"You are wishing to do what now?" Kohga asked, staring at Link.

Link kicked out one leg as he responded, smirking. 'She wants to create new treaties between you and the Hylian kingdom. At least once you work out the treaty with Urbosa.'He shifted. 'She really wants all the access that such a treaty would allow her to get copies of.'

Kohga groaned. He put a hand over his mask, rubbing at the blankness. "I hate ta say it but to get access to some of the books, she'd have to marry a Gerudo or a Yiga clan member," he said. "What I can do is write out a list of what she can access once we have the treaty and find the old ones that we had with the Hylian Kingdom once upon a time," he finally stated.

Link tilted his head and blinked slowly at the smugness that came from Sooga before he shrugged one shoulder.

'She wouldn't marry someone if she thought for an instant that the person she married would be miserable in the marriage. She loves her knowledge, but not enough to hurt another,' Link admitted, standing up to stretch as he looked out of the thin window. He checked the sun's position. 'As it is, we need to leave for Hyrule before we head back to the Rito Village to talk with them about what is going on. You will be there though?'he asked.

"Of course we will," Sooga promised. "We have already received the acceptance for the entry into the village to speak with certain warriors in private," he said. He watched as Link's lips thinned out. "Tell me, what is his issue?"

Link hesitated for just a moment before he sighed. 'In the original timeline, he did not like me. He respected Princess Zelda for the simple fact that she was smart and gentle with hidden power. But due to her dislike of me, he decided that I wasn't worthy of his so-called respect. Never mind that I treated him with the respect due to a warrior,'he told them. 'It was not a good relationship between us. And in turn he held himself away from the rest of the champions. I fear that it would have hurt us all if he does it again. We need to be cohesive. The Goddess was right about that.'

"Do you think that he'll need to be reminded about this?" Kohga asked, Link wiggling his hand in a 'maybe' motion. "Do not worry so much then. One of us will remind 'em if needed," he promised. Link titled his head in silent question. "From what you've told us, I was a lot like him when I was younger. Arrogant and prideful of my abilities. Full of ego even if I could back it up. I didn't give that up until my old master kicked my ass around every single day for three months. Then I decided to not be so prideful and hide what I know. There's a reason why I act the way I do. It's ta remind myself of the path I need ta keep to."

Link stared at him before smiling and nodding his head. He looked out the window of the tent that they had tucked out of the way. 'Did you know that they keep saying that I would make a good match for their King?' he asked.

Kohga snorted as Sooga rocked on his feet, both men having an idea of just what Link was saying. "Do they?" Kohga asked.

Link hummed and turned from the window. 'Yes, they do. But really? There's just too much history between us for that to work. Between the lives that we have lived, that to this day bleed into this one, and my own status as Zelda's personal guard? I don't think we could be anything but friends. Maybe with benefits if we needed something like that,'he told them, giving them an amused look. 'I suppose that all I can do for now is see where things go in the long run.'With that said, he left the tent and went to find Zelda to drag her away from her copies of the books that she had brought with her to take some time and read.

Several of the older Yiga clan members had been set to work by Sooga on creating copies of books that anyone could get their hands at and sending them to the castle. They had picked up quite a few on their way to the Rito village so that she had new things to read while traveling.

Sooga coughed as soon as Link was out of earshot, Kohga groaning as he slumped in his seat. He had lost a considerable amount of weight and the way he moved showed this improvement. "If I didn't know better, I'd say that he's a damn tease," Kohga groaned, rubbing at his face under his mask.

Sooga snorted, crossing his arms. "Either he is a very good subtle flirter, or he does not know what he is doing. Not truly. Though, it's likely that he's a combination," he said, slumping into place. "This entire thing will be...I want to say interesting to say the least. Especially since he will end up bundled up again in the Rito Village."

"Most likely," Kohga grunted. "He does look good in the Gerudo clothes, gotta admit to that," he said as he stood and stretched. "We'll work it out though. See how things go. He is right. He and Lord Ganondorf have just too much history through all of the lives that bleed through. Especially since the man probably remembers them all."

"Yes, you are right. Link would be correct. He and our King would not be a good match in this life. Not like the way most people would want. I believe that our Lord would feel horrible that he had hurt both Link and Zelda so much through their many lives and that would end up bleeding into everything," Sooga stated. He watched his lover stand and head for the small bathroom that they had set up, following him.

Once they were in the small bathroom, something that the Yiga clan had perfected when they traveled for long periods of time, they made sure that the seals were placed around the room to protect their privacy. Pulling off their masks, they set them down onto a small table that could be folded down into a thin stick. Sooga poured some juice for them and handed his lover a glass as Kohga gathered his thoughts, using another seal to pull water.

"I think that I will need to speak with Ganondorf tonight if I can connect with him," he finally said after he picked up his juice and sipped it. "He does need to know that we are working to help him. I do think that Astor guy can only really see what that little Guardian of his knows."

"More than likely," Sooga agreed, frowning down at his cup. "I do fear for our people too." He looked at his lover as he set up a small fire to heat the water in the tub. "I fear that he plans on using them in any way that he could possibly use them for his own gains. Including as sacrifices."

"Yeah, you might be right about that," Kohga grunted. "I'll have one of the Hidden Eyes go ahead and stalk 'em for a time. We need to know what he plans."

"Make sure that they can hide from that Guardian of his," Sooga suggested. "I would think that Ninsa will be the best for this mission."

Kohga shivered at the thought of Ninsa.

He knew that her mother had been the same, protecting his father and then him when the bitch had taken over the Yiga clan after he had gotten sick. At the time, Kohga had been much too young to take over and it had taken him time to get himself straightened out mentally and physically. She had used him in any way possible that she thought she could get away with doing so to help keep control of the clan.

Ninsa had been the one to take him after his mentor had straightened him out and helped him figure out his mask. After he had taken control of the Yiga finally, he had found Sooga soon after and the man had become one of his strongest protectors along with her. Not to mention he had become his best friend and lover.

"Yeah, she would be," Kohga finally sighed, nodding his head and looking over his shoulder when a long, lean woman dropped down behind him. Her back was turned to them to protect their privacy. "Speak of the scary woman and she shall appear."

"I was just waiting for you to admit that you would need me," she said, her voice a rasp. Kohga felt a little pang, remembering how he had held a cloth to her throat after it had been split, one last bit of revenge by the bitch before she had left their home. Ninsa rolled her shoulders, most likely knowing what he was thinking, and making him blush. He knew a reprimand when he saw one.

"Yes. Now, keep in mind, you need to be careful doing this. We can't allow him to discover what is going on with everything," Kohga stated, Ninsa nodding once. "Watch Astor. Find out whatever you can about him. Do whatever you feel you need to do but do not debase yourself."

Ninsa smirked under her mask, shifting her stance. "It will be a pleasure," she purred. She had wanted to get her hands on the seer since he had found them and she still wanted to get her hands on him. "Do not think that anything I do that is against another to be real, my lord," she warned before she disappeared.

Sooga snorted, shaking his head. "She's going to go fuck him stupid, and while he drools after too much sex, drag all the information out of him that she can."

Kohga shivered and turned back to the bath, swishing the water around. "I swear that she scares the bananas out of me," he stated. "But as long as she has fun and stays out of trouble, I'm not stopping her."
