Lost Love

Hello. My name is Harmony Addams; the daughter of Enid and Wednesday Addams... but you obviously already know that. If you're seeing this... then a message I have tried to send for so long now is finally being seen. However, rather than bore with you tons of philosophy and exposition, I feel it best if I just share with you a story... the story... of how I lost my best friend and girlfriend... Megan...

One afternoon in a cave below Nevermore Academy: Ana Addams, Harmony Addams, and Harmony's girlfriend: Megan were using shovels to dig through the old cave. As they continued to dig, a confused looking Harmony said, "Are you sure there are rare crystals under this school Ana?" A smiling Ana then said, "Positive. According to the old books I found in the school library, these crystals supposedly have the power to help one travel through time and space... or be at least worth ten thousand bucks a piece. Either way, I'll find a way to get super rich off it. Although let me know if you spot one of these crystal before me, as they have to be handled very carefully." Then as Ana continued to dig, suddenly part of her shovel handle broke. A frustrated Ana then said, "Oh shoot. I gotta go back up to get another shovel. Be back in a few minutes."

Once Ana was gone, a smiling Megan looked at Harmony as she said, "So with Ana gone... think we can have a little quickie sex before she gets back?" Harmony looked very hesitant as she said, "It's... probably better we don't take a chance." Megan then stepped towards Harmony as she cautiously said, "That's okay. Um... Harmony... after my grandmother died awhile back... I was given her wedding ring... and... well... I was thinking that maybe I could give it if... well... Harmony... will you..." Then a nervous looking Harmony said, "Megan, I... I get what you're trying to ask... but we still don't what the future has in store for us. We're so young, and... there's still that vision I had of my future where..." Then Megan grabbed Harmony's hands as she said, "Harmony, we can't base our future on visions. We have to seize the here and now, and just work through unknown obstacles in the future as they happen. Is that too hard to ask?" Harmony looked down as she said, "Maybe." Megan then turned away from Harmony with a few tears in her eyes.

With frustration in her face, Megan kicked a cave of the wall, causing a small piece of the wall to fall apart. Immediately a blue crystal fell out of the wall and onto the ground. A curious Megan reached down for the blue crystal as she said, "Is this one of those crystals?" Suddenly Ana walked back into the cave, and yelled, "No Megan! You're not supposed to touch the crystals!" However before Ana had finished her last sentence, Megan had already touched the crystal. Suddenly Megan's body began to glow a blueish color. Harmony ran towards Megan as she yelled, "Megan, no!" Harmony put her hands on Megan's shoulders, causing a blue wave to briefly go over Harmony's body. Then like an electric jolt, Harmony's body was pushed away from Megan, causing Harmony to fall to the ground. Then like a fog being quickly lifted, Megan's body suddenly disappeared. Complete fear went across Harmony's face as she yelled, "Megan! No! Oh God, no! Nooooooo!"

Seven Hours Later:

Harmony sat nervously on the bed of her dorm room next to Enid. As Harmony had a panicked and scared look on her face, she said, "Megan can't be gone mom. She can't. The last thing I said to her... that can't be the last thing I said to her. I..." Harmony then put her hand over her heart, and had a look of pain in her eyes. Enid put an arm over Harmony as she said, "Your mother called in every favor she has with every scientist and federal agent she knows. They're gonna comb over that cave and figure out where Megan went to. I promise." Suddenly Wednesday and Ana walked into the room. Harmony then stood up as she said, "What did you find out? Do you know where Megan was transported to?" Wednesday looked hesitant to speak, as she said, "Harmony... between what the scientists discovered in those caves, and what my own readings of the ancient Nevermore Academy texts on time crystal revealed... the crystals are designed to send an individual to a specific place in time and space. However if they are touched without a set destination in mind... the individual could be sent anywhere in existence. Not just the person as a whole, but all of their atoms could be sent to different destinations... thus breaking apart an individual's existence across infinity."

Devastation went across Harmony's face as she said, "Then you mean... Megan... is gone?" Ana looked guilty as she said, "I'm so sorry Harmony. I should've been more specific and told you not to touch the crystal with your hands. It was just a myth that these crystals had actual powers before today, so I wasn't even sure it mattered." Then Harmony sat down on the bed with sadness in her eyes as she calmly said, "No Ana. Don't blame yourself. I shouldn't have gotten Megan so angry when I last talked to her. If she didn't, she wouldn't have kicked that wall, the crystal wouldn't have come out, and then I..." Then Harmony suddenly lost control of her emotions and burst into tears. Harmony then had her head fall down on Enid's lap as she began to shriek in agony. Enid simply remained frozen, unsure of what to do or say. Meanwhile Ana turned away with sadness on her face, while Wednesday simply closed her eyes and turned her head to the side.

One Day Later:

Harmony was laying on the bed in her dorm room, with her head laying on the lap of Wednesday who was sitting up. Harmony's face was filled with a look of brokenness, devastation, depression, and sadness going across her face. Meanwhile Wednesday had a look of uncertainty on her face, as she simply looked down at Harmony, while gently stroking Harmony's hair. Wednesday then looked at a clock nearby, and then calmly said, "I must get sleep in my own room now. I... I am sorry that I have no words or actions I have been able to perform to improve your well being." Harmony then looked up at Wednesday's face as she calmly said, "You sat with me for the last twelve hours mother... and that means so much." Wednesday then prepared to get up, as Harmony sat up. Then Wednesday paused for a moment... and then hugged Harmony tightly. Harmony had one small sigh of relief... and then prepared to put her body under the blanket of her bed. Wednesday then moved her head down and kissed Harmony on the forehead... and then turned off the dorm room light, and left. Harmony then prepared to go to sleep as she shut her eyes. Then suddenly Harmony heard Megan's voice say, "Harmony, are you here? Why is it so dark?" Harmony's eyes immediately opened as she felt like she could see a figure in the dark room with her. Harmony immediately turned on the bedroom light... but saw no one else was in the room with her. Tears then filled Harmony's eyes as she fell down the ground and began to sob.

One Week Later:

Harmony was walking through the court yard of Nevermore Academy looking upset. Ana then walked over to Harmony from nearby as she said, "Hey Harmony. You doing okay?" Then an angry looking Harmony said, "Why does everyone keep asking if I'm okay!? What if I don't like all this attention I'm getting!? What if I'm tired of being a celebrity around this school just because my freaking girlfriend died right in front of me!?" Ana then backed away looking saddened as she said, "You know Harmony... as a friend, I liked Megan too. You're not the only one hurting." Ana then walked away, as Harmony then had a look of frustration on her face as tears began to escape from her eyes. Then Harmony saw standing far away was a figure that looked like Megan walking through the nearby woods. A confused looking Harmony then said, "Megan?" Harmony then ran forward towards the figure she saw as he yelled, "Megan!" Then Harmony heard Megan's voice say, "Harmony, what's going on?" Then suddenly in a blue flash, the figure before Harmony disappeared. Then Harmony fell to her knees as she said, "No. Not again! Oh God, not again!"

Two Months Later:

A car parked outside of Nevermore Academy. Stepping out of the car were Wednesday, Enid, Harmony, and Ana. As Harmony looked frustrated, she said, "I don't see why all of you have to come to my freaking therapy appointments with me." A sympathetic looking Enid then said, "I understand that you're at that age where you want to be independent; thus you feel a need to deal with this grief on your own. But it's good for us to deal with this season of our lives as a family." Then an angry Harmony glared at Enid as she said, "No! You just think I'm crazy because I claimed to see Megan appear and disappear in front of me on campus!" Then Wednesday bluntly said, "On the contrary, we merely believe your grief has brought on powerful delusions in your mind, along with causing you to lose control of your basic faculties." Enid then glared at Wednesday as she said, "Not helping Wednesday!" Then a determined looking Harmony said, "I know what I saw! I saw Megan!" Then suddenly everyone heard Megan's voice say, "What's going on?"

Then everyone turned their heads and saw Megan walking towards them. Wednesday and Enid's eyes widened, as a confused looking Ana then said, "Oh God. Is this a mass hallucination or something? I told you we shouldn't have all eaten from that weird taco truck last night!" Harmony meanwhile put her hands on Megan's shoulders, and then said, "I can touch you. You're really here." A confused looking Megan then said, "Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be?" Wednesday then stepped forward as she said, "You had touched a time crystal over two months ago and disappeared. It was completely unknown where you'd end up." Then an overwhelmed Megan looked around as she said, "Well first I appeared in Harmony's dorm room which was dark for a moment, then I was in the woods right near the school for a minute, and now I'm here." Then a relieved Harmony smiled as she said, "You really were there. I wasn't going crazy!" Then Ana stepped forward as she said, "It looks like the time crystal has caused Megan to start hoping forward in time." Then a curious Harmony asked, "So how do we stop it?" Then suddenly Megan looked light-headed as she said, "I feel weird." Then suddenly in a blue flash, Megan disappeared. Harmony again looked devastated as she said "No! Not again! I finally had her back, and now she's gone again!" Enid then put a hand on Harmony's shoulder as she said, "Don't worry Harmony. We know you weren't imagining anything now. We'll do whatever we can to get Megan back."

One Year Later:

Harmony was walking through one of the halls at Nevermore Academy, when suddenly in a flash: Megan appeared. Harmony froze for a moment, as a confused looking Megan starred at Harmony while saying, "What just happened?" Then Harmony quickly pressed a button on her phone and yelled, "Code Orange! Code Orange on the second floor of the science building!" Harmony quickly opened up her backpack she was wearing, as an overwhelmed looking Megan asked, "Did I jump forward in time again? Harmony, what's going on?" As Harmony got out several mechanical devices from her backpack, she said, "We've been studying the time crystals for the last year now, and have worked with the best scientists to create the best gear to help stop your time skipping." As Harmony began to lay several devices near Megan's feet, a worried looking Megan asked, "A whole year has passed!? But what about my parents and brother!? Can I let them know I'm okay?" As Harmony tinkered with the devices near Megan's feet, she said, "We... chose not to tell them about your time travel condition in case this doesn't work. Your alleged death hit them too hard. We didn't want to get their hopes up and mess with their emotions in case this doesn't work. But I know this will work." Then several other students ran onto the scene, and set up large transmitter looking devices around Megan. Immediately, all of the devices create a strange glowing blue field around Megan.

Harmony then stood up as she said, "Thank you everyone for responding and setting up quickly. Looks like all those practice drills we did really paid off." Then a hopeful looking Megan asked, "So... this weird field I'm in will keep me from time traveling?" A smiling Harmony then said, "It should. And once you're back to normal... we can finally talk about our future properly." Then a skeptical looking Megan asked, "But... what if this doesn't work? What if this experiment of yours somehow makes me go away forever?" A frustrated Harmony then yelled, "Don't say that! I will save you!" Then Megan looked lovingly at Harmony as she said, "But Harmony... if you've spent the entire past year focused on me... what about yourself?" A few tears appeared in Harmony's eyes as she said, "Megan... I can't focus on living my life, if you're not in it. I love you." Tears appeared in Megan's eyes as she said, "I love you too Harmony... but if this goes totally wrong... please move on and try living a happy life without me. Please try!" Then suddenly with any warning, there was a blue flash... and Megan disappeared. Harmony then fell to her knees, tears appeared in her eyes, and then she punched the floor with her two fists hard as she yelled, "Nooooo! It didn't work! I lost her again! Nooo!" Then Harmony curled up into a ball and began to shriek loudly.

Seven Years Later:

An adult Harmony Addams, was sitting next to a young man in a small house, as the two were watching television together. On the television, an adult Ana appeared wearing a suit jacket in front of a large crowd of reporters. As Ana stood in front of the reporters, she proudly said, "My fellow Americans, I am proud to say that within the first three years of being your elected President, we our nearing the final turning point on our road to world peace. Thanks to the brilliant idea proposed by Vice Present: Stormageddon the Conqueror, putting tons of cute kittens in the same room where world leaders were having peace talks - has resulted in an overwhelming number of new successful treaties between all ruling nations on the planet." Then one reporter asked, "Madame President, while everyone is indeed amazed by your administration's accomplishments, many are still worried why the names of all of your secretaries and staff members are still unknown to the public. Why is that?" Then Ana casually said, "Because they're all ninjas. Their names are supposed to be secret." Then another reporter asked, "Do you have anything to say about your only opponent that's running against you in the next election: Eddie Munster?" Then Ana made a glaring look as she said, "All I can say is that as a member of the Addams Family... we don't talk about the Munsters."

Meanwhile as Harmony was watching the television screen, she turned to look at young man sitting next to her, and made a little smile while saying, "So Johnny, how do you feel about the fact that world peace has been accomplished by cats and ninjas?" The young man: Johnny chuckled a bit, and then said, "I don't care who has accomplished world peace, or how. All I care about is having you by my side." Harmony and the young man: Johnny then leaned in for a kiss... when suddenly there was a blue flash. Harmony turned her head and saw standing not far from her in the room was Megan. Harmony then stood up with a stunned look in her eyes as she said, "Megan?" Megan then looked at Harmony with surprised eyes as she said, "Harmony? What happened? Where am I?" Johnny then got up looking confused as he said, "Wait. Is this really her?" Harmony nodded her head, and looked like she was in a daze as she said, "Yes, it is." Johnny then got out his phone and walked out of the room as he said, "I'll call those old scientist friends of yours."

As Megan still looked confused, she stared at Harmony while saying, "Harmony... who is that? What is this place? How much time has passed?" As Harmony stepped towards Megan, she said, "This is my home. It's been seven years since I last saw you... and that guy you just saw... is my husband." Megan looked very surprised as she said, "Your husband?" A few tears appeared in Harmony's eyes, while saying, "I... I waited for you Megan. For three years, I waited. I kept trying to figure out some type of way to bring you back... but then one day I had a nervous breakdown... and I had to accept you were completely gone. And then Johnny just sort of came into my life, and..." Harmony then got choked up, as she had a difficult time continuing to speak. Megan then took a deep breath, and finally said, "It's okay Harmony. I couldn't expect you to wait that long."

Johnny then walked back into the room as he said, "Your scientist friends are trying to get here as fast as they can Harmony." Megan then turned to look at Johnny as she said, "So... you're Harmony's husband." Johnny looked a bit uncomfortable as he said, "Um... yeah. I am." Megan then made a warm smile as she said, "It's okay. Thank you for taking care of her. So... do you two have any kids yet?" Harmony then looked nervous as she said, "What? No. We just..." Megan then giggled, and said, "It's okay. I don't mind." More tears appeared in Harmony's eyes as she said, "This isn't fair. You shouldn't have missed out on all these years Megan." Megan sighed for a long moment, and then said, "Harmony, don't worry about..." Then suddenly in a blue flash, Megan disappeared. Harmony then fell to her knees with a stunned look on her face, and then after a long moment of silence... Harmony covered her face and began to cry.

Ten Years Later:

In a very large laboratory: many scientists were working at many computer consoles, while Harmony walked into the room wearing a white lab coat. As Harmony walked towards a large platform, she loudly yelled, "Okay everyone. Today is the day! I want you to quintuple check your work. We cannot let this fail." Then suddenly Ana walked into the room wearing sunglasses as she said, "Good morning everyone!" Then suddenly, many scientists got on their knees and bowed to Ana, while one scientist said, "Greetings Madame Empress." Then Ana casually said, "People, people. How many times have I told you I don't like being called empress. Just call me The Awesome One." Then a smiling Harmony said, "Well Ana, you did create world peace and united all governments in the world as one. People are gonna treat you with a lot more reverence due to that." Then a chill looking Ana took off her sunglasses as she said, "Well... not everyone likes me. Lets not forget than when mother realized I had finally achieved peace on Earth, she got pretty miserable over the fact that there was nothing left to be miserable about. But I'm really just the idea lady. Stormageddon the Conqueror's grand-kittens are the ones doing all the work ruling each country now." Then a thankful looking Harmony said, "Well thank you for getting me all the resources to accomplish this experiment." Then a sympathetic looking Ana said, "Okay. But just remember Harmony... that rare element we found that's the heart of this machine is one of a kind, and can only be used once. This is your only shot." Harmony nodded her head as she said, "Trust me. I know."

Harmony then stood on top of the large platform as she said, "Okay everyone! This is it. Activate!" Machines all over the room lit up as scientists were working very intently at many consoles. Harmony then stood on the platform as a small ball of energy began to appear in front of her. Then the ball of energy grew to be ten feet tall as a shadowy figure began to appear inside of it. An excited looking Harmony then yelled, "It's working! Let the power keep increasing!" Then suddenly, Megan appeared inside of the ball of energy. A confused looking Megan looked at her surroundings as she said, "Harmony? What's going on?" Harmony then looked directly at Megan as she said, "Megan, it's been ten years but we've finally found a way to get you back. We realized that even though the time you spent present during each of your reappearances was increasing, the gaps between each reappearance was getting exponentially longer. However once we had the formula down, we were able to pinpoint where your life force was moving through time, and found a way to catch it."

A startled and still confused Megan then said, "Wait. It's been a decade!? Well, what else has happened with you in that time? Do you now have any kids with that guy: Johnny?" Harmony then looked down slightly as she said, "Well... no... especially since me and Johnny have been divorced for eight years now." A sad looking Megan then said, "You broke up with him because you were so determined to save me, weren't you?" Harmony then turned to look directly at Megan again as she said, "I only married Johnny back when I thought for sure you were gone. But when I realized you truly were still out there jumping through time, I knew I had dedicate everything to saving you. Megan, you mean more to me than anything else." An overwhelmed, but still focused Megan then said, "Harmony, my heart is so full knowing that you'd move heaven and Earth to save me... but my heart also feels so empty knowing you've done nothing to make yourself happy. Look... if this doesn't work, promise you'll start living your own life Harmony. Please, promise me!"

Then suddenly, several consoles in the room began to short circuit and explode. Then suddenly in a flash: the ball of energy disappeared... and so did Megan. Many scientists in the room began to scramble around trying to figure out what happened, while a stunned Harmony remained completely frozen. As everything else in the room just became a blur around her, Harmony's face was that of someone in shock, except for eyes which showed sadness and devastation. Harmony then fell to her knees, and held up her hands which were shaking. From nearby, Ana (who had watched everything) ran over to Harmony, sat next to her, and hugged her. As tears began to escape from her eyes, Harmony shut them tightly. Harmony then felt a great deal of pain from her fast beating heart, and put a hand over her chest while her face winced in great pain. After a long moment in this position... Harmony then gently pulled away from Ana as she stood up. Harmony turned her body around, and then silently walked out of the room without looking back or talking to anyone.

Forty Years Later:

In a small room, an elderly Harmony sat in a comfortable rocking chair as she looked out at a window where the sun was setting in the horizon. Suddenly in a flash, Megan appeared in front of the very old Harmony. Megan then got on her knees in front of Harmony as she said, "Harmony?" Harmony made a warm smile on her calm face as she said, "Hello Megan. I've been waiting so long for this moment to speak with you again. However... I thought you'd like to know I did much more than waiting these last four decades." Harmony then motioned to several newspaper clippings on a nearby table. Megan picked one newspaper clipping up, and saw an article headline that said: Harmony Addams Opens the Megan Zimmerman Orphanage." Megan looked up with a smile, as a proud looking Harmony said, "I went overseas and helped out a lot of children in some areas of the world that were still in rough shape. I never had any biological children of my own, but I wound up having plenty of kids." Megan looked very pleased as she said, "I'm so happy to hear that Harmony."

Harmony coughed a little bit, and then said, "I did spend some time still researching your time-jumping condition. Interestingly, some scientists I know finally figured out why you always appeared near me whenever you jumped through time. You see... right after you first touched that time crystal, I briefly touched you. Doing so, somehow caused the path of my life to be intertwined with your time traveling journey. Finally after years of research, it was concluded that if my life ended: you would be able to jump off the path, and go back to where your time traveling adventure first started. However... my life would have to end while you were present in front of me." Suddenly Harmony began to cough more, as she quickly injected herself with a strange needle. A panicked Megan then yelled, "Harmony! No! You could still have more years ahead of you! Don't kill yourself, or this entire timeline just for me!"

Harmony then made a little smile as she reached out towards Megan. Megan then held Harmony's old wrinkled right hand, as Harmony calmly said, "Relax. I've been told this timeline will still exist no matter what. You'll just be creating a new parallel reality when you're sent back." Meanwhile as Harmony spoke, she used her left hand to discretely slip a digital thumb drive into Megan's pocket. As Harmony's face began to look more pale, she then looked directly into Megan's eyes as she said, "As for me... I'm not sacrificing myself just for you. I'm sacrificing myself so that somewhere else in the space time continuum: a sixteen year old girl named Harmony Addams won't have to grow up without the love of her life." Then Harmony's eyes closed, as her body immediately became motionless. Tears of sadness appeared in Megan's eyes as she held Harmony's old wrinkled hands for one more moment. Then Megan stood up, leaned over, and kissed Harmony on the forehead. Then in a blue flash, Megan disappeared.

Present Day:

Megan grabbed Harmony's hands as she said, "Harmony, we can't base our future on visions. We have to seize the here and now, and work through unknown obstacles in the future as they happen. Is that too hard to ask?" Harmony looked down as she said, "Maybe." Megan then turned away from Harmony with a few tears in her eyes. With frustration in her face, Megan kicked a cave of the wall, causing a small piece of the wall to fall apart. Immediately a blue crystal fell out of the wall and onto the ground. A curious Megan was about to touch the crystal, when suddenly there was a blue flash. For a moment, there were two Megan's in the cave, as the new one that appeared yelled, "Don't touch it!" Then suddenly reality blurred, and the two Megan's quickly blurred into one. Harmony (whose head had been turned away during the entire ordeal), turned to look at Megan as she said, "You say something Megan?" Megan suddenly looked very confused as she said, "Yes. I mean no. I mean... I feel like I just went on a long journey... but all the memories of that journey just disappeared from my mind."

Then Ana walked back into the cave as she said, "Ah! The crystal! No one touch it with your bare hands! There's all kinds of crazy rumors about these things having powers. Let me put some thick gloves on, and carefully put it into a containment device." As Megan then stepped away from the crystal, she felt something in her pocket. Megan then pulled out a digital thumb drive, and saw Harmony's name was written on it. Megan then held the thumb drive out to Harmony as she said, "Hey Harmony. Is this yours?" A confused looking Harmony then said, "I don't think so. It doesn't look like any thumb drive I own." Then Megan handed the thumb drive to Harmony as she said, "Well, you're the only Harmony I know. So it must be yours. Anyway, we still on for a fun date night at the movies, and then sleeping over at your mother and mom's place tonight?" Harmony nodded her head as she said, "Yeah. Of course." Megan then walked out of the cave, as Harmony just began to stare intently at the thumb drive.

That evening, Harmony and Megan walked into Wednesday and Enid's house together. A smiling Megan then said, "It was so nice your mother and mom let us have the house for the weekend while they were on their trip." Harmony smiled as she said, "It was. Anyway, you about ready for bed?" Megan made a little smirk as she said, "Actually... I was hoping to take a shower before bed. Care to join me?" Harmony made a little sigh, and then said, "Actually... I'd rather just do a little reading before bed." Megan looked slightly disappointed, but then made a little smile as she said, "That's okay." Megan then walked towards the bathroom, while Harmony sat at a desk where a laptop was. Harmony then quickly turned on the laptop, stuck the thumb drive into the computer, and saw one video file was on the digital device. Harmony paused for a moment... and then double clicked on the video file, allowing it to play.

Immediately a video of an elderly Harmony Addams appeared on the screen, causing young Harmony's eyes to widen in confusion. On the screen, elderly Harmony made a little smile as she said, "Hello. My name is Harmony Addams; the daughter of Enid and Wednesday Addams... but you obviously already know that. If you're seeing this... then a message I have tried to send for so long now is finally being seen. However, rather than bore with you tons of philosophy and exposition, I feel it best if I just share with you a story... the story... of how I lost my best friend and girlfriend... Megan..." Elderly Harmony paused for a moment as she looked down. Then she looked right at the camera again as she said, "I've recorded a summary of how this happened, and what occurred afterwards... but if there's anything I hope this story tells you... is that if you wait too long for everything to be seemingly perfect, you could find yourself regretting that you missed out on the greatest experience of your life forever. I know you're scared of moving to the next step in your relationship with Megan... and maybe you should be a little scared... but trust me... I know you're ready."

Megan was taking taking a shower as she was in the midst of rubbing soap across her naked body. Suddenly, Harmony stepped into the bathroom as she said, "Hey Megan. Can we talk?" Megan made a little smirk as she said, "Sure. What about?" Harmony then began to take her clothes off as she said, "About... what you were sort of starting to talk about back in the cave before you accidentally found that crystal thing. I knew you were a bit disappointed with my response." Megan sighed for a moment, and then said, "Harmony... I don't want to force you into doing anything you're uncomfortable doing. I was frustrated with your response for a moment... but I got over it, because I love you." Then as Harmony began to take off her underwear, she said, "Yeah, but... there's feeling uncomfortable... and then there's being afraid." Then as Megan finishing washing her body, she said, "Yeah, but there's also the fact that we're both still young, and it's probably smart that we don't rush into anything."

Then just as Megan prepared to get some shampoo out to wash her hair, a naked Harmony stepped into the shower. Megan paused for a moment as she noticed the sincerity in Harmony's eyes. Harmony then stepped towards Megan in the confined shower space as she said, "The thing is Megan, when it comes to me and you... I shouldn't be afraid of any future with you. We've known each since we were little. We've been best friends for over a decade, girlfriends for years, and now we've become lovers. We're not a typical young couple. We never were. I don't want to fear what a future with you could look like... because I've now come to realize that a future without you could only be worse. We've been together for so long now, and I want the bond between us to continue strengthening... for the rest of our lives. So... I don't care if I'm too young to ask this, but..." Harmony then began to get down on the floor, as a confused Megan asked, "Wait a minute. Harmony... are you..."

Then in the middle of the shower, a naked Harmony suddenly got on one knee, held out a ring, and then looked up at the body of a naked Megan while saying, "Megan Zimmerman... will you marry me?" Tears poured out of Megan's eyes as she squealed and said, "Harmony. I... Oh my God! Yes Harmony! I will! Yes, yes, a million times, yes! Of course I will marry you!" Harmony then stood up as Megan hugged Harmony tightly and kissed her on the lips for a full minute. The two young women wrapped their arms around each other's wet naked bodies; nose rubbing against nose, breasts pushing against breasts, and hands squeezing the others' bare backs, as they had looks of complete joy go across their faces. Then once the two nude teenage girls' lips parted, a curious Megan asked, "Wait. You came in here naked. Where were you hiding that ring?" Harmony giggled and said, "Between my butt cheeks." Megan giggled too as she said, "Oh my God. When people ask us how you proposed, we are never gonna give them an honest response for the rest of our lives." Harmony smirked as she said, "Then this moment and this memory will forever remain just ours. So... you looking forward to us starting a new life together?" Megan grinned as she briefly kissed Harmony again, and then lovingly said, "I do."

19 Years Ago...

Teenage Enid Sinclair was walking down a hallway in Nevermore Academy talking on her phone while saying, "That's awesome Kodi. Thanks for keeping me updated on what's going on at home. Anyway, I gotta rush up back to my dorm room and make sure it's as colorful and pretty as possible for my new room mate who's about to move in. Apparently there's all these dark rumors about her, but I'm betting she's just misunderstood and needs a friend. Talk later." Enid then put her phone away and quickly rushed up a set of stairs. Then just as Enid reached the top of the stairwell, a blue portal appeared - and suddenly a shadowy came through the portal and immediately rammed into Enid. Enid then stumbled down the stairs, while the shadowy figure quickly jumped away trying to hide (choosing not to check on the person they just bumped into). Then as the portal disappeared, the light of a nearby window revealed the figure to be... Ana Addams, with her kitten sitting on her shoulder. A very disoriented looking Ana then said, "Crap, I think we hit someone when we went through that time portal Stormageddon the Conqueror. Lets go out of here before anyone sees us. Hope it wasn't anyone important I crashed into."
