BACK TO ANA'S FUTURE - PART 2

Wednesday Addams and Enid Sinclair. They were a duo that shouldn't have worked... and they didn't in this new alternate timeline that's now been created. Ana Addams: the daughter of Wednesday and Enid in the proper timeline, has somehow changed the past. Now if she doesn't fix things... the marriage between her two mothers, along with her very life... will be erased from existence...
In a blue flash, Ana and her cat appeared at the present day Nevermore Academy. Ana then looked around as she said, "Hmm. School looks normal. Lets make sure everything is normal too." Then Ana saw Wednesday starting to walk by. A relieved looking Ana then immediately ran over to Wednesday while hugging her as she said, "You're here! The school is normal, and you're walking down the halls like a teacher!" Wednesday looked uncomfortable as she pulled away from Ana while saying, "Of course I am a teacher. Is something the matter?" A happy Ana then said, "Nope. I'm just gonna head to my dorm now mother. See you and mom at dinner tonight." Ana then began to walk away as a puzzled Wednesday said, "Student, who are you? I am most certainly not your mother." Suddenly Ana froze for a moment as horror went across her face. Ana then turned to look right at Wednesday as she said, "What did you just say mother?" Wednesday glared straight at Ana while saying, "I said I am not your mother. My name is Miss Addams. Also, I don't recognize you. Have you recently enrolled here at this school young lady?" Ana then turned her head with annoyance as she loudly yelled, "You mean the timeline still isn't fixed!? OH, COME ON!"
Wednesday then looked at Ana with a curious face as she said, "Is there anything I can help with young lady? Are you having a psychotic episode and losing touch with reality? I myself have found such experiences to be quite stimulating." Ana then turned to look at Wednesday with a nervous face as she said, "Um... it's sort of something like that. Anyway... I'm gonna cool off in the school library. Is that okay?" Wednesday kept a straight face as she said, "Of course. I myself find the quiet dark dreary nature of a library that is now hardly visited by the youth of today to be quite the ideal atmosphere to be in." Ana nodded her head, and made a little smile as she said, "Great. Thanks moth... I mean, Miss Addams." Then Ana quickly ran off.
In the school library, Ana was clicking through various social media websites at a computer, while her cat sat on her shoulder. As Ana was looking through the various websites, she said to herself, "I don't get it Stormageddon the Conqueror. I made sure mom and mother met like they were supposed to. So the timeline should be fixed. But they somehow still aren't married... and Harmony is still gone. So what happened!? Hmm. Wait. There's mom's Instagram account. Lets scroll way down through her pictures to see when the timeline changed. Hmm. She definitely met mother just like she did in the original history. They won the Poe Cup, mother did that viral dance at the Raven, they defeated Joseph Crackstone, and then all the other stuff they did before graduating Nevermore Academy... Wait! There's no sign mom and mother ever dated! Something must've prevented their romance from taking form. But what could it be?"
Ana's cat then jumped near the screen and pointed at one specific post on Enid's Instagram account. Ana then played a video, and in the video: saw teenage Enid looking up at the sky as she said, "Well my followers... it's been another year of heartbreak for me. I've fallen in love... and had my heart broken once more. My friends tell me that I should open up my heart to someone new. They tell me 17 is too young to give up on love. However... even though I only met her once... there's a special girl I met two years ago that I've been looking for... Anastasia... and I've decided I won't give my heart to anyone else unless I've properly given it a shot with her. So if you're out there Anastasia... please contact me. I've given my heart to others... only to know that now yours is the only heart I want."
Ana shuddered uncomfortably for a moment, but then took a deep breath, and said, "Okay Stormageddon the Conqueror. I don't think it be smart if we went back in time again to when mother and mom met. I think this time we need to go back in time to right before mother and mom are meant to be a couple, and try to set things right from there. You ready to go?" Ana's cat nodded it's head... but then made a curious meowing noise. Ana rolled her eyes and said, "No Stormageddon the Conqueror. We are not going to go back in time and try to implant a chip in Kevin Feige's brain that will convince him in the present day to cast you as Doctor Doom in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie." Ana's cat then looked down and made a sad meowing noise. Then Ana took out her phone, and activated her time travel device. In an instant, Ana and her cat disappeared into a blue light.
In a flash, Ana and her cat appeared right outside of Nevermore Academy. As Ana looked around, she saw teenage Wednesday walking around one of the buildings. Ana smiled as she said, "Okay Stormageddon the Conqueror. Time to get to work." Ana then immediately rushed over to Wednesday as she said, "Hi! You're Wednesday Addams, correct?" Wednesday glared at Ana as she said, "That depends. Are you an undercover operative working with law enforcement?" Ana looked confused for a moment as she said, "No. Well yes... but not for another 18 years." Wednesday then looked at Ana with a confused face as she raised one eyebrow. Ana sighed, and then said, "My name is Anastasia, and I know of you because I follow Enid Sinclair's Instagram and Tik Tok accounts." A look of clarity and annoyance went across Wednesday's face as she said, "Yes. That would sound accurate. My room-mate has a tendency to pull me into her annoying little world of meaningless affirmation. It's quite annoying. I haven't decided on whether or not I should just find a way to delete her social media platforms from existence... or just delete her instead."
Ana suddenly look very surprised, as she said, "Whoa! That's kind of dark. I mean... you have been friends with her for about two years now, and she's stuck by you through some pretty tough times. You know if I didn't know any better... I'd say you two have a thing for each other." Wednesday suddenly had a disturbed look on her face as she said, "Preposterous. I have better things to do with my time than dwell on ways to raise the oxytocin levels in my brain." Wednesday then turned away from Ana, and began to walk away. Ana then rushed after Wednesday as she said, "But moth... I mean, Wednesday. You've been at Nevermore Academy for multiple semesters. You could have tried to get another room-mate, but you didn't. Don't you think that means something?" Wednesday paused for a moment, and then said, "Well... it is true that I have found the levels of vasopressin in my brain to have improved over the time I have known Enid." Ana looked slightly confused as she said, "Okay. Well... since Enid has improved the... whatever you just said in your brain, why don't you thank her for that... like with a sweet heart-warming candlelit dinner. I mean... any girl like Enid would definitely appreciate a potential significant other that can cook. Besides, it's good to build better ties with individuals you may wish to use an accomplice in some less than legal activities one day."
Wednesday paused for a moment, and then said, "Despite just meeting, I must say Anastasia... your logic is sound and your directness is concise, even though your choice of wording and mindset feels... off. It's as if your mind is like a merging of my brain patterns and Enid's. I will consider what you have said. Good day." Ana then walked away, looking relieved. Ana then turned to look at her cat as she said, "Okay Stormageddon the Conqueror. I think we did it. That must have fixed the timeline. So lets go home, and..." Then right before Ana could activate any app on her phone, her cat pushed it's paw against the phone screen and activated a photo gallery. Instantly, a photo of Harmony and Ana posing in a picture with Wednesday and Enid appeared. Suddenly Harmony's body began to slowly disappear from the picture. A worried Ana then said, "Huh? Harmony is disappearing from this picture. That means... we haven't fixed the future yet. But what's still messed up?"
Then suddenly Ana heard Enid's voice yell, "Anastasia!" Ana turned her head and saw Enid running towards her. Enid immediately hugged Ana and yelled, "Anastasia! Oh my God! I had lost hope for awhile, but I knew I'd one day see you again!" Ana then pulled away from Enid as she nervously said, "Um... hi Enid. Nice to see you again. So... how you been lately?" Enid looked happy as she said, "Well... there have been ups and downs. I tried dating Ajax and was interested in this other person I met... but after it ended with them, I realized you were the one I was most interested in. The fascinating girl who was willing to risk her life to save me... that's the kind of person I want to be with one day." Ana now began to look very nervous as she said, "Well Enid... I'm flattered... and really creeped out... but... haven't you ever wondered if the right person for you has been right by your side all along... like Wednesday Addams? I mean the whole school was talking about how your attitude really improved after she became your room-mate."
Enid looked confused as she said, "Wednesday? What are you talking about? That goth girl can barely stand me." Then Ana whispered, "And yet she's never enacted any of her threats against you. Plus, for a girl who acts like she's not a hugger... she's certainly been open to hugging you. I mean, everyone cried when they saw that hugging scene in the Wednesday Season 1 finale." Enid looked confused as she said, "Huh?" Then Ana quickly cleared her throat, and said, "I mean... someone recorded that moment where she hugged you for the first time and put it on YouTube. It seemed like a very sweet moment. I mean... I think you're just looking for a thrill with someone you barely know... but maybe you should just open yourself up to becoming closer with a certain special someone you already have." Enid then looked down slightly as she said, "Well... this certainly isn't how I thought my reunion with you would turn out... but I did always promise myself that when we met again, I would be open to changing my life in whatever way you felt was best. So if you think it be best if I gave Wednesday a chance... I guess I could try." Ana quickly nodded her head as she said, "Good. Plus... maybe put a little change into your wardrobe to show Wednesday you're really showing some interest in her." Enid looked up as she said, "Hmm. I guess I could do that..."
Enid then walked away, as Ana looked at her cat and said, "Phew. Okay Stormageddon the Conqueror. We fixed everything. Lets go home now!" Ana's cat then meowed as it pointed at Ana's phone. Ana then realized that in the family photo displaying on her phone: Harmony was now completely gone. Ana looked worried as she said, "Oh no. Harmony has been fully erased from the timeline... and I'm next. The liquid that dark alternate timeline mother gave me will probably continue to protect me for awhile... but when its effects wear off... I'll also find myself permanently erased from this photo and all traces of reality! But hold on. I just set up mother and mom on their first date. What could have gone wrong?"
Several hours later, an ambulance was outside of Nevermore Academy, while paramedics were running into Wednesday and Enid's dorm room. As Ana realized what was going on while standing in the hallway, she looked freaked out and scared as she yelled, "Ahh! What happened!?" Wednesday then walked out of the dorm looking embarrassed and frustrated. A panicked Ana then ran over to Wednesday as she said, "Wednesday! What's going on!? Is Enid alive!?" Wednesday then glared at Ana as she said, "She is, no thanks to you. Per your advice, I prepared a candlelit dinner for Enid in my room. However, the food I prepared for Enid caused her to suffer an allergic reaction. Apparently, Enid cannot stand fish." Ana looked annoyed as she said, "Shoot. I knew that. I should've said something." Then a very angry looking Wednesday turned her head away as she said, "It matters not. This situation has only further proved that dwelling on the notion that Enid and I could be more than friends is a complete waste of time. In addition, changing who I am could hurt Enid anyway. Now if you excuse me... I must go to the library now to immerse myself in stories of murder and suicide in an attempt to improve my mood." Wednesday then quickly walked away.
A concerned Ana then walked into the dorm room where two paramedics were standing near a recovering Enid... who was dressed completely in black, and also wearing black lipsticks and blank nail polish. A very confused looking Ana said, "Mo... I mean, Enid... are you okay?" Enid nodded her head as she said, "Yeah. I got injected with the right medication, and I'm perfectly fine. These paramedics are just here to monitor me for the next couple of minutes just in case." As Ana cautiously walked towards Enid she said, "Okay. But... what's with the complete change in wardrobe?" Enid then casually said, "Well I thought if I went all goth, that it would maybe show Wednesday I was trying to be more like her. I even acted like I was in more pain when I had my allergic reaction thinking it would show her that I'm down with being deadly serious... but instead she looked really upset at me for doing that. Uggh. This whole idea of me and Wednesday being a couple is ridiculous." Ana began to look panicked as she said, "No it isn't! Look... I'll let you cool down a bit while the paramedics are still here, and then we'll talk later."
Ana was walking down a hallway at Nevermore Academy looking depressed, while her cat sat on her shoulder. As Ana walked forward, she glanced at her cat while saying, "I don't know what's going on Stormageddon the Conqueror. I tried to help mother and mom like each other... and it all went horribly wrong. I thought mother and mom had some sort of love power that just always existed between them. With just one little push, they were supposed to just... become a couple. What went wrong?" Ana's cat then made a soft meowing sound. Ana then glared at her cat as she said, "No Stormageddon the Conqueror. I'm not going to torture them with electrical shocks until they want to marry each other. That's not how love works... at least that's not how love works with mom. With mother, I'm not so sure. Uggh. I need some time alone to think for a bit." Ana's cat then jumped off Ana's shoulder, and began to walk down the hallway. However before he was out of sight, Ana glanced back at her cat while saying, "And no eliminating the parents of your enemies while we're here. You are not the Terminator!" Ana's cat made a grumpy meowing noise and then walked away.
Ana sighed, and then began to walk down the school hallway alone. Eventually, Ana saw down the hallway was Wednesday starring at several framed pictures on the wall. Ana then walked up to Wednesday, and saw Wednesday was looking at an old school photo featuring many students... including a happy looking Gomez and Morticia who were holding hands. Wednesday then tilted her head down with anger and frustration in her face. Ana then stood next to Wednesday as she said, "Those are your parents, right? Looking at them seems to make you feel upset. Why is that?"
Wednesday then looked up with frustration in her eyes as she said, "Because my parents make their love... their devotion to one another... look so easy. The way they touch one another, the way they talk with one another, the way they simply look at one another... they make it feel so natural and simple. And yet when I make any move towards romance, I always immediately fail within one step. I unintentionally hurt those that would've given their heart to me like Xavier... I am used and manipulated by those I would've considered giving my heart to like Tyler... and then when I try to evolve my only true friendship into something more with Enid, I wind up nearly killing her. Apparently, I was born with a chemical defect that prevents my brain from truly understanding romance."
Ana then looked at Wednesday with a concerned face as she said, "What are you talking about!? You are Wednesday Addams! One of the smartest and most resourceful women in the world! You saved Nevermore Academy and outcasts everywhere from Joseph Crackstone! Anyone in the world would be lucky enough to have you just as you are right now! You don't need to become a chef or change your personality for someone awesome like Enid Sinclair to like you. You just have to be yourself! Remember; even when you were acting at your worst, Enid still didn't want to stop being your room-mate. You don't have to change yourself to attract Enid towards you! Just... evolve alongside her."
Wednesday thought quietly for a moment, and then said, "I could perhaps start taking away five minutes of my daily writing time, and use that instead to engage Enid in idle conversation, and see where increasing my attention towards her could lead to. However I will make no other change to my daily routine, and hold no hopes as to what this could lead to." Ana made a happy smile as she said, "That sounds like a plan, and I wouldn't ask you to do anything else. Anyway, I'll leave you alone now." Then as Ana began to walk away, Wednesday calmly said, "Look out for that empty paint can on the floor." Ana then stepped into a large can of red paint, and fell down on the floor. Part of Ana's body was now covered in red paint as she said, "Uggh. I guess I need a shower."
Ana was in the girls communal shower room as she was in the midst of taking a hot shower. As Ana was rubbing the paint off her naked body, she said, "Why did it have to be red paint all over my legs. Come on. Get off me stupid paint! Some idiot is likely gonna ask me now if I had some accident during my period or something. Uuggh!" Then Ana suddenly heard the sound of someone crying. Ana put a towel around her body, and then walked into another shower stall. There, Ana saw a naked Enid sitting under a shower head, while holding her legs and crying. Ana then walked over to Enid nervous as she said, "Enid... are you okay?" Enid then turned to look at Ana as she said, "Oh. Anastasia... I was just crying because... well... I totally blew it with Wednesday tonight. I was trying to show her I could be some tough goth girl... and I totally choked... literally. There's no way me and her could ever work." Then Ana got on her knees in front of Enid as she said, "Don't say that. You're a loyal friend, and totally beautiful girl. Anyone would be lucky to have you." Enid then looked longingly at Ana as she said, "You really mean that?" Ana smiled as she said, "Of course." Then Enid suddenly crawled towards Ana and with desperation in her voice while saying, "Then have me Anastasia!"
Then Enid pulled Ana's towel off of her, and then jumped on top of Ana's naked body with her own. Ana then looked very freaked out as she yelled, "Ahhh! No Enid. I don't like girls. I mean I'm cool with women that are. My two moms and sister are bi, but I'm definitely straight!" Then as Enid put her hands on Ana's breasts, she said, "Don't lie to yourself Anastasia. All girls are secretly a little bi." Then Enid suddenly forced her lips against Ana's and kissed her. Ana however was pinned down and looked completely traumatized by what was occurring. Then after a moment, Enid pulled her body away from Ana looking disappointed. As Ana sat up, a sad looking Enid said, "I'm sorry Anastasia. I... I was hoping that moment would've felt more special. But instead it felt like..." Ana interrupted Enid as she said, "Like kissing a family member?" Enid looked confused as she said, "No. I was going to say it felt like I was cheating on someone. And even though we've never actually dated... I guess it felt like I was cheating... on Wednesday."
Enid then began to cry a bit, as a sympathetic looking Ana said, "You really care about Wednesday. I can tell." Then a confused looking Enid starred at Ana as she said, "But me and her are so different. Could it really work?" Ana sighed, and then said, "You two are different... but have you ever considered that you both are capable of loving each other in different but still just as powerful ways? You both don't need to work hard at changing who you are. Just... work harder at understanding the other... and more importantly: understanding how the other is trying to communicate and show affection." Enid then wiped away a few tears as she said, "Thanks Anastasia. I'll think about that. And... sorry for the whole emotional horny moment I just had with you. Hope you're not bothered by it for too long." Enid then got up and walked away, as a nervous looking Ana whispered to herself, "Oh, I'll probably just be bothered by it for the rest of my life."
The next day was the school Raven dance. As many students were walking into the dance room, Ana and her cat were standing behind a table serving food. Ana's cat then looked back and forth, and then lifted his hat, which caused a very small bottle to fall out of his hat. Then Ana quickly grabbed the bottle and said, "Is this what you were getting when you disappeared for awhile!? Come on! No spiking the drinks Stormageddon the Conqueror! We're in the past. We gotta be careful. Plus, you shouldn't even have this to begin with." Ana's cat then made sad eyes at Ana as he made a hopeful meowing sound. Ana sighed, and then said, "Fine. We'll save the bottle for your next weekly poker night with your drinking buddies." Meanwhile Enid walked into the room and walked by the food table. She gave Ana a quick smile as she walked past. Soon Wednesday walked into the room, and walked over to the food table looking slightly nervous. Ana then motioned to Wednesday as she said, "Hey. Enid's here. You did say you would try to start intentionally talking to her five minutes a day now."
Wednesday sighed, took a deep breath, and then walked over to Enid. An awkward looking Wednesday then stood next to Enid as she said, "Hello." Enid however looked very nervous as she said, "Oh. Um... hi. You look... very beautiful in your dress." Then Wednesday had a deadpan look on her face as she said, "And you look like a model conforming to what society dictates she should look like, rather than choosing her own attire." Enid looked a bit hurt for a moment... but then made a little smile as she said, "Well... I'm glad you still wanna stand next to me despite that. Hey. Can I take a selfie of us and post it on Instagram?" Wednesday then glared at Enid while saying, "I find your desire to post on social media a complete waste of time. You claim to have thousands of followers, but rather than lead them to a better way of life, you instead choose to follow whatever your followers want. It's sickening." Enid began to look a bit hurt as she said, "Well... if I really sicken you... then maybe I should leave you alone."
Enid then began to walk away from Wednesday. Suddenly at the food table, Ana felt a pain in her chest. Ana then fell to the ground behind the table (where no one could see her), as she began to feel every part of her body breaking apart at a sub-atomic level. Ana's phone fell to the ground, where the picture of her family was displayed. In the photo, Ana began to disappear. Then Ana looked at her own hand and saw it was beginning to disappear. Ana began to cry as she said, "No. Not yet. I need to save Harmony... and my entire family. Not yet! Please..." Meanwhile Enid walked over to the food table (not seeing Ana) and began to quickly eat some grapes. However, Enid suddenly found herself choking on the grapes. Enid then fell to the ground as she gasped for air. Wednesday, seeing what was happening to Enid, quickly ran over to help. All of the other people in the room, seeing what was going on, backed away to give Wednesday space. Meanwhile behind the food table, Ana's body was nearly completely disappeared as she said, "Harmony... I'm sorry..."
At the same moment: Wednesday turned Enid over and wrapped her hands hard around Enid's stomach, causing the grapes to come out of Enid's mouth. However when Wednesday turned Enid over to look at her face... she could see Enid wasn't breathing. Wednesday suddenly looked panicked as she said, "No! Enid! You can't be..." Then with a look of desperation, Wednesday quickly began to give CPR to Enid. Wednesday immediately began pressing her hands against Enid's chest, and then put her mouth against Enid's mouth in an attempt to give her air. This repeated again, as Wednesday hit Enid's chest with her fists, and then blew air into Enid's mouth again. However as Wednesday pressed her fists against Enid's chest a third time... Enid slowly began to open her eyes and saw what Wednesday was doing... but then quickly closed her eyes before Wednesday could notice. Then just as Wednesday pressed her lips against Enid's once more to give her air... Enid suddenly moved her hands up and put them on Wednesday's head, forcing Wednesday's head to remain completely still as both Wednesday and Enid's lips touched one another. The two remained frozen in this pose with their eyes closed for thirty seconds... until a blushing Wednesday finally freed her head from Enid's grasp and sat up.
A blushing Enid then sat up too as she said, "Sorry. My hands just kind of moved on their own when my body started receiving air again. Thank you Wednesday... for saving my life." Wednesday meanwhile had a nervous look while still trying to keep a straight face as she said, "It... was logical to keep you alive. As I much as I would've looked forward to a funeral, the loss of your presence would have caused me to have to adapt to a new room mate... and I have no desire to waste brain space on adapting to any new individual in my living quarters from here on out." Enid then made a little smile as she said, "I'm sure that's all it meant to you."
Suddenly a normal looking Ana sat up and poked her head over the food table. Ana first noticed Wednesday and Enid looking at each other... and then looked at her phone, and saw that she and Harmony were now fully visible in the family photo. Ana breathed a major sigh of relief as she said, "It looks like the timeline is finally back to normal Stormageddon the Conqueror. Well... I guess this means we can finally leave." Ana then prepared to leave, when suddenly she heard Enid yell, "Anastasia!" Ana then turned her head and saw Enid running over to her. Enid looked a little troubled as she said, "Are you leaving?" Ana made a little smile as she said, "Yeah." Enid then grabbed Ana's hand as she said, "But... I'm really starting to feel a special connection with Wednesday now, and... I would really like to keep having you around for advice as I move forward with whatever this thing I'm starting to have with her is."
Ana made a little smile as she said, "It may sound corny... but just be yourself Enid. The fact that Wednesday has always let you stick around while you were just being you... says a lot. Also... don't over-dwell on how her actions make you feel. Rather... just try to understand what her intentions are. If you focus on just that... I think you'll start to fully understand how much she loves you." Enid made a warm smile as she said, "That's some really powerful advice Anastasia. I'll always hold onto those words." Ana paused for a moment... but then made a warm smile as she said, "Think of those words... as a special love power." Then Ana walked off, as Enid walked back towards Wednesday and began to talk to her again.
Two hours later, Ana was walking through one of the halls of Nevermore Academy, while her cat was sitting on her shoulder. Ana made a little happy sigh as she said, "All this time I thought I had no love power within me. But it turns out... I always had it. In fact... it may have been me that gave mother and mom the love power they have in the future." Ana's cat then made a few meowing noises. Ana rolled her eyes and said, "Okay, I don't need your professional analysis Stormageddon the Conqueror. Just because you got an online degree in therapy, doesn't mean we're having a session. Anyway... lets go home buddy." Then Ana pressed several buttons on her phone... and then she and her cat disappeared.
Then just several seconds after Ana disappeared, Wednesday came around a corner walking down the hallway while wearing a black bath robe. As Wednesday walked alone, she quietly said to herself, "Perhaps I should open my heart to new experiences, and allow certain individuals to be closer to me... but not tonight. Some other time perhaps." Suddenly Enid ran over to Wednesday from nearby as she happily said, "Oh hey roomie. You taking a shower too? Mind if I join you? We have so much to catch up on." Wednesday barely made eye contact with Enid as she said, "Then you may save my time by writing it down and allowing me to look upon it later. I can read over 200 words a minute, and am experienced at knowing how to skim past trivial information." Enid giggled and said, "Girl, you actually are funny. But come on. We have so many details to spill." Wednesday sighed as she looked at Enid and said, "Enid... your constant need to act like a loyal puppy that shoots out streams of nonsensical words of affection maddened me upon first arrival here at Nevermore Academy. However..."
Enid with optimism in her voice, interrupted Wednesday as she said, "However now we're total besties. I know. I mean the other day when I complained about those crows being too noisy, you shot them down with that rifle you stole. I mean you almost got expelled for bringing a firearm into school, but it was knowing you were just trying to help that made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside." Wednesday looked slightly nervous for a second, and then said, "The ravens weren't native to this area. They would've disrupted the fragile ecosystem. But with all that being said, my daily half hour of taking a shower is one I prefer to do in peace." Enid smiled as she said, "Got it... So I'll make sure to lock the door after we both go in there so no one will bother us." Wednesday had a look of anger on her face as she continued to walk forward, while a smiling Enid said, "Come on Wednesday. It's fun to shower with a buddy. Who knows what kind of fun we might have tonight..."
In a flash, Ana and her cat appeared inside a hallway at Nevermore Academy. As Ana looked around, she said, "We're back... but is everything really back to normal?" Ana then heard some noise coming from Wednesday and Enid's dorm room. Ana then walked in and saw sitting in front of a television were Wednesday, Enid, and Harmony. As Enid was projecting some photos from her phone onto the TV, she said, "Ooo. Here's a photo of our honeymoon when your mother started torturing some of the hotel staff. They complained we were being too loud in our room. So Wednesday decided she would make them louder with screams of terror." Harmony chuckled, and then said, "Wow mom. You and mothers' joint Instagram account has like the funniest photos ever." Then a grinning Enid showed another photo as she said, "Ooo. And here is a picture of the day you and your sister were born. Look how peaceful everyone looks." Wednesday kept a straight face as she said, "The act of delivering two children into the world was one of the most painful and excruciating experience of my life... which is why it is quite wonderfully nostalgic to look back at it."
Ana then walked towards her family in a daze as she said, "Mom. Mother. You're both here... together." Harmony then got up and looked at Ana as she said, "Hey Ana. We were wondering where you ran off to." With tears in her eyes, Ana immediately ran over and embraced her sister in a hug while saying, "Harmony! You're here!" A startled Harmony then said, "Yes... I am. Also... can you let go of me? I almost chocked… what's gotten into you?" Ana then let go of her sister as she said, "I… uh, nothing, nothing. Actually... I was bumming a bit earlier... partially because I had no date for the Raven dance tonight... but I think I'll be okay." As Ana sat down between Enid and Harmony, Enid smiled as she she said, "It's okay. You'll find the right person for you one day. It may sound corny... but just keep being yourself Ana. With time, the right people will start sticking around you; and if you're not sure whether they like you or not - just try to understand what their intentions are. If you focus on just that... I think you'll start to better understand if someone really loves you." Ana made a happy smile as she said, "Thanks mom. You know... I was wondering if I would ever find my love power... but it turns out... I already had it with all of you here."
A curious looking Harmony then asked, "That's really good advice mom. Where did you learn that?" Enid then turned to look at Harmony as she casually said, "Just from some girl I met named Anastasia during my last year as a student at Nevermore. I can't really remember how she looks anymore... except for her lips during that awkward kiss we once had." Wednesday suddenly looked furious as she stood up and loudly said, "What!?" Enid suddenly stepped away from everyone looking nervous as she said, "It's not what you think. It was just one time Wens, and it was before we became a couple. Honest!" Wednesday then marched towards Enid as she said, "I want the truth! You thinking of someone else when we are intimate is not something I will tolerate!" Ana meanwhile looked mortified and petrified as she said, "You… have… to… be… kidding… me…"
Harmony meanwhile put an arm around Ana as she said, "So Ana... it sounds like you finally realized you had a love power all along." Ana made a little smile as she said, "Yeah. I guess I do. You know Harmony... the power of love is a curious thing. It'll make one girl weep, and make another woman sing. It can practically change a hawk to a little white dove. It's more than a feeling. That's the power of love." Harmony nodded her head as she said, "Yeah. It's tougher than diamonds, and rich like cream. Stronger and harder than a bad girl's dream." Ana then looked up as she said, "Make a bad one good, make a wrong one right. Power of love will keep you home at night." Then Harmony and Ana suddenly took out two microphones as they together happily sang, "It don't take money! Don't take fame! Don't need no credit card to ride this train. It's strong and it's sudden and it's cruel sometimes; but it might just save your life. That's the power of love!" Harmony and Ana then laughed and smiled as they each gave each other a hug. A happy Enid (who was watching) then pulled Wednesday over, and together the two moms gave their daughters a hug as well. Finally, Ana looked completely content as she smiled and lovingly hugged her entire family... but then Ana suddenly moved her head away as she said, "Hey. Where's Stormageddon the Conqueror? Also... where's my phone and device I had on my belt?"
A news woman sat in front of a television camera as she said, "And in local news, Jericho County citizen: Stormageddon the Conqueror just won the jackpot in three major lotteries today, making him the first feline millionaire. Statistical analysts have said that Stormageddon the Conqueror is either the luckiest cat in the world, or somehow traveled to the future and found out the lottery numbers in advance. Of course, we all know that would be ridiculous. We now interview Stormageddon the Conqueror for his comments." Then on a nearby television screen: Ana's cat appeared wearing little sunglasses and gold chains, while sitting in a red sports car surrounded by ten young women in bikinis. Ana's cat then made a simple smile as he said, "Rowr."

*Author's Note - Thank you to everyone for supporting and reading this series, which has been an ongoing project for nearly a year now! However we shall very soon be taking a break. Just a break though, I assure you all. After publishing at least one new chapter every single week for an entire year, I have reached the point where I am (as of now) nearly out of ideas, and I wanted to pause things with a story that was not only a creative high point, but also "full circled" back to the first chapter.
Originally the break was going to start now... however... I have decided last minute to delay the hiatus for another two weeks.
In TWO WEEKS from now we will be getting a very fun Wednesday CHRISTMAS STORY that literally EVERYONE I talked to has asked me to do. However before that chapter, I will be posting a very "different" type of story next week. Do not think of next week's story as part of this series. Think of it is as a completely stand alone tale that is merely adjacent to the stories of Wednesday Addams.
