"It's him." He whispered as he saw his target approach, soldiers trailing at his back. "That's Erwin Smith." He pointed as he and his friends made their way towards the man – sizing him up, making sure he never left their sight.
"We attack at night." Farlan, one of his young companions specified making their way towards another alley. "Then we kill him and his soldiers."
'How did it come into this?' He thought. 'We had calculated his moves, his plans. How?' He felt defeated as he looked at his comrades – now at the hands of the soldiers they had planned to kill.
"I know who you three are." Erwin Smith stated as he looked him with his piercing blue eyes. "How did you get this?" His tone was strict as he held the 3D maneuvering gear on his hand.
"None of your business!" He bit back annoyed that his plan failed.
"Owning one without the military's consent is considered punishable, aside from that – I've heard a lot about your delinquencies. Pilling up these charges, you three could get executed." Levi looked at Farlan and Isabel as he thought of a way to help them all escape.
"However, if you'll help me with this task and join my cause – I will turn a blind eye from all the misconducts you've done." He bartered, looking at the small man in Mike Zacharias' grasp.
"I'll do it. I'll help you." He answered without second thought. A small smile appeared on Erwin's lips as he motioned for his soldiers to loosen their grip. "This is Casmir Uma." Erwin muttered as he showed a sketch of the man he's referring to. "A black-market trader – specifically as he claims a trader for all things magical and supernatural."
"What about him?" Levi asked looking at the familiar face on the sketch.
"I want you to tell us his whereabouts. According to an intel, he came here the other day – bearing goods." Erwin looked at him as he specified the word 'goods'.
"What of it? The military is now relying on magic and the supernatural to defeat the titans and the bad guys?" He spat as he glared.
"Let's just say, he has something very important that we need to get back."
