means…" All of a sudden, they heard a loud banging sound from near them. As if, someone had hit their head on something hard.

They saw Lois on the ground holding on her head and groaning in pain. "Ow!"

"Lois!" Clark dashed to her while Diana just gave a grateful smile.

"Ah, you found my ride. Thank you Miss Lane." Diana said as she walked towards the hanger.

Clark on the other hand was helping his girlfriend up on her feet while she held her head. "What happened?" Clark asked.

"I was running towards the hanger and then I hit my head on something." Lois replied. "Ow! How bad is it?"

She removed her hand from her head and on her forehead was bruised and slightly swollen. "Uh…We're going to need an ice pack."

"I have plenty inside." Diana stated. "A lot of people tend to hit their head on my vehicle from time-to-time."

Lois then realised something. "You have an invisible plane?!" Lois exclaimed.

"More of an invisible jet really." Diana said. "Makes it hard for you mortals to detect me on radar." She then ducked under something as she walked towards the invisible entrance. She appeared to mime opening the door and when she jumped up, she appeared to have vanished into thin air.

Clark and Lois just stared at what happened in disbelief. "Am I getting a concussion? Or did Diana just disappear into thin air?"

Then, Diana's head suddenly appeared out of nowhere. "You two coming?"

Clark and Diana helped Lois into the jet, which looked very visible on the inside. Heck, it wasn't like any other jet they had seen before. There were a ton of seats, a bathroom, a private bar, an emergency exit, an abundance of dog hair scattered all over and a door that lead to some guest rooms.

Lois got herself seated while Clark was the last to enter the jet. He looked around the jet, impressed with how it looked. "How did you get this?" Clark asked.

"A gift from the Lansinarians." Diana replied. "I helped them out one time and all because of my efforts, they gifted me this vehicle and helped me establish a link so I could find it easier. Oh, there's ice below the bar. I hope it hasn't melted."

Clark walked towards the bar to get his girlfriend some ice for her bruised head while Lois just held her head, groaning in pain.

"Why didn't you tell us your ride was invisible?" Lois asked.

Diana smirked. "It's funny when people like you find out."

"Funny huh?" Lois gave a condescending smile. "Really? Has anyone died from not being told beforehand?"

"Calm down." Diana chided as she began flicking some switches. "That swelling will go down."

Clark later returned a moment later with a bag of ice in his hand. "Here, Lois."

"Thanks, Smallville." She placed the bag on her head to try and heal the bruise. "Ahhhhhhh."

Diana turned to face the two. "I suggest you two fasten your seatbelts." Clark and Lois adhered to her request and fasted their visible seatbelts. "I have to get this baby to the sky as fast as possible." She flicked a few more switches before reversing backwards by pulling on the yoke.

Soon, she positioned her vehicle on the runway, pointing towards east. "Okay, we are going to go in for a smooth take off."

"Define smooth take off!" Lois exclaimed.

Suddenly, without warning, the jet's engines activated, the entire cockpit began to rumble and the jet launched off, causing Lois to scream while Clark gripped to the arm rest.

"Did you need to do that?!" Lois exclaimed.

"Don't worry, this is common for first time fliers like yourself!" Diana assured them before Clark accidentally tore the arm rest off. "Well, that's not a common occurrence."

"I swear I will pay for that." Clark cringed.

"I doubt your reporter salary can cover the cost to repair Lansinarian technology." Diana retorted.

The two of them felt like they were on a rocket. Lois, especially, which is ironic because she has been on a spaceship into space yet somehow, the speed of a magic jet launching off was more intense than a literal spaceship.

She felt like her skin was about to launch off her face and her eyes were about to fling to the back of her skull and out of her head. While Clark, accidentally tore another arm rest.

Later, they had reached a good level of altitude which was a sign for Diana to flick a few switches on her vehicle. "Alright, we're at a good enough altitude. You can remove your seatbelts."

Clark and Lois removed their seatbelts and stood up. Though, Lois collapsed on her knees causing Clark to catch her in his hands.

"Ooooohhhhh, that was worse than the spaceship." Lois said.

"Really?" Diana teased.

"So, can I ask why the exterior is invisible while the interior isn't?" Lois queried.

"Actually, the interior was invisible." Diana explained. "I had the Lansinarians install a feature that would allow me to automatically switch the interior from visible to invisible." She flicked a switch, causing the whole interior to suddenly vanish, making it look like Lois was standing in the air.

However, due to how terrifying it looked, she instantly jumped on her boyfriend who held her in his arms. "Lois, don't worry, we are still on the jet." Clark assured her.

"Oh I don't like this!" Lois exclaimed. "I don't like this at all!"

Diana exhaled. "And that is exactly why I had this installed." She flicked a few more switches, causing the interior to become visible again.

Lois calmed down and Clark placed her back on her feet. "That was scary!" Lois exclaimed.

"You go flying with your boyfriend week-to-week and that's what scares you?" Diana retorted.

"Least he warns me!" Lois exclaimed.

Clark placed his hands on Lois' shoulders to calm her down. "How long till we arrive to your home?" He asked.

"Themyscira is very far from the Athens." Diana replied. "It should be around two hours. So, while you wait why don't you take a drink at the bar? You could use it."

"You're right, I could!" Lois held her head and cringed, realising she was touching the bruise. She picked the ice bag up and placed it back on her swollen head. She soon walked from the seats towards the bar where she emitted a groan.

Clark, stood in place, looking at the arm rests he accidentally tore from the floor. He picked them up and awkwardly placed them to another pair of seats.

At the bar, Lois had poured herself a glass of vodka all to herself, feeling like she was probably going to die of stress if she at least didn't have a sip.

Today was just stressful enough for her. Almost being killed by a Kraken, getting tied up with a magic lasso, hitting her head on an invisible vehicle and this woman now messing with her. How could it get more stressful?

Turns out, when she looked at her drink, she saw a reflection of her own mother in the liquid. "Open the box, Lois."

She screamed and tossed the glass towards the direction of the cockpit. However, instead of making impact with the floor, it became acquainted with Clark's chest, soaking his shirt.

"Lois!" Clark exclaimed in surprise.

Lois gasped. "Clark!" She reached under the bar and pulled a napkin. She ran out from the bar and towards him and began wiping the shirt. "I am so sorry! I didn't mean for that to happen!"

"Well, I'm lucky I'm Kryptonian or otherwise my shirt would look more stained." Clark said.

"Did you bring a spare?" Lois queried.

"I left my luggage at the villa." Clark admitted.

"You can wring it out if you like!" Diana said.

"Thanks, Diana." Clark took off his shirt to reveal he was wearing his Superman suit.

Lois looked slightly disappointed with Clark actually wearing his costume, but then thought back to how it happened. "Clark, I am so sorry. I just….Have a lot going on."

Clark placed the soaked shirt over a chair and approached Lois. "Do you want to talk about it?" Lois nodded her head, accepting Clark's offer.

The two sat on the barstools to talk with each other. Then, unexpectedly, Lois pulled him down to her level so they could talk quietly.

"How do we know we can trust her?" Lois whispered.

"She did help me defeat that kraken." Clark stated.

"And she trapped me in her magic lasso and made me admit to you that I had a fear of your favourite childhood movie!" Lois quietly exclaimed. "Sure she says she is taking us to her home to sort this mess out. But how do we know they aren't preparing to shoot me with bows and arrows when I arrive?"

"Then we get off the island." Clark said. "I know it might not look like it, but I am mapping a route back to Metropolis as we speak."

Then Lois exhaled. "And…Just now, I saw my mom in the vodka." Clark's eyes widened. "And I also saw her at the beach, before Diana began to interrogate me, I saw her again. She told me, both times to open the box. I'm worried what these visions could mean."

Clark looked worried for his girlfriend and took her hand in his. He didn't really need to say much to assure Lois that she will be okay, all it took for Lois to have that reassurance was the serious, sympathetic look on his face.

Their moment was interrupted by Diana, whom entered the bar. "There is a reason why I asked you about that."

Lois looked worried. "What is it?"

"The box wants to be opened." Diana replied. "It knows there's a chance you are destined to open it so it is using your mother, am I right to assume is no longer with you?" Lois nodded her head. "Your mother, as a means. It tends to use the form of a lost loved one to manipulate potential victims."

Clark looked surprised. "Wait, judging by what you're saying, the box is alive?"

"In a way, yes." Diana replied. "The box tried to manipulate many mortals by promising them something impossible. The resurrection of a loved one or something they desire. They even tried to climb the dangerous trail leading to Mount Olympus, all died." Lois and Clark gave each other some somber looks. "Tell me Lane, what is it you desire?"

Lois began to think about what her desires are, there is one desire she wishes for. However, she just stroked them off and quickly responded. "I desire to destroy that box no matter the cost."

Diana smiled but knew that Lois was slightly lying. She knew she had a desire she just didn't want to say what it was because she knew it was probably selfish. "Well, let's keep that hope up." For some reason, Lois did smirk back despite the fact her trust for this woman could still use a lot of work.

Suddenly, the plane began to shake. "Darn turbulence." Lois groaned.

However, Diana looked to be sensing something. "That wasn't turbulence." Suddenly, the jet shook again.

"If not turbulence, then what?" Clark queried, getting ready to fight.

"I shall look." Diana stripped her clothing off, to reveal she was wearing her Wonder Woman getup. "I need you to wait inside just so I know we are not dealing with a threat. And Lois…" She reached behind the bar and pulled out a shield and a sword. "…Find something to defend yourself if you can."

Later, Wonder Woman jumped from the exit and wrapped her lasso around one of the clouds so she could jump on the plane to find the threat.

She landed on top of her vehicle, almost making it look like she was hovering in the sky. Thank Hera the jet was on autopilot or otherwise she would be asking if either of her passengers know how to fly a plane.

She analysed the air for a bit, coming to the conclusion it might have been a tiny bit of turbulence. However, her relief was cut short when she sensed something behind her.

When she turned around, she saw none other than a familiar face with his sword out. "Hello, sister." Turns out, it was Ares whom had caused that tiny bit of turbulence earlier.

Diana narrowed her eyes at her uninvited passenger. "Ares." She chided.

"Hello, Diana." Ares said. "It's been a while hasn't it?"

"Whatever you have planned, brother, I want nothing to do." Wonder Woman said. "I have problems you won't understand."

"And you expect your people to handle this situation?" Ares remarked. "Do you really think they will welcome you back with open arms?"

"They will once they see what is at stake." Wonder Woman said.

"Ah yes, Lois Lane." Ares said. "The one who intends to reopen Pandora's Box."

"Or destroy it." Wonder Woman said. "Are you here to kill her?" She began to tap on the roof with her foot in order to communicate with Clark. Or more, since Lois Lane was the daughter of a military father, she could have learnt morse code.

"Kill her?" Ares chortled. "I wouldn't exactly call it killing her, but regaining my seat on Mount Olympus." Ares gently brushed his blade. "But yes, I suppose my way back will not require her to be alive."

"Really?" Diana queried as she pulled her sword out. "If you wish to kill her, come claim her."

Ares spun his weapon. "Foolish Diana, I don't have to be inside the jet to kill her, I just need you out of the way."

"Me?" Diana smirked. "You think I'm alone?"

"Listen pal, I suggest you leave before things get ugly." Instead of feeling threatened by the voice, Ares turned to face Superman, whom was hovering while keeping in speed with the jet.

"The Kryptonian." Ares remarked. "I have heard of your exploits during my time in the mortal coil. You have grown a reputation."

"I hope I'm not disappointing you." Superman retorted. "Who are you? And what do you want with Miss Lane?"

"You may know my exploits as well, Superman." Ares replied. "Tell me, do these events sound familiar? July 28th 1914. June 25th 1950. September 1st 1939. That one's very nostalgic for Diana over here."

Superman, having done history, narrowed his eyes at the God. "God of War, I assume."

"You catch on don't you?" Ares asked. "Although, they weren't all my doing. They wanted war, all I did was give them a little encouragement. Oh, and there is no need to be formal Superman. You can call her Lois in my presence. After all, she is your mate isn't she? Mr Kent?"

Hearing his name was the last straw for Superman, as his eyes glowed blue. "You won't win."

"Let me take care of Diana, you can handle my friends." All of a sudden, the sound of horses screeching was heard and from the distance, came an army of flying horses coming straight towards the invisible jet. And riding these horses was an army of what looked like a mixture of rotting corpses and skeletons. Armed with swords, shields, bows and arrows and maces.

Wonder Woman gasped a little at the sight of the dead before returning her sights back towards Ares. "You will not kill Lois Lane."

"You're right, I won't." Ares said. "But perhaps a four legged friend of mine will." All of a sudden, Ares vanished before reappearing behind his sister to try and get a hit on her. Thankfully, she was quick and deflected the hit.

Meanwhile, Superman began to take care of the army of the dead. Since they were technically dead, he didn't have to worry about going easy on them.

One punch was all it took for them to go down. They either turned into bone dust or their head just fell into the sea below.

Some of the members tried to shoot Superman with their arrows, but since his skin is technically impervious to anything, all they did was just bounce off.

He used his laser vision to shoot a couple off their flying horses and used his super breath to freeze the blade of one of the dead's weapons before flicking it off its horse.

In the jet, Lois was watching her boyfriend kick some undead behind from one of the windows with an excitable expression. "Come on, Clark! You go!" She then noticed some black hair on the floor and looked baffled. "Huh?" She got on her knees and began to analyse a strand. "This looks like…Dog hair. Diana said she never had a pet."

All of a sudden, she heard a snarl coming from behind her and froze. When she turned around, she saw right in front of her a dog. Not just any dog, Ares' harehound, Gargresus.

Lois became instantly worried upon seeing the animal right in front of her. It looked ready to attack her while Lois was trapped in-between seats, clearly trapped.

She carefully stood up with her hand out, thinking she could tame the animal. "Uh….I assume you aren't Diana's? Or maybe you are and she just felt like not mentioning that she had a dog."

The dog then pounced towards her, leading Lois to jump on a seat and over the arm rest of the seat next to it and landing in-between the rows of seats.

The dog freed itself and pounce towards her again. Thankfully, she found a way to defend herself in one of the armrests that Clark had torn from the floor.

She tried hitting it with the object, but it pounced her to the floor. It tried to bite into her, but she used the armrest as a way to defend herself. Then, she punched the dog off of her and made a run towards one of the guest rooms.

Just as the dog tried gaining up to her, she quickly ran into the guest room and slammed the door shut. She quickly blocked the entrance by locking it, then using a chair, a dressing desk and what looked like a coat rack to block the door from breaking down.

The dog tried to break down the door in order to get to Lois but was struggling. However, Lois knew that the dog was going to get through that door no matter what might happen so she had to think of a way to get that dog off this plane.

Back outside, Superman was making quick work of Ares' undead army by turning the skeletons into bone dust with one punch and flicking a bunch of the decomposing ones off their horses.

An undead soldier jumped off its horse and to try and stab Superman, however, when the blade came in contact with his chest, the sword just shattered upon impact.

The Man of Steel just tossed the living corpse off of him and straight into the sea. Then, he used his ice breath to freeze the dead and their horses, causing them to instantly drop to the sea like rocks.

On top of the plane, Wonder Woman and Ares had continued to engaged in their sword fight. The God of War tried stabbing her in the stomach, but she managed to avoid the blade and smashed his face with her shield.

She then leaped upwards and tried to hit him in the face with her shield, but he used some telekinetic abilities to make her levitate off the plane.

Despite her situation, she did try her best to hit her brother with her sword, however, he just kept deflecting her hits with his sword.

He tossed her to the roof, causing her to role. He tried to stab her again, but she kicked his knee and then did an impressive spin kick to his face and managing to stand back up on her feet.

Wonder Woman ran towards Ares where the two engaged in another sword fight whereas her's was filled with ferocity while his was very calm. Like he was analysing her movements.

Soon, they had begun to clash their respective blades against one another. "Your fighting has not had any significant changes since we last fought."

"And you, the same." Wonder Woman retorted.

"Not quite." Ares then used his telekinetic powers to shove her backwards before kicking her below the chin. She tried hitting him with her sword, then he deflected her weapon out of her hand and off the plane.

She tried deflecting his next attack with her shield but he disarmed her of her weapon by snatching it out of her hand. Ares hit her in the face with her shield, knocking her down. He tossed the weapon aside and spun his sword in his hand.

"What an anti climatic way for us to end our relationship, dear sister." Ares raised his sword high, intent on kill Wonder Woman once and for all.

She was about to use her gauntlet to defend herself from his killing blow, when someone managed to stop the tip from impacting her skin.

And that someone, was Superman. He had managed to make quick work of Ares' undead army and was now standing in front of him, tip of his sword stuck on the tip of his index finger.

"I'm afraid that's not going to happen." Superman said.

Instead of feeling threatened, Ares just looked to be more impressed. "Superman. You made quick work."

"Call yourself a god of war, huh?" Superman retorted.

"I am the God of War." Ares stated, like he were insulted.

"I just defeated your army and your sword is on my finger." Superman said. "How powerful are you really?" Then, to his horror, the man of steel realised that his index finger was bleeding. He quickly removed his finger from the blade and punched Ares so hard, he tumbled backwards.

"You're powerful enough to fight monsters, your own kind and a corrupted computer, but you are no match for a god, Superman." Ares said.

Superman dashed towards his location, however, when he arrived to his point, the God of War had suddenly vanished. And without warning, Ares reappeared behind him and punched him super hard.

Superman quickly stood up, only to be attacked by a barrage of punches from Ares. Just before he could get another one in, Wonder Woman used her lasso to attach to his wrist before the Man of Steel punched him in the face.

Ares managed to free himself by yanking her forward, loosening the grip around his wrist before hitting Superman in the face.

He summoned a new sword and tried to attack Wonder Woman, who just blocked the attack with one of her wrist gauntlets. She kicked him the abdomen, kneecap, chest and jumped back up to hit him in the face.

Superman got back up to try and knock him out with a nerve flick, but unfortunately, due to him being a god, he was unable.

Ares punched Wonder Woman and tried stab Superman with his sword, but his sister deflected the blade so Superman could hit the god in the face.

Back on the jet, Lois was looking for a plan while that hellhound tried to break the door down with its head while she tried to think of a plan. Or more, try to execute the plan without dying.

"Lois, you're about to do something stupid." Lois said to herself. "What if you die? Well, you've been through worse…" A crack suddenly appeared on the door. "…This is just another example of you surviving the impossible!"

The door burst open revealing the dog that had sinister intentions to kill her. She quickly removed the sheets off the bed and tossed it in the direction of the dog, trapping it under the covers.

This gave her the opportunity to run out of the guest room and towards the private bar. However, the dog managed to escape the sheet and continued to chase the reporter.

Lois noticed some glasses on display and used them against the dog by tossing them towards it. The animal did back off when a couple hit the floor and one hit its face.

Lois continued to run down the aisle of seats and towards the emergency exit. She twisted the handle just as the dog finally managed to have her surrounded.

"Oh, I hope this works." Lois said to herself before she began to stare threatening daggers at the animal. "Alright you animal! You want me?! Why don't you eat me?! Tear my throat out!" Lois chided, trying to get it compliment. "Come on! I'm right here!"

The dog snarled before it leapt towards Lois, whom in a split second, opened the escape door to the outside and managed to avoid the dog. Once the door had been opened, the dog fell down into the deep blue below the sky.

While Lois was trying her best to hold on to the exit handle for her dear life because if she let go, she would probably share the same fate as the dog.

Back on the top of the plane, Superman and Wonder Woman were still doing their best to fight off the god of war. Ares clashed his sword against her gauntlet with one hand while deflecting Superman's punches.

Then, Wonder Woman performed a series of spin kicks to Ares' face while Superman punched his chest repeatedly.

Just as Superman was about to attack again, he heard a familiar scream. "CLARK!"

Superman took a glance to see Lois hanging on for dear life. "Lois!"

Before she could respond, her grip had loosened and now she was falling to what could be a certain death. But thankfully, Superman was quick and quickly began flying downwards to save his girlfriend.

Back on the plane, Wonder Woman was about to exchange another attack, but was stopped when Ares used his telekinetic powers to stop her. Taking the opportunity, he punched her in the chest, stomach, chin and face before a front kick to her head, knocking her down.

Meanwhile, Superman had managed to catch up to his girlfriend and caught her in his arms. "You okay?" Superman asked.

"Yeah. I'm fine." Lois replied just as he began to fly upwards.

He smirked at her. "We really have to control your falling habit."

Lois chortled at Superman's joke. "I'll stop when you stop catching me, Smallville."

While Superman was flying upwards to get his girlfriend to safety, Ares took the opportunity to summon a bow and arrow. "All too easy." Ares remarked as he aimed his weapon towards the direction of Lois.

He aimed for her heart so he knows he will know that she has been killed. This was easy to him. That seat to Olympus will be his once again.

However, what he didn't anticipate was getting a lasso tied to the wrist that was pulling on the bow. He did release the arrow just as he was dragged on the plane.

But before he could react, Wonder Woman clashed her gauntlets together, releasing a wave of energy that sent Ares off of the plane.

Wonder Woman began to pant in an effort to get her breath back together. It had been a while since she had fought her brother but she will have to be prepared.

"Oh my gosh!" She suddenly heard Lois scream in terror from inside the plane.

When she got back in, she found Lois looking panicked while tending to Superman whom was on the seat moving around in pain.

When Wonder Woman checked on him, she saw that he had an arrow on the right side of his chest while black veins were showing up all over his body.

"Diana!" Lois, tears in her eyes, screamed. "What's happening?!"

In an instant, Wonder Woman held her shoulder just as Superman screamed in agonising pain over the arrow. She looked at the arrow in his body and realised in a way, she caused this. By interfering with Ares' plan to murder Lois, she inadvertently caused him to be hit instead.

"He's been hit with a hexed arrow." She removed the arrow and began to analyse it just as it melted into black dust. "Even if that shot didn't kill you the effects of its power will."

"We have to save him!" Lois screamed.

"I'm going to get to Themyscira as fast as I can." Wonder Woman said. "Our healers might help." She began to march towards the cockpit.

"What do I do?!" Lois exclaimed. "He's screaming in pain!"

"Lois, this might seem like an impossible task, but keep him calm." Wonder Woman said. "Distract him from the pain."

Lois thought the task was going to be impossible but she had to try something to save her boyfriend from certain death. She got down on the seat next to him and began to gently hold him. "Clark, listen, I know this sounds impossible…." Clark screamed. "…But I need you to try and stay calm. It's going to be okay. As far as I know, those healers are going to make sure you're okay."

Clark emitted some pained pants as he tried to control his breathing and ignore the pain. He was in such pain he couldn't even look at his own girlfriend, but he was thankful he could hear her. "O…Okay."

Lois kissed his hand to comfort him. "We're going to be okay."

Diana switched off the autopilot and flicked a few switches that caused the engines to thrust faster due to the time consuming situation they were in now. If they don't get to Themyscira then there is a chance that Superman won't be able to protect Lois.

"Hera, give me hope that my sisters will be merciful to him." Wonder Woman prayed to the god of women, knowing how her sisters would react to the presence of a man on their island.
