Chapter 77 Eri's new life

I don't own Kamen Rider Kabuto or My Hero Academia

After the battle Overhaul got taken away by a police force and restrained, while Kabuto was holding on to Eri as he watches Sir Nighteye be taken away by the doctors as Izuku checks on him.

'He won't make it.' Kabuto looks down.

The wounds are too deep and there isn't enough time.

Nighteye looks at Kabuto. "Shinji Narukami."

Kabuto looks at him.

"I've seen the future and thought it would be a failure, but you changed it with him, the allies you've gotten were all part of you making your own path. Become the greatest hero..." Nighteye grunted.

Kabuto got surprised by his words.

Yoshiko came. "Nighteye!"

But he was sent to the ambulance and taken away as she frowns. Kabuto didn't say anything as he walks away holding Eri.

"What will happen to the hero?" Eri asked him.

Kabuto looks at her and sighs. "He... Will be in a better place."

She cries a bit and holds him closer since it was very sad.

He patted her back and he heads back, Mirio will be taken to the hospital too and thankfully his wounds are not as bad.

Shinji arrives at the hospital out of his suit to see Mirio in bed and he still had a smile.

"Hey Shinji." He said.

"Mirio, it seems your doing well." Shinji said.

"Yes, it's a shame that teacher couldn't make it." Mirio frowns looking up.

"Yeah, i'm sorry I couldn't get there on time, I had to look after Eri while she saw a doctor." Shinji said.

"It's alright, teacher said you picked the best choice. As heroes must always keep children happy." Mirio smiles again.

Shinji smiles at him. "Well recover well Mirio, also i'll be looking after Eri, since I have someone she can be friends with."

"Oh, well I hope she will be happy." Mirio said.

Shinji nodded and he goes out while wishing him a good recovery.

Later

Shinji takes Eri to the dorms and they sat at a couch.

"Don't worry Eri, I talked with the principal on the phone and he allowed you to stay here." He said.

"Okay." She nodded.

They saw Stella come out with a cane to see. "Daddy?"

"Oh Stella." He said.

Eri got curious about Stella as the girl came.

"Eri meet Stella, Stella this is Eri." Shinji held Stella's hand to let her hold Eri's hand too.

The two girls looked at each other and Eri was amazed seeing Stella's eyes.

"Wanna play?" Stella asked.

Eri stares before smiling. "Yes, I want to play."

Shinji smiles at that since Eri found a friend that she can be with. Along with Stella being able to have a friend of her age.

"Shinji Narukami! Would you please come to the staff room!" They heard the intercom.

"Be right back." He got up and walks away.

Eri helps Stella walk as both girls went to play in Stella's room, since it was her place to stay at with toys that are gifted from Shinji.

Shinji arrived at the faculty room and he was meeting with the teachers.

"Good that you arrived Shinji, we have something important to ask." nezu said.

"Which is?" Shinji said.

"We've seen you work with three vigilantes we never seen before, do you know who they are?" Aizawa questions.

"Okay this is a difficult thing to answer, do you know a man called Scott Weller?" Shinji asked them.

"Yes I have." Nezu said.

"You see he made this." He takes out Crying Man's comic.

"That's the hero that was reported." Vlad said.

"Yes, because Scott Weller made heroes with his comics." Shinji told them.

They got surprised to hear that.

"He made heroes with his comics?" Midnight said.

"That's ridiculous." Aizawa said.

"Is it? Crying Man." Shinji made the mental link as the hero appeared from it.

"Hey there." He waves.

"Is this like your stones?" Midnight questions.

"Similar, but he made them outside of them being living beings before. Looks like Scott made them what he sees heroes should be like, with flaws to see they're beauty you can say." Shinji tells some of the story he knows from the heroes he got.

All Might thinks about what Scott's intentions are, it seems after many Heroes that came for greed he wanted to make his own.

"Did he have a Quirk that caused them to be able to be summoned through these comics?" Mic questions trying to remember.

"I have no idea. If it is a quirk than it's a strong one since some reports say he passed away." Shinji said.

Nezu thinks about it. "Well it could be a problem with many of them outside."

"What should we do?" Vlad said.

"I think Shinji should search for them while keeping them safe since among the students, he's one we can trust and the Heroes seem to have a good bond." Nezu said.

"So be careful Shinji." Midnight said.

"But only tell to your friends that can be trusted. Since a spy might be among us." Nezu warns him.

Shinji frowns hearing there could be a spy, he will have to be careful with some of the things he has.

He nodded before going outside.

"Are you sure he's the right one?" Cementoss said.

"Of course, the Heroes of the comics he has made a bond with Shinji, so they can work together. We can make a story for the masses about who these Heroes are to keep the secret of the comics to the rest of the world."

"But if this Scott made these Heroes with a quirk it might actually be one of the most powerful quirks." Mic said.

"Yes, if not a quirk I wonder." Nezu thinks about what could have made the comic Heroes.

Time will only tell what could happen.

Note: Here's the aftermath and Shinji had to tell the teachers about the comics, they warned him about the students since one can be a spy and Eri will be with him as Stella can be her friend.
