Ulrich362: Well, things are getting a bit more interesting to say the least right Bopdog?

bopdog111: Yup. Pegasus now knows who Mitsuru is, and is interested why she's there.

Ulrich362: Very true, though given her relationship with Mokuba Pegasus might have an idea as to why she's here on his island.

bopdog111: Until then we're onto two matches here. No one off-screen one this time too. With a manga character.

Ulrich362: Well... a manga counterpart... the character is also in the anime just portrayed differently.

bopdog111: So which of the two are we doing first?

Ulrich362: Let's go with Yugi's duel first.

bopdog111: Gotcha. Time to let the fishes swim.

Ulrich362: Exactly, enjoy the chapter.

GROWL!

"Ah man... I'm starving... where's a burger joint when you need one?"

It sounded like Yugi, and his friends are walking around the island to try finding opponents. But right now despite his victory over Mai, Joey looked to be pitiful a hand on his gut that's growling from lack of food for the last few hours. It's starting to annoy Tea as they walked around.

"You should have prepared if you knew we'd be on an island." Tea frowned.

"Well how was I suppose to know, to pack up snacks?"

"Maybe because this will take a few days?" Tristan asked annoyed before his gut started growling. "Oh you got me to do it too... thanks a lot."

"Ah shaddup Tristan." Joey glared before he paused sniffing the air.

"What are you doing?" Tea asked him.

"Don't you all smell that?" Joey asked.

"Smell what?" Yugi asked as Tristan inhaled.

"Yeah, I smell it too… it smells good." he smiled.

So they both ran together over to where the scent is coming from.

"Huh? Hey you guys!" Yugi cried as he and Tea ran after them.

Arriving at a area that looks like the edge of the island with a rock terrain they looked around. They Joey notices the eye of the prize; a fish being cooked over a spit over a fire.

"Oh man, jackpot!" he grinned.

"Hey Joey, that isn't yours... that belongs to someone on the island!" Yugi argued.

"No one's here right now, and besides there are plenty more for them to catch!" Joey, and Tristan started to run towards the fish with starving grins over at the Brooklyn Boy's words.

Tea frowned as Yugi's stomach growled.

"Well... I guess they're right, and there is nobody nearby, maybe they already had their fish?" he suggested.

"Yugi not you two..."

"STAY AWAY!" a sudden voice called as something shot to Joey, and Tristan passing them embedded to the ground. Slowly turning they see wooden stakes acting as spears.

Yugi's eyes were wide as the spear had hit right between his feet.

"Wha-what's that?"

Something walked up with waves on him as they turned. They see a tanned man with brown hair, and a headband wearing a blue outfit. Over his shoulder is a longer spear with several fish attached. Joey and Tristan screamed seeing him only for Yugi to blink. "Wait a second, you're Mako Tsunami the ocean duelist."

"Yup that's me. The fisherman of duelists." the man, Mako confirmed as he walked to the fire. "Now what do you all think your doing trying to steal my catch?"

"We didn't know it was yours, honest." Joey apologized.

"We're really sorry Mako, we just didn't have any food and smelled your amazing fish." Yugi apologized politely.

"Ah, so your hungry? Well I caught more, then I need." Mako shrugged over. "I'll start doing these others right away for you all."

"You really don't mind? Thank you so much." Tea smiled.

After a few minutes Mako was done handing fishes attached to spears for them to dine. Joey took a bite before tears formed in his eyes. "Oh... so good."

"Oh yeah." Tristan said with the same tears after his first bite.

"It's really good." Tea agreed as Yugi smiled.

"It's all thanks to the sea for these catches." Mako grinned over before turning to Yugi, "And am I correct to assume your Yugi Muto?"

"Yeah, that's right." Yugi nodded.

"I heard about your victory against Weevil." Mako admitted over to him. "Being third place against him, and Rex, I decided I would beat them in the tournament but then I heard you beat him. And without using Exodia that he nearly destroyed."

"Weevil was a lying little sneak, he deserved to lose." Tea frowned.

"Well you won't find me, and Rex so weaker then him." Mako said over standing up. "So I think, if I beat you, I can win this tournament no trouble."

Yugi's eyes widened in shock. "Well ok Mako."

The Millennium Puzzle began to glow as Yugi transformed into his more mature appearance.

"Field Spell: Umi activate." the computer said as the field turned.

Umi

Field Spell Card

All Fish, Sea Serpent, Thunder, and Aqua monsters on the field gain 200 ATK/DEF, also all Machine and Pyro monsters on the field lose 200 ATK/DEF.

"Before we start Yugi, I need to make sure you remember something." Mako said to him who blinked. "I'm sure Pegasus said back that some of the fields have extra effects?"

"Yes, I remember." Yugi nodded.

"Well this field Umi is one of them." Mako explained over to him as they readied. "Otherside from giving Fish, Aqua, Thunder, and Sea Serpents 200 points, it also lowers the points of every Pyro, and Machine by the same amount."

Yugi nodded. "Alright, that's fine with me."

They readied over.

"DUEL!"

(Dueling Theme: Hero by Skillet)

Yugi: 4000

Hand: 5

Field: Nothing

Mako: 4000

Hand: 5

Field: Nothing

Let the duel commence!

"So who's first?" Mako asked Yugi.

"You can have the first move Mako." Yugi offered.

"Careful Yuge, I have a bad feeling about this." Joey frowned.

Mako 1st Turn:

"First I start with Fish Sonar." Mako activates a spell.

Fish Sonar

Normal Spell Card

Add 1 Level 7 or lower monster from your Deck to your hand, that mentions "Umi", or is a WATER Normal Monster, then if "Umi" is on the field, you can Special Summon 1 WATER Normal Monster from your Deck. You can only activate 1 "Fish Sonar" per turn.

"This spell has a couple of effects. First I take 1 Level 7 or lower monster that mentions Umi or a WATER Normal Monster to my hand." Mako added a card. "And if Umi's on the field, I can summon a WATER Normal Monster from my Deck."

"I see, and the field is Umi." Yugi nodded. "A strong start Mako."

"So after I add a card, I summon this card." Mako places a card. "Kairyu-Shin!" Raising was a large blue serpentine monster with fangs as teeth growling.

(Attack Position)

Kairyu-Shin

WATER

Level 5

Sea Serpent/Normal

ATK: 1800

DEF: 1500

A sea dragon known as the King of the Ocean, it attacks its enemies with huge tidal waves.

Kairyu-Shin: (ATK: 1800 + 200 = 2000/DEF: 1500 + 200 = 1700)

"2000 points already?" Joey asked in disbelief.

"This isn't good." Tea frowned.

"Don't worry he's not what you should worry about." Mako grinned as Kairyu-Shin lowered down being Tributed for a Tribute Summon.

Yugi frowned seeing that.

"The Large Ocean! The ultimate playground for Fishermen around the world! The catch of the day is the result of the greatest Fisherman! Tribute Summon!" Mako places a card. "Come on, The Legendary Fisherman!"

Raising up was a tanned muscled man with long spiky blue hair wearing a green sash, and holding a spear while riding a shark.

(Attack Position)

The Legendary Fisherman

WATER

Level 5

Warrior/Effect

ATK: 1850

DEF: 1600

While "Umi" is on the field, this card is unaffected by Spell effects and cannot be targeted for attacks, but does not prevent your opponent from attacking you directly.

"What the, that monster is weaker." Joey pointed out.

"It's stronger then you think." Mako grinned over. "Due to it's effect, as long as Umi's in play, the Legendary Fisherman cannot be affected to spells or be the target for your attacks. However you can attack me directly." Yugi narrowed his eyes suspicious if Mako is willing to risk himself for an attack to keep his monster safe. "That be all however. I end my turn." Mako sets two cards to finish for now.

Mako's Hand: 2/Field: The Legendary Fisherman (Attack Position), Two Set Cards

Yugi 1st Turn:

Yugi drew his card before looking. 'I don't know what Mako's up to, so I should play it safe for now.' "I'll set two of my own cards facedown and place one monster in defense position. That's all for now."

Yugi's Hand: 3/Field: One Set Monster, Two Set Cards

Yugi: 4000

Hand: 3

Field: One Set Monster, Two Set Cards

Mako: 4000

Hand: 2

Field: The Legendary Fisherman (Attack Position), Two Set Cards

Mako 2nd Turn:

"Done already? Very well." Mako drew checking over. "And I think I'll start with another spell. Sea Stealth II!"

(face-up)

Sea Stealth II

Continuous Spell Card

This card's name becomes "Umi" while on the field or in the GY. Your opponent cannot target WATER monsters you control with non-WATER monster effects. At the start of the Battle Phase: You can Special Summon from your hand or GY, 1 monster that mentions "Umi", or 1 WATER Normal Monster, in Defense Position, but destroy it at the end of the Battle Phase. You can only use this effect of "Sea Stealth II" once per turn.

"As long as it's in play, your monsters that aren't WATER cannot target WATER monsters on my field with there effects!"

"Wait so his Fisherman can't be effected to spells, can't be attacked, and now can't be targeted by Yugi's monsters?" Tristan asked hearing that.

"That's too much defense it's invincible!" Joey said in shock.

"Yugi can still win." Tea told them.

"Next I summon Mermaid Knight!" Mako said as a mermaid holding a sword, and shield rose up.

(Attack Position)

Mermaid Knight

WATER

While "Umi" is face-up on the field, this card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.

Mermaid Knight: (ATK: 1500 + 200 = 1700/DEF: 700 + 200 = 900)

Yugi frowned seeing that.

"Alright Fisherman start us off!" Fisherman charged in throwing his spear at Yugi's face-down.

It was revealed to be a blue-skinned woman with blonde hair wearing a green dress.

(Defense Position)

Mystical Elf

LIGHT

Level 4

ATK: 800

DEF: 2000

She conjured a barrier which blocked the attack.

"Hn, not bad. That shield won't last long." Mako said over with a grin ending his turn.

Mako's Hand: 1/Field: The Legendary Fisherman (Attack Position), Mermaid Knight (Attack Position/ATK: 1700/DEF: 900), Sea Stealth II (face-up), Two Set Cards

Yugi 2nd Turn:

Yugi drew his card and looked at his hand. "Alright, I sacrifice my Mystical Elf in order to summon my Summoned Skull!" Mystical Elf was replaced by a Fiend.

(Attack Position)

Summoned Skull

DARK

Level 6

Fiend/Normal

ATK: 2500

DEF: 1200

A fiend with dark powers for confusing the enemy. Among the Fiend-Type monsters, this monster boasts considerable force.

(This card is always treated as an "Archfiend" card.)

"Attack Mermaid Knight with Lightning Strike!"

Summoned Skull roared firing a lightning strike as Mako activated his face-down. "I activate Tornado Wall!"

(face-up)

Tornado Wall

Continuous Trap Card

Activate only if "Umi" is on the field. While "Umi" is on the field, you take no battle damage. If "Umi" is not on the field, destroy this card.

The lightning strike hit Mermaid Knight destroying it but tornados built in front of Mako shielding him from the damage.

"What now?" Tristan groaned.

"Tornado Wall." the wall faded as Mako grinned. "As long as it's in play, I don't take any battle damage!"

Yugi frowned hearing that.

Meanwhile in Kaiba's underground room...

Kaiba was typing in things from his computer to see what he can do, and what's the status with Duelist Kingdom right now. Even keeping an eye out for Mitsuru if Mokuba's message managed to go through. Mitsuru... he haven't thought of her in a long time. Last he heard, Mitsuru's father Takeharu had passed away with unknown circumstances. He suspects it's Shadow Activity, and one of his scientist reported the Dark Hour is no longer an issue. This does confuse him but he suspects Mitsuru's onto it. For now, he has to focus on what he's doing now.

"We need to make sure they're both still competing." Kaiba mentioned to the robotic computer voice as he was looking. "Run a check for any active duels on Duelist Kingdom Island."

"Of course, Mr. Kaiba." the computer scanned over some before it began listing over some matches.

Kaiba was looking before his eyes narrowed. "Yugi... enter that duel."

At that it hacked a camera allowing Kaiba to see the ongoing match between Yugi, and Mako as it displayed the current Duel Field beside the video.

Kaiba frowned. "It looks like Yugi's in trouble and... what the?"

A rabbit suddenly appeared on the screen.

"No no no... no no no..." the rabbit giggled.

"Pegasus!"

At that exact moment in Duelist Kingdom...

Pegasus was chuckling as his eye was glowing. "It's rude to spy on other people's business Seto Kaiba."

He chuckled and took a sip of wine.

"Should we pursuit him right away?" Kemo asked him.

"No, let him have his fun... he isn't a concern." Pegasus smirked.

"Yes sir." Kemo bowed.

Back at the Duel...

Joey shuddered suddenly which confuses Tristan. "What?"

"I could've sworn, I felt moneybags just now..." Joey admitted over.

"You're imagining it Joey, he's not here." Tristan told him.

Yugi however frowned slightly. "I end my turn."

Yugi's Hand: 3/Field: Summoned Skull (Attack Position), Two Set Cards

Yugi: 4000

Hand: 3

Field: Summoned Skull (Attack Position), Two Set Cards

Mako: 3850

Hand: 1

Field: The Legendary Fisherman (Attack Position), Sea Stealth II (face-up), Tornado Wall (face-up), One Set Card

Mako 3rd Turn:

"My turn now! Draw!" Mako drew checking, and grinned. "And I'll start by sacrificing Legendary Fisherman!" The monster glowed as it lowered down.

"Another Tribute Summon?" Yugi frowned.

"Fisherman's Warf! That is the ocean of the ultimate catches! The most memorable catches are often made by those willing to go beyond! Tribute Summon! Surfs up, The Legendary Fisherman II!"

Raising up was a monster identical to the other Legendary Fisherman but this one has marks, and holds a harpoon gun.

(Attack Position)

The Legendary Fisherman II

WATER

Level 5

Warrior/Effect

ATK: 2200

DEF: 1800

This card's name becomes "The Legendary Fisherman" while on the field or in the GY. While "Umi" is on the field, this card is unaffected by other monsters' effects. If this face-up card is destroyed by battle, or leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect while its owner controls it: You can add 1 Level 7 WATER monster from your Deck to your hand.

"Not good." Joey frowned.

"And now Fisherman II charge in at Summoned Skull!" Mako called as Fisherman II readied as the shark swam while Fisherman II aimed at Summoned Skull.

"Huh, but Yugi's monster has more attack points." Tea pointed out.

"Attack points won't matter. Cause of the trap card, Sea Stealth Attack!" Mako revealed another trap.

(face-up)

Sea Stealth Attack

Continuous Trap Card

When this card is activated: You can activate 1 "Umi" from your hand or GY. While "Umi" is on the field, this face-up card gains these effects.
● Once per turn: You can banish 1 WATER monster you control until the End Phase; this turn, face-up Spells/Traps you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects (even if this card leaves the field).
● At the start of the Damage Step, if your WATER monster whose original Level is 5 or higher battles an opponent's monster: Destroy that opponent's monster.

"As Umi is on the field this card gains 2 effects. One of which is if a WATER Monster on my field that's originally 5 or higher battles your monster then before damage calculation your monster is destroyed!" Mako revealed over what his goal was.

Yugi's eyes widened as the Legendary Fisherman II destroyed Summoned Skull with his harpoon.

"That be all for now." Mako grinned over.

Mako's Hand: 1/Field: The Legendary Fisherman (Attack Position), Sea Stealth II (face-up), Tornado Wall (face-up), Sea Stealth Attack (face-up)

Yugi 3rd Turn:

Yugi drew his card only to frown before pausing as his eyes widened. "I set one monster and end my turn."

Yugi's Hand: 3/Field: One Set Monster, Two Set Cards

Yugi: 4000

Hand: 3

Field: One Set Monster, Two Set Cards

Mako: 3850

Hand: 1

Field: The Legendary Fisherman (Attack Position), Sea Stealth II (face-up), Tornado Wall (face-up), Sea Stealth Attack (face-up)

Mako 4th Turn:

"Nothing else huh? Don't blame you!" Mako drew as he checked over. "Against this, you can't really do anything here! Fisherman II attack!" The Fisherman charged in at Yugi's face-down.

"Once Yugi's monster is gone he'll be completely defenseless!" Tea called in shock.

"Yuge!" Joey, and Tristan called together.

"I activate my trap Mirror Force!" Yugi called.

Mirror Force

Normal Trap Card

When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Destroy all your opponent's Attack Position monsters.

The trap appeared as a barrier appeared which made Mako blink seeing it.

"When you attack this trap destroys every monster you have in attack position." Yugi revealed.

"Hey I don't get it didn't Mako's monsters can't be affected or targeted?" Joey asked confused what this is.

"Yes but only on certain cards." the boys turned to Tea who explained. "Mako's monster Fisherman II can't be affected to monsters while it's previous form can be immune to spells. And Sea Stealth II can prevent monsters that aren't WATER from targeting Mako's WATER monsters. However Mirror Force is the only one out of those cards those two can't protect themselves against."

"I get it now!" Tristan soon realizes what she means. "None of Mako's cards are prepared against Trap Cards so Mirror Force can break through!"

"That's Yugi for ya!"

With that cheer from Joey the barrier blasted off on Fisherman II as it groaned before shattering while Mako grunted over raising an arm. "Clever Yugi however even if you managed to destroy Fisherman II it has one last effect!"

"Another effect?" Yugi questioned.

"When it's destroyed I take 1 Level 7 WATER monster from my Deck to my hand." Mako explained as he adds a card showing another Fisherman card that's different then the previous two.

Yugi frowned seeing that.

"Come on, how many Fishermen does this guy have?" Joey frowned.

"However, I can't do anything for this turn here." Mako said over to Yugi. "So this turn's yours. However if you want to beat me you need to get rid of Tornado Wall first!"

Mako's Hand: 3/Field: Sea Stealth II (face-up), Tornado Wall (face-up), Sea Stealth Attack (face-up)

Yugi 4th Turn:

"Alright Mako if you insist." Yugi mentioned drawing only to smile. "I play the spell Dark Magical Circle!"

(face-up)

Dark Magical Circle

Continuous Spell Card

When this card is activated: Look at the top 3 cards of your Deck, then you can reveal 1 of them that is "Dark Magician" or a Spell/Trap that mentions "Dark Magician", and add it to your hand, also place the remaining cards on top of your Deck in any order. If "Dark Magician" is Normal or Special Summoned to your field (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 card your opponent controls; banish it. You can only use each effect of "Dark Magical Circle" once per turn.

"When I use this spell I can check the top three cards of my deck and add Dark Magician or any spell or trap that names him to my hand."

Drawing his cards Yugi smiled. "I'll add my Dark Magician to my hand!"

He shows his signature card to Mako who nodded seeing it.

"Now, I'll activate the spell card Chaos Form!" Yugi continued.

Chaos Form

Ritual Spell Card

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Chaos" or "Black Luster Soldier" Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field and/or banish "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" or "Dark Magician" from your GY, whose total Levels exactly equal the Level of the "Chaos" or "Black Luster Soldier" Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon.

"I sacrifice my Dark Magician in my hand, in order to Ritual Summon my Magician of Chaos in attack position!"

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Chaos Form". This card's name becomes "Dark Magician" while on the field or in the GY. If this Ritual Summoned card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Chaos" or "Black Luster Soldier" Ritual Monster from your hand, except "Magician of Chaos", ignoring its Summoning conditions.

His Ritual he had used on Weevil rose up readying on the field with a grin.

"Huh Ritual. Thought I was the only one still using it." Mako admitted with a slight grin at this challenge. "So what does it do, Yugi?"

"I'm glad you asked Mako, my Dark Magical Circle activates, when Dark Magician is summoned I can banish one card you control, like your Tornado Wall trap card." Yugi explained. "Then since a spell effect is activated my Magician of Chaos can destroy your Sea Stealth II!"

"Hang on you don't have Dark Magician!" Mako argued over from that only to see the spell's effect is activating. "Huh?"

"My Magician of Chaos is treated as Dark Magician." Yugi explained.

The Magician charged a chant as it enveloped Tornado Wall making it disappear. In addition Magician of Chaos charged a spell firing it over destroying Mako's spell leaving just Sea Stealth Strike on his field.

"Ah right, you got him on the ropes now Yuge!" Joey grinned over.

"Now, I'll activate Monster Reborn!"

Monster Reborn

Normal Spell Card

Target 1 monster in either GY; Special Summon it.

"I can use this to bring The Legendary Fisherman back in attack position."

Mako's first Fisherman rose up readying on Yugi's field.

The Legendary Fisherman: (Attack Position)

"No way..." Mako trailed off in shock seeing he doesn't have anything to stop this next wave.

"Magician of Chaos attack Mako directly!" Yugi called.

Magician of Chaos charged launching a dark orb attack striking Mako. (Mako: 1350/Hand: 3)

"You're an honorable duelist Mako, Legendary Fisherman attack!" Yugi called.

Fisherman charged striking with his spear ending the duel.

After that they made it back on shore where Mako hands him Star Chips. "You won these fair, and square Yugi."

"Thank you Mako. It was a fine duel." Yugi smiled.

Mako grinned over to him. "You haven't seen Fisherman III so your lucky this time. Don't think you'll be as lucky next time."

"We'll have to find out if we face each other again." Yugi smiled taking his hand.

Mako nodded shaking his hand before nodding to the others before turning running, and jumping into the water again.

"There he goes." Tea admitted seeing that.

"He's definitely... unique?" Tristan asked. "So how many Star Chips do you have now Yugi?"

Hearing that Yugi counted over. "Now that's five. Just need five more before I can advance."

"Five? Oh man, I really need to pick up the pace and get more, I've only got two." Joey frowned.

"Don't worry Joey, I think you can make it." Yugi assures him with a smile.

"Yeah." Joey grinned. "I just need to find my next opponent, let's go guys!"

So they headed off to find the next opponent. But somewhere else is a much more serious confrontation to the Persona Users.

Meanwhile...

"It seems strange, not one person has come to challenge Mitsuru-san." Aigis noted.

"You don't think they been ordered to avoid Kirijo-senpai?" Minako suggested why.

"That is a possibility." Mitsuru admitted thoughtfully.

"But why would they do that? That wouldn't be fair if you can't compete." Ken said a little worried hearing that.

"It's nothing." Mitsuru frowned before looking around. "We should keep looking. Yamagishi, can you find that man who appeared after Amada's match?"

Fuuka nodded closing her eyes only to gasp shocked. "No... it can't be..."

"Yamagishi?" Mitsuru questioned hearing that. "What is it?"

"I... I think something's messing with me... but... I'm feeling Shinjiro-senpai." Fuuka said in shock.

"Aragaki?" Mitsuru asked in shock as Ken's eyes widened.

"That... no, that's impossible!"

"Was he the one that Takaya murdered saving Ken?" Minako can recall what she had heard from Mitsuru about one of the deceased S.E.E.S. members otherside Metis who was absorbed by Aigis after finding the answer why her brother is the Great Seal.

"Yes." Mitsuru nodded coldly. "Yamagishi, where is he?"

"He's... approaching." Fuuka can tell whoever's giving Shinjiro's signal is approaching them. "Right in front of us... but he's not alone something else is coming."

Hearing that Mitsuru, Aigis, and Ken all got ready to defend themselves from whatever was approaching. Eventually in shadows of the trees they see the silhouette of someone approaching over. They didn't see anyone else which confuses them from Fuuka saying there are two signals. But when the light is revealed they see why...

It was a large purple top hat man with marks on his cheeks, and wearing a purple face mask that has a hand with it's pointing finger extended. He's also wearing a purple cloak.

In his arms was much to there horror/disgust was a doll/puppet that looks very much like Shinjiro in almost exact detail with his toboggan, peacoat, pants, and even the S.E.E.S. armband on his arm.

"Who are you?" Mitsuru questioned the man. "Answer me!"

"You don't very much recognize an old friend Mitsuru?" the man is using the puppet to communicate over. "It's probably better if you focus your attention on me rather then him." The Shinjiro puppet pointed over to himself. "However, he is named Ventriloquist of the Dead one of the Eliminators on this island, and has been employed by Mr. Pegasus to deal with you Mitsuru with my assistance."

"Is this a joke?" Mitsuru questioned coldly. "Tell me what twisted game this is or prepare to be executed."

"If your seeking to execute someone then step up." the Shinjiro puppet gestured to a Duel Field raising up. "Now that your in the sight of an Eliminator it's time for you to be eliminated before you can stop Mr. Pegasus." the Ventriloquist made a large jump landing on a Duel Platform turning over towards them for Mitsuru to take her place.

"How dare you..." Ken was especially angry that this guy is speaking ill of the dead, and quite disgusted from the puppet he's using for Shinjiro. "Mitsuru, please don't give this bastard any mercy!"

"I won't, this isn't Aragaki and I'll make this imposter wish he never insulted his memory." Mitsuru stated calmly stepping forward.

"I hope your ready for this. Now you are in sight for Castor's next moment." the Ventriloquist spoke over as the Shinjiro puppet made his hand of five cards.

Mitsuru's expression darkened as she drew her own cards.

"Duel Field, Yami activate." the computer announced as a dark area appeared.

You can only activate each effect of "Suppressor Marksman" per turn.

Mitsuru frowned seeing the monster.

"What are those, I've never seen them before." Ken frowned.

"Now I use Marksman's ability," the Ventriloquist glowed blue. (Ventriloquist: 3700/Hand: 3) "I pay 300 points, and discard a card to force you to send 1 card at random from your hand to the graveyard." The Shinjiro puppet placed a card in his hand to the graveyard.

The Marksman aimed firing a bullet piercing through a card forcing Mitsuru to discard it."

"Then the effect of Suppressor Savior activates." the Shinjiro puppet shows a card of a Level 8 monster. "When this card is sent to the graveyard by the effect of a Suppressor, I can take one other Suppressor, and add it to my hand." He added another monster to the puppet's hand. When this card is summoned target one set Spell or Trap card your opponent controls, shuffle it into the deck.

A centaur made of snow with a scythe made out of ice appeared in front of her.

"Mystic Horseman..." Ken can kinda guess what card of Kaiba's inspired this one.

"When my Snow Horseman is summoned I can shuffle one set spell or trap you control into your deck." Mitsuru stated as her centaur raced forward and swung its scythe sending the Ventriloquist's set card back to his deck. "Now, I'll attack your monster."

Suddenly Suppressor Marksman shattered just before the set card left.

"What?" Mitsuru questioned seeing that.

"I know your eager but just wait before you speed through." the Ventriloquist said as the Shinjiro puppet was shown to have activated the card. "Otherwise, you would've seen I had used Suppressor Sacrifice before you attacked."

Suppressor Sacrifice

Normal Trap Card

Pay 300 LP, also destroy 1 card on your field: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards they control x 300. During your Main Phase, if a card you control was destroyed by a "Suppressor" card: You can shuffle this card into your Deck, then draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 effect of "Suppressor Sacrifice" per turn.

(Ventriloquist: 3400/Hand: 2)

"So now by destroying Marksman your dealt damage equal to the number of cards you control by 300. But that's only one part." the Shinjiro puppet move it's arm as three small dark blasts appeared detonating on Mitsuru.

She winced from the blasts.

(Mitsuru: 3100/Hand: 3)

"Next as Marksman was destroyed by a Suppressor, I can summon a Suppressor from my Deck." the Ventriloquist has the Shinjiro puppet take out something from a holster. "If you still don't believe I'm really Shinjiro, Mitsuru then perhaps this can prove." The Shinjiro puppet moved it's hand revealing in it's hand was a small Evoker aiming at his head like how the real Shinjiro does.

Her eyes widened seeing that.

"Come! Hierophant Persona Castor!" the Shinjiro Puppet fired the trigger while a card slipped from the Ventriloquist's Deck placed on the field as a large blue flame explosion happened before what rose was a new monster.

It was a warrior on a black armored horse that has a horn on it's face plate, and one leg only. The warrior has a skull head with long yellow hair, and black armor with silver steel like squares on it's chest with a spear head pierced on it's chest it's purple gloves are also holding the reigns.

(This card is treated as a "Thunder Boxer" & "Suppressor" card.)
Cannot be destroyed by card effects. During your Standby Phase: Gain 500 LP. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: This card gains 500 ATK. Once per turn, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls: Halve it's ATK/DEF, then if that monster is destroyed by battle; you can Special Summon 1 "Thunder Boxer" or 1 "Suppressor" monster from your GY, except "Hierophant Persona Castor" in Attack Position, then if that Special Summoned monster is "Emperor Persona Polydeuces" you can have the Special Summoned monster gain 1000 ATK/DEF until the next End Phase.

Ken froze in shock seeing the monster as he took a step back.

"That... how does he have that?" Fuuka questioned nervously.

With Seto Kaiba...

Kaiba kept typing in before the computer announced. "Alert. Mitsuru Kirijo duel found."

"Mitsuru, bring it up on screen." Kaiba mentioned.

The computer heeded the command showing the video, and duel field where the Ventriloquist had the Shinjiro puppet summon Castor like Shinjiro done it himself.

Kaiba frowned not recognizing the monster but his eyes widened slightly. "Mitsuru's card, it looks like a snow version of my monster."

He also notices that Mitsuru looks enraged seeing the newly summoned monster.

"What's wrong with her, why is that monster getting her so upset?" he questioned not recognizing it.

Back at the duel...

"So do you believe me now Mitsuru?" the Ventriloquist questioned with the Shinjiro puppet with Castor on the field. "That I am the Shinjiro you remember?"

Mitsuru frowned, Shinjiro was dead she knew that and yet…

To be continued…

bopdog111: Things are getting rather tense for Mitsuru's side. Yes we included the manga character Ventriloquist of the Dead we just decided to have him stage as a different character this time. His anime counterpart is next chapter though, and Mokuba won't go through his scheme this time.

Ulrich362: True, but how did Pegasus get information on Shinjiro?

bopdog111: Let's find out soon.

Ulrich362: Agreed. See you in the next chapter. Oh and for the record Kaiba doesn't know the members of the Shadow Operatives yet.

bopdog111: Be sure to review!
