hello and welcome to chapter 13 of Pokémon adventures. this chapter will be everyone at Jubilife city exploring and having a good time.
anyway onto the chapter.
a couple of days have passed as everyone arived to Jubilife city.
the first thing everyone did was to go to the pokémon center.
"hello and welcome to the pokémon center". nurse joy said smilling. "hello nurse joy could you look at out pokémon". Akira said as he Lucy and Jason handed their pokéballs. "Sure thing i'll be back momentarily". she said as she grabed the pokéballs and left.
"man were finally at Jubilife city". Lucy said sitting on a couch leaning back. "so now that were here whats you guys going to do?". Jason asked as Lucy spoke before Akira could say anything. "im going to get a massage then check the stores to see if they have anything i like".
"im just going to buy some pokéballs, medical supllies and probably just relax". Akira said.
"well im going to just relax here". Jason said as they continued to speak for a couple more minutes. during those minutes someone walked into the pokémon center as the person saw Akira, Lucy and Jason as they walked up to them.
"hey guys it's been awhile". a the person spoke as the three turned to see Sophia waving to them. "Sophia". Lucy exclaimed walking up to her giving her a high five the a hug.
"hey". Akira said waving. "hi Sophia". Jason said walking over. "so what brings you here?". Lucy asked as Sophia looked to them. "oh well im here to meet up with my grandmother". she said as Nurse Joy walked up to them with their pokéballs.
"here are your pokémon". she said as Akira, Lucy and Jason grabed their pokéballs. "Thanks nurse Joy". they all said as Nurse Joy nodded. "have a nice day". she said walking back.
"So Sophia is their any good areas to get a massage at here?". Lucy asked as Sophia nodded. "ya their is i'll show you it later". Lucy nodded as she heard footsteps walk behind her. Sophia turned to see an elderly woman smilling at her.
"Grandma". Sophia said giving her Grandmother a hug. "hey their Sweety it's nice to see you". she said smilling. "oh Grandma meet some of my friends". she said pulling back and pionting at the group.
"This is Lucy this is Jason and this is Akira". she said introducing each of them. "well it's nice to meet you three". she said shaking each of their hands.
"it's nice to meet you too miss... uh..". Akira said. "Natasha".
"Right nice to meet you Natasha". Akira said as Natasha turned to Sophia. "so your mom told me you are taking the Gym challenges". she said as Sophia nodded.
"ya i've been training super hard with my pokémon and so far i have three badges i was going to get my fourth one until you said you wanted to meet up with me". she said smilling as Natasha nodded.
"right well i wanted to see you're pokémon to see how he's doing". she asked as Sophia grabed a Pokéball and sent out Torterra. "Torterra". he said looking to Natasha. "oh hello". Natasha said rubbing Torterra's head.
"Torterr". he said happily as Natasha looked to Sophia. "i see you've been taking good care of him". Sophia nodded looking at Torterra. "yep me and Torterra are best buddies of course". Natasha nodded.
"are you up for a battle Sophia?". Natasha said as Sophia's eyes widened. "really grandma ofcourse". Akira had a condused expression as Sophia looked at him and spoke. "my grandmother use to be a member of the elite four before she retired around twenty years ago".
"ohhhhh ok". he said as Sophia and Natasha walked outside and into a battlefeild near the pokémon center. "i want to watch this". Lucy said running to watch the battle. "me too a former elite four member fighting it's gonna be awsome to watch". Akira said as Jason followed interested to see what pokémon Natasha would use.
once at the battle feild Sophia and Natasha were ready on their side as Natasha grabed a pokéball sent sent out her pokémon. "Lucario". an elderly looking Lucario said as Akira's pokéball shook slightly as Riolu got out of his pokéball on his own. "Riolu?".
"Riolu". he said looking at the Lucario. "Alright you two are you ready?". Natasha asked as Sophia nodded. "ya were ready".
"alright and Sophia don't go easy on me just because me and my pokémon are old". "Lucario". he said chuckling slightly.
"Alright then Torterra use Trailblaze". "Torterra!". he shouted shooting a Trailblaze at Lucario who simply avoided the attack. "Lucario extreme speed".
"Cario". he said disapearing then apearing infront of Torterra hitting him as he was supprisingly taking a couple of steps back due to him being a heavy pokémon. "Woah her Lucario is strong". Jason said as Riolu looked in awe. "Riolu".
"Torterra use earthquake". "Torterra!!!". he shouted as Torterra used Earthquake managing to hit Lucario. "Car". he grunted slight taking a couple of steps back.
"Lucario use bone rush". Natasha said. "Lu". he said nodding as a bright white stick glowing blue slight apeared in the shape of a bone apeared in Lucarios hand as he ran up to Torterra and hit him with the attack three times as the fourth hit sent Torterra flying.
"i don't get it bone rush is a ground type move Torterra should not have been that hurt by the attack right?". Lucy asked Confused. "Riolu Lu". he said cheering on the Lucario. "i think it just that Lucario is so strong that even tho the move isn't very effective it's still strong enough to hurt Torterra alot". Jason said as Akira was watching in silence.
"Torterra leach seed". "Tor!!". he yelled using Leach seed as Lucario was hurt a bit and Torterra was healed. "Lucario Swords dance". Natasha said as Lucario used swords dance raising his attack. "Trailblaze!!". Sophia shouted as Torterra shot at Lucario who was still using Swords dance the effects of leach seed hitting hurting Lucario again and healing Torterra.
both Lucario and Natasha smirked as Lucario acoided the attack. "Aura sphere". she said.
"Luuuuucario!!". the old pokémon shouted as he shot an Aura sphere hitting Torterra. "Now bone rush again". "Car". he said making another bone rush and leaping towards Torterra hitting him two times.
Lucario was hurt by the leach seed and healing Torterra.
"wow Lucario may be stronger but Torterra is a verry durable pokémon". Jason said watching the battle. "ya and that leach seed was very smart on weakening the Lucario when Torterra can't hit him". Lucy said.
"if this keeps up Lucario might lose". Akira thought watching the battle.
"Torterra earthquake!!". Lucy shouted as Torterra used another earthquake. "Jump up in the air and use another Aura sphere". Natasha said as Lucario jumped in the air avoiding the earthquake as he charged up an aura sphere.
"Lucario!". he shouted shooting it at Torterra hitting him. "now use Bone rush". she said as Lucario hit Torterra five times with bone rush knocking Torterra out.
"Lucar". he said jumping back and landing on the ground as Natasha walked up to Lucario patting his shoulder. "nice job Lucario".
"Lucario". the elderly pokémon nodded smiling. Riolu ran to the battle feild and to the Lucario. "Riolu Ri Ri Riol!!". he said excited basically saying. 'that was awsome your so cool'. "Lucario.. Lucario". he said kneeling down and rubbing Riolu's head.
Akira walked up behind Riolu as Natasha looked at Riolu then to Akira. "is that your Riolu?". she asked as Akira nodded. "ya it is". he said as Natasha smiled. "well it seems your Riolu is a fan of Lucario over here". she said.
"ya seems so". Akira spoke as Sophia walked up to Natasha. "that was an awsome battle grandma". she said as Natasha smiled and nodded.
the group went to the pokémon center to take care if Lucario and Torterra as Sophia and Lucy then walked of to get a massage.
Riolu ran up to Natasha. "Riolu Lu Lu". Natasha looked at Riolu chuckled then picked him up. "well aren't you an energetic little guy". Riolu nodded happily.
Natasha looked towards Akira. "so how did you get your Riolu?". "oh well my parents both had a Riolu and they had an egg who eventually hached into Riolu". he explained as Natasha smilled. "thats nice so how old are you little guy". she asked to Riolu.
"well he's a couple of weeks old since he hached from his egg the day before i started my adventure".
"so your still like a baby thats adorable". she said as Lucario came out of his pokéball. "Lucar". he said as Riolu jumped of Natasha and went to Lucario. "Riolu". he said bowing slightly.
"Lucario?". he looked to Natasha as she nodded. "seems Riolu wants Lucario to train him that ok with you Akira?". she asked turning to Akira who nodded. "of course".
"Riol!". he cheered as Lucario chuckled and the two pokémon left and went to the small arena next to the pokémon center.
Jason walked up to Natasha and spoke. "so you were apart of the elite four right how was it like?".
Natasha had a face of recollection remembering her past as an elite four member. "it was very fun battling strong trainers talking with other elite four members training with my pokémom".
she had small flashbacks of her and Lucario when she was younger in a battle arena battling a young trainer with a Drapion. another with Lucario battling a Gallade.
"and the day i retired the other elite four members and the sinnoh champion at that time threw a party for me". she said.
"that sounds very nice". Jason said as Natasha nodded.
with Lucario and Riolu. Riolu was using Metal claw as Lucario was avoiding all the attacks. "heh your not bad kid". the old pokémon said as he jumped over Riolu he then used bone rush and lightly taped Riolu sending him back hitting the wall.
Lucario walked up to Riolu who fell to the ground and helped him up. "that's enough for now". he said as Riolu looked at him. "right". he said nodding as Lucario stood up and smiled.
"follow me". he said as Riolu nodded as the two started to walk out of the small arena.
a man was at an ice cream stand selling ice cream giving as he gave strawberry ice cream to an Inteleon mint chocolate chip ice cream to a Dedenne Vanila to a Pawnirad and Chocolate to a Mime Jr as they bowed to the man and Left.
"Lucario". the man heard as he turned to see an elderly looking Lucario and a young Riolu next to him. "oh well hello you two". he said waving at them. "Riolu". he said waving back as Lucario nodded to him.
"what would you two like to order?". he said as Lucario and Riolu looked at the options.
rubbing his chin Lucario as he the pointed to the coconut ice cream. "Lucar". he said as the man nodded. "and you?". he asked to Riolu who pointed at the cookies and cream ice cream. "Riolu Lu". he said making two fingers indicating that he wants two.
"two cookies amd creams you sure?". he asked as Riolu nodded. "alright". the man said as he gave Lucario an ice cream cone with coconut ice cream and Riolu two cones of Cookies and cream ice cream.
"Lucario". he said giving the man money as the man nodded and the group walked away. "come again". he said waving at them.
Riolu ran to the pokémon center as he saw Akira reading a poster on the wall as he ran up to him.
"Riolu!". Akira turned to Riolu seeing him hand one of his cookies and cream ice cream cones as Akira smiled and grabed it. "Thanks Riolu". he said as Riolu nodded.
with the girls they had just finished getting a massage as they were now heading back to the pokémon center. "Alright that was relaxing i really needed that". Lucy said stretching her arms up.
"same here". Sophia said as they entered thr pokémon center and saw Akira with Riolu licking some ice cream as Lucario was with Natasha licking ice cream aswell.
"hey grandma were back". Sophia said walking up to her as Natasha turned to see Sophia. "welcome back". she said as Sophia was infront of Natasha.
"Sophia i want to give you something". Natasha said as she tilted her head.
Natasha grabed a box from her pocket as she then gave it to her. Sophia grabed the box and looked at Sophia. "open it". she said as Sophia nodded and grabed a cop with some markings on it. "what is this gradnma?". she asked as Natasha looked at her.
"that is called a Zinc it's used to raise a pokémons defence thought it might help you on your journey". she said as Sophia smilled and gave Natasha a hug. "thanks grandma".
"no problem sweet hard". she said as Sophia put the Zinc into her backbag. "now do you want to watch Lucario battle Akira's little Riolu over their?". she asked as Sophia nodded. "ya sure". she said as the the two walked to the battle area next to the pokémon center as Akira and Riolu then walked into the arena next.
Sophia went to a bench sitting down as Lucy and Jason sat down to watch the battle. "alright you ready you two?". Natasha asked as Akira nodded. "ya were ready".
"Riolu". he said prepared for a rematch. Natasha smirked. "alright then i'll let you have the first move".
"Alright then Riolu quick attack". "Riol!". he shouted quickly running to Lucario as Lucario simply raised his left leg blocking the attack. "Metal claw!".
"Riol Riolu Ri Rio Rio Riolu!". he shouted trying to hit Lucario who simply avoided all of Riolus attacks. "use brick break".
"Riolu!". he shouted as Lucario jumped over Riolu. "Jump up and use metal claw".
"Riolu!". he shouted landing a hit on Lucario. both pokémon landed on the ground as Natasha finally spoke. "bone rush". "Lu". he said making a large bone as he used it like a golf club and hit Riolu lightly on his back sending him flying hitting the wall. "Riolu...". he groaned falling down.
"well looks like your Riolu needs some extra training". Natasha said as Akira returned Riolu to his pokéball.
Natasha walked up to Akira and spoke. "how about you stay for a couple of day and i'll help you train your Riolu and the rest of your pokémon". she said as Akira nodded.
"getting trained by an elite four level pokémon trainer yes!". he said as he quickly added. "Can Lucy join too?". he asked as Natasha nodded. "she can join if she wants".
in an unknown Location there was team sky members looking at a screen as they saw Akira's battle agaisnt Natasha. "Tch dammit we gotta problem". one said as another sky member walked up to him.
"what is it?". he said looking at the screen as the first team sky member pointed at Natasha. "that women is a retired elite four member if we attack those kids now she'll just beat our pokémon and call the police". he said as the first team sky member looked at Natasha.
"well she's retired and her Lucario over their looks very old how's that a problem". je said not seeing the issue. "she has other pokémon dumbass even if the Lucario is old her other pokémon might not be so since other pokémon can live longer then humans".
the first member was silent as he spoke. "then lets change the plan we'll attack the kids when they leave the city".
"and how longs that gonna take?". the first sky member said as the second shruged "i don't know we'll just have to wait". he said as the first sky member sighed and rubbed his fourhead.
"ok lets just make sure the former elite four member is far away from the kids to attack him ok like make sure the kids are atleast six miles away from the city". he said as the second team sky member nodded.
"alright got it". he said.
"alright now who do you suggest we send out to take out the kid with the Riolu and the other kid with the prinplup since that third kid seems to not be the type of trainer that does pokémon battles". the first member said as the second member thought for a moment then spoke.
"i know i'll contact one of our newer recruits Simon to take on the kid with the Riolu and Hunter to take on the kid with the prinplup". he said as the first sky member spoke.
"you sure they are new recruits?". "yes im sure since from what Colden told us none of their pokémon could defeat his Rhydon and had the help of a wild Luxray". the first sky member rubbed his chin in thought from what the second member said seeing the reasoning as he understood what he was trying to say. "alright i see what your getting at but lets atleat get an experianced member to join just in case something goes wrong alright?". "alright". the second member replied as he left the room.
while walking he went past some other members of team sky chatting in the hallway.
the sky member walked into the room as he walked to a guy in a green and white team sky uniform. "Simon". the man said as the guy looked at him. "uh yes sir?". he said suprisingly having quite a young voice.
"go get Hunter and meet me at the meeting room". the man said as Simon nodded and got up. The sky member then turned and walked out of the room and headed towards another room with a large table and some chairs.
the man walked to the other side of the table sitting on the chair as he wauted for about three minutes until Simon and Hunter entered the meeting room.
"you wanted to see us sir?". the guy next to Simon said as the sky member nodded. "yes i have a mission for you two". he spoke gestering them to sit. Once sitting down the man taped a remote and turned to the tv screen showing Akira and Lucy.
"you see these two?". he said as Simon and Hunter nodded. "ya their two kids around our age what of it?". Simon asked. "is the mission to recruit them?". Hunter then asked as the sky member shook his head. "no these two are an enemy of team sky and if they continue to live they'll become more of a problem so i need you two to take them out".
Simons left eyebrow rose slightly as he spoke. "when you say take them out you mean-". "yes i mean kill them ok don't spare them and if you don't and they send out their pokémon take these". the sky member said pulling out two boxes handing them each to the two.
Simon opened the box and showed a picture of Akira and Hunter opened his showing a picture of Lucy with six pokéballs inside of each box.
"pokémon but what are the pictures for?". Simon asked as Hunter spoke. "i think the pictures indicate that the pokémon in this box are a perfect counter team to the pokémon they have". he then looked to the Sky member who nodded.
"correct we have studied them for a while and saw which pokémon they had so me and some other members gathered some pokémon that will be the perfect counter to their pokémon now look at what moves they learn practice a bit until i call you for when the mission starts".
"wait not now?". Simon asked as the sky member spoke again. "no those two kids are with a former elite four member she may be old but that doesn't mean she's a powerful trainer". Hunter nodded as Simon gritted his teeth.
"oh and their will be a senior member joining you just in case anything goes wrong alright". he said as both Simon and Hunter nodded. "yes sir". they both said at the same time as the sky member gestered both of them to leave.
when leaving Simon spoke. "i don't understand what did those two do to make team sky want to kill them?". "Inturrupt a mission maybe". Hunter said as Simon nodded. "peobably that they don't accept failure".
"but it's a bit weird that they are after kids around our age if the picture is to be correct". Hunter said as he entered a small battle arena and sent out all six pokémon he had been given.
back to Akira he was Riolu, Golett, Fletchinder, Gloom, Graveler, and Kingler as they were all relaxing. Riolu was at a playground with Golett. Graveler was with Akira and Gloom who was sitting on a swing with Akira pushing the swing and Fletchinder was chatting with a Staraptor, Starly, and a Noctowl.
Jason was with Shinx as he was helping shinx train. Lucy was at a restaurant with Primape, Prinplup, Nidorino, Charcadet, Haunter and even Gyarados as the restaurant as the restaurant was built to fit large pokémon inside.
Sophia had left town to continue on taking on the gym challenges and Natasha went to her house.
im going to end the chapter of here today next chapter will be more of the group training and relaxing they won't leave the city yet.
