Heh. Hehehe…Hehehahahahaha! It is time! For! A! New! Divergance! To! Canon! For! Bell!
Oh, and yes, Virgin Power is a thing.
Oh, and Boyzilla, this is post-Extra but pre-Extella, so Hakuno never got the chance to do the deed with her Servant. So, she's still a virgin. But this is Danmachi where everyone wants to do someone innocent (namely Bell) without consent in a comical way. I'm kinda doing the same thing with future Servants later for Hakuno. Remember, COMICAL!
Primo's spell landed its mark, decimating several monsters at once while Riveria and Alicia nodded their heads in approval. This was a day of bonding between godmother and foster sister for Primo, as the lessons she learned from both elves had been a rather enlightening experience for her. For most, an elf doesn't like being touched apart from a few, avoid drinking alcohol, and are easily embarrassed if their clothing showed off too much skin. Outside of that, that's all Primo could remember about elf culture as what little memory she had back then faded into the embers of that tragic day.
But when it came to magic, it was a delightful experience, and she was always filled with questions that amused the high elf woman. Some that even caught Riveria and Alicia off guard like a particular question that Primo had asked. "Miss Riveria, what are the glowing patterns on mom's body?" she asked.
"Pardon?" Riveria asked, blinking at the unusual question her goddaughter (still an odd thing to get used to for the royal elf) had asked.
"You see, when I see my mom cast her magic, sometimes I see strange glowing…pathways? Pathways that appear on her body when she fights. I noticed they're not tattoos or any kind of written magic, so I was wondering if you knew…" Primo explained as Riveria cupped her own chin in thought before looking at her godchild.
"Unfortunately, I haven't the faintest clue. It is probably a special type of magic exclusive for Miss Kishinami." Riveria answered as Primo nodded her head with a smile.
"As expected of my mom, always the best at surprises!" she beamed. Inside, Riveria was suspicious of what Primo had described. She in all her years studying magic had never heard of what those patterns were like. A secret branch of magic that was hidden away until now? Some investigations might be needed if she wanted to get to the bottom of this.
Bell Cranel watched with curiosity at the small cauldron. Hakuno's atelier was a humble place she stored her potion making supplies and makes them. But occasionally, some unusual item like Primo's veil was made in here and he was wondering how a witch prepares things.
"Need something, Bell?" a voice behind him startled him from his thoughts as he turned to see Hakuno behind him with her veil off.
"A, Ah, no, sorry Hakuno. I was just curious." Bell admitted while Hakuno patted him on the head.
"Don't worry yourself. You've gotten stronger thanks to Ais training you. Already in B rank with all but Agility at A and your Magic at zero. You've improved a lot since coming here Bell." Hakuno told him as Bell had the decency to look sheepish.
"Thanks, but…I still have a long way to go if I ever want to catch up to you and Ais-san." Bell admitted while Hakuno smiled and gave him a hug, causing the boy to freeze and his cheeks turning bright red.
"Don't worry about catching up to us. We all grow in our own ways, and you shouldn't just settle for catching up to us. Surpass us. You came here wanting to be a hero and pick up girls in the Dungeon, right?" she told him as Bell's high-pitched scream of embarrassment at that innocent and perverted dream his grandfather inspired him as he was mortified about how Hakuno knew about it. He wanted to die from sheer embarrassment he was facing right here, in front of the first girl he admired when he came to Orario.
"With your stats now, you can probably level up if you wanted. Just go on an adventure." She told him as Bell was confused once Hakuno ended the hug and looked at him directly into his rubellite eyes. "Remember what tales your grandfather told you and aim to surpass them. Only then will you start becoming a hero. Your own hero, because this is the story of Bell Cranel." She smiled as her starry eyes shined with hope in them and Bell felt her cheering him on in her own way.
He smiled, motivated by Hakuno's speech.
"Mom, I'm home!" Primo's voice came from the secret entryway as the two turned to see Primo coming down the stairs with an excited yet determined look to her. "Mom, I need to ask this since Miss Riveria doesn't know the answer to it. But what are those glowing patterns that appear sometimes when you use magic?" she asked with pure curiosity in her voice while Bell looked at Hakuno who blinked at the question.
"You mean my magic circuits?" she asked.
"That's what they're called?!/What are magic circuits?" both Primo and Bell asked in confusion.
"Magic circuits are similar to blood vessels in our body, to carry out magic energy from out soul, which is stored in our brains." She explained, while pointing to her head to emphasis something. "To allow me in this particular situation to use magic safely."
"To use magic safely. What do you mean?" Bell inquired.
"Mind Down." Hakuno answered, giving Primo a look and gesture to explain it to Bell as the young elf girl nodded her head and cleared her throat.
"Mind Down is when someone uses magic too much that they pass out from mental exhaustion. It is particularly dangerous for mages during major battles or if they venture into the Dungeon alone. That's why its important to travel in pairs with a melee fighter at least when starting out." Primo explained, puffing her chest in pride as she recalled everything her godmother had taught her while Bell nodded his head in understanding now.
"Unlike how the Falna does things with magic, magic circuits are part of one's soul, usually through some bloodline of mages from long lineages that have been trained since birth. It is rare though, that a person without any notable heritage is born with magic circuits. Given the circumstances, if you were born with them Bell, you can use magic at a safer cost without suffering from Mind Down." Hakuno added in with her own knowledge of things and her own experiences.
"Is it possible to know if someone could possess one?" Bell asked with a rather curious look on his face and Hakuno could only guess.
"You want to learn magic…don't you?" she guessed as she saw Bell's childish glee as he had the look of a hopeful child getting a present, they really wanted. He's so honest with his emotions that she can't really be wary of him. But his naivete was refreshing since it reminded her of the Holy Grail War when she first started out. Clueless of anything and always needed someone to explain it to her.
With her gloved left hand, she held it in front of Bell's face and let the hidden Regalia scan him. In a second the results were in, he had them. Bell Cranel had Magic Circuits inside of him that are dormant. The solution was to infuse him with a spark of mana to ignite the circuits. Withdrawing her hand, she began her Code Cast.
[Code Cast: mana_fruit (16);]
A small bite sized fruit made of concentrated mana from the air appeared in her hands as she presented it to Bell. "Rest on the bed and eat it. It will be…unpleasant when waking them the first time." She instructed with a warning as Bell looked at the fruit with joy before taking it with him to one of the beds and ate it. The minute he did, he froze and fell on his side as he twitched and ached all over.
"Give it some time. Just relax and think on what magic is to you and give it a shape. Then you'll be able to use magic." She told him while petting his head. "Primo, wet towel please?" she asked as her elf daughter nodded her head and quickly fetched one as Hakuno placed it on Bell's forehead.
Bell's mind was recalling what Hakuno just said and let his mind drift. Magic to him was a weapon to his weak self, to aid in times of need. A gentle red flame, the swiftness of lightning, and sheltering light to those lost in the dark. The three aspects danced around him before giving shape. His nature, his Origin had been partially awakened as another boy that looked like him walked up to him. There were no words, but a confident, reassuring smile everything was going to be alright.
When he woke up, he was on his stomach, his shirt was off, and his Goddess was doing an update on his status while Hakuno and Primo sat nearby chatting with a new girl alongside Haruhime. "Ah, you're awake Bell-kun!" Hestia noted as everyone turned their attention to the boy as Hestia finished updating his status and him quickly putting his shirt on. "Looks like it worked Hakuno…" Hestia's eyebrow twitched while the witch merely shrugged. "Well congratulations Bell-kun! You got a new skill and two magic spells!"
"Magic and a skill!?" Bell screamed out in childish joy as he took the offered paper and looked at it.
Skill: [Mana Burst (Fire and Lightning): Infuse weapons with blazing thunder, accelerating attack speeds with devastating power. Skill strength depends on user's Strength and Magic Stats.]
Magic: [Firebolt: Swift-Strike Magic] [Asterion Aias: Barrier Magic-Protects user and allies from any physical or magical attack. Endurance and Magic stats strengthen it.]
Bell was over the moon with this new development. His own magic, and a skill! He was getting stronger now! He'll be closer to his dream of becoming a hero! His body was tingling with excitement before Hakuno cleared her throat and getting his attention.
"Due to the infusion of mana inside of you now, awakening your magic circuits it is important for rest now Bell. There may be some nasty side effects from waking them and I want to be sure before going to the Dungeon to test it." Hakuno explained to him. But Bell felt fine but the look of concern on his Captain's face told him he really should wait until morning…not to mention he doesn't want to anger her like last time when someone ate her last sweet. He never wants to relive that nightmare again, ever.

It awoke to the call from the surface world. It felt him after so long. Mother had been generous in granting it a second chance for this wish. An old foe it thought long gone had returned, and Mother permitted its return in response. The beast roared as it slew fellow monsters and ate their magic stones, gleefully knowing their fated moment from thousands of years ago was about to repeat.
