For reference, this Bowser from the Mario video games. Not the movie version.

Bowser...
The image shows Bowser's Castle, deep in the Dark Land as it cuts to Bowser sitting on his throne with a chaotic grin as his army the Koopa Troop and his various other allies stood in front of him, waiting for him to explain his new plan of conquest.
"It was another day in the Dark Lands for me, my children. and my troops. We were trying to come up with new ideas on how to destroy Mario and his allies and finally conquer the Mushroom Kingdom as I wanted to make its princess my bride. After doing pretty much everything from invading the Mushroom Kingdom to even taking over the universe, we needed something new, something original. What else could we do?"
The image showed Bowser and his army being transported from their world to the world of Middle-Earth.
"That was when it hit me, if conquering the universe didn't cut it maybe conquering other dimensions would. However, me and my children and my army was teleported away to somewhere else. It took us a little bit to realize that we weren't in our own universe anymore. This place was different. Perfect for conquering."
The image then showed Bowser and his forces standing in the way of Sauron and his forces.
"However, someone and his own army beat us to it as we faced the conqueror Sauron and his army. He was the one that brought us here and wanted us to submit to his rule of this dimension."
The image then showed Bowser clashing with Sauron one on one as their forces battled around them.
"We bowed to no one and as such an all-out war between my children, my other allies and my Koopas and Sauron's armies began. Sauon's forces were indeed tough but our experience fighting Mario and his friends and the various threats like Dimentio proved that we can hold our own."
The image then showed Bowser punching Sauron very high into the sky before he then crushed Sauron's ring in his hand, causing the Dark Lord to disappear.
"In the end Kamek really saved the day when he used his magic to hand Sauron's ring to me. At first, I was rather tempted to use it. But thankfully, Jr. managed to snap me out of that obsessive and corrupting power it had on my mind. So, after I punched the guy out the planet's atmosphere, I destroyed the ring, finally ending the war with Sauron for good."
The image then showed Bowser looking down at his new castle in Mount Doom as Sauron's forces kneeled before him as well as his Koopas, and other allies did the same.
"Now that I've defeated that dark wizard, I got what was once his. His fortress. His army. His title."
The image then showed the Fellowship of the Ring being defeated and imprisoned by Bowser's forces as the Koopa King looked on with satisfaction.
Now, I conquered this strange new world. Its defenders didn't stand a chance at stopping me that it almost felt too easy.
The image then showed Bowser's new fortress being teleported throughout the multiverse as various battles were shown in several dimensions.
"Now that I've conquered that world, it was time to move onto the rest of multiverse! Let's see how far King Boo and Kamek's magic can take us. For soon, the multiverse and Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, and all of their friends will soon fall before me! Bowser the Brilliant! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!"
