There was the sound of waves crashing onto a shore as Goliath found himself slowly waking up, growling and rubbing his head. He looked around himself in confusion at what was going on and noted it wasn't even dark.

Goliath also spotted the rest of his clan; Brooklyn lying down next to him unconscious alongside Lexington, Hudson, Angela, and Broadway. But there was no Bronx anywhere, or Elisa.

Soon Brooklyn also woke up, rubbing his own head as well, cringing in pain. "Ugh... G-G'liath? What's goin' on? Where are we?"

The lavender male had no answer to give while standing up, spotting the sun just about to start sinking into the horizon, and his eyes rounded. They were supposed to be in stone but... they are not.

"Get up everybody, we aren't at home anymore!" Goliath shouted, while looking over at the sight of the dense forest jungle ahead of them and hearing strange noises.

Lex winced while trying his best to sit up, gasping from feeling the sand underneath his talons. "Where... the Quarrymen! Last thing I remember; we were surrounded."

Goliath gave a growl, his hands clenching into fists, knowing he would have something to say to Jon Castaway once they figured out how to get off this cursed island, Brooklyn himself rather nervous especially when finding out about himself not being able to turn to stone. "D-Did they insert something into our sleeping drug?" He questioned in fear.

Hudson gazed towards the sun. He had longed to see it but not like this; kidnapped and tossed onto a seemingly uninhabited island with no humans. "It would appear so, since we're able to see the sun lads."

Angela did a small gasp of surprise from this revelation but then looked at the forest too. "But... where did the Quarrymen send us? I don't remember seeing this on nay maps."

However, Goliath didn't really listen while he started to yell. "ELISA! ELISA!" He screamed, making Brooklyn flinch from how distressed his leader was, knowing they were all cooked without her right now. Ever since coming to Manhattan, they had always needed her help and guidance of the modern human world but now they were on their own.

"Bronx isn't here either." Broadway pointed out sadly, looking about for their best friend. "Maybe... he wasn't captured."

Hudson sighed, rubbing his neck. "Let us hope so. But fer now, we gotta find some kind of shelter until we figure things out and contact someone."

Soon the whole clan seemed to agree, beginning to make their trek into the jungle, Brooklyn swallowing lightly from what could lie in these untamed territories. The group pushed their way through the foilage, using their talons to once in a while swipe at ferns or loose branches.

It was rather humid in that jungle, but Goliath didn't let it stop him, since they needed to get to a shelter before it got too dark and regroup.

Near 5:00 pm Brooklyn and his clan continued on their way, all of them rather tired. Broadway's stomach growled, a frown on his face. "I wish I can have home cooking." He said sadly.

Lexington glared, obviously exhausted. "Well, too bad. We're stuck in this cursed place." He hissed, throwing a branch. Angela got in between them. "Please, you two, I know we're all exhausted but I know we'll find something to sleep in."

Brooklyn agreed with her until his ears picked up low huffing and stomping in the bushes, making him freeze. "Guys, halt, I-I think I heard something." He said in a stammered voice, his eyes starting to glow.

The rest of the clan glanced over to where Brooklyn was looking. Goliath felt a strange scent hit his nose. It seemed reptilian, but... bigger somehow.

Soon the rustling grew louder and to the clan's shock; what looked like some kind of duck billed dinosaur emerged slowly from the foliage, giving low grunts while looking for food.

Broadway's jaw dropped as did Brooklyn's. Were they hallucinating or was that a freaking dinosaur? Angela had a hand over her mouth in both awe and fear until there was more thunderous stomping, making them all tense up again.

At that moment a vicious sounding roar echoed and the duck billed dinosaur turned about, squawking, running off but was too late as a large carnivorous dinosaur emerged. Not a T-Rex, but something much worse.

Lexington gulped, having seen pictures of this thing before but this dinosaur was much terrifying in person. "S-Spinosaurus!" He screamed, tail thrashing from his fear, Goliath's eyes glowing alongside Brooklyn and the others.

The Spinosaurus had finished off the duck bill and had heard them, turning about with its predatory looking eyes with a low snarl. Goliath soon spots a cave over further into the woods where hopefully the Spinosaurus won't follow. "Run, run this way! We have to regroup!" He bellowed, causing them all to do so. Hudson was slightly slower because of his age but did his best.

Brooklyn had suddenly tripped while running and looked upward in fright from the Spinosaurus roaring, lunging with her claws, and managing to slash Brooklyn on the side before getting away, making the male flinch up.

Angela looked horrified. "BROOKLYN!" She screamed, having Broadway roar almost as loud as the Spinosaurus, charging forward, Lexington right behind and both of them jumping onto the predator dinosaur.

Spiny snarled trying to snap at the two gargoyles that clung to her back, swishing her tail, and slashing with her claws.

At one point however one of her talons wound up slicing Lexington's lower wing, causing him to also shriek out loud. Broadway bellowed in fury, raising his own talons and scratching the Spinosaurus' nose, making the brute roar, the two gargoyles falling off of her as she ran back into the forest, deciding the gargoyles weren't worth it, yet.

Goliath gasped in horror at the sight of two of his clan members now lying there with blood leaking out of them, running over. Hudson turned Brooklyn over who moaned, holding his side which had a thick scratch. Hudson's ears flattened. "Oh, lad..."

They heard Lexington crying in agony from nearby while Broadway checked him out, spotting a bad rip in his wing. Angela looked about, knowing they had to stop the bleeding from both wounds and then eyed a few big leaves along with some thick looking cobwebs. She ran over to grab them, going over to Brooklyn first since his wound was bleeding rapidly.

Brooklyn looked up weakly, his usual really red face now looking pale, wheezing slightly while Hudson stroked his head, his other hand covered in his blood. "Help is here lad, hold on." He murmured while Angela put the cobwebs on Brooklyn. "I learned this on Avalon once. Something gargoyles did before human bandages came along." She said to Hudson while she wrapped a few leaves around where the cobwebs are before heading over to Lexington.

Lexington writhed a little from trying not to lie down on his broken wing, Broadway attempting to hold him steady. Angela managed to put the cobwebs onto his wing too as eventually, Hudson gave Brooklyn to Goliath who would carry him over to the cave close by up on a ledge.

"We have to get there, or they'll die..." Goliath panted while they clambered up the side of the small cliff, Hudson nodding since they didn't want to lose Brook or Lex on this Oberon forsaken place, whatever it was.

After some difficulty in not knocking their hurt around they finally managed to get into the shelter of the cave, which looked large enough for all of them surprisingly. Angela had snatched up a couple bushes and ferns for Lex and Brooklyn to lie down on for the moment which Brooklyn was grateful for.

Brooklyn felt so dizzy, his blood continuing to leak out of his side while Angela did her best to comfort him. "Lex... is he... ok...?" He slurred, Hudson wincing lightly but did his best to smile. "For now lad, until we find proper medicine for ye both. Somehow..." The brown elder muttered, wondering if there was any human buildings around.

Goliath groaned, having a hard time taking all of this in. They were stuck on an island full of dinosaurs, no communication, and two of the clan slowly losing blood and possibly dying. He sat down against the cave wall while Broadway with his strength and Hudson pulled a large stone near their entrance so they hopefully won't have anymore like the Spinosaurus come in uninvited.

The lavender leader gazed up at the stars through the trees, wondering if somehow Bronx was still safe with Elisa and if Elisa was doing ok. He felt his eyes water slightly, hating the Quarrymen even more than ever for leaving them all vulnerable here and vowing revenge on them should they ever make it back home again, the clan deciding to find some medicine and sewing needles the next day since apparently they couldn't go anywhere tonight, now having to adapt as daytime gargoyles. For now at least.
