"Spill it, just who's been in there? Anyone from the guild? A different guild? Any guild?!" Mirajane hurled question after question at them, swinging them around like a mace, not stopping even to pause for breath. There's a reason she's a demon all right. Cobra winced as the onslaughter continued and struggled not to cover his ears. He knew it wouldn't really help anyway.
Instead of answering anything, Lucy rummaged around in her bag and pulled out a notepad she'd been writing in during the sessions. Mira looked at it as if it was the only piece of food she'd seen in days. Hungrily, she snatched the notebook out of Lucy's hand and began pouring over it. The gleam in her eyes was something Cobra found quite distinct...he'd seen it in tons of wild dogs once they get their teeth sunk into a piece of meat.
"Thorough as always Lucy! There really were tons of people! Even on the first day too!" Her words caught at Cobra, who looked at Lucy and frowned. He'd almost forgotten that she hadn't seen Lucy at all yesterday. He still wondered if something had happened between the two of them.
