Kagome closed her eyes as she sat in the hammock, the warm breeze blowing, her sleep taking her back to the past.

Kagome ran as fast as she could, war had broken out and the lands were being invaded.
Inuyasha stood on one side of the battle and Sesshomaru on the other.
"Kagome!" Inuyasha yelled. She had been gone for a few weeks and when same came back, more time had passed, a small complication from bending time to her will. She had been gone 2 years to them.
Thousands of soldiers, both human and demon were coming at them.
Kagome clasped her hands together then pulled them apart forming a bow. Sesshomaru then watched as she went between his army and the other "Do you want to talk, or do you want blood?" She asked the other,
"We will take the blood!" The other yelled,
"It will be your blood." She said, "I offer peace,"
"We don't want your peace Miko, if you side with them!" Then a Miko of their own came forward, 3 actually and they raised their bows.
"So be it,"
Kagome lifted her hand to the sky, and they all watched as a ribbon of power came down around her hand and formed an arrow, she set it and pulled it back. Sesshomaru watched as her flat tone tummy took in air,
"Now!" She yelled and let her arrow fly.
"Backlash wave!" Inuyasha yelled, then Sesshomaru join.
Their power mixed and when all was said and done, nothing we left in the path but the 3 Miko's who threw down their bows and knelt before her.
