Chapter 896: Amanda's Dream: Lady Ace vs Frightstrand return!
(Somewhere in the skies of Royal Woods, Michigan.)
Lady Ace is flying in the skies, and she's been patrolling for a while and she hasn't seen any signs of trouble lately, and her Danger Detector hasn't gone off either, and she's happy that the town is currently at peace, and yet she is concerned about another thing, Frightstrand.
'I don't know that that bitch is hiding, but she better prepares for when I come and find her, because I will make sure she doesn't ever bring harm to anyone ever again! She's too dangerous and psychotic to be even around people!' She then changes course and continues with her usual patrol.
But then Lady Ace stops, when she hears her phone ringing and she sees the text message, and she is shocked and horrified, the text is from Jordan. [HELP! Frightstrand is back! She has Lincoln!] That text message makes her eyes glow with energy, and she puts her phone away and she takes off at great speed to the school.
Lady Ace then uses her telepathy to the Lightbearer to track down her son, and she sees a lock on his biosignature coordinates, and she picks up the pace to go and rescue him from the evil clutches of Frightstrand.
(meanwhile, someplace else.)
In the City, Frightstrand is walking using her tendrils and causing some destruction as she moves around, she tosses away some cars and breaks some stuff, and the people make a run for it and the police can't intervene because this villainess has a hostage, and they know him as Lincoln B. Lewis.
Lincoln continues to struggle and get free, and this makes Frightstrand smirk. "Trying to break free kid? Not gonna work, because you're not going anywhere."
This angers Lincoln and he yells. "What the heck do you even want from me you monster?!"
Frightstrand brings Lincoln closer, and she explains. "I've seen how Lady Ace cares so much about you, ever since the first time to captured you. This is what I want, for Lady Ace to show up so I can play with her some more, and what better way, then to have a hostage of someone whom she cares for a lot."
Frightstrand snickers and laughs, but this angers Lincoln. "You won't win! Lady Ace will stop you, and then she's gonna send your freak face to prison where you belong forever!"
"I'd like to see her try!" laughed Frightstrand, and then she brings Lincoln close to her and she snickers. "You know, you're kinda cute for an annoying white haired kid, and I don't see white haired kids often these days, maybe when I'm done breaking Lady Ace to a pulp, I might just keep you as my pet, or perhaps a villainous little sidekick, or henchman, whichever works."
Lincoln tries to spit at her face, but he misses. "Never in you're stupid life!"
Frightstrand snickers. "Standing up to me and bring brave? Cute, but it won't save you from—"
"Frightstrand!" She then turns around, and she sees her, right there and hovering far from them is Lady Ace, with her eyes and fists glowing in anger. "Let him go now!"
Frightstrand snickers, and she laughs. "Wow. I didn't think you would come, but then again, I wouldn't be surprised, and that means someone tipped you off that this boy was kidnapped by me! So, come on Girl Scout, come and get him!" She turns her hands into darkened claws.
Lady Ace growls and she flies towards Frightstrand with great speed, but she also needed to be careful and she tries to land a punch to Frightstrand, but she ducks and tries to attack Lady Ace, but she blocks this and she head butts Frightstrand, Lady Ace tries to land some more punches, but Frightstrand keeps dodging them.
"You're getting slow and sloppy, Lady Ace!" She's about to strike Lady Ace, but she dodges this but that is a diversion and she's kneed in the gut. "I have gotten stronger!" Frightstrand then uses both fists and punches Lady Ace on the back and she hits the ground.
Lincoln didn't like this and he tries to break free and do something to help. Lady Ace gets back up, and she dodges an incoming sharp tendril and she keeps dodging them and so she does a hand stand and splits her legs and spins, knocking Frightstrand off balance, but she regains herself.
Lady Ace then leaps forward and lands both her feet onto the chin of Frightstrand, and then she knees her in the head, and then she lands some punches to her chest, and stomach. Lady Ace is about to land another punch, but then her arms are grabbed by black tendrils, and then her legs, and she's pinned to the side of a building, and she tries to break free.
Frightstrand wipes away some blood from her mouth, and she snickers and grins. "Oh, now that was one hell of a fight. But unfortunately, I don't have much time left to keep playing, hero. This dance is going to come to an end." She then punches Lady Ace in the stomach, and she groans from the pain.
Frightstrand holds Lady Ace's chin and makes her look to her. "Don't worry about the boy, I'll take good care of him as if he were my own, and make him into my little henchman!" Frightstrand laughs evilly, and this makes Lady Ace furious and her hands are now glowing with energy, and it stings the tendrils and this makes Frightstrand let her go.
Lady Ace lands a knee to the face of Frightstrand, and then she grabs one of the tendrils and she makes an energy sword and she breaks the tendril, and this causes Frightstrand to feel the stinging pain, and she tries to attack Lady Ace, but she grabs one of the tendrils and she cuts it again. Lady Ace then lands a powerful punch to her face, and this causes Frightstrand to let go of Lincoln.
Lady Ace flies in and she grabs the boy and he seem a little startled, but fine. Lady Ace places Lincoln onto the top of a building. "Stay here, I need to take her down." Lady Ace flies back into the fight, and she grabs Frightstrand by her right leg, and she slams her all over the pavement.
Frightstrand uses her tendrils to attack Lady Ace, but she let's go and then she dodges thee tendrils, and she makes energy cards and they blow up and cause damage to the tendrils. Frightstrand leaps towards Lady Ace to attack, but Lady Ace ducks and she punches Frightstrand in the stomach.
Frightstrand tries to scratch at Lady Ace, but her claws are inches to the hair of the superheroine, and Lady Ace grabs the arm and twists it, and she tries her tendrils, but Lady Ace dodges this and she uses her energy sword to slice it off, and then she headbutts Frightstrand, and kicks her knees, and then she slices off two more tendrils.
Frightstrand then punches Lady Ace on the face, and she kicks her away, but Lady Ace lands on her feet, and is ready to charge at her. Frightstrand uses her tendrils to grab a truck and toss it to Lady Ace, but she cuts it in half with her sword, and she dashes forward and she lands so many punches onto Frightstrand.
Frightstrand turns her hands into large black axes, which surprises Lady Ace, and she makes a shield of energy to block the attacks, and then Lady Ace turns her right foot into an energy boot and she kicks Frightstrand in the groin causing her to stop attacking, and then Lady Ace claps the ears of Frightstrand, stunning her in place.
Lady Ace grabs her foe by the face, and she punches her into the air, Lady Ace takes to the skies, and she raises her right leg up and lands a powerful kick to Frightstrand sending her back to the ground, but Lady Ace follows down fast with both her fists, and she connects them to Frightstrand's back and they make impact onto the ground.
Lady Ace walks away from the crater, and dragging with her a badly injured Frightstrand, and she throws her to a car, and she grabs the other tendrils and she slices them off, and this makes Frightstrand scream in pain, but then Lady Ace kicks her in the face, and now Frightstrand is crawling on all fours. Lady Ace scoffs. "You called me sloppy and slow? You are so wrong, because I have gotten stronger!"
Lady Ace goes over, and places her foot to the head of Frightstrand, and she looks down to her sternly. "You lost, I won. Stand down now Frightstrand, or be put down for good!" Lady Ace's hands glow, and a sword is formed, and seeing no other way to fight her, Frightstrand stands down, she knows she can't win, since all of her tendrils are cut off, and her hair is now short.
The police show up, and with a heavily armored prison truck and seeing Frightstrand without her tendrils means, she's weak and can be handcuffed, and they take her away.
Frightstrand growls and she yells. "This shit ain't over, you and me will fight again and I will win! I will get my revenge, and I will destroy you Lady Ace, in any way I can possible!" She laughs evilly, but then she is grabbed by Lady Ace by the neck.
Lady Ace scoffs. "In you're dreams, so be a good little villain and just deal out already!" She punches Frightstrand in the face, and she is sent into the prison truck and Frightstrand is now unconscious, and the police all clap at what she did, this ain't the first time she punched a perp into the vehicle and when she does it, it is impressive.
Lady Ace then flies off, but she goes towards the building where Lincoln is, and he's still there. "Are you alright, kiddo?" Lincoln races over and he hugs his mother, and so she hugs him back and she kisses his forehead, and she can feel him shivering, and she can hear her son whimpering. "It's alright now everything is Ace-Okay again, and that monster is defeated, and she will never ever come back and harm us again."
Lady Ace sees nobody looking, and so she carries her son, and they fly back home.
(Back to reality.)
Amanda wakes up and she looks around, she sees Michelle is still asleep and this makes her smile, and then she recollects the dream and she smirks. 'She did it. Lady Ace did it, she took her down and now Frightstrand is defeated, but I don't even know if she will come back, because villains tend to do that.'
'Now, all I gotta do is wait for when my hero counterpart from the other world comes to visit, and then I can ask her some questions about, some stuff, and perhaps whatever foes she's been facing lately.'
A/N: She did it, Lady Ace defeated Frightstrand and gave her the beating of a lifetime, and they're at peace… For now. I hope you all enjoyed reading this new chapter guys.
