Jessie Beckett. That is the boy's name. This boy stands at 4'11", 5' if he wore heeled boots, and loved the color purple so much he had no clothes in any other color. His typical outfit he wore outside of school consists of skinny jeans, a silky t-shirt, and boots that go halfway up his calves. The outfit, of course, was varying shades of purple, and never seemed the same from day to day. His hair falls to just below his shoulders, and his bangs are cut short enough to hide his eyes but not long enough to look badass . He'd dyed his hair a midnight purple too, and sometimes if he felt confident enough he would put his hair up. His eye color was a soft green as well, although they were always hidden behind glasses.
He was born with three quirks, which according to doctors is nearly unheard of. One of his quirks is Stats, meaning he is able to look at anyone and see exactly what their quirk is, how they can use it, how they normally use it, their level of efficiency, sometimes the possible level they can get to, and the weakness to their quirks.
His second quirk is Shadows. he can manipulate the shadow of anything he looks at, creating anything he wants, but it vanishes in sudden bursts of light or he shuts his eyes for more than five seconds. He hated his first one, always seeing everyone as words on a screen, all at the same time, so much so that he decided to get glasses specific for blocking people. It was Eraserhead's quirk but designed specifically to help cancel his quirk as he looked through them.
His third quirk is unknown, at least to them. It never manifested, and he didn't know how to activate it so it just stayed as an unknown for now, and he grew up being told that the tests were wrong, and he only had two.
When he was younger he had two imaginary friends that disappeared when he turned five, he didn't know why but his mother told him that he just didn't like them anymore, when he found a drawing of the three of them and asked. It all just sounded like a quick explanation, and didn't make much sense, but he accepted it because this is his mother, and why would she lie to her only child?
His home life when he reached his teenage years...were not the best. In fact it was abusive. His parents refused to believe their baby girl identified as a boy. They always used his dead name, Jackie, and his old pronouns. They always hit him when he tried to correct them in any way or didn't listen when they called for her. It was amazing how he managed to get men's clothes into his room with how homophobic they were to him. It was amazing to him when the Principal of U.A. personally came to his house and asked him if he would take part in the entrance exam and go to school there. He immediately agrees, and asks if there were dorms he could stay in, to make getting to class much easier. Unknown to him that Nezu knew what was happening in the home of the very gifted teen with a very powerful quirk, and had planned to take him onto the grounds and out of the abusive home either way.
