Prologue: Another Time... Another Place...

A school bell rang, and a teenage boy was running through the hallway of an ordinary high school. He then stopped at a corner of the hallway, and looked around the corner as if he was waiting for someone. A blonde girl then walked out from around the corner and began to open her locker. The teenage boy got excited, and then pretended to walk around the corner casually as he said, "Oh, hi Jennifer." The blonde girl Jennifer smiled as he said, "Oh hi Gerard. So... last day of class before summer break, huh?" Gerard leaned against a nearby locker as he calmly said, "Yeah. So... any fun plans for what you'll do in town this summer?" As Jennifer grabbed her belongings from her locker, she said, "Well I'm going to tour Europe with my parents all summer, so I won't be around." Gerard suddenly looked devastated, but tried to put on a calm face as he said, "Oh... I... I didn't realize." Then as Jennifer grabbed the last of her belongings, she said, "Yeah. Sorry we can't have our usual Thursday lunches together. I've enjoyed having them with you every week this school year. Anyway, better go. Don't wanna miss my bus." Jennifer then quickly walked off, while a frustrated Gerard said to himself, "Come on Gerard, say something to her. Don't say it in a text. You have to say it in person. Uggh." Then after a moment of looking nervous, Gerard rushed down the hall. Gerard then rushed out of the school building as he said, "Jennifer!" However Gerard only saw Jennifer's face in the window of a bus that was already moving away from the school. Gerard looked sad for a moment... but then he simply sighed and said, "Well... there's always next school year..."

Wednesday Addams and Enid Sinclair. They were a duo that shouldn't have worked... but they did... and somehow their relationship resulted in marriage. Now, Wednesday and Enid work at their old school: Nevermore Academy as teachers, raising up an entire new generation; including their own twin seventeen year old daughters: Harmony and Ana. Harmony, who carries both of her mother's special abilities, continues to grow and explore the world with her girlfriend (and now fiancé) Megan. Ana meanwhile... has always been a very different story... and that story is what we will be focusing on today...

Ana's Amazing Adventure

Ana Sinclair Addams was running through the woods as fast as she could while wearing a long purple coat and backpack. Sweat was covering her face, and her mouth was panting quickly, as her feet moved as fast as they could. Ana then heard the sound of feet from other people in the distance. Panicked, Ana tried to run faster. Then suddenly, a figure jumped down from a tree and landed in front of Ana. Ana froze for a moment, and then saw the figure was her sister: Harmony. Harmony then had her hands turn into werewolf claws as she said, "You've gone too far this time Ana. You have to be stopped!" Ana then bolted away from Harmony as she yelled, "Now Stormageddon the Conqueror!" Then Ana's cat jumped out from behind a tree and pressed a button on the ground. Suddenly a large heavy net dropped from the tress and caught Harmony inside of it. Ana's cat then jumped on Ana's shoulder, as a grateful Ana said, "Good work. Now lets go!"

Ana then ran towards the edge of a nearby cliff, and then froze for a moment as she stood over the ledge of the cliff. Then Ana heard another familiar voice say, "You can run, but you can't hide." Then Ana turned her head, and saw her mom: Enid emerging from the darkness of a nearby cave. Then Enid had her hands turn into werewolf claws as she said, "Ana, I may be your mother... but this ends now!" Ana suddenly heard the sound of a train, and then smiled as she said, "Excuse me mom... but I feel the need... the need for speed!" Then at the bottom of the cliff, a high speed train was rushing down a set of railroad tracks. Ana's cat jumped into a pocket in Ana's coat, and then Ana jumped off the cliff... and onto the speeding train.

Ana landed, and then gripped onto the train with her all her strength. Ana then crawled forward on the top of the train, and soon found a location between the train cars she could jump down into. Ana then quickly stepped into a storage compartment of the train, and stopped to breathe for a moment. Then Ana's cat poked his head out of Ana's pocket, looked behind Ana, and then made a loud meowing noise. Ana then saw Megan stepping out from behind some boxes while holding a sword out. Ana looked very annoyed as she yelled, "Oh, come on!" Megan smirked as she said, "Don't think I'm helpless Ana. I took your mother's self defense courses for the last two years now at Nevermore." Then Ana suddenly took out her own sword while saying, "And I've been taking my mother's self defense courses at home for the last sixteen years now. So you've got to ask yourself one question... Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?"

Megan then lunged forward at Ana with her sword. Ana quickly blocked Megan's attack with her own sword. Both girls then swung their swords back and forth at each other, as Megan tried to overpower Ana. Then suddenly Megan was able to trip Ana, causing Ana to drop her sword. As Ana laid on the ground, a determined Megan said, "It's over Ana. Give up." Then Ana grinned as she said, "You think I'm defenseless?" Then Ana pulled out of her backpack: a large hammer as she yelled, "Say hello to my little friend! For whosoever holds this hammer, if she be worthy, shall possess the power of being awesome!" Then suddenly lightning shot out of the hammer, which took the form of an energy blast, and pushed Megan to the ground. Ana's cat then looked at Ana while making a meowing sound. Ana then casually said, "Don't you start interrogating me about where I get my stuff Stormageddon the Conqueror. All you need to know is I simply found the hammer somewhere. What the people in the realm of Asgard don't know won't hurt them."

Then Ana heard the sound of the train stopping, while Megan slowly stood up as she said, "A little jolt won't stop me that easily. If I can survive making out with your sister in werewolf form, I can handle battling you." Then as Ana smirked, she held out her hammer as she said, "Guess I'm dropping the hammer. Sorry Megan, but... hasta la vista baby!" Then suddenly the window to the train burst open as Wednesday Addams came crashing through. Wednesday immediately threw a dagger at Ana's hammer so hard that it caused Ana to drop her hammer. Ana quickly looked scared as she tried to run. However Wednesday immediately threw rope at Ana's legs tying her up. Ana then laid on the ground as Wednesday picked up Ana's hammer, and then pointed it at her while saying, "Ana, my daughter... your nefarious plan has finally ended!" Then from a nearby door: Enid and Harmony walked in, while Enid said, "It's time to finally admit defeat." Then Ana groaned, rolled her eyes, and then said, "Okay! Fine! I'll give up the television remote!"

Then Ana took out of her backpack: a television remote, and then handed it to Enid. Harmony breathed a sigh of relief as she said, "Phew. Now we can avoid watching what Ana's choice would've been for family movie night." A frustrated Ana then said, "But I really wanted to get you guys into Bluey with a fun marathon of that series. The characters in that show are so lovable and nuanced! You just gotta give it a few more episodes, and then you'll be a Truey Bluey for life!" Then Megan held out a small portable safe, and while Enid put the remote in the safe, she said, "This remote is staying out of your hands for the next week young lady. Besides... you're gonna turn 18 years old next month. Maybe spend some less time watching TV, and more time thinking about your future. Anyway, I'm tired. Lets just postpone family movie night until next week." An excited Megan then said, "Oh boy. Maybe tonight Harmony, you and me can finally decide on our wedding song."

Then as Ana remained on the ground, she looked excited as she said, "Ooo! How about a Lady Gaga song!? I think Poker Face would make a perfect song to play for your first dance as a married couple." Harmony then glared at Ana as she said, "Ana, we are not playing Lady Gaga music at our wedding. I mean if we did that, why not ask a Koala Bear from Wyoming to serve exploding candy canes as hors d'oeuvres to the guests?" An excited Ana then said, "You actually read my list of ideas I sent you!?" Harmony rolled her eyes as everyone began to walk off the train. Ana then untied the rope from her legs, while her cat made a meowing noise. Ana then looked at her cat confused while she said, "What do you mean I could've just bought another television remote?"

That night, Ana laid in bed wearing purple pajamas. As she tried to fall asleep, Ana's eyes widened as she heard Harmony and Megan in the room next door making moaning noises. Ana then heard Harmony through the walls making a howling noise, as an excited Megan could also be heard saying, "Oh yes my little wolf. Huff and puff and blow me down!" Ana then had a disturbed look on her face as she stood up and walked out of her bedroom. Then as Ana walked by Wednesday and Enid's bedroom, she heard Enid behind the door yelling, "Yes Wednesday! Harder! Smack me harder! Oh God, that feels amazing! Now stick the top of the paddle inside me!" Ana then looked horrified as she rushed down the stairs. Ana then walked into the kitchen where she saw her cat was pressing his paws on an iPad.

Ana then sat down looking disturbed as she said, "Stormageddon the Conqueror... we need to buy my moms and sister another layer of sound proof panels for their rooms. Three layers apparently isn't enough! By the way... what are you doing up so late?" Ana's cat then made a simple meowing noise. Ana then had a disturbed look on her face as she said, "Okay, I didn't need to hear about your plans for your anniversary with Princess Snuggles at that cat hotel. What you and your kitty girlfriend do behind closed doors is your business." Ana then stood up and prepared to get some food. However as Ana walked around the kitchen, she saw brochures for colleges on the counter, along with ungraded test papers that belonged to Wednesday and Enid's Nevermore students on another counter. Ana then sighed as she said, "I need to take a walk. You wanna come Stormageddon the Conqueror?" Ana's cat made a happy meowing sound, and then jumped on Ana's shoulder.

In the middle of the night, Ana walked down a long dirt road under the moon light while wearing a dark purple coat. Ana's cat sat on Ana's shoulder looking content, while Ana walked looking a bit upset. Ana then saw an abandoned house, and curiously walked towards it. After breaking down a wooden barrier on a window, Ana stepped into the house. Seeing nothing was inside the mostly empty house, Ana then sat down as she said, "Is it wrong that I feel more comfortable right now in a creepy abandoned house than my own home?" Ana's cat then made a reassuring meowing noise. Ana sighed, and then and began to toss small orange rocks she saw on the ground.

As Ana gently threw the small orange rocks across the room, she looked upset as she said, "I don't know what I'm doing with my life Stormageddon the Conqueror. I mean... Harmony and Megan are soon going to go to college and forge a career path for themselves. Mom and mother have a great gig teaching at Nevermore Academy. You somehow became a millionaire overnight and are now the CEO of ten major companies. Everyone in my family has a sure thing they've got going for them, and have someone special in their life to share it with. But me... I don't know what I'm doing with my life, and I've got no one to do it with." Then Ana's cat made an angry meowing noise. Ana rolled her eyes as she said, "You know what I mean. Me and you will always be tight. However... it's just... being a bounty hunter that sometimes works with the government is just a part time thing, and running a school restaurant was never going to be a permanent job I'd keep. I still don't know what I wanna do long term with my life Stormageddon the Conqueror... and sadly... I'll probably never have anyone to experience it with romantically."

Then Ana picked up an orange rock off the ground, and then threw it hard at the nearby wall. Suddenly the orange rock broke, and a blue mist came out of it. The blue mist then took the form of a transparent blue teenager floating in the air as he yelled, "Finally! I've returned to the land of the living!" Ana looked very surprised as she said, "Who the heck are you supposed to be!?" The ghostly teenage boy then said, "Oh. Hi. I'm Gerard, and I know this may be hard to believe... but I'm a ghost." Then Ana casually said, "Oh. That's it? Okay." The ghostly boy Gerard looked confused as he said, "The fact that I'm a ghost appearing in front of you doesn't freak you out?" Then Ana leaned back as she calmly said, "Nah. One of my two moms and my sister are werewolves, I'm friends with a vampire and a siren, I've fought an army of lizard monsters once, spent several months hiding from a demon, met Santa Clause, traveled through time and almost undid my existence, and once got kidnapped by a dark alternate universe version of my mother. So meeting a ghost isn't too out of the ordinary for me."

The ghost: Gerard looked a bit confused as he said, "Oh. Well... okay. So... how long has it been since I died? It's hard to tell. Maybe you heard of me. I was on the academic decathlon team at my school, and we won first place back in the year..." Then Ana interrupted Gerard as she said, "Hold on. I recognize you now! You're Gerard Finolis. You're the teenager in town who died a year and a half ago. You were on the news because it's so rare to hear about a teenager dying from a heart attack." Gerard looked surprised as he said, "It's been over a year!? Wow. When you die, time passes by in such a strange nonlinear way. This is all just so weird. I mean... this is my home we're in, and it feels like I was walking in here just yesterday... but it's obviously been abandoned for quite some time now. Mom and dad must've found it hard to stay here after I died." A curious Ana then asked, "So what are you doing back on Earth as a ghost Gerard? Aren't you supposed to go to whatever happens next after you die?" Gerard sighed, and then said, "Yeah, but... there's something I really wanted to do before I died. So as I was beginning to pass on... I just focused really hard on that thing I wanted to do... and suddenly I was here."

Ana then looked more interested as she said, "Hey. I heard about this in my occult class once when one of my teachers at Nevermore Academy was talking about spirits and the afterlife. It's rare, but there are stories of people with super determined wills that are able to keep their spirits on Earth in the form of ghosts. Although it's supposed to only be possible if someone dies while holding onto some rare mineral." Gerard then put a hand on his ghostly chin as he said, "Well... when I died I was wearing this weird necklace that was made up of small orange rocks which my grandma gave me. She said it was made of some weird rare mineral that legend says helps people connect with spirits better. I just didn't think it meant I would be one of those spirits." Ana then looked at the orange stones on the ground as she said, "Someone in your family must've left the necklace you died in here when they abandoned the house. Your spirit must've been stored in one of the orange stones, and I guess I brought you out."

As Gerard began to float around the room, he said, "Whoa. This is just so weird. I mean... I'm not angry about dying. I'm not sure why, but I'm somehow perfectly at peace with that. But being here as a ghost... this is still so strange." Then an excited looking Ana said, "Ooo. We should totally test out what you can do! Can you go through walls?" Gerard then floated back and forth through some walls as he said, "Yeah. It looks like it." Then a smiling Ana said, "What about touching things?" Gerard then reached out and tried to touch a small table in the room, but his hand went right through it. Then Gerard looked annoyed as he said, "Uggh. You mean I can't feel things ever again!?" Then a happy looking Ana said, "Wait. Try to concentrate. Focus." Gerard then held out his hands towards the table... and then the table moved slightly. An excited Ana then said, "You did it!" Gerard smiled as he said, "Yeah. I didn't actually feel my hands touch it though. It was more like... I created a cold wind that simply pushed the table just a little bit."

Then a very excited Ana said, "How about possession? Just don't test it out on me." Ana's cat then suddenly had a nervous look on his face and tried to walk away. Then Gerard suddenly floated over Ana's cat... and then Ana's cat began to stand on two legs as it did the can can dance. Ana laughed, and after a moment: Gerard floated away from Ana's cat. Ana's cat then quickly got back on four legs, and looked angry as it hissed at Gerard. Gerard chuckled a bit, and then said "Sorry little kitty. Anyway, it didn't feel like I was doing mind control or straight up possession. I just sent an idea into your cat's head... and it simply did it." Ana then grinned as she said, "Oh, this is so awesome! Gerard, with my brains and your special abilities, we could rule the world... or get into movies for free. Hmm... I don't know which idea sounds better."

Then Gerard had a slightly sad look in his eyes as he said, "Well... I didn't fight with all my might to come back as a ghost for cheap tricks. You see... a short time before I died... there was a girl at school I liked... her name was Jennifer, and... I never got to tell her that I... I loved her. She was my best friend, and... I want her to know how much she meant to me, make sure she's okay... and look out for her." Then a smiling Ana said, "Aww. You wanna be like a guardian angel and look after your friend. That's sweet. You know what? I'll help you find your lady friend." An excited Gerard then said, "Really?" Then Ana crossed her arms as she said, "But you gotta do me one favor with your possession powers first." Gerard sighed, and then said, "Fine. What do you want me and my ghostly possession abilities to do for you?"

In the morning, Wednesday and Enid walked into the kitchen wearing black and pink night gowns respectively. As Enid stretched her arms, she said, "Mmm. That was wonderful last night Wens. Who knew you could get so much exercise in bed?" Then Harmony and Megan walked into the kitchen wearing matching purple night gowns as a smiling Harmony said, "Hey. Anyone else want cereal? I'm pouring a bowl for me." Then as all four women got their breakfast food prepared, a curious Enid asked, "Hey, did anyone hear a wolf howling last night? I kept hearing howls all night long." Then Harmony looked very nervous as she said, "Oh. Well... um..." Then as Megan sat down in a chair, she casually said, "Oh, that was Harmony in bed with me." Harmony's face suddenly went red as she said, "Megan!" Then a very startled Enid said, "Wait. You mean... you two... go at it... with Harmony wolfed out!?" Megan made a simple smile as she said, "Yes, and you can see from the lack of scratches on me that your daughter treats me very gently. So don't worry. Also, she's very careful to never crush me when on top." Then Harmony covered her face as she said, "You cannot be talking about this in front of my moms."

Enid now looked very stunned as she said, "My God! Me and Wednesday never tried that because I was always worried that I might hurt..." Then Wednesday interrupted Enid as she calmly said, "I never wished to pressure you into doing it. However if you ever do wish to wolf out in bed with me Enid, I'm sure I would find the rough experience to be quite invigorating." Then Megan smiled as she said, "It's not so bad. Hugging a werewolf while making love is sort of like making out with a very muscular teddy bear." Harmony now began to look very uncomfortable as she said, "Would you all stop this! I am not having my girlfriend and moms discuss their sexual preferences with each other! This is totally wrong!" Then as Wednesday stood up she said, "Well as much as I enjoy seeing my daughter experiencing absolute torment, I must leave now." A curious Enid then asked, "Everything okay Wens?" Wednesday nodded her head as she said, "Indeed. I simply have some errands to run this day-o."

A confused Enid then said, "What did you say Wednesday?" Wednesday looked a bit confused herself as she said, "I... I simply was trying to say I have errands to run this day-ay-ay-o." A confused Harmony then asked, "Mother, what's going on with you?" Then a worried looking Wednesday said, "I'm not certain. All I know for sure is that daylight come and me want go home." Then Enid look concerned as she said, "Wednesday... did that weird mystic woman come back and screw with your brain again?" Wednesday began to look more worried as she said, "No. This feels different. It's as if I feel compelled to say me say day, me say day, me say day, me say day, me say day-ay-ay-o." All of the women then looked very confused as Megan said, "Mrs Addams... are you feeling okay?" Then Wednesday looked at the three women in front of her, and simply said, "Daylight come and me want go home."

Then suddenly Enid stood up and looked surprised as she said, "Work all night on a drink of rum." Then Harmony and Megan suddenly found themselves beginning to wipe the table with table clothes as they said "Daylight come and me want go home." Then Wednesday with wide surprised eyes, began to do a slow dance around the kitchen table as she said, "Stack banana till the morning come." Then all four women began waving their arms together as they sang, "Daylight come and me want go home." Then Harmony began beating her hands on the table as she said, "Come, mister tally man, tally me banana." Then all four women began shaking their hips as they sang, "Daylight come and me want go home." Then Megan began shaking her butt as she sang, "Come, mister tally man, tally me banana." Then all four women waved their hands high in the air as they sang, "Daylight come and me want go home. Lift six foot, seven foot, eight foot, bunch! Daylight come and me want go home." Then all four women jumped on the kitchen table and began waving their arms around as they sang again, "Six foot, seven foot, eight foot, bunch! Daylight come and me want go home."

Then suddenly all four women stopped singing and dancing, and froze for a moment as they all looked at each other. Wednesday then made a very glaring look as she said, "We will never speak of this moment for the rest of our lives. Agreed?" Enid, Harmony, and Megan all nodded their heads looking scared as they said, "Agreed." Meanwhile, Ana was watching the entire scene from behind a corner. Gerard then appeared and floated over to Ana in his ghostly form as he said, "How was that? Did my possession of them work out the way you wanted it to?" Ana giggled, and then said, "Oh yeah. I'd say I got my proper vengeance on them for taking the remote from me. Come on. Lets go do your mission now Gerard."

That evening: Ana and her cat were standing on top of a hill looking down at a public high school which had many teenagers in fancy clothes walking inside. Gerard then floated over in his ghostly form over Ana as he said, "What's going on here?" Ana then held up her phone as she said, "Check out your old school's newsletter here. As a congratulations to the students for dramatically raising the school's overall GPA this year, they're being thrown a winter formal dance tonight... and look who is in charge of the student party planning committee." Then Ana scrolled over to a picture, and then Gerard froze as he saw a picture of a blonde girl. Gerard then made a smile as he said, "That's Jennifer... my friend. She... she looks more beautiful than ever. Okay. So... how do I approach her and let her know I'm a ghost now?" Then Ana looked at Gerard with a confused face as she said, "Gerard, are you seriously willing to risk freaking your friend out before finding out for sure if she liked you? No, no, no. First we gotta figure out if she actually liked you when you were alive. Then we can properly come up with a way to get you both properly re-antiquated." Then a confused Gerard said, "But she's in the dance, and we're out here. Also, if I can't talk to her yet... how are we gonna get the info?" Then Ana made a grin as she said, "Oh, I have an idea or two..."

Ana was wearing a sleeveless silk purple dress and silk purple gloves as she walked over to the door of the school dance. A female teacher stood at the door, and then looked at Ana with a confused face as she said, "And who might you be? You clearly aren't a student from this school." Then Ana made a cool and confidant face as she said, "Maybe, but I was still invited. I'm the DJ for this here party. The name's Addams. Ana Addams... and instead of money, I'll have a fruit smoothie as compensation for my services tonight... and make sure the smoothie is shaken, not stirred." Then Ana's cat suddenly appeared and jumped onto a nearby stool while making a simple meowing noise. Then Ana simply glanced at her cat as she casually said, "And this is my business partner: DJ Stormageddon." The female teacher then smiled as she said, "Oh yes. Mister The Conqueror. We've been expecting you. The students are so looking forward to your talents tonight. Please, come in." Ana then looked a bit confused as she said, "Oh. Okay." Then as Ana walked into the building (with her cat now on her shoulder), she looked at her feline companion while saying, "You have got to stop having these side jobs behind my back. I thought we told each other everything." Then Ana's cat glared at Ana as he made a loud meowing noise. Then Ana rolled her eyes as she said, "Fine. I'll make you sure you don't miss out on the action the next time that Samurai Parrot from Alaska calls up."

Ana and her cat then walked into a broom closet. Then after making sure no one could hear them, Ana whispered, "We're in." Gerard then floated into the room in his ghostly form through a wall as he said, "Okay. I floated around the dance a bit, and found a way to make sure no one could see me. However I don't see Jennifer. Now with that being said... if we do find her, how do you plan to find out if shes like me?" Then Ana casually said, "Eh, once I spot her I'll figure something out." Then Ana's cat looked out a nearby window, and made a meowing noise. Ana and Gerard then looked out the window, and saw Jennifer stepping out of a limo with a tall and muscular teenage boy. Gerard looked stunned as she said, "She... she's with someone else!?" Then Ana looked angry as she said, "How dare that girl start dating another guy after you die and she believes she'll never see you on this plain of existence again!? Some people are just so insensitive and unreasonable! Don't worry Gerard. I'll deal with that guy." Then Ana rushed out of the broom closet, while Gerard looked at Ana's cat as he asked, "Should I be worried about what's going to happen next?" Then Ana's cat simply rolled his eyes and said "Rowr."

Jennifer was putting her coat into a coat room, as the large muscular teen boy with her said, "I'll get that for you Jennifer." Jennifer smiled as she said, "Thanks Ben." Jennifer then walked out of the coat room, while the teenage boy: Ben began to take off his own coat. Then just as Ben reached out for a coat hanger, Ana suddenly poked her head out from behind the coats (while wearing a ninja mask) and yelled, "Welcome to the party pal!" Then Ana immediately tied Ben up in rope, gagged him, and pulled him behind the coats.

In a large school auditorium, many teenagers in fancy outfits were eating, drinking, talking, and dancing throughout the room. Gerard floated around the side of the room, using his ghostly abilities to remain invisible to everyone. Jennifer then walked into the room, and immediately went over to grab a glass of punch. Gerard then longingly looked at Jennifer as he said, "Jennifer..." Gerard then tried to float in his invisible ghostly body as close to Jennifer as possible. Gerard sighed a bit, and then softly said, "I love you." Jennifer then turned her head, and looked confused as she said, "Huh? Who was that?" Then suddenly another girl walked over to Jennifer as she said, "Hey girl. How you doing?" Jennifer smiled as she said, "Oh, I'm doing okay." The other girl then said, "So who was that hunky guy I saw you walking into the school with? Is he a new boyfriend?" Jennifer then looked shocked and disgusted as she said, "Oh God, no! That's my cousin Ben! Since his girlfriend is out of town, and I was flying solo tonight, we both agreed he should come with me so I wouldn't have to be alone." The other girl then looked embarrassed as she said, "Oh! He's your cousin! I feel so silly for misunderstanding now." Gerard meanwhile then quickly floated away as he said, "Oh no! I need to find Ana now!"

In an empty classroom: Ben woke up and saw he was tied to a chair, and a bright light was shining down on him. Ben then looked confused as he said, "What's going on here!?" Then Ana walked into the room wearing a ninja mask (which covered her nose and mouth) while saying, "You're a disease... and I'm the cure." Ben looked at Ana with a very confused face as he said, "Huh?" Ana then stood over Ben as she said, "You think you're so clever, do you? Going after a poor defenseless girl? I've seen your type before. The tough strong guy going after the sweet girl that deserves to be with the seemingly weaker but much well meaning dude in town. Well just like so many 80's high school movies, it's time for me to put the cliche bully in his place... but in a more entertaining way." Then Ana quickly rolled into the room: an enormously large laser device. Ana then turned the device on, and it created a laser beam that slowly began to burn part of the floor, and then slowly moved it's way towards Ben's body. Ben began to look nervous as he said, "Okay. I think you're taking your prank too far. What are you? A wacky member of the cheer leading team trying to screw with me after I messed up in last week's big game?" Then Ana grinned as she said, "Choose your next witticism carefully Mister Ben. It may be your last." Then a scared Ben said, "What are you trying to get from this? Do you expect me to talk about something?" Ana quickly made a maniacal laugh, and then she said, "No Mister Ben. I expect you to die!"

Then Gerard quickly flew into the room as he yelled, "Ana! That's Jennifer's cousin! He's not trying to do anything bad to her!" Then Ana looked suddenly very guilty as she said "What!? Uh oh." Then as Ana turned the laser machine off, a scared Ben said, "Is that a ghost!? What's going on here!?" Then Ana looked a bit nervous as she said, "Well... um... you see..." Then Ana suddenly put on a pair of sunglasses as she said, "The truth is Ben... you have entered a strange new reality known as the Matrix." Then Ana held out a red pill and a blue pill as she said, "You take the blue pill: the story ends and you forget about all of this and go back to your normal life. You take the red pill, and you stay in wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes." Then an excited Ben said, "Whoa! The Matrix is really real! Heck yeah, I'll take the red pill!" Then an annoyed Ana said, "No, no no! You're supposed to take the blue pill, then you forget about what happened, and then you can't file kidnapping charges! Uggh!" You know what..." Then Ana suddenly punched Ben in the head very hard, knocking him out. Then Ana suddenly pulled out a large bag of money from a backpack she had (with a big dollar sign on it), dropped it near Ben's head, and then said, "This will be your fun little gift you find when you wake up. Have a free college education and a winter break vacation to wherever you want on me. My millionaire cat has got more where that came from."

Then as Ana took off her mask and prepared to leave the room, an amazed Gerard said, "Ana... you were prepared to torture that guy... just because you thought it would help me and Jennifer?" Ana then casually said, "Eh... it's what I do for my friends." Gerard chuckled a bit, and then said, "Well, remind me never to be the one that gets between yourself and anyone you like." Ana sighed a bit and then said, "Actually... there's never been any person out there I've ever really liked... or even anyone that really liked me. But... wallowing in self pity over never getting some bow-chicka-bow-wow doesn't accomplish anything. If I can help work things out between you and Jennifer tonight... then I've played my part in making the world a better place for others... and as long as I can say something like that on a regular basis... I think I can say I've have had a pretty fulfilling life." Gerard smiled as he said, "Thanks Ana."

In the middle of the school dance: Ana's cat was sitting on top of several records as he was moving them with his paws. As music played in the room, many teenagers began to dance and jump around. Then Ana's cat moved his head near a microphone as he quickly said, "Meow, meow, meow. Meow, meow: meow, meow! Meow, meow, meow. Meow, meow: meow, meow! Meow, meow, meow? Meow, meow, meow!" Many teens began to scream and holler, while one of them yelled, "We love you Stormageddon the Conqueror!" Then one girl yelled, "Marry me Stormageddon the Conqueror!" Then one guy casually said, "Man, that has gotta be the coolest cat in town!"

Meanwhile on the other side of the room: Ana and Gerard (in his invisible ghostly form) were watching Jennifer dance with her friends. Ana sighed a bit, and then said, "Okay. Honestly... I got no plan on how to talk to your friend Jennifer there. Is there anything you can think of that could make her suddenly start thinking about you?" Gerard then looked down and saw in a small corner of the room was a small Lego piece. Gerard smiled as he said, "I got an idea." Then Gerard put his hands near the Lego piece, and created a cool ghostly wind that made the Lego piece levitate into the air. Gerard then used his wind abilities to fly the Lego piece across the room... and then gently hit Jennifer in the head with it. Jennifer turned her head... and then saw a small Lego piece on the ground. Jennifer picked up the small Lego piece... and then she made a sad sigh as she began to walk out of the room. Ana then looked at Gerard confused as she said, "What did you do?" Gerard then made a nudging gesture as he said, "Go follow her."

Jennifer walked into the school cafeteria while holding the small Lego piece in her hands. Jennifer then sat down in the room, made a sad sigh... and then tears began to come out of her eyes. Ana then walked into the room as she said, "Hi. I was just looking for some... other room, and... are you okay there sister? You look like you're crying?" As Gerard had his invisible ghost body float into the room, Jennifer wiped away some tears while saying, "Oh, I'm fine. I was just missing my best friend: Gerard. He died a year and a half ago, but... he used to always give me Lego pieces every week. You see I never would accept any large expensive presents on my birthday. I even told Gerard once I wouldn't accept a large Lego set he got me one year. So instead of giving me one large Lego set... he just slowly gave me one piece at a time every Thursday we had lunch together. I found this one Lego piece here in the dance room just now... and it made me think of him. You know... some days I get by just fine. Some entire weeks even. But then some days... the rough emotions just hit me all over again like running into a brick wall. Oh God, I miss him."

Ana then sat in front of Jennifer as she said, "He sounds like he was a good friend to you. So... did you love him?" Jennifer smiled as she said, "Of course I did. I loved him... like a brother. He was always there for me, and supported me. In fact, if he was still alive, I would make him the godfather of my baby." Both Gerard and Ana looked very surprised, while Ana calmly said, "Your baby?" Jennifer then gently touched her stomach as she said, "Yeah. Two months along now. Too soon to start showing. Me and my boyfriend Jeff went a little too far one night... but he's been so good to me. I met Jeff shortly after Gerard died, and he's been so kind and supportive. He actually didn't come to the dance tonight because he wanted to work an extra shift at his job, just so we would have a little more money around when the baby finally comes." Gerard had a sad look in his eyes, while Ana made a little smile as she said, "Well... it sounds like your boyfriend is trying to do his best." Jennifer made a warm smile as she said, "He is. We're getting married as soon as we both turn eighteen, and... I'm sorry for dumping all this on you. I know we just met, and..." Then Ana interrupted Jennifer as she said, "No, it's okay. We all need to unload sometimes, and... I wish you all the best." Ana then walked out of the room, while a sad Gerard floated in the air watching Jennifer for another moment... and then he left the room as well.

Ana stood in an empty outdoor pavilion that was near the school. Gerard was floating in the air near Ana, as both teenagers remained silent. The two could still hear music from the school dance, as Ana tried to clear her throat. Ana then turned to look right at Gerard as she said, "I'm sorry that didn't go the way you hoped." Gerard sighed, and then said, "Well... my feelings can't change Jennifer's. She only loved me like a brother... but at least I helped make her life a little better while I was alive... and the fact that I can say that means that I know I had a pretty fulfilling life. So with that being said... thank you Ana for helping me see Jennifer one more time." Then Ana curiously asked, "You don't wanna try talking to her?" Gerard turned his head as he said "No. Jennifer is making a future with someone else. She doesn't need a voice from the past now." Ana made a little smile as she said, "Still... you fought back against the very nature of death just to check in on a girl you liked. I wish I had a guy that cared that much for me."

Gerard then made a little sigh, and looked at the school once more as he said, "Still... I wish I could've been Jennifer's date to at least one school dance before I died." Then suddenly the two heard the music from the school dance start to switch to slow romantic music. Ana then smirked as she said, "Well, I may not be Jennifer... but would you care to dance with me?" Gerard looked surprised as he said, "What? But how? I can't actually touch you." Then Ana held out her hands as she said, "You gonna let a little thing like the laws of the universe stop you?" Gerard then smirked as he held out his own hands.

Ana then reached up and put her right hand just above the left shoulder of Gerard's ghostly body (but without touching it). Gerard then put his left arm around Ana's back (but without touching Ana). Then Ana held her right hand out, while Gerard held his left hand out. The two brought their hands very close to the others' (but still without touching), and then began to sway their bodies together. As Gerard attempted to keep his ghostly body from passing through Ana, the two teenagers gently swayed and slowly spun in unison together. As Ana and Gerard swayed together, the two found themselves staring into the others' eyes. Gerard then smiled, while Ana began to blush.

Gerard then suddenly turned invisible, as a confused Ana (without moving her hands and arms) said, "Gerard?" Then suddenly a strong cool wind appeared around Ana and began to lift her into the air. Ana kept her arms spread out as she kept a calm expression on her face. Within moments, Ana found herself lifted several meters above the ground. Ana then looked down at the ground far beneath her feet, and then she smiled. Gerard then reappeared in front of Ana smiling as well. While still using his ghostly wind to keep Ana afloat, Gerard once again began to sway his body in unison with Ana's swaying. As the two began to waltz with one another while flying in the air (but still not touching each other), the smile on Ana's face began to grow. Then Gerard made an excited smile as he used his ghostly wind to push Ana away and gently spin her around. Ana looked up at the night sky, spread her arms out wide, and made a very excited smile as her body gently spun in the air. Then Ana simply closed her eyes and made a content smile as Gerard used his ghostly wind powers to gently bring Ana back to the ground.

Once Ana reached the ground, she opened her eyes and looked at Gerard's ghostly body in front of her. A grateful looking Ana then said, "Gerard... thank you for that." Gerard nodded his head, and then said, "You're welcome. I... I'm sorry that I can't..." Then Ana interrupted Gerard as she moved her face forward and said, "Hey... don't let a little detail like that ruin this evening." Gerard smiled as he moved his face forward... and then became invisible again. Ana then closed her eyes and opened the lips of her mouth just a very small amount. Then suddenly Ana felt a cold wind hit her lips for a moment. After the moment passed, Ana opened her eyes... and then smiled. Gerard then reappeared, and smiled back as he slowly began to fly upwards. Ana then looked up as she said, "Will I see you again Gerard?" Gerard smirked as he said, "You can count on it Ana Addams." Then Gerard flew up high into the sky while Ana watched him... until the form of the ghostly teen disappeared. For a moment Ana stood alone; her cheeks blushing, her mouth smiling, and her hands laid over her beating heart. From the nearby building: Ana's cat then walked over to Ana and climbed up onto her shoulder. As Ana kept her eyes focused on the sky she said, "So how about that Stormageddon the Conqueror? I finally find a guy I like... and he's an un-dead ghost. Well... at least that feels pretty on brand for me. Come on buddy. Lets go home." Then Ana's cat gently purred, while Ana slowly walked home.

EPILOGUE:

Wednesday Addams was in a dark place, and saw a dark figure in a dark cloak walk towards her. Then Wednesday heard the figure in the cloak say, "How does it feel Wednesday Addams... to finally be completely defeated by the last person you ever expected to overpower you!?" Wednesday then glared at the figure as she said, "Who are you?" Then just as the figure began to take off the hood of their cloak... Wednesday suddenly woke up in bed. Wednesday quickly sat up and saw Enid was laying asleep near her. Wednesday then put her hand over her heart, and felt it beating quickly. Wednesday then took a deep breath... and had a look of fear go across her face while she whispered, "Please... not yet. I'm not ready for the end to come. Not yet..."
