UNITY FORCE MISSIONS: RAGE
CHAPTER 1: Welcome to the Wasteland
The story starts after the events of Feltrite Sample and in-between Defibrilator Upgrade. For obvious reasons, some chapters that were specific to Raine will be cut off and distilled, where original chapters will take their place. The Scorchers arc will be a part of it, yes. This is a parallel fic to Unity Force Missions: Blue Reflection.

[The Wasteland, Earth-3371]
In a barren wasteland on another Earth, the Unity Force were inside Buggy the Clown's own van as they just arrived at a vast desert from this new world. And inside of the car were Zoro, Maya, Buggy, Usopp, Ichika Takatsuki, Monkey D. Luffy, and three females are in there.
The first girl has short orange hair with yellow tips and a white water bird's feather accessory on top of her head. Her eyes are grayish-yellow and are otherwise empty save for her red slitted pupils. She has dark red lips. She wears a noble outfit described to look like Prince Charming out of a fairytale. She has a large white frill collar around her neck, with a blue and black tabard decorated with fancy patterns. Underneath her tabard, she wears only a white brassier. She also wears a red cape slung over her right sidelined with white fur and black patterns. She wears pumpkin style shorts with large pumpkin earrings to match. She keeps her rapier in a holster at her waist. She has a large, fluffy tail the same color as her hair. Her matching boots and gloves are dark brown with a lighter brown that similarly flare out at the top. There are small buckles on her gloves. This is Pukin.
The second girl has short blonde hair with a bright red strip above her tips. She has grayish-purple eyes and wears red and black earrings. She uses a black bow with spikes in it to hold up her short, red ponytail. She wears a black choker with a silver buckle and a black and white striped tunic. The first white stripe of her tunic has black diamond patterns on it. Her sleeves also have black diamond buttons on the bottom. She wears light blue leggings with white bone patterns going down it, and black shoes with a dark orange stripe. This is Jessica Praise, also known as Tot Pop, who was Pythie Frederica's protegé.
The third and final girl has platinum blonde hair fashioned in curly twintails with one long piece of bang in the middle. Her eyes are the same color as her hair and are completely blank save for her black pupils. She has smaller eyebrows than most Magical Girls. Her outfit is described by others to look like patchwork. Her dress appears very tattered as it is covered in stitches and loose threads in various places. Parts of her outfit are imprinted with newspaper snippets. On her head, she wears a white bonnet with a pink bow in the front and puffy pink earmuffs. Her long stockings and gloves are mismatched. Her left glove and her right stocking are lined with some sort of fur. She has small white buckle shoes. On her neck, she wears a little ruffled collar, and her dress is strapless and fluffed up towards the bottom. Dangling from the back of her body are crumpled up balls from strings of various lengths, some of them also lined with newspaper clippings. Her entire outfit isn't dirty and only appears that way for aesthetic. She is supposed to look like a tattered Cinderella. This is Sonia Bean, Pukin's underling.
So what is the story with these three? They were the Prisoners that pursued the magical girl assassin in B-City, known as Rain Pow, real name Kaori Ninotsugi. However, Sonia was killed by Archfiend Pam, Tot Pop was killed by Pow, and Pukin was put down by the rest of B-City's Investigation Team and Ripple after being driven insane following Sonia's death. Despite Pukin's long list of crimes during her term in Magical Kingdom that included the abuse of power, she had made a genuine effort to redeem herself, along with Tot Pop and Sonia, after their revival in the Elysium. In the interim, Luffy was assigned to supervise them during their five-month probation, and Pukin was more or less happy to see Sonia again, despite the leery eyes of the other magical girls she killed.
"Heh..." Buggy commented as he looked at Luffy. "I never knew you would be keeping an eye on the ex-criminals, Luffy." He added.
"Gotta admit, Luffy-san is an eccentric goof." Sonia responded.
Pukin only chuckled. "Hard to believe it. But he was the man who taught me a great deal about his adventures and how he even managed to be confident despite losing Ace-san."
"You can tell that to him." Usopp only pointed out.
"Essentially that's what the Straw Hats are." Zoro simply stated. "At least half of my team."
"Beats being a Yonko." Luffy grinned as he raised his straw hat.
Maya snickered. "You mean half of them being crazies, Pukin."
With Ichika and Tot Pop...
"I heard that you're a good cook, Jessica-san, especially with that curry of yours." Ichika complimented, causing Tot Pop to blush.
"Despite being rough on the outside, Ichika-chan." Tot Pop added. "Before all this Magical Kingdom schmancy happened, mom taught me a great deal about cooking and housework, which I'd be laughing how it clashed my rock image." She added with a smile, before it faltered. "After mom died, things weren't the same ever again, and I spent years keeping up the upbeat, positive image."
"What happened?" Ichika questioned sullenly.
"Magical Kingdom." Tot Pop responded.
"Damn, was that really like bad?" Ichika questioned.
"She died and nobody helped me. Like... No one!" Tot Pop said with a pained tone, as tears streamed from her own eyes. "A lot of my hatred directed towards that Kingdom was because of my mother's passing. She cared for me the most... And when after the Kingdom didn't give a single damn about it, I lost every hope and I went on a crusade on exposing the Magical Kingdom... And that's how I met Pythie." She sniffled, as some looked at Tot Pop.
"Are you okay, Jessica-san?" Maya asked.
"Sorry... Just had to reminisce an old wound I buried." Tot Pop apologised. "Despite what I became afterward, I simply wanted a happy life away from the killing. I knew how pointless my goals had been." She added.
"Well, you are here now with the rest." Maya added as she patted the rock star's shoulder.
"Thanks." Tot Pop added with a smile. "All I wanted was to redeem and fix everything... The mess I caused." She added, before looking at Pukin and Sonia.
"Are you forgetting us?" Sonia said, as she looked at Tot Pop.
"I mean, we caused." Tot Pop corrected.
"Nobody is angry of what happened." Luffy simply said. "And trust us, the rest of those magical girls wanted the three of you to be the magical girls you really are. Remember the past is in the past." He added with a reassuring tone. "Pukin here, especially, actually tried to be a good girl."
"Being a good girl... Is a mile long journey. That's one way to put after absolving myself from the sins of my own past." Pukin simply added.
"Maybe actually try to be friendly with others instead of torturing." Zoro quipped. "Hard at first, yes. But the U.F. had redeemed villains like you."
"I... I know..." Pukin simply stated.
"And Pukin-san?" Luffy asked with a grin.
"Don't start." Pukin sneered. "You shall leave Sonia out of the conversation."
But the rest are unconvinced.
"Heh... What's wrong? I mean you and Sonia are close vibes, so it's not that much of a big deal." Luffy added. "Plus, the academy is very liberal with stuff like same-gender relationships."
Luffy's words was enough to strike a nerve to the musketeer magical girl.
"C-Cut it out!" Pukin exclaimed as her face blushed. "That's not even the problem, Luffy-san. Heck, I have no problem with it at all. It's just that you are making a big deal out of it!"
"Don't tell me you two are fallen with each other too?" Maya questioned with a smirk as she showed a photo of Sonia and Pukin making out at a park across the academy.
"What?!" Sonia exclaimed. "W-Where did you get it?!"
"Kaori-san took it." Maya added. "As expected of the mischievous girl herself."
"Rain Pow...?!" Sonia pondered at the name, as a blush crept to her face.
"Nah, spit it out on us." Tot Pop added. "Even Kaori accepted to the idea of it, as well. Hell, even Pam too."
"Even you, Tot!" Pukin exclaimed.
With Usopp, who was standing with half his body outside while looking at his binoculars. From a distance, he saw the same grotesque-looking bears, as well as a man from a distance with a machine gun with a car right next to him. Usopp was able to make up some of the man's physical appearance.
The man is in his late 20s. He has a buzz cut and wears what looks like a wasteland outfit. This is Lieutenant Nicholas Raine.
"Buggy, I'm seeing something in the middle." Usopp called in.
"What is it?" Buggy asked.
"Trouble." Usopp replied. "And not a good one either."
Buggy then announced as he prepared to shift gears from his car.
"Sorry to interrupt the banter, but we have a little bit of a problem to deal with." Buggy uttered.
"Correction, a big one." Usopp corrected.
"What happened?" Zoro asked his crewmate.
"Those bears. Looks like that man is fighting those beasts, but I highly doubt he will survive against them." Usopp replied, before seeing a portal, revealing more malevolent creatures with white masks on them. "Oh shit, not just that!"
"What is it now, Usopp?" Zoro called out.
"HOLLOWS!" Usopp declared with a raised voice. "FREAKING. HOLLOWS!"
"Are you kidding?!" Buggy exclaimed. "Where's Kurosaki?"
Then a portal appeared outside of the car, revealing Ichigo Kurosaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Thunder-General Adelheid from the outside.
"It's Sasuke-san, Ichigo-san, and Adelheid-san!" Maya called in.
"Does that mean the Umemizaki team are here as well?" Tot Pop asked.
"Don't think so." Ichika simply replied.
With Ichigo and Usopp.
"Perfect timing, but it looks like your friends are here, Ichigo!" Usopp called out as he pointed at the Hollows.
"Oh great, those freaking bastards." Ichigo said with a gritting tone.
"We're gonna help that man." Sasuke responded with a cautious tone. "Since his weapons are not enough to deal against those creatures. He might help us in return after."
"Great idea, Sasuke-sama." Adelheid replied. "Well, isn't that surprising, Tot Pop, Pukin, and Sonia!" She added with a confident grin as she looked at the magical girls inside.
"Where's the rest of your group?" Pukin questioned.
"They're coming maybe later." Adelheid replied as she prepares her sabre. "Mind if we hitchhike?"
"Come in, but don't expect a red carpet from us." Buggy added.
"Oh, Buggy-san. You are so funny." Adelheid teased.
"Shut up." Buggy annoyingly said.
Ichigo and Sasuke sat on top of the van's roof while Adelheid went at the back of the van.
"Buckle up!" Buggy exclaimed.
Buggy then pressed his foot into the throttle as they hurriedly drive from where Raine is currently.
"Be careful with that driving of yours, Buggy." Ichigo added from the roof of the van. "Knowing you, I won't be surprised if you throw the two of us out of the car!"
Buggy didn't respond from Ichigo's jab.
"Seriously, great timing." Usopp said as he looked at Sasuke and Ichigo.
"The Grand Headmaster told us to join in, given the presence of the Phantom Brotherhood." Sasuke added.
"You think that Benoit and his cohort Brennan are the cause of it?" Usopp asked the Rinnegan user.
"I'm suspecting that the Hollows appearing and those bears are essentially their doing." Ichigo stated. "No way that those bandits or whatever hell this wasteland has to offer can do it."
"We've read some information about the Authority and it turns out that they are the dominant ruling force in this world, and they are currently working with the Brotherhood." Sasuke said, as he looked at his tablet. "In short, they want a new world order."
"Great, Nazis by any other name." Ichigo quipped.
"Essentially, they were remnants of the U.S. Military before the destruction of this world 100 years ago from an asteroid known as 99942 Apophis." Sasuke commented. "And they're essentially an army of professional soldiers with advanced weapons and technology."
"No shit!" Usopp added.
"So you're saying that they are more advanced than the bandits in this place?" Maya questioned.
"Ripe for the picking by the Brotherhood, as it seems." Ichigo added.
The van went to a sudden stop as they arrived at the destination.
Exactly as it said, Zoro, Maya, Buggy, Usopp, Ichika, Luffy, Sonia, Pukin, Tot Pop, Sasuke, Ichigo, and Adelheid left the van as they saw Raine fending off the monstrous bears and the Hollows by himself, but he knew he was immediately outnumbered as he desperately took cover to a medium-sized rock.
The monstrous-looking bears, known as Blightbears, are large mutated brown bears who are bipedal, have razor-sharp claws, fangs, and have some decaying flesh. While some of them have claws as their staple weapon of choice, others have weapons like clubs.
"Ew... Those bears looked like they haven't taken a bath." Luffy uttered.
Raine noticed the strangers as he called out, where the bear roared loudly.
"How about you strangers help me out here?!" Raine said, as he reloaded his assault rifle while aiming at the Hollows and Blightbears. "I've been dealing with these relentless bastards for the past two days since waking up at that Ark and they are getting even crazier. Figures that bandit clans aren't the only problem here!"
"Get ready for some long explanation on who we are later!" Zoro exclaimed.
"Looks like we're in for a battle!" Maya stated as she takes out her rapier.
"GET READY, BOYS!" Luffy announced.
The battle between Zoro's group against the Hollows and Blightbears begin.
[OST: CFO$ - Superhuman (Baron Corbin's theme)]
Zoro goes first into the offensive as a Blightbear and two large-sized Hollows cornered him. Taking out his Wado and Enma, he shouted "Nigiri", before he positions on a stance where two swords are held parallel so that the tips are pointing to his right. A Blightbear tried to charge towards him with a slash attack from its claws, but Zoro screamed "Otoro", as two air-based projectile slashes are sent downwards while falling as Zoro swings his swords downwards, with the gravity complimenting the force of the attack. The resulting attack sliced the Blightbear and the Hollow.
"Watch and learn." Maya simply stated.
Maya quickly takes out her golden whetstone as she slides it to the blade of her rapier, before a golden aura surrounds on it. Two medium Hollows charged right through the revue enthusiast, as they begin launching their attack on her. But the she quickly yells "Maverick Parry", as she immediately parries the Hollows' attacks in a rapid fashion, causing the creatures to stagger. Maya then takes the opportunity to unleash a counter attack with a 360° slash of her rapier, slicing the two Hollows' heads, killing them.
"Rinon, let's go." Ichika declared.
"On it, master!" Rinon replied, before turning into a cybernetic arm as Ichika inserted it to her right arm. "Charging to 225%!" The voice of Rinon continued as short bursts of electricity appeared around the arm.
One of the Blightbears charged towards Ichika with its menacing claws as it proceeded to attack the alien, long before Ichika used her gauntleted right arm and unleashed a powerful blow to the creature's stomach, following it up with a powerful uppercut, causing trail of electricity to appear as the creature was killed. Raine then took out his Authority Machine Gun and started firing at the Hollows who were nearing towards the U.F. group. Subsequently, he took out his Rocket Launcher and shot a group of them while cover, obliterating them to nothing.
"Taste this, losers!" Usopp announced with a grin.
Usopp is seen perched on top of the van, where he uses his slingshot, Kuro Kabuto, as he loads it with ammunition known as Pop Greens, but more specifically an ammo type known as Green Star: Skull Exploding Grass. Aiming at a group of Hollows, it causes a chain reaction of explosions, hitting several of the creatures along the way.
"You are all working with the Brotherhood asshats now?" Ichigo questioned in a mocking manner. "I'd expect Aizen or Yhwach would be doing a favour, but who could have known!"
A Blightbear menacingly charged towards Ichigo, but the Soul Reaper was unfazed as he prepared his sword menacingly. One of the Blightbears holding a giant club attempted to smash it towards Ichigo, but he quickly sliced the weapon in half before unleashing a stab attack towards the creature. Then a large Hollow did a mad dash behind Ichigo, long before the creature attempted to crush him with its fist. But Ichigo quickly countered the monster's punch as he unleashed a dashing sword attack towards it, slicing the creature in half.
"Time for some REAL FUN, SHITS!" Buggy grinned maliciously as he prepared his blades from his fingers.
"I swear you are even crazier than Kaori-san or even me after I lost Sonia in the past." Pukin quipped as she takes out her brainwashing rapier.
Buggy prepares his blades as he charges towards a group of Hollows and a Blightbear. In a ruthless fashion, Buggy sliced the weaker Hollows like paper, before unleashing another brutal attack onto the slightly larger Hollow, killing the creatures in a swift blow.
"One ass bear who hasn't taken a bath for years isn't enough, so suck at it!" Buggy exclaimed with a sinister grin.
"ROOOOOOAR!" The Blightbear roared maliciously, as he charged towards Buggy.
The deathly-looking bear charged towards Buggy with a deadly intent, bent on wanting to target the pirate. But Buggy separate his body parts, thanks to his Bara Bara no Mi devil fruit, and control most of his body parts independently.
"Whoa... What the hell?!" Pukin asked, as he looked at the now-disjointed Buggy. "This had to be the strangest power I've ever seen!" She added as she sliced a Hollow with her rapier.
"That's him using his own devil fruit." Zoro explained.
"You mean the same thing that Luffy-san ate?" Pukin questioned, with Zoro nodding.
What resulted is Buggy unleashing a barrage of attacks with his separated body parts towards the Blightbear, before the disjointed pirate killed the monstrous bear as soon as Buggy reunited the rest of his body parts, finishing it with a quick slice to its head.
Sasuke then converts his chakra into electricity as he deals with a group of Hollows. He creates lightning from his palms, before proceeding to punch one Hollow, then taking out his signature sword which is also imbued with lightning. Avoiding the Hollows' attacks, Sasuke then leaped above the creatures before proceeding to unleash a slicing attack on them, resulting in them being electrocuted then later killed.
Luffy charges towards two club-wielding Blightbears, and a large Hollow, as the creatures charge altogether at the Straw Hat leader. "Gomu Gomu no... SHOT!" He screamed as he "twangs" his stretched arm, unleashing a barrage of multiple punching attacks towards the creatures in a rapid succession, beating up the creatures to a bloody pulp.
"Heh..." Thunder-General Adelheid quipped. "Get yourselves ready."
At the same time, Adelheid absorbed attacks from the Hollows and the Blightbears, before reusing them to her own via her own sabre with her technique known as "Wilhelm Geschutz". Using her sheath like a cannon, she uses the stored energy to make her saber fly out like a rocket towards a group of Hollows, stabbing them in a rapid succession, before Luffy followed it up with a powerful punch towards the other Blightbear, sending the creatures and the stabbed Hollows flying into a rocky outcropping.
"Let's get rock 'n roll, you fuckers, because I'll be having fun here!" Tot Pop takes out her guitar as she looks at the smaller cluster of Hollows.
Tot Pop uses her signature guitar as she started rapidly strumming it like a professional guitarist, causing various musical notes of different sizes, hardness, speed, colour, and damage to materialise from the instrument. The notes quickly made a mad dash towards the charging Hollows as they were turned into high-speed projectiles, perforating and killing multiple of them before the notes disappeared.
"Let's do this, Sonia." Pukin said, looking at her trusted confidante.
"With pleasure." Sonia replied.
"You worms really are going to be having your guts spilled out." Pukin added with a malicious smile.
Both Sonia and Pukin faced off against the army of Hollows and two Blightbears. Sonia watched at few Hollows charging towards her, long before one of them unleashed a punching attack towards him. At that moment, Sonia activated her disintegrating magic, where as soon as her palms came into contact with the Hollows, the creature disintegrated like nothing, before the same thing happened to the rest, with them disappearing instantly with a visible black haze. Pukin came next as she took out her rapier, avoiding the Blightbear's claws with a parry before she managed to unleash to score a gash onto the bear's chest. What resulted, however, was that the wounded bear fell into her brainwashing magic as soon as that happened.
"Kill them." Pukin coldly ordered the creature.
"Whoa... What's going on with the bear?" Ichigo asked.
"It's her brainwashing magic." Sonia added. "Thanks to her pumpkin rapier, anyone unfortunate to get hit by it will be brainwashed."
"No kidding." Maya simply stated. "Your world's magical powers are really strange."
"But she can only use it on one person... Or in this case only on one animal." Sonia pointed out.
"How can she get rid of it?" Maya added as she sliced another Hollow.
"Stabbing the creature again with her rapier." Sonia responded.
The brainwashed Blightbear started attacking the rest of the Hollows and the un-brainwashed Blightbear as the creature used its razor-sharp claws to slash a group of Hollows before both bears clashed at each other violently. Pukin then used her magic further to amplify the brainwashed bear's combat abilities, leading to the brainwashed bear unleashing a series of attacks against the other bear, culminating it with the brainwashed bear violently mutilating the other bear. Pukin then undid the magic before Sonia used her disintegrating magic onto the creature.
After the battle, the rest settled down as they met up with Raine, who was slightly wounded but still able to stand up with his two feet.
"Thank god for that..." Raine added as he rendezvoused with the rest of the U.F. "Though I would be damned if the rest of you are simply cosplaying had it not for the strange powers you have."
"Seriously? That's the first thing you would tell us after we saved your ass?!" Buggy exclaimed in annoyance.
Zoro ignored Buggy as he looked at Raine. "Are you okay?"
"Yes." Raine added. "But first of all, who are you all?"
Zoro then tells Raine about the existence of several worlds, as well as the multiverse and the foundation of the Unity Force and its mission to purge out any threats within the multiverse. Raine, in exchange, explained the state of the world, where survivors come together to form settlements around oases and other practical or habitable locations, while the wastes are plagued by various bandits clans, and mutants, who attack all normal humans in a voracious horde. Currently, Raine was on a mission to retrieve a crystalline substance known as Feltrite.
"So you are all not from this world." Raine added.
"No." Zoro simply replied. "We are sent here to help you out. I mean it's hard to believe that you're a man from the 21st Century." He added.
"Cryogenically frozen inside the Ark." Raine corrected. "World went to shit after the Apophis destroyed it back in 2029." He added.
"So we are correct on the hunch." Sasuke added.
"But first of all, who are you?" Ichika asked.
"Nicholas Raine, former U.S. Marine Lieutenant." Raine replied as he leaned his back on his own car known as the Cuprino. "I was on a mission to get a Feltrite Sample for Kvasir when those bastards decided to interrupt my mission." He added, causing Zoro and Maya to catch attention. "Those bears had been a nuisance for the past two days, let alone local bandit clans and the goddamn Authority, but who the hell are those creatures that just showed up right now?"
"Hollows, which are Human souls who do not cross over to Soul Society after their death and stay in the Human World for too long." Ichigo answered gravely. "Normally, those creatures, or at least a handful of them, only work on their own, unless someone managed to grab an army of them and decided to use what Aizen, who was known for depraved experiments and the infamous Hollowfication of the Visored, had done and recreated it for his own purposes."
"But Aizen-san was imprisoned in Muken again after that battle with Yhwach-san, right?" Maya asked.
"Yes." Ichigo added. "No way he would be involved in it."
"Then that means that the Brotherhood must be involved." Luffy stated. "Raine, we ask a good question: Aside from those bandit clans and the Authority freaks, any other unusual people you had a glance at seeing?" He asked the survivor.
"One day ago, I saw some weird dude talking to this guy. Mercenary, by the looks of it. He was with his group of his men, talking about whatever 'next phase' of their plan here with that guy." Raine added.
"Mercenary, huh?" Sasuke added, as he took out his tablet. "Do these two people look like him?" He asked Raine, showing him a mugshot of Anders Benoit and Marion Brennan.
"Yes." Raine added.
"These two are members of the Brotherhood." Sasuke stated. "They are working for Black Matter."
"Black Matter?" Raine questioned.
"The leader of this organisation." Pukin stated.
"Which means that the problem is much more serious and Urahara was right." Zoro stated. "Raine, where are we going next? You need our help to stop these two."
"Now that you mention it, I'm heading back to Wellspring to give this sample to Clayton." Raine continued as he took out a blue crystal.
"Wellspring?" Adelheid asked the survivor.
"That town over there." Raine pointed out.
"Then that means that's where we are heading." Zoro added.
"Deal's a deal." Raine added. "I'll help the rest of you in return."
"Sounds reasonable then, Raine-sama." Ichika replied. "Mind if we ask, how often the bandits attack here?"
"Quite a lot especially in an area like this." Raine uttered. "As long as that weird car of yours is equipped with weapons, then you're good to go."
"This thing is a walking battering ram!" Buggy added. "And hey, don't call this thing weird!"
"Here we go with the narcissist again, tee-hee~" Luffy teased.
"Shut it, Luffy!" Buggy retorted back, causing some of them to chuckle.
Afterwards, both Zoro's group and Raine drove north to Wellspring, the closest settlement amidst this desert. As for the group, their mission has just begun, as afternoon settled in.

[OMAKE: Just After The Battle]
In the same area at a rocky outcropping, Anders Benoit and another man, Marion Brennan, was watching from afar, with the former armed with his usual signature weapon: the VC39 Accelerator Rifle.
Marion Brennan is a young man in his 30s. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and wears a lab coat, blue buttoned shirt, blue jeans, and brown shoes. He has goggles on top of his head. He is Matter's left-hand, serving as the non-combatant counterpart towards Benoit.
"Looks like those Unity Force pests have just showed up." Brennan replied. "But the test regarding the summoned creatures is working."
"They're grasping for more straws." Benoit calmly said with malice as the PTC leader watched at the silhouette of Wellspring. "Brennan, ensure that our mysterious client from the Authority is ready. We'll be prepping the mercs once things go to shit."
"On it." Brennan added. "Calculations are precise." He said to himself, as he was seen inputting information to his tablet.
Benoit then called Black Matter through the comms.
"Matter, mission is ready and we have the Unity Force as the priority target." Benoit called in his boss.
"Excellent work, Benoit." Black Matter said. "Ensure that you don't lose track of them. I want those ants suffer and this world be crushed to nothing. Ensure that the Authority are on our side. They're professional and deadly, just like the PTC, so ensure that you keep in contact with them."
"Understood." Benoit only calmly said.
"And tell Brennan to call me later." Black Matter replied.
"Got it." Benoit ended the call.
Benoit ended the call as he and Brennan disappeared through the portal, ensuring the next phase of their plan.
