Present:

In the streets of the Land of Waves, a horde of undead charged foward towards a building. They were met with a hail of gunfire from Sakura Haruno, who was using her MP5 to clear the path. She grimaced and aimed, taking out more of the charging horde. The carnage she was causing wasn't what she wanted to do. She had to restrain herself from voniting once more. The carnage wasn't something she wanted to be causing. She fired a bit more before the increasingly familiar click wad heard. She reloaded and watched as her blonde teammate jump into the middle of the fray and start butchering everything in sight. Naruto tore through the mob of zombies. A kunai in one hand with a sawed off shotgun in his other hand. He stabbed an undead in the head then quickly taking aim behind him. A loud boom was heard as the upper torso of the walking corpse was destroyed ending it.. He aimed once more finding his next target once more before aiming in and shooting. Bits of brain matter and bone fragments flew everywherewith bits of blood landing on Naruto's face. His thumb instinctively moved towards a button behind the sights. Pushing it, he flicked the barrel down causing it to open as well as ejecting 2 empty shells from it. He reached into his pouch and pulled out a different pair and insert it into the hole without thinking. He turned a blasted another's head off.

He watched as the horde approach. He grinned wickedly before jump up high into the air as a large fireball, courtesy of Satsuki Uchiha, decimated all who attempted to charge foward. She held her jutsu for a bit clearing the area before it ended. She watched as the horde was mostly clear with a few corpses catching fire but continuing the pursuit. She reached for her M4A1 to shoot the rest before a hail of icicles impaled them causing them to explode. She looked up and gave Haku a thankful nodded before continuing foward towards the docks. Haku prepared another round of icicles before he was tackled from behind. He he fell he heard and felt the wind being cut through by the Kubikiribōchō that was thrown at him. The tackle was from Kakashi who stood and tried to help Haku up before having to fend off a zombified Zabuza.Kakashi ducked under a swing before stabbing a kunai into its abdomen. The corpse retaliate by kicking him in the chest off the roof. The silver haired nin was able to catch himself before falling and jumped to avoid Zabuza attempting to bring him down. Haku took the opportunity to throw his icicles at the corpse. It was staggered before Kakashi aimed his acquired Revolver and shot it in the head, causing it to disperse into a puddle of water. They both caught up to the rest of the team as the made it towards the docks. The continued to clear the way, always checking back to make sure the others were OK. 'We can't afford to split up. We don't know how far this spreads, and their numbers can easily overwhelm us.' Kakashi thought to himself as he shot a couple more coprse before he flicked his weapon to the left, ejecting the cylinder in the middle of his gun before reloading.

"Follow the power lines they'll lead us towards the switch!" Sakura shouted above the cries of the undead as they charged foward to meet the second end. They all nodded as they ran towards the power room. Naruto lead the way as he charged foward. Purple chakra chains emerged from his forearms as he swung them around with such force that it would tear it way through the body slicing limbs off and killing a lot of them. He continued this method until he noticed the chains slowly turning red. He shook his head, 'Tch need to control myself. I can't get lost in the carnage again!" He closed his eyes and took a deep breath and looked over at the ravenette who was throwing explosive kunai towards the horde infront of her as a lone zombie stumbled its way behind her. Without hesitation he thrusted his hand foward launching a purple chain from his arm impaling itself into its head. He yanked the corpse towards him then ducked, causing the body to fly over his head into another corpse behind him. 'Not if you plan to keep your promise!' He took a deep breath to calm himself and began attacking once more with a more clear head.

They kept pushing towards their objective always checking each other's back and sticking together out of fear of being picked off one by one by Zabuza. At least, what was left of him anyway. They made it to the docks where they found zombie Zabuza once more, surrounded by his undead allies. They were tearing apart an unrecognizable human apart. One tore what looked like an arm off the corpse before it began eating it's nee trophy. Two others were tearing out intestines furiously scarfing down what they could. Another was off to the side eating its severed head. Slowly the body was torn apart by more oncoming zombies, each taking their pound of flesh. Everyone stared at the brutal scene horrified. Sakura threw up before curling into the fetal position and sobbing quietly. Satsuki fell on all fours breathing heavily, sweat dripping down her face. The tomoes in her eyes spinning rapidly. She will unfortunately never forgot the scene. Kakashi and Haku were pale. Kakashi held a kunai in one hand while shaking staring wide eyed at the site. Haku was frozen in fear unable to move or hold onto his while Naruto narrowed his eyes at the sight. His attention went to the sound of Sakura's sobs."Hey, hey look at me." He spoke gently cupping her face with both hands making her focus on him. Green eyes full of fear stared into concerned cerulean blue. "I want to go home." She whimpered "I don't want to die!" She cried out as more tears fell. Naruto embraced his friend and held her as she cried into his chest. "Shhh its ok. We'll make it out of this I promise!" Naruto told his pink haired teammate, rubbing her back as he did. "I never go back on my word. Believe it!" The undead screams were still heard as she stated at the blonde in shock. "H-how do you know we'll make it out alive!" She chocked out almost yelling but still keeping her voice down to not alert the enemy. Naruto released her and looked at her again.

Corpses littered the floor of ninja and undead alike. Naruto watched as jutsus of various kinds were set off into the horde of the undead. Explosive kunais were thrown, slowing down the onslaught yet more still came. Giant worm like creatures flew across the air as a tailed beast jumped into the air and took one down. Amongst the carnage Naruto saw his teammate. An older, more battle experienced and battle scarred Sakura Haruno fought. She wore a blue jumpsuit with a familiar green jacket on. However the difference between this jacket and most jonin jackets that Naruto was familiar with, was a new symbol. The red Uzumaki symbol looked to be combined with an Uchiha fan crest. Covered in dust, cuts, and plenty of blood on her person, she ducked underneath a tenticle swipe from a three headed creature. It's mouth opened revealing a purple aura. Sakura didn't hesitate as her fist glowed a blueish purple.

"Cha!!" she let out a battle cry before punching into the glowing mouth of the head causing it to explode.

"Deep breaths, thats it. Sakura you have amazing potential. It may not seem like it now, but i know you'll become one of the strongest kunoichis in the world. I've seen it. You are more powerful than you realize." Sakura stated at Naruto in disbelief. "I know it's scary but I need you to be brave. If not for you than for me, please." Sakura continued to stare in disbelief before closing her eyes and taking a couple of deep breaths. She opened her eyes and nodded at him with a more determined look in her eyes. He smiled and quickly made his way towards the Uchiha. He did the same with her as he did Sakura. Satsuki placed her hands above his and took some deep breaths as well she opened her eyes to see her blonde smiling at her. "I'll never let anything happen to you." whispered softly to her. The look he gave her caused the ravenette to have a small blush on her face. She smiled and cupped his. "I know idiot, you promised." She leaned into his hand. She was the only one that ever got this. His smile was soft and his eyes full of kindness and adoration. Maybe even-

"Uh this is a very sweet and touching moment and all, but we have a problem still." Haku interrupted as he pointed towards the horde. Reminding them of their unfortunate scenario. "You guys ready?" Naruto asked his two teammates. They both stood up. Sakura wiping away tears and loading up her MP5 with a clear look of determination on her face. Satsuki grabbed her M4A1 already loaded and ready to be used. Kakashi would've been touched by the display of love by Naruto if he wasn't so concerned with Zabuza. The zombie was staring at its hands. It was hard to tell what it was thinking since it's face was too decayed to tell. However he didn't like the way the corpse looked at its hands as it's fingers slowly moved. 'No it can't be..." his mind raced he quickly pulled out an explosive kunai and hurled it at Zabuza. It surprised Kakashi further when it ducked it's head to avoid the kunai before an explosion went off causing water to start raining down.

Zabuza's red eyes looked in their direction as the decayed mouth bit at the air. It grabbed its Kubikiribōchō and stabbed it into the wooden floor of the docks and sat there, watching. The rest of the horde charged foward now aware of their next targets. Naruto created a small army of clones that charged foward as well, both sides meeting in the middle. Once the clones were in range they exploded in an influx of chakra. "Ready or not we have our work cut out for us." Haku said pulling out his unused MP40. Everyone aimed at the oncoming horde and fired.

"We're almost there just a 2 more hours and we'll rendezvous with Team 7 in the Wave." A man in a Konoha standard issue an anbu attire spoke. He ran a hand through his spiky black hair. His tanto lay next to him as he and his team were resting from a long full speed run. It's been almost 3 and a half weeks since Team 7 departed to the Land of Waves. They've cleared the distance between both areas in the span of 16 hours of running. This wasn't much of an issue yet they needed they're strength for what's to come. Or so they say.

"Glad they gave us the go ahead to pursue them. Seeing what Gozu did to Meizu, even in this profession it's nuts to think about." He took of his mask and let out a sigh. "You know we're not supposed to take off our masks during high value missions right, Crow?" Weasel spoke to his friend and comrade. His long hair was currently being combed by Rabbit, who was humming a tune as she did so. Rabbit rolled her almost lavender like eyes before finishing up and tieing up Weasel's in a ponytail. "You know~ dating your coworker could also be considered against the rules," she spoke pressing her well developed chest into his back. Barely a reaction. "Let's give little ole Shisui-chan a break. Besides," Rabbit removed her mask, "he's practically our baby!" She said in a teasing tone while nuzzling into his neck. "I'm older than you!!" Shisui cried indignantly.

Hinata winked and stuck her tounge out at the Uchiha's declaration before sitting next to Weasel and resting her head on his shoulder. "In all serious do we have a plan. All we know is that Itachi's sister and her boy toy are in danger." Itachi removed his weasel mask before speaking. "I really wish you wouldn't call him that. Anyways, all we know is that the Hokage wants us to assist Kakashi and his team in the mission. Along with helping Kakashi secure the payload."

"How bad do you think it really is?" The Hyuuga inquired her team. Shisui had a serious look on his face which was a rare sight. Itachi pondered the question. "The appearance of the Demon Brothers, the chances of Zabuza making an appearance is highly likely. At most it should be an A rank mission." He sighed as Hinata's hand started to get a little to close to his nether regions. He grabbed her hand and intertwined his fingers with her's to stop her. She pouted as the Uchiha continued, barley acknowledging her attempts. "All I know is that I'm happy to be out of the office for a bit."

Shisui and Hinata chuckled at that statement. "Yeah he did screw you over on that when he became a sensei." The spiky haird teen laughed. The indigo haired Hyuuga giggled a bit before she brought them all back to reality. "What of the element?" Both Uchiha's pondered her question. "Im thinking maybe grab some samples to prove it's presence. Then we send a more qualified team to come investigate and collect all of the samples." Shisui noted out loud. The other two agreed with his statement but Hinata added a condition. "First things first is to get Kakashi's team out of there. Anything else can go to hell!" Hinata has always had a soft spot for Satsuki. When they first met she was a cute little girl who followed Itachi whenever she could. She still remembers the day they met. Little Satsuki was jealous that she kept stealing her precious brothers time away from her. Took a bit and once her boy toy Naruto came along they got along much better.

"Besides that let's get some rest. I'll do the first watch." Itachi spoke before standing up. Hinata nearly pouted as she watched the Uchiha leap into the trees. "Welp I'm gonna take advantage and count some sheep. Try not to violate him while I'm asleep" he waved towards her as he made his way towards his sleeping bag. Hinata chuckled at the call before she too turned in for the night.

*static*

"Alright what so import- *static* -ouldn't wait till after our meeting with the Raikage? He still trying to seek retribution for the 'unjustified murder' of Tadayori. Thank goodness we can show him the footage of that *static*

"Ah, hehe, I, uh, apologize once again sensei but I believe I have something you'd both like to see. Ha, you see I believe that I have something quiet, uh impressive to show you."

"I hope so. Kushina will have my ass if we miss Itachi-kun's birthday! So this better be good!"

"Behold"

*heavy doors opening*

"-porting for duty!"

"What in Kami's name is that!"

"That sensei is our new-"

"It's disgusting that what that is!"

"Now hang on a sec-"

"What is gotten into you Orochimaru! What made you think-"

"If you would just let me explain-"

"How can you possibly-"

"Lets hear him out, Hiruzen-sama."

"Hear him out! Is this really-"

I'm a little surprised that people like this story, lol. I started this story as a what if 115 came to the their world and didnt think much of it. I appreaciate all of those of you who enjoyed it enough to save it and review it. :)
