Loud house reaction to Pokémon legend.
Greetings everyone, I had this thought on how the characters from the loud house and casagrandes would react to what it would be like if Pokémon was in their lives. And yes, the louds will get scolded for a while for their actions especially Lori, Lynn, and Lola.
Episode 30
Bill's lighthouse (part 2)
"Time for part 2," Clyde said."
about an hour and a half later,
everyone had sat down in an expansive dining room, enjoying the nice meal that brock had prepared for everyone.
"Wow, this is amazing!" joy exclaimed enjoying every bite of the stew they were eating."
"Indeed. it's certainly the best change from tofu, that's for sure. have either of you considered taking up a career in culinary arts?" Bill asked."
"Not really. my real passion comes from raising Pokémon. but thanks for the compliment, nevertheless," brock replied."
"He can do both," Lynn sr. said as Rosa nods."
it then Bill noticed a thoughtful look on Lincoln's face.
"Is something on your mind, Lincoln?" bill asked."
"Yeah. I was thinking back to what you said about extinct evolutions." Lincoln replied." what exactly does that mean?"
"I heard that too," Stella said."
"I'm quite curious about it myself," Lisa said."
"Ah, an excellent question! first, let me ask you something, you're familiar with the concept of 'regional variants', yes?" bill asked."
"Not really," Lincoln replied."
"Nope," Lance said." None of us."
"Well as you may know, many animals adapt to their environment in order to survive. for instance, a squirrel could be of the same species but look different in one part of the world than it does in the other. of course, not many animals are able to last long in these regions and eventually die off. the same principle applies to Pokémon," bill explained."
"I can see that," Carlos said."
"How so?" Lincoln asked."
"During a study trip to canalave city in the sinnoh region, I came across a book that tells of the region's history, and how it used to be referred to as 'hisui'. this ancient sinnoh region was home to many different species of Pokémon that no longer live in sinnoh in this day and age but did so back then. and most of these Pokémon had their own regional variants because of the habitat. for example, let's take one of Lincoln's Pokémon, goomy, for example," bill said as he pressed the remote, showing goomy's entire evolution line."
Lincoln saw that between goomy and goodra, their appearances came to be some kind of snail like Pokémon with stubby arms.
"So, that's what they turn into," Adelaide said."
"Normally, goomy remains a pure dragon type as it evolves into sliggoo and then goodra. but in the hisui region, (bill then pulled up images of sliggoo and goodra, both of whom appeared to have big grey shells) both of goomy's evolved forms become dragon and steel types due to the iron rich swamps of the region." Bill said."
"Hey, they were from Lincoln's vision," Sid said."
"Yeah, they are," Becca said."
"Whoa, awesome!" Lincoln commented as a vision of a swamp in the past with the hisui goodra dancing in the rain and Lincoln joining it along with the same kid resembling ren."
"Dancing in the rain with Pokémon, lucky," Lana said."
"Indeed. on course, many Pokémon, even in modern times, have new evolutions that their normal reginal counterparts no longer possess. for example, let's use these three Pokémon, scyther, ursaring, and stantler, (bill then pulled up images of a green mantis like Pokémon with scythe like claws, a big brown bear Pokémon with a gold ring on its stomach, and a reindeer like Pokémon with eye shaped horns) each of these Pokémon used to have evolutions that no longer exist in modern times. for instance, stantler evolves in wyrdeer. scyther evolves into kleaver when exposed to black augurite, and ursaring evolves into an ursaluna from a peat rock during a full moon," bill explained as he showed images of another reindeer Pokémon, but with a long, white beard, a big yellowish mantis Pokémon with big axe like claws, and a bulky looking bear Pokémon with a moon like symbol on its forehead."
"Amazing!" jenny exclaimed."
"Completely amazing," Lisa said." If only if it's still possible to reach them again."
"If only," David said."
Lincoln on the other hand had more visions of him and the same kid that look like ren, helping stantler when it got hurt, running from ursaring after entering its territory, avoiding cythers attacks, one with riding wyrdeer through a field and feeding it an apple, showing urasaluna digging something up, and facing kleaver Infront of a big tree.
"Wow, those visions look amazing misusing that axe hand attack you," Rita said." And that ursaring chasing you."
"Yeah," Lynn sr. said."
"I can take it," Lance said."
"Yeah, it's not my first time being chased by a bear," Lincoln said making the parents look at him."
"What do you mean?" Rita asked."
Lincoln explains in tents debate leaving everyone mad at the sisters.
"Are you 10 insane?!" Rita asked."
"He took advantages of us!" Lynn replied."
"But you girls started it by bribing him to pick your side!" Leonard said." All because 5 of you will be mad for not choosing your side."
"And what's worse, you made him your slave that he got chased by a bear!" Lynn sr. said." Even though he's also at fault, he had to cater all 10 of you!"
"We'll be having a talk about this later," Rita said."
The sisters looked down in shame.
"I thought the same thing myself when I first learned about sinnoh's past," bill replied."
"But what made them extinct?" brock asked."
"Yeah, what made them extinct?" Bobby asked."
"that's just it. nobody knows the exact reason why. it could have something to do with how the environment changed over the years, or with how humans and Pokémon were able to finally coexist with one another, or some other possible reason. in some cases, like with stantler and hisuian qwilfish, the moves they used to be able to learn, such as psyshield bash and barb barrage respectively, have been lost to time, so no one knows how they work anymore, or if it's even possible to teach them to their modern-day decedents," bill replied as he noticed Lincoln in a trance."
"Ah, so that's why," Bobby said." Wait, people and Pokémon didn't coexist?"
"Lincoln, are you ok?" bill asked."
"I... I don't know, it feels like I've these Pokémon and yet I've never seen them before," Lincoln replied."
"What do you mean?" bill asked."
"Well, when I met zubat, I felt like I was in hisui with it, the same with goomy, and arcanine, it felt like I was in hisui but I know I've never been there," Lincoln replied."
"Yeah, it's weird," Lori said."
"Hmm, I believe you were there in a past life," bill theorized."
"You mean, like reincarnation?" Lincoln asked."
"of course, maybe memories of your past life are starting to kick in little by little when you meet certain Pokémon," bill replied."
"Maybe like a chosen hero," Zach said."
"Maybe," CJ said."
Everyone thinks about it.
"Maybe you're on to something bill," Lincoln said." wow, I have a past life awesome. but wait, I saw my reflection in that vision so I can't have a past life unless it was my ancestor and I'm getting his memories."
"That's a possibility too," Bill said."
"That's true," Lucy said." it probably was an ancestor and Lincoln's getting his memories."
"It is possible," Haiku said."
"Oh, I almost forgot I wanted to ask you about this." Lincoln said showing bill the rainbow wing."
"Ah the rainbow wing, the incredible treasure that brings happiness to those who wield one. what do you want to know about it, Lincoln?" bill asked."
"What can you tell me about ho-oh? I mean, I do know some lore about it, but knowing more about it will come in handy, also why did it choose to give me this rainbow wing," Lincoln replied."
"Ah, that's a very good topic. well, the lore of ho-oh originates from ecruteak city in the johto region, at a place known as the 'brass tower'. it was used a symbol of peace between both people and Pokémon, as well as a place to pay tribute to ho-oh itself. one day, a bolt of lightning struck the tower, setting it ablaze. all but four nameless Pokémon were able to escape with their lives," bill explained."
Everyone was surprised hearing that.
"I see. and I assume ho-oh has some part in the story?" Lincoln asked."
"Indeed. after a heavy rain was able to extinguish the flames, it is said that ho-oh appeared and used its power to revive the four lost Pokémon into the four legendary Pokémon, each one representing an event that had transpired at the tower. Raikou, the Pokémon resembling the bolt of lightning that had struck the tower, entei, the Pokémon resembling the flames that engulfed the tower, suicune, the Pokémon resembling the rain that put out the fire, and shiroja, the Pokémon resembling a ghost of hatred, the truth is it felt alone and shown up by the other three," bill explained."
"Whoa, that's pretty heavy stuff," misty commented."
'Man, I understand how shiroja felt being overshadowed and ignored',' Lincoln thought.'
The sisters felt guilt knowing they overshadow him.
"Indeed. once they were revived, ho-oh and the four legendary Pokémon left. it's said that all five of those Pokémon are searching the world for a person with a pure heart, and I believe ho-oh chose you," bill concluded his explanation."
"That makes sense," Rita said."
'a trainer with a pure heart, wait until Lisa and the others hear about this,' Lincoln thought.' feeling grateful that ho-oh chose him because of my pure heart until he saw a picture of a different deer Pokémon with a ring around its waste.'
"Hey, I think that's the Pokémon from my dream and that dimension," Lincoln said."
"Yeah, he's right," Clyde said."
"By the way, I feel like I've seen this one before," Lincoln said."
"Oh, that's arceus the Pokémon god," bill said." It is said that arceus is the reason our universe existed."
"Like the big bang?" Lincoln asked."
"Yes indeed, and I'm surprised that maybe your past self-met it," bill replied."
"That is possible," Sharon said."
'Yeah, even though I think I met it before coming to kanto',' Lincoln thought.'
"You did in your dream," Shelby said."
"So Bill, do you have any Pokémon you yourself are interested in?" misty asked."
"Yes, I do. it's one that I wanted to meet for a very long time," Bill replied."
"Care to tell us more?" joy asked."
"Certainly. the rest of you may not know about it, but have either of you heard of a giant dragonite?" Bill asked."
"Giant Dragonite?!" everyone said."
"How could we not? dragonite is the partner Pokémon of lance, the strongest member of the kanto elite 4!" brock commented as Lincoln pulled out his pokedex."
"I have a Pokémon and I'm part of the elites?" Lance asked."
"Uh uncle Lance, I think they're talking about a difference Lance," Lincoln replied."
"Oh," Lance said."
"dragonite, the dragon Pokémon, a dragon and flying type, and the final evolved form of dratini. it is said that dragonite makes its home somewhere out in the sea. they are often seen rescuing people from shipwrecks. despite its bulky size, it can circle the globe in only 16 hours," dexter explained showing a picture of dragonite."
"Talk about awesome," Lincoln said."
"And fast," Lynn said." makes me want one."
"Undoubtedly. but the dragonite I want to meet is far more different from the one lance has," bill replied before turning to brock." tell me brock, you come from pewter city, yes?"
"Yes, that's right." brock replied."
"And you've been to the pewter museum of science, correct?" Bill asked."
"I have, but what does this have to do with dragonite?" brock asked."
"Tell me. one of the exhibits includes a larger skeletal display of a dragon, correct?" Bill asked."
"I recall seeing it," Lincoln said." I think."
"Yes, that's right. and now that you mention it, it does look something like a dragonite, but even at its greatest height, a dragonite shouldn't be more than nine feet tall. ten at most, but the display at the museum looked to be around roughly 35 feet, give or take," brock replied."
"So, the Pokémon you want to meet is just a large dragonite?" joy asked."
"There is a giant Dragonite?" Shiloh asked."
"Correct. but this particular subject is at far greater height than any normal Pokémon outside of the galar region," Bill replied."
Everyone was surprised hearing that.
"What do you mean? does this galar region have giant Pokémon?" Lincoln asked."
"it's part of a phenomenon I observed during my stay in the galar region knows as 'dynamaxing', where Pokémon are able to grow to colossal sizes. the dragonite I want to meet is about the same size as these dynamax Pokémon, but the energy used for dynamaxing can only be found in galar," Bill explained."
"So, this dragonite in particular is some kind of one-of-a-kind Pokémon?" jenny asked."
"More than likely. it could be an unconfirmed subspecies of dragonite, or just about any kind of Pokémon for that matter. of course, this dragonite is the only recorded specimen I have come to discover," Bill replied getting up from his seat and walking over to the window looking out over the ocean." in fact, part of my theory about this giant dragonite stems from this sound that I heard one-night last year."
"What sound?" Shelby asked."
Bill then pressed the remote again, which began a beautiful, yet haunting sound, almost like singing.
"Wow...could it...be trying to say something?" Lincoln wondered."
"Oh, most undoubtedly. 'I want to meet you' is what I think its saying," Bill replied as he played the sound again." a few months after hearing this sound, I recorded a sound of my own and have been playing it every night across the ocean, hoping that the giant dragonite will hear it. 'I want to meet you too' let's be friends' is what I'm hoping the sound is saying."
"And your plan is to use the recording to invite this giant dragonite here?" misty asked."
"Yes, that's right. my hope is that inviting it here will allow me the opportunity to give it the friendship it has longed to have for so long," Bill replied."
"That sounds very clever," Carlos said."
"So, what do you intend to do once you find it? do you plan on catching it?" Lincoln asked."
to his surprise, Bill shook his head.
"Why would I need to catch it? simply meeting it would be more than enough for me," Bill replied as an idea popped into his head." would you like to join me in watching out for the giant dragonite? I certainly would like some company."
"Sure, I'd love to see this giant dragonite myself," Lincoln replied."
"I'm in too. it sounds like it could be fun," misty added."
"Same here. watching for a giant Pokémon sounds fun," brock added."
"Splendid! and what about the rest of you?" Bill asked joy and jenny."
"let's go joy," jenny urged."
"It does sound fun," joy added."
"Seeing a giant Pokémon sounds awesome!" Shiloh said."
"Yeah," Skippy said."
"In that case, let's make our way to the upper deck of the lighthouse. we're bond to have a great view from there," Bill suggested leading them through his home."
later, up at the lighthouse tower,
Bill led the group up to the lighthouse, where they had a great view of the ocean. however, an unusually thick fog was rolling in that obscured their vision.
"I can barely see anything out there," joy commented."
"Yeah, it'll be hard to see the giant Pokémon," Kayla said."
"Are you certain we'll be able to see the dragonite?" Lincoln asked."
"Patience, my friends. but its rather odd that the fog is this thick tonight," Bill observed."
"Hmm, it could be a sign that the dragonite is on its way," brock theorized."
"I doubt it," Sully said."
"I certainly hope so. I would love nothing more than to meet such a magnificent creature in person," Bill said as he once again played his recording."
"Have you thought about what you're going to do when you actually meet it?" misty asked."
"Well, I," Bill was cut off when a loud song like sound resonated through the bay."
"Did you hear that?" Mazzy asked."
it was very similar to the sound that Bill was playing, and it was coming from somewhere in the fog bank.
"Can it be?" Lincoln questioned as they all looked out into the fog trying to find the source."
Bill looked absolutely ecstatic.
"it's here! its finally here!" Bill exclaimed merrily as he pressed a button on his remote, causing the volume of his recording to increase, which also caused the beacon to change colors." that should attract its attention."
"We're about to see it!" Lana said."
as he and the others peered out into the ocean, Lincoln could faintly make out a shadowy figure with glowing yellow eyes peering out of the fogbank. it seemed to be approaching the lighthouse, growing ever larger as it drew nearer.
"Is that it?" Lincoln asked."
"Yes! its finally hear! oh, how I've waited for this day!" Bill exclaimed."
"Well, your patience is finally paying off," brock commented as the figure continued to approach still growing ever larger as it approached."
"I see it!" Ashley said."
"Holy crap, that thing's way bigger than I was expecting jenny exclaimed awestruck at the sheer size of it."
'This seems like something out of kaiju movie if it weren't for that singing,' Lincoln thought.'
Everyone was loving the sound the giant Dragonite was making.
"I like its singing," Shane said."
"It's both haunting yet sweet at the same time," Lucy said."
"When you hear it, you feel so calm," Alisa said."
it was then that he realized that he couldn't understand the singing, but he recorded it just in case and pulled out his pokedex.
"Smart move recording it, you can use to calm yourself out of stress," Clyde said."
The sisters winced hearing that.
"No Pokémon detected within range," was all dexter said."
"That could be why we can't understand what its saying," Lincoln theorized."
"Or it's just too big," Skippy said."
"Still this singing is beautiful," joy said."
"Would you care to dance?" brock asked."
"Well, thank you," joy replied as she and brock began to waltz."
"Care to dance as well Rita?" Lynn sr. asked."
Rita dances with him. soon, Carlos and Frida dance as well, along with Stanley and Becca, Arturo and Maria, Albert and Myrtle, Hector and Rosa, Bobby and Lori, Leni and Chaz, Luna and Sam, Luan and Benny, Lynn hesitated at first but danced with Francisco, Lucy and Rocky, Lana and Skippy, Lola and Winston, Lisa and David, Clyde and Chloe, Liam and Tabby, Rusty and Polly, Zach and Giggles, and Lincoln and Ronnie Anne.
meanwhile, with the rockets,
"For arceus' sake, this whole thing has been a complete waste of time!" the lead female grunt groaned looking out across the cape an expression of irritation mixed with boredom on her face."
"What about that sound we heard, boss?" one of the underling grunts asked."
"It was just coming from the lighthouse, you moron!" the lead female grunt snapped as the lights changed color." see? I'm willing to bet that was the source of the rumors!"
"I suppose you do have a point. but what about bill and those brats?" the underling asked."
"Let them go. I'm too irritated to even be bothered with..." the lead female grunt was cut off when she and the others heard a second, completely different singing sound." what in the world?"
"Chief! look over there!" a second grunt exclaimed pointing out into the bay."
there, they saw the giant dragonite, walking towards the lighthouse.
"Is that a dragonite? that thing's freaking huge!" a third grunt exclaimed."
"Huh. I guess the rumors turned out to be true after all. well, let's get to work in capturing it," the lead female grunt stated."
"Not good," Clyde said."
"They're after the giant Dragonite," Chloe said."
"Capturing it? but aren't we just doing recon duty?" the third grunt asked."
"What and let some other squad hog all the glory? not happening," the lead female grunt replied removing all the pokeballs she had on her belt." c'mon boys, we're going to need all of our Pokémon for this job."
back at the lighthouse,
the giant dragonite had finally reached the lighthouse, and was looking curiously down at the group, with Bill cautiously approaching it.
"Jesus Christ! this dragon is huge!" Alisa said."
"It makes the lighthouse look like a doll house," Nikki said."
"To think I would be able to meet such a magnificent specimen such as you. this is truly the most breathtaking experience ever," Bill gasped."
"A true experience for all of us," David said."
"it's huge," jenny exclaimed."
"Even the skeleton at the pewter museum wasn't nearly this big!" brock added just as stunned as the others at the creature before them. Lincoln then pulled out his pokedex again and pointed at the dragonite."
"This dragonite knows the moves hyper beam, dragon rush, surf, dive, Draco meteor, and ice punch," dexter explained."
'Ok, I'm not planning to fight that thing-ever,' Lincoln thought putting his pokedex away.'
"Yeah dawg, you would lose in three seconds," Rusty said."
bill stepped forward.
"Hello there. I've been wanting to meet you for a very long time. I'm hoping that you'll accept my friendship," Bill said in a gentle cautious tone."
dragonite looked at the green haired man curiously.
"A friend? it has been so long since I've had one," the dragonite said."
"So, it's been lonely for a long time?" Adelaide asked."
"That's so sad," Frida cried."
"He's...saying that he'd like to be friends, Bill," Lincoln said."
dragonite looked at the white-haired boy curiously.
"A human that can understand Pokémon? I've only seen that once when I was at the galar region, so many years ago," dragonite stated."
"Wait what now?" Carlos asked." There was someone else who can understand Pokémon?"
"it's a long story, as you said understand Pokémon," Lincoln said."
"Lincoln, if you wouldn't mind, could you relay what dragonite is saying?" Bill requested."
"Sure thing," Lincoln replied."
"Great! now then, dragonite, I would like to know more about you. would you be willing to oblige?" Bill asked."
"Certainly. well, for starters, I'm the last of the great dragonite in this world. do you still wish to be friends with me?" dragonite asked."
"He just said that he was the last giant dragonite in the world, and it wants to know if you'll be its friend," Lincoln translated."
"The last of its kind!" Lisa said."
"I've dreamed about meeting you for a long time, and I would love nothing more than to get to know more about you. being friends with you would be the greatest honor of my life," Bill replied."
"We'd like to be friends with you too, if you want," Lincoln said on behalf of the others."
"Well, I would love to accept your..." before the giant dragonite could finish its thought, a volley of attacks shot out from nowhere, striking the gentle giant, causing it to bellow in discomfort, as it swung its arm nearly striking the lighthouse beacon. when the pain died down, the giant dragonite glared down at the group." what in arceus' name was that for?! I thought you wanted to be friends!"
"That wasn't us, dragonite we swear!" Lincoln exclaimed."
"Yeah, they didn't do anything," Leni said."
"But if none of you attacked me, then who..." another volley off attacks once again struck dragonite, causing it to bellow again, there it is again!"
"Down there!" joy exclaimed pointing down towards the beach."
the group saw a team rocket squad ordering their Pokémon to attack the giant dragonite.
"it's team rocket!" jenny exclaimed."
"Those big meanies," Darcy said."
"I can't believe these guys are attacking dragonite," joy said."
"isn't that woman from mount moon," brock asked noticing the green haired woman leading the squad."
"No duh sherlock," Lynn said."
"Doesn't matter, we have to stop them! we'll go and fend them off. Bill, you focus on calming down dragonite!" misty said as she, Lincoln, brock, joy, and jenny all rushed down the staircases, bent on stopping team rocket's scheme."
on the beach,
"Keep up the onslaught! we'll have the beast back to the boss in no time!" the lead female grunt said as their Pokémon continued to attack dragonite."
"YES CHEIF!" the underling grunts said as their Pokémon were beginning to launch another volley of attacks, when..."
"What the hell are you doing?!" they turned to see Lincoln and company arriving on the scene. none of them looked too happy to the rockets."
"Lincoln language," Rita said."
"Uh mom, we've said other languages, even Lily said that word," Lincoln said."
"That dragonite doesn't deserve this!" Lincoln proclaimed."
"that's right! I may be a police intern, but I still have authority to place you all under arrest!" jenny said."
"Ha! you think we care about that beast's feelings or the law? let me tell you the three principles of team rocket, 1. steal Pokémon for profit. 2. exploit Pokémon for profit. 3. all Pokémon exist soley for the use of team rocket. that includes that giant dragonite," the lead female grunt said snapping her fingers, causing their Pokémon to turn their attention to the five trainers." As well as yours. I'd say it's perfect compensation for our failure at mount moon. once we bag that dragonite, and all of your Pokémon, we're going to move on to Bill's lighthouse to snatch up any rare Pokémon he has stashed away."
"What awful principles," Maria said."
"Yeah, like we're going to let that happen," Lincoln said as he and the others sent out all of their Pokémon in response to the threat."
"we'll just see about that, brat. take them all down and show no mercy!" the lead female grunt ordered as they plunged into battle."
"Kick their butts," Shiloh said."
meanwhile, back up at the lighthouse,
Bill was trying his hardest to try and calm down the giant dragonite. however, the distressed look on its face indicated that his words had little effect.
"dragonite, please, I wanted to meet you for a long time, and I don't know if a chance like this will ever come around again. I do want to be your friend, so please, don't leave!" Bill pleaded."
"I too wished to be friends, but if this is how humanity treat their friends, then I may as well leave," dragonite said."
"Please dragonite, Lincoln and his friends are stopping the bad guys in black clothing from hurting you," Bill said."
"Yeah, don't leave," Kayla said."
"Bad guys in black clothing?" dragonite turned to the beach to see if his words were true, only to find that they were, as it saw Lincoln and company fighting against team rocket," Why are those humans that were with you fighting against the other humans?"
"You probably don't understand me, but Lincoln and his friends are protecting you from the guys in black, because what real friends do for their friends," Bill said."
"That's right, that's what friends do," Kara said."
"Hmm, maybe I can give the green haired man another chance, but this is his only one. if he wastes it, I shall never return," dragonite said."
"you're probably gonna give me another chance, and believe me, I have no intention of wasting that privilege," Bill said."
"Smart move," Sharon said."
"Well, if what you said about friends is true, then I should lend them some help," dragonite said."
back at the battle with the rockets,
Lincoln and the others were pushed back into a corner would be an understatement. they had the battle under control, but the numbers game eventually caught up with them, and now the heroes are down to Pikachu, firestorm, growlithe, bronsor, buisel, goomy, and Chansey, the last of was using an energy wave to help heal up the other's Pokémon.
"Man, they grew tough in a short while," buisel said."
"Tell me about it. how did things get this bad so fast?" Pikachu replied."
"Because they increased their numbers," Margo said."
"We gotta... keep trying," firestorm said in between breaths."
"If I had enough stamina, I could use bide to wipe them out," goomy commented struggling to remain conscious."
"you guys are doing great, but maybe we should change strategy," Lincoln said to them."
"Good idea," Liam said."
"Ha! your Pokémon aren't strong enough to face us," the green haired woman said as a Pokémon that look like a walking palm tree with three coconut heads stood in front of her," exeggutor, use stomp!"
"Whoa, a talking tree," Lana said." cool."
exeggutor then stomped down hard on Pikachu and goomy.
"Pikachu! goomy!" Lincoln exclaimed."
Everyone was shocked seeing that.

A blue bat with a large, gaping mouth then smacked firestorm off of exeggutor.
"Talk about big mouth," Luan said."
"Firestorm! you ok?" Lincoln asked."
"Y-yeah, but why can't I use fire fang? firestorm groaned."
"Once we deal with these guys, we can ask Bill about it," Lincoln reassured."
"You still think you can beat us? that Charmander of yours is far too weak to do anything useful, but we just hate to see anyone who crosses us leave with their Pokémon, so it'll be joining us once we're done with you!" the green haired woman declared."
"Not going to happen!" Lincoln said."
a giant roar was heard everyone saw that it was the giant dragonite, the rockets became terrified upon seeing the massive dragon Pokémon looming over them, an extremely angry look in its eyes.
"Uh oh, its mad," Paula said."
"Uh, chief? maybe we ought to pull out?" one grunt suggested."
"Tsk, do what you want. I'm not leaving here empty handed!" the green haired woman said."
"Talk about stubborn," Francisco said."
firestorm once again attempted to use fire fang, managing to ignite his fangs, only for them to fizzle out.
"You had it that time, you're getting close," Lincoln encouraged."
"Your Charmander has to take in enough oxygen to keep its fangs lit," bill said approaching Lincoln."
"Good advice," Leonard said."
"Enough talk! goldbat leach life!" the green haired woman ordered."
goldbat began swoop down at them.
"flareon, use fire fang on goldbat," Bill said sending out a flareon."
flareon bit down on goldbat with fire fang, sending it down to defeat.
"Now, that's a fire fang," Stella said."
"Charmander, if you can mimic what flareon did, you'll be one step closer to mastering fire fang," Bill said to firestorm."
"Alright firestorm, just try to do what flareon did, and use fire fang on exeggutor!" Lincoln instructed."
"Ok, I'll try," firestorm said as his tail flame burning more intensely than before."
"what's going on with his tail?" Lincoln asked."
"I do believe this must be blaze," Bill replied."
"Blaze?" Lincoln asked."
"Blaze?" Ronnie Anne said."
"it's an ability that all fire type starters commonly have. when they're stamina is almost gone, the power of all fire type moves become much stronger," brock replied."
"That sounds awesome," Carl said."
firestorm took in a deep breath and was able to fully ignite his fangs.
"He's got the form right, now let them have it!" Lincoln said as firestorm charged at exeggutor, finally biting down on the coconut Pokémon, causing an explosion, sending exeggutor skidding back, before it burst into flames."
"He did it," Lana said."
"I... I did it! firestorm cheered as a bright light erupted from his body."
"Is he beginning to evolve already?" Lincoln questioned as firestorm began to grow larger."
in minutes, firestorm had now become a slightly larger lizard Pokémon, now redder than orange, and with a large horn protruding from his head.
"Congratulations Lincoln. your Charmander is now a charmeleon," Bill stated."
"charmeleon. too cool," Lincoln commented pointing his pokedex at his newly evolved Pokémon."
"Way cool!" Winston said."
"Charmeleon, the flame Pokémon, a fire type, and the evolved for of Charmander. tough battles often excite this Pokémon. stronger opponents often make it more aggressive. when this happens, its tail burns a blueish-white color," dexter explained."
"So, he seeks a challenge, nice," Lynn said."
"That's awesome, firestorm! how do you feel?" Lincoln asked."
"Much stronger!" firestorm replied."
"Tsk, alright, retreat! the green haired woman ordered, as she and the others recalled their Pokémon."
"Stop right there! you're all under arrest for attempted Pokémon poaching!" jenny declared."
"We're governed by a power above the law. and you're not even a real cop, you're just an intern. and even if that were the case, your rules would still mean nothing to us," the green haired woman glared at the group, as she and her squad were getting ready to run off, only for a giant fist made of ice to hit the ground, stopping them in their tracks. revealing to be the giant dragonite leaving the squad unconscious." not again."
the green haired woman was being sent off flying in a random direction.
"Welp, she's gone for now," Lance said."
"Wow, I think she's flying further than last time," brock commented."
"Good riddance to bad rubbish. it seems like everywhere we go, team rocket always shows up to cause some kind of trouble," misty observed."
"Almost as if they're following us," Lincoln added."
"More like running into them by coincidence," Lisa said."
"Thanks for helping out bill," joy said to bill."
"Think nothing of it. it's just what friends do," bill said looking up at dragonite, who nodded its head."
jenny was tying up the squad with ropes.
"There, I'll call my aunt and let her know we got some rockets," Jenny said."
"Excellent jenny but for now, it's getting late, and you all have injured Pokémon that need to be treated," Bill said."
"That's true, after they were pushed to a corner," Arturo said."
"Ah, that's right! let's get back to the lighthouse to administer proper treatment," Joy said."
with that, Lincoln and the others recalled their Pokémon (or in Pikachu's case, was lifted into Lincoln's arms), and they made their way back to the lighthouse with the tied up captured rocket members still knocked out.
"Are there any available rooms for us?" misty asked."
"Yes, I do. and I have bunk beds as well, in case I ever had any guest over," Bill replied."
"Oh good," Lincoln said."
"I'll say," Stanley said."
meanwhile, at professor oak's lab,
"And that's the gist of what I want to ask you," professor oak said as he was currently engaged in a videophone conference call with a woman with purple hair, wearing a lab coat and a half-lidded look in her eyes."
"Hello, who's that?" Carl asked."
"She must be a professor," Casey replied."
"Hmm, that's quite a favor to ask of me, Samuel," the woman commented." But, considering how well the American boy your sponsoring is doing well, it couldn't hurt to sponsor his two friends."
"Excellent. I'll send over the study guides as soon as we head up there," professor oak said."

"Man, this whole trip was the best idea ever," he commented."

"Fortunately, hanging out with you guys and our new friends helped me to get over what had happened in cerulean city," Lincoln replied."
"That's good to hear," Rita said." I'm glad he's feeling better."
Lynn felt relieved that he's feeling better.
"I thought we'd find you out here," Lincoln turned to see misty, brock, joy, and jenny." we're getting ready to leave now. we should say goodbye to bill before we head out," misty suggested."
"Right. I was just taking in the sunrise before we leave," Lincoln replied."
""I'm guessing you're feeling better?" brock asked."
"Much better. this was the best decision we've made on our journey yet," Lincoln replied as they neared the entrance to the lighthouse, where Bill was sweeping off the front doorstep."
"Ah, there you all are. I'm guessing you're heading out on the road again?" Bill asked."
"Yeah. thanks for having us as guest, Bill," Lincoln replied."

"By the way, what do you intend to do now that you've succeeded in the meeting the giant dragonite?" joy asked."
"Well, my first is to repair the lighthouse. after that, I intend to try to reach out to it again. despite having only met it last night, I still have so many questions left unanswered," Bill replied."
"Well, at least you're dedicated to solving one of many mysteries of the world. speaking of which, thinking back to what you said last night about being a reincarnation of someone from hisui, could it be possible?" Lincoln asked." because it's still possible that I had an ancestor that traveled the region."
"He's got a point there," Lynn sr. said thinking about lock loud."
"Maybe, maybe not. there are many mysteries in the world, you just had to solve them," Bill replied."
