Object of Hate

At the Savage Land, Capt. Shuggazoom flew over to the Alchemist lab and landed there. He then opened his helmet and pressed his hand on the keypad, opening the door before entering. He looked around the lab before going to the computer, hoping to find what he's looking for.

"Please, old friend." He types the keys on the computer. "You must have left behind something."

The monitor shows the Alchemist in his decrepit state as his time is running short while recording the last video of himself.

"Only… moments left… monkey team… and Tyran… complete…" Alchemist said, weakly. "They must stop… the evil… I have unleashed before it's… too late!"

Capt. Shuggazoom now learns his old friend's fate as he faces down.

"Now… the Dark Ones… take…" He slowly turned into Skeleton King. "My soul!"

He laughed, evilly before the recording video ended.

Capt. Shuggazoom then looks at the Alchemist's robe before kneeling down.

"Forgive me, Alchemist." He said, grieving. "I failed you in your time of need!"

Before he reaches it, he was suddenly zapped from behind by Valeena.

"Old fool! You dare touch his robe!?" She exclaimed. "You're not worthy of its power!"

Capt. Shuggazoom slowly recovers from the blast before seeing Mandarin.

"You… I know you, Mandarin!" He pointed at the monkey.

"Monkey Mind Screech!" He lets out his screech, knocking Capt. Shuggazoom against the wall.

Mandarin laughed as he takes the Alchemist's robe.

"You decrepit buffoon!"

"No! Let go!" Capt. Shuggazoom tried to take the robe away from him and punched him away.

Valeena then zaps Capt. Shuggazoom, knocking him against the wall again before taking the Alchemist's robe.

"I'm going to make you pay for your sacrilege!" She snarled, sparking her hand as she prepares to attack him again.

"Antauri, heed my call." He said as he contacting him, telepathically.

At his quarter, Antauri was asleep until he heard Capt. Shuggazoom calling to him and waking up.

"Monkeys, mobilize!" He issued.

"While exploring the outskirts of the city, I discovered an abandoned Super Robot. It was then my life was transformed by the mysterious Power Primate. The Robot Monkeys and a Cyborg were awakened and I, Chiro, became their leader. Our quest: save Shuggazoom City from the evils of the Skeleton King."

After hearing a distress call, the Robot lands in front of the Alchemist Lab and the opened the hatch for the Hyper Force.

"Come on, team!" Chiro said before they head to the lab.

They enter the abandoned lab while looking around.

"Stay sharp!" He whispered.

As they look around the lab, They heard groaning sound and saw Capt. Shuggazoom.

"Capt. Shuggazoom!" Sparx gasped.

"What happened?" Jinmay asked.

"Who did this to you?" Tyran asked.

"It was Mandarin!" Capt. Shuggazoom coughed. "He had some witch attacked me!"

"The Skull Sorceress!" Chiro grimaced.

"They took his robe. She said something about… Morlath."

"Morlath?" Chiro repeated.

"The Mythic Lord of the Northern Ice." Antauri explained, "It is said thousands of years ago, he was confined to a cavern in its frozen seas."

"Then that's where we're headed!"

Nova then shivered the thought of it. "Great, I can feel the chill in my circuits already."

"But I wonder why would Valeena and Mandarin go there for?" Tyran wondered.

"Chiro, they're going to… cough… Resurrect…" Capt. Shuggazoom panted. "Skeleton King!"

"No!" Otto gasped in horror.

"It can't be!" Chiro gasped as well.

Capt. Shuggazoom suddenly collapsed after being blasted by Valeena and Mandarin

"Capt. Shuggazoom! Capt. Shuggazoom!" He said before Gibson scans him.

"Chiro, we need to get him into the healing Chamber now or else…"

"Let's get him out of here!" Chiro issued. "We have a job to do!"

After acquiring the Alchemist's robe, Valeena and Mandarin rode on the Skull Wyvern while making their way to Morlath.

"Power?" Mandarin scoffed. "This is ludicrous! It's nothing but a piece of cloth!"

"You blaspheme impious monkey!" Valeena frowned. "When the Skeleton King fell into the Pit of Doom, his spirit was torn apart and scattered across the planet. Now that we have an item from his human life, we can unite the essences and resurrect him."

She holds the crystal skull and projecting the next item in the map.

"Foolish witch! You think you can defy the power of frost demon?" Mandarin snarked.

"The Skeleton King's divine evil flows through me! For I am his chosen one!" She exclaimed, "And I shall bury Morlath or anyone else who stand in my way of getting the Ice Crystal of Vengeance!"

She held her fist in determination as her fist is sparking in flames.

"I'm beginning to believe your word." Mandarin said, unnerved and intimidated.

At the med lab, Capt. Shuggazoom was put in the healing chamber while Jinmay, Tyran, and Gibson watches him.

"Is he going to be okay?" Jinmay asked.

"He's weak but stable." Gibson answered. "There's nothing we can do now but wait."

"Let's hope so because we might need his help if things went south." Tyran said.

The Robot flew over the Northern Ice as they follow Valeena and Mandarin.

"We are approaching the Sea of Ice." Antauri said.

"That must be it." Chiro said before pointing at the canyon. "Let's land the Robot in that canyon, so we don't ourselves away."

"Ooh, a sneak attack! I like it!" Otto beamed.

They land their Super Robot in the ice canyon and stepped out in the cold weather as Chiro is in winter clothes while the monkey team wears their breathing mask before Sparx noticed Nova stayed behind because of the cold air.

"Oh! I can't stand the cold!" Nova shivered.

"Hey, don't worry, Nova." Sparx said, spreading his arms out for her. "I'll keep you warm."

Nova then snarled at him, making him intimidated.

"On.. second thought, your heat cells will probably work a lot." He backed off while chuckling, sheepishly.

While the Hyper Force ventures the snow to find Valeena and Mandarin, they hey heard a growling sound.

"Anyone else hear that?" Otto asked.

"Uh, I'm just going to act like I didn't." Sparx said.

Jinmay then uses her thermal vision to look around for what's making the strange sound until spotted something.

"Uh, team!" She gasped. "We've got trouble!"

Suddenly, the Snow Golems rises from the snow and surrounded the Hyper Force.

"Lightning Kick!" Chiro kicked the snow golem, destroying it.

"Magna-Tingler Blast!" Sparx shoots his magnet energy at snow golem, destroying it.

"Heat Spiral Laser!" Tyran fires his heat beam at two Snow Golems, destroying them.

More Snow Golems is closing in on Antauri and Gibson.

"Double Monkey Attack!" They wrapped their tail around and spins around faster while firing Energy Rang and Spin Shocker at snow golems, blowing them away.

"Tornado Hammer!" Nova spins like a drill with her giant fists and jumps through the Snow Golems.

Otto threw his saw blades at two Snow Golems, destroying them.

However, more Snow Golems keeps spawning from the snow.

"There's too many of them!" He shrieked as the Snow Golems is surrounding them.

Jinmay then looks up to see the snow ledge and has an idea.

"Get ready to high tail and fly!" She told them.

"Wait, what?" Tyran said.

Jinmay then launched the rocket at the snow ledge, creating an avalanche and the Hyper Force quickly fly to the top before the avalanche bury them and the Snow Golems. The Hyper Force then landed on the top surface.

"That was little too close for comfort, Jinmay." Sparx remarked.

It was then that they realized Jinmay isn't with them.

"Jinmay?" Chiro said before calling out. "Jinmay!"

He then looked at the canyon, thinking that she was caught in the avalanche which worries him.

"What's wrong?" They heard her voice and looked up to see her before landing with the others.

Chiro then hugged her. "Don't scare me like that!"

"I'll try and keep that in mind." She said.

"Look!" They heard Antauri and saw the Ice cavern across the bridge.

"Let's go!" Chiro said and they headed there as they ran on the bridge.

The Hyper Force enters the Ice Caverns.

"Wow, this place is ginormous." Otto said.

"The chill." Nova shivered. "It feels… alive."

Gibson uses his scanner to track Valeena and Mandarin.

"This way." He said as they walked in the corridor.

While walking in the cavern, they then heard Mandarin's voice.

"Listen!" Jinmay whispered.

"And we done nothing but walk through the cavern! This is impossible!" They saw them as Mandarin ranted. "We will never find it! You don't have a clue where it is, do you, witch?"

Valeena zaps Mandarin, buttoning his lips.

"You merely lack faith, my maleficent monkey!" She hissed before holding out the crystal skull. "The skull is both guide and key. Behold, the first element, the Ice Crystal of Vengeance."

She then holds the key to the first artifact.

"Reveal yourself to me!"

The first key opens the secret ice tunnel, surprising Mandarin before they walked in the tunnel and found the Ice Crystal of Vengeance in the room that looks like an ice star on the perch.

"I've never seen anything so beautiful." She said and about to take the ice crystal, but was cut in when the blast hits it.

"It's the Hyper Force!" Mandarin shrieked.

Valeena then cast her spell on them, making them dodged it.

"You can't stop this! The Skeleton King is all that matters!" She exclaimed.

Suddenly, they felt the room is shaking which got them on edge.

"None shall take that which now belongs to Morlath!" They heard a voice and the ice on the wall turns into an ice giant of Morlath as he stood between them and the Ice Crystal of Vengeance.

Morlath breathed ice breath as Valeena brings up the barrier, but it shattered. Morlath is closing in on them as Chiro threw his thunder spear at Morlath who then freezes it before it shatters it.

It then conjures the ice sickles in its hands and throws them at the intruders.

"Look out!" Jinmay yelled before they dodged it.

Chiro punched the ice sickle, but another ice sickle is coming at him with no time to dodge, but Jinmay flew in front of him and brings out the shield.

"Swirling Destructo-Saw!" Otto threw his saw blades, shattering the ice sickles.

Antauri threw his Energy Rang at the ice sickles, shattering them.

Morlath then breathes its Frost Breath at them as Nova and Sparx jumps before he sees mandarin is heading for the artifact.

"Tyran, the ice crystal!" He told him.

"I'm on it!" He then flew around and fires his Laser Optics at Mandarin, knocking him away.

Before Tyran gets the Ice Crystal of Vengeance, the artifact is spreading its aura as Tyran feels that it's turning him evil.

"Join us!" He heard the familiar eerie voice.

Tyran backs away from it as he was frightened by a Skeleton King's voice and power.

"Tyran? What are you waiting for?" Sparx said, looking at him.

"The Ice Crystal of Vengeance is mine!" Morlath then breathed is Frost Breath at Tyran, who was hit by it.

"Tyran!" Sparx uses its magnet to pull him towards him before they look to see Morlath.

"Skeleton King held me prisoner in his power! Now he is prisoner to my power and so it shall remain!" It said before breathing Frost Breath.

"Flame Fist Fury!" Nova jumps in and deflect the Frost Breath with her flames.

Sparx set Tyran down on the ground with his feet froze.

"Thanks!" Sparx said before Nova defrost Tyran's foot.

"Ah, I can feel my feet moving again." He sighed.

Morlath is breathing its Frost Breath all over the room as everyone is bracing themselves from its cold breath.

"Hey, Super Robot! We could use a little help here!" Otto contacted the Robot.

Morlath keeps breathing the Frost Breath harder, enough to blow everyone against the wall until he stops when he heard a crack on the ceiling above it before the Super Robot breaks in and melts Morlath with its jet rockets.

"Valeena got the ice crystal!" Nova gasped, pointing at the ice crystal is being taken by Valeena.

"His evil will rise again!" She proclaimed.

Chiro ran to stop them, but they vanished with the Ice Crystal of Vengeance.

"Oh no!" Jinmay said as the other gather with them.

They saw Morlath is recovering from heat as the Robot lowers its hand on the hyper Force and they hopped on before taking off to the sky. Morlath roared and unleashed its Frost Breath Scream towards the Robot.

The Super Robot converts its hand and fires its Gatling Lasers at Morlath's Breath and destroying the ice cavern in process as Hyper Force watches it.

"Otto, are you picking up anything?" Chiro asked.

"I got nothing, Chiro." He said, "They're gone."

"Great, they got away again!" Sparx growled.

"It's not over yet. Sparx." Jinmay said.

Sparx then turned to Tyran.

"Why didn't you grab the crystal when you have the chance, tin man?" He demanded.

"I.. I don't know, Sparx" Tyran said, "When I got near that ice crystal, I can sense something inside it as if.. I can feel the essence of Skeleton King himself."

"You sure your brain wasn't cross wired or freezed out there?" Sparx said before climbing up and gripped his coat while getting in his mask. "You blew it, Tyran! We could've stopped them!"

"Hey, I was scared, okay? That crystal is turning me evil like him!"

Chiro then slammed his hands on controls.

"This is no time to argue!" Chiro barked. "We need to stick to together, team! Now, let's figure out where they headed."

Gibson then plugged the cable on computer from his brain.

"Logic would dictate that their next objective lies in the region south of the zone of wasted years." He said, pinpointed their next location.

"The Blasted Lands." Antauri said.

The Super Robot then flew over the land of volcanic plates to find them.

"The Blasted Lands, a realm of Shuggazoom long since forgotten." Antauri explained as they looked at the monitor. "Centuries ago, an endless war raged across this land. Combatants, filled unrelenting hate, fighting until everything and everyone was destroyed. All that remains is this eternally burning landscape."

"I believe that somehow a part of the Skeleton King's very being must have been absorbed by the power of this accursed region." Gibson theorized.

"And now Valeena and Mandarin are going to try to release that part of him." Jinmay mentioned.

"That's not going to happen." Chiro said.

"Don't be so sure about that." They looked to see Sparx.

"Sparx." Nova said, unnerved by his anger looks, "What are you saying?"

"We've sacrificed our lives. We went to the darkest parts of space and back to destroy him!" He seethed in anger. "And for what? Skeleton King's still a threat!"

"This is tough for all of us, Sparx. But we can't give up the fight.

He shook his head and walks away, leaving everyone disturbed by his unruly behavior.

"I'm picking up the signal!" Otto said, alerted them when he found them.

"Vector coordinates point to this sector here." Gibson pointed at the location.

"All right, let's move out!" Chiro issued.

At the Blasted Lands, Mandarin and Valeena traveled through the volcanic plains as they're on their way to the second artifact.

"How much further?" Mandarin complained.

"Stop whining! We're close!" Valeena hissed, "I can feel his power."

Suddenly, she etched when Valeena senses the Hyper Force is behind them.

"Curse them!" She cursed, "It seems the Hyper Force survives yet again!"

"Then we must hurry if we are to elude my monkey and cyborg brethren!" Mandarin said.

"I'll deal with them!" She conjured the two firebirds, sending them straight towards the Hyper Force as she cackled.

While Hyper Force flies, they saw the firebirds heading right to them and spews lava breath at them.

"Look out!" Jinmay yelled before they dodged them.

"They're coming fast!" Otto said.

"I got them!" Gibson said before he dodged their attacks and shoots Spin Shocker at the firebirds, destroying them.

"Good work, Gibson." Chiro praised. "Come on, team!"

They then rushed ahead to stop Valeena and Mandarin as Antauri uses his binocular and spotted the second artifact, the Fire of Hate which looks like a fiery wisp before looking down to see Valeena and Mandarin is almost there.

"They're here!" He said.

Valeena then noticed them before casting her spell on them, knocking them all to the ground. The Skull Witch then charges at them, who quickly recovers and jumped.

Nova and Sparx blast their attacks at Valeena, absorbs them and throw them back at them.

"Look out!" Nova yelled before they're hit.

Otto uses his saw blade and Gibson use his drill laser.

"Wretched Simeon!" She sneered before casting her spell, knocking them both down.

Chiro came flying in and punched her, who blocked it with her arm and backhanded him to the ground. He looked up to see Valeena prepares to cast her magic on him while cackling.

"You can't stop what is ordained to be!" She sneered.

"Back off!" Jinmay tackled her away from Chiro before Antauri came to help him.

"Come on!" Antauri said, helping him up.

Jinmay tried grabbing her before Valeena throws her off.

"Mandarin, go!" She ordered before Tyran punched her away with his Mace hand.

Mandarin then raced to the second artifact and cackled when he's near it.

"Once again, triumph is ours!" He gloated.

"Not this time!" Sparx tackled him as the second essences was dropped from the perch.

The ground is shakes while the loud monster roar was heard as Valeena and the Hyper Force was almost losing balance.

"What's going on?!" Nova shouted.

"Whatever it is, it can't be good!" Otto said.

Sparx and Mandarin is fighting while pulling their faces as the second essences is slipping.

"Mandarin!" Valeena shouted.

Mandarin kicks Sparx off of him before dove after the artifact and got it, but Sparx tackled him again as they rolled down the hill.

"Sparx!" Nova cried.

The Hyper Force jumped to help him as they continued to rolled down and hits the rock, leaving Mandarin there. Sparx is now near the essence.

"Sparx! Be careful with that essence!" Tyran warned. "It's dangerous!"

Sparx gave them thumb's up and about to take the second artifact, but the volcanic ground erupted, making everyone fall off the hill until it stops as the monster roar was heard. The Hyper Force recovers from their hard landing.

"Where's Sparx?" Jinmay asked.

Chiro turned and sees Sparx with the Fire of Hate in his hand.

"There he is!" He said, "Come on!"

They then went over to him to see if he's okay.

"Sparx, you got the Fire of Hate!"

"Yeah, I did." He said with an evil look in his face.

"Uh, Sparx, are you all right?" Tyran asked, concerned about his strange tone.

"Never felt better!" Sparx said and spitefully aimed his magnet, shocking them before firing at his friends, knocking them all to the ground.

"Noo!" Antauri and Nova cried as they run over to them.

"Sparx, how could you do this?!" She asked while tearfully as he helped Otto up.

Sparx cackled, evilly. "It was easy. You Hyper Force are so weak and pathetic!"

He then turns and flies away towards Valeena and Mandarin, who noticed his unexpected arrival with Fire of Hate.

"Hmm, what form of trickery is this?" Mandarin said while didn't expect Sparx to come to them.

"Put it away, Mandarin." Sparx assured, "I'm not your enemy. Not anymore."

He then presented the Fire of Hate to Valeena.

"I pledge myself to a greater power!" He said as Valeena smirked. "Let's raise our Lord Skeleton King!"

"Chiro, chiro!" Chiro opened his eyes to see Nova.

"Sparx." He groaned as he sits up while Jinmay and Tyran gets up.

"Are you okay?" Antauri asked.

"Feels like some of my pathways are fried." Jinmay groaned.

"Never felt better than my voice box was jammed." Tyran groaned.

They looked at the Valeena's group and to their shock, Sparx has turned evil and now sided with them.

"Sparx, what have you done?" Chiro demanded while hurt.

Valeena laughed, evilly. "It's too late, Chiro! The Fire of Hate has him now!"

Suddenly, the volcanic hills erupted and reveals to be a giant volcanic turtle and looked to see the Skull Wyvern approaches Valeena's group.

"So long, Hyper Force!" Sparx sneered before hopping on the Skull Wyvern.

They then took off to find the last essence of Skeleton King.

"Sparx!" Nova cried while running after him but stopped.

The Hyper Force has a bigger problem to deal with first before the Volcanic Turtle spews Magma Breath at them.
