King: Sup peeps?!

Knox: What happened...? I feel all... weird.

King: Basically, I had to replace my old set up. I am SO glad that I write this stuff on Google Docs now. If I didn't, this would take so long to get around to after moving all the folders. But here we are.

Knox: Now, shall we go back in again?

King: Let's. I hope you enjoy. But I do have a note at the end of the chapter if you guys care. Something on my mind these days.

Inspiration: Spy x Family

Knox smirked before pulling a bubble wand from his pocket, blowing two bubbles from the wand. One was a light yellow while the other was a shade of brown. Jaune instantly recognized who those two could be, letting out a quiet, "Oh no."

Knox grinned and popped both bubbles at once. The two that landed were the familiar forms of Saffron and Terra Cotta-Arc. Terra groaned and picked up the pair of glasses that had fallen off her face. As she rubbed her head, she started to speak, "What happe-"

But she was instantly cut off by her wife, "Where's Adrian?! I was just checking on him! What's going on?!"

"Calm down." Two pairs of eyes turned to the purple ruler of the realm. "My name is King. Your son is right where you left him and is unmoving in time. With that out of the way, I'll explain the situation in full."

-One Explanation Later-

Saffron fell back into a chair and pulled her hand over her face. "That's… a lot to take in."

"If I might ask a question," Terra looked to the purple being.

King motioned for her to continue.

"Why do all of this exactly? It seems random and inefficient. You have these powers, so why not just do whatever you wanted to begin with?"

"Simple." King motioned his hand over the audience. "Because that would defeat the point. Humans are notorious for defying orders forced upon them by powerful figures. It is why mortals will always lean to defying even something as powerful as a god."

Salem felt that was pointed toward her. Those two deserved to be lost. And these two could never understand that.

King knew her thoughts, but ignored them. "It's as easy as that. If I give you the tools, however, you can make your own conclusions. You can change your fate with your own hands. It is why I am drawn to mortal lives. But enough about me. Let's get to business, shall we?"

Everything started to settle down before Saffron and Terra found themselves in a bear hug by one Nora Valkyrie. "It's really great to get to meet you two! When we went to Arcadia, we didn't get to meet all of Jaune's sisters, so it's cool to meet you guys now!"

Saffron grunted as she was crushed by the hugging girl, "You must be Nora."

"Yep!" Nora released the two and kept her grin permanently on her face.

"Seats everyone!" Knox clapped his hands and lights started to dim.

Saffron and Terra took a seat just off from where Jaune and the others were sitting. As they passed through the aisle, Saffron leaned down toward Jaune, whispering, "You're gonna tell me all the details, got it?" With a cute wink, feigning innocence, as she reached her seat.

Jaune sighed and knew there was no getting out of that. Mom probably told her ahead of time.

The scene opened to an important looking man as he sat in a car, his scroll to his ear. "Yes, yes. I'm aware of that." He paused. "Fine." He tapped a screen separating him from his driver, "Take me back to the embassy."

The driver nodded, "Yes sir." As he tried to slow the car, the brakes seemed to have no effect. "What the…" He didn't have long to let this sink in as a sharp turn appeared ahead of them. "T-the brakes aren't working!" The scene suddenly snapped to show the car fly off the elevated road, exploding on impact with the ground.

Those of kinder persuasions gasped at the scene. A simple thing causing such a catastrophic end. But someone knew something and just had to say it.

Mercury tapped his foot on the floor, "Basic assassination. He was important enough to kill off, but who did it?"

A voice spoke up from outside the scene. "One of our diplomats in Ostania was killed in a car accident."

The scene changed to show a group of men sitting around a table. One man spoke up as he addressed the group, "We suspect it was an assassination carried out by the White Fang political party. They've been agitating for war with our nation of Westalis."

Mercury nodded, "That explains that at least."

Sienna could understand it to a degree. She had an issue with doing it by these means, however. Granted, it had become very clear such actions were only making things worse. But that was the point in this case, wasn't it?

One of the men at the table glared at the report before him, "We need to know what they're planning so we can ensure that doesn't happen." The man moved the paper aside. "We need to send in our best." A codename could be seen in the top left of the paper, [Twilight].

The scene changed to show a man in a trenchcoat handing a folder to an older man. "Here's everything you needed. Proof positive that the Foreign Minister wears a hair piece."

Ruby had to take a moment to process what she heard. "What? Why the heck would anyone care about that?"

"Politics." Qrow explained. "For politicians, it's all about appearances. Small things can make you look weak. If you look too weak, you're replaced with someone else to get the job done. Anything that makes it seem like you're not wholly honest puts you in the crosshairs."

"Still, if that's what they're using that Twilight guy for, that's pretty sad." Yang remarked.

The older man took the folder and snapped it into his other hand. "Excellent work. This'll ensure his resignation on embarrassment alone. The old fool never could handle the truth." The man started to walk off.

The man in the coat walked the opposite direction before someone stepped in the way. "Where do you think you're going?" It was the old man that just left, flanked by two men in suits. "Without handing over what you promised me?"

"What? But you were-" The man spun around to see the car fading out into the distance.

The camera moved into the car to reveal the old man pulling off a mask from over his head to reveal Jaune Arc, in his late twenties, behind the wheel. Codename: Twilight.

Ruby gasped with stars in her eyes, "Oh my gosh, that's so cool!"

Harriet seemed impressed by the ease at which the man on screen. She had briefly considered being an intelligence officer, but found it a little outside her wheelhouse. It takes a special sort to be a spy.

The camera was blurred by the speed in the car before showing Jaune as he was sitting on a train with a newspaper. Cipher C… Let's see. His eyes looked over the news and picked out the appropriate letters and codes to reveal the message hidden within by his superiors.

"That's insane!" It was Nora's turn to get starry eyed. "Can we do something like that?"

"I don't think we need to." Ren answered. "Besides, we would have to do a lot of extra studying just to learn any of the ciphers."

"Yeah… I'd rather not."

The message was read out by a voice over, "Good Evening Twilight. Thanks to your work, the Minister was able to avoid scandal and possible blackmail. As long as he remains in position, Westalis is better off. Unfortunately, we have a new mission for you already. Your target is Rodano Blueford, a top ranking Minister in the White Fang Party of Ostania. You must get close to him and probe for any seditious activities."

Jaune took a drink from his coffee as he continued to read.

"To this end, you must marry and have a child."

Jaune spit out his coffee like a bullet.

"What?!" Saffron cried out. "How on Remnant does one lead to the other?!"

"I'm sure they'll tell us." Terra calmed her wife down as best she could.

Jaune coughed and sputtered, half of which were false to pass off the moment as simply having drank too fast and reacting in kind. He needed to keep his wits about him as a spy. But, that didn't mean he wasn't screaming at his superiors on the inside. He continued to read, hoping they would explain.

"Blueford is reclusive and suspicious of others. His only public appearances have been for events held by a private academy his son attends. These events act as informal get togethers for the high society types throughout the nation. You will use this to get in close and have an in to gather information. To that end, you will enroll your child into the academy. The enrollment period ends in one week, however."

Jaune ripped the paper in half. They expect me to have a child in a week?! He was able to keep his rage in check, but his ripping of the paper did draw eyes. After calming himself down and apologizing for the situation, he leaned to the side and looked out the window. Gritting his teeth, he went over the plan he had to put together. First things first, secure a safehouse. After that… It may be a good idea to adopt a child first. I can play off the idea and find a woman to act as my 'second' wife.

Watts tapped his heel on the ground. "Smart. With a deadline that short, he'd need to prepare for the cover story and any questions he'd get. It's easier to get a child to follow orders than an adult. Particularly an orphan, who would likely be more desperate to appease their new guardian."

Cinder felt her eye twitch. He did that on purpose.

The camera fell away from the train before showing Jaune dressed in a brown raincoat and matching fedora as he walked up to an iron gate. He looked over to the sign reading [Shady Nest Orphanage]. And good lord, did it look the part. It was an old building and hardly one with the money to fix things up. Jaune's attention was grabbed by the man who was opening the gate.

Standing there was one Qrow Braunwen as he leaned his arm against the open gate and glared at Jaune, "What do you want?"

"Uncle Qrow runs the orphanage?" Ruby asked.

"But why is it so run down?" Yang folded her arms and tilted her head slightly.

Winter scoffed, whispering under her breath, "He probably spent it on alcohol."

Qrow turned to her with a glare, "I heard that, Ice Queen. And it just pissed me off." He stood up and swung around toward the oldest Schnee sibling, "The hell is your problem with me, huh?"

"You want to know?" Winter now stood up with a glare. "You're a drunk mess and yet both General Ironwood and Headmaster Ozpin seem to take you seriously. You're a clown of a Huntsman that is, for some reason, given actual magic! And before you even attempt to put it out there, I am not jealous of that fact. I am infuriated that you, of all people, were trusted with something so important while being likely to wake up in a gutter!" The room was silent for a moment. The loudest thing in the room was Winter's frustrated breaths. After a moment, she took a breath and composed herself.

But, before she could move on, Qrow spoke up. "Look. I get my job done. You're a fine soldier, I'm sure. But stop holding me to your standards. I'm not some Atlas-type who follows into the military rut. I'm a scout. A Huntsman. I was given that magic power to be better at my job. If you walked into a bar in some outskirt village, you'd stick out like a sore thumb. And for the drinking, just shut up. I might be perpetually tipsy and usually drunk, but that doesn't mean I'm some neglectful ass. And I'd appreciate it if you didn't compare me to your mother."

Winter nearly fell back in shock, "W-what the hell are you-?!"

"Don't start. I know your underlying issue is that I drink. And your only experience with drunks is Willow. Is it good that I drink so much? No. But I don't care anymore. After all the shit I go through, I need it. So shut up and sit down." Qrow sat down and looked back up at the screen.

Winter was stunned for a moment before slowly sitting down as well.

The screen was allowed to move again.

Jaune blinked in surprise. "Um… I was hoping to be able to adopt?" He had to try to play a normal figure, and a normal figure would be confused.

Qrow looked him up and down before nodding. "Fine. You don't look like one of those stuffed shirts. Come on in." Qrow let him pass before closing the gate.

"What do you mean?" Jaune asked, not expecting an answer to forward his mission, but he had to play a part.

Qrow groaned as he led Jaune to the house. "Nothing worth your time. Just a dispute I'm having with the central office. Public funding is lower than I'd like." He led Jaune through the house.

"That explains it." Ironwood sighed. "Orphanages are often held together by a combination of public funding and donation. If one runs dry, particularly a large value, it can make one antsy. It would also explain the appearance of the location."

As Jaune walked through, he found a few children staring up toward him. They were a mix of nearly every combination of hair and eyes, but never too many to crowd him. "If it's all the same, I was hoping to find a child who can read and write." A week isn't enough time to teach that.

Qrow nodded for a bit before motioning him to follow. "There's one that might work for ya."

Qrow opened a door to reveal a young girl sitting at a table watching TV. When she heard them enter, she turned toward them to reveal a set of dark brown eyes staring up at them. Her brown hair had a curl to her right side that faded out into a cream coloration.

Velvet gasped seeing the young girl, "It's Coco?!"

Coco blinked a few times, as if it would suddenly change. But no. There she was as a little girl. She had to be in single digit ages. "That's… crazy."

The girl looked up toward the man before standing up to face him properly. She was shown to be wearing a simple black dress and shoes that matched. She looked up toward Jaune with wide eyes.

Jaune, despite his appearance and demeanor, was still a spy. He had a mission to complete. "She seems quite young to know how to read. The school only accepts those at least six years of age. She doesn't seem any older than four or five.

"Six." Coco 'corrected.' "I'm six years old."

"Well that's convenient." Nora remarked.

"Or is it?" Velvet tapped her foot on the ground in thought.

Jaune let out a slight hum. She still seems rather short to be six.

Coco strained up onto her tiptoes, hoping to seem taller.

This situation and the coincidence seemed too on the nose.

Qrow just brushed it all off, "She's smarter than she looks."

Coco looked around and picked up a newspaper, holding up the crossword puzzle toward them. She then took it over to the table and picked up her pencil.

Jaune walked over and looked over her shoulder. Today's crossword? That would be impressive for a young child. But child's play for me. He looked over the paper, thinking to himself, One across is Ribotoxin. Two is Vagrancy.

There was a pause before Coco picked up the paper and held it up to the adults, revealing a fully complete crossword.

Jaune to pause a moment. "Amazing. You're quite smart."

Qrow nodded. "Told ya. So, adoption?"

"Huh? Oh! Of course. We can talk about the paperwork right now."

"No need." Seeing the confusion on Jaune's face, he answered the unspoken question, "She's been in and out of orphanages around the city. Hate to say it, but she's not exactly in a place for much paperwork by this point. If she comes back, I wouldn't be surprised. But if it works, all the better."

Jaune nodded. This is actually perfect. A spy needs as small a paper trail as possible. The mission comes first.

Coco was looking up toward Jaune, her eyes wide. A spy?!

"Wait!" Whitely shouted, "She could hear his thoughts?!"

"That explains the bit before." Weiss reasoned.

The screen turned black and white to show a picture of Coco sitting on a medical bed. Lettering appeared saying, [Subject 007. Name: Coco. Experimental creation of a telepath, capable of reading minds to gather knowledge.]

Nora took in a loud gasp, "She can read minds! That's crazy!"

"Makes being a spy harder." Terra remarked.

The scene returned to the present showing Qrow speaking to Jaune in the background. Meanwhile, Coco was looking up toward Jaune, her eyes sparkling with stars. So cool!

The scene faded again to show as Jaune walked Coco into the home he'd acquired for the mission, a fairly high end apartment. He placed a bag he'd been given of what few belongings she had. "Welcome home, Coco." He kept a smile on as best he could. He falsified emotions easily, but there was nothing to change the fact that Coco knew he was faking it. "Relax for a little and I'll get your room ready.

Coco walked over to the TV and turned it on to a program with a quote-unquote super spy with a domino mask as he flipped around a scene.

Jaune raised an eyebrow, "You like that show?"

"Yeah!" Coco nodded enthusiastically. "It's my favorite show!"

"Alright." Nothing like an actual spy. Whatever. Let her have her fun. We can start her lessons after dinner. There was a small montage showing Jaune try to teach Coco, to little avail.

Coco groaned, "Never was one for studying. It's so boring."

"You just have to know how to make it more fun." Neptune responded. "Make a game out of it. It's how I got my team leader to pass his Dust Studies midterm."

Sun let out a nervous chuckle.

The next real scene showed Jaune with his coat on and putting on his hat. "I'll be back soon." He was suddenly stopped and looked down to see Coco holding onto his leg.

"Take me with you."

"I can't do that. Come on. It won't be long." She's smart enough that I can leave her here without risking the house burning down or something. Plus I won't be gone that long. He shook her off and left her back in the home, revealed to be an apartment. As he started to walk off, he turned around with an annoyed glare to reveal Coco leaning around a corner. Then another scene showed her hiding in a vent over his head. Another showed him discover her in a gate as he would try to leave.

This got a laugh out of Yang. "That's pretty funny. Like, how did she get to those places?"

The next scene showed Jaune as he let out an annoyed sigh. "I swear she's a handful."

"That's all kids, man." The new figure was shown to be Sun, also in his twenties. "They're hellraisers if you're not careful. By the way, how did you get away from her, anyway?"

Jaune deadpanned before the screen showed his apartment door with a large dresser in the way to keep her inside.

This made the student crew bust up laughing.

Jaune just returned to his usual expression. "I found a way. Now, what did you find?"

Sun, Jaune's informant in the city, handed him a paper. "Like the old man said, she's been in and out of orphanages across the city. She's had as many names as you have. I'd say it was destiny."

Jaune shook his head and looked over the list of names. "Why would she be sent back, anyway? Sure, she's annoying, but apparently all kids are like that."

"Don't know. Her records are also as clean as yours. Barely a thing on her besides the most basic info."

"And the letter?"

"Right here." Sun handed Jaune a sealed letter. "One application letter for the entrance test. You've got to the end of the week. I also included a copy of the test and a list of answers."

"You're a lifesaver, Sun. She's adamant that she doesn't need to study. But even a dullard can pass a test if they just memorize the answers."

"Cheating their way in." Weiss huffed. "Appropriate, isn't it?"

Jaune gave an embarrassed groan.

A sound that put Nora on the defensive, "You're still mad about that? I thought you got over that."

"I've come to tolerate that it happened. I'm obviously still going to be bitter about the fact that he did it at all."

The fact that there was no sound from a certain duo got eyes to turn to them. They saw Saffron and Terra turning away slightly, not looking anyone in the eye. This got Pyrrha to react, "You both knew?"

Terra let out a sigh. "He came to me and asked me to help him. I wanted to tell him off, but someone used those stupid sparkling eyes of hers and practically begged me to help her little brother." There was a slight pause before she burst out with, "I have a weakness okay?!"

Saffron let out a nervous chuckle.

The scene changed to show Coco lying on the couch, staring up at the ceiling. So bored. She looked up to a poster that Jaune had bought for her of her favorite TV spy hero. Then she noticed a closet door. She remembered Jaune thinking to himself about his spy tools being in a case inside said closet and locked away by a number combination. One he thought of as he made the lock with her in the room.

Coco took in a sharp breath. "Oh boy."

She opened the door, hoping to find a bomb defusal kit or a silenced pistol. 'Basic spy stuff' according to her favorite show.

Coco took in a sharp breath. "This is going to end poorly." She just prepared herself for the inevitable embarrassment by proxy.

What she found was a suitcase that, when opened, revealed a transmission radio. Her eyes sparkled at the prospect the radio represented.

The scene changed to a building in the middle of the city. From within, they heard a shout, "We've intercepted a message!"

The camera moved inside to reveal the old man from the beginning. "What encryption is it using?"

"There was no encryption. It just says," he paused a moment, getting the slow feed before continuing. "Twilight here. Try and catch me."

The old man looked like he was going to blow a gasket. But then, he calmed. "Track that signal…"

Qrow let out a sigh. "Oh boy. That can't end well."

The scene transitioned to show Jaune as he started to make his way back toward the apartment. He had a bag in his hands that held both a small grocery run and the letter Sun gave him. As he approached, however, he found the front door to the building kicked in. "What the hell?" He ran into the building and made his way to his apartment. No, no, no, no! He skid to a halt to find the door to his apartment broken open. Damn it! He bolted inside, looking around at what had happened within. Everything was broken and it didn't seem like anything was taken. However…

"Coco!" He called out to his adopted daughter, finding no answer. As he called out, the camera hung to the side to show a goon behind him with a metal bat raised. The scene went black with the sound of aluminum striking flesh.

Coco took in a sharp breath. "That is unfortunate… I almost feel like I have to apologize for her."

But one thing caught the attention of many. Or it would have been one. Now that a second Arc was there, they felt double the chill. They turned to Jaune and Saffron, showing everyone that the two were practically radiating rage. Jaune's was a more literal sense as his aura glowed.

Terra nodded, already understanding the two well. "Arcs take family very seriously. So threatening them gets them like this." Terra flicked her wife on the nose, causing her to return to reality. "It's just a movie. Sort of. Besides, I sincerely doubt she'll be significantly harmed."

Saffron blinked a bit before slowly nodding. "You're probably right."

Terra was about to do something similar for her brother-in-law before his eye quickly glanced to his side and straight at her, causing her to flinch. "R-right…" As she sat down, she couldn't help but think, I keep forgetting how scary he can be if you make him mad.

The scene changed to an old warehouse with the old man and his cronies around the inner offices. In the back, Coco was tied up and gagged with a bolt of cloth, crying given her situation. The old man let out an annoyed 'tsk,' turning to his subordinate. "Why the hell did you drag a brat back?"

"We found her at the apartment where we intercepted the message."

Coco bolted up a bit, my message?!

"You'd think her shows would've had an episode about intercepting messages and why they have encrypted codes." Blake remarked.

But Ruby innocently suggested, "Maybe she missed that episode?"

The man growled and turned to a window, showing a car pulling up outside and downstairs a level. The man watched as one his goons got out of the car and pulled a tied up man from the back, dressed in Jaune's suit and a burlap sack over his head.

"He got captured?!" Nora shouted, more than a little worried.

"This could be beneficial." Blake reasoned. "If he gets in and can escape without being seen doing so, he can get Coco out or deal with the man ahead of time."

"Nah." Harriet interjected. "He's already steps ahead of these guys."

The goon walked into the office and dropped his captive on the floor. "I was right to stick around. He showed up a bit after the others left." He walked into line with the others.

The man laughed and crouched down to taunt his new prisoner. "I bet you thought you were clever, don't you Twilight?" He laughed and walked around the man in a dramatic fashion. He wanted to take his time with this one. Twilight humiliated him once, but not again! "I bet you think you were clever. But you messed up. Your pride got the better of you. You challenged Ostania. That was bad enough. But you decided to challenge me! How did that go for you, huh?!" He kicked the man, causing him to stir and try to look around. The boss slammed his foot down onto the side of the man's head. "Shut the fuck up! I'm not done!" The man went slack. The boss chuckled and went to circling again, his eyes locked on the slack man. "Well now look at you. I bet you feel fucking dumb now, don't you? Now," He crouched down again, "Let's get a look at this supposed master spy." He removed the sack, only to reveal the very goon that carried the man, unconscious. "What the hell?!" The sound of two goons dropping made him turn, only to find a gun pointed square between his eyes. The face looking back, just to add to the horror, was his own. "T-twilight?"

Harriet grinned, "Told ya."

Jaune, disguising his voice as the man, responded. "I've grown tired of your antics, Virden Pollok."

Virden shook, trying to gain distance. He glanced to the side and found the child was gone. "W-what's going on?"

Jaune moved the gun away just far enough to fire it into a beam by Virden's head. "Let me make myself clear. If you try anything like this again, Cecilia will certainly be disappointed."

Virden's shaking only got worse. "What?! H-h-h-h-how do you know about-?"

"Your daughter?" Because she was a necessary link to find out about your shady dealings. "She's hardly a secret. But that's not what scares you, is it? I can make her an orphan. Or make you bury her." His tone was clear, his threat very obvious. The scene made Virden faint and fall to the ground. Jaune looked down at the man and tossed the borrowed gun away. Jaune was lucky the man was a blowhard. He reached to his neck and pulled away the false face. He tossed it to Virden's unconscious form as a final warning and started to walk out of the warehouse.

Qrow let out a chuckle as he watched Jaune make the man pass out without injury, "Damn he's good. Scary, actually. There's no way a guy with that big an ego would move against him now that he knows he can be dealt with at any time."

Jaune let out a sigh. He knew this was a poor idea. He felt his anger subside, but the fact it was there at all was a problem. He rolled his wrist, and sighed. He knew getting a child involved in a mission was a bad idea. He opened the doors to the warehouse and looked over to the end of the street to his left. He sent Coco to a police station around the corner with a letter. She'll be better off. He couldn't bring himself to keep her in this now. It was, very much, the last thing he ever wanted. He grew up alone after the Great War. Orphaned and alone, all he remembered from those days was crying in the streets, where no one would ever answer.

Nora, Ren, and Emerald all felt sympathy for this version. Cinder, just kind of brushed it off. Three out of four orphans felt bad at least. Most others did as well, naturally. There were only a few who were awful enough not to care about such an awful situation. And they were pretty obvious; Cinder, Tyrian, Salem, and Watts. Everyone else at least felt a little bad for him.

Jaune returned to the present and sighed. He nodded and prepared to turn away, only to find a sniffling Coco hiding behind a mailbox. What is she…?

Coco looked up to see him and instantly ran up toward him and gripped onto his legs. "Papa!" She cried into his leg as he watched on, stunned. "I promise I won't be bad. I'll study. I'll be good. Please…" Her grip tightened on his pant leg. "Don't leave me alone."

Jaune couldn't help but feel like he'd made a mistake. He sighed and picked her up, resting her on his arm, "Don't worry, Coco. I'll always be here." He'd gotten attached.

As the camera pulled away, Jaune's inner thoughts could be heard. "I can't say if this is a good idea. But the mission is still active and I need to accept that. I became a spy to make sure no child had to cry. But this is only the beginning.

An image showed Coco sitting in a large room with other children. She heard the minds of so many of the other prospective students, few of them actually knew any answers. She couldn't cheat her way out of this by reading minds. She had to rely on the lessons Jaune had given her. But a follow up picture showed she'd made the cut for the next part.

"Unfortunately, it's never that simple."

A letter was shown clearly reading, [Both parents must be present for this interview.]

"I can't risk the mission. I need to find someone to act as Coco's mother."

A new scene showed a woman from behind typing on a desk computer before sneezing. Her hair was shown to be a dark color before fading to red at the tips.

Ruby gasped so loud her friends wondered if she might pass out.

The screen went black to the sound of Jaune's sigh. "This is going to be a headache. I can feel it."

Thus, the play ended.

Saffron let out a cheer with the end of the world's playback. "That was pretty cool!"

Terra let out an affirmative noise but glanced at King. "I can't help but feel like something was off. But I can admit it is interesting. It might be worth sticking around."

/\

King's Note:

So... Burnout is real and harsh. I'm hoping things can improve overall, but sadly, it's too powerful at times. But it's not like this stuff costs money for you guys, so I don't feel too bad. Also, fun story, my dumbass not knowing how to keep artistic anonymity (you know, people paying you without your real name on the receiptso as to avoid dox issues). on things like or Cash App cost me a commission. So, if any artists or authors know a way to do so, I'd appreciate it.

But that's not all!

See, I've been at this for a long damn time. And I wanted to do something special as a sort of "I've been doing this too damn long" special. So, I am going to do a month of prompts! You know how this stuff works. But here's my twist. You guys are going to give me all the prompts!

Here's how it works: You will offer prompts that I will collect until say... July 30th. That's 2 weeks from now. If I can collect 30 prompts in that time, then I'll do all the prompts I can, one per day.

HOWEVER!

I do have to say that I won't do everything that is sent to me. I do have to put my foot down sometimes. But here's the do's and don'ts.

What you can do (and the rules)

-You can ask for anything in a small sentence at most. Don't write it for me, guys.

-You can ask for spicy stuff. I'm not holding back this time. Rated M will mean it for this if necessary.

-Try to make it reasonable. Don't ask for a full story's worth of content. These will only be 1,000 to 5,000 words at most.

-Suggest Prompts in the DMs. I want to say who asked for what if at all possible.

-You are allowed to ask for more than one thing, but I have to limit the number of accepted prompts to no more than 5 per person if it's deemed necessary.

What you don't do!

-Ask for anything too out there. It might be rated M, but I do have to stop some things. I've been on the internet long enough to know what y'all are like.

-Ask for prompts in the Reviews. These will be ignored. Seriously, do not do this if you want me to pay attention to it.

-I can't stress this enough! Don't be weird.

-I should have made this more specific. These are NOT prompts for Arcs of the Multiverse or reaction works! These are for one shot stories in a collected form.

I want to use this as practice for writing and to form habits of writing everyday if possible. Any who, I hope you enjoyed the chapter and continue to look forward. I will still be trying to work on Arcs of the Multiverse and Arc-Tale. The entire point is to get me working more often.

Thank you.
