First chapter for the Gravity Loud shorts! I will be making a couple of extra shorts for the others as well. Also, give me suggestions and I might make one up based on what you said. The idea of doing this came from Bloodyninja88, so thanks for that.

6/14/23: Instead of script format, I'm writing this story like I normally do with my other stories. Just in case any of you are reading ahead, and notice I haven't changed anything yet.

Dipper & Lincoln's Guide to the Unexplained: Candy Monster

The camera turned on, and it showed Lucas in his, Lincoln, Leia and Luna's room. Dipper was holding a basket of chicken strips.

"Well that concludes Gravity Falls anomaly #13, the Mobius chicken strip. It's infinitely delicious." He concluded, and then ate it.

"Hey bro. Can you hook me up with one?" Luna asked offscreen.

"Oh sure Lune's, he-"

Before he could, something ran past he camera, which caused it to fall down.

"Whoa, hey! What the—"

"Ah dude! What is that?!" Luna yelped in shock and disgust.

Dipper then picked up the camera, and to Mabel, who was in her bed asleep, which was at the bottom bunk.

"Mabel, wake up!"

"Never, let me sleep forever."Mabel grumbled, trying to sleep.

"Some creature just jumped out of nowhere! It's eating our leftover Summerween candy!"

That woke his twin up," What?!" She said in shock.

Dipper faced the camera at the monster, who was sitting in a tire eating the candy. The creature looked like a small, hairy, tanned humanoid thing. It had eyes, a mouth, and short stubby arms and legs."

"Ew, it's like a… naked little man." Mabel said.

"Did Lisa create a new experiment that got loose?" Luna asked aloud.

"Okay, this is Dipper and Lincoln's Guide To The Unexplained #76 uh… That Thing." Dipper said, as he held out a new title card.

The camera went to static for a second, and then it showed Dipper and Lynn. Dipper was wearing various stuff animals, and had a golf club bag with clubs on his back. While Lynn wore sports gear, and was holding a bat.

"Okay, after waking up Lynn and getting suited up. We're both ready to capture the thing for science, mainly for Lisa. Also Lincoln was in the bathroom when this happened, and I got him up to speed, and he's covering the entrance.

"I'm ready!" Lincoln said off-screen.

"And for candy!" Mabel said.

"Can we get this over with?" Lynn asked.

"Get this on tape in case we die or whatever." Dipper said.

Lynn blinked, and said," Uh, wait what?"

Luna, who was holding the camera, showed both Dipper and Lynn approaching the monster. Dipper moved candy, and it tried to grab some, and Dipper tried to catch it with a trash can. The monster dodged, and then climbed up the wall, with Lynn trying to hit it with a bat.

"Die Mutant! Die!" Mabel called as she threw a squeaky toy at it, but she didn't throw it hard enough, and it hit her in the face.

Lincoln, who was at the doorway, was throwing some stuff as well, but stopped when he heard footsteps.

Lori came from the hallway, looking mad, and said," What the heck is on here?! I'm literally trying to-"

"Lori watch out!" Lincoln said as he looked up, and dove away.

Lori was confused for a moment, but then screamed when the monster landed on her face. She tried to pull it off, and ended up running around, and found herself going down the stairs. This led to the others going after them.

"Save the candy! And Lori!" Mabel called.

Lynn was laughing, and managed to say," O-oh man! I hope we got that on tape! That was hilarious!"

They found Lori in the living room; she was rocking back and forth in a fetal position. She was slightly shaking, and had a freaked out look.

"Lori, where is it? Where did it go?" Lincoln asked.

Before Lori could answer, the monster dropped from the ceiling, and looked at everyone, while also shoveling candy into its mouth. This caused both siblings to scream in fright, with Lori jumping behind the chair.

"I got it!" Lynn said.

She swung the bat with all her might, but the creature dodged, and she ended up hitting Lincoln in the gut. Lincoln groaned in pain, and fell to the ground, while holding his stomach.

Lynn winced, chuckled nervously, and said," Uh… hehe, sorry Linc."

The camera fizzled out again, and it showed Dipper, Lynn and Mabel in the kitchen. The monster was on top of the fridge, still eating candy.

"Get down here you hairy freak!" Lynn said as she threw a baseball at it, which caused the monster to throw candy at them.

"He's wasting candy! Guys, one of you open your mouth! Try to catch candy in your mouth!" Mabel said.

Lucas gave his twin an incredulous look, and said," What? No, why would I-"

Before he could finish, the monster threw candy at Dipper, and he caught it in his mouth.

"Huh, that was actually pretty good-"

Before he could finish, a big candy bar hit him. The monster then took off again, with Luna and Lynn trying to hit it, but they soon gave chase. They found themselves running back into the living room, where the rest of the siblings, who had woken up due to the commotion. They all ran away, and monster stepped on the TV remote, and turned the TV on. The monster then stopped what it was doing and watched what it was on.

"Huh, little dude got hypno'd by the TV." Luna said.

Dipper laughed, and said," Ha! And he dropped the candy. What a little dummy. Glued to the… hey love this movie." Dipper said as he was caught at what was on.

The camera went to static again, and it showed everyone watching TV, while also eating candy. The monster, who was now named Bolem by Lincoln and Dipper after a creature from one of their favorite movies, King of the Rings. Lisa was watching it, and writing stuff down on a notebook.

"Subject has eaten vast quantities of food. No sign of stopping. Interesting." She said.

Lincoln looked at it, and said," So, what should we do about Bolem?"

"Candy now. Bolem later." Mabel said.

Soos then walks past the group but stops, and noticed Bolem.

"Oh, hey guys, hey Grunkle Stan."

Dipper then looked at the camera, and said," Well, that's it for Dipper and Lincoln's guide to the Unexplained."

"Next episode we'll probably figure out a way with getting rid of Bolem." Lincoln finished.

"Psst! Stan, what are they talking about?" Soos asked Bolem.
