Episode 485: Trials and Adulations

A couple of days came and went after dealing with a bizarre situation involving Rose manipulating a random person instead of dealing with them herself. They had to admit, they did find it a tad weird for it to happen, especially Sora and Kairi. As they keep walking, they were distraught over the mass size of the forest, temporarily forgetting about their other problems. As they walked, Dawn is drinking some water from her canteen and Piplup rides on her head..

"There's no end to this forest, is there?" Lucas asked.

"This forest is much bigger than I thought. It looks pretty easy to get lost in here if neither one of us is careful," Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"That's for sure, but once we make it through, there should be a town nearby," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said. Dawn stopped drinking her canteen.

"I'm fresh out of water," Dawn said.

"Piplup," Piplup said with concern.

"No need to worry. I'm gonna go fill her up in that spring in a flash," Dawn said.

"Alright, go for it," Lucas said

"Be back in a sec!" Dawn said, taking off.

"Okay!" Sora, Kairi, and Lucas said.

Deciding to wait for Dawn and Piplup to return, Sora, Kairi, and Lucas- decided to sit down on a large log. Dawn and Piplup arrived to the spring to fill up her canteen when she heard a sound of rocks cracking. .Dawn and Piplup saw an Aggron above them. The wild Aggron fired a Hyper Beam at them. Dawn and Piplup tried to get away, but she ends up losing her footing and fell in the river, dropping her canteen in the process. The two of them screamed as they get washed down the river. Dawn and Piplup then came ashore They were both dripping wet from the unscheduled river ride.

"Piplup, Pip?" Piplup asked with concern.

"I'm okay, Piplup. Thanks," Dawn said. She looked around and saw she was further of her friends. "But we got seprated from everyone. Now, we've got to double back."

"Piplup," Piplup agreed.

"What's up with that Aggron using Hyper Beam? That nasty little maneuver certainly came out of nowhere," Dawn said, taking out her Rotom Phone and looked up Aggron's information.

Aggron, the Iron Armor Pokémon

The evolved form of Lairon

Type: Steel/Rock

Aggron's steel horn can destroy the firmest of bedrock and digs tunnels as it looks for iron to eat.

"Aron, Lairon and Aggron can eat iron, huh? But it doesn't answer my question," Dawn said.

Back to Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Pikachu, and Angel, they noticed Dawn and Piplup were gone for too long and came to loom for them.

"Dawn! Hey, Dawn!" Lucas called out.

"Where is she?" Sora asked.

"Pika!" Pikachu called out.

"Eevee!" Angel called out.

They came to the spring and they saw the canteen, but they didn't see Dawn or Piplup around.

"That's Dawn's Canteen, but where's Dawn?" Lucas asked.

"I might have an idea. She must have fallen in the river after she slipped and fell," Kairi said.

"But what happened to her?" Lucas asked. They hear a stomping sound and saw the same Aggron and fired a Hyper Beam at them.

"That's an Aggron!" Sora exclaimed.

Agggron came down and rammed not Pikachu and Angel.

"Run for it!" Kairi said. Not needing further convincing, they ran as fast as they could, getting aw-ay from the Iron Armor Pokémon. They all panted, after escaping from Aggron. "That was too close."

"Vee," Angel agreed.

"Yeah, but why did that Aggron just attack out of the blue, like that?" Sora asked.

"Pika?" Pikachu asked. Kairi noticed something about a nearby boulder and she touched it

"Guys, come here and have a feel of this," Kairi said. Both boys each placed a hand on the boulder and felt it.

"This is weird. This feels like metal," Lucas said.

"It's iron," Kairi said.

"Iron?" Lucas asked.

"I get it. Aggron's favorite food is iron. That's why Aggron attacked us" Sora said.

"Right. This is his territory, so he must have thought we were invading," Kairi said.

"Man, we couldn't have picked the worse time to be separated from her," Lucas said.

"Don't beat yourself up over it, Lucas. None of us could have known about that Aggron," Sora said.

"He's right. The best thing we can do is go and find her before the unthinkable happens," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"Maybe we could have better luck if we had some eyes in the sky," Kairi suggested.

"Great idea," Sora agreed. He took out a Pokéball and tossed it up in the air. Kairi and Lucas each took out their Pokéballs and let out their Staraptor, Drifblim, Vespiquen, and Gliscor came out from inside. "Guys, Dawn and her Pokémon are missing and we need to find them."

"We're gonna need you to fly and find them," Kairi said.

"Report back when you see them, and keep an eye open for that Aggron, too," Lucas added.

Understanding, the Pokémon flew off to find their missing friends.

"We should search for them, too," Sora said.

"Right," Kairi and Lucas agreed.

"Dawn!" Kairi called out.

"Dawn!" Sora called out.

"Dawn, where are you?" Lucas asked.

Meanwhile, Dawn is running through the forest to find her friends and warn them about Aggron.

"We've got to find them and soon! We've got to hurry and warn them about that Aggron before it's too late!" Dawn said.

"Piplup!" Piplup agreed. They ran by a bush, unaware of Silver Moon hiding in the bushes.

"It looks like she's all alone, and the other Guardians of Kingdom Hearts aren't with her to protect her. Maybe, I could pick them off, one at a time. And I might as well start with the weakest one first," Silver Moon said.

Up ahead, Dawn and Piplup are running as a burst of darkness erupts, alerting Dawn.

"What's going on?" Dawn asked.

"You sound surprised," a familiar voice said.

"Sora? Sora, is that you?" Dawn asked.

"You might be right, but at the same time, you might be wrong," Silver Moon said as he appeared before her. He stepped forward. Dawn took a good look at Silver Moon.

"Wait, you're not Sora!" Dawn said.

"No kidding, Sherlock!" Silver Moon said.

"Look, I don't have time for you right now!" Dawn said as Silver Moon summoned his Keyblade and held it.

"I'm afraid I insist," Silver Moon said. He points his Keyblade ahead of her. "Call out your Keyblade and defend yourself, if you can." He rushed at Dawn as she quickly summoned her Keyblade and clashed against against his in defense.

"You asked for it!" Dawn said. She clashed against Silver Moon's Keyblade, getting a fight started. Silver Moon tried to strike her down, but Dawn ducked her head. Just when she was about to strike back, she gasped and ran off along with Piplup.

"Come back here! The fight's not over yet!" Silver Moon said. He heard a loud growl behind him.

"Aggron!" Aggron growled. He prepared to fire Hyper Beam, so Silver Moon dodged just by jumping out of the Iron Armor Pokémon's path. Aggron marched on where Dawn and Piplup ran off.

"Okay, I understand. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting this. I better plan my next move against her more carefully," Silver Moon said.

Throughout the forest, the search for Dawn and Piplup is still.

"Dawn, Piplup!" Sora called out.

Pika!" Pikachu called out.

"Dawn, can you hear us?" Kairi asked.

"Eevee!" Angel called out.

"I'm getting worried," Lucas said.

"So are we. Let's just hope Aggron didn't get to attack them?" Sora said.

Back to Dawn, she and Piplup keep on running. She kept her Keyblade in her hand as some Shadows, Soldiers, and Creeper Plants attacked. Dawn struck them all down. Once there was no more Heartless left, Dawn dismissed her Keyblade and she sighed.

"Glad those Heartless are gone. And I'm glad Silver Moon isn't right behind me anymore. I found the perfect spot to send a signal," Dawn said, taking out two Pokéballs and threw them. "Come on out, Buneary and Pachirisu!" Her Pokéballs opened and out came Buneary and Pachirisu. "Okay, we got split up from Sora, Lucas, and Kairi."

"Buneary," Buneary sadly said.

"Pachi, Pachi," Pachirisu sadly added.

"Hold on! I was just thinking. If you aim your moves toward the sky, and Sora, Lucas, and Kairi saw them, they'd be able to figure out where we all are," Dawn said. Both Pokémon agreed with Dawn's plan. "Alright, let's do it! Buneary! Use Ice Beam!" Buneary fired an Ice Beam in the sky. "Now, Pachirisu! Discharge!" Pachirisu fired a Discharge straight up as well. It unfortunately caught the attention of a certain Aggron. "Now, the gang mist have seen all that, I'm sure of it." Aggron arrived and fired another Hyper Beam. Dawn and her Pokémon ran off from Aggron's Hyper Beam. "Now that's somebody I didn't want seeing all of that!" Aggron gave chase. "Come on, I've had enough! Aggron, please stop!" Aggron ignores her pleads and keeps chasing her. Dawn and her Pokémon are chased to a cliff, forcing them to stop. "Now, what do we do? We've run out of places to run!" Aggron slowly approaches her. Dawn knew Aggron wasn't going to stop, but she had a limited option. "I guess I got no choice!" Dawn took out a Pokéball and threw it. "Okay! Go! Mamoswine!" The Twin Tusk Pokémon came out from inside. "Mamoswine! Use Take Down on Aggron now!" Mamoswine ignored her commands and fell asleep. "It's not naptime! Oh, no! Come on, Mamoswine." She took out a Poffin. "There's just one thing left to do." She approached Mamoswine. "Here, Mamoswine, have a Poffin!" Mamoswine ate the Poffin, but Aggron fired Hyper Beam, hitting Mamoswine, disturbing his bliss. "Mamoswine, are you alright?" Mamoswine angrily charges at Aggron, but the Iron Armor Pokémon charges at Mamoswine as well. Aggron overpowered Mamoswine's Take Down. "No, Mamoswine!" Mamoswine fired an Ancient Power, but Aggron responds by firing an Ice Beam. "You can do it, Mamoswine!" Piplup, Buneary, and Pachirisu cheered for the Twin Tusk Pokémon on. Aggron charges at Mamoswine again, making him fall to the side. Dawn and her Pokémon fell as the cliff crumbled. Dawn, Piplup, Buneary, and Pachirisu lands right on Mamoswine. aggron roared in triumph. Dawn got up and groaned. "What a day. Should have stayed in bed. Is everyone alright?"

"Pip, Piplup," Piplup said.

"Bun, Bun," Buneary said.

"Pachiri," Pachirisu said.

"Mamoswine, what about you?" Dawn asked. She noticed Mamoswine's injury on his leg. She knew it wasn't from the fall. "Does it hurt? Mamoswine?"

"Mamo," Mamoswine said, pained.

"This is no good. You stay like this, and Aggron or Silver Moon will find us for sure," Dawn said. She took out her Keyblade and casts a cure spell on Mamoswine's injury, but wasn't healed all the way. "That Aggron hit you much harder than I thought. And after all of that running we've been doing, I don't think I have enough strength to use my magic again. I better get you back inside your Pokéball just so Aggron doesn't see you." She began rummaging her Pokéballs, but she couldn't find Mamoswine's Pokéball anywhere. "Oh, no! What could have happened to Mamoswine's Pokéball?!" She let's out her other Pokémon and they insisted in the search for Mamoswine's Pokéball. "Oh, no! Mamoswine's Pokéball must be around here somewhere!" She realized she had to drop it and it ends up getting lost somewhere in the forest and she didn't have time to look for it right away. "Or maybe not! Aggron could be back any minute! I guess we're just going to have to hide Mamoswine." Dawn spots an area that looks like an ideal hiding place. A large tree. "Kay, let's move Mamoswine over there right after we make a nice soft comfy bed for him." She looked at Ambipom. "Okay, Ambipom, you use your Double Hit on some branches and knock them down." Ambipom complied with Dawn and knocked down the branches to make a bed for Mamoswine to rest in. "Great! This should do the trick. Hey, Mamoswine? Would you mind moving over there, please? We made a nice bed for you. Come on, you can do it." She fed a Poffin to Mamoswine as a motivator. The Twin Tusk Pokémon managed to stand on his feet, but difficult due to the pain. "Great! Awesome, Mamoswine! Just like that!" Piplup and the other Pokémon helped Mamoswine toward the leafy bed. "Thanks a lot, everybody. Just a little further, Mamoswine. Mamoswine lays on the leafy bed. "Alright, good job, Mamoswine. You did it. Now, let's cover Mamoswine up with branches so nobody can see a thing." The Pokémon began to cover up Mamoswine with some of the broken branches, making sure Mamoswine wasn't easily spotted. Dawn looked at Mamoswine's injury and remembered Kairi teaching Dawn about what to do when taking care of a sick Pokémon when a Pokémon Center isn't available. Dawn knew this day was coming, and she knew she had to out it to the test. "No need to worry, Mamoswine. You see, Kairi taught me everything I need to know about giving first aid. I might be able to use my magic to heal you, but I'll make sure you get all better. No need to worry!" Mamoswine was greatful to Dawn for helping him. She saw a plant and recognizes it. "Hey, that plant can help! She taught me about certain plants being used for healing! And it has a gel-like substance that eases a Pokémon's wound." She turns to her other Pokémon. "Guys, I need you to go look for this plant."

"Piplup!" Piplup said as he and the other Pokémon nodded.

With that said, Piplup, Clefairy, and Roselia went one way as Buneary, Pachirisu, and Marill went another. The Pokémon found the plant and brought back as much as they could carry. Dawn uses the plant to the best of her abilities. She tied Mamoswine's leg with a bandage.

"Hope I didn't put that one too tight. Piplup, think you can use Whirlpool for me?" Dawn requested.

"Piplup," Piplup nodded. Piplup forms a Whirlpool above him, but Dawn stepped in.

"Too big, Piplup! A little bit smaller than that!" Dawn exclaimed. Piplup made his Whirlpool small enough and placed in the bucket. "Now, Bunery, you use Ice Beam." Buneary fired Ice Beam at the bucket, freezing it. She took the ice and wrapped it in a towel. She gently placed it on Mamoswine's leg. "Okay, that should be good. Alright, then, what's next? I remember! We should get an Oran Berry! Good thing Kairi taught me about the Berry trees. The soil has to he moist, so Oran Berry trees can grow and bare fruit." Dawn and her Pokémon went off to find some Oran Berries and her luck turns out to be good when she spots an orchard of Oran Berries. "Bingo! Oran Berries! Ambipom, Togetic, Swablu, think you can help me out?" Nodding, Ambipom, Swablu, and Togetic went up and picked the Oran Berries off of the trees. She then noticed some bananas growing in the palm trees. "Think you can pick some of those bananas, too? We can feed Mamoswine some of those bananas once he's feeling nice and healthy." Ambipom picked as many bananas as she can pick. "Great. Kirlia, how about you use your Confusion to carry the bananas, huh?"

"Kirlia," Kirlia nodded. The Emotion Pokémon uses Confusion to lift up the freshly picked bananas and carried them back with them to Mamoswine.

"Look. I brought you back an Oran Berry. Now, eat it all up," Dawn said, offering the berry to Mamoswine. Mamoswine accepted the berry and ate it. "You're going to feel great."

"Mamoswine," Mamoswine weakly said, pleased.

Back up on the cliff, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Pikachu, and Angel came across the crime scene of Dawn's latest encounter with Aggron.

"Man, Dawn sure can disappear," Lucas said.

"Where is she?" Kairi asked.

"Eevee," Angel said. Pikachu noticed a Pokéball laying on the ground. Sora noticed it.

"What did you find, Pikachu?" Sora asked. Pikachu picked up the Pokéball.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said, holding it.

"That's a Pokéball! And it has to be Dawn's!" Lucas said.

"You're right, Lucas. She wouldn't just drop it like that, so I can bet my Keyblade something had to happen," Sora said.

"I agree. Aggron had to have everything to do with this," Kairi said.

"And since it belongs to Dawn, maybe we can have Pikachu and Angel smell it and follow her scent so we can get to her before that Aggron does," Lucas said.

"I was about to suggest that anyway, so we have nothing to lose by trying it," Sora said.

Back with Dawn and her Pokémon, she sat down, so she hid as soon as she heard some voice coming.

"You sure it's a great idea coming in this part of the forest? What if we bump into that Aggron?" A voice asked.

"Stop your complaining! We got a tip they're here in the woods somewhere, so we gotta look for them! Besides, don't tell me you're afraid of taking a risk!" Another voice spoke. It turns out to be Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor.

"I'm not afraid. I'm just trying to think about what to do when we see that thing," Rex stated.

"Well, don't think because it's never been your strong point. Maybe, we can rest by that tree. And we can rest for the night since the sun's setting. And if that Aggron shows up, we can just use our Pokémon to battle against it," Weevil said.

"That Aggron will just be a warm-up compared to the revenge we will have for our humiliating defeat back at the Indigo Plateau. Beaten by some new kid!" Rex growled.

"I don't know who they're talking about, but something tells me, there's something I don't like about those two. And they'll give us away. Ambipom, think you can scare them off?" Dawn asked. Ambipom nodded as she sneaked around back. She uses her two tails to pick up a rock and hid behind some bushes. Ambipom slammed the rock down as hard as she could, scaring Weevil and Rex yelped.

"Screw this tree! That Aggron's close!" Weevil exclaimed.

"What was that about battling that Aggron?" Rex asked.

"Just shut up and run, you moron!" Weevil said as he and Rex ran for their lives.

"Wow, that was amazing!" Dawn said. She giggled, knowing it worked. "Thanks a lot, Ambipom."

"Ambi," Ambipom said.

"Okay, let's get all back inside," Dawn said, taking out her Pokéballs, but they all shook their heads. "What's wrong?" They all gestured to Mamoswine, wanting to stick with him, no matter what. "I get it. You're worried about Mamoswine, too." They all nodded. "You're awesome." They hear the sound of stomping, so it was Aggron coming by. Roselia took off, so the Thorn Pokémon rustled some bushes. Aggron sees the rustling. Suspicious, the Iron Armor Pokémon walks over to the bushes to inveatigate. Roselia then came back. "Wow! Thanks a lot, Roselia!"

"Roselia," Roselia said.

That night, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Pikachu, and Angel found a cave to stay in for the night. They built a fire for both light and warmth. They were all concerned for Dawn's safety, especially Lucas.

"I hope Dawn's okay," Lucas said.

"Nothing we can do about right now, so we'll go back out as soon as the sun rises," Sora said.

"Right," Lucas said. He just couldn't help but worry about her. Sora and Kairi looked at Lucas and they could definitely tell.

"Look, Lucas, Dawn is going to be just fine. No need to worry, right?" Sora asked, trying to lift up his spirits.

"Yeah, I know, but I can't help but worry about her. I mean, what if she's lost somewhere all alone and scared. It kills me to think something like that would happen to her," Lucas said.

"Lucas, you shouldn't be quick to doubt her. You were there with us in the Kong Kingdom when she help us take out Tiki Tong and his Tiki Tak Tribe goons, remember? And she held her own against the Heartless, too," Sora said, reminding Lucas said.

"Yeah, you're right. She did hold her own back at the Volcano in the Kong Kingdom. She is stronger than she used to be," Lucas said.

"There you go! That's the spirit!" Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"I have a feeling the empty Pokéball we found back there belongs to Mamoswine. And if Dawn's out there, than Mamoswine's out there, too," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"I just hope they're doing okay," Lucas said.

"I'm sure she's fine, as long as she remembers some of the things we taught her when she was just starting out," Kairi said.

Back at the tree, Dawn's Pokémon are all sound asleep, using the leaves of the branches as a blanket. Buneary woke up and she noticed Dawn is still awake.

"You can't sleep either, can you? Since the ice is almost melted, I had a thought. How about another Ice Beam?" Dawn suggested. The Rabbit Pokémon agreed and fired another Ice Beam on the melting ice, refreezing it. "Perfect! Thanks, Buneary!" A little while later, Dawn fell asleep along with her Pokémon.

As soon as the sun began to rise, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Pikachu, and Angel went back out to search for Dawn.

"Dawn! Hey, Dawn!" Sora called out.

"Dawn!" Lucas called out.

"Pika, Pika!" Pikachu called out.

"Eevee!" Angel called out.

Back at the tree, Dawn and her Pokémon were keeping a lookout for Aggron, so Silver Moon had found her at last.

"There you are!" Silver Moon said, summoning his Keyblade. Dawn quickly summoned her Keyblade and used to to block his attack. "Thought you could hide from me, didn't you?"

"You leave my Pokémon alone! Dawn demanded.

"I don't want your Pokémon! I want you!" Silver Moon said. They clashed their Keyblades against each other, getting a fight started. Seeing how Dawn was willing to protect him, he remembered how much meeting her as a Swinub. Mamoswine saw how strong Dawn's heart is, and he got up and charged at Silver Moon, hitting him with his tusks. Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Pikachu, and Angel arrived to the scene. Lucas gasped when he saw Silver Moon's face for real.

"Am I going crazy or am I seeing two Soras?!" Lucas exclaimed in shock. Hearing Lucas's voice, she beamed.

"Lucas!" Dawn said.

"Dawn!" Lucas said.

"You came at the right moment! Mamoswine's leg all better!" Dawn said.

"Was Mamoswine injured?" Sora asked.

"He's looking better now!" Kairi said. Silver Moon was about to strike Mamoswine, but he hesitated in doing it. He looked at Mamoswine and saw how much he has thoughts, feelings, and a heart, like a human being.

"What's wrong with me? It's not like me to hesitate like this," Silver Moon said in his thoughts. Sora, Kairi, and Lucas quickly summoned their Keyblades as Dawn jumped over Mamoswine and attempts to slash him, but Silver Moon quickly deflected Dawn's Keyblade before she overpowered him. Silver Moon was at a loss as Dawn knocked him down. He growled before he exclaimed. "I admit, I underestimated you, Dawn! I thought I could snuff you out before I went for the other Guardians of Kingdom Hearts! But after today, I can see it was a mistake. It's a mistake I am not going to make again the next time we meet." Silver Moon said as he sank into the darkness.

Aggron charges toward the group, intending to attack them again.

"Crap! It's that Aggron again!" Lucas exclaimed. Mamoswine lifts Dawn and the other Pokémon on his back.

"Mamoswine, do you want is all to battle together?" Dawn asked.

"Mamo!" Mamoswine! acknowledged. Dawn smiled, knowing what it meant. Aggron charges at the Twin Tusk Pokémon.

"He's using Double-Edge!" Kairi gasped.

"Vee!" Angel said.

"Hit it with your tusks, Mamoswine!" Dawn ordered. Mamoswine blocked Aggron's Double-Edge with his tusks. Aggron fired Hyper Beam at Mamoswine, but the Twin Tusk Pokémon blocked it with his large tusks. "Now, Mamoswine! Use Ice Shard!" Mamoswine complied with Dawn and unleashed an Ice Shard. The ice attack actually hits Aggron on the mark.

"Am I seeing things, or is Mamoswine actually obeying Dawn?" Lucas asked.

"We're all seeing it!" Kairi said.

"Vee!" Angel said.

"And I think I know why! Mamoswine saw how brave Dawn was in fighting Silver Moon. So, he picked up on Dawn's courage and he's using it to fuel his spirit and heart!" Sora said.

"Pika!" Pikachu said.

"Alright! Keep it up, Mamoswine! Now, use Ancient Power!" Dawn ordered. Mamoswine fired an Ancient Power at the Iron Armor Pokémon. Having enough of Mamoswine's power, Aggron started to run through the forest.

"Looks like Aggron knew when to quit," Sora said.

"Guess Aggron is just yella," Lucas said, earning a laugh from Sora and Kairi. They approached Dawn as she and the other Pokémon jumped off.

"Looks like Mamoswine finally respects you, Dawn," Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"You two made quite a team," Kairi said.

"Thanks. I remembered all of your teachings about first aid, and it was all thanks to you Mamoswine's all better," Dawn said.

"I'm glad you made good use of my teachings. Knew they'd pay off," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"Here, Dawn," Lucas said, holding Mamoswine's Pokéball. "This is yours."

"My Pokéball," Dawn said, taking it.

"It was Pikachu who found it, so I held on to it until I gave it back to you," Lucas said.

"Thank you for finding it, Pikachu," Dawn said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"And thank you for holding on to my Pokéball, Lucas. I'm grateful to you," Dawn said.

"Anytime. And I'm glad you're doing okay," Lucas said, blushing. Dawn blushed just as much. Sora and Kairi smiled as Sora placed his arm around his girlfriend's shoulder, and she rests her head on his shoulder.

"Anyway, since Mamoswine is feeling better, I'm sure he's going to want to eat those-" Dawn paused when she got wide-eyed, "-bananas?" Mamoswine was eating those bananas.

"Well, that's one thing that's still the same," Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu agreed.

Meanwhile, Aggron has stopped running but Paul was in his path. He was intending to capture Aggron.

"A wild Aggron. Ursaring, stand by for the battle!" Paul called Ursaring. "Use Hammer Arm!" Ursaring used Hammer Arm to hit the wild Aggron sending him to crash in a tree. "Now use Focus Blast!" Paul ordered and Ursaring used Focus Blast which hits the wild Aggron. Then Paul tossed the Pokéball which hit Aggron before going inside, after the Pokéball wobbled three times, stars swirled around it, confirming his capture, Paul grabbed the Pokéball and used his Rotom Phone to scan Aggron's moves. "Aggron's got a collection of useful moves, also Rock Head as its ability. I'll keep this one." Paul said before storing Aggron's Pokéball. However, before he could advance he remembered the words from Sora and the others and even Cynthia's words, even Ursaring who seems grumpy and serious most of the time, he tilted his head in confusion as he saw his trainer. "Could what Sora said be true? Do I have enough Pokémon I need to win? I can't stop wondering why I wasn't able to see Azelf in Lake Valor, maybe Sora and Lucas were able to see it, but I had enough will to catch the strongest and even the fiercest wild Pokémon. Knowing that Pikachu was his first Pokémon, maybe Sora and Pikachu worked very hard to win the Pokémon Leagues and even the Pokémon Stadium Cup but he worked with his Pokémon, I usually choose the strong Pokémon that meet my expectations, I should have evolved Chimchar when I could before releasing it. However, I have already come very far with my own methods, I have already come very far and I must continue, my brother couldn't defeat Brandon, therefore I must do this for my brother, even if I had to face my past many times," Paul said in his thoughts.

Over to Silver Moon, he stopped by a river and looked at his reflection in the water.

"What's the matter with me? How could I have froze out like that? I could have taken that thing, but something stopped me. Why would I care so much about a Pokémon like that? Why would I care if a Pokémon lives or dies? Why didn't I take the chance?" Silver Moon asked himself as he smacked the water with his right hand.

Dawn has finally regained Mamoswine's respect before evolving from a Swinub right to a Piloswine, but for some reason, Silver Moon is having a conflict within himself. Could he be on the path for redemption or is he beyond all sorts of hope? Only time has the answer to those kinds of questions.
